    I went to a home show, found out about Master Spas and the price was in line with what I was expecting to pay. I got a standard eight foot by eight foot spa. I liked that it had deep seats. I had to have the control unit on the front of the spa, the touch screen, replaced immediately, and they came out and replaced the brand-new unit. They could do a better job in the instructions on the spa's maintenance routine. Overall, we've enjoyed the unit. It's been good once it was functional.

    So far, our spa from Master Spas has been working well. It's only been part of an Airbnb for the last two months. We've had it operating for the last five years. The quality is good. The only thing that we're running into is, after a while, I know some of the headrests will wear out. We haven't had a lot of wear and tear on it because we haven't used it ourselves personally a whole lot. Overall, I haven't had any issues with the quality of the spa. The purchase and the delivery went really well. It wasn't the cheapest spa, but it wasn't the most expensive spa. It was a good quality for the money.

    I saw Master Spas on TV down in Pomona where they had something going on at the Fairplex. We went down one day and bought one. They delivered it, and I got it all hooked up. It's big enough for me and my wife to get into. It's big enough for four people. However, it's shut down right now. I turned it off because it's hard to get in and out of it. I built some steps for it to get in and out. When we were using the tub, it was great. I like it. But it got so hard to get in and out of with only the one handle I have on it. Nobody fell yet, but we were afraid we would fall and slip. So, we put another handle on it. But I haven't filled it. I've been thinking about it. It seemed pricey, but whatever. It's worthwhile.

    We purchased our spa at Eversole Pool & Spa in Lima, Ohio. I first became interested in Master Spas because the company that sells them has good reviews. My biggest concern was whether they were going to deliver it to my home or not. The servicemen who came out were spot-on, personable, knowledgeable, friendly and offered education. Anytime that I've had a problem, they've been out in a timely manner. A knob went out and they came out and replaced it. And without me getting any information in the mail, they called and told me about a recall for the lights, and replaced them. It was fantastic.

    I got the Twilight model and I use it weekly. It was important to me to be able to relax lying down as well as have the neck waterfall. I enjoy the captain's chair with all of the jets and my favorite is the one where you can lie down and have the jets from seat to head. I also paid $100 a year for the upgrade for the Wi-Fi app. I've had five spas over the years and the cover is of a different grade with this particular spa. And the marbleization in the ceramic itself has a different quality look to it. It's just beautiful. I tell everyone who comes to our home and sees the spa where we purchased it. And I open up the lid and turn the jets on and let them put their hand in it. It's the best spa that I've had over the years and it rejuvenates me so that I can wake up and I feel like I've spent the night at a hotel. Price-wise, you get what you pay for.

    I have the H2X Trainer 15 from Master Spas. They came her in January. We went to the expo and ended up buying a swim spa. It was the nicest one in there. I fell in love with it. They did a very good job during the presentation. They had it all lit up. Their representatives were very friendly. They worked with me on the price a little bit. They were leaving the expo that day, so they cut me a little break on the price because they were able to ship it straight to my house instead of having to load it up and bring it somewhere else and then ship it back. It worked out well. The only thing is there's not a whole lot of guidance after you take it out the showroom floor. They said somebody would come out and tell us all about it. No one ever came out. They were like, "Oh, no. You just read the manuals or watch the videos.” I was a little hesitant of even buying it because I was scared about owning something I'd never used before and chemicals.

    As far as the quality of the spa, it's a huge learning curve. I have nothing to compare it to because I've never owned anything like it in my life. So, it's been rough. A week and a half ago, we’ve had a guy come out because it kept blowing a fuse. The electrician said there was something wrong with the pump or the heater. So, then they sent somebody down from Oklahoma City, which is a two-hour drive. He came out and he was like, "Well, it's the oxygenator. And don't plug it back up and you won't have any more problems. You just won't have an oxygenator.” That was $500 just for him to tell me that. So, it's a learning experience. They just don't have any local support here.

    I enjoy the product. I just have nothing to compare it to. We spent probably the first year trying to get the chlorine right, kept calling back, and doing YouTube stuff. So, we're still learning. This will be our second season with it. So far, so good. We switched over to bromine from chlorine, and that seems to be working a lot better for this pool. We did that just through trial and error through our local pool people. We had little problems with the cover. It keeps getting flooded every time it rains. For some reason, it seeps into the cover. Then you can't lift the cover up because it weighs like 800 pounds because it's full of water. We are working through that experience as well. I’m not disappointed. It's just something different.

    I have nothing but great things to say about Master Spas. But the dealer sucked. The dealer that I went through here in Colorado said two weeks, and I was like, “Cool.” The day of, they called and said, "Oh, we have to put you off a couple of days.” I said, "I already have a water truck coming,” ‘cause I live in the mountains, on a well. So I had a water truck set up there. When I told them about the water truck, they could bring the hot tub to my site.

    When I got there, the guys were complaining because they had to drag it up a little hill. They didn't bring the cover and left with a used cover. So, it dumped a bunch of hot tub cover stuff into it. On top of that, they didn't bring any filters and fired it up, filled it up, and left with no filters. Didn't give me any clue on what to do with the chemicals. The hot tub itself is great. But then when I called the distributor, I got cussed at and this and that. It just wasn't a good experience.

    Now, if I have a warranty issue, I have no clue who I'm gonna get to warranty any stuff on the hot tub, because these guys refused to even return my call and cussed me out and all this and that. Three weeks after they delivered the hot tub, I finally got the cover. Still no filters. I ended up having to purchase filters. Then about a month later, I finally got the filters. They expected to run a hot tub with no filters. But then if something went down, they would deny the warranty, because they would say, "Oh, well, you ran it with no filters.”

    I would not refer Master Spas to anybody because of the distributor. But if there were multiple distributors that offered in Colorado versus the one guy, I would recommend Master Spa all day long. They're made for the Colorado climate, so I don't have to worry about it freezing up when I live up in Bailey, which I'm at 9,500 feet. It gets minus 20 during the winter. I didn't have any issues. We were actually out of power for three days this winter. And I didn't crack it. When I cracked the lid, it was at 90 degrees. It kept its temperature in that cold condition.

    I bought my Master spa in October during a promotional show. I only dealt with the seller world of spas through text messages and phone calls. The spa arrived timely but shortly after I began using it, the top side control started glitching out. They offered to send a tech out to replace it, but it was gonna cost me over $400. I was unhappy with that price being I’d only had the spa for a couple months and was asking if there would be recurring problems with this. I have not heard back from world of spas regarding this issue or a resolved solution to this problem. I have reached out to them several times.

    We were at the Wisconsin State Fair and Master Spas. There was a whole bunch of companies there and we just decided to go with them. They seemed decent and halfway close. The size of the spa that we chose could fit five people, and there’s plenty of room. There is one spot you could lie down in. I’ve ordered filters a couple of times but the quality has been very good so far.

    We have no problems with customer service in general but are concerned that we've only had spa for seven months and have already had to replace two broken parts, first the control panel and now the ozone generator. While the replacement control panel and service to fix were free, there was a $100 charge for the service provider to come out and now we're going to have to pay that again to replace the ozone generator. We're very concerned that parts are already going bad even before the warranty is up. I just called to leave a message to talk to someone and hope to discuss all this in the near future.

    Both the topside control and the ozone generator are covered under your parts warranty, and we’re glad those were provided at no cost. However, travel or trip fees from independent service providers are not included in the manufacturer’s warranty, which is why those charges occurred.

    Bought a Master Spa in July 2025 largely because of the advertised “smart features.” From day one, they never worked. On top of that, the main control system has ongoing issues too. I contacted: the salesperson. The local Edmonton dealer. Master Spas headquarters. The Bluetooth/smart-feature manufacturer. After roughly 30 emails, countless troubleshooting steps, and months of wasted time, I still have a premium-priced hot tub with broken features and no meaningful support. What’s most disappointing isn’t even the product anymore — it’s how little accountability exists once they have your money. If you’re buying this tub for the “smart” technology or customer service, save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Nothing says “luxury spa experience” like spending thousands on a hot tub whose smart features have NEVER worked since day one. Horrible!

    We have owned this tub for 6 months and have been constantly frustrated with poor connectivity with the Gecko app (the module was eventually "upgraded" from in.touch 2 to in.touch 3, but to no avail), a malfunctioning control dial (which was eventually replaced), and unsuccessful attempts to get our water to be clear (it has constantly had a greenish tint to it, and foams). We live in Vernon. B.C. and bought this tub from your dealership in Kelowna. We eventually tired of the 75 minute round trip to Kelowna for water testing, and have resorted to dealing with another supplier in Vernon for our water tests. The servicing mandate for the tub is contracted out to a third party (Okanagan Spa Tech), who also lives in Kelowna, which seems to preclude any physical inspection of the tub, or water quality, to help with problem solving.

    There have been times when due to the tub dial not working, and the poor connectivity to the app, we have been unable to turn on jets to the tub. The World of Spa sales rep in Kelowna (Ryan **) has been responsive to our on-going frustrations, and I'm sure is tired of dealing with us. He has advised he is of the view he has done everything he can to assist us, but the fact remains our water quality issues have not gone away, and the connectivity to the Gecko app is as bad as ever (Ryan confirmed he has the same problem with his Twilight, and that it's an issue with the routers you're using, and you are attempting to get a fix for it).

