Very easy to get a property records report with home address using PropertyRec.com. Included information about my Mom's home's worth, property taxes paid, and property details for her property AND nearby homes. The report didn't include information on over-payments of property taxes; there is an email function to reach an expert and I received a reply about over-payments within 24 hours. Thank you!

When I went online to obtain a copy of a 4 year old deed it was suggested that I purchase for a dollar a property report. Unfortunately the report did not show the exact legal name of the owner. However, I soon received an inquiry from the Clerk of the Court as to my search and I responded I still needed a copy of the actual deed. To my pleasant surprise he arranged for one of his assistants to send me a copy within hours. Very impressive.`

This was very useful. I found out and was able to print out items of interest to me on my new property. There was a listing of homes on my street, but did not include my name or the names of some of my neighbors that moved in before me, but one or two after me. Do you do updated lists in the future? And, can I get copies of other streets in this gated community? Thanks for all the information.

Once you sign up and try to cancel they will keep charging your account. I canceled 4 months in a row. Each time the women I spoke with said I would have a refund in 3 to 5 business days. Never happened. They always had some kind of excuse, finally called my bank. Had to cancel my card and had a new one issued. What a hassle. Do not use Propertyrec.com.

Yep I am also a victim of this site. $20 a month was charged on my credit card without my knowledge. When I called them, the first question the asked was "Do you want to cancel?" Must be the main reason people call them.

This company fraudulently charged my bank card for $20 ten days after I was on its website. And an additional $9 the day I was on the website and agreed to pay $1 for the owner's name of a property. They will not return my call.

Information was quick and easy to obtain. Some information was inaccurate and used my father’s name versus mine, since I’m a Jr. but confirmed with county that JR is on my property records. Overall, good basis to gather information quick.

The report I ran myself did not contain what I was looking for. I received a follow up email from them asking about my experience, and if I obtained what I was looking for. They were very helpful in getting me the information that I needed. Prompt friendly outstanding customer service! Would recommend.
