Master Spas had the hot tub that we liked. They were the ones that owned it. Their salespeople were great. They were very personable and all-around nice guys. The guy who owned that spa was getting food for everyone else. The other guy helped us out and gave us all the information on it. As far as installation, they set it up for us. We scheduled a date for them to come and deliver it, which was two weeks from our purchase date. We could only have it delivered on a Monday or a Sunday because of our work schedules.

It was two weeks from then and there were four guys that came and delivered it and they were great. They introduced themselves. We figured out a plan because they had to get it to the backyard. They got it in with no problem. They showed my husband how to properly fill it. They showed us everything as far as the chemicals go and where to put the water, and answered any questions that we had. They showed us all the buttons and showed my husband how to go ahead and start filling it up. They didn't wait for it to be full because that takes hours.

I was able to contact one of the gentlemen at Master Spas in their Dunwoody location. He was very helpful. I had even spoken to him on the phone prior to the delivery just to get my bearings and make sure I had all the information. He told me exactly what to do, what to look out for if there were any issues, and he even said, "If you have any questions at all, please contact me." Their customer service has been wonderful.

      Reviewed May 26, 2026

In Tennessee, it's very difficult to build a swimming pool because of rocks. I had gotten several quotes and it's rarely under 200,000. And that's if you don't hit rock, which is a mysterious variable where you don't know how much it's gonna cost you. So, that sort of made me think of doing an alternative. I looked at other places and other spas and read different reviews. And after the reviews, I ended up choosing Master Spas. My ex-husband contacted Master Spa and occasionally, when he visits me and has questions, Master Spas always answers him. We appreciate that. They always offered help and good advice when he contacted them for us.

I really wanted to swim and at the time, the model that I have is a 2025, which is 18 feet deep and does not have a separate chamber for the spa section. I understand the newer ones have cup holders, and I wish that had happened at 19 feet. I have two different tops on mine, and I also have a deck around it. I was gonna put it below ground, but I ended up keeping it above ground because my ex-husband said that if there’s ever a problem with a sump pump or drainage, I will fry everything. With the deck, it looks attractive, so I don’t find it offensive. I like that I can swim, and when I lived in Florida, I missed having a full-size pool.

Initially, we had to take some water out because I have a filtration system in my home and the water was cloudy, and we couldn’t get things straight. But after we cleared it out and things settled down, I haven’t had any issues. I’ve used it in both winter and summer. I keep the cover on, and I can manage it myself even at 73, which makes me feel good. I can open and close it myself, which is important because a larger one would be harder for me to manage. I also like that I don’t have to pay a pool company. I just buy my supplies and do everything myself. The water stays crystal clear, and I’m very happy with my spa.

It's great that Master Spas has a location in Franklin, Tennessee and the man there is honest. I had a problem with the original person I signed with and I personally could not believe everything that man told me after I learned things. I was upset about that. Other than that, the spa itself has given me what I need to exercise my body. I like some of the jets I use, although I don’t use the seating area much. My ex-husband likes it when he visits. He’s not a big swimmer, so he either sits in the seat or stands by the jets, while I move around or stand by the back jets. It works well for two people.

We also watch a man and his wife on Facebook or YouTube, sometimes on Wednesdays, and they talk about pool care. My ex-husband pays attention to that and will pass things along if I miss it. They even recommended sometimes using the FROG system, and I was told it’s more for convenience and ease. When I clean, besides using the FROG system, I use other chemicals that I get from the Master Spas store near me, which is about a mile from my house.

I mainly use a microfiber cloth or soft towel for cleaning. It’s very soft, and that’s all I use to wipe any ring or where the water meets the waterline. Every time I go in, I wipe with that microfiber cloth, and that’s pretty much it. Sometimes I also wipe the inside of the top if I notice any spots or debris on the inside of the cover. So overall, my maintenance routine is straightforward and manageable, which makes it easy for me. I wish I could go in more often, but I have long hair and it’s a pain to wash it that much, so I go in maybe at least twice a week. For somebody to maintain flexibility in old age, it’s a great thing.

I went to the hot tub show at the EY Center. I met Master Spas and I purchased the spa through the show. So far, everything's been great. I've had a few issues with a few pictures and they sent me replacements and videos on how to fix it right away. So, I've been happy with the service. As far as the product, it's a 94 x 94. I liked the deeper tub that they had. So, that was what made me go there. I have tall kids. They're 6'8" and 6'9". I thought that'd be nice for them to fit in it properly. I like the style of it and the seating and all of that in there. I love the many jets and I like that it's easy to use and maintain. I like the waterfall feature. I like the lighting and the different seats.

