This is the worst customer service and professionalism I have experienced with a national brand. I needed my dryer repaired, and this company scheduled an appointment but did not show up; they didn't contact me and then rescheduled for another day without asking me. Their customer service representatives are useless, as they seem offshored, and problems cannot be resolved. I will never buy another one of their products.

The washer and dryer combo was broken in 2 months, they tried to fix 2 times but they couldn’t fix, then they said warranty doesn’t cover because it in my nails salon. When I bought it, they didn’t say for home use only. I have 1 year manufacture warranty and 3 years protection plan with Home Depot, but both manufacture and Home Depot didn’t cover.

I have had my washer dryer stackable three months. Bearing went out on it. Got it fixed. Now one week later went again. Would never buy a Frigidaire again. Serviceman was good. So fair warning to people wanting to buy Frigidaire stackable washer dryer - they are junk.

We bought all our appliances at once back in 2022. My Fridge, Microwave, Washer, and Dryer are all Frigidaire. A year and a half into having them my washer decided it wanted to start having issues. It would always stop mid-cycle and I would have to start it all over again just to have it not finish a cycle again. Then it started to get really loud and basically scream when it was trying to stop spinning. Then It started leaking out the bottom. We had the people from the store come out to take a look at it and they basically said that it’s not worth fixing and we should just get a new one. Because if we were to fix one of the parts wrong with it, it would most likely break again. As young adults we don’t have the funds to just jump up and buy a new one right away.
We ended up calling the Frigidaire customer care to let them know what’s happened with our washer, recommended by the store we bought it from. First person I talked to was no help. I could barely understand him and he hung up on me while I was on hold. So I called back again. Second person I talked to basically said they can’t do anything for me other than give me a Discount on buying new parts for it. I was not looking to fix a washer that was just going to break again in another year. So I asked if they could reimburse me for the years I should of gotten out of it and he said no. They could only get me parts since my 1 year warranty was up… Also my fridge is on the verge of breaking now too starting with the ice machine. This company is crap and they don’t want to help you In any way that would benefit you, Just themselves.

Don't buy Frigidaire products! Their washer dryer broke down after just one year. It turns out they were manufacturing defective products. The repair technician said he's been seeing so many of the same problems in Frigidaire products made after 2020. The ball bearings are defective. But you can't just repair the bearing, 'cause now they are made attached to the drum, so to replace the drum costs $500. I called Frigidaire and they said all they could do is give me a 30% off coupon for a new product. Why the heck would I want to buy another one of their crappy products? Don't buy anything from Frigidaire.

DON'T buy Frigidaire unless you are sure that Frigidaire can provide service. I called Frigidaire because my 3 month old dryer started making a squeaking noise. Following are explanations of each call.
2. May 24: Ryan answered again. I explained that Solar doesn't service this area. He assigned Bett' repair. I tried the number several times. It went straight to voicemail. Couldn't find them on Google or Google maps.
3. May 24th: Shrona PROMISED that she would continue to call and email them and that she would call or email me by the end of the day. Never heard from her.
4. May 25: Houston put me on hold to try to reach Bett's. He then told me that Jeff's is closed, so he assigned Ron's Superstore. I called Rob's. They service only what they sell.
5. May 25: Raye explained that I will have to wait three days for someone on escalation team.
6. May 25: I called customer service to speak with a supervisor. Markus transferred me to JV. IF explained that Frigidaire DOES NOT have a service company in this area. He PROMISED that he would expedite the request and that he would call within 3 business days.
7. June 2: Jethro explained that Alemand's was just assigned. I called Alemand's. They return calls at the end of the day. So it will be it will be 7 business days without even a service appointment.

Twin stacked washer & dryer for a small space. Very large capacity, so that's good. Installed professionally 5/6/23. Pump hose is so rigid that it popped out of the laundry sink during the first wash, squirting water everywhere, despite being Zip Tied to the supply hose. It will NOT bend down into a "U" shape. I had to resort to additional zip ties and duct taping it to the side of the laundry sink. Looks AWFUL but I cannot pull the unit out to replace the blue plastic inflexible hose with the old, tried & true black rubber hose with the built in "U" (which worked for 24 years on my old washer). Frigidaire-Don't fix what ain't broke!! Use the rubber hoses. Also, the Normal cycle takes Forever! The spin cycle alone is 28 minutes. I thought it was broken & never going to shut off. My old Whirlpool washed in 35 minutes & was always efficient. Buyer, ask for a different pump hose if you are buying, especially if it needs to empty into a laundry sink.

