Technician was knowledgeable and pleasant. Took the time to explain what the problem was and given a choice of having item repaired or getting a new one. Took the latter, since machine was old and ready for a new one.

We had out of town visitors arriving and, of course the TV and the A/C stopped working. Fortunately the A/C was covered by Home Warranty. Phone call to working unit in 6 hours!! Service call was $45 on our plan and that's what we paid. We asked for a different HVAC contractor than the last one that came from CHW and the phone operator got us a new good one. Couldn't be more happy with the product.

I submitted a repair request Mar 30. The ff day, I got the order # and assigned co. They came that day and fixed the defective capacitor & low Freon. By early afternoon, work was completely done. Excellent job... Very prompt attention. CHW is recommendable.

I was not present but the problem was resolved.

I was pleased with the quick response of the repair service as well as their quick diagnostic ability and completion of the job.

The price is very good. The service for our first claim was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend Choice Home Warranty.

The customer service reps are very polite and courteous. They have been quick to assign a technician for my issues. The technician assigned did not respond when appointment was made. The customer service reps were quick to cancel and reassign another company.

We discovered our AC was not working. I made a claim online late one night and had a company assigned the next morning. The tech came out on our schedule and got us up and running again with just our service fee!

My Kenmore refrigerator was not working, I called Choice Home, they gave me a claim number ( ** ) and the name of a technician. The technician came over, told me what the problem was and then told me that Choice home Warranty. In a little while I got a call from Choice where they told me that the problem my refrigerator had was not covered. I have no refrigerator, I'm out of $45.00 and I'm never work with this company again. I hope you guys go out of business, you claim to protect, when it comes to act on your promise you pull one on your customers. What comes around goes around sooner than later.

My refrigerator wasn't cooling. The contractor not only diagnosed and fixed the problem but he took time to explain everything and even gave me tips on future care and maintenance.

Choice is great. I have several claims and all have been great. Until right now, the people you sent to me are keeping me waiting, until at least the 9th of April, then they still don't know if the part will be there. This is why not at 5th star.

Dryer was making a noise.Technician called, wanted to know the prob and asked the age of the machine. He came out, ordered a part, and said he would come back with the part. He told us we could continue to run the machine.

My toilets and shower/bath tub backed up 3/3 and Choice send ALL 1 Plumbing to fix this. The sewer line was cleared (as I was told). On 3/27 sewer line clogged -- toilets backing up. Sent ALL 1 Plumbing (** -- MASTER PLUMBER) 843-908-4807. He angrily came and was here 2 hours -- snaked the sewer line, use auger inside toilet, removed toilet, used additional machine outside which he claimed he broke, reset the toilet. Never caulked the bottom of toilet, never put water in tank. Left the house full of leaves, dirt, and no facilities. He told me they were not paying him enough. Couldn't fix my toilets, left me without facilities at 6:30 PM FRIDAY night.

They found the best Heat/AC repair man in my area bar none. I would highly recommend this company to all my friends and family. He was very professional and very prompt. Within a few days it was up and running like normal. I have no complaints so far with Choice Home Warranty!!!

Besides our primary home, my wife and I owned several rental properties. We use Choice Home Warranty at all our houses and we've been extremely happy with the service. We found Choice to be very responsive to our needs and more than fair with our warranty claims. We've recommended Choice Home Warranty to our friends as well.

I recently moved all 3 of my properties to this home warranty company. My first request for service: My shower is not working. Response: The piping is outdoors and as a result we do not cover that. This company is a total fraud.

I had a problem with my condenser. Called CHW to file claim. First vendor wasn't knowledgeable. Lack customer service. CHW assigned another vendor. This vendor was professional and resolved the problem and made repair in one day. Excellent service.

My garage door opener stopped working. I recently purchased an agreement with Choice Warranty, so this was my first claim. When I called Choice Warranty, there was no wait time to speak to a representative. A technician was assigned and contacted me the same day. The technician diagnosed my problem and replaced the entire garage door opener for my co-pay. I was surprised that everything was brand new, they had what they needed on the truck, and a couple hours later, I had a brand new garage door opener.

I had an old issue from January that had not been resolved. The rep from Choice Home Warranty made sure that it was resolved that day or no later than 24 hrs along with waiving my deductible for the service because the technician wasn't professional along with not being truthful to me and never returning to repair my problem but thanks to choice my issue was resolved and I am now and once again a satisfied and happy customer.

