The lip of a new 6.5 qt stockpot pot cracked after its third use, leaving a 1+" split from the top rim downward. It only had been used to heat a stock at medium heat (induction stove; setting=4) for about ten minutes, and then was removed from the stove and placed on a wire rack to cool. The pot is new. It has never been dropped or abused in any way. When I tried repeatedly to file a warranty claim (using different browsers), their website kept returning "verification expired" notices and never went through. I have gigabit internet, so that's not an issue on my end. I have never seen this happen before in ANY type of cookware.

Circulon advertises non stick pans so we purchased the 12.5 inch fry pan. It is the worst pan I have ever used. Everything stuck to it!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$. I contacted customer service and they refused refund.

Updated on 08/13/2024: We purchased a Samsung Induction range and convection oven. We were promised Circulon Induction Cookware. We called and had Lowe's check and approve us again. We have posted a complaint on the BBB website.

Please do yourself a favor and Do Not Buy Circulon cookware. They boost their great warranty however you will never get it. They will always come up with a reason to not warranty their products as it will always be deemed your fault. That is of course if you can even get a response out of them when you submit a ticket. We have had 2 items one stock pot and one pan where the coating flakes off and they say it is our fault. We did not use harsh cleaner or scrub pad to clean and did not use excess heat. Second pan no response on ticket after one month and first pan a year ago they said it was overheated.

Purchased the 6-pan set a week ago, nothing has been shipped yet. Worst yet, it seems like they don't have a customer service team; emailing and phone messages go nowhere. Honestly, not sure what to do now.

Very disappointed with Circulon product and service. Under warranty and scratching badly. Contacted circulon on 3/12 and received an immediate response/request for more information and advised once received I would hear a response in 2-3 business days. After several attempts via email and phone to contact about my inquiry, I have heard nothing. The phone number directs to the email address that no one is monitoring or responding. I would not recommend this product.

I had a 10" coming, UPS dropped the ball and sent it back. I tried all avenue's available to reach Circulon, but there seems to be no customer service what do ever. I got my money back through the credit card company. Yesterday I ordered the same pan on Wayfair, $3 less and 27 cents shipping, seriously. Thank you Wayfair.

First, I want to express that I have purchased and loved Circulon cookware for 25 years or more. I love the quality, and if used correctly, they last forever. I recently purchased a saucepan to add to my set, directly from Circulon.com. It arrived with a large scrape on the exterior of the saucepan, plus a scrape/scratch all along the top interior of the saucepan. I tried to call several times for a return and no one ever answered. I tried email but it appears they also do not accept email. I got on their website and was prompted to get a "ticket" and would be contacted in 2 to 3 days. Never happened. There was a half readable shipping slip on the box, and I decided to return the pan, but I had to pay $25 postage. Again no response. I sent a letter with all corresponding documents asking for a refund for the saucepan and postage.

After repeatedly dealing with cheap non-stick cookware that failed, we paid a premium for these cookware products because of the lifetime warranty. They've proven to be great products to cook with. Recently one of the saucepans began showing deterioration of the non-stick surface. After researching the warranty, I submitted a claim. The automated response indicated I'd receive a reply in 3-5 business days - and to be sure to check my spam folder. A week after submission, after checking my spam folder, I submitted a follow-up e-mail. Multiple weeks later, still no reply to the original claim or my follow-up. Another follow-up attempt. No reply. Phone calls go to an automated attendant. The sole choices are to submit a claim on the website. No phone support options to initiate a follow-up conversation. Unacceptable for a premium consumer product brand. Save your money, go elsewhere. Steer clear.

Not sure how to delete this post but the company apologized and sent a replacement order.

Down below is an extract of my original Circulon review when I was very disappointed and frustrated; however, I take it back, since Circulon has fulfilled my request and satisfied my expectations as a customer. Today we have received the 2 8" inch skillets replacement. My wife and I know they will last for at least 20 plus years. Thank you Circulon for taking good care of us. Your product is very well made with the highest quality standards. We will definitely tell our family members and friends how satisfied we are with your company.

Be very careful buying from this company! I just don’t know how to reach anyone from customer support anymore, was sending emails, submitted tickets. No answer. More than month ago did a return which company said will accept (I did reach them once submitting a review, they responded. Promised accept my return. Send me a Return label by email.) I have a proof with post office it’s was delivered, but never got a refund on my credit card. Can somebody help me with this issue please?

I recently purchased 2 qt pot from Circulon website. I immediately tried to cancel the order; however, there is no option on website to cancel an order. Their website gives a phone number and states that Customer Service is open from 7-4 PST, when you call this number you get a recording saying “No one is available to take your call. Please leave a message”. No one calls you back. The website also has an option to submit a ticket to which they will respond within 2 business days. We did this and again no response. Just know if you purchase from Circulon and you have an issue you are stuck with it. My advice is if you want their product purchase it through a third party e.g. Amazon. You will probably get a better price and if disappointed you can return with no issues.

I ordered a stockpot on 1/7 - I never received it, and they charged me on the same day. I have tried calling Circulon and you cannot speak with a person. I have sent 4 emails and put in a “ticket” - 6 days later and still no response from them. Feeling like I got scammed. Do not order directly from them!!

Company responded after approximately three weeks.