    Our latest frustration was in trying to remove the side panel from the tub to access the drainage tube (as per instructions from the installer). As it turns out, the installer attached the arm joint on this side of the tub so that it has to be removed in order to access the drainage tube. Ryan has advised he recommends the use of a sump pump anyway. This is not our first hot tub. We lived in Edmonton, AB for years and had an Arctic Spa tub. We were planning to go with Arctic Spa in Kelowna for our home in Vernon (we had a quote), but ran across World of Spa at the Kelowna Home Show, and were sold on the Twilight 7.2 spa by Tony from Calgary. We never had these issues with our Arctic Spa tub (poor connectivity to app, faulty hardware, ie. control dial, on-going water quality issues, and no option for on-site service to the tub to help resolve our problems), and therefore regret our decision to go with World of Spas.

    For the most part, I really enjoy the tub, and service. Although, I found I have to pay ~90 for each service call under the warranty, for travel. This was never previously mentioned. Other issues, not so happy with: waterfall plate is prone to rust. Jets come loose too easily. Location of diverters is not intuitive, nor is there any explanation of which jets and diverters cover which area. Panels are difficult to remove, and somewhat difficult to reinstall. Tub loses water fairly quickly. Probably a few more things.

    We bought our spa off the show room floor. They needed to delivery it within days so they would not have to move it back to the warehouse and then move again to my home. The initial delivery went great. Two men, friendly and really cared about not causing any damage and making sure we were happy. After we got our pad ready we called to have a team come out to relocate the spa onto the pad. Two different men show up this time. Totally unprepared and not trained adequately to get the job done. After dropping the corner of our spa several times and finally knocking a panel off my husband told them to stop. The older man became belligerent, started raising his voice and told my husband to call them back when he could be reasonable.

    This continued as that man ordered the younger guy around, treated him awful too and then told my husband to suck his - - - - The next team that came out was prepared, knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to the treatment from the one team we never received a booster seat that was included in the sale and when asked several times we were told it is on its way. That was in October and we still have not received bit. The owner's granddaughter is not helpful and only stands up for her belligerent crew.

    We had a great conversation and experience when we were in the market of buying a spa, after we purchased the hot tub, we had questions and needed help the whole experience changed with the customer service, which was terrible from simple questions, information about the cheap chemicals etc. We are maintaining our Master Spas now for over a year and spa performance is outstanding. The control screen locked up a couple times but we reset the breaker and everything came back. Due to our dealer we have not recommended your spas based on service.     When we visited Master Spas at the state fair, I really liked their sales lady. She was honest. We went around the whole fairgrounds, went to a lot of other people, and we liked their product and their person better, so we went back. The hot tub that we purchased from them seats seven and I like the size of it, mainly. It doesn't have music and it isn't fancy, but the cost was good. We were having trouble keeping it really sparkly and we had to visit with them at the store in Grimes about how to better manage our chemicals.     Our experience with Master Spas is not great. We bought two hot tubs from them on the same day. They were doing an expo thing at a local exposition center a few years ago. So, we decided to go. We were considering and looking. The salesman was really good, and that was probably why we bought their product. Also, the price was right. It was a good price for what we were getting it at the time. We bought a CLS Balance 9 and then the Legacy.

    The thing is I cannot keep the one that we keep at our house, which is the bigger one, clean for the life of me. I've replaced the ozonator. I called in a few times to Master Spas about this, and nothing was done. They weren't willing to fix or replace anything. Last night, my wife and I were talking about this thing, “Either the hot tub gets fixed or we get rid of it.” People want to use it, but we can't go use it because it's always dirty. I've tried different chemicals. I've tried everything that I can. For the last few years that we've had the one that's been at our house, it doesn't stay clean. The ozonator doesn't work. The control panel went out six months after I got it.

    I called in two or three times. Maybe I should have been better at following up. Maybe some of this is my fault, but at the end of the day, this stuff shouldn't be happening on just six months. I would never buy a Master Spas again. We never had any issues with the other one we bought for an investment property. It works great. We haven't had any problems with that one. However, it hasn't been ran in two years, either. It's been winterized.

    We wanted a spa made in the US, and we wanted a pool spa and a hot tub and Master Spas make both. We looked around and we liked what we saw and the price. They had it on sale. The guy told us to come with our swimsuits and try it as well, and we did that. He didn't pressure us at all, so we bought the spa. He was very good. He told us about chemicals, and he was always right on it. The delivery was exactly what we expected from what he told us so everything went well and when we expected it. All that was good. I enjoy the pool spa the most since I like being able to exercise in it and relax in the hot tub when I have sore muscles. The kids love to come over and have fun, and my grandkids love playing in it. Many times, we just get up early in the morning and get out there. Even in the middle of winter, when it was 20 degrees, I was relaxing in it.

    I went to the hot tub show at the EY Center. I met Master Spas and I purchased the spa through the show. So far, everything's been great. I've had a few issues with a few pictures and they sent me replacements and videos on how to fix it right away. So, I've been happy with the service. As far as the product, it's a 94 x 94. I liked the deeper tub that they had. So, that was what made me go there. I have tall kids. They're 6'8" and 6'9". I thought that'd be nice for them to fit in it properly. I like the style of it and the seating and all of that in there. I love the many jets and I like that it's easy to use and maintain. I like the waterfall feature. I like the lighting and the different seats.

    So far, I've had it for a year and a half and the quality is great. I've never had any major issues. The setup and the layout of it are fantastic. So, I highly recommend it. Customer service has been great to date. When I went to the show, they had a promo. It was a great price for the size. I searched other companies and they were very comparable. There was a 5,000 discount at the show. So, it's fantastic. I ended up paying 15 grand for it.

    The Master Spas salesperson was good and the delivery was okay. Initially, they delivered the wrong spa, but he pointed it out to them. They switched them around, so that was all helpful. The only thing that we haven't been thrilled over is, one of the reasons why we went with this particular spa is that there was a corresponding app and we'd be able to control things through it on our phone. And this is with the original spa before we caught that they sent the wrong one. I spent four days hours and hours trying to get the app to work and I never could get it to work. Then they sent us our new spa and still, we've never been able to get that app thing up and running. So that's disappointing because it was a selling feature that we were interested in.

    Other than that, the quality so far is good. With the second spa, once they delivered and we got it running, the control panel started not working. At first, when I contacted them to let them know, the service guy I dealt with wasn't super great. He communicated via text message or emailing, telling us how we were going to have to pay however much money for someone to come out and do this and that. I then told him to forget it and that we'd live without it. The spa was under three months old at that point, and I was not going to spend all that money for that.

    He ended up calling me and apologized because he got the date of when this spa came mixed up with the date when the first spa came. So we qualified for him to come out for free to replace the panel that didn't work. And then, one jet was very loud and sounded like it had air in it. Since he was out here, I asked him about it, but he said sometimes they just do that and "it is what it is". But we can't have the jets on when we're in it because it's so loud and it drowns everything else out. Other than that, the spa is okay and I'm satisfied with it.

Ours is a six or eight-person and it has a digital spinner knob on it, all kinds of crazy jets and lights. It's not the fanciest one, but it's not the base model either. It's in the middle.     Paid $16,800 to Atlas Spa & Swim for a 5 person 8’x8’ model 231172. The sale was at a “show” in Lufkin, TX August 2023. The sales staff out of Tuler were enthusiastic, but not hard sale. The two delivery & set up guys were great. They came from a Conroe warehouse. The filters were crushed in their box. They gave us another box and it was damaged. (I ordered some new spares to clean & rotate weekly). The spa cover had three areas with torn threads. I reported that several times, and even under warranty I got no response of concern or replace fixing it. Now, 5 weeks ago one of the two pumps froze or seized. I went online & followed procedures. I waited and started calling.

    Finally Kersten in Conroe Warehouse (NOT who we bought it from, btw!) called me back. They also have a weird text message system to verify you called. She has contacted Ft Wayne, Indiana with no response as to when we get a new pump. (Labor will cost us, fyi). Again Kersten in Conroe is the ONLY person who even seems to care about customer service. I did get a sales staff in another Conroe office due to a call forwarding system. He was nice but of no real help.

    I have texted and called the sales staff out of Tyler, TX a dozen times with no response. Ft Wayne should take a pump off a floor model and ship it here. Take care of customers! Obviously you should give Kersten in Conroe warehouse a bonus for sticking around.

    Good quality and the customer service is great. Master Spas was very responsive. We have some problems with the valves on it and I called Master Spas. They came out and gave me replacement valves with the gaskets. What it was was the valves that were in the hot tub didn't have any gaskets on it because it was leaking. That's what the service guy came to find out. So he said, "I'll send you new valves," and we put those in and didn't have any problem since. I would recommend Master Spas.

