It took Re-Bath a short length of time to do the installation and their products seemed to be adequate for what we wanted. The installation team was courteous, prompt, and they took care of the business. We got from them the new flooring and a new vanity and we went from a tub to a shower. To sum it all up, everything came out well.

I bought the place and the bathroom was in pretty bad shape then I decided I wanted to remodel it. I made contact with Re-Bath and they talked pretty good, and I went ahead and used them. They tore out the old bathroom and put in a walk-in shower. They just finished it within the last 30 days but I still have a problem that they've got to come back and fix.

We moved into a 60-year-old home and the bathroom needed to be upgraded. We went to Re-Bath because of their products and we had them do a total redo of the bath and they finished about four weeks ago. I don't have anything but good things to say with the sales rep and the designer there that I worked with. I also interacted with the Re-Bath installation team every day that they were here. They were all very courteous and easy to work with and even cleaned up after themselves.

Our guest bath needed to be updated, and when we had Re-Bath come out, we enjoyed their introduction and display. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable and he had a lot of samples and pictures on his laptop. The installer Chad was very personable and we appreciated that he was very tidy. He laid down a nice pathway of cardboard all the way from the bathroom to the front door where he was bringing things in and out. We had the bathtub taken out and the tile shower put in, as well as a new toilet and a new sink top.

We're very happy with Re-Bath. We have been talking about converting the bathroom to a shower for many years because we don't use the bathtub anymore. Everybody showers. So we thought it would be a nice upgrade. In Moorpark, where there's like an indoor swap meet type of a place, a young lady was passing out flyer regarding Re-Bath. Since we were interested, we looked around and she did an incredible job of giving us information about all their products and how the work happens, so we decided to do the work with them. The installers spent several hours one day doing the work and did a really good job. Everything went fine and it happened within a reasonable amount of time.

I went to Home Depot to check on having my bathtub relined. The sales rep was friendly. We talked about the job, his family, my family, and different things. He explained the Re-Bath service pretty well.

We had an older bathroom that was way out of style that we wanted to update. The sales rep from Re-Bath came to the house late in the evening, went through everything with us, and sold us on the craftsmanship and the quality of the materials. The installation is another story. When they took the shower out, there was an outside water faucet that was attached to the supply line to the shower. They just cut that off and didn’t tell us and left it hanging outside the wall. We didn’t find that for about a week later. We also found that they busted a wall adjacent to a bedroom. We found it late because we weren’t living in the house due to remodeling. Recently, my wife decided to use the shower and the water won’t turn all the way over on hot. It only goes up halfway and stops.

We had a leak in one of our bathroom so we decided to remodel it. I have a friend that had theirs remodeled and they did the demolition themselves. With no guarantees and it cost them just as much as what Re-Bath was gonna charge, we decided we're gonna get it done by professionals and it's guaranteed. I'm so happy with it and I love it. We got the shower, new sink and cabinet and we put it in the primary bathroom which is very small. They took the door out and put a pocket door which gave us much more room. Their sales rep was very pleasant, professional and courteous. And their installation team were awesome. They went far above and beyond what I thought they could've done. They offered and suggested other colors. I am not a decorator at all so I was asking their opinion and I was very thankful for that. I've recommended them to somebody.

Love our new bathroom! We had a tub to shower conversion plus did some updating on rest of the bathroom. Very pleased with the product and service. Excellent installers. Very neat. Courteous. Highly recommend.

Back in June, before my wife passed away, she and I planned on a bathroom remodel because she was was going to need a walk-in shower. Although she already passed away, I did it anyway. My brother-in-law heard about Re-bath on the radio and one of the guys from Monsters of the Midway talked about using them. I chose them too because of the fact that it was only gonna be three days to get it done. I made the purchase in the last week of December and they came out. I had a good time talking with their sales rep about the different products and things that they could do. However, I couldn't talk him down anymore on the price.

My bathroom was nine years old and was the original one when we had the house built. When we started having issues with the caulking and molding, we decided it was time to do something. We went to Home Depot and saw a display of Re-Bath. We got an estimate and one of their guys directed us to the showroom over on 75th Avenue where they had exactly the pattern that we had chosen on display. We got to see the whole structure too and that's really what sold us. We purchased the bathtub, shower and the surrounding walls in January.

Re-Bath has better product, quick service and a lifetime guarantee. We have a new tub, and surround which is the white subway tile look. And it's only been two weeks since we got them. Their sales reps were good and very helpful with any questions I had. They worked with me on the timeline, plus the numerous times getting it set up. It was good all the way around. Their installation team on the other hand were so quiet and polite. They only come to ask whenever they needed something. But they were so clean. They cleaned up as they worked and they cleaned up when they were done before they left. I had a lot of work done in this house and they're probably the cleanest people I've had in and out of the house. I've been telling everyone about them. Absolutely fabulous service and product.

We had safety issue so I decided to have the bathroom remodeled. They converted a bathtub to a shower. I like the method that the sales rep proposed so I went with Re-Bath. The installation team was professional and cleaned up after themselves. My only dislike is that it took so long from the time that I agreed to it to the time that they were ready to come out and do the installation. It took about two and a half months, which I guess for Re-Bath, is a wonderful problem because it means they're busy.

My husband is 78 and he's got stenosis of the spine and all kinds of health issues. We had a bathtub shower and he had to lift his legs to get up in that tub to get into the shower. It just wasn't convenient for us anymore. I first called another company but was told "Oh no, ma'am, we don't work in your area." Then we saw Re-Bath's ad on The Advocate. When I called Re-Bath, they immediately sent somebody. I first talked to Kyle, who sent out Steve. Steve is an awesome salesman, I love him and wanted to keep him. They say he can sell snowballs to an Eskimo. He knew what we wanted and everything is perfect. Also, Steve was compassionate and understanding. He wasn't pushy about anything. He helped me because I have a hard time making decisions and had all kinds of great suggestions. My husband and I both had a wonderful experience with Steve.

