This is a scam website that lures you into looking up property information for $1. They then offer more information for $7. They email you a receipt for the $7 report, but then months later you come to learn that they have been billing you $9.95 biweekly with no further contact. You try to log into your account as they have you enter your email address, but you will never receive an email from them with login information.

A scam company! Illegally lure you with $1, after obtain your credit card info, they will charge you monthly twice fee. Shut it down!!!

I like many, was tricked into a $20 bi weekly subscription service. It wasn't until we rang up $300 in charges that, while looking at our credit card statement, my wife asked what is this charge for propertyrec.com? I had no idea. After investigating I realized what was happening. I called and at first they were helpful. They cancelled the subscription and said I would get a full refund, but they only refunded $220 of the $300. On two different occasions I was told the $80 would be refunded. On the third call the girl said there was a problem processing the refund but they would issue a check and mail it to my home. They said it could take up to 30 days to receive.

Never signed up for a service and started seeing charges on my credit card. Read about many others having same experience on the internet. Very deceptive practices.

They are sneaky in signing you up for a recurring "membership" if you agree to a $1 charge for a search. I was charged multiple $5 charges which I did not notice but then they up it to $20 a month. I was able to get them to agree to a $40 credit so will keep track of that! Don't use unless it is obvious to avoid the so-called membership.

The service was quick and the rep was very knowledgeable. I found this site by accident, however, if I ever need a report I will use this site. Thank you for understanding my dilemma and closing my account right away, as well as providing me with credit for the last charge on my account.

Property Rec has great customer service and has accurate information. It is a breath of fresh air working with them. I found everything on the site to be easily accessible. You can find, what you are looking for instantly.

Had a question about billing. Within no time at all, my question was answered, and the proper measures was taken to resolve my issues. This is the way all customer service should be. Sometimes issues come up, and the resolution should be fast and resolute.

I wondered why I was still being charged $5 to my bank account. I chatted with Pamela online and she solved the issues immediately. She found my account, shared with me that I had ordered a package. I thought it was a one time charge and she was able to close my account. She was awesome!

I used this program for info on the house next to mine to see if there were any liens against it. The info was accurate. The chat person was very kind and quick to respond. I will use this program again. Dennis

I was being charged for an ongoing fee that I didn't approve. Robert was efficient and solved the issue for me. The ongoing charge was canceled and a $20 refund was issued. Very good customer service, which is unusual these days.

Quick access to available property report. Very helpful in getting the information that I needed to determine property location and property lines. Monthly charge is kind of hidden though. Be careful when you sign up.

Question answered quickly and efficiently. No problem receiving response from representative. Response was appropriate and received in timely manner. Very easy way to ask question and very happy I didn’t have to wait for representative.

One thing that stood out to me was the amount of property data available. It was helpful to see photos, property details, and general information about the surrounding area all in one place. This made comparing homes and lots much easier than jumping between multiple websites. I also like that the platform seems designed for both casual browsing and more serious research. Whether you’re just exploring what’s available or actively considering buying or selling, the tools and information provided are very useful.

Very easy to navigate and get the information I needed. Was able to close account after I got the info I was looking for with no issues. They even texted me a reminder that the account was active vs just hitting me with a reoccurring charge Chat was friendly and efficient.

I liked that I could get information about my property but there wasn't much historical information provided that I hoped would be there. Probably would not use again. I wanted more historical information about when our house was built (1962) and before, to find out any interesting history of the property and/or neighborhood. It didn't even give me who built the house.

Support Staff was very helpful. The information that I did receive in the initial report was helpful to my case. Hopefully, this part of my problem with the Estate has been solved. Thank you, again.

Customer service is great. They cancelled my service almost immediately after the request. I was able to get all the information I needed on the report, but I don’t recall ever signing up for a subscription service.

I signed up for a $1 property report and was also charged $9.95. I tried to cancel online but could not find a link to do that. Sent a chat message requesting to cancel. Agent promptly canceled account. Agent gets five stars. Company gets 1 star.

I used the chat feature to request closure of my account to stop all further charges after receipt of the report I wanted. The representative was quick to respond and act and it was almost too easy. I will be following my card account to make sure no further charges are levied. If this is as easy as it appears, I will be extremely happy and will spread the word!

I just wanted to check the names on the deed of the house and didn't realize there were going to be so many fees. I used the live chat and the representative was able to cancel my account without any pushy questions or long drawn out process. The website was very intuitive and the report I received was extremely detailed and thorough. I also received excellent customer service when it was time to end my subscription.

I ordered a property report in August 2024 and had a couple of questions that were answered in a helpful and prompt manner. I only needed the one report and thought I would only be charged once. I discovered in February 2026 that I was being charged a monthly fee since August 2024 and I contacted them to cancel and to ask for a refund. They promptly responded, closing my account, and issuing a refund other than the one time fee for the month I ordered the report I needed. Great customer service!

I needed help closing an account I did not know existed until I received an alert from my bank. I used the chat option on property recs; Charles was able to close the account and start the process of refunding the charge on my account.

I noticed a charge on my account, that I thought I canceled weeks prior. I called the person. Stated the account was not active. I needed more answers, I decided to use the chat. That person noticed my account, canceled the account and refunded the money.

I contacted Virginia thru the Chat feature. I was billed another $20, which I hadn't expected. Virginia took care of it quickly by closing my account to make sure I am no longer billed. It was very quick and painless!