    Master Spas had ordered the wrong spa in the first place. We got the one with the lounger, and we weren't supposed to. They did fix it, and they made it right. They delivered the correct. Then we had our electrician wire it and everything. We got the 8x8 seven-person spa. We enjoy it about every night. The lights are my favorite. It's a little confusing with all the dials and trying to figure out which one works. One doesn't say which one it controls. So, if you want the foot thing on, then you're gonna sacrifice by losing the two back jets on the same side. Everything can't be on at the same time. Other than that, it's good.

    There was a hot tub expo in the town over. We went and checked it out and ended up buying from Master Spas. The first time, we went to a place here in Windsor and that's where they were selling these originally, and the customer service was garbage. So, we left. Then, when I went three weeks later to this hot tub expo, they were selling again and I did tell them how crappy their service was at their store. So, they made up for it.

    I paid for my spa with the average price of what was going around. The sales lady did a good job on selling it. What really got me was the way they're built and the installation and everything compared to some of the other stuff I saw. The only downfall I've had with my Master Spas is I haven't even had it a year and I've already had to replace one pump. Since I replaced it, everything's working okay. It was under the warranty, too. I like the spa. I'm in it every day. I enjoy it for my back.

    We saw an advertisement saying Master Spas was doing an expo at the Harrington fairgrounds, and we had been thinking about a hot tub. We went on the first day they were open and looked around and talked to one of the salesmen and liked what we saw. So, we decided to purchase one. We liked that they were built in the United States and they were well-built. So, that swayed us a bit. They were a little more expensive than some of the other ones, but they looked like they were high quality.

    The spa we purchased has the lighting. We didn't go overboard. It doesn't have a sound system. It's just my wife and I. So, we didn't go with a large one either. This was our first one, so we didn't want to go too much. It has the therapy jets. It has quite a few of the adjustable jets. It has a reclining seat and some regular bench seating. Overall, our experience working with Master Spas was a fairly enjoyable experience. The guy was very knowledgeable. They followed up real well with us. Delivery was easy. I would probably stay away from their financing. Even though it was easy to do the financing, it's a little bit too much.

    Master Spas had a fall close-out in Lincoln, Nebraska last year and the sales guy was not pushy and did a good job. I'm in sales as well, and I shared with them if they tried and oversold me, I would just walk away. I've had my Master Spas tub for a couple months now and I like the tub a lot. When I have friends or family over, everybody compliments on how nice it is. A few of my knobs are inoperable and I have a few things that aren't working right now, but I have the warning on it so it's no big deal.     We saw an ad on TV for one of the shows that is done in Salt Lake City. We were in St George, Utah, so we went to that show. Master Spas had the size I wanted. I buy Bullfrog usually, but I purchased that one. It's a small spa and it's supposed to hold four people. But it can really hold just two. We're also not satisfied with the strength of the jets. From my Bullfrog, it was quite a big bit of difference in the force of the jets, and there are just two jets rather than four on each. My husband reminded me that we are set up on a 110 and not a 220. That might make a difference. We have a Bullfrog spa in Northern Utah and this one that we recently purchased is in Southern Utah. This one also has the rougher surface that we don't love. We prefer the smooth surface.

    Another issue is there is no Master Spas dealership here and the closest is in Las Vegas, which is about four hours away. I'm used to having a dealership that's accessible to us. Other than that, we're in our 80s and we need the heat in the water. My husband uses the spa every night because he has a restless leg, and it settles down that restless leg. As for me, I have a bad back and I use it for that.

    I bought my Master Spas at an Expo. And there was no way to find out how much I should have paid for it. It's almost one of those things where you just have to go along with what they are saying. And I did not like that. I still don't know if I overpaid. I'm pretty sure I did overpay a little bit, but I don't like that aspect of not knowing. I just wish there was a way that I could go to the actual Master Spas website and find, “This is the price.” I'm sure there's a reason why it's set up that way, so that dealers can profit as much as they want. But everything seemed to be good. The customer service was fine. With me being very hesitant, they made me feel really comfortable with giving me their numbers, and I was able to verify that they actually have storefronts. I felt like everything that they said they were going to do, they did.

    I got the Twilight 240 from Master Spas. It's got the massage functions and LED lights. The quality is above average. I've had issues with the jets detaching themselves. I've had the large one by the feet that self-detached and broke off within a few months. Then, one other small jet cover broke off as well. Other than that, it's been fine.

    I did contact Master Spas' vendor, Spa Guy Hawaii, and they've been okay. They're just extremely spotty on communication. It took several months to try to coordinate repair. Then, by the time they did confirm, they no-showed three times, and then I had already filled my hot tub. So, I need to communicate with them again and also include the additional piece that's broken off.

    I started my search for swim spas. I started with all the brands, and then went to who has locals. I went to all the major brands to compare. I narrowed it down to the Jacuzzi or Master Spas. Master Spas price matched what Jacuzzi offered, but theirs was deeper. They had good customer reviews. The local place where I bought it had good reviews. In my research, I found out to make sure that the local dealer is someone that will back you up. Without the local dealer, it's hard. So, that went into my factoring.

    So far, the product is perfect. I got the deep version. I liked it because it was deep and because it was the biggest one that I could get. Part of it is a hot tub and part is a swim spa. So, it was big. I swam in several before I bought it to compare models. I've had questions when I was trying to get the chemicals right, so I'd text the guy at the local dealership and he always answers my questions.

    We went to a spa convention that was held in Marietta over the weekend. We looked around locally at what in our area was available in spas, and there was no comparison between the quality and everything that was offered to us with Master Spas compared to what we had locally. We got the Twilight series. For two people, it's perfect. You got one seat you can lay in and the others just sit around. The horsepower of the jets is adjustable. It's great. The quality for the money beats our local competition.

    I like the waterfall feature of our spa. If you have surgery on your neck and just sitting right under it, it's not too hard and not too soft. It just hits right. I like being able to program it when you're not right there. You can program it on your phone and it lets you know when it's ready to get in at the temperature you want and you can set your lights. Overall, our new hot tub feels good on the old bones. I already told everybody what we've gotten and how happy we are with what we purchased.

    Master Spas was great. We went in at the beginning in July and looked at a spa. We talked to their guy and we had to make some decisions of where we were going to locate it and different things. When we went back, the one that we had looked at, which was our fault, was discontinued. So, we had to go with a different length of one, but it worked out. It was great and they delivered it.     We had our spa delivered and while the hot tub itself is good the whole experience has been awful. One of the panels flew off during delivery and we are still waiting for it weeks later. We had brand new deck installed just prior to delivery and while the hot tub was slid into place deep gouges were taken out of the composite decking. When we contacted Master Spas they offered 10% off of filters and refused to do anything else to remedy the situation. I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

    Twilight spa not bad, I just wish I got a square, hot tub. The twilight don't work well with tall people if you're trying to stretch feet out on the jet 1, you hit the filter. And the jet do push you off your seat as well as jet 2, you're getting pushed off the seat. As for my experience, it's hard to get 3 adults in here if you're a big person to sit in the middle comfortably, with no leg room. As for customer support, I couldn't get anyone to call me back to get it off demo mode that one I had to go on to Youtube. As for setting up. We had parts that we didn't know where they went to. Glad we had friends that knew how to get everything turned on. Before winter.

    I selected Master Spas because there was a good price, and it looks good. That's all. However, it doesn't clean itself. It’s not as good as other brands that would clean itself and absorb the debris into the filter. You have to make sure to cover it all the time. Also, all the fittings like the head rest and nozzles have fallen off within a couple of months. I would not buy another one for my rental property. But overall, it's a good spa.

    The spa is a quality product. It satisfies medical, recreational and relaxation needs for just being a person. I needed to remedy my back condition. The hydro therapy was something essential that I could benefit with the pain and the discomfort I had. It was primarily to help ease the pain and exercise as well. Also, I was very happy with the customer service, the owner and their staff. Also, the price was positioned with regard to its value. It's American-made, as opposed to something from super far away. I trusted the people. They came and set it up right in front of me.

    If you have a foot problem, you get the right foot. The spa is something that's a need as opposed to just some decorative thing. People want to just have something to relax and that's for it as well. But in my circumstances, I needed it. I needed a therapy product, because I was in physical therapy and they advised me to try to swim in. Also, it's like a weight control. You can try to move your arms and legs. It's water, and you can get joy and therapy from that.

    I got the spa that gave us some jet streams and that can fit my spouse and I, and a bit extra. It has lights. There's already a seating posture when you come in. You can lie down and get the jets on your back so the hydrotherapy can work. I use it as of medical therapy for my body. And my wife joins me when she's able to come in as well.

    Master Spas' sales guy was good. He was down-to-earth and honest. Also, Master Spas had good financing. The installers were nice. They let us know they were on their way. They're just a little quiet, Otherwise, it all went well. We like the tub. We've had it since November and we use it a lot. It has been a good tub so far. There was an accessory that went bad inside of it. I'm a good troubleshooter, so I called the representative and Master Spas said, “We'll send you the part out right away. Here's how you can bypass it for the meantime and still use the tub." They asked if I want to send a technician out. I told them there was no need. I got it. They were good about sending me the part.

