No other co. can do better than OneGuard. Rate ten in all aspects and stand behind their customers 110%. Only co to use, but sadly our other homes are not in their area. Just our Arizona home. If I can't have this company, I want no other company.

OneGuard is a total scam. We have had two different times this year when we needed them, and they found ways both times to not pay anything. They find the most common scenarios under which systems fail and create excuses to blame the failures on those scenarios. So maddening. And such a scam. Then their customer service agents became argumentative, and provided anything but customer service. Avoid OneGuard. Buyer beware.

We have used OneGuard for several years, actually since we purchased our home in 2009. The customer service has always been friendly and assuring. The contractors have been courteous, honest and knowledgeable. I've used other home warranty companies in the past with other homes I've owned, but they did not have the culture that OneGuard has. I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I recently bought a house and my real estate agent gave me a OneGuard home warranty, within 2 weeks of moving in the water heater quit. OneGuard sent out a repairman and repaired the water heater the first visit with new elements and thermostats. There was not any hassle even though the warranty had been in place for only two weeks. I've had my first experience on my brand new 2 year contract with OneGuard and it has really started off on a bad foot and I'm unsure I will use them for any issues in the future. I contacted them for a plumbing blockage and was told over the phone "as long as it's within the foundation it will be covered, you will pay NOTHING to the plumber". After the plumber came (2 days later) he charged me $125 for removing and resetting a toilet. I contacted OneGuard and they said "Oh, we don't cover removing and resetting a toilet, you should have know that" and went as far to say as the first person I talked to didn't "completely lie".

One day later and the blockage is still there. So I contacted OneGuard again to ask if they provided any protection against service that isn't truly performed. The response, "no". They don't care that you still have an issue, you want the plumber to come out again to (maybe) fix the issue, that will be a new service fee. So at this point I have paid $195 ($70 to OneGuard for the service fee and $125 to the plumber) and I'm no closer to getting the problem fixed.

Awesome!!! Thank you CINDY!! Our dryer started making a horrible sound today and I don't know if it is safe to run or going to catch on fire. I sent in an online request and a contractor called and said they could come out Monday, today is Friday. My husband just started his four-day work week and only has two uniforms (he wears one while I wash one) so I need to laundry on both Sat and Sunday. I needed someone out today or tomorrow.

I called OneGuard and told them I needed someone sooner. Cindy, called around and in, within minutes, she found someone to come out on Saturday!!! Even if they can't fix it the same day they can at least let me know if I can use it safely with the noise. Thank you OneGuard and CINDY!!! I have had OneGuard for years and they have always been wonderful.

This is a great company. They say what they mean and mean what they say. Great customer service and timely follow up. Had an issue with an appliance, they sent a service guy out, couldn't fix it... so they replaced it. Just as advertised. No hassle, no problem. Fixed the problem and fixed the customer. Classic customer service formula.

I've had OneGuard in the past and was a strong recommendation from my realtor. The most recent experience I've had with them was for a plumbing issue. The gentleman was not familiar with the particular part that was in the shower, so we had to escalate that to a second opinion. But other than that, things have been fine and been repaired quickly and done correctly. Overall, things have been good and I will continue to use them and submit claims to them if I see items that need to be repaired.

I originally found OneGuard Home Warranties out through my realtor. They did pretty good with me and the other questions that I had, so I decided to stick with them. I had a water softener replaced. They recommended this particular company to do the service and I upgraded to a better water softener. So far, OneGuard has been great

OneGuard was part of the home purchase. We had them for the first year and they seemed to do a good job, so we renewed our services with them. It's very easy to submit a claim with them. However, I wish the contractor or the services were provided quicker. Someone usually gets back to me and calls within four hours or so to schedule an appointment, but then obviously, if we're calling on a more pressing matter, whether it's a roof leak or the AC went out, I'd want something a little more timely. But as far as setting up the appointment through OneGuard, there are no issues at all. From time to time, I fear that I’m going to wake up and then those repairs are faulty somehow but so far so good. Everything's great and we're happy customers.

We have been with OneGuard for 3 years now and we love it! The company came highly recommended by our realtor when we purchased our home. We definitely put this warranty to use in the first 6 months. My house is 12 years old and one night the trash compactor started leaking under the sink. The contractor came I believe the next day and replaced the unit. Great work! I also had the compressor go out on my refrigerator. I know that's not a cheap fix, but all I paid was the service fee and received a new compressor!!

OneGuard Home Warranty was given to us when we bought the house in September, and since it was free, we continued with them. It has worked out really well for us. We filed a claim twice now, and for both times, we called after hours and the technicians came out the next day. The first time was for the bathtubs which were backing up and the technicians came to make the system out. Recently, when we had a problem with our furnace, the technicians had to order a part, but they came back the next day and put it in. Everything has been beautiful and we haven't had any problems.