I spoke to someone at Home Depot and they use Re-Bath for their remodeling. So we got Re-bath to convert a full bathtub into a shower. It was very good experience. The sales representative came to our home and showed us all the options. He went over the price, talked through all the details of the next steps and who would be contacting us. He was very thorough. All the information they gave us was correct. And they followed up a lot in writing and emails. They were very good as far as how they handled everything. The installation team called us a couple of days before the scheduled service. They were on time and did a very good job setting up and doing the work. They cleaned up, explained everything as far as what to clean with and how to get back to them if there were any issues. The guys were very good. I would definitely recommend them. Everything was very good from start to finish.

Very nice job! Shower looks great. Cost was little high priced and we had some issues, but they stepped right in and took care of all of our issues. We are very happy with the finished shower.

We got a bathtub from Re-Bath and it came in about a few weeks. Their installer was really good and excellent and he got everything done. He also gave his full ideas.

Re-Bath has a storefront in an H-E-B here in San Antonio. I talked to a person there and they came out when I was considering redoing my shower. I talked to several people and liked their product a lot. The sales rep was very good and convincing, and presented a product well - I was pleased with him. They installed the product in January and the installation team were great!

Our tub broke so we decided to get a new bathtub and a toilet from Re-Bath. We purchased them two weeks ago and their excellent sales rep gave us all the information we needed. Their installer took two days to do the job and did an excellent job. He also cleaned up afterwards.

I purchased a shower pan, the bottom part of the shower, from Re-Bath. The guy who came and did it was very knowledgeable. He had to actually make the new one fit because they brought the wrong one the first time around. They got all panicky on the phone because the guy ripped my whole shower out before he measured. The product was sitting in my driveway and I had no shower. I live in a mobile home so it was like a big hole to the ground. They searched around, found one in the warehouse and brought it a day late. They made it work which turned out to be very good. It was a very long haul and he stayed until dark, but I'm very happy with the product.

The house we got was built about 1964 or 1965 and the tub was blue. Everything was blue. My wife and I both got tired of looking at it so we decided to remodel it. Now, we had a new commode and new bathtub with a surround put in by Re-Bath. At first I went to Lowe's and they sent a lady out here and a contractor. They sat here and they were going to do everything I didn't want them to do, and they said they'd get back with me. We waited and never heard anything, so we went to Home Depot and their saleslady came out and told us right off what it was going to cost. We told her exactly what we wanted, and that's what we got. She didn't try to add anything on like the other place did. It took them a little over a month to come out and do it because they had so much to do. But when they came out, the gentleman walked in here, told us how long it was going to be because one man did it. And we’re tickled to death with it.

I was looking at another remodeling company other than Re-Bath but I never got a quote from them even after two visits. So since I know the local owner of the Re-Bath franchise here, I decided to go for their services about a month ago. I bought some materials that go up the walls around the bathtub, then I also got a separate bathtub. I had an awesome experience with their sales rep who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The installers did a great job, too. They came in at the proper time and were done in a day and a half.

Re-Bath dismissed us as a valuable client and ignored us! Last year we requested an in-home consultation. After the tech came out and we told him we wanted to replace our shower... he pushed us to buy a walk-in tub. My husband is paralyzed and in a wheelchair and CANNOT use a tub! He left without giving us an estimate! We called several times for an estimate and went into the Columbia, SC RE-Bath. After asking for the estimate, we were told it would be emailed to us which was never done! WELL... we now have a new BATH FITTER shower and are thrilled! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH RE-BATH!!! I cannot say enough great things about BATH FITTER! The consultation, office employees, and installers have been beyond awesome! Lifetime warranty too!

Re-Bath remodeled our 15 yr old bathroom last January. We purchased the vanity with the sinks included, the bath fixtures, and the flat surface that they installed in the shower door. The salesman was very nice and the installation guy was excellent. He was very quiet and respectful and got the job done in less than three days. He cleaned up each day and made sure all of the floors were covered so the tracking didn't affect the floors.

We had a walk-in tub installed by Re-Bath last October. Their sales representative was great and the installers were very professional, neat, and quick. There has been good communication.

Mold and mildew kept coming back on my tiles so I remodeled my entire bathroom. Re-Bath started it back in December and just finished up a week and a half ago. I've had good interactions with their sales rep and installation team.

My mother got her whole bathroom redone a few years back by Re-Bath and we really liked how it was when it was finished. Then I noticed how it was holding up and the tub and shower don’t move when I step into it. So after a few years went by, we decided we would go ahead and get ours done. We got the tub and shower installation done the end of January.

The sales rep from Re-Bath was good and they seemed pretty knowledgeable and detailed. However, I had some in-and-outs, and I believe that the customers are always right. I have to be satisfied with what I want because I pay that much money, and they didn't meet my requirement. On the other hand, the installation team always explained things to me because I was there, like what they were going to do with this and that, which was good.

I decided it was time to remodel my father's bathroom when he slipped in the tub, so we made the purchase from Re-Bath six weeks ago. Their installation crew was clean, friendly and knowledgeable.

A remodel was needed for my bathroom, so on the first of the year, I purchased the shower, stools, vanity, and floor from Re-Bath. It was very good interacting with their sales rep, and their installers were very professional and did what they were supposed to. Everything went smoothly and I'd recommend Re-Bath.

The original guy sent by Re-Bath came out for the measurement -- but it was for an apartment unit that I have, not for my own house. I wanted it done in about two weeks, but he wasn't sure if that was gonna happen and it didn't. So I called the owner and she said, "We have an opening on this day.” And we worked it out and it happened within about three and a half weeks after the original visit.

