Having this company remodel my bath was the worst mistake of my life. They do the job in one day, yes, but that it the only positive thing I can say about them. The quality of the products, which they guarantee for life, has not lasted me even 6 months and have completely broken down and malfunctioned. First, the faucet valve lasted me only three months before the water began to drip significantly and eventually (in a few days) would not fully turn off. Now, five months after the installation, the shower head tubing is spraying water everywhere in every direction, onto my ceiling, onto my walls, beyond my shower door; how am I supposed to use my shower?
Customer service is a joke. They only come to service customers on Fridays, making it very difficult to schedule an appointment in close proximity of (what have become) regular shower breakings. Be ready to live with a brand new broken shower for a month before they can get to you, that is if they even get to you on your scheduled day. As of right now, I am overpaying monthly for the most unreliable broken shower, which I will most likely have to have completely redone by somebody else for a hefty price.
This company charges thousands on thousands for the cheapest quality which will frustrate you to no end. They may give a lifetime guarantee, but not because they give you what you pay for, but because they will keep using up your Fridays to come in and try to fix the cheapness they installed. Aside from the shower not working as it should, the caulking shrinks up, grows significant mold (I've never had mold in my old shower and they claim to be mold resistant) and peels off making my shower look like it is a decade old. I clean my shower after each use, have used CLR with no success, and use no harsh chemicals or tools to clean my shower but this product does not live up to its price. Please, have some respect for yourself and put your money somewhere worthy.

The house was flooded and we needed our bathroom done. We went down and looked at what Re-Bath had and figured we’d give it a shot. The installers were polite and as they went through the project, they told me what was going on and they also wanted to know whether we wanted the handicap accessible handles split. So it was comfortable for us. They also cleaned up after themselves. Everything went well and they got the job done.

Our bath desperately needed an update. It was done before by somebody but they didn't know what they were doing. So a month ago, I decided to have Re-Bath work on our tub and the surround, and they were great. They estimated that the installation would be about a day, but it took a little bit longer than that. But they did a great job so I would recommend them.

Our bathroom was outdated so we had it redone by Re-Bath which is the same company that did our other bathroom finish about six years ago. We got a tub and a shower this time and their guy did a really good job with the remodel.

I had damage on my tile walls and I tried to do it myself and found out really quickly I was in over my head. So, I had to call for some rescue and it had to be done before Christmas. The sales rep was very informative, friendly and accommodating. The installation team was very polite, clean and tidy. They explained the process any time I had questions and did things that I wasn't even expecting as far as fixing the drain in my tub which was not part of the deal. They did an awesome job.

I had a giant bathtub that just collected dirt. I bought flooring and a shower from Re-Bath and they waterproofed the walls and redid the plumbing. Their sales rep was professional and even brought me cupcakes. Installation team was perfect. They said what they were going to do and they delivered on it. They were prompt and didn't have to wait for anybody to go and get coffee. Everything went without a hitch.

I had a tub that was easy to get in and out from but it was time to get rid of it. I had a couple of operations on my legs as well, so I decided to remodel my bathroom. We stopped in Re-Bath's showroom and things there went well. We bought the walk-in shower last month and their staff did a good job. I'm very happy with their product and work.

I live with my mother and father. My father just turned 91, my mother just turned 85 and they have trouble getting into our tub. So we were going back and forth about what we should do because their legs are getting weaker. I then called Re-Bath and I spoke to Rose in the Wappingers Falls office. She's really nice. I went with my sister who was visiting to the showroom and Rose took care of all our questions, showed us everything. Then, Bob the salesman came. We went over what we wanted and he was very helpful.
The installation guys came, and they had it done in five hours - they did a perfect job. Two nights ago, my mother, once again at 3:30 in the morning, fell. The shower doors were semi-open, so she fell through the opening. She went to grab for the handle on the shower door and luckily, she just fell and she just got some bruises. I called Re-Bath because the other shower door got knocked off the track and the doors are so heavy that I couldn't figure out how to get it back on the track.
They came within an hour of my phone call and fixed it. And then I talked to them because I was concerned 'cause my mother has Alzheimer's and she can't remember what happened. Caleb was so nice he said his grandfather had Alzheimer's so he thought another grab rail would be good so that when she goes she would have something to grab onto before she would fall into the shower doors. Because he said there is some kind of glass that they would shatter. So for safety reasons, he was nice enough to add a white grab bar (they had extras). I would recommend them to anybody. They did a beautiful job.

I'm renovating the house to sell it so we had Re-Bath remove the old tub and do a complete insert. They were professional and did a good job of the installation and cleaning up. I was very pleased with the whole experience and with the two guys who did the install. They explained everything thoroughly. Re-Bath also called to see how the installation went.

My bathroom was outdated and it also needed a different functionality for my mother-in-law. We called Re-Bath to get an appointment and their rep came out to the house. He was a decent guy and we had a great conversation with him. We had a good time and he also followed up well. Then one of the primary installers was a missionary kid so that's really good from our stand point. The supervisor who went around and checked everything was also a fine guy. We had a long discussion probably a couple of times when he came out to the house. I totally enjoyed my contact with everybody at Re-Bath.
The bath is separated in two parts. It has the primary shower tub area and lavatory area. Then there's a walk-in closet and a powder room that has the commode and another sink. So we left the walk-in closet and did the other two rooms. It took Re-Bath a week and three days but we had a far different experience when we did the kitchen which was a three month ordeal so this one was wonderful. My wife's quite pleased.

I was doing a bath tub to shower conversion. When I took the tub out, I was gonna tile that area as well as the floor and the shower. I already had somebody lined up to do it but I saw an article which mentioned Re-Bath so I investigated it and went to their showroom. I saw some of the displays and thought they looked pretty good. I also liked that their product was very low maintenance. There was no grout involved. I was looking at a particular selection and so I requested for somebody to come out and get me an estimate. Their rep came out, did some measuring, gave me the estimate, and I decided to go with them. The installation was done about two weeks ago and their installer did a good job, and I have already chosen to have my other shower done by them.

My house is 34 years old and it still had the original bathroom in it so I decided to do a remodel. I went with Re-Bath because of the time it would take to get the wall system done. The sales reps were all pleasant, and the installation was done in two days like it was supposed to. They were fast and the quality is good.

I did a complete bathroom remodel and went with Re-Bath because they were the most expensive. They came on time, and the first words out of their mouth were, “We’re the most expensive, but we’re the best.” And I wasn't disappointed. They explained it bluntly and it came out perfect. However, the bathroom wasn’t finished. The outlet covers were not installed and the threshold from the bathroom to the hallway wasn’t put in. So when a Re-Bath representative came to do the final inspection, we talked about it and they said that they would come over and finish it, but it was never done. He talked to somebody on the phone while I was standing there, and they never came over and did it. So I’ve done it myself.
Also, I asked the representative for the estimates, because when we did the initial estimate, we did both bathrooms. I asked him what the estimate was for the other bathroom but they never got back to me. Other than those, the remodel was perfect, so I’ve recommended Re-Bath to all my neighbors. In fact, I’ve had a bunch of my neighbors come over and look at my bathroom and I’m looking forward to doing my next bathroom.

I liked Re-Bath's pricing so I got a tub liner from them. Their sales rep was a nice lady. She came and told us what the options were and explained to us how much it would cost to have the whole tub replaced as opposed to just the liner. However, I was surprised that it took so long to have the liner made because I thought we're gonna have it that night. The guy who did the install was pretty quick though. It took him no more than 3 hours and he also cleared everything up. Everything went fine.

For us Re-Bath of Central Texas has been an aggravation from the beginning; I feel the primary reason is poor communication. Below is issues we had with them: Salesperson Dan forgot to include tub faucets to our order. Dan informed us when we signed the contract it will be 8-10 weeks before the work would start, and the whole process will be 3 days from start to finish – no big deal; however, read below.
When the guys showed up on day one they did not know we ordered (through Dan) an exhaust fan to be installed. After a couple of days and phone calls back and forth, we finally got the exhaust fan; however, electrician Russell did NOT vent the fan, and Russell the electrician LEFT LIVE WIRES EXPOSED IN THE ATTIC!! When the remodel work was done we were told “oh, it will be 2-3 weeks for your shower door"... "What? We were told whole process would be 3 days!” Door had to be special ordered after work was done for proper measurements. 1st time the exhaust fan was either installed incorrectly or a bad unit because it would blow air but not exhaust the bathroom, but the heater did work. 2nd time Supervisor Felix came out and tried to fix Russell’s mistakes (vent the exhaust properly, fix the exposed wires, and fix the exhaust fan) – was able to get the fan to exhaust, but now the heat did not work. Put in an order for replacement parts.
Spoke with Felix regarding our frustration through the process and he said he will have Brian give us a call – 3 weeks later still no call from Brian. 3rd time they tried to fix the exhaust fan with the replacement parts – nope, now the heater works but no exhaust; need to call out another electrician… a week later still no electrician!! Shower door finally arrived and installed.
We had the whole thing financed and was told we would not have to pay anything upfront or out of pocket – when they came to install the shower door they tried to collect a $1000 and supposedly the contract was changed… have not seen nor heard anything else about this issue. Speaking of no call, we were told several times through the process either Dan or Brian will give us a call… no call from either of them! Now however there were a few positives sides (reason why they are receiving two stars instead of just one): the employees do a really good job making as little mess as possible, they did clean up what mess they made, they were really polite and respectable.

I have a two-story house and I was washing one day and saw a puddle by the washing machine. I looked up on the ceiling and there was a leak from the shower above. My son had taken a bath and the water overflowed and came down so I thought that I better have somebody come and look at it and it could be time for a new bathtub. Also, my husband is disabled and we thought a walk-in shower would really help him. Re-Bath came up right away and the lady I talked to was amazing, gave me options, and explained everything. She was very nice, persuasive, and she gave me her number so I could call her when I needed anything or if I had any questions. I called her twice and she answered and returned my call right away.
So, about a month ago we got the walk-in tub with the heater and I also put a new floor because I had carpet in there. The installation team was very nice, professional, polite, and amazing. They took out the carpet and they fixed the floor where the water had gone over and they also put the tile all the way up. I had a problem with my front door and one guy asked me if I wanted it fixed and he nailed the door. They had to put three holes in the ceiling downstairs and we had a textured ceiling in what we call our movie room but it was fixed when they came to redo the ceiling. One can’t even tell there was a hole in the wall. They said it would be done in three days and it was done in three days so they're very timely. The work was excellent and I’m very happy. I’m very, very satisfied.
Re-Bath has amazing salespeople, amazing crew, and amazing results. They said the tub is guaranteed and even though I was the one who bought it, it’s still gonna be under warranty after I pass it on to my son when the house will belong to him, which is a good deal. Now, my husband goes into the tub and soak, because he has backaches and neck aches, and we can’t get him out sometimes.

Our bathroom was looking bad, and I knew sooner or later I had to do something with it. There was ease in having Re-Bath come and give me options. The sales rep came, showed me all the options, and I picked from there. We had the tub taken out, and got a walk-in shower. The installation team had me decide on where to put different handles and their different finishes. They told me that when they ordered the sliding door, it came with a slight chip in it. They put it in and had to take it out. A man actually came in today and took the door out to put a new one in. However, he wasn't able to put the handle on because when they put the original one, they stripped the screw in there, and they had to order a new handle. But overall, it was an easy experience, and the shower turned out beautiful.

When we purchased the home in 2013, we didn't have a chance to make any decision as to what was going to be installed. We’ve lived here for three years and we wanted to upgrade our master bath as we didn’t want the insert that was previously installed by the builder. We wanted to get a tiled shower and we were looking at tiling it from floor to ceiling and did not want to get another insert. Home Depot worked with us as far as the tiling was concerned and upgrading the fixtures like the vanity, vanity top, the new toilet and the linoleum flooring. Home Depot doesn’t do baths so they scheduled a call from Re-Bath to come out and sit with us to try to put a design together. We got a call from Denise and she showed us some material and things that we could choose from. We liked what she had to show us and her help in selecting the type of flooring that would look best and get a better feel in a master bath.
Rather than purchase all of that material from Re-Bath Denise suggested that we purchase from Home Depot and just let Re-Bath take care of the shower, so that’s the route we took. She said that she would meet us up at Home Depot and help us with the selections to make sure that we got the right measurements and things that would look good with the shower tile and things of that nature that we’d selected for the shower. She was a big help. She took time out and met us up there and helped us select everything.
We ordered everything and had everything shipped here to the home. We wanted to make sure everything was here before Re-Bath called to schedule the actual install, so everything worked out pretty good. We got everything here a couple weeks ahead of schedule. We got at call from Brian and he came out to do a double check and take some other measurements to help us decide on whether or not we wanted to go from floor to ceiling, which if we wanted to do would be no problem at all. The tech guys that came out did a really nice installation. They were very professional and they cleaned up after their work for the day, and they made sure we had access to the master bath and our master bedroom. They made the installation as pleasant as they possibly could. They walked us through some things that they needed to show us on how the shower, faucet and all that stuff worked. Everyone that we worked with from start to finish was terrific.

We got a Home Depot home service loan and I needed something at that time, and Re-Bath was the company they dealt with since it was covered in our home service plan. Someone that used to work with Re-Bath that weren't with the company anymore were recommending it too, because they’re working with another company now and saw that Re-Bath was of higher quality. The sales rep was very kind, personable and not pushy. So we had them install a full shower. The installers were brothers and they were really nice. They answered my questions and didn’t take a lot of breaks. They kept working and cleaned everything up. Overall the product that they offered has been up to what they said it was. High quality work and very responsible workers that came and installed it.

