I have never owned a hot tub which is why my ratings were in the middle on all except the features. I have resided in accommodations that have had the brand that I am rating and the features were exceptional. This is why I am rating features with a high grade. The hot tub was exceptional and offered many features which enhanced the experience.

Very nice when I set in the jacuzzi. I love the feeling and the water bubbles. Wish it could bubble a little harder or even have light up light in the jacuzzi. But other than that I think the jacuzzi is really great. It could be a look bigger with more holes so the bubbles can come out. Maybe have a grip at the bottom so people won’t slide or fall getting in and out.

1. April, 2, 2020 I called because our heater was not working. Technician came out and said we needed a new heater. $168.00 for service call. 2. April 24, they replaced the heater. I filled the tub, and the heater still did not work. $682.00 for heater. 3. Technician came third time and said it was the motherboard that was the problem and he would order one. 4. I called and said there was a minor leak that also needed to be fixed when the motherboard was changed. The blower was working at that time.
5. May 8, technician changed the motherboard and said he fixed the leaks. The heater worked but the tub was leaking badly, much worse than before he fixed the leaks. 1 cup every 30 minutes instead of 1 cup a day. Blower did not work after the motherboard was changed. $1,865.00 for motherboard. 6. Technician came out and fixed the leaks he created, but that was not the source of the original leak. I fixed the original leak and when I filled the tub, the blower would not work and the temperature setting on the heater went down every time the blower button was pressed. 7. I sent 1 service email and 6 or more phone calls. Several weeks before I got a response.
8. Around August 21, technician came out when I was not available and fixed the problem with the blower button changing the temperature. But the blower still does not work. It worked before the motherboard was changed. They did not care just wanted $168.00 for the service call. So, 4 months later, $2,883.00 in charges plus a large water bill from draining and filling the tub several times, and I still don’t have a fully functioning hot tub. I have a background in aeronautical maintenance engineering, so I have some experience with mechanical, electronic and electrical systems.

Jacuzzi has a poor warranty. Many parts are only covered for 2 years and they last that long but not longer. My jets keep cracking and breaking apart and I was told that they had defective jets on my class of hot tubs that year but they are only covered for 2 years. I have been lied to numerous times at our locale dealership. After having a Beachcomber for 15 years with almost no problems I am surprised how poorly made Jacuzzi tubs are. Please don't buy Jacuzzi or you are into problems you don't want.

We purchased our Jacuzzi Hot Tub in June, 2016. As of this date, March, 2020 we have had to replace main pumps number one and main pump number two, the heater "horn", waterfall, headrests and one other item I can't recall. Now the LED lights have failed and the replacement waterfall is leaking and leaving a rust stain down to the waterline.
Jacuzzi advertises a 5 year parts and labor warranty but beware, buried in the fine print it says "You may be assessed a reasonable repairman travel mileage charges." In our case it's $203 for the first trip and $95 for a followup trip for the same problem. None of this goes towards labor should the repair be deemed to be not covered by the warranty. We thought the Jacuzzi name with the 5 year warranty was worth the extra initial expense but we were wrong. Find another product that is more dependable, make certain to read the fine print in the warranty and find out exactly what the store considers a "reasonable" trip fee.

The sauna product is good. The experience with Jacuzzi who supplies them is not good! I was told it would take two weeks and it was three months later that it arrived damaged. It came with no warranty or user guide. I was told I could find them online, but was provided no link. I still have nothing more than a verbal on the warranty. I have had a very frustrating time sorting out the initial site inspection, the electrical, the delivery and the replacement of parts that were damaged. Resulting in time off work, lost income and I still have a damaged product. I have not been compensated for this experience after I was told that they would definitely do something. They now say they will not because they waived the electrical; however the salesman told me electrical was included in the price and I have also found this to be true because it has been stated in their advertising.
I am being told they are ordering new glass that was chipped and new handles that were dented, but they only want to woodfill the gouges on the floor of the sauna...not sure with heating and expansion how that will hold. I feel the communication is very poor and I have constantly had to chase them down for info and answers. They do not follow up when they say they will, they do not keep their word and they change their stories when it suits them. The sauna functions fine so far, but Jacuzzi will never get my business again nor would I recommend them for the very poor customer service. I have had more support when purchasing a toaster oven. This is an expensive item and should be better serviced. BTW my sales rep is always away on vacation...twice in the last four months so I have had to deal with different people who are not accountable for this sale which has added to my frustrations.