We originally contacted Re-Bath in October of 2015 to redo our bathroom. The salesman came out and looked at our small, full bath. He said the redo would be not problem, that it should be done by Thanksgiving and the new tile could be placed directly over our existing tile. My husband questioned him since we have some broken tiles, but the salesman assured my husband that it would work. Fast forward to December and we had still not heard from Re-Bath to come and do the work. We finally got scheduled for Feb. 1st and 2nd. When the flooring installer came on the 2nd to put in the tile, he said he couldn't put it directly over top of the broken tiles. Despite him determining this at 10:00 am we were not told until 3:00 that the work would not be done. I now have a sink sitting in my living room and have been informed the work cannot be done for 10 days. Bottom line: they promise much more than they can deliver.

I purchased from Re-Bath in December but the work was completed in January after the materials came in, and I'm very happy with the installation. It made a big difference in my room and I enjoy it. The salesman was good and explained everything. The guy that did the installation was also good. He cleaned up well after himself and I'm very pleased with it. I've already sent pictures to other people. I had a good experience with Re-Bath and would recommend them.

Re-Bath completed about a month ago the remodel of my bathroom that included a whole bath, shower plates, tile, flooring, and toilet. The quality is excellent. We went with them because they do everything and their product looked good. Their sales representatives were usually good and very professional. Also, the installation team was very personable and explained everything very well.

It was a great experience with Re-Bath from start to finish. We would highly recommend them. They were very professional, thorough, and clean. The quality is fantastic. They made the remodel better than what it was. Re-Bath did a beautiful job and we are very happy.

I have had my bathroom remodel completed by Re-Bath a month ago. I chose them because of the quickness they could get the job done and the fact that they were referred by Home Depot. The installation team were real nice people, real polite. They cleaned up before themselves and they laid runners down before they ever walked in the house. So far, the quality of the bathroom is good.

The bathroom we had had a small shower with a swinging door and we had an old glamour tub over in the corner that I used to water plants and bathed the dogs when we first moved in. It’s been sitting there for years. My husband is retired now and he talked about redoing it himself. We had the means and we thought we’ll have Re-Bath come in and give us an estimate on replacing the old glamour tub with a new unit. We liked what they had to say, so we went on with it.

My brother is of the age where he can't climb over bathtubs and he's been falling down, so I made up my mind to remodel our bathroom through Re-Bath. The sales representative that I talked to was a very nice woman. She is a perfect person and she explained everything. The guys who did the remodel were exceptional, explained everything to me and cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't ask for a couple of sweeter guys. The quality of the bathroom is very good. I've shown it to my friends and they really enjoy it.

We felt that it was time to remodel our bathroom, so we went ahead and started looking and ended up remodelling with Re-Bath. Our interactions with the sales reps were very good. The installation crew was here for about a week. They had to come back and replace the vanity top. They were very clean and good at what they did. The main guy was a real artist in this trade. Everybody from the owner down to the salesperson and the people in the office was very nice and customer-oriented. The quality of the remodelling is good, so far. We made decisions based on everything they told us. Installations were done properly. We’ve already recommended them to somebody.

Our bathroom needed updating and I knew some people who did theirs via Re-Bath so I decided to use their services. Paul, the rep who handled the sale was excellent. He explained everything and got the installation scheduled. The installers were real professionals, very dedicated and good craftsmen. They did wonderful work. Our bathroom is now a showpiece.

We bought a house without a tub and wanted a shower and a master bath so we contracted Re-Bath for the job. Everything went pretty smoothly - they came in, did their job and we stayed out of their way. We didn't have a mess left in the work area after they left. We feel that the remodel was of good quality and they did a really good job.

When I called, very rude. Didn't even let me finish a sentence. Ya know let the customer finish talking. Then treated me like... Never mind. You're not the only game in town.

The bathroom in the house we bought was a disaster so we decided to redo it via Re-Bath. Kevin, their sales representative was nice, really personable, and interested in making sure that it was the right sale for us. The bathroom was done on December 8th. I left for work and I had a disgusting bathroom, I came home and I had a gorgeous one. Aside from being new, it was like nobody had even been in the bathroom since the installers cleaned up after themselves before they left. Everything still looks absolutely brand new after a month and it's exactly what I expected. We're really pleased overall with their excellent work.

I would definitely recommend Re-Bath, I told my mom and everybody else about them. Their people were awesome to work with and if I ever needed more work, I would definitely call Re-Bath again.

Our house was built in 1947 and the bathroom of our house was out of date - a tub shower combination. After my back surgery, we went for the walk-in shower from Re-Bath which was one with the seat in it for when we get older and need to sit down. My wife dealt with the installation team more than I did, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. The only problem that we had is that they weren't sure when they were going to be able to get here. We had to put Thanksgiving on hold. Then, they came down with the material. When they ungrated the bottom of the shower, a corner of it was broken off. They had to reorder all that and so we thought we're going to have to put Christmas on hold. We didn't put the tree up because of that, but they did get it put in about a week. Nevertheless, they did a real good job when they finally got around to it.

The sales person did not give me a correct estimate. The installers didn't do the required testing. That passed on the cost of required testing to me. They took a month longer just to get back to me to start my project even though it should have been escalated because of the leak. They started work on the bathroom, then stopped less than half way through it so I can no longer use the bathroom. And it may be several months like this before I get them back in to finish the job I have already paid them for.

Brenda, the sales rep from Re-Bath, did a good job. The installers were friendly, answered all my questions and cleaned up. I would recommend them.