We recently bought a house and the bathroom was from like the 1970's. We had Re-Bath remodel everything - the floor, tub, surround, shower doors, vanity top, and toilet. We only kept the outside walls. Their sales rep was very nice. He came here early and brought all the samples. We went through it all in a couple of hours and made our selections. He was really good in guiding us. About three to four weeks later, they called that everything was in. And then in two days, they were done. The installers were terrific. They came very early in the morning. They made sure everything was neat and clean and cleaned up when they were done. They did a really good job. Our bathroom remodel came out great and I'm real happy with it. I would recommend Re-Bath.

The bath tub was leaking and I didn't know anybody in the area who could do a bathroom remodel. A recommendation from somebody who's actually used one was important and a daughter of a friend at work had used Re-Bath. Since my house is almost a hundred years old, I knew it was gonna involve walls and all kinds of plumbing and I'd have to have more than just a plumber to put a tub in. Re-Bath could do the whole thing and were good at it. Their sales rep was excellent. He explained everything and showed me all the choices. He was really helpful and it was a highly satisfactory experience all the way around from sales to the office to the installers. Everybody was great and I would definitely recommend them. It was a lot of money spent but well worth it.

I have use Re-Bath twice. 2007 and 2015. Both times was satisfied with look and service tech assign to us. Problem came with repairs needed. No ones seem capable to help. The most serious one is downstairs. Shower seems to be something wrong with valves. Have call in three Plumbers each who stated the whole wall needs to come down to access the valves. Question: why do I have a shower that there no accessibility and what should I do now. Everybody can take wall down but can not guarantee it going back up. Help please. Tell what to do. Will put other two problems on hold as this is most important one.

We had a bath tub that splattered water all over the place and I was tired of it. We had gotten an estimate from Bath Fitter and I said, "They can't be the only people around that do these things so let's Google." I Googled and then I came up with Re-Bath and then they were affiliated with Home Depot and I thought, "We've been satisfied with Home Depot so let's connect the two."
We made an appointment and Dean came for the demonstration to tell us about it. Their product seemed to be a lot nicer than what Bath Fitter had and it was new stuff ripping out the old stuff. Although I thought Bath Fitter was way more expensive than what we were planning on spending, Re-Bath turned out to be more expensive but we went with Re-Bath because of the quality and the work that they were doing. They did a great job and the team was right on with everything that Dean told us about Re-Bath. He was very friendly, he knew his product and he seemed proud to represent the company.
Re-Bath installed the tub and surround we got last week so they were ahead of schedule by three days. The installers were great. They put a drop cloth down on all the steps. They got rid of all the cruddy tiles and there wasn't dust all over the place. They worked straight through; they didn't even take a lunch break. In the beginning they weren't sure if it was going to be a one day or two day job, but they got it all done and they even helped my husband carry a new vanity upstairs. I was so excited how nice everything looked that I forgot that they forgot the shower curtain rod, but they brought that back the next day. Everything about it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them. It was a quality job and we're happy with it.

I finally retired and now had the time to remodel our bathroom so we got a shower, a toilet, a vanity and a floor from Re-Bath. They could install them in a short period of time. The installation team were very good and they cleaned up after themselves. Their sales representative was knowledgeable and friendly for the most part but when I asked specifically for a specific price of each individual item she was unable to do that. But overall it was a good experience dealing with them.

I just moved here from Arizona and I had both knees replaced and it was very difficult for me to get in and out of the bathtub, so we had to do something with our bathroom. We purchased a walk-in shower from Re-Bath. They installed it three weeks ago. The sales representatives at Re-Bath were great. They continued to call and update us on what was going on. The installer was really good. He did his work and every once in a while he would go outside to saw something and he'd say, “Now is your chance if you need to go to the bathroom.” He'd let us know he was going to be out for a while so it was very nice. Our experience was great. It was no fuss, no muss. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

I'm so very unhappy with Re-Bath. Sure it seemed great and wonderful what they were putting in and for the amount of money I spent, I could have hired a contractor for half the price and would have gotten what I wanted. Everything from the tub size to fixtures not even being straight. I've called to complain before and they were not helpful at all with my concerns. If I could stop payment without my credit being hurt, I would!

We've had Re-Bath's services twice. The first time we had them, we just needed our bathroom remodeled since it was bad - we needed the walls replaced. They did a really good job on that. For the second one, we needed a bathroom done for the safety of my mother. We redid the shower since it was tiled and sunken, it had a step to go down. We had Re-Bath lift up the floor and put new walls and hand grips for my mom. Now, she loves the bathroom. Kyle, the sales representative was very nice. He showed us the products so we could pick out what we wanted, he measured everything and told us the price ranges that we would be working with. He was very good. The workers that came in were very courteous, nice, finished one day ahead of schedule, and cleaned up everything really well. They were excellent. I've also recommended them to my neighbors.
I had a lot of different estimates and I'd always heard that Re-Bath was very expensive but they really weren't any different than anybody else. In fact, one company was way too expensive. On the other hand, Re-Bath's prices were all in line and they even gave us a discount for the second bathroom because we already used them once. Their work is also guaranteed. If we have any problems with it, all we have to do is call and they'll come to fix it.

The wife and I were sharing one sink so we decided it was time to remodel our bathroom. We liked Re-Bath's product but the sales rep saying that they could come in in two days and have it done was the deciding factor. They were very professional and genuine to speak with about the project. There was constant communication and they even showed up afterwards to provide us cleaning supplies. The installers were very professional as well. They put walking paths down to make sure they didn’t disturb anything or dirty up any areas. They were very consistent with being on time and finishing up when they said they were gonna finish. They also asked questions, making sure I was satisfied with the work they were doing and keeping me involved.

Our bathroom was 25+ years old so we decided to remodel. We went with Re-Bath due to their pricing and their salesperson's personal touch. She was very friendly. She went with me when I did my shopping and she offered suggestions for putting in the package together in terms of chrome versus silver, keeping me intact with what I was getting from their company versus what I had to buy to go with it. We did the entire bathroom floor, shower, vanity, toilet and medicine cabinet. We purchased it last month and it was just installed about two weeks ago. The installers were very friendly and very helpful also offering suggestions regarding placement of bars, etc.

We had a water damage by the tub so we did a bathroom remodel. We saw online reviews for Re-Bath and heard they did a good job so we purchased a new tub, a toilet, a sink, some tiles, and the polymer for the shower from them. Our experience with the front desk personnel and the two other employees at Re-Bath was very good. We talked about all the choices, the cost, and went through all the displays. The people who did the installing were also wonderful. They kept us informed as they did it and they did a great job. They did it within three days and were very effective. We were very impressed.

I sprung a leak and it went through the ceiling so we decided to remodel our bathroom. I talked to the Re-Bath salesman. Their price wasn’t cheap, but it was decent so we went with them. We purchased a shower and it has been a good sales experience. For one thing it was not a hot sell. Anytime someone tries to hot sell, I shut them down and get somebody. Our installation experience was excellent. They did a magnificent job. Overall, I was satisfied.

The house is over 37 years old and has never been remodeled so it was time to do so. I found out about Re-Bath from a friend that had them do some work and I also had Re-Bath do the remodeling of my bathroom and they got it done quickly. Their sales rep came to the house and brought all the choices. We got some stonework on the walls, a new commode, vanity, and shower stalls done three weeks ago. The workers were very quick and they cleaned everything up. It was a pleasant experience.

Due to both my wife and myself being disabled, we had our tub replaced with a shower. Re-Bath did a very nice job. But, if you want after-sales service do not hire Re-Bath. My wife fell in the shower on Nov. 2 (not Re-Bath problem) and the rescue squad had to remove our shower doors to get her out. While they were here, I called Re-Bath and explained what had happened. The earliest I could get someone out to replace the doors was a week later on Nov 8. Nov 8 came and went and no on came to fix the doors. I called that evening and was told there was a "communication error" and someone would be out that evening. Again, no one came or called.
I called the next day, 9 Nov, and was told that there was a "communication error" and no one could come out until Fri, Nov 18. I tried to explain this was an emergency, that we can't shower, but that did not seem to matter. So, if you don't care about getting after-sales service, use Re-Bath. If you do care, find someone else.

I have back problems and knee problems. I cannot stand up and stand in the shower that we have. I also could not get in and out the bathtub. We’ve been talking about it for a long time about doing something and then we saw Re-Bath in Home Depot. We got someone to come out and talk to us about it. The rep showed the material and we were pleased with it. I also called some people and asked them about it and they said they were satisfied.
I bought a shower and it took the installer three days to do it because my house had the walls with the tough ceramic tile on it that had concrete and wire behind it. The installer was excellent and the only disappointment I had was my whole house was covered with dust even though they had the door shut. Also, his safety might be at risk because of the tearing down. The installer had to beat it with a hammer to get the concrete broke up and the wire out. And he just had that little surgical mask-looking protection and he's in there with all that dust. Also, we had to do a complete house cleaning after that. But I was very pleased and I would recommend Re-Bath.

We had our bathroom done about eight years ago but it was not a very good job so we knew we had to start over. We contacted Home Depot and the sales representative from Re-Bath came to our home and brought samples. She was very helpful. The installers were great. They contacted us when they were on their way and did anything that we asked of them. We have not yet used the bathroom yet because we’re still in the process of doing other things with the trim and new toilet but I would definitely recommend Re-Bath.

The shower is great but it took FOREVER to complete. This was not due to the contractors that were hired but solely due to Re-Bath's Production Control office. We were told they are very flexible around scheduling and that has been the furthest thing from their word. When a date was scheduled to begin work it would often (most every time) get postponed. Then the dates they provided would conflict with our work. So to meet their schedule we had to take time off from work to meet THEIR schedule. Totally Unsatisfactory. And this was not just one episode, but each and every time the workers were to come out.
Now after day 10 Re-Bath calls to say they will be out in 3 days between 8-10 to fix it. It's now 1130 and no one has showed up or even call. This is quite the norm on their production side. Very poor with customer assistance, which happens to be their main job, coordinating between customer and contractor.
If I could package this shower up and put it in a return box I would not hesitate one second to do so. Absolutely the most painful and horrific project I've ever endured. When you pay over 10 figures for a new piece to your homestead you would think you would receive the royal treatment. I assure you it was not money well spent. Very dissatisfying!

We had a second house that had an old bathroom. It was built in 1950 and had the same bathtub in it, so it was in dire need of a remodel. It was leaking and needed repair. The sales representative of Re-Bath was very good. He explained everything perfectly and knew his business quite well, so I was impressed with him and with the product. The only thing I was not impressed with is the price. Installation went pretty much as expected. They said it was going to get done in two days and it ended up almost three days. This house had some bad plumbing issues so that was fine with me.

I needed to update my bathroom and it was a choice of my husband doing it or Re-Bath doing it and I thought Re-Bath could do a better job. We had the whole bathroom redone. It was finished two or three weeks ago and we're still paying on it. The sales rep was very courteous and helpful. Overall, installation was alright. It was the scheduling that wasn’t very well-planned for. There were some delays that were frustrating because we only planned for three days off of work and we ended up having to take five. Had we known it would take five days, we wouldn’t have been scrambling the last two days to see who could get off work and what we could be there for.
On Monday, they were supposed to be at the house at 9:00 but got here at 10:30 or 11:00. Then they were here until 4:30 and had taken a half-hour lunch. On Tuesday, they were a bit late as well because they had a call that they had to answer before going to the house so they got here close to 10:00 and worked until 4:30. On Wednesday, they got here at 10:00. Then on Thursday, they got here close to 9:00. But we had something going on with our family then and had to leave the house by 3:00 so they were only able to work until that time as we didn't plan on them being there while we were gone. And then Friday, they got there around 9:00 and at 4:30 they finished up.
Originally, we said 8:00 would be their starting time, and it was like not 10:00 or 10:30 when they were actually showing up. Most of the time they tried to at least give us a heads up. But it still is frustrating because had they been there earlier then they probably wouldn’t have needed Friday. Either they didn’t plan the right number of hours, or they just weren't there as early as they had expected.
But the guys were professional and courteous. While they were going along, my husband noticed a couple of things that he wanted to tweak. One of the panels or the piping was wiggling or loose. So, he brought it to their attention the very next day and they fixed it and put it to a good standard. They addressed everything at the time that it was brought up to them. The sales representative came out a couple of times and checked on the work. The quality of the work was good. The bathroom turned out nice. They did a good job on it. I would recommend Re-Bath.

Our bathroom downstairs had a vanity that had been there for over 45 years and the linoleum had been there for 28 so it was really looking desperado. Then, the laminate flooring at the upstairs bathroom had been down for 25 years. Both bathrooms needed something done. We were thinking of moving to Idaho, too, to be near one of our married children and I was so tired of fixing things up to sell something so why not fix it up now and then enjoy it. So we had the bathrooms remodeled by Re-Bath. We did the vanities in both bathrooms and did a whirlpool bath upstairs with a shower and glass doors. Then downstairs we took out the bathtub and just had a shower.
The man who did the remodeling was awesome. My son and I were impressed with how hard he worked. He was very consistent. And if he did one thing that made a mess, he vacuumed it up right down. But the electrician who was new to the company really left a mess. There is a cat downstairs and the electrician didn't even bother moving the cat's food and water when he started. So all that mess fell on the cat's stuff, then the cat walked by, sniffed it and just meowed and walked away. I also didn't like where he put the electrical stuff on the wall downstairs. It's on a really bad location. He had to do that downstairs and took the wiring for the whirlpool bathtub from upstairs.
After he left, I had to completely re-vacuum. There was a pile of dust everywhere. It was ridiculous. And he had used our vacuum but didn’t even empty the trash. He filled up our trashcan and left it there. That was silly and I thought he was not gonna last very well. That was funky, but the bathrooms look absolutely gorgeous and wonderful.

