    While I love this spa that I only bought a few months ago, I was shocked to find out that the warranty can't be passed on to the next owner of our house. I was putting our vacation rental house on the real estate market and my realtor thought it would be a good investment for me to buy the new spa rather fix the existing spa and give a credit to the next owner for a new spa. Boy was she wrong, because the potential new owner of this vacation rental who we are now in escrow with will not be able to have a warranty on what is essentially a brand new spa. I mean, even Home Depot extends their appliance warranties to the new owners of a house. I am extremely unhappy and feel like a paid a fortune for nothing. I should have bought a hot tub from Costco or fixed the old one and given her a credit.

    I've had my Twilight spa for over 5 years. Not one year has gone by without at least two repairs!!! At present the ozonator isn't working, $700!, and it has yet another leak! Every repair is in excess of $300.00!! It's a piece of junk!!?

    Every time I move, I get a new hot tub due to my ongoing back issues. I've had different brands and I always upgrade each time to a little bit better brand with better quality. Unfortunately, my experience with Master Spas has been complicated by problems with the dealership that sold and delivered the spa rather than the product itself. When the spa was delivered, the shell was cracked with a noticeable three-inch gap. Despite multiple attempts to reach the owner and staff at the dealership, they stopped responding, and I'm left wondering if they'll ever address the problem. Since it's a delivery issue rather than a manufacturer defect, involving Master Spas directly didn't seem appropriate.

    Additionally, the delivery and installation process was poorly handled. The spa's top was installed with a lift mechanism that doesn't work correctly; it fails to fold back entirely and acts like an unwanted canopy. I also dealt with improperly installed hooks for the locks, which I had to fix myself to secure the cover from wind. This ordeal stems more from dealer service issues and not from Master Spas' product quality. I'm still hoping the dealership will resolve these issues, and if not, I’ll likely look into how Master Spas can mediate the situation. But the spa itself seems reasonably priced for what it offers, and their online site is user-friendly.

    I am very satisfied with the quality of my spa, and if I were to rate the spa itself, I'd definitely give it a top score.     The delivery process could have included more interaction; the team brought the tub, handed me the starter set of chemicals, and left.     I bought the 6-man basic model without many extras and my experience with Master Spas has been positive so far. The team, especially Casey, was supportive and delivered on everything I needed.

    After much research and hearing positive reviews about the store selling Master Spas, I decided to go with them and ultimately chose the Clarity 9 model.     The employee Cari is very kind and considerate. The trip fee to cover warranty issues is exorbitant and probably ends up covering parts and labor that are supposedly “free”. I am highly disappointed and will make sure to let friends know of the fine print.