I had some damaged house so it was time to replace the bath and then with the bathtub. I went with Re-Bath because of the type of materials they provided - the one solid surface. I had a pleasant relationship with the sales representatives for they have been really professional but the installation team was not that great because I had an unpleasant experience with them. I had three different installers, five different times. The original installer was not the best one because he missed a lot of stuff and he's not detail-oriented. The silicone bead was not placed right. I had to tell him there is a gap here and there is another hole so he could go back and refill it. He cut the walls wrong and later on told me that he didn't know that the walls had a top and bottom. He cut them upside down so there was not enough length of the tunnel to go all the way to the floor. As a result, they had to pull the walls off and reinstall it.

It was amazing how Dan, our experienced craftsman worked diligently to convert our tub into a beautiful walk in shower. He knew what he had to do and did it. He was very neat while working and made sure to cover floors so would not mess anything when brought in supplies from truck. We are so pleased we had this done and the rest of the bathroom was kept intact.

Everything was perfectly fine with Re-Bath and I don't have any complaints. I met their guys who did the installation and they were friendly and they cleaned up. It smelled, though, but it was worth it.

We had some problems in the shower so we decided it was time to remodel. This was our first Re-Bath remodel too. Their sales reps were knowledgeable and helpful while their installers were really good. They were careful not to damage the floor so they put down covers and cardboards to walk on. We were happy with that. Overall, the quality of the remodel was great.

Our bathroom was the yuckiest looking thing you'd ever seen in your life. It was old, was part of the original house and it had a garden tub that was all spotted and damaged because no one took care of it. And it had a very tiny shower, was in the master bedroom suite and needed to be taken care of, so I had it remodeled by Re-Bath. I met the owners, Kim and Dave, at a home show last year but when they came to my house, I didn't like the dark colors of the samples they showed me so I asked them to come back this year and bring some lighter colors.

My house is almost 40 years old and the bathroom needed remodeling. Re-bath completed the remodeling our bathroom at the end of November right before Thanksgiving and the new bathroom is of very good quality. Their installation team was very nice, polite, and professional. They listened and explained things to me and asked me questions before they did something.

We just bought this house a couple of years ago, and it needed a bathtub and the tiles weren't sticking to the walls anymore. I had thought there might be mold growing behind it. Re-Bath's sales representative was very nice and helpful. She came while they were working on it to ask if everything was going okay. The installation team explained to me what they were going to do. When they got everything taken apart, they showed me the insulation behind there, how it was and that it didn't have any mold but was just dirty.

The shower door and paneling in our bathroom needed to be replaced. We went to Home Depot and we were referred to Re-Bath. Their sales rep came out to the house, we talked it all over and he sat down and drew up the plan right on the spot. So that went well. Their installers were all very helpful too. Overall, it was a very good experience and we're happy with our new bathroom.

I found out about Re-Bath through my sister. I needed to get a new shower installed so I had them remodel my bathroom. The sales representative was a very sweet person and she knew her job very well. The installation guy did a good job as well. He was courteous and he cleaned up after himself.

The second time around, the sales representative was very pleasant, professional and helpful. The installer was nice, professional and clean. The quality of the remodel is fine, as we expected. Our shower tiles were coming up and we decided to let Re-Bath do it. Their sales guy was very pleasant and good. He took an awful lot of time to explain everything and all that was going to go on. Their installers were outstanding as well - very nice and conscientious. They did a great job.

Our tub leaked so it was time for a remodel. The sales representative at Re-Bath was very helpful in helping us choose the right product for the right cost. He told us one thing was more expensive than the other thing. We wanted a mid-range replacement and that's what we went with. The installer was very nice. He walked me through the process and allowed me to take a couple of pictures behind the wall. He cleaned up very well. He scuffed the walls in a couple of places, repaired them and did everything great. I like the quality of our remodel so far. I like that it's a bigger tub and is seamless.

We decided to remodel our bathroom because of my husband’s impending knee surgery. We heard good things about Re-Bath and I checked the reviews, so we went with them. The sales representative was very professional. He came, we explained to him what our desire was and what we were trying to accomplish, and he gave us the quote. The installation team was very nice, we got a phone call before they came and showed up on time. The quality of the remodel was very good; it was what we're hoping for.

A couple of months back, we converted a shower and tub to a larger shower. We purchased a linen closet, too. The Re-Bath sales representative that came out to the house was extremely knowledgeable and honest. I do woodwork myself and the way he talked, he's had a lot of experience with it. I was completely satisfied with him. I'm proud of the way everybody worked together as a team. They had plumbers, carpenters, and the installation team out here. They also had electricians to make sure everything was right because we took our Jacuzzi tub out and replaced that with a shower. Everyone was outstanding, did their part and it was like clockwork. Before they left, they vacuumed and made sure everything was dusted down and clean as a whistle. I was super pleased with them.

I purchased a shower from Re-Bath and they installed it a month ago. Their sales representatives listened, paid attention, and made comments and suggestions. I ended up with an absolutely gorgeous shower, and I'm happy.

Had both bathrooms re-done in one week! My installer, Mel, did a fabulous job! He was always on time, courteous and cleaned up at the end of each day. I would totally recommend Re-Bath to my family and friends. I love my new bathrooms!

I had a previous shower put in by Re-Bath and then last November, I purchased a bathtub from them. The interactions I had with the sales representative were all good and the installation team was okay as they didn't do anything out of the ordinary.

I had a bathroom renovation done by Re-Bath and they were excellent from the consult to the installation. All of the staff were friendly and courteous. The work was done in a timely manner and the products used were of an excellent quality. I highly recommend any looking to redo a bathroom use Re-Bath. Wonderful service...