    We have been working with our local dealer (Krevco - winnipeg) who has been very helpful but they have been working with Master Spas, but if feels like Master Spas just does not want to assist the dealer. This is very frustrating when the swim spa is less than a year old and we are having issues with rust on our handles and screws.. We regularly check our water and even bring it in to the store and it has been good. I would like to get these replaced.

    Just to share a bit of context: oxidation on stainless steel can occur when the water’s pH is out of balance or when sanitizing gases become trapped under the cover without a way to escape. If it’s caught early and cleaned, the issue can usually be stopped and prevented from returning.

    Because this type of oxidation is a chemical reaction rather than a material defect, our warranty includes a section explaining that it isn’t covered and provides guidance on how to care for the stainless hardware.

    I am very dissatisfied with this company. We paid cash for our hot tub, it was delivered about 1 month later. When we purchased it we told them we wanted a salt water tub, which the salesman wrote on our paperwork. When it was delivered the guys that came scarred up our deck getting it on there and seemed very unprofessional. Then when I asked him why he didn't bring salt (we were told it would be delivered with the tub) he said this is salt water ready but has to have a part put on to use salt. He made some calls and said the wrong tub was sent, it should have had the part. They ordered the part to be sent to our house and said let them know when it arrived and they would find a tech to put it on.

    We had it wired by our electrician. The part came after a week or so and I let them know. It was over a week before anyone even got back to me. Finally a tech called and said they were busy and could come April 15. We have a $17,000. piece of yard art sitting on our deck that we cannot even use and by the time someone comes to put in the part it will be 2 months sitting there.

    I've had nothing but trouble with my Twilight series since the day I got it. The first problem was it wouldn't work. They have no customer service in my area although I'm only 60 miles north of Los Angeles. So they sent me a new pump and told me I get to install it myself. Wonderful. Once I do get the spa working I continue to have trouble. I've replaced the control panel three times in 5 years. The customer service is horrible the parts department is worse. I was just charged $172 delivery fee for a $50 part.

    Prior to this I owned three Hot Springs Spas they were wonderful!! But when we moved to our new house I realized they no longer made hot springs in 110 volt. So I began to shop being as I was going to have to convert to 240 volt anyway. I bought into the propaganda on the internet about master spa. My sub $5,000 Colorado Hot Springs would outperform, cost less to run, and cause no problems in comparison to the master spa. Their parts are ridiculously expensive, their filters and chemicals are expensive. And three control panels at 341 a piece is no deal at all. I regret the day about this thing I will regret it for the rest of my life. When it does work it is awesome! Really, really a thing of beauty, lots of power, lots of bubbles. I just can't afford buying panels Time After Time. Oh I forgot to mention I've had to repair the heater twice. And replace two jet housings. Piece of crap compared to a Hot Springs

    I went to purchase a spa and loved the model LSX 900 which had the speakers and the saltwater system, but it did have scuff marks in two areas. Upon doing the paperwork, my family realize that there was a crack in it so we had said we did not want that one and so Bryan, our rep said that he could order one, but it would take 2 to 6 weeks which was OK. We had discussed with him that speakers was a must and on our contract it did notate this, but they added the contract to stated on theirs. Once we received the spa we realized that it did not have speakers or the saltwater system. I talked to multiple people, including corporate, and on their contract, stated that it had no stereo, but on my contract, it does not state that. I believe they’re being very dishonest and they like to scam people.

    I have been going back-and-forth with corporate about getting a refund for what I should’ve gotten, but they refused to. They don’t care all they care about is making a sale. Now I have to go onto the next step since they’re not willing to listen to me or even care about trying to make it right. If I can give him a zero star I would. Never do business with this company. They scam people.

    Master Spas is dishonest. They DO NOT honor legally binding warranties. If you think you have a warranty on a $30K swim spa, think again! When the dealer damages it during repair, they will claim the concrete is unlevel. When you show them the concrete IS level, they pivot to the concrete is not uniformly level. When you show the concrete IS uniformly level using a long level, they want a concrete installer to evaluate it. They will NEVER HONOR THE WARRANTY!! So, PLEASE, if you want to drop $30,000 on a swim spa on a company that will NEVER back its product, but only BLAME you, the owner, buy from Master Spa then. Master Spa is a rip-off and dishonest, saying they warranty expensive equipment, but NEVER, NEVER, NEVER will you see a dime!

    The Master Spas products are made in the United States, in Indiana. I wanted pay a bit more and get something that is of quality. I researched spas and they had good reviews. I chose something that is big enough for my family. The capacity says up to seven, but there's no way I can put seven in there. I can put in four people comfortably and I got what I needed. It's a great product, but I wish it had a cup holders in the other corners, like an indentation for when people are sitting on opposite sides. I've also had minor issues with the spa, but they were nothing crazy. The seals will get dry with the hot water. The screen went out and was under warranty, so I got a new screen. The spa is always in humidity, so things like that will happen. It still works great though. It just needs maintenance.

    Master Spas is very reliable and it's highly recommended. They create jobs here. The products are made here and they are worth that extra money because of the quality. The parts and service are also available locally. My neighbor bought a same sized spa at half the price, and immediately, on the first year, it went down. He had a hard time fixing it.

    Ordered our Master Spa 7' Clarity Balance Hot Tub back in Nov 2024. We had to push off delivery & install due to weather constraints & construction delays. Delivery was pushed off till Spring 2025. We then requested a change in tub interior & exterior colors. So basically a re-order as there were no tubs in warehouse stock in that color combo. Now delivery was set for July 2025. That date came & went w/out a delivery. We kept checking on delivery w/ store where we purchased. Very poor follow-up & communications w/ this.

    We made numerous calls, all to no avail. Finally my husband went to the store (in Aug). Got some info. but no definite delivery date. He was told he'd get a call as soon as they received info from warehouse. Finally in Sept we received a call that a serial # was issued, meaning it was being put on a truck (from mid west) and we should get delivery in a few weeks. We finally took delivery the beginning of Oct. It took us a year to get, but we love the tub. I like that you can control the power of the water coming out of the jets. We got the 5 seat w/ lounger, which is very comfortable. I like the cover, it is so easy to operate. Ours is the cover lift & caddy. We keep it at 100* temp & it is very comfortable.

    A local hot tub place recommended Master Spas and the price was good. The people in the shop that sold the spa were not aggressive and the master blasters of the particular tub I had was a big incentive. It’s like a jet that hits your feet and they’re powerful. I got the spa that sits six people and it has a lounge. But the lounge is a complete waste because when you turn on the jets, it makes you fly up and you can’t stay on the lounge. We're on year three of having the sap and two of the dials that change the jets have broken in the same spot, shooting water six feet in the air, and the parts are out. There is no one in Master Spas I could contact. It was all online. The website was not user-friendly. But the company that sold me the spa was great.

    We were looking for a spa and hearing about Master Spas from an ad on TV was good timing. We bought a 12-foot spa. It’s the Trainer model, which is the smallest one they make. When it was delivered, it was dark and they couldn't get it on the spot right, so they cranked a dolly and put rollers under it. And every time they did that, they ripped out the bottom of the plastic sheeting. So, by the time they got it to where it was going to go, the wood and the plastic were torn up, so I ended up pouring the slab. I hired a crane to pick it up and move it. And while it was up in the air, I nailed marine plywood underneath the whole bottom so that it was no longer torn up. I called Master Spas and complained. I told them it was unprofessional. They were the ones who hired the installer and they didn't have anything to say about it.

    I bought a hot tub and a swim spa at the same time, and I would never buy from Master Spas again. I am beyond very dissatisfied. The spa itself is okay, but delivering the product without damaging it is an important feature. When it leaves their showroom, they’re responsible for it until it gets set up at my house. So, I would never tell anybody to buy from Master Spas after that. I might feel differently if they had made it right. Everybody makes mistakes, so I understand that, and it's how you deal with those mistakes or your accountability that defines the outcome. And they have no accountability, responsibility, or caring.

    We got a five-person Clarity from Master Spas. The rep that helped us was very, very informative. She knew what she was talking about. She told us everything we needed to know. So, she was great. We like the spa. So far, so good. But all these spas should be $2,000 to $5,000, not $10,000. But Master Spas is just doing what everybody else is, which is overcharging by yards and leaps and bounds. I bought a vessel to hold hot water with a little mechanism to move it around for $10,000. That's expensive. But that's what everybody's charging. So, that's the market.

    Master Spa is one of the highest qualities as far as installation and materials. So, we bought the Cadillac of the spas and it's good. It's less than 20 degrees outside right now, and the spa is not running. That is a testament to Master Spas’ ability to build a quality spa. It's holding itself at 98 even though it's probably 15 with wind chill out there. With cover on and the insulation, we are not spending any money to heat it.

    I did a lot of research before determining I wanted to buy a MasterSpa TS 7.2. The tub so far has been great. The dealer not so much. Seems their focus was to get a sale and move inventory. I ran into issues with the electrical setup and needed my electrician to reach out to them to clarify how to connect. By the time I was finally able to confirm the electric was connected properly and I was good to fill it was Friday afternoon. I received an air lock error and panicked. I called my dealer for assistance and I was told someone would call me back. No one ever did. It turned out the tub self corrected itself but I had no idea that would happen as it was my 1st hot tub purchase. I was able to get a friend and a SpaMarvel rep to assist me with my start-up setup.