My wife and I purchased a Jacuzzi spa just over two years ago. We spent around $10k on a 4-5 person tub. We thought we were paying for higher quality that we associated with the Jacuzzi label. However, I'm not sure that label is accurate anymore. After 2 years, the pillows completely deteriorated. When I mentioned this to the dealer, I was advised that pillows are not covered under the warranty, and they recommend taking the pillows off when not using the spa. Well, that would have been nice to know 2 years ago. But $144 later for replacement pillows, lesson learned and I'll now try to remember the advice. (We had a Sundance spa previously, and only replaced the pillows once over approx. 14 years.)
But what I'm even more concerned about is that the covers around the jets which are plastic are now discoloring. They have become "splotchy" in appearance and don't look very nice. According to the dealer, that is also not covered under the warranty. In sum, even though the spa seems to run well (although we don't use it very much), I hope the cosmetic issues in our 2-year old spa are not indicative of worse issues to come. I will have to be convinced to buy another Jacuzzi.

Jacuzzi Oakville has great staff and salespeople. I felt comfortable making a purchase with them and they went above and beyond to close the deal. Their store location staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had my tub for less than three years. It's the dead of (ongoing) winter and I went out earlier this week to throw in the weekly chemicals only to find it wasn't heating. I noted the error code on the display and called service. The service line (later found out it's a call centre) answered my call promptly and took down my information. They offered no troubleshooting but did say someone would be back to me in 24 hours.
More than 24 hours later, after hearing nothing via email or call, I called again. Staff was still friendly and again took all my information but said that they're busy and more or less indicated they would get to me when they get to me. I was surprised there was no commitment to when I would hear something considering a tub left unheated in the winter could lead to serious issues in the event of pipe burst etc. The following day, after still no response, I went into the store and finally got some troubleshooting advice. I am extremely disappointed that in such a young aged tub, I am having issues in the first place. But moreover, I am shocked at the terrible nature of their service. SO - buyer beware. If you ever have a problem - you are likely to experience POOR service from this brand. At minimal I should have had a timely call back with some troubleshooting advice.

Received an overpriced tub and sat there as the delivery team broke it. When I contacted Paradise Valley Spas they said it was normal. I contacted Sundance Spa manufacturer. They said I have to work with Paradise Valley Spas or I will void my warranty. Hopeless situation the way contract is written. Do NOT buy from Jacuzzi.
Particulars they busted the outer frame by not pre-drilling the sides. Paradise Valley says it’s cosmetic. The lines leak and broke. It flooded the compartment with water, and put mineralized water on everything at 101 degrees. Paradise Valley Spas will not deliver the cover saying I did not allow delivery. Paradise Valley Spas and Sundance seem to be more criminal than legitimate dealer. Paradise Valley Spas sounded like they were not willing to deliver my spa or help with the issues blaming everything on the customer. Bad all over. Do NOT buy Jacuzzi. You end up with Jacuzzi brand effects.

I bought a Jacuzzi hot tub 1 year ago. Overall I was satisfied with the buying experience and the product. However, less than a year in, the hot tub started squealing like a banshee. The customer service experience has been appalling. First, no service locally in London. I placed a call to their Ontario customer service. They logged the call and told me they could come in 3 weeks. In the meantime, I’ve had to shut off the power because of the noise and I’m concerned about that in the winter in Southwestern Ontario.
No concern on their part however. When someone finally called me from Burlington to set up an actual service date, she didn’t identify herself just asked me to hold and then tried for many minutes to connect me with someone else. I kept hearing her say “oh geez”, “what now” while I was holding. I eventually hung up. Suffice it to say I’m very disappointed in the service and I feel like they should be bending over backwards to fix a product that breaks inside of a year. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying from Jacuzzi again...any product, at any time, at any price.