We first looked at remodeling our bathroom a couple of years ago and at that time, we were not sure if we were going to keep the house or sell it. Later on we decided we're definitely going to stay here. Also, we had a regular tub in the master bathroom and we decided we wanted to go with just a walk-in shower and not have to climb over the tub since we just didn't use the tub. It was the primary reason for the remodeling.
The Re-Bath sales rep was very good. She came a couple of years before when we weren't sure if we're keeping the house and we called her back later on. Re-Bath did the work on both of our bathrooms in three days. In the master bathroom, they took out the tub and totally redid the walls. In the guest bathroom, we had a shower but we wanted to redo it so we redid that as well as the walls. We’re senior citizens and we put in the handicap rails, seat, and stuff. At some point, if we need them, it will be there.
We're very pleased with everybody's performance, from the sales to the installation people. I'd recommend them. We had one little problem in the guest bathroom, though. They put in a non-standard sliding doors. It's a glass door and got thicker glass, and Re-Bath had a problem getting the door to sit exactly right so the door doesn't close all the way.

Our bathtub came to the point where it needed to be replaced so I talked to Home Depot about their replacing a shower and they sent me Re-Bath. Their sales rep was very good. He called, made an appointment, came down right away and we talked about it. I gave him the okay to go forward so we signed the paperwork. I bought a walk-in shower with glass doors and acrylic walls. Their installation team installed it about two weeks ago. They came right on time and they did their work as estimated. They were very friendly and cleaned up very well afterwards. Overall, they did a good job as expected and it looks very nice and functional, and hopefully it will last quite well.

Rep came to quote a shower remodel through Home Depot. Quote to just do master shower area was over $10,000. We said we would think it over and get back to them. After thinking it over the next day I called to say we would not be going with them because their price seemed extremely high. Re-Bath said they could give a better price if we would reconsidered. I was not happy that they had not already given me a fair quote. They said if we did not use our Home Depot credit card and financed through them they could give us 15% off the quote. I called Home Depot and they said they do not charge Re-Bath 15% to do jobs through them.

We went in the Re-Bath store, looked around, liked what we saw and ended up purchasing a walk-in shower. The sales rep was very nice and the installation crew were above and beyond excellent. Even when they were in the process and I wanted to ask some things, one of the installers was very informative. He took his time and explained everything. I was very happy with him and if I ever get anything done in the house again, I would go to Re-Bath. Overall, it was a very pleasant and efficient experience. Our house is about 55 years old and it had the original bathtub. We’re going to be selling over the next five years or so, so we wanted to update the bathroom now. Both my mother and my mother-in-law have Re-Bath in their house. We then decided to use them. The sales rep was great and very honest. He let us know the price and gave us suggestions on what we could do because it’s a small bathroom. We had the tub taken out and we did a shower, they did all the walls and the ceiling. Then they also did the walls around the existing tile in the bathroom which is four feet up high behind the toilet and the sink. The installation crew said that they would be there for two days and they ended up being there for one, so they were good.
There were a couple of things that happened that I wasn’t happy with and I’ve been trying to work with Re-Bath on that. I noticed that while the installers were there, they broke my sink, which was not a part of getting Re-Bath. It’s got a huge crack and a hole in it. I asked the installer what he would do about it and he said that it happens. I’m not comfortable running my water so I started to work with the guy at Re-Bath and he told me that it’s probably a stress crack. I told him that it wasn’t there until they came. I texted them pictures of before and after, and that’s been about three weeks. I just gave them $9,000 and I’m asking them to fix or replace what they broke.
We don’t have a sink in our bathroom right now, so we’re using our laundry room because we only have one bathroom, to wash our face and brush our teeth. I went out and bought a sink over the weekend. I was very frugal. I’m not trying to get any money out of them. I wanted to go with the same sink because I liked it. They just didn’t have it, so I got another one.
I am still trying to work with Re-Bath to get reimbursed for that sink. I texted the pictures and receipts to the guy. He called and told me that they'll be coming out next week to replace the sink. I said, “We’ve been without a sink since the 20th of September, like come on!” I don’t want them to come and install the sink, I just want them to pay for it. He then said that he'll get a check out to me hopefully early next week. But then I want my money now because I had to pay out of my pocket for that sink so I am very disgruntled about that. And if I don’t get satisfaction, I will be blasting them on social media.

We've lived 16 years in the house and had a garden tub that we never used. We had Re-Bath take out the tub and put in a walk-in shower. We also had them change out the countertop on where the two sinks were. We didn't have to go the store. The salesman came to the house and brought all the samples with him. The installers were amazing with all the stuff that they tore out and brought in, and with very little upset to the routine in the house. Re-Bath was great but the subcontractor that did the glass work was horrendous. We’re going to see Re-Bath tomorrow and discuss what went on.

I've tried to modify our bathroom myself and I didn't do a very good job. So, I needed help and Re-Bath seemed like a good product so I purchased a shower from them. It's an oversized shower about four feet wide and six and a half feet long. So far, everything was good. I told my brother about it and he had Re-Bath do his bathroom too. However, their time frame was horrible. He mentioned that his took much longer to do. From the original projection of two weeks, it took six weeks but other than that, he was happy.

We've been here at our house for many years, so it was time to remodel our bathroom. We went with Re-Bath after our gift card was approved. The salesman was very nice. I was just anxious for all the stuff to get done. It's been a few months ago when I purchased from them and it took them almost two months to get out here, which was a little bothersome, but that's all right. We got a new flooring, tub and shower, and the installation team did a very good job. They covered the floors and took a lot of care, painted the wall and fixed the holes too. I'm very satisfied with what they did.

I had a very nice experience with Re-Bath. Their sales rep came out and talked to us and we picked out what we wanted. They did our shower, took out a tub in the other bathroom and put in a shower, but it needed the glass shower door. So, they had to come out, measure and put it on. The installers were nice, good and very efficient. They had two bathrooms done in three days but when we had to wait for the glass shower door, the guy wasn’t as prompt as the ones that did the work.

When we bought the house we knew it had to be remodeled. As soon as we moved in, I looked for somebody that could redo the bathroom and I got Re-Bath. I knew that these guys knew how to do it due to the fact that they do bathrooms all the time. If I had hired somebody else, I would have gotten other people to come in to do other jobs. Re-Bath came out and gave me my estimate but then it was three or four weeks before they did the job because they had to order everything.
They were all super nice people. After the representative left, she sent two of the contractors out there. One who'd be doing the work, and the guy who was like over that department. They both took a look at it, and decided what they were going to do before they came back to start on the job. They wanted to make sure they had all the right materials. They had to bust out all shower stall that had four shower heads in it and basically build a wall to put my tub in. They started on Monday and they were there every day from 8 to 5. At the end of every day, they would sweep up, clean up before they left.
They got back there on Friday, finished up some things, cleaned up their mess and were wrapped up and out of there by noon. Anytime I called or they called me to confirm or we had to change something, they were helpful and polite. If I left a message, they always got back with me. Overall, we love our bathroom. They're awesome and they did an excellent job. It was a very pleasant experience.

We moved into this house, and the bathroom was one of the things that needed to be done. Then we saw Re-Bath's display booth at Home Depot. The reps were awesome and the installation team was very clean and helpful. I liked the fact that it was more custom-made rather than a formed thing that would just be fit in. We got the shower that has different shelves for things and the bench for sitting. It's an odd-shaped bathroom with a really sharp drop in the ceiling. There was a bathtub there, but this shower fits the space so much better. It was a positive experience.

I've purchased a shower from Re-Bath. They were very good at sales. They showed us all the literature and pictures. But we haven't had them install it yet. The first time we set up, they were about eight weeks out. Then after that, one of the installers was going on vacation, so they delayed it a month. The following month, I wasn’t feeling well so we delayed it another month. And about a month ago, I called and told them we’re going to put the installation on an indefinite hold until we think about it some more.
I did not like that it was all self-pitches. Everything that they did was based on a book value. No matter what we looked at, nothing seemed to affect the bottom line. In fact, every time we wanted something different, the price went up. It seemed like everything we talked about never lowered the price. We ended up losing money on the whole transaction. We put down $2,000 and $12,000 more is a lot of money. And I just couldn't justify the overall cost of $14,000 for just a shower. I’ve seen some projects range from the $24,000 to $30,000 for doing the whole bathroom which includes cabinets and floors already. But the reason we stopped was because they could never give us an itemized list of what we were paying for. They would give us pictures of what we purchased, and at the very end it was actually pictures of the actual product that we ordered.

The worst customer service experience ever. Management never reached out to me in the 3 months that I waited for service from them. I signed 2 contracts over this period and waited, and waited. We were looking to remodel, and Home Depot turned us onto Re-Bath. The product line that Re-Bath carried was totally custom material and sizes, and much more than a stock item at a Home Depot or Lowe's. They're a little bit expensive than most, but it was definitely well worth it in the long run. The remodel is excellent. I have no qualms, whatsoever. The installer was extremely professional, clean, and organized. It was a hard job, and for one man, he did excellently. My only qualm would be that I guess the company was so busy that it took two and a half months or so to just order the parts in, from the time of purchase to the time of installation. Other than that, I would highly recommend them if you want that custom look on a shower, or a complete bathroom. They got some really neat product.

My husband and I ordered our tub liner on 5/25/16 & were told work would commence in 6-8 weeks. We were remodeling the bathroom and were told the tile has to be in before the tub liner was installed. We started our work the end of June expecting the tub liner the end of July. July came and went without any follow up from the company. My husband called to check on our order and was told by the person - "we told you it would take 8-12 weeks." After letting him know what is written on our order form he was told "it must be on back order. We'll have to check". No callback.
At the beginning of Sept I call. The lady who answered said she'd have to check and call me back. I let her know of our prior call for which she apologized and did call me back same day. She told me my product was back ordered but was on the truck and would be delivered that day. She scheduled my install for 2 weeks later while I was on the phone. I told her I wanted to speak to someone about the lack of follow up and the order taking almost 2xs as long as originally expected. She again apologized and told me she didn't have the authority to do anything but would share my concern and have someone call back. Again no call.
The day of the install my husband called to again speak to someone and was told we would get a call from the owner. Today I get a call from one of the rudest ladies I've ever spoken with. As I explained the experience she tells me the notes say we called on 2 different dates. After letting her know those were days we called to find out what was up w/ our order she proceeds to say in a condescending tone "I'm not saying you're lying - but I can only go by the notes". She said "yes it took a long time, yes it's a lot of money but you have a lifetime warranty. We fired the girl that used to work here but I know that's not your problem. I guess everything goes perfect in your life but I don't know what you want me to do. I can send you a $50 gift card."
SERIOUSLY? I understand back orders - I work in retail home improvement. All I ever expected was someone to keep me informed. We never would have started the work on our bathroom so early if we'd have known about the delay. I've been unable to use the main floor bath for 3 months due to their lack of follow up and that's worth $50? Her apology for my inconvenience was combined w/ Snide comments and told me she felt it was more than fair. She then proceeds to insult the company I work for so I hung up! The lady had the nerve to call back and tell me she credited my credit card $100. As she continues to throw insults my way as if the Customer is unreasonable to expect follow up on their $2000 Purchase.
This is Re-bath in Troy, MI. The salesperson and installers were professional. No complaint about the way it looks. I have no confidence that if I ever have a problem that it will be taken care of. If it was indeed the woman they supposedly fired's fault for the lack of follow up I'm guessing the staff learned their customer service skills from the owner. I will never do business w/ them again and warn anyone else considering it to do a better job of checking them out than I did.

I was at a home show and Re-Bath's salesman seemed honestly friendly. He was very knowledgeable and was not pushy at all. I had taken a physically challenged neighbor with me so that she could have her bathroom done too and he was able to help her quite a bit. Anybody who was willing to go that far was worth dealing with. I ended up having Re-Bath remodel my whole bathroom and the installers did a very good job. They did it in three days. My experience was very good.

I cannot tell you how rude and disrespectful they have been to my mother, her nurses and to me. We hired Re-Bath to do my mothers bath and it has been a horrible experience. They broke her window sill in the process of moving things out of the bathroom, and busted the corner off of her vanity. I was content with letting them replace her vanity with a less expensive product from Home Depot. However, I am not okay with the fact that it was installed incorrectly and is the wrong size. It wobbles and does not fit, which is a safety hazard for my 81-year-old mother. I voiced my concern, about the safety of my mother, worried that if she grabs on to the unstable sink that she may fall. My concern was essentially dismissed, by LJ/Jason via phone. Both employees seemed irritated with the situation and said it was fine but they would caulk it.
My mothers nurse provided video footage and photos showing otherwise. The sink still clearly does not fit nor was it installed correctly. I cannot believe that they think this is alright to simply slap something on there and pretend it is ok. The window sill that they busted was simply painted over. The service man has been trying to scare my mother ever since. He has been threatening her that his company is going to sue her and put a lien on her house. She is not refusing to pay, she is just refusing to pay until it is corrected. Nothing about this situation has been handled in a professional manner. Upon completion we are certainly happy to pay.

The tile that I had in the bathroom kept leaking into the wall so I wanted to get rid of it. One of the things a lot of people said is that Re-Bath uses their own people rather than sublet it out to other contractors. Their sales rep gave me advice on what they thought they could do and had a lot of different products to show me so that I could pick the one that I wanted. One of the installers was also really good. He had to come back by himself the second day, but he knew what he was doing and he was efficient. The only problem I had was that it took seven weeks for them to get here, but so far, I’m very happy with their work.

I had Re-Bath do my master bathroom before through Home Depot, so I also hired them for my second full bath. The salesman called and set up an appointment. He came to our house, and although we already knew the prices, he still went over them again. And then we picked out the bath. The only issue I've had so far is that I was supposed to have two-year interest free financing and it's only shown up as X months. They said they had rectified it and it'll show up in the next statement. I'm waiting for the statement, and if it doesn’t, then I'll call again.
The installers went over what was gonna be done and how long it would take. They started to get into the project, and pointed out some areas where they had to fix. The guys were very good. They updated me as they kept getting along. And when they were done, they went over everything with me - how to maintain it, and how long to wait until you start cleaning it. They did a nice job. They redid some of the caulking for me in the original one. It was probably my fault because I hadn't followed the exact protocol what to do as far as maintaining it. And they went over that with me. So we've already started maintaining it the way we probably should've started with. They were gone in less than six hours. Overall, it was a good experience. It's a little pricey, but it's worth it.

