We were tired of the non-stick surface coming off of our pots, so we purchased Circulon instead. Reviews I read elsewhere totally recommended this brand. They have been fantastic so far. We have been using them for approximately four months. They are easy to clean, and we have not had a mess that would not come out yet. Non-stick surface does not to have been bothered. They can go in the dishwasher which is a major plus.

Love it: exceptionally good quality; looks like it will last forever. I especially love its weight - I can really get it sizzling hot for steak etc. However, one important word of caution: It is oven proof and I have made tarte tatin in both large and small frying pans, but I burnt my hand badly once - a few moments after getting it out I forgot that the metal end of the handle was still sizzling hot. Ouch. Just be aware of that!

I have had quite a few different brands of cookware but I am enjoying my latest purchase of Circulon cookware the most. It was bought at Costco when it was on sale. The set has many good size pots and pans for me and the cleanup is really good and easy. I have an issue with discs in my neck and I can’t use heavy cookware. This cookware is perfect for me. I also insist that the pots and pans have padded handles so they don’t get hot and I don’t need to use a pot holder. I usually hand wash my pots and pans so they have a longer life but I think that you can put them in the dishwasher if you tend to do that.

I have used Circulon pans for years. Girlfriend loved my old pan so much I gave it to her and bought a new one 12" with glass cover. Pan had defect and Circulon promptly honored their lifetime warranty and sent me a new one. Non stick and they mean it. Indestructible. Best pan I have ever used and I have tried most other brands.

Product heats well, it gets too hot, outside of product scratches. I had had my products for two years. They do cook fast which is great. But now they look crappy. I'm not sure if I would recommend them. The only thing I do love about them is that food cooks fast.

I wanted a wok, and the lady in the kitchen shop sold me a Circulon frypan/wok pan. It is fantastic - you do have to remember when taking it out of the oven that the handle gets hot, as it is metal. I am about to buy a 7pc set, and this was my first choice NZ$1000. I stumbled on these reviews, and are a bit confused. They must make different ranges, some cheap and some top quality. If someone knows, please share. Mike, New Zealand.

Buy a nice finished pan Revere Ware and don't buy Circulon. The product finish chips in spite of stellar care. Shame. They look lovely and cook well initially. But you don't want black chips in your meal.

I am very satisfied with this product especially when am cooking healthy food for my family. One of the reasons I really liked this product is because it cooks without oil. I picked up this product at my local Costco this year and the value of this product was worth it. I just wish that they would add the Circulon Elementum Hard-Anodized Nonstick Square Griddle, 11-Inch, Oyster Gray to the set. Overall a very productive and great choice of cooking ware.

Purchased a new pot with strainer lid at Kohl's. After unpacking noticed the entire surface was scratched and one area was completely ruined. Sent pictures and claim was verified. Claim was approved on November 19th and I was told pan would arrive in 2 weeks. Called beginning of December, since pan had not yet arrived and was told that all warranty shipments were taking a back seat to new orders for Christmas. Unbelievable - but I was reassured replacement pan would be sent on December 15th. When I did not receive pan by December 20th I called again. Was told pan still was not shipped and it was never stated to be shipped on December 15th. Asked when I could expect pan and was told she didn't know. So much for taking care of their customers and honoring warranties. Needed pan for Christmas dinner. Will never purchase another of their products. This truly shows a lack of respect and caring of their customers.

I have a 5 year old Costco Circulon pan that over the past few years starting sticking bad. I probably overheated the pan during my weekly hash brown cookings. Regardless, I sent the required pictures to warranty claim department not really expecting much, as many claims appeared to have been denied. I got an instant canned email back stating that my claim would be processed in 2 to 4 weeks and I would be contacted if further info was needed. Imagine my surprise when 7 days later two new pans were at my front door the original 10" size and a 12" one! A bit different style than my original, but good enough. Very pleased with their service.