First I have to say my overall purchase experience with Imagine Backyard of Scottsdale was great. Great showroom! Everyone was very helpful and completed the installation without a hitch. However, I’m disappointed in the Jacuzzi Hot Tubs Spa itself due to what I consider a design flaw. I bought the J-245 7’ spa and the LED perimeter lights are above the water line. This means that wherever you sit, you have a bright LED light in your face, kinda like a sniper’s laser. Very annoying. The Sundance model has the same problem. It’d be nice if there was a frosted lens or way to dim them but it’s either lights on or off. I would not recommend this model.

The hot tub itself i.e. jets and lights is as advertised. The stereo however is not. One of the key selling points for us was how awesome the sound system was in the showroom. 2 years later, the speakers do not work and the remote will not connect. This is a HUGE fail because it's over $700 to replace the sound system. I DO NOT recommend buying a Jacuzzi unless you don't care about the sound system.

I bought a Jacuzzi J-355 last year and I paid a great amount of money, I did trust on the local business because of their reputation, transparency, honesty and of course the NAME Jacuzzi, I thought that was the TOP brand on the market, but it isn't. This is what happen: Local business is closed and even care sent any letter notifying their loyalty customers, that's bad. After speaking with Jacuzzi customer services they told me that they don't have nothing to do if they run out of business :-)... ok. But this business someday represented your brand and as a customers we still using Jacuzzi.
The customer service lady it seems like that she couldn't help much because what I asked her, I mean having someone to look at it about a noise that just pop up, I need to pay for an extra service to a stranger guy to come and take a look, and with the local business here in town I didn't need to do that, they did run their business for many years, and supposedly economy is good right? (2018) But really don't know exactly what happen.
Also Jacuzzi customer service compared a Toyota with Audi, pretty much she told me over the phone that these 2 Brands are the same and I told her, no isn't. No argues after this point from her, she took my info and told that the supervisor will contact me to see on how they can help me with support as a customer. In other words, isn't worth it all the investment without the support I'm getting now, Hot tub is a hot tub, find a nice one, checking customers reviews and pay cheaper for a great one and maybe have less headache than myself. Very frustrate situation.

In July of 2015, I had a walk-in tub installed. When I recently had some problems with it I called the company for service only to discover that customer service is non-existent... They offered to send me some parts but as one might guess that would be useless since I (and most people with a walk-in tub) am disabled. I didn't expect them to do it on a warranty, I was willing to pay. Just wanted it fixed. A company that doesn't service its own products is useless and that's about all there is to say about Jacuzzi. I paid $11,000 for this tub. There has to be a better company out there. Find one!

Once again we can not use our spa. Ever since we purchased it 7/09/05 and I know that is almost 12 years ago, but, it is on our covered patio not out in the elements and we have taken the best care of it. Had a licensed electrician do the installation and changed filters. Made sure lines never got frozen. Cleaned and re-cleaned it several time a year. Emptied water. Re-cleaned. We have and this is probably an understatement although I have all the repair bills also, if you would like to see them. Had to put in 4 heaters a 2 circulation pumps countless times since we purchased this spa, at a cost each time of $300 to $500 for service, the parts and the repair cost. Now once again the unit will not even come on. It through s a breaker each time we try. I had an electrician come look at my breakers and was told it is not our breakers it is in the unit...
I can not afford a repair bill for someone to come again. Now we bought this spa for my husband who damaged a disc in the military and my brother who broke several discs in his back and myself who has arthritis in my spine. And have had more times we couldn't use it than times we could... I am very upset at this especially now my husband lost his job, and we have no way to afford to get this spa fixed once again. And have no idea what's wrong now. The pool store says it sounds like the heater once again. But it would cost to have someone come in to look at it and we just don't have the money anymore. I talk to all my friends who have other brands of spas and not one of them has had this kind or amount of problems with their spas. Who are over 10 years old also?
I know there is no warranty because that ran out before we even got the second repair and it didn't cover much anyway. But I hope you stand by your product and there is something you can do to help us. We purchased this spa at Gary Pools & Leisure. They have been kind enough through the years to give us information but not much more or names of repairmen who charged a fortune!! This product over the years has probably cost us well over another four grand in repairs and the purchase price is not even included in that... I am hoping Jacuzzi does the honorable thing and helps us. I truly love our spa and it had made a world of difference in my husband and brothers, and my backs when we can use it.... Thank you for your time... The spa is a: Jacuzzi J-325 (ZB) -40R Marine Spa-Autumn Red Serial # 100166889.