We had the shower put in about a year ago. The salesman came out and show me material that was not even used. Show me a piece of tile quarter inch thick when it was put in it was paper thin piece of something. Then when they put the sliding glass door in they put a piece of rubber in the track about two inches and it slide every one and while and the glass door fall off. This the worst 6000.00 I ever spent.

My neighbor had two of her bathrooms remodeled and I saw the outcome. Everything was all done with Re-Bath. It was consolidated, and you didn’t have to go out and hire a contractor. So we hired Re-Bath because we wanted to have something that was consolidated in all one area, so we knew who we were dealing with. We had a bathtub replaced into a standing shower. And then had flooring put in our master bath and in the main bathroom. The installers did a very good job. They really cleaned up after themselves. And the only thing I had to have them come back in and do was some of the in between the tiles because they missed some of them. I also had them come out to replace the discoloration on the brushed nickel on the drain, and they fixed it.
The base of the shower was getting to look really dirty, so I used the product that Re-Bath had suggested but we found out I had to have a guy come back out. The guy that came just cleaned it with vinegar. He said that the product that Re-Bath sells to clean the showers and the tubs won't cut into the hard water that we have in the area. I suggest that Re-Bath should let their customers know about this in the future because it's an easy fix and you can do it yourself. You don’t have to call and have somebody come out and do it.

We have been thinking for a while about remodeling our bathroom. So I called Re-Bath to see where they were located so I could come and see what they could do. I chose them majorly because they were gonna be finished with the job in a day. That was huge for me because I didn't want be without a bath and shower for three weeks. However it actually took two days since, when they took the walls down, we had termites which we had to get treated for.
Besides them coming to the house to show me the materials and describe everything to me, the sales representative called several times to check on everything and see how the installation went. Their installers were also very friendly, patient, and professional. They had dinner and had lunch with us as we insisted they do that. Their team were topnotch and I was overall pleased with the whole process. The remodeling of our bathtub and shower went exactly as planned, except for the termites. It was also good that we had the remodeling because if not, we would have never found about the termites and they could have eaten through the whole house.

We purchased a home and we moved in. It was a little dated so we decided to upgrade the shower and then the faucet. When the Re-Bath representative did the little demo, he showed us some of the other things that were available and we took advantage of some of them. It ended up being a lot more of a remodel than what we had initially planned on doing. Their installers were very efficient. Because of the work that they were doing, it required them to redo some of the texture on the walls so they needed the touch-up paint. I happen to have the same color so I handed them the paint and they took care of it. The remodeling has been an excellent quality.
There are still a couple of outstanding issues, though nothing major. It’s just that the silicone that they used at the sliding glass on the shower, the little guide that keeps the glass in place, didn’t work. They said they would call and come back out to drill a little screw to keep it in place and that it would take five minutes to do it, but I wasn’t able to get there when we scheduled the date for them to show up because we had an emergency at work. I haven’t had the chance to reschedule it yet but I’ll be doing so soon. Nevertheless, they were great to work with. They did a lot in a short amount of time, so I was really impressed. However, although they were able to work with me on payment arrangements, the cost was still a little higher than we had planned.

We just moved into a new home and our master bathroom already had a shower and a tub. However, our second bathroom looked pretty old. Although it was usable, we'd rather have a full functioning shower with a seat and all the modern new features because we really wanted to make it look new. We were at a Home Depot and Re-Bath had one of their displays of a shower and we liked it. That's the kind of shower we wanted in our home so we got the information then we made the call to Re-Bath. Somebody came out and we had it taken care of from there.
The sales rep called and we set up a convenient time for both of us. He brought out samples of different type of walls, the different types of bases and all the different features. Then we made the selection. There were two guys who came to install it and they were very courteous, friendly, and professional. They laid down boards to protect the flooring and the walls and did a very neat job. There was a lot of construction noise but it wasn't bad. As a matter of fact, we had another salesperson come in who was helping us pick out flooring and carpeting for the house and they didn't get in our way. Also, they got here pretty early as they said they were going to come. They finished at about 4:00 but they did a great job and it looks good.
In addition, they told us they were going to come at the end of September but it turned out they had an opening for the third week in August so they were here on the 25th and got it done. We're very happy with the results and that they were able to finish sooner than they told us they would. We're using it now and this is the nicest shower we've ever had. We're very pleased. It's got wonderful features and we're very impressed with it.

I wanted somebody that had experience in remodeling the bathroom and put some quality behind their product. I didn't want some private guy to come in and do it and I wasn't gonna go with some fly by night contractor. I had a good feeling with Re-Bath so I went with them. We had our shower redone five years ago and a couple months ago, we had our bathtub redone into a standing shower. The installation was awesome. Periodically, when we would find a small thing or two with the last remodel, my wife would place a call with Re-Bath and they would come right out and take care of it instantly with no problems.

Horrible experience with Re-Bath. I had them do our Chino Condo-Townhouse and they did an excellent job remodeling our bath so I had them do our house with 1 bath and 1 shower. The bath tub was done well. However, the drain rusted in less than 1 year. I went with Re-Bath because I thought that EVERYTHING was under the lifetime warranty. Re-Bath refuses to come and replace the drain. I sent pictures showing all the Moen fixtures are intact and that we've been using 409 to clean (from the approved cleaners list). Following is an email from the owner telling me to replace the drain myself. "I do not have a spare in the warehouse. You can get the same one I installed at Home Depot. You can go on YouTube to see how to swap it out. Let me know if you have any problem with the fixtures though, they have a lifetime warranty with Moen."
In addition to the drain in the tub, the shower doors leaked. Re-Bath was contracted with Villalobos Glass. It took 4 trips before they were able to fix the leak at one end of the shower enclosure. 1 yr later we found another leak on the other end of the shower enclosure. Keith, the owner, informed me that they no longer worked with Villalobos Glass and that I was to call them myself to get the problem fixed. I did and it took 2 visits to fix the other leak and I still need to repair the water damage to my door frame myself.

She made an attempt to upsell but I just can’t put a $7,000 bathtub in my bathroom. It was high enough. They got here on time and laid stuff on the floor so it wouldn’t track it up. They got to work, had a whole bunch of it done and came back the next day.
I have another bathroom, and the saleslady said it’d be four to five weeks more before another wall came in. But I didn’t like the other one. It had too much yellow on it. So I said, “I really want the other one so I’ll wait, but I’d like you to throw in that shower head that’s a nice one.” It happened pretty fast and they didn’t take as long as they said. And now they called me and I was available so they came and put it in. This will be something I’ll have forever. It’s a classic look, not anything trendy, so it’ll still look good in 20 years. The quality is excellent. It’s beautiful, seamless and exactly how I pictured it.

I saw Re-Bath on one of the flyers and then I became curious about what they offer. We've had a bathroom remodel scheduled for quite some time but then I didn’t use Re-Bath for everything in my bathroom. I like the fact that they offer materials that provide long-term solution and that’s one of the reasons why we decided to go with them. Our initial interaction with the Re-Bath sales rep didn’t go so well because the communication fell apart after he came out to our home. We were upset but the owner got involved and it made a big difference that he offered to come to our home to communicate. I like the fact that the owner himself followed up a couple times and that the process seemed a little smoother once he got involved. He even gave follow-up phone calls after the initial install was done, so we did appreciate that.
We purchased a bathroom vanity countertop and the wet area was totally replaced. The installation went well except for a small glitch. I was concerned about protecting my flooring that I wasn’t replacing. The initial gentleman that came in did not take step initially to cover our floor that we wanted to save nor cover the new countertop that was just put in. I expressed concerns over that and he immediately stepped on that by covering the floors appropriately. The installation was about a month ago and they're coming back to get a couple of things finalized. I'm not regretting that I hired Re-Bath. They did well overall and I like it.

My mother-in-law was 92 and we decided to take her in and unfortunately, she passed away but our plan was to change our bathroom to accommodate her. That didn't happen but we decided to do it for us, for down the road. I had heard from some friends that Re-Bath product was very good. The sales reps were awesome. They're very professional and very informative, so it made everything easy. The installation team was very informative and they were very cooperative and explained things as they went along. Remodelling our bathroom was something we’d been talking about for a while. I got a hold of Re-Bath because it’s got a name. It’s a national product so I felt comfortable with them. We did everything. I completely got rid of a bathtub and had a walk-in shower. Everything that was in the bathroom has been changed including the ceiling, and it took the installation team about five weeks to finish it. They were excellent. I’d have them again in a minute.

Our bathroom had old fiberboard tile that was rotting and since my husband has some mobility issues, I looked for something safer for him to get in and out of the tub. I decided to remodel our bathroom and I heard that Re-Bath was reputable. I called them in early May, then they came out and did the estimates. We had our bathroom completely gutted - put in a shower with a seat and both a stationary and handheld spray nozzle. New fixtures, sinks, toilets, cabinets, walls painted and new flooring, too. The installers were able to show up when I needed them to. I gave them a key because I had to leave for work at 2:00 in the afternoon and everything went fine.
The only problem was when they put the toilet tank in and we thought everything was done, it leaked. So we called them and they came out, fiddled with it, and tightened up washers. But then it leaked again, so we did that again three times. The fourth time, they finally replaced the tank and that's the one we're on now. However, we're still waiting for the 10 toilet tanks that they had to order to come in. We've got a white back on it now, which doesn't match the bottom and the seats because of the leak problem. We're waiting to hear on that from them.

We got a crack in our tub and it was leaking through to the basement. So when I read reviews online at the Better Business Bureau website for Re-Bath, that was kind of the clincher for me. We got a new bathtub with surround. We told their sales rep what we were looking for then he made suggestions based on that. And the installer was great. I met him in the morning, but I had to go to work and he was pretty much almost done at the time my husband got home. He also cleaned up and I was really impressed with it. Overall, you get what you pay for.

Our old bathroom is 30 years old. We go to Florida at end of September and I wanted the remodeling done quickly. Re-Bath was the most convenient at the time. The remodeling was full bath, shower, commode and vanity, and the other remodeling was the vanity and commode. The guy came out today to do some work and had to replace the vanity because there was dent in it.
The man that came out the first time was fine, but I was really surprised that some of the stuff we had to purchase at Weinstein. I thought they were going to have everything ready for us. And I also thought that the cost was a complete price but it turned out it was more. Nevertheless, the young man that came out today was wonderful - he was an angel. He had to go because he's been working overtime to begin with. I'd like him to come back and finish, he did a great job.

I had Re-bath convert my bathtub to a shower. Initially, I wanted to get a hand shower installed. If I bought the hand shower myself and got it installed by Re-Bath, then it would cost me significantly less. I didn't get concrete recommendations, which I asked for when I went to buy the hand shower, so the one model that I bought turned out to be incompatible with the thing that they were installing. It ended up not being installed and I had to return it. I didn't have much time to shop around so I came for a reliable company. But if I had time, I would have shopped around for a better price.

Re-Bath's pricing was good and everything was done at my kitchen table, which was nice. So, I didn't have to go looking for fixtures and tile and we liked the pattern of the shower that they offered us, which didn't involve a lot of maintenance for the tiles. We also liked the definite price, there wasn't any fluctuation in the price once the quote was given. The Re-bath sales rep came to the house for the first meeting and then she followed up with questions and receipts. After that, we traded emails and phone calls and everything was very timely so it was great. They did the install in one day, which was nice, we didn't have a lot of downtime, they were very efficient. The only issue we had is it took a little while for our shower door to get in. We were expecting it to be a week and it was more like two weeks, but we were also on vacation as well. Overall, it was easy, affordable and stylish.

The people that had the house before us had a metal tub, but the stuff on the wall was plastic and it got cracked at one point. It ended up having a hole and I was getting sick of looking at it so we decided to remodel the bathroom. Re-Bath took everything out and went right down to the studs on the wall which was what I liked. We had the bathtub to the shower remodel and we got the shower with the seat. The sales rep came out to the house, explained everything, gave all our options to get and measured everything. He had all different colors and kinds. The installation team were awesome too. They were very friendly, nice and great to work with. They explained to us what they were doing, what they had to do, and at the end, how to clean it. They did a great job. They cleaned up and there was nothing left behind. Everything was wonderful and easy, and we didn't have to worry about anything. I would recommend them to anybody.

My mom has a really bad back and she was no longer able to get over the bathtub to take a shower. The Re-Bath sales rep, Eddie, set up an appointment, and he was here when he said he was going to be. He showed me all the materials and everything that we were going to get and how they will do everything. He was very nice and in fact, he explained the whole process. I liked what he showed me and that it was going to be done in one day. We got a walk-in shower from them. The installation team was very courteous and made sure that they kept a path clear for my mom to get back to the other bathroom. They removed the bathtub and replaced it with the shower. I was going to do my kitchen and happened to go to Lowe's where I saw the display. Then I talked with a gal who I had originally talked to a couple of years before and she told me it was Re-Bath. So I called and ended up getting the tub surround and the shower in two different bathrooms. The guy that came out was very nice. I was going to do the whole bathroom but it wasn't feasible at this point so he figured out a way with the tub surround, the shower and the master bath. And down the road I'll do the rest. I have owned this place since '09 and had not been able to use the one bath. It's not that I wasn't able to but I would not use it because I know enough from having prior places that when you see holes in the grout, you know something is going on. But now I can use it and I'm having a fun time. I love it and I've recommended Re-Bath to a couple of people.

