After almost two years, six visits plus three consulting visits and numerous phone calls we are left with a consistently blocked gutter system that I have now been instructed by the installers that the only solutions for me (a seventy five yr old) to either go up my ladder and clean the debris manually or purchase a telescopic snow brush and clean the gutters periodically from my deck. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. I would like a senior manager or preferably a member of the board to personally call me. Michael ** Ottawa On. Canada

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this company. Find a company that values you. Treats you with respect and is willing to help. Sitting on hold for hours and having to deal with extremely rude CSRs (DARA) makes me wish I would have never went with this company. I guess I am old school and remember when business used to treat you with respect and be truthful. The salespeople make a bunch of promises then they never answer their phone again. BEWARE!!

The water filter was outrageously overpriced, and the complete inability to obtain service makes this company one I strongly urge everyone to avoid. For the past two weeks, I have been trying—without success—to schedule my required annual service appointment with Leaf Home Water Solutions. The experience has been infuriating and absolutely unacceptable. My water filtration system has been displaying a constant warning that the water may not be safe, along with a nonstop beeping alarm that cannot be silenced until service is completed. This is a system I paid a significant amount of money for, and yet I cannot get the company to perform even the most basic maintenance.

I have called customer service every single day for two weeks. Most calls go unanswered after long hold times. When I select the callback option, I often receive no callback at all. On the rare occasions someone does call me back, I am told a manager or scheduling representative will follow up. No one ever does. I have emailed multiple times and have never received a response. There is no online scheduling option, leaving customers entirely dependent on a phone system that clearly does not work.

I have now wasted countless hours trying to schedule a simple maintenance appointment while enduring a nonstop alarm from a system that is supposed to protect my water quality. The lack of communication, responsibility, and basic customer support from Leaf Home Water Solutions is beyond disappointing—it is negligent. Based on my experience, I strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Their customer service is dysfunctional, their communication is nonexistent, and their follow‑through is completely unreliable. I would not trust them with something as important as water safety.

After a very push over sales presentation I signed up for gutters at my home, the next day I realized I had make a mistake because it was super high quote for gutters, next day I called the 800 number to cancel since installation was going to start next day, so wanted to make sure I cancelled. Then Anthony who is the manager for the Fort Lauderdale office, called me to ask why I had cancelled. I explained the reason and told him I had given Diego the sales guy a $300 deposit check, he said, "Don’t worry, I will tell Diego to write void on the check and send you a picture of it."

I waited and didn’t happened. I check my bank on Sunday 3 days after you cancelled n the check was cashed by the company, I immediately called the sales guy and he had the audacity to tell me I didn’t have the decency to call him first. I said I called the 80@ number because I wanted to be cancelled right away, then he said that the manager didn’t tell him about me canceling the service, and to void the check. What kind of company is this? The customer service and the manager do not communicate with the sales reps when a sale is being cancelled?

To make a long story short, I have spent all day trying to speak with someone with no luck, they put me in hold and no one ever comes to the phone. The manager from the office in Fort Lauderdale has yet to return my call after numerous messages left. Then I proceeded to send the sals guy an email telling him that they have committed fraud by depositing a check of a jib that have been cancelled, then he called me and went on and on being upset by my email but yet nothing have been resolved not has anyone told me when my money would be returned to me.

By far this is the worst company I have ever dealt with and completely unprofessional even though is a super prestigious and and supposedly a million company. Very dissatisfied and would never recommend them not only because of their poor customer service but also by the lack of integrity of the people that work for them, besides that they are overpriced and very inefficient.

Be aware — an active class action complaint has been filed against Leaf Home Water Solutions in U.S. District Court. Their contract contains a binding arbitration clause designed to block customers from legal action. Read your contract carefully before signing anything. We are rural well water homeowners in Colorado who invested significantly in this system and have regretted it at every turn. In the past week alone we experienced several no-show maintenance appointments, each requiring us to take time off work with no advance notice and no accountability.

When we requested a water analysis we received an unverifiable screenshot with no name, no address, and nothing linking it to our property. We cannot confirm the results were even from our home. Our water quality has worsened since installation. We now have cloudiness, a sulfur odor, and severe hard water issues we never had before. First year maintenance is promoted as complimentary but scheduling it has proven nearly impossible. We have waited over a week simply to speak with a manager as frontline customer service cannot answer basic questions.

Do NOT let this company in your house! After spending OVER $18,000 for one simple shower, we are stuck with terrible construction that they said they could repair for a mere $1,700 more. You look at the pictures and tell me, should I be paying to have this repaired?! I'll pay someone, but it won't be Leaf. Don't get stuck like I did. Please, call another company.

My shower install was completed 2 weeks ago. From day 1 the shower head was leaking water from the nozzle. I have not been able to contact anyone to come look at it. I have been calling every day. I am being told by the receptionist that someone name Aaron tried to call me. If so, he left no message. I have not been using the shower as intended.

A year ago, I paid $26,000.00 to have my two baths updated. One shower/tub updated toa step-in shower. Second updated shower/tub to new shower/tub. The grout on the seams is yellow and not complete, not to mention just sticks out & ugly. I would expect the hardware to be shiny and new looking ... wrong, it was dull & dirty. The bottom/floor of the tub/step in shower were very slippery. It took another day to have someone come out the paint a rough texture on the floor/bottom of the tub & step in shower. I really overpaid and got no quality!!

Leaf did testing at our home, and stated that its system would purify the water to a safe drinkable level. We insisted that they retest after installing the system. They didn't. We bought our own test kits, which showed the toxicity levels had not changed. They refuse to fix the system or remove it. Total fraud. Don't trust anything they say. We have contacted the authorities and will bring legal action. We should have used Culligan.