My older Espree model - purchased from Lowes, several years ago - started leaking a couple years ago. As it's a drop in corner unit in my 2nd-floor master bath - enclosed in a tiled frame, I have limited access to its plumbing. On the side that shares a wall with the bedroom's walk-in closet, I was able to find the first leak. The hoses to the leaking water jet were plumbed in a way that creates tension on the jet's housing. The housing is held securely to the tub's body with a lock nut. When the pressure from the pump added stress to the housing - it cracked. I inspected the other jets, and three others had the same cracked housings.
Having access to the first jet, I was able to replace the jet and it's housing, and re-plumb it to relieve the aforementioned stress the original was under. I've used a product, Plast-Aid, to seal the three cracked jet housings that I cannot replace without demolishing the tile work and the tub's framework. These seem to be holding water, as I can fill and drain the tub without it leaking.
But I now have another leak I can't account for. This leak only occurs when the pump is turned on, so I'm going to have to tear down the ceiling below tub to reveal the 3/4" 2nd floor's plywood, fill the tub, and start the pump to get an idea of the location of the leak. Then I'll drill a small hole in the plywood - clear of the plaster the tub was set in - and use an inspection camera to try to find specific cause of this latest leak. Depending on what I find - I'll either be able to correct the problem, or be left with a whirlpool tub that can only be used as a tub. I've read many similar accounts regarding the Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs. Too many.
By the way, the cracked jet housings on these tubs are such a frequent problem, that another product was introduced to address them. It's a fix that may work under the right conditions, and it can be made when there's little or no access to replace the leaking BMH jet. I cannot speak to whether Jacuzzi has modified their manufacturing process, to account for the inherent issues their plumbing caused with my model, but I wouldn't recommend purchasing a later model without doing your due diligence as a consumer. Fyi - I have no relationship with either of the two products mentioned in this review. I've added them in case another Jacuzzi owner is trying to fix a similar problem.