We've been contemplating for a bathroom remodel since last year, and were exploring some providers and then saw a display of Re-Bath at the Home Depot. The person manning the station got us in touch with the design person who then visited us at our house. He spent two hours working with us on ideas and roughing out some quotes. All that experience has been good.
We had Re-Bath do our two full baths in the upstairs of our house. In our hall bath, they took out the old style tub and shower and replaced it with a combination of a tub and shower. They did some other things in the bathroom as well. In our master bath, they removed a large Whirlpool tub and a separate shower and remodeled it in a way that put a new shower where the tub was.
For the most part, the installation people were good. The project, naturally, took a while and there were some small things that had to be worked through. They have poor internal communications within their business. I'd get some issue raised with the installer, and would have to talk with somebody else and then call back two days later to check on things. Nobody seemed to know what was going on and everything was repeated a few times during the course of the project. The work was on time, however, we had to make some adjustments to accommodate our own schedule since they were undergoing some training with their staff. It was a give and take on both our parts.
In addition, it wasn't a turnkey job and there were parts of the job that they didn't want to do and they were upfront about it. The drywall finishing and things that they got to start on were not included with the job. They were busy with the things that still had to be completed and some of which maybe they had not done all that they should have. When they left and their job was all done, things were left to me, the homeowner, and it makes it difficult to point the blame at them. Other than that, I'm happy with them.

At age 70, it was time to get the higher commode and put a seat in the bath and the shower area in case I get in a wheelchair or a walker. The sales rep from Re-Bath was here for an hour or two and showed my wife and I various products, and what we picked out looks great. It was weird that I called and they said they'd get back to me, and they didn't. Then, I got on the internet and I said that I'd like to get a quote, and the proper person from Central Illinois called and they came down about two days later and gave me the bid. I gave them the credit card to put half of it on and they said it would be about eight weeks. It ended up only being about six weeks before they started the job. The installation team was here for five days. The reason was the plumber was in a far end of the territory that this area covers and we were in the extreme end.
My only problem is that all the fittings in the shower are the polished and the one grab bar is of the brushed. For the amount of money I paid, I had to get that in polished, 'cause even the installer said he didn't know why the warehouse put that one in there. For almost $17,000 you already get to match properly. And I said to them, "The next time you're down this way, if the guy could start buying and changing that grab bar, I would really appreciate it." Overall, working with Re-Bath was excellent.

I had a hip and a knee replaced, and all I had was a tub so I had the bathroom remodelled by Re-Bath to make it a little more accessible. They were referred to me by my brother, he had the company redo his bathroom, too. I had the tub removed and a shower replaced. I was very pleased with their sales rep. He gave a lot of good information, and made some recommendations. He was very helpful as he pointed out things I didn't want to have that might be a good idea. The installers went right to work and kept their nose to the grindstone for the first full day and again the second full day. I was out on the porch with my animals, getting caught up in paperwork, and they were very respectful of my home and cleaned up every night after they left. They laid down carpets, from the door they came in, all the way to the bathroom and back, so they never tracked anything in. I was very impressed.

My bathroom was 23 years old, and I was really getting tired of stepping into the tub. I got two bathtubs, however, I didn't take a bath that much. Instead, I take a shower. I've heard good things about Re-Bath and their quality of work so I purchased a walk-in shower from them. Their sales rep was very thorough. The presentation lasted for three hours, and they had to make measurements. He was a talker, but he was very knowledgeable and he answered my questions. The installation guys were also very thorough, answered my questions, didn't make a mess, and wasn't that loud as far as their hammering. Their work area was very clean. I really enjoy my shower. Re-Bath is a bit on the expensive side, but I got a product with good quality from them.

The owner was very rude and they sold us a tub without the right faucet, with got a Specialty Tub (bigger tub) and the faucet was too small for the tub and the water was hit the back of the tub and you can't put your head under the faucet to wash your head. And the owner himself came in to look at it and he told us to use a cup to wash your heads - that he was not charging it. At that time my family had a lot going on so I just didn't do anything. So a year later we are out looking for a bigger faucet and it has been a nightmare and it cost us 6000 dollar to do this bathroom and the owner couldn't even get us faucet to Fit the tub. WILL NOT SEND THIS ANY BUSINESS AT ALL.

When the time came to remodel our bathroom and go from bathtub to shower, we saw Re-Bath's product and we decided to go with them. Their sales rep explained everything and things were just like he said it would be. The installation people did a great job. I went with Re-Bath for our bathroom renovation due to two reasons. One was the quality based on just collecting and comparing online reviews and other similar products. The other was how long the project would take. They were professional on every level. I have already decided I wanted to work with them, but they had their whole spiel they had to go through. The bathroom renovation took five actual days because the installation team had to travel four hours a day or more, which was fine. But, I knew what was going on ahead of time.

The tiles in my bathroom were falling off and things were in pretty bad shape. I needed to redo something around the showers and the tub enclosure. I heard about Re-Bath from Rosie on the House. Rosie is an independent contractor in the Phoenix area that has a radio show that's been on for many, many years. And he came to the house and he told me that his bid would be too expensive for the kind of bathrooms I needed and that Re-Bath would do a better job. We finished the purchase with Re-Bath about a month ago. I did an entire bathroom remodel in the main bathroom with double sinks, new counter, new cabinet, new floor, new toilet, new tub, and shower enclosure. The only thing Re-Bath did not do was the paint. And for the second bathroom, we did the sink, cabinetry, floor and toilet because I had had another company do the shower earlier and I wasn't using them again because of cost.
Bart was my the sales rep and he was awesome. He had lots of good suggestions and then he came in and helped me pick product. I was very pleased with his help. The installation crew was very knowledgeable and awesomely clean. Even though we had done lots of jackhammering to get things out of here and the dust was incredibly bad, they cleaned up and took everything away every day and kept allergens from being too bad for the rest of the family. It was a very positive experience all the way around. I do have one problem that they need to come and finish yet but I've been in and out of town and we haven't had time to connect.

We had the tub taken out in the master bathroom and a walk-in shower put in three weeks ago by Re-Bath. Their reps couldn't have been nicer. The lady that came out knew her stuff, had plenty of samples, gave us different options and sent me the information on how much it would cost if I do this or that. We were very pleased with her and with the gentleman who installed the shower. He came in, saw what he had to do, brought in cardboard pieces to lay on the floor and taped them down from my front door all the way around into the bathroom so the floor won’t get dirty. He was very efficient and quiet. I didn’t even know he was in the house. It was a two-day job because after he tore everything out and got it framed, we had to have the inspection. He got there about 8 o’clock on Thursday and was all finished by 4 o’clock on Friday.

A year later and still unfinished. Are these showers really custom made? If yes, then the shower they built for my bathroom is not straight because the wall they built is so crooked you would have to see it to believe it. There is a quarter inch gap where they installed base board by the sink. The caulking is lumpy, uneven and overall a disaster. There are too many other issues to cover. My suggestion is to hire Bath Outfitters. They did my bathroom completely downstairs beautifully and less expensive with no revisits and everything is guaranteed for life. Re-Bath has had revisits and still cannot get it right.

We wanted somebody that felt like they knew what they were doing, and we developed a trust with Re-Bath right away. We felt that if something didn’t turn out quite right, at least we feel that we could work with these folks. It was very organized, like, "Here's what we do, this is what it looks like, this is what the material is, this is what we use." When I called up and got a time that we wanted to have it done, the folks were very nice as far as figuring out what would be the best time.
The installation team was really good. They were very confident folks, so I felt really comfortable with them. I had a couple of questions, but they were very polite and considerate and agreeable. We did our own wallpapering, which meant they had to finish up everything pretty much before they could put the vanity in and have everything squared away at the end of the day. We were up to 2:00 in the morning doing the wallpapering and they came in the very next day and finished everything up. We really like that cooperation. They had to come all the way out here from Louisville, and didn’t cut any corners and cleaned up. I know there are a lot of contractors out there and they're all working hard, but there are some that are just better than others and Re-Bath is one of them.

They worked on the whole thing – the shower and vanity, in a day. It was very convenient. The sales guy was awesome and clear, and the installation guy was good. Re-Bath was wonderful. We previously dealt with them to have a liner put in our other bathroom. That was 14 years ago and it's still there. We haven't had problems with it. Recently, we had our tub taken out and remodeled into a shower because we're finding it harder to get out of the tub now. The representative was wonderful and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions. The guy who did the installation was wonderful as well. Re-Bath did a great job and I wouldn't have a problem dealing with them again.

The place I bought was deplorable, nothing worked. So, I figured I wanted to have a bathroom that I could enjoy. I had to buy a shower but my place is lower to where I put this in (it's a mobile home). The shower had to be torn out and they had to build a whole new shower for me. The way the bathroom was built, you couldn't put a shower in it and my wife didn't want a bathtub. I needed to get it done and I like that the company has a warranty on everything, which is what really sold me on top of the salesman and the people who work there.
The salesman was very down-to-earth and he wasn't pushy. The installation crew was great. They were very helpful and cleaned up after themselves. All I've seen is pictures of it and it looked fabulous. The gentleman that's in charge of it was a great guy too. We needed him to come out and do a few things (i.e. the water wasn't going down) and he immediately came and checked stuff out for me. The money I spent was worth it. They have a very good reputation in Florida.

My dad got sick and he needed a shower instead of a tub. Re-Bath had it done faster over any other remodeling companies. I liked them better and their price was reasonable. I hired them to remodel the whole bathroom. They did it in two stages because it was an emergency and I needed the shower fast. They were able to squeeze me in and do the shower first, then they worked with the whole bathroom. The sales representative was awesome. He's really knowledgeable and very professional. The installation crew were different guys that did the shower and then another couple of different guys did the rest of the bathroom and they were really good, very careful and clean. Also, Re-Bath was very good at working with the payment. I was able to give them half and then they were very helpful getting me to finance the other half.

I hired Re-Bath to replace tub/showers in all three of the bathrooms when we bought our house in 2007, based upon highly recommended and lifetime warranty. Besides from a few scheduling conflicts and wrong items being ordered, we were satisfied with the crew that did the work. However, after about 2 years we had a leak from our upstairs shower which leaked onto the ceiling of the living room causing damage to the sheet rock. After numerous attempts to contact Re-Bath, we found out that they have either changed ownership or something on that order and will not be able to provide any warranty obligations as was stated in the original agreement.
But, this wasn't the end of things to go wrong. We then had a leak from the other upstairs bathroom from a connection they installed, which again damaged the ceiling in the living room area. We thought that at least the third bathroom was good to go. This bathroom is downstairs and hardly ever used, especially the shower. So it was a total surprise when I tried using it and found out that there is no cold water, only hot water which makes this shower useless. So three out of three bathrooms were not installed correctly from the beginning, which might not be as bad if Re-Bath upheld their warranty agreement. However, since they won't uphold their warranty, I've probably spent at least another $1500 - $2000 on repairs out of my own pocket.
As I'm writing this review, I'm waiting on a call from my plumber to come over to fix another leak from a different connection beneath the tub in the upper bathroom, that has already had problems. I will never use Re-Bath for anything ever again due to a multitude of customer service and work quality concerns. Hope this is helpful to anybody that is considering using Re-Bath for their home.

The company and its contractors were professional, courteous, quick to respond to questions and efficient. I can't say enough about the people. However when we were sold the product, we did not see the actual product, but were shown pictures by which to make product selections. I guess it was our fault, we didn't ask for more. The quality of the product is POOR. We thought we were getting actual tile for the wainscoting and flooring. Instead on the walls we got thin acrylic that looks no better than what you could buy at a do it yourself store. On the floor I don't know what we got. It looks like cardboard. We wanted a thin decorative accent for the floor but what we got was something that looks like sticky tape or design electrical tape. The only items we were really pleased with was the tub and the sink.
Probably our fault that we didn't demand to see the actual product samples before we purchased the product. The quality of the product, and now our bathroom, looks cheap, and after spending a significant sum, we will need to spend more to achieve a decent looking bathroom. And we spent thousands for a small bathroom whose walking area is no greater than 7 feet by 3 feet wide. The lighting mount was done before the actual bathroom sink was put in, and as a result, the lighting and mirror are not perfectly aligned with the sink. Just want to say again, the people were very nice, courteous and hard working. Even the owner! Just wish the quality of the product met reasonable expectations. Buyer Beware.

My shower was falling apart so I decided that it was time to remodel my bathroom. I went with the quality that looked better so I chose Re-Bath and got the tub surround. Their sales rep gave me a detailed product explanation, although some of the things that he told me were misrepresentations. He told me that the tub surround was gonna be in one piece, but it was several pieces. He also said that I would be able to get a different type of fixture and I did not receive it. I have contacted them about it and they were supposed to come and fix a few things, but I haven't heard back from them.
They completed it last month and I was very pleased with the quality of the work and with how they worked. The installation team was courteous, considerate and they cleaned up everything. They were perfect. The actual install and the workmanship were excellent and it looks beautiful. I was disappointed in the things that I was told and that didn't happen, but I'm not disappointed in the finished product. So overall, it was a very good experience.

My bathroom had tiles that were cracked and bulging a bit down towards the base. Also, the base of the shower was not real easy to clean. Re-Bath had pretty good quality products. I did a whole shower with them. The initial person I talked to was real helpful. Then the sales rep was also good. I got good follow-ups. The installation team showed me how to clean things. I was real happy with the installation. Overall I was satisfied. It's a little pricey but I was very happy with everything.