I ordered a new set of pots and pans on 11/22/23 with a delivery date of 12/1/23. I was charged for my order. I received an email that I would receive another email confirming the shipment information. I never received that email so I attempted to contact them by creating a ticket as indicated on the website on 12/1. The ticket process states a response in one or two days. I have received no response. I submitted another ticket on 12/5, again no response. When I call their 1-800 number there is no option to speak to a representative. All recordings direct you to their website. I don't know where to go from here.

When Circulon Cookware came out, I was looking for a new set to help me be a better cook. I wanted top-of-the-line pans that were non-stick and spread heat evenly. I was tired of my family labeling me a “bad cook” and teasing me about burned meals. I had always used Revere-ware and I hated it. I noticed an immediate boost in my confidence and I rarely burned anything after purchasing these pans. So now it’s 2023, I have 20-25 pieces of Circulon and I can honestly claim that I’ve only had to discard and replace 5 or 6 pans in all that time and those were the soldiers that I use all the time, 1 large and 2 small fry pans and 1 large grill pan. So I have no idea why anyone would leave a one star review for these excellent pans. They are amazing to cook with and easy to hand wash. I always follow manufacturer recommendations to HAND WASH. Easy-peasy and your investment cookware will last a very long time.

Works at first. Nice non stick griddle for bacon and eggs. Like anything it wears out and bacon sticks to the griddle. Circulon circumvents the lifetime warranty and won't replace. Never buy Circulon.

I ordered from Circulon on 10/13/2023. I forgot to update my address in Apple Pay so now the order is going to an address in which I don't live. I immediately sent a email asking for the order to be shipped to my billing address and I was told on the Monday that the order was in the shipment phase and could not be changed. Advertised on their site is 2 day shipment. It is now Friday I have no cookware or email confirmation of shipping. The phone system is set up to get information,. I have tried there is no human support available, everything is done through emails which take 3 to 5 business days for a response. No worries when I log into my account. I can see that the order is still unfulfilled. BUYER BEWARE.

I wrote to company and even with me washing by hand they said it was my fault it was sticking and the more I use the worse it gets. I have now thrown them away. They are not advertising it right at all and do stand by their products.

Want to make a purchase with discount code they gave me due to rejecting my warrant claim. Code doesn’t work at the site they suggest to use for purchase. Contacting by phone is impossible. Phone system codes don’t work. No way to chat or email. Horrible customer support. Btw I think warranty is bogus also. I had my pot for a long time. Of course it’s going to look used but the interior finish shouldn’t be coming off.

If you want a tea kettle that whistles don’t buy this one! It cannot be heard from more than 6 feet away. I am a busy person who can’t sit by the kettle waiting for it to boil so I find it dangerous that I cannot hear it in the next room. I have tried to contact Circulon but the only way is by phone which they don’t answer and by email but they don’t respond to my messages either way. The only reason I gave this kettle 2 stars is because the red one I purchased is pretty. (Purchased online.)

Bought 4qt stock pot. What was they sent was a 3qt saucepan in a different color. When I called for 2wks the warranty dept, a recording states no one available then hangs up. Just lost a long time customer of 3 decades. Horrible service!

I ordered a set of pans directly from Circulon, thinking I would have better service than from a retailer. Not so. I received 2 tracking numbers within 2 days of ordering, one for the pans and one for utensils (so far so good) I received the utensils 3 days later (no complaint there) It's now been two more weeks with no pans. UPS said they never received the product. I've left voice messages with Circulon (because they have no one to answer calls) and opened a service ticket 6 days ago. I have heard nothing from them yet.

Well ... Nine (9) Emails, Seven (7) Phone Calls, Pictures Provided. It has been 2.5 months and I have yet to hear back from Circulon concerning my claims. The non-stick finish is coming off my cookware and exposing RUST. I have always followed Circulon’s guidelines for use of utensils. I guess Circulon is not only NOT concerned but have advertised a “non hassle” (their words) which is totally dishonest and misleading.

Nice cookware, but I believe their "lifetime warranty" is bogus. I submitted claims for two items and both were denied. The sauce pan the handle fell right off the lid and they would not even replace that! In addition it was warped and the coating gone on the bottom with aluminum exposed. They claim "overheating" or other excuses. The fry pan coating is no longer very non-stick. Never buying Circulon again!

These very expensive pans come with a "Hassle-Free Lifetime Warranty", but it is completely useless. Even though we use plastic and wood utensils, the coating started flaking off after a few years. I filed what was a very difficult process to claim with Circulon, which was rejected without reason. Pathetic - I wish I had never trusted this company!

I purchased a set of Circulon Cookware about 1 year ago. I use the 10" pan the most. I cannot get them clean. I called Circulon. I was told that I cannot use Cooking Spray! It will ruin the Cookware. It did. Using Cooking Spray voids the warranty. It did! Do not buy!

I purchased a full set of Circulon Symmetry non-stick cookware about 6 years ago. The non-stick feature no longer works on two of the pans. I called to open a warranty claim in early April, and was told to first try using a 50/50 vinegar/water solution on the pans. That didn't work. So I opened an online warranty claim on 4/20/2020. I received an automated response "Please allow 2 - 4 weeks for your warranty claim to be processed."

This pan is truly non stick, the food just glides out if it. Have had other so called non stick pans but they weren’t really. Easy to clean. Amazing wok. Have ordered a frying pan also now. I’m very happy with this wok, amazing
