What is Leaf Home?

Leaf Home provides multiple accessibility products and home solutions.

Leaf Home’s bathroom conversion and stair lift products help you maintain your personal safety around the home. This is particularly important for older people and those with limited mobility. The prospect of having to leave your home for another residence or care facility can be daunting, but Leaf Home helps make your home more conducive to your needs so you can stay longer.

Leaf Home’s gutter protection and home water solutions protect your home and the loved ones who reside in it. They’re made to prevent damage and can help increase the value of your home.

Leaf Home products

Leaf Home has four categories of products aimed at making customers’ homes safer:

Bath conversions Leaf Home walk-in tub and tub-to-shower bathroom conversions not only make your home more accessible but also enhance the overall design. Leaf Home has four walk-in tub options: Prime, Prestige, Pinnacle and Pinnacle Plus. These walk-in tubs can be installed in the existing space of your old bathtub for an easy installation and seamless fit. Walk-in tubs help users with limited mobility avoid stepping over the wall of a tub, and their doors can either swing in or out.

Standard features include:

  • Grab bars
  • Heated seats
  • Speed drains
  • An in-tub control panel

Optional upgrades include:

  • Aromatherapy
  • An adjustable, hand-held showerhead
  • An ozone sterilizer
  • Pure Bubbles skin therapy

If you prefer a shower, Leaf Home can remove your original tub, inspect the area for mold and install a walk-in shower with a low threshold. These conversions are available in either solid surface or acrylic surface models.

Options and upgrades include tempered glass, multiple grab bars, a six-function showerhead, and built-in seating and shelving. Low-threshold options allow you to choose an entryway from 1 to 5 inches tall.

Stair liftsLeaf Home has four customizable stair lift options:
  • The Pinnacle 300 offers a 300-pound weight capacity and an 11-inch folded width.
  • The Pinnacle 600 has a weight capacity of 350 pounds and a 10.5-inch folded width.
  • The Pinnacle HD has a 600-pound weight capacity and an 11-inch folded width.
  • The Helix, Leaf Home’s curved stair lift, has a 350-pound weight capacity, manages steep inclines and features obstruction sensors.

These lifts install directly on the stairs and can travel up to 60 trips on a single charge. Upgrade options include swivel seats and safety sensors.

Gutter protection Leaf Home's LeafFilter gutter filtration technology is designed to prevent clogs and protect homes from water damage. It features a patented three-piece micromesh system within a uPVC frame, optimizing debris repellence and weather resistance. The system fits all gutter styles and is engineered to exclude all types of debris, such as pine needles, shingle grit, pine needles, dirt and seed pods, ensuring only water enters the gutters. LeafFilter installs directly on existing gutters, providing a long-term solution to avoid damage from clogged gutters. The technology, backed by numerous patents and decades of field testing, guarantees efficient water management while keeping debris out.
Home water solutions Leaf Home's water purification system offers comprehensive water treatment technology to protect families from harsh chemicals, bacteria and other contaminants. It includes water filtration, UV disinfection and reverse osmosis to enhance your water taste and provide protection.

Leaf Home offers fast and free assessments to evaluate water conditions and risks, assembling custom solutions for each customer. Solutions cater to both city and well water, treating water throughout the entire home or at specific taps, ensuring cleaner, safer water for day-to-day comfort and protection against common household water issues.

Probably the worst purchase I have made. The shower was super expensive and builder-grade quality. I’ve had the shower only a few years, and the handle had already come loose. The shower is also very difficult to clean. To make matters worse, I’ve been making payments since 2022, but have paid down only 13% of my loan. I’m sure I could have hired a contractor and gotten a lot more for a lot less money. Ridiculous.

Scam. I'm still receiving calls, texts and emails threatening to put my house under lien even though I paid over $11000 with a CASHIER'S CHECK and have no outstanding balance! Louis and Aileen, who are 3rd party vendors hired by LHB are rude and low quality individuals! My mother just died and the added stress that my home is suffering due to these SCAMMERS is too much to bear- this has caused arguments between my wife and I while we have tried to figure out what went wrong.