We needed to replace the shower in the master bathroom, so we called Home Depot and they set up an appointment with a very nice man who came out and showed us the different products that Re-Bath had. Over all of the estimates that we had gotten, we decided that Re-Bath was not only the most economical, but it was also warrantied for the time I'll be living in my home. It was basically a lifetime warranty, and nobody gives that kind of warranty. That was very attractive to me. The men who came and actually did the work were very polite and conscientious of keeping things clean. They didn't have everything on the truck, but I don't know if that's because it wasn't ordered, it didn't come in, or they forgot it. Nevertheless, the shower is lovely. However, I'm very frustrated with the fact that we never got people to call us back when there was an issue.
They have a recording which if they changed, I wouldn't have been as upset. It says, "We'll get back to you within 90 minutes." I was having an issue and I called twice in one day, but nobody called me back. My husband finally came home from work and called Home Depot. The next day, somebody from there called me. My husband got a bunch of excuses on why they didn't call him back, and I'm not into excuses. They said 90 minutes. If they had said 24 hours, then it's okay. Also, they didn't bring everything. When they did the install, they forgot one of the handicap rails and the base trims around the bottom of the shower. We were told that as soon as my husband finishes painting, they would come out and put that back in. Again, we had to call and nobody called us back. It's not the shower itself that is not good, it's the customer care part that we are very frustrated with.
The first time we called, the shower is leaking all over the place and I really needed somebody to call me back. The second time was to get the stuff that they forgot, for them to come back and install it. I had trouble getting through them or getting anybody call me back. My husband had to call Home Depot again to get them to contact somebody to make sure we got a callback. That was a really huge negative for me. I expect them to call me back. They are plainly coming out to finish the job. It was also frustrating when they came and installed the shower then I was told I had to pay the rest of the thing. I said that the job was not finished, but they insisted that we pay them in full. I kept feeling like I shouldn't have paid them because the job wasn't really finished. Also maybe, I would have been able to get them out faster.
They came and installed it, then they told us we had to wait 24 hours before we can use the shower. We actually waited two days, and the first time we used it, water was leaking all over the place. It was all over the bathroom floor. It was coming out from underneath the glass wall, so I cleaned all that up, and that's when we called. My husband spoke to them and I don't know if somebody gave an excuse or not when the water was leaking. However, for the second time, when somebody finally called us back after Home Depot contacted them, the rep's reasoning was that she was out that day. My husband said, "Okay, so like nobody else makes phone calls there then? I mean, like, if you take a day off, that means nobody does anything in the office? I mean, what's that about?"
Then he said they should change their recording and not tell people that they're going to call back in 90 minutes if they're not going to. Honestly, if they had said they would get back to us within 24 hours, it would have been okay. But the first phone call I made was at 9:30 in the morning, and the second phone call was at 3:30 in the afternoon, giving them more than enough time to call me back and nobody called back.

My bathroom needed some work. Re-Bath was the first one we stopped at and we liked what they said so we went with them. The sales rep was very thorough and explained everything. The installers were punctual and explained what they were going to do and did it. They put in a walk-in shower, a new vanity and remodeled the floor. We're very satisfied with the service. I had a Re-Bath shower put in around 2 years ago. My re-bath service is no longer operational in my area due to the owner retiring. This has created a pass the buck mentality with this company. I now cannot turn my water on for a shower in my own home for a week. I have had to use friends' houses for this and it is a large inconvenience. If you say guaranteed you should back that up.

Re-Bath was excellent. When we decided we want to remodel our old shower, we called several companies, but we got the best price quote from Re-bath, got references, and so we went with them. We got a shower and lining for the whole shower over the existing tile and put it on a new door. Everybody was very courteous and efficient. So far, we’re enjoying our new shower and that our house was put back together. The only thing I'd want Re-Bath to improve on is to have a way in which they could have a vacuum system after we shower, so that we don’t have to clean the shower.

When I bought the house in August of last year, one bathroom had a tub-shower combination. Both my wife and I are very used to the step-in shower, so we got Re-Bath to convert the bathtub to a step-in shower. I went further and had the floor tiles as well. We used Re-Bath because of the financing situation, which helped. It was made very easy by Home Depot through a project loan. The decision was also based upon the testimonials for Re-Bath, as opposed to independent contractors.
During a number of visits to clear things out, the salesperson was extremely professional and we felt very comfortable with him. The project manager was extremely courteous, very knowledgeable, very professional, cleaning up after each day, and was very good all around. Generally, it's been a very positive and wonderful experience. Re-Bath did very high quality of work. We highly recommend and would use them again. We've been very happy with the outcome and we're really enjoying our new shower.

We were experiencing a couple of issues with our bathroom (chipped sink and cracked shower threshold) and wanted these to be taken cared of so we could enjoy the bathroom before we end up down the line putting the house up for sale. We had a completely new shower put in, two new countertops with a sink for the vanities that we had facing around a separate tub changed out and a new toilet. The sales rep that initially made the appointment and showed up was very reasonable. His timeline was right on. He came the first day of the work that was done and then after the work was finished, I contacted him about some questions that I had. He's followed up with those questions and there's one item that we're going to change out. He has put in for that information and we're waiting to hear about the change out.

I had tub enclosure that came in the house when it was built and it was cracked. We preferred Re-Bath because it was going to be quick and we were looking for a product that's easy to maintain since it's a whole bath that my children use. The salesperson was very friendly and I already knew what I wanted so interaction was very quick and easy to work with them. The installation guys were the two hardest working young men that I've seen in a long time. They were very careful to keep my home clean and draped everything when they went in and out. By the time they started to the time they were done, they were very respectful. I cannot tell how nice and refreshing it was to see two hardworking young men that just had manners - they didn't use any foul language. Everything about them was fabulous. When we had a little mold issue in the shower where the grout and the tiles were failing and they got water getting behind it, we knew we needed to do something. We wanted a solid panel to go from top to bottom for each wall. Re-Bath offered it and completely redid the shower. There was a new sink, bathroom countertops, and fixtures.
Their reps kept us advised of the timetable. Their installers were nice and friendly. They put down the steps over the floor and they came back with the shower door, which originally we weren't told that it would be 10 days before they could do a it. But when they came to do the shower door, we pointed out some damages they did to our wood flooring. We still haven't heard anything as far as what they're gonna do about it. Also, the sink counters, the shower and the surround around the tub was like rough feeling, like when you caught something and then you touch a panel and leave a little residue from your hands on it. It wasn't cleaned off.
We spent a minimum of three hours cleaning everything to get it smooth and was still not completely there with one item. We've got the sink and the shower smoothened but we're still working on the part around the tub. I wish we hadn't spent hours having to clean up and didn't have to deal with the damaged floor. I like the product from Re-Bath but I'm not thrilled with the overall follow through.

We had two elderly women that couldn't step up into an old bath tub. We bought a new shower from Re-Bath and everything that goes with it, replacing the bath tub. We had friends that used Re-Bath eight years ago. They had very good luck with the company and were very happy. Our tub needed to be replaced. We're getting up in years and it was getting hard to crawl in and out of our tub. We entered our name on the internet, and Re-Bath called us within the hour. Everything has been great. The sales rep was very straightforward, talked about how exactly everything would be put in, and that’s the way it happened. It's our first Re-Bath remodel. We did a shower conversion and ordered it about five weeks ago, but they were very busy so we got it about two weeks ago. The installers introduced themselves when they got here and put tarp on the floor. One of them was very helpful and made sure we knew what was going on. We had a wonderful experience that we've never had in a long time. Never doubt a company that's as great as Re-Bath. I'd recommend them.

Tried to schedule a quote for our master shower to get redone, but customer service representative REFUSED to "waste their designer's time" by coming to talk just to me. Tried to explain that my husband couldn't care less about the bathroom style, color, etc., didn't matter. My husband travels all over the state and Utah so he has crazy hours. Still didn't matter to the representative. I am told that if he's not there, designer will leave IMMEDIATELY. Good thing he is no longer deployed, but any active duty families better find another option b/c they wouldn't serve you either. Judging from the other reviews, the designer won't come without both of us so they can try to hard close us. Judging from the complaints to BBB and other reviews of workmanship, I feel we dodged a bullet.

We purchased the shower, toilet, floor, and fixtures like the grab bars, toilet paper holder and towel rack.
Their sales representative was very courteous. He was very informative, helped us decide on what looks better, showed us many options, and showed us the previous models that he had pictures of that has been redone. He also went out of his way to bring me a sample of the wall that's gonna be in the shower so I can match my outside wall colors to it. The installation team people were very nice as well. They were very courteous, stayed to themselves and cleaned up after. Also, there were a couple of things that I missed that I didn't notice that were completely the way I wanted, and they came back and took care of everything. We were satisfied. Overall, it was easy, quick and timely.

The house was built in 1951 and that's when the bathroom was put in. I had the tub removed and had a 5-foot shower, wainscoting, and a complete new floor put in. The Re-Bath sales rep was very informative, congenial and friendly. I had all the choices and was sure that what I asked for was what I was going to get. The installers were absolutely perfect. They were very careful bringing things in and out of the house because they had to break up the iron tub in the bathroom in order to get it out. This process took five days, and they were professional and obviously very experienced. They knew exactly what to do. Anytime I asked them a question, they had the answer and a solution. I couldn't be happier. Re-Bath's work is exceptional and I like them very much. I love the bathroom.

My wife had fallen and broke her neck and I needed to have a bath, walk-in shower instead of a bath tub. We chose Re-Bath because of their salesperson, what they promised and the expediting of it. The sales rep was knowledgeable but one thing I didn't appreciate is that there was no follow up. We did get one curtain rod that I tried to use and I can't get it to work. So I was gonna just take it back to the place of business and drop it off there. I had to use my old one which is fine. I'm satisfied with the product but it wasn't as big as what I thought it was going to be.
When I talked to them, I thought they were taking the whole shower out and inserting another one in which they did but they put it right over the top of my old one and it just shortened out. They did the work. There was one gentleman there for six hours but at this point I wouldn't recommend them because they charged me $5400 for stuff that took one man less than six hours to do. It was a little bit too much money for what I got. They should be a little more high end. I was under the impression that it was gonna be taken completely out and I have a little more room. But actually I have less room in the shower now than I did have with the tub. But, it's over and done and it's in the house and I'm not gonna change it. But I wouldn't do it again.

Our son finally moved out so we decided to remodel our bathroom. We went with Re-Bath based on the comparison on price points and product quality that we did. We got a tub and a shower surround, and the sales rep worked with us on our options and provided a fair price and pretty good turnaround times. I also highly recommend the two gentlemen who did the install. They were very knowledgeable and explained what was going on. Those two helped sell the end result. They did a nice job on to the finish. The only question I have was the 50% down at the time of purchase. It is a bit high for a tub and surround to provide that amount of money upfront. Ours was a $3,000 down. I'd recommend a $500 deposit. Nevertheless, they delivered on the products. We got good quality and good results.

I decided to remodel my bathroom for safety, because it was difficult getting in and out of the tub. I like Re-Bath's product with their showmanship so I had them replace my tub with a walk-in shower. Their installer was knowledgeable in what he was doing and did a good job. But the door was too high and water was splashing underneath it, so I called them back to make an adjustment. They came the next day and fixed it. My wife's bathroom was very crowded, with plastic molded seats all around and it was a pain to even turn around in there, so we decided to have it remodeled. Everything turned out great and I'm very satisfied with Re-Bath. They took out the entire bathroom and now, it has new walls all the way around and had a shower bar put in to hang stuff. They did a very good job. There are now new showers, bars you hold onto and there's a new bottom for it where the drain is. It is very nice. The guy did an excellent job all by himself and was very friendly.

A couple of months ago, I had Re-Bath remodeled my bath. The salesman was pretty convincing at how good a job they’d do so I decided to go with them. At the beginning, the he was friendly. However, he got the wrong color of tile and the installers had it half in before we noticed it, so we just went ahead and let them do it. But overall, I think it could have been better.

