My account was associated with an email that was no longer valid so I couldn’t cancel the account. The chat was able to do that for me in less than 2 minutes. Furthermore I have not used them account in over a year and thought it was cancelled. I was charged $10 and the chat was able to reverse that for me. Great customer service!

I contacted PropertyRec.com because I saw many charges on my credit card to them and had absolutely no idea what it was for. I had a chat with Rachel -- she looked me up and said I had some sort of subscription and offered to cancel it. Since I had no idea what the subscription was for I said yes, please cancel and she did. It was easy to cancel, but I still don't know what the service is or subscribing.

When I went online to obtain a copy of a 4 year old deed it was suggested that I purchase for a dollar a property report. Unfortunately the report did not show the exact legal name of the owner. However, I soon received an inquiry from the Clerk of the Court as to my search and I responded I still needed a copy of the actual deed. To my pleasant surprise he arranged for one of his assistants to send me a copy within hours. Very impressive.`

This was very useful. I found out and was able to print out items of interest to me on my new property. There was a listing of homes on my street, but did not include my name or the names of some of my neighbors that moved in before me, but one or two after me. Do you do updated lists in the future? And, can I get copies of other streets in this gated community? Thanks for all the information.

Be AWARE. STAY AWAY from them! These guys taking your credit card information and using it to charge you every month with your permission.… I’m in process to cancel their transactions with my bank now.

Yes, search was good and fast and the information was useful. I found the website by looking up property searches on google. I misread how Propertyrec charged and upon inquiry through the website, the propertyrec customer service representative via online chat was able to help me. The chat person was very helpful and addressed my concerns within a few minutes.

Decided to do some changes on my account and it was super FAST and easy to get it done through one of their agents on the chat, the information given is very accurate and easy to find as well! Unfortunately I don't not have much more use on the app but if I ever need it I will definitely will come back to this.
