I purchased a patio door and the quality is excellent. Sales team was polite, efficient and got the job done. I was happy with the result. Installation team came over even though there was gonna be a storm. They put it in and got it done when the rain started. I’m pleased with FAS Exteriors.

I had a long wait for my windows and was put on hold so many times but FAS came through with their promises and did a beautiful job. We only have a couple of minor things to finish up and we are good to go. I'm so very happy with my new windows and sliding glass doors, and of course all my family and friends just marvel over how beautiful they are. Thank you FAS WINDOWS & DOORS for making everything right.

Salesman came to our home back on June 16 and we placed our order and made a $5,000 deposit. He told us it would be 5-7 weeks as the company was very busy. It has now been 10 weeks and we are still waiting. I have called the office and was told the job was in the hands of the installers who are subcontracted out. No one at FAS has any idea if or when the installers will ever show up. I don't know who the installers are and none of them have contacted me. I'm in limbo - still waiting. I have called the salesman - left messages on his cellphone - he has never called me back. I don't think I can even give them 1 star at this point.

FAS Exteriors was at the Orlando home show and we like the sales guys and stuff too, they were real upfront. So I purchased hurricane windows, the kind that you can't break through. We love them. They've been great. It has been quite a while since we've had them in but they've been really good. We had really great experience with the installation team. They were a real good team.

My friends told me about FAS Exteriors. They said FAS had excellent installers and even though the installers are not technically FAS employees, it was a very well-rounded organization. So I chose to go with FAS when I purchased my windows. Their sales rep was excellent. However, what he said they would do and what they did was not 100% the same. It was probably about 80% or 85%. As far as the sales part, it was good, but once it was done, he was done selling.

I first heard about FAS Exteriors in the radio. I purchased a front door and it's good quality. I was able to customize my order. Everything went extremely well. They took care of the whole job front to back for me. The sales team was okay and the installer was fantastic. The way he handled the job and his politeness, courtesy, and professionalism was just a 10, easy. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. FAS Exteriors charge a little bit more but you get so much more in return and that's what you're looking for, a good quality product done well, and that's what they provided.

I purchased windows from FAS Exteriors. I had used another company before and they were way overpriced and had problems scheduling, so I decided not to go with them. The FAS sales person was very helpful. He answered all my questions, went over all the details of the products so I understood all of it a lot better. I was very happy with him and have recommended him to other people.

The FAS Exteriors salesperson was knowledgeable and he didn't try to oversell us. He listened to what we wanted and gave us what we wanted for a fair price. He helped us find the products that were right for our need. We purchased windows. They had to measure the window openings exactly and then ordered the windows. The installation team was great. They arrived right on time. They were really neat and they worked quickly. They seemed to really know what they were doing and they cleaned up after themselves. They offer products that are good value with friendly, knowledgeable service. It was a really good experience.

The FAS executive team of John **, Cubby ** and Edith ** became involved with our situation. They were able to resolve all issues with our order to our satisfaction. This is a company with a first class management team and quality product that knows how to resolve customer satisfaction issues. While I personally wish that it would have been done properly the first time it is clear that they stand behind their products and their company name.

We saw FAS Exteriors at a home show at the Orlando Convention Center a little more than a year ago. The doors that they had on display looked really nice. They were quality doors. We found what we wanted in some of the displays they had so we decided to buy from them. It's a steel door with glass and wrought iron insert. Their sales team was okay. They handled themselves pretty well. Their installation team was fine, too. They were two good guys. It was pretty painless as far as getting a new door installed.

I was very pleased with the entire experience of doing business with FAS Exteriors, will use their services again and have recommended them to others. The windows and door in my FL room are beautiful (and my utility bills are lower now!). Sales, installation, and follow-up were all done right. As soon as I'm ready to have the rest of the house done, I'll be giving them a call.

The experience with FAS Exteriors was very good from the beginning and in terms of the estimates and all the way down to the person that actually came and installed the door. It was really one of the most organized and there is definitely a plan for how he did each door each time. It was excellent and professional.