I have had Choice for almost 2 years. I have made two service claims of which one repair was cover but would not fix the entire problem so I opted to replace the appliance on my own. By recently I filled a service claim and I must say I was extremely impressed with the professionalism, timeliness, and efficiency. I filled the claim and with in minutes I received an email with assigned service company. Within the hour the company contacted me. Within 4 hours they were at my house. In less than 24 hours my a/c was fixed. All for $45 and I didn't have to take any time off from work to meet the technician. The technician worked within my schedule. I am elated!!!

Repair company was at my home within 24 hrs. Replaced the motor and fixed the cables & bearings. The repairman was great, honest and worked efficiently. Thank you.

When I was I was first shopping for home warranties I was very skeptical and expected to have a hassle with making a claim regardless of who I chose. My experience with Choice Home Warranty has so far been a very pleasant one. They were the most cost effective of all the ones I looked at and while they do have some bad reviews here and there, it appeared to mainly do with isolated cases and bad contractors. With such a big company you are bound to get some bad eggs.

Subject claim/order was taken care of expeditiously. Problem was previous work performed for heater not working was not completed correctly.

Repair plumbing problem - Great customer service.

The plumber dispatched to service my claim was extremely unorganized and provided horrible customer service. Choice service members diligently listened to my complaints and went above and beyond to have my issues resolved. Sadly they had to assign a new plumber, but happily they were awesome and we have hot water again.

I am so proud of the repair service, He was very knowledgeable about the appliance. He explained what he observed was wrong with the appliance. Very polite honest and respected my feelings about my appliance. Great job CHW.

The ice maker on our beautiful built in refrigerator stopped working. We had no idea why. It actually slowed down and we called you... It did make me worry as I had called in the evening and I didn't get anyone to answer but I called again in the am and the agent took care of me.. The company you sent was very professional and did find the problem. It had to be replaced and once again you did a great job of letting us know it would be taken care of... It was finally installed yesterday. It took about one week in total to fix the issue. I feel very satisfied with the service. Thank you and we will continue to recommend the company.

I had a sewer back up claim in my downstairs bathroom. I reported my claim and within 4 hours the service tech was at my door. They immediately assessed my damage, ** the process to me and contacted Choice. I received both a phone call and email confirmation of coverage. I did not expect such immediate response. The problem was corrected within the same day with a warranty! WOW.

I opened about 15 claims in last 2 years for my rental properties. Their technician will visit only to trap you. Tech will tell you this is not under coverage of CHW. If you can pay us that much money we will fix your problem. If you will refuse tech will report this issue is due to lack of maintenance so we CHW will not cover this. For one claim, he reported you not replaced AC filter on time so it's out of coverage. I will never go with CHW.

The garbage disposal was broken and the technician replaced for another new. The job was well done. I'm very satisfied.

CHW was contacted on 3/20/15 regarding a problem I was having (garage door stop working). Four Season Garage Door company was contacted. Service man came out fixed my garage door. He was courteous, efficient and very professional with my repair. I will be recommending this company and CHW to all my neighbors/friends.

The tech came out. Said it was a bad part. Washer began to work. Later when I got home from work to do a test load it wouldn't spin. I called him back to let him know. He said he would call Choice about the warranty and let me know. The transmission was bad. They're replacing it!!! Hope to have it back tomorrow.

Bottom was leaking and service vent door removed, replaced and had working in less than an hour. Great job and coverage provided for it. Thanks Choice Home Warranty.

** from JB services came to my house to fix my dishwasher. Very professional. Took the time to explain what was wrong with the dishwasher and proceeded to fix it. If I ever have any problems with my appliances I would like him to be the one that comes to fix them.

I've had numerous problems with the vendors in competency & just money hungry. They're not committed to customer service. I spoke with Choice Home Warranty about my issues, and they immediately rectified the problem. I was given the opportunity to hire someone of my own, & be reimbursed up to $150.00. I thought that was fair & great customer service.

I was pleased with the service once I called in the problem. The service provider contacted me promptly and set up a time to come and fix the problem. They were very professional. They fixed the problem and the service was great.