I bought a house and it came with a warranty from American Home Shield. It expired one year after I bought the house, so I started shopping around and decided to go with OneGuard. OneGuard is very competitive as far as the price, but the reason I kept with them was because I like their response time. They seem very customer-focused whereas some of the other ones I've used in the past weren't. I really like some of the things that they do, and they've been very helpful. They were always very courteous on the phone and very professional. I also like that if I don't want to stay on the phone, I can just leave my cellphone number and they call me right back.

The claims process at OneGuard is also very easy, while some of the other ones I've had in the past were more difficult. Plus most of the contractors are pretty good. There's been a couple of times where OneGuard sent somebody out that couldn't fix things, but whenever I call them, they would always have a more senior person come out who is always able to take care of things. I've recommended them to friends that were talking about warranty systems and my friends have been happy with them as well.

I had a warranty with my home when I purchased it and I wanted to continue to have a home one. The other provider that I was looking at was more expensive so I decided to go with OneGuard. Submitting claims with them was very easy. Working with their claims rep was fantastic and the contractors that we've had have all been very good. My real estate agent recommended a few home warranty companies to me and had me choose among four choices. I went with OneGuard. Within a couple of months, I had my first claim for a new vent for my heater and it was in the dead of summer. They got somebody out, explained everything to me, and the work was done within three days. I was actually surprised that when I told them it was 90 degrees in the house, they gave me a one-time reimbursement for that until a tech came out. I'm fairly pleased.

The claims reps were very friendly and informative. I've had no problem with the appliance since the repair. They also do a lot of follow-up, like through email, just to say, "Hey, we're heading into winter. Don't forget your tune-ups. What else can we provide?" One of my friends was moving into a home and asked about OneGuard and First American, and those were my top two choices. They're very popular and I would recommend them to other consumers.

My realtor gave me options of home warranties to add to my contract on a house we were purchasing and OneGuard seemed like the best value for the services offered. The claim filing process is easy. I recently filed a claim for my oven. I went online, input the information and they called me back with a contractor who made the appointment. The OneGuard reps always kept in contact and didn’t leave me hanging so I wasn’t wondering what was happening. And the contractor was professional. He kept the appointment time and did his due diligence. That was nice. We eventually ended up getting the oven replaced which was easy. The new oven is performing fantastically. I'd definitely recommend OneGuard Home Warranties.

We bought a home and our realtor chose OneGuard as home warranty for us. The claim process is fine. The online process is decently smooth. I usually have to call to make sure that it went through and they see it. The first one we did got lost and I waited four, five days and never heard from anybody. So I called them and said they didn't see it. But then they got things worked out.

Their reps answered questions and clarified what was and wasn't covered. I've called the contractor to make sure they are indeed getting their requests. But I don't ever get follow-up calls to make sure the work was done like now. We've had three contractors come out so far. The one was for our oven in which they were good and communicated well. It went down for three weeks and they got that working. Another was for the pool and the guy who came over fixed the valve very quickly and efficiently. It stopped the leak that was occurring so we've saved on our water bill for a couple of months. Both pieces that have been repaired seem to be working fine.

But the contractor for the stove has been a ghost. I don't really hear from him or know what our status was on getting that part. We haven't been able to use the stove since we moved in. That's the only negative thing. When I told them we weren't hosting Thanksgiving this year, the contractor took it like they can take their time. But we are hosting Christmas and we would like to be able to use it. I'm on my sixth week of waiting for one of the contractors to get a part and haven't heard from him or OneGuard. I'm about to call OneGuard, too, to see if they can help me get feedback from this guy.

I would've liked to have an option early on to have maximized the different plans they have. I know there are a few things not covered but we were unaware that whatever the realtor got for us wasn't a comprehensive plan. I would've preferred if OneGuard trained or taught their agents to market their product with at least an option to have an upgrade after we got into the home. Other than that, OneGuard has been fine.

When I bought the house it had a OneGuard Warranties on it and I continued it when the year was up. So far, I’ve had all good experiences with them. When I submit a claim, I email them and they set up an appointment and it’s taken care of. The reps have always handled everything very well and I had my air conditioner fixed in the spring, a new part put in, and within an hour I had to call them back because the air conditioning wouldn’t shut off. And I had a guy back here again in half an hour. The contractors that they sent have always been fine, too. I’m very happy with OneGuard and will continue to use them.

Our OneGuard warranty came with the house when we bought it. After I used them, we decided to stay with them. I've had a couple of claims with them, and I liked the people they sent. They do good work, they seem competent, and they act quickly. Everything they've repaired is still working, too.