My wife told me about Re-Bath. We purchased a bathtub and surround about a month ago. The sales representative, Steve, was very cordial and interested in making sure we got exactly what we needed and wanted. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need and gave me a credit for a lot of work that I've already done which I felt was great. His follow-up was superb, and he sent us brownies and Christmas cards. I couldn't recommend him more. The installation guy was very professional, nice to deal with, answered any questions we had, and very good at what he does.

A neighbor had work done by Re-Bath so I contracted their services as well to remove our bath tub and put a shower in. The work was finished around the last of October or first of November. The sales representative had told me that we were getting a product that was like Corian so I was expecting a solid surface. However, it was more like a thin vinyl instead. Nevertheless, the finished product is pretty. We were also super impressed with the work done by the installer and how fast everything was.

I called Re-Bath because a friend of mine told me they had somebody go out and give them a price. I ordered a shower about two and a half months ago and their reps were very nice. I would recommend them.

Today at 1:03pm a company named Re-Bath is in the middle of remodeling our master bath. The first stages of our bathroom remodel went well. Chris was our installer & was friendly, prompt & professional. He did a very good job it appears. We were informed that it would be about 10 days until glass was to be installed. However it has been 3 weeks waiting on the glass to be installed & every time we call to inquire about it we are told someone would call back. That never happened until today (3 weeks after installer was finished) finally, someone called today & said it would be another week until glass is installed, that is 4 weeks after the shower was completed, 5 weeks since they started the project & we have not been able to take a shower. I have had neck surgery during this episode of delays & they are aware that I cannot get in & out of a regular tub without a lot of pain & danger, but, still waiting on glass. I hope they don't delay again.

We purchased a shower stall, a shower enclosure, two walls and glass doors two months ago from Re-Bath. Their sales representative came and spent an hour and a half here with us. He seemed to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had in mind ceramic tiles and he showed us an alternative which was acrylic stuff and we liked it a lot. So, he gave a nice option and it was a good one. He did a good job.

A few months after our tub and surround installation, we remain extremely satisfied with the remodel. The crew members were very polite and efficient, as well as neat. Thanks again to the Re-Bath team.

I have a disability, so I needed to get a bigger shower with a seat and bars. I found out about Re-Bath from a list from the Veterans Administration and had them remodel my bathroom. They had to take out a wall and put another wall in, but the salesperson never specified that they were not going to paint the new wall. I assumed all of that came together. I was very upset about that and on the order, he didn’t put the grab bars. But other than that, everything went well. The installer and the person that did the patching were very professional.

I had a bathroom remodel with Re-Bath. I made an appointment online and their sales representative came to the house with his product book and we picked out what we wanted. He was great. We started a couple of months ago, however, it took a while to get all stuff in. But their installation guys were nice, courteous and answered every question that we asked. They made sure that they didn't get any dirt in the house. The only thing we didn't like was the price.

Todd the salesperson was very knowledgeable, had all the right information and was very professional. The two installers worked very clean and installed it in the time frame that they were supposed to, did a nice job and all around a good experience. However, the product was on the more expensive side of the other alternatives which I consider as a negative. I had an original quote which was several months earlier that I was thinking that I was going to be able to take advantage of a particular discount that was offered at that time. But when we finally ordered the products, we weren't able to take advantage of that discount. That was a little disappointing from that perspective, but as far as the sales process and the quality of the installation and the workmanship, that was excellent. We got what we paid for.

About four months ago, I purchased a shower enclosure from Re-Bath after hearing about them from Home Depot, and the sales representative was absolutely marvelous. The guy was very personable, and he explained everything really well, so it's a very good sales experience. The installation guy was very good as well. He was there when he was supposed to be, and was done a little sooner than expected. But they did really good, and covered the floors really well.

We had a leak and I chose to have Re-Bath remodel our bathroom because it's convenient. I bought a tub from them and I've had positive interactions with their sales representatives. Not to mention, their installation team cleaned up after themselves.

We had Re-Bath for a very small job 10 years ago for a bathtub on one of my bathrooms and I was very pleased with the work they did then. So I gave them another try and called them for an estimate. It was around September when I had my whole bathroom remodelled by them. The sales representative was very professional and he knew what he was doing. I enjoyed working with him and he gave me a very good deal on the bathroom.

We're done with half of the remodeling of our bathroom and we had Re-Bath do the tub, wall and tiles around the tub. The installation guy who came to give us the estimate was very knowledgeable, answered all questions, went into a lot of details that we didn’t know about and compared other products without putting them down but saying what he knew about those. We were impressed with his knowledge and he did a very neat and beautiful job. Everything was done carefully and I've recommended them to my cousin. I had an excellent overall experience with them.

Re-Bath sent an experienced professional installer that replaced my bathtub in a minimal amount of time. The product is beautiful and exactly what I expected. The installer was respectful and cleaned up everything. Would recommend them to everyone.

The house is 70 years old and everything is original, so we decided it's about time to remodel it. I went down to the showroom and it is good solid stuff. So I called them up to get an estimate and then went with Re-Bath. We re-did the main bathroom and had a walk-in shower put in because my wife is having a lot of trouble getting around, and we did that about a year ago. And then about two months ago, we had him come back and put in a walk-in tub in the second bathroom off the master bedroom, and we re-did that whole bathroom at the same time too.

We were very impressed with the high quality products and professional service.

When we bought a new park model in an RV park in Florida, the bathroom wasn't nice so we decided to remodel it. We bought from Re-Bath a new shower, vanity and then we had the vinyl walls that look like tile. They had an excellent salesman. The only problem that we had was we decided everything in April but we didn't want it done until we came back the next fall. When we came back to have it done, they said they had everything there and ready to go but the salesman was no longer with them. So there was some discrepancy in what we thought we had agreed upon. On the other hand, their installer was great, very particular and did an excellent job.