We went to a home and garden show in Orlando. I liked their products, they're great! So we bought our doors and windows and a sliding door from them. FAS Exteriors sales reps were friendly and knowledgeable about their stuff and the installation team did a real good job and explained to us what they were doing.

I chose to purchase my hurricane windows and doors from FAS Exteriors because they appear to use locally made products and they have a large choice of products. Also, they have a high rating on the Better Business Bureau. I wanted my doors to have opaque glass and they customized them for me.

FAS Exteriors do a lot of marketing through the local radio station that I listen to, and that prompted me to engage them when we were doing some quotes for the windows that we ultimately ended up choosing them for, for several reasons: the sales rep was good; the product was obviously good; the fact that they’re a local entity versus a large scale entity and then the product that they were delivering was good. The price was actually a little higher than the other vendors that quoted, but that really didn’t deter them from winning the business ultimately. They came down a little bit to kinda meet in the middle but I was happy to pay the extra money for local presence and the service that they provided.

Everything was great. There was one little glitch with the latch for the screen door and it took FAS Exteriors a while to get back to that, but it was really no big deal. Everyone was just very professional and they came when they said they were. Everybody was great and it was a very positive experience.

I purchased some windows from FAS Exteriors and had it installed. The installation team were on top of it and they worked efficiently and got the job done. And the sales team, they were great. Everything worked out fine. They were on-task, on-top, informational. It worked out great. I hadn't had any problems with them; they are good. I would recommend them to a friend.

I purchased eleven replacement windows and one door from FAS Exteriors. I needed a smaller door with a window, and they were able to accommodate that. All the windows were made to fit my house. Dave from the sales team was excellent. He went through the demonstration and included me and my wife who is usually not interested by such things but she was very interested in the demonstration and the conversation with Dave. He did an excellent job. The installers were great. They did all 11 windows and one door in one day. It was a crew of three people.

FAS Exteriors has a lot of local advertising but I do know the owner of the company just through town. I purchased windows from them and got exactly what we wanted. I am very happy with them. We did the installation in two stages. We had half of the windows a year this month and the appearance was great. Scott was the sales team member and he did an outstanding job. He came to the house, outlined the product, had samples. Everything was clearly explained upfront and executed according to the plan. The installation team also did a good job. They came out early, did the measurements beforehand, and there were no issues with the installation. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves and left the house in good order. I’d recommend them. One reason I delayed in getting the new window is I had no idea it would be as seamless and as clean an installation without disturbing any of the interior window framing, walls, that kind of thing. So it was really a great experience.

Great service and windows installation.

I heard about FAS Exteriors at a home and garden show I went to. I liked that they had the three-lock system on the doors and I purchased the French doors. I got the mini-blinds in between the glass panes and had the doors and the color of the blinds customized. I'm very happy with the experience.

I went to five different people that do windows and doors and found FAS to be the highest quality out of everybody. The guy that helped us, Frank, was great because we went to the showroom and he explained each thing about every piece that they had. We just felt that they were the most professional and they had the best product. The price was not cheaper than the others, but was certainly worth it. We had all of our windows and all of our sliders replaced - 3 sliding doors and 9 windows. Everything in our house was done with the full hurricane windows and customized. We think it's excellent. We have absolutely no problem with it. Frank understood we have a 30-year-old house, two-stories, the type of windows that were in there and what they would have to do to put in this double pane, double hung windows. He explained what problems may come up and what would have to be done. The crew that came out was great. They said it would take 3 days and it took them just under 3 days to do it. Everything was totally clean even though they took out all of our windows and sliders. They did a great job and made sure everything worked right and was perfect. We're very impressed with them.

I learned about FAS Exteriors from Google. We called two other companies; one showed up, the other one never showed up, and I don’t like the way the guy talked in the other one. We picked FAS, they gave a price and I have no complaints. We got windows and doors, and the double-insulated windows. The only thing was that the office lost the paper we have for the credit and rebates, and that took a little bit longer. We had to call a couple of times, but they apologized. But so far I’m very happy with the work on the windows and everything. I’m saving money on electric bill. The salesman was pretty good and the installers were super nice people. We have a couple other properties; if I replace the windows, I will use them again.