There are a number of flaws in the design of this machine.
2) Cannot handle a little unbalance - at all!
3) When said unbalance happens, you cannot 'pause' the cycle to re-distribute the clothes - because the door will Not unlock :-(. You have to cancel the cycle.
Then, there is no option to simply 'spin'. You have to choose 'rinse and spin' - which fills the machine with water again! It's finicky and temperamental. Sorry. Too many probs with this one .... Design needs adjustments for sure.

In May I bought a stack washer dryer unit from Home Depot. The unit I was replacing was Frigidaire and it lasted since 2008 so I felt like I was making a good decision. Also, the location is a condo and the unit is wired for a stackable unit. For four and a half months the unit worked so good. Absolutely had no complaint. The unit is a rental condo. I came to clean at the end of September and the dryer was making an awful sound the it made a horrendous sound and flipped the breaker. Inside the dryer was a screw that had fallen out of the cover for the heating element. The dryer smelled like burnt electrical. I couldn’t believe it. That will set the house on fire. Those screws are a very important part of the dryer and should not just fall out. I called the number I had for Frigidaire and they were calling themselves Electrolux.
Regardless I made an appointment for a repair person in a week. A week came and had not heard from repair person but had a phone number so called and he said he wasn’t coming that the company was overbooked and had cancelled. Called Frigidaire again. They made another appointment. Next day that appointment had also been cancelled. In the meantime one guests who was expecting to have use of a washer and dryer complained and gave me a bad review because “not having a dryer was inconvenient.” Next guests said no worries and the guest coming wants to know if it is fixed yet. It’s not. I called today to see if I can get a better time on when or if the technician will actually be here and I got the same recording when I called that number as I did when I called Frigidaire. What happens here? Their product nearly caught my condo on fire from faulty craftsmanship.
I have to give them a fair chance to fix it before they will give me my money to buy another. This is a business and I’m getting bad reviews because my guests are expecting an amenity that’s unavailable even though I’ve tried to explain and I can’t get the company to send a repair person to fix the dryer. That’s why I gave them one star. Boy that hurts. What do I do next. Let the dryer sit there, buy another? I honestly don’t know how to deal with it. Lawsuit?

I have had my MaxFill Washer for 5 years. Last year the water would only fill with hot. It was a faulty part that cost $100. I paid $600 for the washer new. Then the shocks went out a few months later. $300 for those parts. This washer still is not balancing and I'm just $200 away from basically paying for a new washer! This should not happen!! I wash 1 load of clothes a week and bedding every other week. Why should anyone HAVE to protect themselves from a POORLY built product with an extended warranty!? Frigidaire should acknowledge when they have done poor work and do what it right!!! I will never buy from Frigidaire again! Buyer beware!

I have a Frigidaire washer dryer combo which was in my condo when I purchased it. I have the receipt, it is less than 4 years old, and it has been gently used. When I had trouble with the washing machine I contacted customer service. We discussed various options, including possible discounted parts but was told I would need to get an assessment by an authorized service provider at my cost. The first agent actually hung up on me when I suggested it might be financially prudent to just get a new machine. I called again a few days later and asked for contact information for a service provider.
I had an assessment ($146) and was told that my machine needed 2 major parts which would cost approximately $500 without labour and that one of the parts was unavailable anywhere. I again contacted customer service and was told that since I was not the original owner the only support I would get was free parts shipping if I bought the parts from them. She was able to source and price one of the parts but told me I would have to look up the other one in some online parts catalogue. I asked for a supervisor but have not heard from one.
Why was I asked to have an assessment if they weren't going to provide any support? Now I am out $146, still have a broken washing machine and will likely replace it with a new one. So much for climate friendly solutions. Unbelievably bad product support! I also have a frigidaire range with burners that come on without being turned on but that is another story.

I had a Frigidaire dryer that I bought off someone. On the 29th of January at about 8pm it made a loud noise like an exploration and caught fire. I tried to reach out to Frigidaire but then they asked me for serial number. Since I couldn't provide it because it got burnt. I expected Frigidaire to send a representative to verify this or better call the fire service department (L'île Bizard) for the report. We have been traumatized since that incident and Frigidaire hasn't called me back up until now.