Spent over $30 at Target for a single "promising" 2-quart "non-stick" pot, but in half a year later of basic cooking and hand-washing and without any metal cooking utensils, the dangerous cheap "non-stick" cancer-causing Teflon plastic coating on the bottom of the Circulon pot began to peel off, and soon later en masse. I wish I had read these insightful reviews before buying the Circulon pot. I would have wisely steered clear of Circulon and have chosen a safer brand. Like the vast majority of other disappointed and frustrated former Circulon purchasers have written, the deceptive Circulon scammers will NOT honor their falsely-advertised lifetime warranty on any of their expensive but-cheaply-made products. And instead, Circulon wants us innocent victims to pay them more of our hard-earned money just to replace their bad dangerous defective short-lived garbage products.
Teflon, non-stick coatings and plastics are known to pose dangerous health risks and cause cancer when flaked-off pieces get ingested and lodged inside the human body. Heat-resistant Teflon, non-stick coatings and tough plastics don't break down easily, and the released toxic chemicals will spread and kill many organ cells and cause cancer, and may eventually kill us. I would also like to know of any pending class action lawsuit against Circulon before I die of toxic poisoning and/or cancer. This dangerous health-risk Circulon trash pot is going out with the rest of the garbage! And I will Never buy any falsely-advertised, cheaply-made, deceptive NO-warranty-backed Circulon products ever, and will tell everyone I know to Boycott Every Circulon BAD products. This is also a Warning to you, Target, for complicity selling us such bad cancer-causing life-threatening Circulon products!

I have used the Circulon cookware for about 3 years now and can say I’m happy with it. I hand wash them and don’t put them in the dishwashers. After I dry them I spray them down with Pam and wipe them out with a paper towel. They haven’t peeled or anything. It’s just a matter of taking really good care of them.

We bought Circulon's Deep Skillet SKU: 82687 because it's deep, and great for keeping foods off your cooktop. But, after using a while we noticed that when pouring olive oil or place a slice of butter in the "center" of the skillet (for certain foods) that it would immediately flow to the outer edges of the skillet inner surface. So, I took a metal flat edge ruler and placed on the bottom edges of the skillet, and, just as I thought the bottom center of the skillet was "concave" warped inward, not great for cooking. After some use, we noticed that food would stick to the inside black anodized cooking supposedly "non-stick surface". At first we thought it was a bad skillet, called Circulon Customer Service, and didn't get much help, but, we really like the deep skillet, so what the heck, we popped another $60 and gave it a second try, overall results were the same. Lesson here is, first impressions are the most lasting!

Many are sadly unaware that the use of non-stick and especially Teflon-based products produce fumes at normal cooking temperatures that will kill any bird within minutes. There are thousands of horror stories to evidence how dangerous some nonstick pans are, and especially if used in a broiler. Yesterday, I bought a two piece cookie sheet set. The wrapping says "PTOF free, no lead, no cadmium," but nothing about it also being PTFE free. Either of these chemical fumes WILL KILL YOUR PARROT, no matter size and as popular as pet parrots ate, there should be clear warnings worldwide. Birds have air sacs to breathe when in flight, and are nothing anatomically related to human Lung function. No parrot owner wants their bird to die over something as innocuous as making a meal.
I can get no information at all on their non- stick pans not containing these dangerous chemical cooking fumes from the website and, customer service seems ignorant to the extreme danger, even if your bird(s) are in another room from the kitchen. This MUST be rectified asap. Kohl's said they'd fully refund my purchase should they pose any risk to my 17 year old, teenage African Grey. Am most concerned and is a grave oversight that could lead to not only the horrible grief, suffering of a bird or, expense of the ensuing civil suits sure to come if these chemical risks are not FULLY DISCLOSED. If can get no real, fact-based answers of safety, they will be taken back for a full refund - not good marketing or public relations, Circulon!