So far, I've had it for a year and a half and the quality is great. I've never had any major issues. The setup and the layout of it are fantastic. So, I highly recommend it. Customer service has been great to date. When I went to the show, they had a promo. It was a great price for the size. I searched other companies and they were very comparable. There was a 5,000 discount at the show. So, it's fantastic. I ended up paying 15 grand for it.

My wife and I have been looking to get a spa for probably seven years and we saved and saved money. Back in the fall, we were at Canfield Fair and the money that we had saved up matched up perfectly with the size that we wanted and the price of Master Spas. The space that we have on our deck for it is really big. So, we were looking at a 6-foot x 6-foot. We liked theirs. We liked the design. It was plastic and we liked that. The fiberglass is much heavier, but we liked the seating positions and the recliners were in it and the amount of jets that it had.

The spa has push buttons and that's another thing we like. It's very user-friendly. We push the button once for the jets. We push it again for the jets at a higher speed. You push it again and it turns them off. There's another button and when you turn it on, there's a light. We push them, and it turns them off. Then, there's the up and down for the water temperature. If you're looking to get a spa, get the Master Spas. The quality of it is very good. It's heavy-duty and it's nice and it came with a top cover, and that thing keeps the heat in very well.

As far as the Master Spas representatives, they were fantastic. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Everybody under that giant tent was very friendly. The three gentlemen that delivered it were very friendly. Several days after it was delivered and installed, we received a phone call from the company. They made sure we were satisfied with everything, and everything was good. They gave us a free chemical pack and I had to order more and it was extremely simple.

The spa is a quality product. It satisfies medical, recreational and relaxation needs for just being a person. I needed to remedy my back condition. The hydro therapy was something essential that I could benefit with the pain and the discomfort I had. It was primarily to help ease the pain and exercise as well. Also, I was very happy with the customer service, the owner and their staff. Also, the price was positioned with regard to its value. It's American-made, as opposed to something from super far away. I trusted the people. They came and set it up right in front of me.

If you have a foot problem, you get the right foot. The spa is something that's a need as opposed to just some decorative thing. People want to just have something to relax and that's for it as well. But in my circumstances, I needed it. I needed a therapy product, because I was in physical therapy and they advised me to try to swim in. Also, it's like a weight control. You can try to move your arms and legs. It's water, and you can get joy and therapy from that.

I got the spa that gave us some jet streams and that can fit my spouse and I, and a bit extra. It has lights. There's already a seating posture when you come in. You can lie down and get the jets on your back so the hydrotherapy can work. I use it as of medical therapy for my body. And my wife joins me when she's able to come in as well.

We wanted something that was hot that we could sit in. We like the Master Spas tub better than what we had. Master Spas dropped it and set it up. It was perfect. I'd buy again. Go for it. The only issue was, it was a little cryptic on the warranty stuff. We bought it in one state. We live right over the border. They said, “Any warranties would be covered, no problem.” We had a warranty issue right off the bat. They said, “It's not covered because you're out of our service area.” We said, “Are you kidding me?”

I fought it, and they ended up coming back and paying for the whole thing. The first response was, “Sorry. We’ll pay for the part that went out, but you'll have to pay for the labor for the service tech to go out there,” which was a two and a half hour drive for the service tech could get there. It would be 300 bucks for him to come replace this part. I said, “Nah, bullshit.” It was three months old. Master Spas said it was covered but now it's not. They came back and said, “No, we'll take care of it for you.” So, it was good.

We already have a pool and we thought it'd be fun to have a hot tub. One of my co-workers had a Master Spas and they really liked it. So, we went with Master Spas, too. We've not had it for very long, but we really enjoy it so far. We like the size. It is not too small, and not too big. It's enough to accommodate a couple of friends and we like the features. It seemed to be a lot more upscale compared to other models that we looked at or other manufacturers that we looked at. I like the different jets. The foot blaster jet is nice. We also like the sound system. It was surprisingly good.

My wife passed away last year with cancer, but the tub was really good for my wife and myself. It's low impact and really good exercise. I like it and use it a lot. Every other day, I go in there. We did want to mention one thing that might help clarify your spa does include a hold function in the settings menu, which acts as an on/off control for pausing operation when changing filters and other tasks If the spa is returning to display mode on its own, it may simply be exiting the hold mode after its built‑in timeout. If we can be of help maybe working with that control or setting your economy mode so the controls work exactly the way you want just contact us for help! (1-800-860-7727).