Upon 3 years of light use and diligent lint trap and duct cleaning, the dryer of my Frigidaire laundry center combo caught fire and stopped working. Fortunately I was home and was able to put out the fire. After multiple attempts to obtain compensation from the company, I finally gave up. I refuse to pay $100+ for an assessment visit, to hear that it may cost hundreds of dollars to fix this machine, which I believe may continue to be a fire hazard. I will throw away a fairly new machine for lack of customer support, and buy a different set from a more reliable brand. I will never buy, or recommend any of Electrolux products ever again, and will file a lawsuit, as this could have easily gotten out of hand and threatened the safety of my family, or damage my property.

I WILL NEVER BUY FRIGIDAIRE AGAIN. Please consider doing the same

I have an extended warranty from Frigidaire which is basically worthless to me. They refused to cover a broken part on the Laundry Center that is 3 years old. A clip broke on the machine front which is causing the dials to malfunction. This is from a family of 2 adults which uses the machine maybe twice a week. So because it's the cover of the unit it is not covered under the extended Warranty. I spent over 2 hours on the phone with supervisors who just kept saying the part is not covered. So my machine is now worthless because we can't start the dryer. I would never purchase a Frigidaire product or an extended warranty from them again. I learned my lesson the hard way. The technician said it will be a $300 fix. I would rather buy a new product than to give them any more of our hard earned money. I suggest you do the same.

My apartment room has a stacked washer & dryer (and this is brand-new because our building is new and I'm the very first tenant in my unit) and it has been a headache. First of all, the washer never works well with any other setting other than "Normal" and it needs to be fully loaded with regular clothes, socks, underwear etc. When things are bulky or small amount (with "Low" setting) or I use setting other than "Normal", it ALWAYS stops working for "Balance load". When this happens, I have to start the whole washing cycle again with "Normal" setting because the lock doesn't get loose.
The lid never opens without running it again from the beginning with "Normal" (no other setting would work). I have been trying to reach the customer service on the phone but no luck. I called them 3 times and all those 3 times, I was on hold for over an hour, and never get to talk to anyone. This website is my last hope. Hopefully I get to talk to someone and get the replacement.

I had to replace the latch on the door. Within weeks the new latch, which was quite expensive, was pushed inside the machine, again. The hinge will not hold the door in alignment with the latch. I double checked all the screws, again, but there is still at least a half inch of vertical play. I removed two screws to remove the gaurd over the lint trap to clean out what had gotten past the lint screen, which was quite a lot. When I replaced it the screws would not tighten and there is no way to get to the back of the screw. Were your college educated engineers so stupid that they put fasteners on these screws that fall out of place if removed? If there were an easy way to give feedback to the company I would. Perhaps they would correct the errors. In lieu of that I will leave this review with the advice that you seek out a different dryer, that hopefully is designed a bit better, perhaps by an engineer that actually has common sense.

The model of stacked washer/dryer combo that we have is very basic. You can't tell what part of the wash cycle it is on or even how long is left of the wash cycle. There is no built-in fabric softener dispenser. Other than those items, the washer has worked great for us for the year and half that we've owned it. For a stacked unit, it holds a LOT of clothes because it has no agitator. It is surprisingly easy to load and unload as well.

My Energy Star Frigidaire Tumble Action front loading washer hasn't let me down since 29 March 2006, knock on wood! It's just my husband, our dog and me, so it obviously doesn't get the high usage that perhaps an average family would. Even though, I think 14 years is pretty good.

This is the first washer machine I have purchased from this manufacturer and I was not impressed with the limited features on it. Dryer works OK but has an extremely annoying high pitch when running. We have main floor laundry located about forty feet from the living room and with the laundry doors closed and you're sitting in your living room that pitch is clear as a bell. Just great! I also remember buying one of their fridges about 15 years ago, it lasted two years. Buyer beware.

This is a front-load washer that uses HE detergent. It has many different wash cycles including a sanitizing cycle which works very well. Have only had minor issue with lighting on the instrument and periodic spin cycle issue not removing some of the water in clothing making them harder to get dry. Otherwise, has been a good addition.

Still grappling with limitations of raising the locked lid mid cycle, however the quality is apparent on many levels. Service calls are few and far between and warranties are well stated. Extra large capacity is wonderful.