This whole entire time they've continually LIED- we found out they haven't even cashed the check which explains why they haven't received payment- NOTHING TO DO WITH US AT ALL! I contacted this company because I thought they were reputable but my experience has been TERRIBLE! Despite the stress they've caused, they continually call/text/email adding even more STRESS! 😮‍💨

I experienced serious service issues with Leaf Home Water Solutions following installation of my system. The initial install resulted in water leaks and a loss of water pressure, which took over a week to correct. During that time, customer support was difficult to reach and slow to respond. More concerning was the lack of after-hours or emergency support. When I reported an overflowing water tank on a Sunday, I did not receive a response until Monday. I was told the issue would be handled immediately, yet no technician arrived and no update was provided by the end of the day.

The problems were eventually resolved, but only after I escalated the matter beyond standard customer service channels. While I appreciate the final resolution, the process to get there was unnecessarily stressful and disruptive. I hope Leaf Home Water Solutions takes this feedback seriously and improves its post-installation support, communication, and emergency response, as these are critical for customers relying on essential home systems.

I’ve been ignored by this company since installation, I’ve had a problem. Ordered a system for acidity and hardness of water. Water is hard and although I’ve been told five times I’ll be contacted never happened. My lawyers are now involved. This company is pathetic, if you’re reading this don't give these people a dime.

We were going to use hansons to do our walk in shower and Leaf's sales associate Crystal ** sold us on how much better their company was. It was a lie. She told us that if they break something or have any water damage that they would repair any damages that occur by their installation tech. That was also a lie. Not only was the installer over 2 hours late, he also left a huge trailer of acrylic shavings through out my house. He also FLOODED my bathroom causing water damage to my living room ceiling. He was emptying our well tank, turned on the water and walked away.

She proceeded to tell us that we had to deal with the installation manager Adam out of the Detroit office. We made several attempts to get in contact with Adam with no response and now we are seeking legal counsel to get these repairs paid for. If they are this poor at repairing water damage that they caused I can only imagine the nightmare you would have to go through to get warranty work done. My advice is to STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY and seek your business elsewhere.

The sales person was polite and did a good job explaining things. The problem we have is they sold us 2 stair lifts, one for an eleven step run and one of a 4 step run. The four step run had to have a special piece that went up and down to prevent a trip hazard. The four step run cost more than the eleven step run. When the installer came out to install it looked and seemed like he did not have a clue what the discussion with the sales person was. He put the four step run on the wrong side even after we told him it was the wrong side.

We also told him that that one will not work. He installed it anyway and now we want it removed and our money back. Corporate says no refund but we will come and move it at no charge. But they will not remove it and give us a refund (not even with a 20% restock fee). Not happy with them and we will take them to court to get our money back from a completely bad installation. The four step run is not safe for people not using the stair lift. There is now almost no room to move up and down the stairs without using the stair lift.

I am extremely disappointed with a chair lift that doesn’t move. It stopped FIVE days ago, and we have been trying to get it serviced for that many days. I had reconstructive surgery on my ankle. We live in a lower level in-law suite and I am trapped. I am as upset with the service as the chair.

We are in hickory NC. If I could leave negative stars I would. One of the salesmen came out due to a fall and we were wanting to get her a lift. We have had a few companies come out to see different Prices of companies come out. The salesman quoted almost 30,000 dollars for just one set of stairs and it isn't a big house by any means. My grandmother stated that was way more than the other company that came the day before. The salesman stated to my grandmother "well you drive a genesis. That shouldn’t be an issue,” then proceeded to say what his commission would be on the sale. Then magically dropped the price to 17k and stated he will only get $100 commission.

It was so unprofessional and rude. He said statistically customers always go with the 3rd estimate. My husband worked in car sales legit know all the games. He did it all wrong. He knew from the start we were only looking for an estimate today. I couldn’t believe someone could talk to someone they are trying to make a sale to the way he did. I would NOT recommend this company and should have told him to leave from the first comment.

Looks like I will be playing a lot of in between stuff.Trying to get warranty service on my shower unit. The installer they sent to do my shower. It was his first job and then I find out it was his last job after that. Now they're telling me that since I'm handicapped, and I can't get down on my hands and knees to do an inspection when the install was complete that it's my fault and it's I signed off on it. Be careful what you pay tap dollar for people.