    No one from the dealer ever reached out to help me and this was November and the 1st snow fall in my area. I was afraid of my pipes freezing and damaging my new tub. The dealer owner apologized and sent me out a spare set of filters to apologize and promised it wouldn't happen again. Well, my tub seemed to be losing water and I kept having to put several gallons of water in it every week. I called the dealer again to ask if this was normal and they insisted on sending me out a technician as a courtesy to just check and make sure everything was fine. It was. But then they charged me for a service call. This upset me so I called and complained, especially since they insisted on sending the tech, not me. They did credit me.

    Well, fast forward a year. Overall it has been uneventful. But I decided I wanted to rotate the tub 90 degrees (as was initially planned) to allow the cover to act as a privacy wall. I called the dealer and they insisted I could easily do it myself with some help. I'm a single mom and don't have help, which is why I was asking for them to come out. I agreed to pay for the visit. They said they'd put me on the schedule and confirm the week of. Well, I never heard from them so I called the day before they were supposed to come out.

    Mind you this is moving a hot tub in October where the weather can get very cold very quickly. She said, "Oh, I had you on my to-do list to call but we had to change your appointment." She promised they'd call me back when they could reschedule. They NEVER did. See the pattern here? I do. Please keep in mind the time of year this is when it can snow and get cold at any time. In order to move a tub you need to EMPTY it. I wasn't going to risk my pipes freezing and sure didn't want to dump the water when it was snowing out. I wanted to do a thorough clean so I could refill properly once moved.

    Luckily I did find a local company who was able to get me on their schedule. They did the disconnect (just yanked really hard to rip the wires out of the box!) and told me I'd have to connect it myself. I already had the supplies necessary and was able to run the wire and hook it back up myself. Wish I could say it was easy at the time but I did figure it out and know better for next time. It really isn't that difficult. I am just very disappointed in the reliability of this dealer as the most important factor when buying a hot tub is either knowing how to fix it yourself or having access to a reliable local dealer. I would have bought from different company had I known it would be such a problem working with this dealer.

    We really liked Master Spas' price for the amount of amenities. We had looked at Bullfrog Spas and a couple of others that were the higher-branded ones that were a lot more expensive, but all of those came with fancy lights and stereo systems that we didn't really need or were looking for. When we found Master Spas, we felt like we were getting what we wanted. It wasn't extravagant. We like that it's not just a swim spa, the first half of it is like a hot tub. So, you can have six people sitting in that, and then you can have people sitting in the spa part as well.

    The installation was a little bit of a downer. It had nothing to do with Master Spas. It was the local company that delivers them. We were told that they would come and take our old one away, which they did. I didn't care that they destroyed it. It was like a 15-year-old hot tub. I didn't have a problem with how they did it but when they brought our new one in, they just came with a bunch of PVC pipes. They just put it on its side and rolled it on the pipes into our backyard. The fascia is damaged but it was nothing that was enough to complain about. As far as the product, the instructions that it came with were simple. I'm not an electrician, but I sat there and watched our electrician that installed it and I was thinking I could have done that myself because it's very clearly done. Overall, we're very happy with the product.

    We purchased the Master Spas Twilight Series 67.25. Thus far, it has performed well. My spa research heavily focused on the user interface. I did not want a touch screen that may or may not work fingers have been in the water for a while - a common situation. The "Google Nest" style rotary interface is excellent and I love it. However, it isn't made by Master Spas and that is part of my issue with the spas. The literature that we received from Master Spas on configuring the Gecko-made spa controller (Gecko makes the dial/control system for the spa) was all out-of-date. I installed the app I was directed to, but it turned out to be an older version. Ok...fine.

    I got the new one installed and connected it to the spa...sort of. What should be better explained is that the spa is not actually Wi-Fi enabled. It is 900MHz wireless much like wireless landline phones or wireless headphones that connect to TVs. I connected the dongle that provided to my garage-located networking panel, saw it connect (blue blinking light), and tried connecting my phone to the spa...nope. There is a zero percent chance my spa's location is beyond the range of my networking setup, but yet it still would not connect. Fast forward...you have to have the dongle by in range of the spa using 900MHz since the spa itself does not use Wi-Fi in any way.

    If you have a setup like mine (everything homerun to the garage with WAPs spread through the ceiling of the house) that means needing an ethernet drop and an electrical outlet near the spa for the dongle to connect to the spa. It would have been nice if the dongle used POE so it didn't require using an (out-of-date) micro USB power adapter. Anyway, I resolved that issue. I called Master Spas about this issue and they stated the spas "should have" come with updated instructions, but it didn't. I also inquired about blinking lights around the dial of the spa, but I never got a direct answer. I think this is my main issue -Master Spas doesn't make the system that control the thing they manufacture nor are they adequately versed in configuration or troubleshooting some of the issues I have mentioned.

    We went to a hot tub sale at a convention center in Salt Lake and got involved with Master Spas. When we saw them, I liked their design and how they presented their features, both in their filters and their jets and the way that their spas were set up.     We had an old hot tub that was in bad shape. My husband and I decided that, for our anniversary, having the tub replaced would be a good thing to do. He looked online and found Master Spas. They were fairly close in our area. The guy that we talked to was very informative and friendly. We had a good visit. He explained all the different models that we could look at. He asked questions about what we were looking for and did his best to show us everything so we could make a good decision that worked for us.

    We got a tub that fits six, and it looks good. I love the cover that comes on it. The one that we had before was so heavy but this one is so easy to open up and easy to get into. It has little steps that go into it so that when you step up and you step into it, you're stepping down and not walking on another seat. For little people like me, it's good. I get in there to enjoy the bubbles, the massaging stuff and the warmth.

    The installation was very smooth. I was surprised. It was on Christmas Eve when they brought it, and they were efficient and got it done. They cleaned up the mess that was left from the old one and before I knew it, they were all set up. The guy was explaining how to do the chemicals too. He said, "You might wanna record it," and we did. That was great 'cause he explained it, each one of the little things that they had brought with it. We were very thrilled. I was very pleased with everything, from talking with them to getting the installation done. We had a good experience. Considering I've got what I would consider a nicer spa than the one that they took out, I was pleased with the cost. It was within our range and it worked well.

    The original control board stopped working in the second year. The replacement stopped working in the 4th year. This is a $400 part. I don't like the way it constantly overflows on the patio. There is a drain inside the panels for this purpose.

    Tub runs at least 3 to 5 degrees cold! Talked with Home Innovations the local dealer. By the way they suck! Told me that the water was warmer where it enters the spa from where I took the temperature! IT'S A 300 GALLON TUB! The water temp is the water temp! It’s not that hard! Ok let’s now talk about the current cover. I have bed sheets heavier than this cover! When it is cold out it looks like a tea kettle on each side with the heat escaping! It literally frosted up the wall next to it!

    I talked to Home Innovations and their response was that I, not a technician needed to get pictures of the steam escaping my tub! Oh but a video would be even better! 100% disappointed with Home innovations and can’t believe that Master Spas would even associate with them! Previously in Kearney we dealt with Deterdings and Hot Springs! If there was any issue they were on it! They are the greatest! Oh wait I forgot to even mention that Home Innovations didn’t even stick around till the initial water fill was done! Of If I had had no experience what the hell would old I have done?

    We initially got a beautiful hot tub out of the box and everything worked. Then we were called for a recall of the outside. Ring lights were recalled. They worked perfectly before the recall, after the recall, they never came on again. The people that replaced them have not been back to repair them.

    The whole experience was bad from the get go. They were hours late delivering the tub, they had no equipment to Unload the tub and ended up

    dropping it from the trailer. Then they asked us to Help them move the tub and my son ended up falling and breaking his tailbone when the strap they provided broke. They went over the tub very quickly and I could barely understand the guy. I reached out to the owner of the company and he said he would take care of it but have heard nothing. I have left messages with no reply. My tub has scratch marks on the corners and he said he would contact me with a service person to come out and try to buff out the marks but again no response?

    Salesman told us regular price of spa purchased was 23,000$. Told us sale price was 17,500$ and since it had a couple shipping scratches they would drop the price to 16,500. Come to find out after purchase that average price found on internet is 14-16k. When spa was delivered it had been sitting outside under some pine trees so there were pine sap and needles all over it. Then once hooked up and filled a bunch of black moldy crap came out of the jets so after cleaning it a second time first because of pine trees and second because of the mold. I called the salesman. Left a message and have still never heard back. Purchased at the Ford Idaho Center sale first part of December 2025. Would like to purchase an extra set of filters and also wanted the salt system with no idea where to get it..

    0 star delivery experience. Worst customer experience I've ever had. Took 3 months to arrive. First of all, these are not custom products. Why not build ahead and have inventory in stock? Second of all, no delivery eta provided by Master Spas. Evasive, stalling, and unhelpful responses from customer service when I tried figuring out the status. Has it shipped? Is is still at your facility? Master Spas customer service couldn't provide answers to these basic questions. The local delivery partner was similarly unable to provide any sort of delivery eta of status of my order. It's not that hard people! If the order is delayed, just be upfront about it! Give the new delivery ETA & order status and apologize for the inconvenience! I do like the spa, but my entire experience was spoiled by the awful delivery experience. Other buyers should stay away until they figure out what they are doing with delivery.

