Home Warranty Inc. offers four different home warranty plans. Customers can choose from the Appliance Protection Plan, the Supplemental Home Protection Plan, the Buyer Core Home Protection Plan and the Executive Home Protection Plan.

Home Warranty Inc. coverage caps

Home Warranty Inc. has coverage caps, meaning that the company will pay up to a certain amount on parts and repairs, and then you are responsible for the rest. Home Warranty Inc.’s cancellation policy and refunds vary by state. Usually, though, you must email a written cancellation request to info@homewarrantyinc.com to cancel your contract.

If you cancel your contract within 30 days of purchase and no claims have been filed, this company will provide a full agreement price refund with no cancellation fee. If a claim has been filed, you will receive a prorated refund of your unused term minus cancellation fees and claims costs.