The control panel was difficult to use and often not responsive. When the professional wiring was completed for 220 pump starting spurt running and the GFI kept tripping. Service came 3 days later and decided the circulation pump was bad and factory wiring was incorrect. Two (2) days later email notified part ordered (pump I assume) which will arrive 7-10 days and sometime after that installed. When we paid six thousand dollars for a hot tub we expected more quality and better customer service from Jacuzzi than we would have gotten if we bought a cheap plug and play from the home depot. We bought the hot tub for our business ** and immediately started having problems with keeping the hot tub warm (in the summer). We couldn't figure out what the issue was. The hot tub would be set at 103 and the water would never get warm than 80 degrees. We ended up having to issue over $2,000 in refunds from guests who had booked specifically to use the HOT tub. We spent hours on the phone talking to Jacuzzi who denied having anything to do with the defect. A certified hot tub mechanic came out and saw that the problem was that the heat pump was wired BACKWARDS by the company!
This was six months later - Jacuzzi finally admitted to being at fault but refused to replace the hot tub or the heat pump that had been working overtime for the first six months. Finally they agreed to replace the heat pump but only if we would agree to VOID our warranty. (What warranty right... They obviously don't stand behind their product anyway). We waited patiently for the heat pump to arrive - 1 month - 2 months... We called and were told it was on the way. 3 months... 4 months... Still no heat pump. We called again and they claimed they had sent the heat pump and that they were "closing the ticket" as if everything had been resolved. WHAT??? We work in customer service and found the way were treated appalling. I can't believe they are still in business riding on their old reputation as being a company who stands behind their products. You are using it to relax and that is what should matter. No one else is going to care what it looks like, They want to get in it! Properly covered when not in use it also holds up to a variety of weather conditions.
The outside is wood and looks like cedar. The inside looks like green/white swirled marble. It's oval shaped and the seats are the perfect height and depth. A set of rubber treaded steps makes it very easy to get in & out. The price is in the neighborhood of $4,000 for this type of hot tub. The people I bought it from installed it and showed me how to use it. I got in almost immediately! I love my hot tub so much! I tell everyone that I have one and enjoy it! I do share it with my friends sometimes, but I do not have to worry about anyone's germs and possibly getting something. As I said before, it melts away the stress of the day and takes me to wherever my imagination allows!

I enjoy the hot tub because it's a great relief for my fibromyalgia. After being diagnosed we decided I needed it so wanting it was no longer an option. When we were in the market we couldn't decide which brand until we saw Jacuzzi. Jacuzzi offers premium and quality items that will make a difference and break the mold for innovation when it comes to the hot tub business.

I love my hot tub. It's great for relaxing and loosen muscles! The hot water will soothe you especially if you have jets. It's sooo much better! You have to make sure you keep them clean though because if you don't they can start to smell or be slimy. It can get really disgusting!

I was pleasantly surprised at price and upkeep of hot tub. Delivery was seamless and only issue thus far has been air control switch, was easy to replace and not very expensive. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good quality hot tub at a reasonable price.

I love it. It's great to relax in... helps with body aches to be able to sit and relax... I would recommend to anyone to get them one. Yes they may cost a lot depending the brand you buy but they are very convenient to have around. Great for family time to enjoy together. My kids also love to use it. They have things called spa parties. My parents even love to use it at least one day a week, sometimes two or three days a week. It will help your body aches. For my parents who has brittle bones, they really love using it.

I was very happy and satisfied with my Jacuzzi hot tub purchase. It was aesthetically pleasing and had great function also. It was very relaxing and worked extremely well. If I had to recommend a brand to new buyers, I would definitely recommend this brand. Buying a hot tub was a smart decision for my family and if I had to do it all over, I'd do it again. There is nothing as relaxing as coming home from a day's hard work and stress, then climbing into the tub and letting it all melt away.

Sale agent was very helpful, he showed us a number of different tubs in our budget range. He didn't try to get us to pay more than we want to. There were a number of hot tubs to choose from. He even gave us information about what type we should get for the space in our yard. Installation was included in the price, it looks great and it is something I wish I done a lot soon. The experience was actually very pleasant. We enjoy our hot tub on a daily basis.

I love it! Purchasing it was an exciting experience, getting to choose which one we would buy. The day it was delivered was like an early Christmas. The set-up was easy and quick. The design of the Jacuzzi is spectacular, providing an intimate relaxation space for just my husband and I, but at the same time having room for friends if we decide to entertain. I'd recommend it to any and everyone looking to get a hot tub.

We wanted another Jacuzzi hot tub as our first one was a Jacuzzi and is still running strong. Found a dealer but he was 60 miles away and now we need service after ONLY 1 year of owning the hot tub. Great, we have a 10 years warranty... but we have to pay for the LABOR! Guess what, they are 2 hours away and we have to pay for the travel time and distance. Should have bought a local brand hot tub!!! Very disappointed with the Jacuzzi brand that we thought was an excellent choice.

