Generally a pleasant site. Very much detail. Home value was calculated a minimum of $20,000 to $40,000 less than other sites, such as Homes.com, Trulia.com, Realtor.com and Zillow. Estimate by local realtors far exceeds Home Values estimate.

I was lead to this site by visiting county tax office. I was pleased to find all the info concerning my home. It was complete with all the details about my property. I look forward to using this site again, should I need more info.

I would give less than 1 star if possible. I was looking for a property survey report for the advertised $1.00. I was not given a receipt nor was one sent to my email as a confirmation. When the report was so incorrect, I decided to check my credit card transactions and found I was charged $18.95 that also was to be recurring. The report was for a non specific address on the street requested and for a house that sold in 2006. The house I was inquiring about last sold in the 1990's. When I called the customer service number it had a recorded message that the number was no longer in service. I called a 2nd and a 3rd number and was placed on an extended hold at each. I got onto the live chat where I was assured that they would cancel the charges and close my account. I'm not convinced that this is a legitimate site.

I received the necessary information and details about the property that I submitted. I was making this request for the first time and wasn't quite sure what results I would receive. However I think the information was very satisfactory and helpful in acquainting me with the property and was well worth the inquiry.

I am searching for a floor plan of the property, and I hoped that it might be included in the report. Otherwise the report was good and seemed factual. I am pleased with it. For the information provided, I am satisfied.

This is a waterfront property with its own private dock and that isn't mentioned anywhere. It also sits at the end of a private road.

Interesting review, but too general. Lists things that do not exist in this house. Not sure if listed stuff applies or is just on all lists. Two and one half large garage not mentioned, nor the exceptionally large back yard with Ten Panel Gazebo, Tool Shed, Two Seater arbor entry to additional yard, behind the row of trees. Totally fenced in back yard. Sliding door in back that has open access directly to the enclosed back yard. Pictures of the house hidden by trees shows next door house instead.

Info is pretty accurate. Information is helpful, especially the inspection sheet is really helpful also, but what I'm really looking for is property lines and measurements, other than that it's ok for information on the property.

I was very disappointed with the results. I wanted today's value of the home compared to recent completed sales in the nearby area. I could have obtained all or most of the information you provided on my own, and the current estimated value for 2019. The home last sold in 2000, 19 years ago. And you're telling me you couldn't come up with the one figure I wanted most? Unsatisfactory. I will not do business with you ever again! What a complete ripoff! And the report took forever to complete. I will definitely share this story with others.

I found the assessment/sales record information I was looking for. Using the site was easy enough. There was much more information available than I thought I would find. The sales transaction and property value information appeared to be accurate. I like that I can log in any time I want to review my report.

I was looking for a little more information on the original owner and history of the property. It did give year built but not by whom nor other owners through years. It just listed the last two sales and price. The report also identified the last time remodeled but not extent or how information was obtained.

I'm just getting involved with Real Estate Investing. I checked the Database on my house. The information they provided is accurate and helpful. It included all the information I wanted and the price was reasonable.

The property I viewed did not have any of the criteria listed in the report. Nothing was listed. The bedrooms, baths, kitchen sq ft or value of property was in the report. Not sure why but upon viewing another property it had all the above and more. So in essence this site is useful in some cases.

Most info was accurate, just that this is a 2 bedroom house not 4. Estimated value sounds too much. They just sold 2 homes in this area for $115,000 and $150,000. 1 on 3 acres and the other on 2 + acres. I sold my home back in 2012, 4 tier home with horse barn on 6 acres for $199.000. Tax rate and home insurance rate high but could not sell it for what it was worth. SAD. I remarried in 2011 and moved in the smaller home with my new husband because we thought this would be more affordable because we retired and thought we could live here forever. I don't think that will happen. Taxing homeowners to death GENOCIDE. GOD BLESS and have a wonderful day.

Had a little trouble with account sign-in but record was good. Was hoping for building sketch, full legal description. Also, the property I was looking for was not the address which I got data on. Apparently, there is a newer property address which the assessor doesn't have.

My property taxes increased too much. I am protesting my property taxes and I needed some information about the current value of my house. The information was current, timely and easy to understand. The pictures and helped as well. This should do the trick and help me in my protest.

To the best of my knowledge the report is true and correct. This is based on home inspection that was done prior to closing 8/2014 (owner). I was hoping to see a previous survey of the property to see where the property lines are. Markers are unable to find.

I came across this site trying to get a price for a possible FHA refinance loan. The site seems to more accurate than others that state it's free. I somewhat agree with the price however it does not tell how the house has lots of craftsmanship that isn't like the average home in the neighborhood. This home also has very nice fireplace, 8 inch capped baseboards and extremely nice crown molding. Also a great front porch with slate flooring and slate sidewalk. I do believe they possibly missed the price by 5-7 percent light. I am very please with the fact for only $1.00 my IP address will not be sold or receive junk mail.

During the whole process of ordering their $1 report, they failed to mention that they would charge you 19.95 each month after that. After I found out about this charge, I emailed them and asked for "cancel of membership" which means you can keep the ** $19.95 charge for two months as long as you cancel my next month's charge. No response whatsoever... Ok.

It is worth the price of the report to learn where the criminal elements in this area are located. It's scary to see that their crimes are mostly sexual in nature and that they are associated with minors. Better to be forewarned... I was hoping to find some archive information but did not... Why do they advertise that they can deliver it but do not?

While I am trying to find out the information on the present landlord/owner (information not provided) the report included many useful topics such as area schools, shopping and other local amenities. I was very pleased with the information I received. It was quick and I had no issues.