Choice Home Warranty Reps were very friendly and professional when reporting the claim. The technicians did not respond as fast as I would have liked because it was a refrigerator issue. It took several days to have someone come to my house. This was after contact 2 separate companies. The first company did not even return my call for 2 days.

Placing the service request could not have been easier. The technician promptly contacted me for an appointment. When he showed up, he was on time, polite and very professional. He had the part on his truck and my fridge fixed within an hour of arrival. Very satisfied.

Multiple claims denied - all high value- examples: ac, water heaters, breaker panels, etc. Breaker panels were denied due to the fault being age and corrosion. CHW stated that even though the breakers were 40 years old, they would be covered but "since corrosion is caused by moisture that should not have been present without a hole in the wall". I live in the Southeast, any idiot knows that it is a humid place, naturally, therefore we have moisture in the air that causes corrosion in panels. They said this is not possible that my tech was wrong. Upon calling back they said they are not techs, so they cannot review moisture issues so the claim would be denied. True con artists here! Circular arguments with no knowledge of issues. Want to get screwed? This is your company!

I have a Samsung refrigerator. It works well but all of a sudden there was a bad noise. I called Choice Home Warranty and they came to my rescue immediately. It was such a relief to have them. The repairman that was sent was fabulous. He was very concerned and very considerate. I recommended Choice to 5 people that live in my Association and they all signed up. Great service!!!

Sink Stoppage - The service was prompt and excellently accomplished! Terrific company!!

Choice reacted quickly to my claim and someone was out within the week to fix my fridge.

I called Choice on Sunday. Monday I heard from technician, and Tuesday he came out. It needed a part which was ordered, and when it arrived, he returned the next day. It can't be any better.

I had a very good 1st time experience. My washer didn't drain, and the service guy came to fix it within 24 hours.

Dishwasher stopped working and called in the claim. I had a call within the hour to schedule a visit from the tech. After the visit the tech filed the claim and within the next day we had the claim resolved. Choice home warranty is very quick to respond, thank you!!

I called on Sunday evening and by Monday afternoon the electrical company was out. They were friendly and professional. They completed the work within a few hours. Also, Choice Warranty contacted me to follow up on the status of my claim. This is the second time I have had to make a claim, and both times I am completely satisfied.

The technician who fixed my gas range was prompt, courteous, and professional, as well as very thorough. He took his time to ensure the problems were corrected before he left my home. Also, the personnel at CHW have always been helpful and kind.

Service for Dryer - I did receive the excellent service.

The service and repairs were prompt and efficient.

I called for service as I had a leak coming from under the kitchen sink. The representative was very efficient and got my claim submitted immediately. I then received and email about 15 minutes later with the name of the plumber who would do the repairs. The plumber was here within a few hours and had my problem fixed right away.

Service was good.

Had to come out and replace gcfi plug in garage, called one day, they came out very next day and took care of the problem. I have not had a problem with it since.

I am very impressed with Choice Home Warranty. I was only a few days in with them and I had an issue that needed repair with a water heater. Not only did they get someone out quickly but the plumber had to follow back up because the problem needed further repair. CHW authorized it quickly and in a professional manner. All with great communication! Well done and look forward to having them as my home warranty!

My microwave went out and they could no longer get the parts for it. It was 10 years old. By being covered they gave me 180.00 towards a new one. I was grateful to have that coverage. Also my electric panel went out in the kitchen - all outlets. Seems it had something to do with my breaker box in the garage. I did not use one of Choice Home Warranty repair people. I just called an electrician for getting how this works and they still paid a portion for my repair. Once again I appreciate having the coverage. Being a single Mother it gives me peace of mind that I have help at the time I need it. Thank you Home Warranty Team. You are a blessing to me.

I purchased a homeowners contract. The first repairman visit was supposed to be no copayment. The repairman said he needed his $40 deductible. My wife paid it. I called up Choice Home Warranty. They said they can't do anything about it. A few months later I called about a fan that does not work. They told me it wasn't covered. It clearly states in my contract that it was covered. These people are crooks. Stay away from them. I was a customer of American Home Shield. Another company who were excellent. I am going back to them.

My air went out in my home on Friday night at about 10 pm. I tried to contact them by e-mail but was unable so I called the toll free number. To my surprise a service agent answered and told me she would get someone dispensed to my home. It surprised me that she had someone because I live in a rural area. The tech came Monday and repaired my unit...Pleased with the service that I got....Thanks so much....