    Spa kept tripping the breaker. I worked with tech support. Electrician had one wire in wrong spot. While correcting, he accidentally pulled off a ground wire. I asked tech support to confirm it was correct. Included the picture. Still tripping the breaker. Brand new spa and was told parts were on their way on 12/15. Parts took 3 weeks to be sent to the tech. Turns out they weren't even needed. I called out the actual issue and tech support missed it. They must have not even looked at the picture. I missed an entire month of use and cost me an extra $200. Also had to spend several hours winterizing the hot tub because cold weather was happening during the 3 week wait for unneeded parts.

    Do not purchase anything from Msp!!!! They are awful! I have spent hundreds of $ with them and when they sent me a poor lot of (4) spa test strips, because it was a bit over the 30 day purchase date, they refused to help in any way. I will never do business with them again.....

During the delivery, they didn't bring everything with it, and it took quite a while for me to even get ahold of them to find out when I was getting the rest of the accessories I ordered with it.     I have had a hot tub with Master Spas years ago. The quality was good and I never had any problems with it. So, I decided to stick with them. But, this time, one thing that pissed me off was that the latest one was supposed to be full service. Every time you call them to fix something, it costs 175 bucks for them to come out. The servicing made me mad. It is supposed to be free services and then it is not. Still, overall, it is a good spa.

    We love the design, compact size and therapeutic jets of the TS 240. However in the last 5 months of ownership we have had two warranty calls. Beware of the hidden travel fees on the warranty. It can add up…. Plus it is never fun having a brand new hot tub requiring regular service. Keeping balanced water is a challenge compared to other hot tubs I have owned. I am using more chemicals to keep the water clear, even with regularly rinsing the filter. Not sure if it is the filtration system but I have seen others make similar reviews regarding maintenance.

    As far as warranty service, the first tech was great and repair was done in a suitable timeframe. This current problem is not yet resolved and the office does not have the part. They directed me to the manufacturer to get the part. I ordered it, but they would not do priory shipping on part for me. A bit of a headache and the lack of regard for the customer is frustrating. Again, I love the spa itself… When it is working. :)

    The spa itself is very nice. When we purchased it, the salesman was very nice. However in less than a year it’s showing manufacturer defect. I called them and they agreed that there’s five year warranty for parts and labor but I would have to pay $79 service fee for them to come out. I was not told about it.

    I called Master Spas directly and they said the dealer was right. I’m not happy about it. It would have been great if someone has been upfront and honest with that. I feel like I got a little ripped off. They also tried to oversell me on their chemicals. Another thing is I didn't get the spa and the color that I expected. What I was shown on the showroom floor was not what I got. They said I got the 2025 model. I paid a lot of money for it. Overall, not a great experience.

    The Master Spa that we got has the swim spa and all the accessories for that. It has two seats on one end for relaxation. Its functionality has been great and I like all the water movement. It was a good product and I enjoy it. While it performs fine, I wish they'd have made the access panel a little easier to get to rather than to have to pull the screws out and take the whole end off.

    We got the Trainer 21D, and we used it for swimming. Right now, we're utilizing the hot tub with the cold weather and so, we haven't got to do the workout part as much as we like yet. But I love the exercise thing. We've used it a few times and it’s amazing. I like all the jets and how they work in the right locations for your body because we're sore with back problems. We have the little thing where you lie out on the top where the water comes up, and we love that as well.

    We built a barn and we put it up there. It's about 30 minutes away from where we live right now, and we try it every weekend. We have three older girls that use it as well.

    My spa was just delivered, one month late. The salesman (Duane) at Master's depicted an entirely different delivery and set up experience than I received. They delivered it, put it on my slab and said bye. It was filthy. They can’t install the cover, not allowed. They can’t dispense of their trash, not allowed. I was told they would show us how to work it and care for it…nope! It came with no chemicals even if they had been more helpful. The delivery man was rude and was awful to the other guy which I think was his son. This review is even before I have filled it up and used it. Hopefully it will get better because at this point, I highly regret my purchase. If I change my review later and the use outweighs the delivery experience, I will gladly change my review.

    I built a new deck on the back of my house and my wife said we should get a hot tub to go with the deck. We got the Legacy Enterprise from Master Spas because it was the right size for my location. It had the right equipment in it that I wanted to adjust and it was the amount of money that I wanted to pay. My wife and I both love the tub, and we're in it all the time. I find it to be relaxing. Occasionally, we have people to come over and spend some time on the deck and go in the hot tub. Even though winter is here now, we still enjoy it.

    I set the tub up, and I realized that I was losing water. I talked to the folks, and they said maybe I just didn't get the things all tight when it was getting set up. So, I did what they told me to do. Sure enough, one of my connections was loose. I squared that away and I talked to them about a cover, and they recommended one for me. I bought that and installed it. That was great. Master Spas is in my neighborhood. So, anytime I have a question or need any kind of product, I just swing in there, and the people are super friendly. They know me by name. The whole experience was pleasant, and that their service was great. They were very communicative in terms of when's it gonna be delivered and what do we need to do. They did everything they said they were gonna do, too.

    We liked the cost-effectiveness at the time of purchase. We got a Master spa with the six-person lounge. I'm impressed with the quality. It has worked effectively every time I've used it. Also, all the jets are great. I like the revolving jets. However, I can't have them both on at full speed. It has six seats, and you can turn certain seats on full blast, and it will turn off other seats. But when it's full blast, it's awesome. It's easy to maintain and it has a five-year warranty that covers everything.

    We received a mailer in advertising that there will be an event held at the fairgrounds, where they will do a big expo of all the different Master Spas. We thought about going there to see everything all at once. We live in a neighborhood that does not allow for pools in our backyard, and we don't have a neighborhood pool. But having some sort of a water feature throughout the year was important to us to kind get in to cool off or warm up. A spa was something that intrigued our interest, and that was part of what drew us there.

    The special pricing and things for their close-out of the 2025 stock was enticing as well. We got a fair price. But even with the fact that we got the end-of-the-year-getting-rid-of-inventory price, the prices that were on a regular basis were reasonable. We thought it would be a bit more expensive to get what we got even at a full price. We were pleasantly surprised that we could get more than what we wanted for a fair price.

    Master Spas was extremely professional, and knew the product. They listened to what our needs were. We went in, looking at some things, but as I saw the size, and compared to what we had, the size of a slab to put it on, they didn't push us to a more expensive product. They just wanted to fit us to what was best for us. The team did a very quick turnaround as far as getting the spa there on that same week. We already had the slab part, so they could quickly get it to us. We visited the showroom afterwards because we wanted to explore a bit more. We picked up a few of the scents to put into the spa. Even the support team that worked there in the offices were very helpful. They were really able to talk us through installation. In that process, whether it be a swim spa or whether a hot tub, they told us how all that would work, and felt very comfortable of their expertise on getting everything installed.

    Our spa is a 7 x 7. It's a six-seater. It has some pretty features as far as the lighting and the waterfall. I love that there are different types of seats in there with all the different adjustable jets for us. I also love the exterior. It's a bit more modern. It blends in with our surroundings and doesn't stick out like a sore thumb. It's nice. It's the perfect height. We've added a TV close by to where we can sit back in the tub and watch some movies. It's a great product.

    We're just looking to start off with the temperature control. It has the digital screen that manages the temperature, the jets, any of the settings that we need to do. It also has the cup holders. It has the different colored lights that can flow through. Part of the worry that I had was it can get cold where we live, and I was worried about it freezing, but it manages all of that. It has a special cover. We even have the cover opener, where it will swing open without a lot of effort. I love that everything is American-made and parts can be quickly gotten. It's a product that has been manufactured for a long time. So, we don't have to worry about finding a part for it or having a special something ordered. The team within Overland Park could come out and work on it if we needed to.

    I drove by and stopped at a Master Spas. I got the Michael Phelps hot tub that blows water out. I always had Hot Springs and it made me wish I had gone with that. This was an impulse buy. The heaters suck. I open the top up in the winter and I can sit out there for 10 minutes and it's cold. I can't stand it. Everything else also sucks.

They are a good company to work with. We've had a good relationship with the Master Spas people. We had good dealings with the salesman, and the delivery of it was as we asked. We got a 7.2 Twilight Series. It has a lot of the jets in it that we wanted and foot blasters which we like. It's the size that we wanted. It fit our needs or what we wanted. We've only had it for one season, but we're pleased with everything.

    We got the swim spa Challenger 21D from Master Spas. It was the biggest one. It seems very efficient. The swim side is nice and large. We liked that the hot tub side is the spa side and is much bigger than the previous version. We've had some challenges with the panels on the outside. The clips are breaking, and the panels don't want to stay in place. We were supposed to have a technician come down because we've also had a problem with one of our covers that it came with. It has warped. So, it's not sealing and they're supposed to be replacing that.