I was having a problem with the shower leaking under the floor. I figured it was time to do something because I didn’t want mold to grow under the floor. I decided to remodel my bathroom and I went with Re-Bath because it’s a one-stop shopping type of situation. They redid the entire shower. I have a new porcelain floor, countertop and faucet. The sales representative was professional but she couldn’t answer a lot of the technical questions, so we had to keep calling a different number. But she seemed nice. It was a hard sell because my budget was only 5,000 and I ended up paying 10,000, which I didn’t want to do. But after she quoted me the price of the shower, I said I better have the floor done because I had to rip up the floor. Then went in to the countertop.
Mike, the installer, was good, clean, professional and excellent except he had run out of tiles on Wednesday. He said they were going to overnight them to Re-Bath in Altamonte Springs. He'd have them the next day. They didn’t come in until the following day. So now he had a very abbreviated day on Thursday. And on Friday, he had to work for 9 to 10 hours. At quarter to 7 at night, he says, “Okay. I'm done with the job. Here, sign the form that everything is working properly.” I said I can't test the shower. I can't even walk into the bathroom because the grout is wet. I can't test anything. So he says, “Well, sign it and then on Monday, if there's a problem, just call.” I said okay and probably shouldn’t have done that.
If he would’ve had a full day on Thursday instead of an abbreviated day, then all that stuff could have been done Thursday and then Friday could have been just the last cleanup with the countertop. And once the countertop goes in, I can use the water right away. It was the grout and the caulking that was wet, so I couldn’t even go in there. He said not to go in because I’m going to smear the caulking and grout. I don’t want to give him a poor rating because he was good and cleaned up after himself. I've had other works done on houses before I even moved to Florida where it was a nightmare. There's dust all over the place. The projects eventually turned out nice but while I’m going through it, there's dust, noise and garbage all over the place. He took all the garbage away and was very considerate.
I was happy with him except the stuff at the end where he said, “Well, if there's a problem, call up the office.” And I said "okay I'll call up." If there's an issue, they’ll send someone else out. They really didn’t. They need to follow up with it because I’m upset about it. It’s $10,000! That’s a lot of money. That’s what's left on my car loan. I could pay my car off of that. On Monday, after everything is dry, I put the shower on and the showerhead is leaking. Now I'm worried about what's going on behind the wall. Some grout was missing in the floor. Caulking wasn’t done right. Just a lot of odds and ends, but especially, my concern was the leak. So I called Re-Bath every day that week. And then finally the next week on Monday, two weeks after the job, somebody called me back and said they would be at my house on Tuesday. So I said that’s great. That was still within a reasonable timeframe.
A guy comes out and I show him all the caulking and the grouting. He fixes all that. The shower door was out of alignment and he fixed it. There were some scratches but I said he has to prioritize the problems and my problem is the leak and some other things like the door. One thing with the door and not caulking properly, the water was leaking right from the shower – right in exactly the same spot it leaked when I had my old bathroom. So I felt badly that now I spent $10,000 and I have exactly the same problem.
When the guy came out, he fixed those things and he tried to tighten the showerhead with a wrench. Now, I put on many showerheads in all houses that I've owned throughout my whole life – 55 years old. I've had my own houses that I've changed the showerheads. They don’t leak if you use Teflon tape. He takes the thing off and he says, “Oh, yeah. The guy used Teflon tape but the washer was missing, so of course it's going to leak.” So he says, “Okay. When I get back to the office the next day,” he says he was going to tell Jason to order a new showerhead because the washer was missing. A month later, I called Alexis to ask what’s going on and that I need to get an appointment. She said Jason will call me but he never did.
So I could never recommend Re-Bath to anyone because I had a terrible time with them. I called my credit card company, and I said I paid the first 5,000 and I haven't paid the second yet. I asked if I can put it in dispute. They said, “You really can't because you signed off saying everything was fine.” I said I signed it under duress because that man said I can't even step a foot in the bathroom for two days. The whole process was bad, and I hate to even think about it. I'm so upset. Somebody from Consumer Affairs called me a few weeks, and I said I don’t want to say anything badly about them until I give them some time to call me back. So I'm thinking of contacting Pam, the Florida State’s attorney general. She knows stuff like this. I signed this under the duress and I couldn’t test anything. So of course, that voided all any complaints that I would have with my credit card company.
So now, I'm waiting for the person to call back. I'm waiting for them to come back and put the new showerhead on. But the second guy who came back, the one who does the repairs, he took a wrench and turned it. I don’t know what's going on even behind the wall. He’s not supposed to use a wrench on showerheads. If anything is leaking behind the wall, then I have a major problem.
I did look at some feedback before I placed my order with them. Certain things were good. The woman did show up when she said she would. She showed me all the types of products. I like the Corian and porcelain floor. The porcelain tile is nice. The 3-piece shower, the plastic that they put up, is flimsy and it was scratched even before they put it off. I was upset about that because I'm used to something that’s more durable, but I can't always get what I want. But it was already scratched and when the guy came in, he says he can see the scratch. I told him not to worry about that at this time and I want the leak to stop.

Once I made the contact with Re-Bath, it was a smooth and easy process. I didn't have to worry about either them touching base with me or me touching base with them. Their sales rep came in and he had his portable presentation kit and we sat down. He was very polite, not pushy, and gave me all kinds of options to choose from. We looked at some of the options then walked into the bathroom that I had remodeled. They talked about what they would do with the particular things that I wanted done in the situation, and then we sat down and talked about colors. I'm a widower and I appreciated him helping me. I knew what I wanted, and he had enough experience to know what colors would work together. He did a good job.
The installer was a very courteous young man and we worked around something. I only have one bathroom in the house. My daughter and I stayed at a local motel while he finished the work, but I could tell right off that he was someone I could trust. Re-Bath did and took care of all the background checks for me. I could tell he was very knowledgeable and experienced, he laid out what he was going to do, and had it ready for us to come back to our home after a couple of days. The remodel was what I wanted and it's easy to maintain. It looks great in soap and water and it's clean. It was a couple thousand dollars more than I wanted to spend but the level of service was nice. The whole experience was good. I'm more than glad that they did a great job for me.

We had used Re-Bath previously in the Nevada area and used them for another remodel for the original bathroom in a small house that was built in 1978. The person who did the work was very helpful, neat and clean. He did a great job. We really like it and the appearance is great. My bathroom was disgusting and we thought that going with Re-Bath, which would tear and replace everything out, was better than going with the other bath company that just puts something on top. I found the sales rep to be too casual and relaxed to be a sales professional in trying to make the sale. He showed up late and thrumpy and in the end, he measured wrong. The installers were also late as they had problems with commuter traffic and stayed longer than they were supposed to but still, they were in and out in one day. They did what they could to cover up the problem, though it doesn't look right, because they had to make the bathroom usable. Aside from the corrections, I enjoy what I have all in all. We have the bath for weeks now and I love it. I also love that it's one streamline that the shelves are where I want them and not pre-destined into the system. It was a favorable experience.

One of the reasons I went with Re-Bath was the length of time it took them to do their service, which was quick. I also liked the part after we got an idea of the type of product that was used before fiber glass. The sales rep knew what he was talking about and he wasn't pushy. He showed us what we wanted to see and told us the good and bad things about this, that and the other. He did a good job. The gentleman that came and did the installation was very efficient. If all we had to do was just the shower, he would have been done in one day. He also did a countertop which took an extra day but he knew what he was doing. One could tell he's done it a few times. We did one of our bathrooms years ago in the house before. Re-Bath did a good job and for a lot of years the bathroom stayed in the same good condition, so I decided to use them again. They told me that whenever I wanted to look and see how far they reached and what they did, I could always come put my input. We had a shower stall in our master bedroom where there was some leakage through it and the grout had disintegrated. I repaired it several times but didn't really take care of it and it didn't look very good. Re-Bath seemed to offer something that wouldn't be the grout on the seams of the shower stall itself. It looked like something that would last longer than what we originally had. The sales rep I talked to was fine. She showed us pictures and materials and she was very good. We were very happy with her and with the service that we got from the actual people that installed the shower. The quality of the remodel was great. For the first time last night we used it and it's just great. It is very functional. Although the product Re-Bath offered was good and the service was great, it was too expensive.

I can't say enough wonderful things about Re-Bath for my shower. Jim kept me up to date on the status of my shower before install and David and his partner were wonderful. They were very conscientious of my home with laying tarps and closing my outside doors during the cold days of installation. My 18 year old shower needed updating and I did not want anything to just cover it. They took everything down to the studs!!! They cleaned up before they left and they even took all the old tiles and drywall with them.

We moved into a smaller house which had a smaller master bath, and decided we would reconfigure that. The Re-Bath sales rep, Bartholomew, spent a lot of time with us, giving us ideas on what we could do with the room, and it worked out well. The installer was a young man named Eric. He was dynamite, very nice, and did a great job for us. We're looking forward to seeing him again with the other part that we're going to have done. We're waiting for a date for the rest of the work that still needs to be done. It is a little further out than we're hoping for, but there is someone working to see if they can close that in for us a little bit. Thus far, it's been fine with Re-Bath.

We had a shower that has leaks, and it was so bad I couldn't even use it so we called Re-Bath. They were very good when they got here and tmet our price, so there was no need to call anybody else. Their sales representatives were very knowledgeable and worked with us till we found something that we liked and in our budget. And, their installation team answered all my questions, and I just left them alone and let them go to work. They'd ask me how high I'd want the shower head and what kind of glass I wanted. Their workers, construction people, sales people and the people in the office were very courteous, professional and we got a quality job. It was better than I expected.

We live in a fairly old home and the bathroom was part of the original bath in there, so it was time to have it redone. Choosing Re-Bath was a time blame for me. I wanted someone to come in and get it done in a timely manner. So, we set a date and agreed on it, then the sales guy said he'd try to squeeze me in earlier if they can and wrote down a note on the contract that he'd try to get to us as quickly as he could. They got it done when they said they were gonna get it done, and they called when they said they were gonna call.
The installer explained what they were gonna do and what they needed to do and it had a little bit of plumbing involved so they had the plumbers and everybody did their part and I just stayed out of their way. Then they gave me the rundown of how to take care of it and they were professional. They got in, got it done, and got out of here. That's basically what I wanted, to get it done so we could get them out of here so we could start using it.
The quality seems to be okay, although I thought the price was a little high. I went with Re-Bath because I wanted it done right away and I was willing to pay the extra money. But if I was the kind of person on a budget, I would've waited around and got some other bids, which I know, I could've had it done for $1,000 or $2,000 cheaper. Other than that, the company and the guys did a great job. They did what they said they were gonna do and I was pleased with how they did it, and how it looks and performing so far.

Our fixtures were aged and we wanted to update things. We had three bids and chose Re-Bath because they were so willing to listen to our design and we knew we would get what we wanted. The sales rep was really easy to work with and did a super job. The gentleman that was here most of the time was very professional and courteous. He cleaned up every time at the end of the day. He wasn't like a stranger being in my house as he was easy to talk to and shared opinions with what he was doing and made sure that I was liking the progress. There were a couple of minor things that needed to be fixed and they were very prompt and took care of the issues. So, that's encouraging. Other than that, the remodel is very high-quality.

The condo we're in is almost 30 years old and it was time to upgrade. When my wife and I were riding around, we saw Re-Bath's showroom and we stopped and looked at their products. Mark was fantastic. He listened to what we wanted to do and gave us some options. He was very pleasant to work with. The installer was a great guy and easy to work with. He explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He made sure that the rest of my property was not damaged to the point where he put cardboard down when he was coming in and out to get to the area where he was working in. He also cleaned up each day after himself.
We're still in the process of finishing our remodel. They were going to put a vanity but we had some water damage with our toilet. So I have a contractor coming in to set the vanity up. But the rest of it is all done. We're very happy with the product and looking forward to using it. We've recommended Re-Bath to other people.

Our bathroom was old - one could see little openings and pits between the grout. I was afraid a leak might start so I decided to remodel our bathroom through Re-Bath. I went for them since they were affiliated with Home Depot. I have Home Depot in case anything goes wrong and I could also put it on my credit card through them which gives me twenty-four months to pay without interest.
I dealt with the sales representative, Cathy, who was wonderful. I came out a couple of times since we have a glitch in the measurement - she had to measure it again. But she's fine and got back to me whenever I had to call her about something. Both the installers were also very good, polite, helpful, and pleasant. They were there all day working for two long days to put everything in, but everything got done.
The problem right now is with the office staff. I'm supposed to have everything by now but I've been waiting a couple of weeks for some things. I was supposed to have a shower put indoor and I had a phone call a week ago that it would be ready by Monday. However the guy came at the last minute and that doesn't work for me. I called and I have not heard from them in a week when they're gonna put the shower in. Furthermore, the sink for my second bath was the wrong size after a couple of measurements - they delivered the wrong sink. They re-measured it and I was told I was getting the next sink again. I got another last-minute phone call Thursday night. Due to these, it's questionable whether I'd recommend Re-Bath or not.

Our bathtub was falling apart so we needed to do something with it before the tiles hit me on the head. Using duct tape as a fix worked but I was still a little worried then. The ad for Re-Bath said it would take a day and they'd be done. We hadn't shopped anywhere else and were much full on that we wanted to get it done because it was the only full bath in our house. We obviously didn't want it taking weeks for someone to do it.
So we called, they scheduled the visit and came a couple of days later. The gentleman was very nice and showed us the different options. We picked our stuff. It was sold before he walked in the door because we liked what he showed us. He measured, and about two weeks later, they came and installed it. They left with no mess. They were running a little late. They said they'd be here at 7:00, which was fine because that didn't interfere with me getting ready to go to work, but they got here at 8:00 and left at about 4:00. I couldn't even tell they came except for we had a nice new shower in our bathroom which we love.
Jim was here watching what the installation guys were doing and had said that they minded their own business. He offered if they needed lunch or anything but they were all self-contained. The employees, both the salesman and the men who did the work, were knowledgeable and courteous. We had arranged to go to my father's house if necessary to use the shower and didn't even need to do that. The process was quick and simple. We didn't miss a week with our lives and didn't have to worry.

A representative from Re-Bath came and gave us a walk-through, and we liked it. She took the measurements, gave us our options, and then talked about all the application processes, finances, and that she’d ready them. She did a good job. The purchase was made in December and the installation was done in January. I really appreciated all the work they did. The guys who were here to install were very professional. They made sure they removed all the debris and gave me a walk-through once it was all done. I'm happy with the outcome but didn’t expect the pricing was very high.

Re-Bath did a good job of coming into the home, showing us what they had and giving us a price quote right on the spot, which was helpful. We had our shower tub changed into just a shower and it was enlarged. The installer was a nice, young man, hard worker, and seemed to know what he was doing. He got everything installed, and we turned everything on and it worked fine.
However, a couple of days later, the showerhead started leaking from the pipe that comes out of the wall. So, I called Re-Bath and talked to them a couple of times. I didn't want to ruin any warranty by taking it off, putting some more plumber's tape on and tightening it myself. But they said, it's fine and I should go ahead and try it. So I tried it and it worked. But this coming Monday, they're going to come out and look at the part that goes onto the floor. It's leaking onto the floor under the door guides that are on there. Hopefully they'll repair it. It isn't a big leak but our floor is brand new and I don't want to have it wrecked.

The tiles were falling in the shower. We had Re-Bath do the three-piece shower, shower doors and the bath tub. They were very pleasant, neat, efficient and did an awesome job. We ran into a problem and thought we had molds, but the installation team was over and above helpful in explaining what needed to be done. Once it was done, we called them and I requested them to come back to finish the job. They were very good and made sure everything was cleaned up. I would recommend the two guys who were here in a heartbeat. Afterwards, without us having to call, the Re-Bath sales rep came by to check out the work. I was very happy and satisfied with Re-Bath's product and would use them again.