I contacted Circulon with my claim on The 5.5 Qt strainer Casserole. Here is a copy of my claim and their response. My Claim: This strainer pot was purchased about 3 1/2 years ago, it has never been placed in the oven, had extreme heat applied to it (only enough to boil and brown) or placed in a dishwasher. I have never used metal utensils in it, only heat proof plastic and wood. The coating inside of the grooves is wearing off, not the raised ridges and also around the sides on the inside. The clear coating on the outside is also starting to peel off.
Their answer: "We have very carefully inspected the product photos you provided. The Circulon® Hassle Free guarantee warranties our product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use for the lifetime of the cookware. We regret we will be unable to fulfill one or more of your warranty replacement requests because the damage or deterioration that we observed does not meet the guidelines of what is covered under the Circulon® Hassle Free Guarantee. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, commercial use or damage from overheating. Incidental or consequential damages are not covered by this guarantee. We understand that you may still need replacement product. Our consumers are very valuable to us and we would like to extend to you a 25% discount on the purchase of new kitchen product from our online store, www.circulon.com."
The response from Circulon is the same exact response that they have given everyone else. I think they are told that no matter what the claim is, this is the general response to give to anyone and everyone. Needless to say, I will not purchase any more of their products ever again.

Wok-Frying pan - Started flaking off the bottom of the pan within 4 months. Haven't used metal for cooking and only use non-scratch sponges. Sent in photos and was responded back within a few days saying that it would not be covered due to high heat? Not sure what they mean by high heat because I only use it on my glass stove top and shouldn't a Wok be able to handle heat? DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS, you'll probably get cancer if ingesting some of the metal that starts to peel off.

I purchased a red enamel steamer pot from our Target store about 6 weeks ago. I chose it because it was wide (10 1/2" diameter) and squat (7" high steamer and pot). Then I read the reviews and my heart sank. I thought I had bought a lemon. I have used my steamer almost every day, and it is perfect for what I wanted. It is the correct shape for a steamer. The red enamel shows no signs of wear, it washes beautifully, and hasn't stained. I couldn't be happier. I have no idea how the reviewers used their Circulon cookware, but I look forward to using mine for many years.

Circulon cookware is a total scam. The non-stick coating will fail after 4 months. Not to worry, you think, they have a "lifetime no hassle warranty". What a joke! Submitting a warranty claim is an exercise in frustration. Their website is bug ridden and they have you submit pictures in order to complete you claim. No problem, you think, it's annoying but you want me to jump through hoops... here you go.
And then you get this response in your email inbox the next day... "We have very carefully inspected the product photos you provided. We regret we will be unable to fulfill one or more of your warranty replacement(s) due to your item(s) shows no signs of any visual defects." And then they offer you a 25% off coupon code. Are you kidding me? I told you that the non-stick coating doesn't work anymore. The pans were well cared for, of course they look good! The bottom line is that Circulon is calculated fraud. If any lawyers out there wish to make a buck by filing a class action suit I am willing to be a principal in the litigation. I am credible, respectable and pissed.

Reason for my review is not due to a negative experience with Circulon, but because I noticed something in the reviews I read, and wanted to mention something. I bought my Circulon pieces in 1985 from I believe The Broadway, and I still use them. I have the large 2 burner griddle, the wok, and a med sauce pan. 31 years later I am still using my Circulon pieces and I have used them at a high heat many times on gas heat as well as electric, yet they have never warped not a single bit. They also have not peeled much if any. Hard to tell the peeling part because of the texture.
After a while food did start sticking a bit. I think something must have changed in the way they make them, since others have had very different experiences. I can't say I would buy them again, as I am getting away from non-stick surfaces and have long since bought all good stainless steel cookware, and some cast iron, and love the way they cook and clean up. Just yesterday I bought a stainless steel griddle to finally replace my old Circulon griddle, and I am in the process of searching for a good authentic wok to replace my old Circulon wok also. Anyhow, wanted to share this.