I heard about FAS Exteriors through Channel 9. They were advertising a lot and so we decided to make a couple of purchases from them. First time we bought windows and the second time we bought a front door. I was able to customize my order. With the front door we bought I could pick out the color I wanted, the type of hardware I wanted, and the finish that I wanted... fluid versus textured.

I learned about FAS Exteriors through word of mouth from a neighbor. We got the Simonton windows. I was able to customize my order. They took out the existing windows and put in a different type. The sales representative was very good. My experience with the delivery team and the quality of the items I purchased were excellent.

I chose FAS Exteriors over other different windows and doors retailer for their pricing and quality of material. They're just really the company to deal with. They do what they say they're gonna do and when they say they're going to do it. I purchased the Simonton laminated windows and was able to customize my order. I have some half-circle windows in my bathroom and interior. Their sales team was phenomenal and really helpful.

Since posting the initial review, the owner of the company contacted me and apologized for the situation. He took direct involvement in getting resolution expedited and sent a token gift as recognition that they wanted to work in good faith. I've therefore upgraded my rating to "Satisfied".

It started out as a good experience. The "sales" guy was quick to show up when he was going to get business. The moment we gave him the check not one word was communicated by anyone at FAS. We have called numerous times as the job is still not complete and it's been 3 months and they originally said 6 weeks from start to finish. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Poor communication, poor customer service from everyone at FAS. I've expressed my concerns to them as well and not one person at FAS seems to care.... I wish I had a better review but don't waste the time or money with this company.... Complete let down, so disappointed. Buyer beware!!!

The company owner/CEO reached out to me several times to correct the issue and put me in touch with their new sales manager. I am still in the process of getting a quote but as to my former review, it has been resolved to my satisfaction.

I love my new door from FAS! I recently had my front entry door replaced by FAS Windows and Doors. They were amazing! They really went the extra mile to make sure I got what I wanted. From the first visit by their salesman Scott, to the installation by Mick, I never had to worry about anything. They came out, they measured, they got the permit, they installed my beautiful new door, and they arranged the inspection for me. They even made sure to clean up after themselves! There was no messy construction debris left after they were gone, and every time I pull up to my house, I think of them and the great job they did! Thanks, FAS. You were the most professional company I have ever dealt with!

My home was built in 2000 by a large national builder who used the lowest cost windows and sliding doors they could find for the home. With energy costs rising, we decided we wanted more substantial energy saving windows and doors. We contacted FAS because we had heard of their good reputation. They did a great job of helping us select the best windows for the application. They even had to have a special large window designed to fit one opening. The installation crew was terrific and very accommodating to our wishes. I would definitely recommend FAS!

Originally I had a problem with FAS Windows and Doors. I was very upset and wrote a negative response. However, the problem was finally fixed and FAS went above and beyond to take care of the problem including having the president, John Wilding, come to my house twice to see that it was fixed and that I was happy. I recommend FAS and give FAS Windows and Doors a 4 star rating

Before I provide my rebuttal to this customer's review of FAS Windows & Doors, I wanted to make the readers aware that this customer is simply trying to slander, and ruin our organization. The other reviews he has posted on the internet, are all under different user names, therefore making it look like our business has multiple complaints, which it does not. FAS Windows & Doors' name has become synonymous with providing, consistent, quality work, and it is disappointing that this consumer wants to ruin the reputation, that has taken us years to earn.

FAS Windows and Doors are not the way to go to replace windows if you want your order to be right the first time with good installation. I ordered 4 Wincore tempered low E glass windows from FAS. They did not deliver what I ordered. They installed the wrong windows then refused to fix the problem and wanted full payment for the botched job. After much agonizing negotiations, they finally said to keep the windows without paying or warranty because the windows had failed city inspection. However, they then reneged on that deal and filed a construction lien! Whatever you do, do not use this company, they are not honest nor competent.