Had previous electrical problems with previous hot tub purchased, company took it back and gave me full refund. Daughter bought a Jacuzzi and recommended them. September 2015 I visited Jacuzzi Burlington office and dealt with Jonathan **. I explained daughter referred us and he asked for name, told him of previous issues. He could not care less it seemed. Prices jacked up and reduced so looks like you are getting a deal, but he would not negotiate and husband was quoted lesser price over phone for same tub than the 13k he gave me.
I gave deposit as he said only one in stock, found out later this was untrue. We drew up contract, called to dispute prices but never spoke to him again as he was never available when I called back. They are very difficult to get to talk to anyone over the phone. Many times just left on hold, left my number few times but no one returned my call. Continued to call in. Very poor service.
When hot tub arrived, it had wrong colour cover, wrong lifter, wrong stairs and wrong chemicals as stated on contract. Called Burlington Jonathan not there. Called head office on hold and left messages, finally spoke to Amy. She had these issues corrected and had these delivered next day. When they brought and installed cover etc. the guys left without leaving me the key to lock hot tub. I called in again, left on hold for ages, said they would get guy to drop off or put in mail to me if not. It is a month later and still no key. Called in again today. On top of this the $500. referral offer they advertise is also in dispute as they do not want to give it out as promised. Daughter's info and address was also given to head office by me. She is also in dispute with them over this. She told not handled here but in US and can't get any headway.
Worse service I ever had and hot tub not worth price. Previous hot tub paid $7k for worked just as well as this one. Hope this one lasts but have no faith. Wish I had gone with Arctic Spas or Beachcomber as better pricing for same. So much for referral! I will not deal with them again if I don't have to and recommend Do Not Buy Jacuzzi!

I have spent 1600.00 in repairs on a Jacuzzi J-LXL hot tub purchased 8/12. When you call customer service you get a condescending representative who tells you to refer to your warranty. Juan was my last representative. I ultimately never get the situation resolved and end up paying local authorized representative. To date I have replaced lines 3 times. New spray foam sprayed in. Now lights and jets on left side don't work. When you pay $8500 for a product of alleged quality you should definitely expect more than the aforementioned.

I bought a J-315 model and it was delivered 30 days ago. The tub was not working and the cover was ripped. It made me think the dealer was selling me a used model someone else didn't want for a "floor model". I did get a discount. When they could not get the tub to work, I tried to get them to pick it up the next day and the guy promised to fix the one that was delivered and get me one from the factory for the same price.
Three weeks later I get a call and was told I was stuck with what I had and made it clear that he was going back on his word and that this is how Jacuzzi treats their customers. He yelled at me and accused me of threatening his sales guy, who from I remember is about 7 ft. tall and full of tattoos. I am 5 ft. I contacted Jacuzzi company directly and was told I am stuck dealing with this jerk and there was nothing they could do for me. What happened to keeping the customer happy? The cover has not been replaced either. Please don't buy Jacuzzi products. There is no one to help the customer this issues like these.

Our Jacuzzi dealer went out of business three weeks after they installed our tub. Only dropped it three times when installing it. Four weeks after we got it the ozone quit working. That's when we found out the dealer had closed their doors. We called Jacuzzi and they gave us the name of another dealer that was 20 miles away. Come to find out the plastic nipple for the ozone was broken. After the fix needless to say that dealer is not allowed back after the screwing we got. We have another dealer that is great. But Jacuzzi SUCKS. We have had the tub for about 7 years and they quit making this model after 3 years. AND WE HAVE SPENT MORE FOR REPAIRS THAN WE PAID OR IT. Never again.

Do NOT Buy a Jacuzzi 275!!! Wow, what a piece of junk. My fault for not doing the proper research nor pulling the covers back (aka the spa skirt). The skirt is made of cheap veneer. We filled the tub and about 2/3 the way, one of the plastic tube fittings to the pump snapped! Consequently, the thing leaked everywhere! I can't believe the tubing is actually the stuff you would buy at Lowe's or Home Depot for $.35 a foot. Oh and the electrician left unhappy and with a nice gash on his knuckle as the wire boards in the control panel box were so tight it BARELY allowed for room to wire in the six gauge. It's the old saying...YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Don't be fooled by the Jacuzzi name here folks!

