I have tried other brands for cost savings mainly but always come back to BM for their color saturation and ease of application. They are always bringing out new products for specific tasks. Recently used their cabinet paint which is awesome.

Many years ago my husband was painting the kitchen of our first house. My son was barely over a year old and I left him with my Mom so I could help. I got to our new house and took a paint brush and some paint (not Benjamin Moore). I started piling on the paint when my husband took the brush away and told me to "go shopping. You're good at that".

Years later I was looking for the perfect color for our bathroom. Benjamin Moore had little sample bottles of paint and I painted stripes of different colors all over the bathroom. I finally picked the right color and when I applied it I discovered the color was perfect and it took only 1 coat to completely cover all the stripes. The paint I used was beige and it completely covered even the darkest blues and reds. I was sold. Nothing other than Benjamin Moore for me. Cost comparison showed me that one coat of the more expensive brand was actually less expensive than doing 2 coats and a primer of the less expensive brand.

Painted cabinets with another paint company. Started to peel. Found Benjamin Moore cabinet paint. Went on smooth and and looks as if a professional person did the job. I couldn’t be more happy with the results. Get compliments from everyone asking where we bought. Never been happier than I am now.

This is the best paint, the quality is superb! It has stood up to a lot of abuse, and has far exceeded my expectations. So far, none of the rooms that were painted over 5 years ago have aged or worn, which proves that the quality is second to none. Thanks.

4 years ago I painted the inside of 1300 square foot of a house all different colors. To this day it looks just as fresh, every room. We are picking new colors as we speak to redo a more farmhouse look. The paint is priced just right. Not costing too much and so many colors and shades to pick from. My whole family uses this Ben paints.

Benjamin Moore is the most reliable paint for me. Every color I have ordered always shows up so beautifully. They have been around for my entire life. Generations, going back decades, in my family have always used Benjamin Moore. One time, I remember my mother went with a different paint because it was cheaper and she was regretful. When it comes time to repaint or change my colors, I will only go with them because I was never disappointed.

I hired a painter to paint my home about 10 years ago. He suggested that I switch from oil base to water based exterior trim paint. Now after 10 years, the trim is still in excellent condition. The previous oil base paint was peeling after 6 years.. The clean up was also a breeze.

My wife and I have been living in Dade County located in Miami for close to 40 years in the same house we purchased when we moved here. For close to 40 years or so I have painted our home at least once between 5-7 years depending on the color scheme my wife decides to go with, I can honestly say that even though we have tried different brands of paint the most durable and color fast has always proven to be Benjamin Moore products. I am now 74 years of age and thinking about repainting due to installation of hurricane windows and soon a new hurricane front door. Those making a need to repaint. I will say that I have interviewed a few contractors and each has their preference of product to suggest for one reason or other but my preference will be the contractor that suggests I use Benjamin Moore products.

Benjamin Moore has been my choice for decades. From exterior to bath to cabinets, the quality is amazing. When SW cut their color palette to a tiny portion of BM choices, I knew I made the right choice. I recently covered SW paint, and the Original color had changed, looked brown and dirty. The BM paint, I am sure will be bright and clean for a good while. I've used the proline for cabinets, and it transformed an old oak kitchen into clean, scrub able white.

What a huge difference between buying at a big box paint department to a paint store. @ Benjamin Moore the paint specialist walks you thru the whole project so you get it right the first time; I asked them about the paint & primer in one and he explained how there's a primer for every need/problem and the primer in the same can only refers to the ability to cover over another color which all good paint has. Once we started painting it went on the walls uniformly and with ease not a lot of spatter on the floors. I'm a Benjamin Moore fan for life.

I always used BM when painting the interior because it covered the best from others I had experience with. When painting my fence over the past 15 years, I refused to pay a bit more to use bm. Every time we pressure washed or a winter had passed, I found myself always doing touchups. It’s been 4 years and still nice and white. Easy to clean! I also have experience with the concrete paint from bm. It lasted much longer through winters and pressure washing than other brands I tried. I only use what works now!!

I appreciate the subtlety of Moore's colors. The super-saturated pigmentation makes the darker colors a satisfyingly cover even with just one coat, and light colors are visually deep and rich. As a decorative artist, I'm always confident on my work that the paint films I've applied will fulfill my intentions from black and white sketches all the way through to the most radiantly final version.

Benjamin Moore Aura costs a bit more than average paint, but once you understand how to apply Aura its quality of color and velvet sheen of the flat matte is superior to every other premium paint on the market today. Another element I love is how well the finish holds up over time as it ages, it does not fade like others. If you need a repair, even years later it blends in seamlessly as both the sheen and the colorfastness are a big benefit. Yes, it may cost an extra $20 plus per gallon, but when you are providing the labor for free, use the best, a little bit more is worth it.