Our neighbor had Re-Bath and so I called Re-Bath and told them what we wanted, he said, “Sure!” Hence, we decided to go with them to install our walk-in shower. Jason, the guy that they sent to talk to us and give us a quote was great. He explained everything he was very knowledgeable and gave us a good price. So we just went ahead and said, “Okay. Let’s do it.” I’d recommend them to somebody else. Our experience was great. We’re very satisfied.

We had a Jacuzzi tub that we used on the first two years then the novelty wore off and we’re getting older so we thought we take more showers. Why climb in and out of the bathtub if we don’t have to? So we made a purchase with Re-Bath three weeks ago. We had no problems with the sales representative and the installation team and the experience was very easy and thorough.

There are a lot of issues with a lot of contractors, obviously, not a majority but a lot of them, either they don't do the work right or they only do part of it or they take the money that you pay them upfront, and then don't finish the projects. So we want to go with someone that has staying power or someone that would want to have good quality tied to their name so we went with Re-Bath since they're with Home Depot.

I first heard about Re-Bath through Home Depot. I decided to remodel our bathroom because it was old and ugly. We had issues with the shower too, so it was definitely time to do it. We had done flooring and windows through Home Depot, and I feel very comfortable having a big company behind whatever I do, as opposed to just being an outside consumer. This was our first Re-Bath remodel. I bought the bathtub, toilet sinks, wall covering, floor covering, and faucets. The sales representative was very nice and knowledgeable throughout the plans. Everything went very well that way. The installation team was also very considerate. I felt comfortable having them in my home. I am currently waiting to resolve some issues that I have with a couple of products, and they have been very nice about coming out. There was no disagreement on what I asked for. I would recommend them.

It was our first time to have a remodel with Re-Bath and it was very good. The gentleman who did the bid did a great job, made it clear. The advice he gave was what made it work right, so he was pivotal. The people who did the work did a good job. They left it clean, in place and looks good. I’m a happy camper. Re-Bath's sales representative was great. He was really good. He gave us some good ideas that we didn't even think about and he let us make some good choices on the style and the different add-ons like shelvings (we got three of them). We also got a seat in there. He gave us everything that he thought we would need which we didn't think about, and then when he told us, we went for it. The installation team was fast. I can't believe that they were done. They came over around 9 o'clock and then they got done by 4. They ripped out a lot of stuff, took everything out and put everything in. Also, we weren't at home at the time and every time they wanted to do something that they needed our input, they got in touch with us.

I decided to remodel mainly for my wife's bathroom. We wanted a jetted tub so we finally made up our mind to get it done. The sales rep gave us examples and choices. I had to confer with my wife and he was patient with me. We had the bathtub and the wall and Re-bath did some extras. They redid the floor and moved the toilet over to allow more room near the bathtub. They did a pretty good job.

Wonderful work with very high quality material resulting in an upscale master bath. Only concern was that a few small things had to be reordered and that took quite a bit of time. Overall though, extremely pleased with new bathroom. Would definitely recommend looking at Rebath. I felt it was the same quality as all the other companies we looked at with a lower price tag.

Re-Bath was really great. The two gentlemen that worked on it were wonderful. They really worked very hard to get it done in two days because that was the allotted time that we had. I wish I had more time. But they were very professional, very eager to help us out, down to the last minute. It was interesting that they had to vacuum out the area even though we were prepared to clean the house.

My experience with Re-Bath was great. Remodeling our bathroom had been on our list of things to do and when my family had the budget to do it, seeing their ad on TV was like saying, “now’s the time to do it.” I didn’t even look at other quotes, though I probably should have, just to get an idea of what’s out there but we were anxious to do it. We redid our shower about four months ago. We had someone come to the house a couple of times to show us a bunch of models. We got people to come and do it and someone else came to do the glass. I was at work during the installation but got to interact with the glass folks, and they were a little bit less customer service friendly and difficult to work with, but at the end of the day, we were happy with the result.

We had some plumbing problems that escalated to where we're going to have to re-tile our bathroom, and so we decided to start looking for other possibilities. Re-Bath is the first place we went to, and we just decided to go with it. We got the bathtub and they did the surround around it. Everybody from the sales and installation team was very helpful and polite. We were going out of town, so they actually started calling to tell us that they want to schedule the installation when we were still out of town. We ordered it in September, and it was installed in October.

We bought a new house and we needed to make some changes. We decided to go with Re-Bath for the quality of their work. It was our first remodel with them, and we got a full-sized shower installed about two months ago. The sales representative came in, presented what he had and then presented the cost which was too much. He was able to work and get us a price that is more than our line. The next morning, I called and told him that I wanted to change to a different type of shower head. He said he would take care of it, but he did not. It was only the day of the installation that he told me he didn't change anything on it.

We got a loan and had our bathroom done because our son pointed out that we use our shower downstairs instead of the bathtub upstairs. Since I'm 77 and my husband is 80, our son suggested redoing the upstairs bathroom and putting a shower to make it easier for us to enter instead of going downstairs, especially if we become handicapped later in life.

The initial consult with Irving was great. No pressure, just knowledge and information. We liked the idea of picking our products from the Onyx and Toto companies as well. The installer Brad was professional and focused. We are really happy with the finished product, as we have told the company.

We decided that it was time to remodel our bathroom because of the condition of my shower. We did a do-it-yourself, which would've been okay, but the product that we had put up failed. We had good luck with the product that was now at the other bathroom, so we decided to go with that one, with the same type of material, so I'll have to redo it after five years. We purchased the bathtub, the full enclosure and most of the fixtures. They weren't all the way down to the set and the Re-bath guys just built the bathroom back up. We purchased these three or four weeks ago.