    Our purchase experience with Master Spas was a little high pressure, and it was not horrible but it could have been a little more open-minded with price. I think they were a little overpriced. I still bought their product. They seem to be very well represented. I liked the product from other hot tubs that we had looked at. We had a date for the setup once we purchased the hot tub, and they arrived on set date without any issues. As far as setting it up, everything went well. They didn't wire it in. We had an electrician come in, and then filled it. So, the only thing that they did not have at that point that they were supposed to was the lift assist bar for the cover, which had been bought and then paid for already. It didn't show up for a month and a half later. They did come back and do it.

    We've used the tub quite a few times, and I do like the double pump feature on our Clarity Balance 7. It's a seven-person. We like all the features to it so far. The jet seemed to be okay. It does have LEDs with it, and it is a full porcelain. It's got a nice cover with it. The whole chemical process with it seems to be a little finicky, but we're working through those things. Everything seems to be fine with it so far.

    I've been interested in getting a spa for a long time. I've seen that Master Spas was doing this hot deal and I went out there to look. We got one of the biggest regular spas that they have. It's got 4,000 jets and waterfalls, and it's got the new dial. We enjoy it. It's got the shoulder massagers on the top, in one of the corners, and that was the thing that really led me to it. It's just I hardly use it because it sets out of the water a little too far, even when the water level is at the right place. I'm a big guy. Maybe if I had the hot tub full, it would be better, but it's high enough where all it does is just fly everywhere. Outside of that, we love it. I like the pressure. It's got good jets, and I like the controller on it. It's easy to operate.

On a whim, I saw an advertisement that Master Spas was doing a show in Johnson County, Kansas and I told my husband for us to go look. We ended up purchasing a hot tub from them. I'm satisfied with the quality. There was a blemish on one of the panels on the side, and they did make notations that they would replace it. I have reached out to them twice to see where the replacement panel is. The last time I spoke to them was about 10 days ago and they said that it was in and they would have someone to call and schedule installation of replacing that side panel.     We bought a Twilight 6.2 series spa 3 years ago. Literally 5 days after the warranty expired one of the pumps started leaking. The company I bought this from, East Coast Spa’s charged me $625 but gave me a $125 “discount” for it being so close to the warranty expiration. Definitely disappointed that something so expensive failed after only 3 years. Would not recommend this spa due to the way my tub failed.

    Master Spas had a show at the expo center. It was their summer clearance. I wasn't sure what to expect when we went to the sale. But they were in the top five overall in the market. So, I knew it was a good quality product. We got a six-person hot tub. I have the second-highest level model that they sell. I'm taller, so I needed the bigger one to sit down in. They set it for me and I did the power. The guy that came and delivered it gave us everything we needed to know about. He was very knowledgeable about the product. It was expensive, but, supposedly, it was about 50% off. It was right in a good range, from what I've seen. We got a good price.

    We love the spa. We use it four or five times a week. It's an outdoor. There are LED lights inside and there's a light bar on the outside. Also, I like the control system. It's a push button and a scroll. You rotate the knob to get to the different pumps and temperature settings. It's easy to control. There are a lot of jets and it has way more power than I expected. I've had a few hot tubs before, but this thing has a lot of power. My wife had a sore shoulder so she likes to get in and there's a massage type function where the jets rotate around and give you a massage. It helps loosen up my back muscles. The heat stays in the hot tub. Very solid frame and construction. I'm pleased with it.

    I've had other hot tubs, and the Master Spas is a really good one. Everything was good with my experience except I didn't get the three-tier step that they said I would on the day we bought it. I got a two-tier step. It just makes it harder to get in. I told them, and they didn't even mark it on the paperwork, but it's spaced out right to where it looks like it's supposed to have been a three-step. I was happy all the way up until I didn't get my three-step then.

Can I return and substitute with a replacement as well-made as the original cover I ordered when I bought the hot tub years ago that works great still? The 5-month-old cover they will not take back and I sent photos with the rain puddles in 2x3 foot depressions in this cover, unlike the original 11-year-old cover made much sturdier. Junk.

We can only do this for Master Spa's brand covers (sometimes dealers do offer alternative cover brands so be sure to check the label) also if seeing depressions or wells in the cover often the cover insert just needs to be flipped inside the cover skin- It's recommended you do this every 6 months as a standard to help the foam insert keep it's shape to your spa. Simply remove your cover from your spa, unzip the cover skin at the covers center and flip the insert and reinsert back into the cover skin!     We bought a Master Spas product and it is working. However, we don't really know how to use it very well. The chemicals have been really complicated. The instructions that we got and the list of chemicals they left us with it when they installed it don't really match. I watched the videos and they don't really match. We did have a call with somebody from the people we bought it from and they made it sound super easy, but it really doesn't align to what the chemicals we have here and how we're supposed to operate it. The little sticks to test it don't work. There are two different sets and they both have different colors.

    I've used the product about five times in a few months. So, so far, it hasn't been great. We don't know how much of that is us and how much it is the setup. I don't feel like they really managed it very well. There were all kinds of miscommunications trying to get it set up, getting appointments and getting it delivered. It was not the greatest experience. I certainly wouldn't do it again. We bought an expensive hot tub and we don't feel like what they told us in the sales process is real. It was all greasy sales and a lot of high pressure.

    We are unhappy that we don't get to really use it because we're afraid to go into the thing because the chemicals aren't right. When we told them we couldn't get the screen to unlock so we can get in the thing to turn it on, they sent out a a service guy to replace, under warranty, the control panel itself. All it really required was to tell us that we can unlock it by pulling one little logo over till it meets the other logo. Nowhere was that explained. So, they replaced a panel for no purpose because nobody bothered to explain how to unlock the panel in the first place. They incurred a four-hour drive plus the replacement of a panel for no purpose because nobody bothered to tell us.

    Buy any spa except Master Spas! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in my purchase. Not only is it poorly designed with regards to accessibility to the mechanical parts and drain hose, as you have to remove two entire panels with 12 screws every time, but constant expensive repairs. That’s assuming you can even find any spa repair services to work on a MasterSpas. There are zero repair services in the SF East Bay area and the first time in year one of ownership that I had to replace the control board unit, had to pay mileage for a repair company to come from Sacramento area as no one else would work on it and MasterSpas only could refer me to that company.

    MS wouldn’t cover it under warranty either and then two years later had to replace one of the motors and bought the part and hired a handyman. A year after that the heating element stopped working and was causing the circuit breaker to trip. Replaced that and 5 months later have to replace it again. Do NOT buy a MasterSpas!!! Buyer beware!!!

    We were looking for a therapeutic type of thing and we purchased a spa from Master Spas. It was an easy purchase. The salesman was thorough about explaining everything. We like the amount of jets and all the features that our spa has. We really enjoy it. I think it's incredibly convenient. I hurt my knee the other day and I was moving stuff and my muscles were really sore. I was just in there a few minutes and it was insane how much it helped. The only thing is I do need to call them because the dial on the panel blinks. There are a few issues with that. It keeps blinking really fast. It doesn't do it all the time, but it does it quite a bit.

    Updated on 11/11/2025: So they message me saying they’ll sent a new touch screen panel and instead send me a foot jet and one filter, both of which I don’t need as I’ve just replaced them.

    Original Review: I bought my hot tub in 2019. It’s kept indoors and is maintained and cleaned on a regular. It broke 6 times since I bought it. In fact I just got one thing fixed and filled it. Used it for first time since filling and another part broke. I’ve actually replaced 2 parts twice each. Very cheaply made. Beyond upset.

    My husband thinks he's going to the beach somewhere. He gets his beach bag together, all the towels, and the music together. It's wonderful. And I'm glad that he really loves it. This is the best thing we could have got for our age, as we are getting older.

    After I exercise, I feel like I need some relaxation. So, I just go out and get in the jacuzzi. It's really nice. It's making a difference in my life, and I can definitely tell that I really enjoyed it. I've already told my friends and family where to go if they want one.

    Everybody's been wanting to come over to get in it. I haven't allowed anybody over yet, just because I've been buying a lot of accessories to get it ready. So, probably for Thanksgiving, I'm gonna have everybody over so that they can have their chance in the Master Spas.

    Your software and apps are absolute garbage. CMS doesn't on Android no longer seems to allow for adjusting from Low to High and the scheduling piece is no longer easily accessible. While trying to use the BWA app I can't get through to do anything. Your software and development seem to be non-existent or at least lacking in some very basic UI features and should not be advertised for anything useful.

    Darcy - Master Spas has never advertised being compatible with "CMS" or "Control My Spa" - as it will not be fully compatible within a Master Spa unit.. The Balboa manufacturer company is the company that makes the logic system for your hot tub, they also make the Control My Spa module and app. So it is truly an easy mistake to make, we are truly sorry if there has been a misunderstanding. Contact your dealership to make sure you have the correct Spa Wi-Fi Module official Master Spa Part X619372 ( the only compatible module from Balboa - this works for all older H2X and well as hot tubs ) - this module works with "BWA" app only and would be the available via a Master Spas dealership.

    We were looking for a spa and we have been wanting one for a while, so we went to a couple of different places, did an Internet search and asked a few people and went with Master Spas.