Mom’s getting a little on in age and it's easier for her to get in and out of our new walk-in shower from Re-Bath. The sales rep was a very nice fellow. He was very informative, put everything upfront and didn't hide anything. The prices were reasonable and he was very knowledgeable in what he did and what he said. The installers were also good and knew what they were doing. They're very experienced and did their job real quick. They came in, did what they had to do and off they went, all in one day. I have one little problem with a leaking faucet which I called them, and they're gonna come in and fix that up. But it's something that's with the faucet itself that I had put on the sink. They're very professional with all the materials that they brought out. It's nice to deal with people like that.

I was having some issues with my shower - there was a crack in it. Re-Bath was the only estimate that I received and they seemed like they had everything in place. The sales rep spent four hours at the house and didn't leave until 10:00 at night. It took a bit longer than expected, but he covered everything. Their installers, for the most part, did a great job. They communicated with us and laid down tarps. I got a shower from them and it was installed four weeks ago. However, we ran with a little bit of service issues. Our shower door is not sliding properly and there is a little bit of leak coming out from the shower. We also got a seat in the shower that's not attached securely. So we need to call them regarding that.

It took Re-Bath a short length of time to do the installation and their products seemed to be adequate for what we wanted. The installation team was courteous, prompt, and they took care of the business. We got from them the new flooring and a new vanity and we went from a tub to a shower. Our guest bath needed to be updated, and when we had Re-Bath come out, we enjoyed their introduction and display. Their sales rep was very knowledgeable and he had a lot of samples and pictures on his laptop. The installer Chad was very personable and we appreciated that he was very tidy. He laid down a nice pathway of cardboard all the way from the bathroom to the front door where he was bringing things in and out. We had the bathtub taken out and the tile shower put in, as well as a new toilet and a new sink top.

We're very happy with Re-Bath. We have been talking about converting the bathroom to a shower for many years because we don't use the bathtub anymore. Everybody showers. So we thought it would be a nice upgrade. In Moorpark, where there's like an indoor swap meet type of a place, a young lady was passing out flyer regarding Re-Bath. Since we were interested, we looked around and she did an incredible job of giving us information about all their products and how the work happens, so we decided to do the work with them. The installers spent several hours one day doing the work and did a really good job. Everything went fine and it happened within a reasonable amount of time.

We had an older bathroom that was way out of style that we wanted to update. The sales rep from Re-Bath came to the house late in the evening, went through everything with us, and sold us on the craftsmanship and the quality of the materials. The installation is another story. When they took the shower out, there was an outside water faucet that was attached to the supply line to the shower. They just cut that off and didn’t tell us and left it hanging outside the wall. We didn’t find that for about a week later. We also found that they busted a wall adjacent to a bedroom. We found it late because we weren’t living in the house due to remodeling. Recently, my wife decided to use the shower and the water won’t turn all the way over on hot. It only goes up halfway and stops.
I first talked to the salesperson which took me several tries to get a response back. He then gave me the number of the manager of the Re-Bath in Little Rock and also that of the owner’s son, and referred it to service. The service people called me that same day, then they met with me at the house that afternoon. He looked at it and he was at a loss for words on it. But he said they would take it back and report it to his boss. His boss called me the next day and told me that the installers said that the water faucet was a dead faucet, which was not true.
He said the only way it could be repaired would be to cut a hole in the wall in the bedroom and go in and reattach the outside faucet. And then just go through a different hole in the wall and put that faucet back and make it look like it was real or just cement it up and not be there at all. I told him that I would talk to the manager before we decide to do that. Then he decided that he could do something different and supposedly they’re going to come and take that unit out and fix it back like it was and then put another unit back in. But I contacted the sales rep yesterday by email and he hasn’t returned anything to me. So I don’t know where I’m at on that. Re-Bath has been horrible and this has been a real worry. We paid like over $5000. When the person that comes out and installs accused the homeowner of lying, that’s not a good thing. If everybody had the quality or the type of experience I’ve had, they would go out of business in short order.

We had a leak in one of our bathroom so we decided to remodel it. I have a friend that had theirs remodeled and they did the demolition themselves. With no guarantees and it cost them just as much as what Re-Bath was gonna charge, we decided we're gonna get it done by professionals and it's guaranteed. I'm so happy with it and I love it. We got the shower, new sink and cabinet and we put it in the primary bathroom which is very small. They took the door out and put a pocket door which gave us much more room. Their sales rep was very pleasant, professional and courteous. And their installation team were awesome. They went far above and beyond what I thought they could've done. They offered and suggested other colors. I am not a decorator at all so I was asking their opinion and I was very thankful for that. I've recommended them to somebody.

Back in June, before my wife passed away, she and I planned on a bathroom remodel because she was was going to need a walk-in shower. Although she already passed away, I did it anyway. My brother-in-law heard about Re-bath on the radio and one of the guys from Monsters of the Midway talked about using them. I chose them too because of the fact that it was only gonna be three days to get it done. I made the purchase in the last week of December and they came out. I had a good time talking with their sales rep about the different products and things that they could do. However, I couldn't talk him down anymore on the price.
Fernando, their installer, was awesome too. He was very nice, very respectful of the house and always cleaned up. He did a top-notch job and we talked each day. If they lose a guy like that, they'll be in bad shape 'cause the guy was excellent. There was also Alexis who works in their office. She was great - very cordial and ready to help me with anything. After talking to her on the phone for the first time, it was like she knew me. On the whole, they did a great job and I'd recommend them. Everything was good with the product with regard to everything they did and then how it looked in the end.

My bathroom was nine years old and was the original one when we had the house built. When we started having issues with the caulking and molding, we decided it was time to do something. We went to Home Depot and saw a display of Re-Bath. We got an estimate and one of their guys directed us to the showroom over on 75th Avenue where they had exactly the pattern that we had chosen on display. We got to see the whole structure too and that's really what sold us. We purchased the bathtub, shower and the surrounding walls in January.
The sales rep was very nice and explained everything. He walked us through bit by bit. Then a couple of the company reps came back out, re-measured everything and asked if we had any questions. The installer was great too. He told us what he was doing and how long he'd be. He was also prompt, courteous, he cleaned up and he did everything we wanted. We're really pleased and surprised because normally one would get a hassle out of somebody along the line. However, we had no problems. It was a great experience and we'd recommend them wholeheartedly.

Re-Bath has better product, quick service and a lifetime guarantee. We have a new tub, and surround which is the white subway tile look. And it's only been two weeks since we got them. Their sales reps were good and very helpful with any questions I had. They worked with me on the timeline, plus the numerous times getting it set up. It was good all the way around. Their installation team on the other hand were so quiet and polite. They only come to ask whenever they needed something. But they were so clean. They cleaned up as they worked and they cleaned up when they were done before they left. I had a lot of work done in this house and they're probably the cleanest people I've had in and out of the house. I've been telling everyone about them. Absolutely fabulous service and product.

We had safety issue so I decided to have the bathroom remodeled. They converted a bathtub to a shower. I like the method that the sales rep proposed so I went with Re-Bath. The installation team was professional and cleaned up after themselves. My only dislike is that it took so long from the time that I agreed to it to the time that they were ready to come out and do the installation. It took about two and a half months, which I guess for Re-Bath, is a wonderful problem because it means they're busy.

My husband is 78 and he's got stenosis of the spine and all kinds of health issues. We had a bathtub shower and he had to lift his legs to get up in that tub to get into the shower. It just wasn't convenient for us anymore. I first called another company but was told "Oh no, ma'am, we don't work in your area." Then we saw Re-Bath's ad on The Advocate. When I called Re-Bath, they immediately sent somebody. I first talked to Kyle, who sent out Steve. Steve is an awesome salesman, I love him and wanted to keep him. They say he can sell snowballs to an Eskimo. He knew what we wanted and everything is perfect. Also, Steve was compassionate and understanding. He wasn't pushy about anything. He helped me because I have a hard time making decisions and had all kinds of great suggestions. My husband and I both had a wonderful experience with Steve.
Of course, I had to wait about eight or nine weeks for the tub, but everything came in. I love the installation team. That one and a half day, they had to remove plumbing from the double sink to make it a single sink. I have never seen such a well-coordinated crew who worked so well and so timely and got everything done. They laid stuff on the floor and there was no mess. They didn't even stop to eat. They were very polite and knowledgeable about everything. Also, when they put my countertop, it had a little gap. The house is 38 years old, so it was not their fault. They had puttied it up and it doesn't look bad, and they're coming out tomorrow to put in a little piece in that gap. Re-Bath has an awesome crew - I was in awe.
I'm so proud of our bathroom, we love it. I just praise the company. I don't want to leave. We were away for several days I missed my bathroom so bad I just couldn't wait to get home. It has been pleasurable with Re-Bath all the way around, from the get-go with Steve to the installation. The whole experience with Re-Bath was wonderful. If everything was like that, it'd be a wonderful world.

I spoke to someone at Home Depot and they use Re-Bath for their remodeling. So we got Re-bath to convert a full bathtub into a shower. It was very good experience. The sales representative came to our home and showed us all the options. He went over the price, talked through all the details of the next steps and who would be contacting us. He was very thorough. All the information they gave us was correct. And they followed up a lot in writing and emails. They were very good as far as how they handled everything. The installation team called us a couple of days before the scheduled service. They were on time and did a very good job setting up and doing the work. They cleaned up, explained everything as far as what to clean with and how to get back to them if there were any issues. The guys were very good. I would definitely recommend them. Everything was very good from start to finish.

Re-Bath has a storefront in an H-E-B here in San Antonio. I talked to a person there and they came out when I was considering redoing my shower. I talked to several people and liked their product a lot. The sales rep was very good and convincing, and presented a product well - I was pleased with him. They installed the product in January and the installation team were great!

Our tub broke so we decided to get a new bathtub and a toilet from Re-Bath. We purchased them two weeks ago and their excellent sales rep gave us all the information we needed. Their installer took two days to do the job and did an excellent job. He also cleaned up afterwards.

I purchased a shower pan, the bottom part of the shower, from Re-Bath. The guy who came and did it was very knowledgeable. He had to actually make the new one fit because they brought the wrong one the first time around. They got all panicky on the phone because the guy ripped my whole shower out before he measured. The product was sitting in my driveway and I had no shower. I live in a mobile home so it was like a big hole to the ground. They searched around, found one in the warehouse and brought it a day late. They made it work which turned out to be very good. It was a very long haul and he stayed until dark, but I'm very happy with the product.
However, we had a weird boo-boo. When I got my estimate, I gave them a deposit to hold my place in line because I was actually waiting for a tax refund to make my first half payment, and then the other half payment was going to be on completion. So when I called in August, I gave the girl my credit card. They charged me $1300 and she said, "Okay. From this point, we're probably going to be ten weeks," which I knew, "but give us a call if you want to and see where we're at in the line."
At eleven weeks, I called. They hadn't even applied my payment. The guy who answered said, "Well, we're waiting for your payment, ma'am." And I said, "What are you talking about? I did it." I believe the girl didn't tell somebody. He said, "I'm so sorry. I'm going to put a speed up on this." This was unfortunately right around Thanksgiving and I had an emergency trip that I had to take all the way to Idaho. So I said, "Now I've got to push it ahead." So December 3rd was our projected date. He calls me and said we're good to go. "We're really happy to get this done but we need your first payment." Are they kidding me? Again? I paid it back in August and he went through a whole bunch of paperwork and said, "Oh my goodness, I see it here."
And then everything's completed. I made my second payment. I understand $2700 is a very small job - we're contractors too. So I called after the whole completion was done with the installation guy then it dawned on me that I have no paperwork. So I called to the place where I had the snafu with the money. I said, "I really just want a receipt saying on this date at this address, this was done. So if ten years down the road something happens, I have proof of purchase." And he said, "Absolutely. I'll get right on it." Ten days goes by and I said, "Why don't you just mail it? It might be just easier just to snail mail. I'm not urgently getting it, I just want it for my files." After 10 days, when I looked for my representative, the girl said "He doesn't work here anymore." so I got to start all over.
Three weeks go by and I called again - "We'll get right on it. I promise." A week goes by - "Oh, it's on the supervisor's desk." So I talk to the supervisor and she says, "Well, oh dear, we'll get right on it." This was a Monday. She mailed it on a Friday and put the wrong address on it. I called her back and said, "This is getting ridiculous. I really, really am very happy with my product. But this is really silly." And she said, "I'm about ready to get in my car and drive this to you because this is ridiculous." I finally got it because we said, "Why don't you mail it to me and email it?" Well, my Mac wouldn't let me download it but my husband figured it out. But I still haven't gotten the one in the mail because she sent it to the wrong address.
But overall, product and the installation were perfect. It was just working with the office for a very small request that got me. The person who's answering the phone should be very knowledgeable and able to accomplish small tasks like that. She should've gone into the files, printed it out, put a stamp on an envelope and mailed it to me that day.

The house we got was built about 1964 or 1965 and the tub was blue. Everything was blue. My wife and I both got tired of looking at it so we decided to remodel it. Now, we had a new commode and new bathtub with a surround put in by Re-Bath. At first I went to Lowe's and they sent a lady out here and a contractor. They sat here and they were going to do everything I didn't want them to do, and they said they'd get back with me. We waited and never heard anything, so we went to Home Depot and their saleslady came out and told us right off what it was going to cost. We told her exactly what we wanted, and that's what we got. She didn't try to add anything on like the other place did. It took them a little over a month to come out and do it because they had so much to do. But when they came out, the gentleman walked in here, told us how long it was going to be because one man did it. And we’re tickled to death with it.

I was looking at another remodeling company other than Re-Bath but I never got a quote from them even after two visits. So since I know the local owner of the Re-Bath franchise here, I decided to go for their services about a month ago. I bought some materials that go up the walls around the bathtub, then I also got a separate bathtub. I had an awesome experience with their sales rep who was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The installers did a great job, too. They came in at the proper time and were done in a day and a half.
