Been trying to get ahold of service to repair chair for a couple weeks. It lets you leave a call back number after being on hold for so long. Nobody calls back at all. This is 3rd time calling. Will try to add receipt later. Husband who needs the chair lift is in hospital.

If I could leave 1 star, I would. This business is so corrupt, they charge 90% more than any other reputable manufacturer in the industry, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! Do not let your family pay 90% for access.

Excellent product when actually installed properly. The finished carport, front step & porch entrance areas are wonderful. The large patio has some bubble & split areas. I thought with a 20 year warranty there would be no issues with repair. Not so, they say they don’t cover cracks. Oh goodness!!

I had a floor installed in my garage on March 6, 2026. First, I must say that I love the floor and I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the expertise of the installers. But then things fell apart. In April I noticed a section of the floor had peeled off. An image on the section is included in this email. I started by contacting my sales contact Kevin ** in the Ft. Lauderdale office. He said he couldn’t help and suggested I contact customer service (877-823-8722). I made several calls to them on which they promised to forward the requested for service. After several calls and no action, they referred me to the Ohio office. I called there and left a message.

Had garage floor done in December 2025. Have a small section peeling up. Have tried to get ahold of the company and the phone is never answered. I have left five messages and no calls have ever been returned. If I could track them down I will sue for the entire cost of the floor unless they honor the warranty. Avoid this outfit like the plague.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this company. Find a company that values you. Treats you with respect and is willing to help. Sitting on hold for hours and having to deal with extremely rude CSRs (DARA) makes me wish I would have never went with this company. I guess I am old school and remember when business used to treat you with respect and be truthful. The salespeople make a bunch of promises then they never answer their phone again. BEWARE!!

My husband and I was worried that we had not heard back from our service representative Maurice but he came through and helped me stop worrying. He did an amazing and professional job.

A stair lift was installed in my home 4 years ago. Had to get service one year ago and waited and waited. Had to call 2 weeks ago because it stopped working again. They said their repair man would call. I'm still waiting. I am soon 96 years old. I now have a monstrosity on my stairs that is a danger to me and anyone else that uses the stairs..Do not buy a stair lift from this company!!!! It is a nightmare to get service!!!!

The sales person was polite and did a good job explaining things. The problem we have is they sold us 2 stair lifts, one for an eleven step run and one of a 4 step run. The four step run had to have a special piece that went up and down to prevent a trip hazard. The four step run cost more than the eleven step run. When the installer came out to install it looked and seemed like he did not have a clue what the discussion with the sales person was. He put the four step run on the wrong side even after we told him it was the wrong side.

I am extremely disappointed with a chair lift that doesn’t move. It stopped FIVE days ago, and we have been trying to get it serviced for that many days. I had reconstructive surgery on my ankle. We live in a lower level in-law suite and I am trapped. I am as upset with the service as the chair.

We are in hickory NC. If I could leave negative stars I would. One of the salesmen came out due to a fall and we were wanting to get her a lift. We have had a few companies come out to see different Prices of companies come out. The salesman quoted almost 30,000 dollars for just one set of stairs and it isn't a big house by any means. My grandmother stated that was way more than the other company that came the day before. The salesman stated to my grandmother "well you drive a genesis. That shouldn’t be an issue,” then proceeded to say what his commission would be on the sale. Then magically dropped the price to 17k and stated he will only get $100 commission.

The salesman Jeff lied about what was being purchased and installed, very rude and demanding. Sent someone out to help with installation that did not even work for the company and left the top of wall/ceiling damaged.