I ordered a $1 basic report which displayed a basic internet street photo and address info. Building size, year built, number of bedrooms, number of baths and last sold fields were blank. Current property taxes were not even in the ballpark. I'm not sure how the value was estimated. What can you expect for a $1? What I didn't expect was a rash of confirmation emails and text messages for other services from the agent and his manager. I responded by thanking them for the $1 report and told them that I didn't need anything else. I also didn't expect an 18.95 per month automatic charge billed to my credit card! When I called the phone number on the credit card billing, the Property Record company was very quick to have the bogus charge removed. It sounded like this is something that happens all the time. It's up to you to catch this billing and turn it off. I'm not sure how it got turned on in the first place. NEVER AGAIN.

I ordered the property report for the subject property. Most of the information was accurate; it did not show my purchase of the property in 2011 however. It did show a lien for money I borrowed from a private party in 2013 though. Unfortunately there wasn't much information about the manufacturer of the manufactured home which I was hoping to discover.

I went to the website and was looking for the property line of the house I just rented. I want to put up a fence. I was not charged what I was told. I was told $1.90 and my account was charged $18.95. I also only got the lot size - no lines for the property. Although it was somewhat helpful in other ways, it wasn't what I was looking for. The agent they gave me was quick to respond. However, this was not the site I needed.

The report that I received was detailed and held quite a number of things I didn't know about where I live. All of it for a dollar. Although it didn't hold everything I was looking for, I am still happy with what I did find in there.

I needed to check on my mother's property to give her peace of mind. She owns more land that was listed on this report but it does give me a general idea of what I need to look for at the county courthouse. We lost my father three years ago and my mother needs to have a general idea of what she owns.

I requested a report for $1. I found a charge of close to $20 on my credit card from this site. I learned AFTER contacting customer service that there were two such changes, so a $1 cost became a $40 charge. They use scammy language. What they didn't know is that I used Microsoft Notebook to copy and memorialize this interaction with "customer service". I plan to take this up with my State Senators as this behavior appears to cross the line of caveat emptor and into the realm of stick 'em up. I hope one day companies such as this will be served felony warrants with their boiler room doors kicked in. That is my sincerest hope.

I signed up for a $1 property report on my own property. The report sent was inaccurate and useless. Then I started getting e-mails from "Andy" asking if I wanted more info, etc. E-mailed back that what I got was worth a dollar, and so far as I was concerned, that was the end of it. So far so good. Tonight, five months later, discovered that these folks have been taking $14.95 out of my checking account each month for the past five months. Went onto the propertyreport.com website, got their number, and phoned for a refund of $74.75. Phone operator said she was "authorized to refund two payments," but that I'd have to e-mail a request to the manager for the other three. Horrifying scam.

This report contained pretty much all of the information required by its owner - Josephine **. It is clear and concise AND structured to be easily read and reviewed.

Did not mention if it did or did not have lien holders... and the report was extremely vague... not worth paying anything for. Would save your money and look these items up yourself or hire a professional... Very disappointing.

The report put facts to my own appraisal of the property. I agreed with the report and know what appraisers are looking for in their physical observations.

I am the owner/resident of this home. While your report is mostly factual based on property records it contains several errors (i.e., no outside vent from kitchen; fireplace has gas logs but can be converted to wood burning). Original cost of home given is what we paid general contractor and doesn't include cost of lot, custom build, or the extensive list of sub work done at materials cost only. Based on the info provided on our home I would not suggest anyone waste their money on this website.

While I liked the photos provided and it did give me basic information, there was no info as to recent sales in the area or give other relevant comparable info. Didn't explain as to how the value was less than the purchase price.

Information about value of home comes from the same source as other free sites. The extra info I asked for was not given. I was interested in previous owners and price history. All I got was what I paid for the house in 2003.

The report only included the air view of the property and not the most recent purchase. That property was sold in 2008. The report gave information of neighborhood registered sex offenders. No correct information of the property size or rooms, sq. ft., nothing relating to the property. I was very dissatisfied. I was checking to see if it was a reliable source of information so I could use it on other occasions. I cannot. I am very sad.

I paid $1 after waiting through 5 minutes of "downloading" expecting some kind of comparative report based on recent sales etc. by an experienced realtor, even though there was no mention of a fee before the downloads started. What did I get?? The same info & picture currently on Zillow and a list of sex offenders nearby. Info regarding schools etc was also listed but not current. Shame on you!

It did not have any information that I could have gotten elsewhere for free. Signing up for the one year membership at the end seemed like part of the original process unless one was careful and read the fine print - not cool.

I found the customer service rep helpful when I called to confirm that I had not signed up for the $180 plan by mistake. I found that area to be a bit confusing. Upon initial review of the report, it does give more information than Zillow.com which I am guessing is worth the $1 payment and the signing in, etc.

I paid for this service to obtain Property Owner information, name and contact address, but what I received was information that is obtained from Zillow for free.

Mortgage information is totally inaccurate. The amount of insurance and taxes were not accurate either. Therefore, I don't feel confident in the rest of the information.

I thought the report would have much more information than it had. It didn't tell me anything new about the house that I didn't already know. I would like to know the status of the house, any liens, etc. to know if I would feel comfortable putting a bid on it. Everything on this report can be had for free. First you think you're getting a report for free, then as usual after you give all your info they tell you it cost a dollar. This should be told upfront so I can decide then before putting in the info.

As it is running, the report goes through stages such as lien checks, code violations, but when you see the report, the only semi-useful information you get is the same as if you had gone to Zillow for free and in no time. This is a great big waste of my time.

This site is amazing. I own the home that I was looking up and I was happy to learn that I show as the owner of the property. My mother owned my house and left it to me. I was told that the property was not in my name, but in the name of my mother's estate. I also am very impressed with the list of sexual predators in the area.