We built a home and closed last year. I called Jacuzzi immediately to tell them that my tub was not working properly. They told me I needed a part and they would call me back. They never did. I called, and they still didn't have the part. Then, I called again and it was as if I have never called. Now it is months later and I have to start the process again. In order to do so, I had to send my personal home closing papers, serial number (who knows this when the builder buys the tub?) and then, guess what? They are waiting on a part!
Before I know it, Jacuzzi will have delayed long enough that I will be out of warranty. As it is, I only have a month to go, it has taken so long! Ridiculous that a company known for quality is so poor on customer service. DO NOT BUY a Jacuzzi. The tub has been unsatisfactory and the company does not care AT ALL.

We discovered we had a broken jet the first time we used it after noticing water in the basement. Unfortunately, the warranty had expired by then. Some of the people here are lucky as when my husband spoke to Jacuzzi, they never sent out a replacement jet. We had to pay $35 for one jet. It got worse from there. The authorized Jacuzzi repair company wanted to charge as much as the tub itself cost to buy. They said it could end up costing more, depending on how long it would take.
Long story short, ALL the jets ended up cracked - now dumping water into the basement like a waterfall. These jets are extremely fragile and it will cost a fortune to repair even just one. It will end up costing more than the tub is worth. We decided to just replace it with a non-Jacuzzi tub. We never got to enjoy our Jacuzzi.

Put me on the list for a class action suit! I purchased my Espree tub two years ago. Recently, one of the small jets cracked and leaked water all over my basement. I contacted jacuzzi who said my warranty is out but sent me two sets of jets and everything in between. I am guessing they are anticipating that more jets will crack so I am using it as just a shower as I cannot afford any more water damage. Shame on you, Jacuzzi. Your name used to stand for quality.

In Hamilton, ON we bought a Jacuzzi Hot Tub & Gazebo. We were told we could have them both installed at the same time. Jacuzzi came, and we were told they would not bring it in until we paid for it in full. We did pay for it over the telephone. We had the tub installed but had to wait for a week to have the gazebo brought in and installed. The installers came and told us we had to have a pad to put up the gazebo. The installers left leaving the gazebo parts on the ground. Trying to contact the people that sold us the tub and gazebo, we were told they were trying to coordinate with their superiors. I do not know how Jacuzzi can stay in business. I would never deal with them again.

Overtime, the known to Jacuzzi who doesn't care, defective hot tub "has" and "is" accumulating bubbles on the inside of the interior and cracking bits of paint that float in the water. They had to be sanded off and repainted of a color that is very noticeable since they do not have the color to match. It is now a rough finish and not safe to sit on without being cut on the old or new spots developing.

I purchased a Jacuzzi Hot Tub from Home Depot in Canton, MI on 6/25/01. To date, it does not work. I had to wait 2 weeks for a warranty repair man to come out and diagnose the problem and it's the main board that makes the spa run. He of course didn't have the part with him (even though I called ahead and asked) and said it had to be ordered. In the meantime, I called Jacuzzi myself several times and was told it's "in the mail". Well, I FINALLY found out today (nobody ever calls me back - it's a big cover up over there..) that they mailed the part to my warranty guy today. However, I found out through Home Depot that this part was so difficult to obtain because they had been recalled. Now how is it that I had no notice of a recall when I purchased my spa??
I feel Jacuzzi was very negligent in that whole area and they've been very unprofessional since - it's as if they are trying to hide this recall. So I'm stuck with a very expensive fish tank in my yard right now that retailed for $3600. and I have yet to use it. By the time it gets fixed (and I hope it does!) 6 weeks will have gone by since the date of purchase. And they don't care. They've never returned one call. And when I do get a hold of a live person, they act like they want to get me off the phone.