    We chose Clarity spa because one of the reasons was the magnetic therapy and it was on the bedroom floor. It looks really nice. I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks, so I’m still trying figuring out the chemicals and everything. I like how easy it is. We bought an automatic, so the holder for the top is simple to open and close.

    One of the features that I like is the fact that I had a history of back problems and I was able to get a prescription from my chiropractor for the spa, so I didn't have to pay the taxes on it. I think I'm gonna be able to use that for a tax write-off, so I feel like that helps with affordability when you know that you can save some money that way.

    We had a misunderstanding at the showroom. I didn't know we were getting the one with the lounger, but apparently, it was a miscommunication and they delivered the one with the lounger. So, when I called back in and talked to him, he reminded me of the conversation and I realized that it was my fault. I misunderstood.

    The spa I wanted in the place here in town, wouldn't order me the one I wanted. They said they had to order a bunch of them at a time, and they only needed to sell the ones in their showroom first. And I’m like, Oh no, I need a massage and spa. I'm a disabled veteran and I'm in pain. So, I thought I had money saved up to buy one cash. Well, I guess I ain't gonna get one. And Master Spas did an expo. They came to town and did a showroom, and they showed me one with the massage and jets. And I probably paid more than its worth because they don't tell you the price of them, but we went ahead and jumped on it. I tried to look for it online. There was nothing to go off. But I like it. It has features other companies don't have, especially on the shoulders. This spa had the bigger jets, the bigger pumps. So, it seemed to be built better. I use it once or twice a day because I fight arthritis.

    At first, I didn’t know what to think because it kind of came a little scratched up and the part flew off on the highway, and there was no screw. And I'm like, Oh. And I handed them 19,000, wrote a check right then and there. And then I paid another $2500 to wire up through another electrical company.

    Customer service took a while to get here, but they made things right. They sent me the corner piece that flew off down the road. They sent me the screw.

    We had above-ground pools for years and thought it would be a better idea to have a hot tub because it was more of a sitting-around thing for us. We went to a show in San Marcos, and after doing some research, Master Spas seemed credible. For our hot tub, we wanted the jets and the ability to adjust the temperature. I don’t care much about the lights, but the grandkids like them.

    The only issue I had was during installation. It was a very nutty day, and there wasn’t much that could be done about that. However, they didn’t make sure the top would open completely on our patio before they started filling it. We had to empty the tub because we didn’t know it at the time. The hot tub was more than we wanted to spend, but we did it knowing that we were doing a bit emotional decision about a financial matter. It was a bit expensive, but so far everything Master Spas said has come to fruition.

    The spa I purchased from Master Spas has six seats and the magnetic spouts. We love it. I had fallen and hurt myself and it came into my life at the perfect time. I was almost unable to walk. But with that therapy, it has helped tremendously.

    We're in it every day. I go three hours a day sometimes, if not more, every day. They've got different seatings and many different ways to use the pressures and spouts. We have the recliner and you can sit different ways on it. They also got seats lower in the bottom into the base of the unit that you can sit down lower and it's got a really good pressure for the feet. There's not a bad place to sit. It hits all the good spots for the muscles and I highly recommend it. I can't say enough about it. The spa is fabulous.

    But I'm not real happy with their salesman. His name is Chip and he doesn't even return his calls. I've been trying to get ahold of him to get new filters and he never did call me back. I'm very unhappy with that part.

    I got the Balance 6. And the reason I got it was that it’s supposed to use less chemicals. And I have lupus, so I use it for heat therapy. Because heat normally relieves the pain that I have. And I do aquatic exercises in it as well. I just hold myself up and do my leg kicks. So, it helps me a lot.

    My experience with Master Spas was nice. It was smooth. And the representative answered all my questions. And if I have any questions, I can contact them and they’d walk me through it. My spa has LED lights, lounge, and jets in it. So, I just move around, and it hits different areas a little bit better.     I’ve been a little frustrated with how much the spa I got from Master Spas is costing me in chemicals to keep it, and I wasn’t expecting that. I own a pool and it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg. It’s just a lot of chemicals, and a lot of work. It takes one whole day every week to go out there and put the chlorine in, put the total care in, test it, run the jets for 30 minutes, set the timer, go back and test it again. And the Master Spas dealer, whoever the guy is, wasn’t very friendly. He seemed annoyed whenever I asked him questions, so I just stopped calling because he was just awful to me.

    The spa works perfect and I enjoy it very much. The installation team was a bid rough and in addition to a few scratches, there was a lot of cracking when they lifted it into position. There are some gaps in the edge corners - is that a concern ( refer to photos). When I poured the foundation, Master Spa said 8x8 for 7 ft spa. That’s too big. 7x7 would have looked better. Again, refer to photos. I recall during the sales transaction it was mentioned I should get $300 discount 'cause I did not take the fancy lid, but I don’t think the salesman gave me the discount. By the time I remembered, I was at home.

    Terrible, no communication between the delivery and sales person. Wi-Fi. No one could tell us how to hook it up for the Wi-Fi to work.. Can’t call the manufacturer which we were told we could, we have to email and wait for weeks for a response. We bought a hot tub from lighthouse before this one at our old house and never had any problems like this and they came out when we called them. We would never buy another hot tub from you.

    Overall, very happy with the spa. Quite roomy even for a family of 5, jet locations are very good. Some very small issues found, the filter thread breaks/crumbles very easily, happened within the first 3 months of use. Little bits of the plastic filter thread circulated passed the pumps and are now blocking some of the smaller jets. Also, one of the jet nozzles broke pretty early as well (within 1 month). Otherwise, it has been easy to use and a pleasure to have.

    I recently got a Precision 8 Master Spa. My wife wanted one. They had a sale going on at the Arena in town. It’s good so far. The customer service was great, and the unit was good.

    But I would warn them about the chemicals. As a first time buyer, they sold us a box of chemicals for over $300. It was pretty high-priced. They told us that it was for a year's supply, but most stuff in the box was already out when we were six months into it.

    Master Spas had what we wanted, and it was at the right price. We use it for bed and breakfast accommodation. We just bought it in April, but then it stopped working. So, I immediately called for service, and it took a while.

    Then they finally said that it's probably the plug, but they ordered all the parts. And because it was under warranty, it took forever to get the parts. One of my customers was really upset because the hot tub wasn't working. Then she gave me a really low score on Airbnb.

    I like the spa. It's really nice, and it's been easy to take care of and maintain. The fellow I work with, Jay, was really nice. He does a good job, and he's been very helpful to me. As soon as he got it, he came out and fixed it.

    The only concern was about the parts. And that anything under warranty should be just as fast as things that aren't under warranty. Other than that, we're very happy.

    A friend of mine has a Master Spas and I liked it. I got one and it works great. But the controller failed already and the little round knob on the device started jumping. I had them replace it and they did a great job but it’s doing it again. Other than that, the customer service was great and they took care of the issue within reasonable timeframe. I’m worried about the product being long-lasting but I’d still recommend it. It comes with a great warranty so it takes some of the worry away.

    We had been looking around at different places, and then Master Spas had a convention in Conroe. We purchased it from there. So far, so good.

    We previously had an issue. They gave us the runaround about the part that wasn’t coming in and we knew better because we looked online and they had it. The serviceman got sick so we had to postpone for a while. Eventually it got resolved and doing good.

    We were researching for hot tubs in the area, and my husband came across a warehouse sale. We had talked to a couple of people who had had one in the past, and they said that their Master Spas held up really well.

    The delivery was fine however the guy made it seem like the outside cover would pop off easy to get to the manual and to set up the electric and everything. It could have been explained how it would feel and what the best way to take that off is because it felt like we were breaking the side. We ended up breaking a clip and had to pay to get that replaced. But other than that, it’s okay.

    Five guys came, but the one that explained all of the chemicals and the whole setup was wonderful. I like his personality and the way he answered the questions and explained was wonderful.

The old spa that we had lasted 20 years. My friend who installs spas and pools looked at the Master Spa and he said that they use some cheap parts and that it’s not gonna last nearly as long as 20 years. But so far, we’re happy with it and that’s all that counts. There were a couple of parts missing and we contacted the seller. It took a while, but we did get the parts.

    Love our swim spa but communication overall has been less than ideal. Info regarding set up and chemicals has been confusing and contradictory. Not thrilled that swim Jets only stay on 15 minutes at a time, but apparently that's mandated. Just wish we had been informed regarding that. Electrician was nice and didn't charge to return when we suspected trouble upon start up and Jets shutting off.

    The spa has plenty of power and overall performs well, but I’ve encountered several issues:

    •Pump overheating: Required a service call due to pumps shutting down with console errors. The solution offered was to avoid using factory settings, which seems like a workaround rather than a fix.

    •Water leak: A leak in the pump area traced back to improper assembly at the factory.

    •Jet design flaw (required replacement in September): The large “foot massage” jet isn’t built to handle the pump’s torque if closed, leading to breakage. I was advised not to use the close feature — essentially not using the equipment as designed. Overall, it’s a powerful spa, but quality control and design issues have been disappointing.