I used Re-Bath 10 years ago. We had a tub that sprung a leak so it was going to cost about $8,000 to pull the tub out, so we just had Re-Bath do an insert to go in it. And then the last couple of years I called my son-in-law's father who is one of the salesman here in Arizona Re-Bath. It was an excellent experience. He is a really good man. We bought a full shower insert. It’s like a plastic product and there’s an acrylic base, the shower curtain rods, handicap bars and a new faucet assembly. It’s a full double shower. There’s no tub but everything’s great. We thought about calling Irving who did sales and see if we can get one more shelf but I haven’t really taken the time to call him yet. But other than that, it’s very nice and I’m very happy with it. The installation team was also very pleasant. I got a phone call from them, making sure that we were still all on board on the date the work was going to be done.

My bathroom was redone probably 20 years ago by the previous owner and it was starting to get bad. The grout was starting to get soft and the tile was getting rotted. My next door neighbor had his bathroom done with Re-Bath about a year ago and he loved it so I gave them a call. They came over in late August so we got it done in early October. They had to put in a new window, shower, tub, toilet, floor, sink, and vanity. It was a good routine how they got everything done and I was amazed how they got it done in four days. The sales representative was very thorough and everything was very straightforward. The installation team also did a great job. There were a couple of little things that were missed but we finally got it fixed last weekend.

I spent 4 times the money that Rebath paid to American Standard. When they installed the tub, they took my solar screen and never returned it. Three persons at Rebath confirmed they had the screen but it never got returned. My contractor can confirm it was on my window and they removed it. Now I deducted $100 for a new screen so Rebath of Houston refuses to honor their warranty. American Standard has stepped in to send me parts free of charge that Rebath did not do properly. I paid a workman from Rebath to put in a new water heater and he violated State Law. Of course Rebath won't stand behind him as I paid him directly. Now we are not certain if he was licensed plumber. Also suspect electrician was not certified but I did not verify any license.

I purchased a bathroom shower from Re-Bath. The sales representatives were all very nice. Everything was great. The installation team was efficient, clean, quick and I'm really happy with the product too. They did the installation really fast. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who's considering redoing their bathroom.

Our tub-to-bath conversion was done about a month ago and we are very satisfied with the results. The salesman was knowledgeable and did a great job presenting the available options. The two installers completed the job in one day. The salesman and lead installer thoroughly explained how to care for the shower walls, glass doors and shower base. The lifetime warranty is transferable which is valuable because we plan to sell our home within the next six months. I would definitely recommend Re-Bath.

I used Re-Bath 8 years ago and I liked their work. I got a lining in the tub and I loved it, so I used it again. I also had some tiles installed last month. But I had asked about our glass and no one ever did get back to me. The sales representative was very good and I have requested him back but he never did come back. I needed a soap dish and one of the tiles on the glass for the shower but he did not respond. But everything else about my experience with them was good.

I had Re-Bath remodel our bathroom which needed updating because I went to their local store, saw their displays, and liked what I saw. The sales representative came in and I told him what I wanted. He showed me all the options, gave me a quote, and left. A shower and vanity mirror were the items I got from them and they finished about two weeks ago. The installation was done by only one guy, and he was very nice and did a good job. But Re-Bath is a huge rip-off and I spent way too much money for what I got.

We’re in the process of remodeling the house and the bathroom was in a really bad shape so we decided to call Re-Bath and get it done. I went with them because of the materials and stuff that they use which I really liked. Also, it probably would’ve cost us more if we have gotten just a basic contractor. We bought the tub, surround for the tub, vanity, sink and flooring. Their sales representatives were very pleasant, respectful and regarded us very well in the way that we wanted it. The installation team was also very courteous and kept everything cleaned up. We’re very pleased with how it turned out and have told other people who have asked about them.

We had our bathroom downstairs remodeled by Re-Bath about two months ago. Their salesman was very good and thorough. Even though he showed a more expensive estimate compared to two other estimates we got from others, he sold us. We don’t mind paying a little bit more if we know that we’re getting something more. The contractor explained everything. He would tell me to come in and look at what he had done. He even took precautions on our carpet. I’ve never had a contractor come in my house and be as clean and leave it exactly the way it was. He did everything that he could to please us. I can’t sing praises enough. I have nothing but good things to say for Re-Bath and have already recommended them to a couple of people.

The lady I live with had a stroke, and I needed a way to get her into the shower so we had the conversion done from tub into a shower. It was our first Re-Bath remodel and they were great. They came in and did a nice job. They were pleasant and cleaned up well afterwards. I was glad because some places don’t do that. Re-Bath of Knoxville redid our old bathroom with a new walk in shower and two additional walls. Chuck is the one who did most of the work. He was excellent. He made suggestions and listened to our suggestions. Mike was his helper and he was very good. He explained everything and asked us what we thought before doing the work. They were very careful with our floors and cleaned up before they left everyday. We are very pleased with the work and Re-Bath of Knoxville.

I decided to remodel my bathroom because my wife had Parkinsons so it's easier to get in and out of the bathtub. Re-Bath did a better job. Their presentation was good and they took it all the way down to the bare walls instead of covering over. They took out my bathtub and put a new shower in. It took about a month after I made the purchase to get it done. The sales representative was very easy to get along with and knew what he was talking about. Overall, he did a good job. Brandon did a nice, clean, no mess installation. He did a very nice job. They all seem to be very easy to work with and to talk to.

Re-Bath did our bathroom that was over 25 years old and had been in dire need for a remodel. I chose Re-Bath because of the quality and the fact that it was all custom. I had my old bathtub removed and had a bigger shower, new floor, and toilet put in. I used my existing cabinetry because it was newer. The job was finished about 3 weeks ago. The guy that did the installation was fantastic.