It's a hard anodized pot, not sure which model line. All I know is it's Circulon my mom gave me a few years ago. It's the best pot I've ever owned and is still going strong years after she gave it to me. I don't think the circular grooves make the non-stick any better or worse than other brands, but the grooves/ridges seem to heat the liquid in the pot faster. It's the fastest-to-boil pot I've ever owned. I've overheated it (a little bit) every time I used it because I heat it on a glass-top stove one notch below Hi. It heats up really fast and boils fast and then I turn it down to medium. I try not to use metal utensils in it, but my caregivers have sometimes used metal spoons in it and it still works good. Even though I've had the heat turned up higher than I should, the non-stick surface has tolerated it and the pot never warped from it.
The non-stick grooves are a bit discolored whitish, but I assume that's from my hard water that discolors everything I own with a whitish stain. No matter, it still works good. I've been told that a mild solution of lemon juice and water (or vinegar and water) will remove the white stains, but I honestly don't care about the stains since the pot still works great. Perhaps one reason my pot has held up so well is that I do season my pot with cooking oil about every 10 washings or so.
Recently one of my caregivers was a knucklehead and took the pot hot from the burner and washed it with cold water. NEVER wash a hot pot. Wait for the pot to cool before rinsing or washing it. My caregiver rinsing the hot pot in cold water warped sides of the pot badly so the Circulon lid no longer fits the pot, but my Revere Ware lid fits. So I still use the Circulon pot with the Revere Ware lid, and that combination works well. Even though the sides of the pot warped from abuse (rinsing hot pot in cold water) the bottom of the pot is still perfectly flat. So it still works great when used with Revere Ware lid. I still love this pot.
I bought a replacement pot of Red Copper brand and it warped the first time I used it (because my glass top stove gets HOT fast). So I'm back to using my old Circulon pot and still loving Circulon. I noticed that some people are reporting problems with Circulon frying pans. I can't comment on those because I've never owned a Circulon frying pan. I can only know that my Circulon pot is great. I'd like to try a Circulon frying pan. I would keep it seasoned and re-seasoned with cooking oil after every 8 to 10 washings.

Relying on Costco's advertising of high quality items; my husband purchased a set of Circulon Cookware from Costco for me. At first the frying pans cooked fine and nothing stuck. Within a few months frying eggs, bacon, breaded meat stuck to the pans. Besides the sticking issues the pan were impossible to clean. You cannot get the food out of the circles. I have tried soaking, cleaning gently with a soft brush, vinegar and water heating, as Circulon's Website recommends. Nothing will removed the old particles from the grooves! I have been careful to put cloth in between each one when I store them. I did NOT use any metal utensils while using them. Never put them in the oven or used excessive heat. After all, you do need to use HEAT when cooking.
These pans look terrible!! I no longer can use the fry pans as everything sticks to them. I will never recommend this company to anyone and obviously will NEVER purchase any of their products again. I will contact Costco and make them aware of this bad product and my unhappiness with purchasing a very expensive set of pans that are totally useless! I am a senior citizen and cannot afford to buy a new set of pans. I had Revere Ware with the copper bottoms that I received as a wedding present. They lasted over 40 years... I should have bought from them again instead of this JUNK!!

Our Circulon is about 4 years old. It's handwashed and never has been through the dishwasher, and we don't use products or utensils that will hurt the pans. Yet once pans dry after being washed they looks like they are rusting inside. Has anyone else had this problem? I don't think they are safe to use anymore. Additionally, since they were new, everything sticks to the pans - eggs, bacon, hamburgers, etc. - and it's very difficult to get the food out of the grooves of the pan. The exterior of the pans did not hold up well either. They look old and dirty even after washing. Has Circulon stood by their product for anyone? I've read a lot of complaints and not one was settled to the satisfaction of the customer. Any advice would be helpful. We need to replace all our Circulon skillets now since they did not hold up.