My friends who use their service have been very happy with the quality so I decided to use them too last September. They completely remodeled both my bathrooms and they’re beautiful. I was there all the time when the installer was working. He was very courteous and cleaned up after himself. I'm very happy with my experience. In fact when I get around to doing my kitchen I’ll be calling them.

My mother's 55-year old house needed a whole makeover and so we had the bathroom remodeled by Re-Bath since my brother had used them before and part of the deciding factor was how quickly they could get it done. Josh, the sales representative, brought all the samples and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and helped us pick out what would look good in there. They did the floor, walls, vanity, tub, toilet and shower in September. There was only one guy that did the installation, which concerned me. It took him three days but he finished up by himself. He was there on a Friday night until 9:30 but he didn't want to leave it and come back the next week so he said he wasn't leaving until it was finished. He was wonderful.

We did not have a problem with Re-Bath from the time we opened the front door for the sales representative until we waved goodbye to the construction guy. Once we talked to them, we signed the contract. The young man who came and made the presentation was very thorough. He had a vast amount of knowledge, was very professional and not pushy. He presented the whole thing, answered all of my questions, and showed us the samples of the products. We didn't even go to the showroom until after we had signed the contract. That's how confident we were with him.

We got tired of seeing the mold on our old shower and we wanted to get another one. When we talked to the guys at Re-Bath, they were ready to go and their sales pitch was right on. The gentleman answered all my questions as well as that of my sister's. He was also upfront as to what it would cost. He was a total professional and I could sense that he had no hidden agenda on his part. We ended up getting the stand-up shower with the umbrella curtain from them. The people who came to do the installation were the same - professionals and answered even the dumb questions I had. I tried to stay out of their way so they could have the job done. We did a have a hiccup at the end of the installation. The shower drain was backing up. But the job foreman figured out that something was falling through. So he brought a big snake two days later and put it down the main air pipe to the drain and got rid of it. Now, it works perfectly. It was an overall great experience with Re-Bath.

We got the shower re-model from Re-Bath. They just finished the work a couple of weeks ago, but it took two months for them to get everything ordered and ready. The sales reps were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. They were pleasant, kind and wonderful, too. The installer was professional and competent, too. He knew what he was doing and did a great job. He was clean and tidy, which was very important for us. It's very nice but still too expensive. I would recommend them and tell people it's going to be pricey.

We're the third owners of the house and we haven't done nothing but the bathroom. We had Re-Bath do the caulking in the tub. Drew from sales was a nice guy and we couldn't ask for a better guy than Brad to come out and do the installation in the bathroom.

We just bought a house and the only thing we were unhappy about was the size of our shower, so we decided we were going to try and increase the size of the shower. We just had the shower redone with Re-Bath and didn't have the full bathroom remodeled. The sales guy was extremely easy to work with, very kind and open to understanding the budget that we were in, so he wasn't showing us anything that was outside of our budget. He was willing to work with us and make our budget fit with what we were trying to do. Also, the installation team was pretty good for the most part. I was in the house most of the time, and all interaction we had was cordial and professional, so it was good.

We had a good experience with Re-Bath. We had the elevation changed to allow a wheelchair to get into the tub and we've been very pleased with our Re-Bath remodel.

Re-Bath was very good, and they finished within three hours or so. The only thing is that they had to come back to put some sealant on the side and at the bottom of the tub because there were some works that the contractor had to finish. I got a call when it was done and I was surprised at how quick they were. I am happy with the experience.

We had the tub taken out and remodeled the entire bathroom, and got Re-Bath's shower enclosure, a new vanity and toilet. I like the fact that they have their own entire crew, plus my husband plays golf with the co-owner. He was very good about giving us the information that we needed. We looked into other places, but Re-Bath seems to be able to do everything all in one fell swoop. We didn’t have to mess with bringing our own people in to do other things. The installation team was awesome. If they had a question, they didn't hesitate to ask us. They were neat, picked up after themselves, and left very little residue after the installation.

We checked out several places and had several of them come and give us estimates but we like Re-Bath's products better. We purchased the countertop for the showers and their sales rep was good. Our experience with them was all good except that we don't get any water out of one faucet and when they've changed hands, we've had a difficult time with them. But my husband said we're not having a difficult time now and they're going to replace the faucet. We just had one little faux pas but they corrected it.

The gentleman from Re-Bath who came out to our house was not pushy, answered all the questions, and was very pleasant to deal with. Their installer was very helpful and did a great job. I'm very pleased with my experience with them.

I am very pleased with my new kitchen from 5 Day Kitchens (Re-Bath). The entire remodel took 7 working days over a three week period. If you don't order stone counters it can truly be completed in 5 days.

The Re-Bath sales representative was very nice and helpful. He came to the house and we looked at the space we had and figured out a solution. He wrote up the contract for that, but then I didn't like the solution after I thought about it. He came back out and we figured out a different solution so he amended the contract.

I purchased a walk-in tub from Re-Bath a little over a month. They're a family-owned, small local business and I like that they weren't a fly-by-night company. My dad was in a nursing home and going home, we were really worried about him falling. The sales representative came to my dad's house and we talked about what we were looking for and why. She was super personable, made follow-up calls, text, and emails. Every question we asked for, she not only answered it for us but then followed up and made sure that we'd have it worked soon.

Our bathroom is old and was in bad shape, and we know that Re-Bath has a reputation to uphold, so we chose them for our remodeling. The installation team did really well. In fact, the countertop was 90 degrees and we wanted it bullnosed. They went ahead and took it back, and have that done with no extra charge, which was nice of them. However, I did not see the quality of the cabinets before we ordered them, we just saw examples of its doors. Also, they were a little expensive, but we love what we got, so we can't complain. Overall, I really would recommend Re-Bath. They did a very efficient and clean job. Everything was done well, we're happy with the results.