I was experiencing issues without heater during the coldest part of the winter and I call Choice Home Warranty and they got someone out right away. The technician that did the work was very professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself.

I have unfortunately had to use the service twice for relatively minor issues. The process was fast and CHW assigned a licensed professional immediately. They then followed up with me to ensure that the contractors had contacted me to make an appointment. The whole process was painless. I will be renewing when this contract expires.

Our air conditioner began to blow warm air. We called choice to send a repair man. The air conditioner repair man diagnosed the problem, but told us that choice warranty usually denied replacement or repairs. Sure enough, choice denied our repair due to some kind of "small print" in our agreement. My husband and I had talked with their representatives 3 times prior to signing up with them. No one told us that the air conditioner might not be covered for repair or replacement if there was a grounding problem associated with the compressor. After a long conversation with ** , who said he was a manager for choice, we were suppose to receive a form to fill out and receive a 200.00 refund and cancel our warranty. 10 days later and we have not received such a form or refund.

We had a 2nd floor bathroom plumbing stoppage. CHW worked quickly to assign a company to address the problem. Plumbing problem fixed.

I wished we would have stayed with our previous home warranty company. We are actually paying more money on the repairs.

I have submitted two claims with Choice Home Warranty (garage door and garbage disposal repair) so far, and both times they have sent over extremely professional technicians. The repair personnel knew exactly what the problem was, were prepared with all of their replacement parts and were quick, efficient, courteous and professional. I left another home warranty company for Choice, as I was tired of fighting with them for coverage purposes and even if I did not utilize them over the course of the year, my service fee quickly climbed to a really high amount. Home Warranties are less expensive than the cost of major repairs, but you still want to keep the costs down as much as possible, and I believe Choice to be a great fit for me as far as price, customer service and the technicians they send out for repairs.

My name is **, due to a leak in the coil system, the AC unit at ** was not producing cool air. Choice warranty initially assigned the work order to Bennett and Sons (407) 703-4488. This company did not service the area. The work order was reassigned to TLC Indoor Air Services LLC (904) 292-0636. ** of TLC diagnosed a leak in the coil system due to normal usage wear and tear. Choice Warranty is taking the stance that due to rust and corrosion from coil leak, the AC coil failed, when the opposite is true as stated by the service technician. Due to the leak from normal usage wear and tear the rust and corrosion is a by-product. I have been a customer with Choice for more than two years. I have been denied three claims ** and now the current one **.

I had my dishwasher stop working so I called Choice Home Warranty and they took my request promptly and assigned technician within hours. But since it was weekend, technician called me after 3 days and said will come on next day as he was busy. I told him to come on same day even if it is late hours. He said will try but didn't make it. I called Choice representative and they checked with him. Finally he came in evening next day around 8pm and said will have to replace few parts. Choice Home warranty called me next day and offer me buyout option since parts and labor were greater than repair. I had no choice other than to accept it. Was out with dishwasher for a week now... Would have liked to get it repaired...

Garage Door would run, but nothing was moving. Called Choice and they were very responsive on the phone, the tech contacted me the next morning. Choice even followed up with me to make sure the Service company had called me to set an appointment. Impressed with the overall way Choice handled my claim.

Beasley's Plumbing from Atlanta were here as promised, fixed it very well, very fast, and very professionally. Wonderful service start to finish. The repairman was wonderful, and I would recommend them and Choice Home Warranty.

I got online to try to submit a service request.... The website is not user friendly... I was not able to easily submit a request. However, upon calling the service center, a request was submitted and technician assigned promptly. This warranty is for one of our rental properties. By the time I contacted my tenant, they stated that they have already been contacted by the technician assigned and have an appointment set up to fix the problem. The technician showed the following day and rectified the issue. Both myself and my tenant are very happy....

We had a great experience with Choice Home Warranty. As soon as we made the claim, I received a confirmation email, and within an hour we were able to make a appointment time. The following day, the gentlemen that came by to fix our air conditioner was on time and very professional and polite and now we have cold air!

After having our yearly air conditioner check-up, I was told there was a problem. I immediately called CHW and the person who took my call was very polite, knowledgeable and ready to help get my problem fixed.

My air conditioner broke. I put in a claim on Thursday. Choice sent out a local technician who was rude and wasn't able to figure out the issue until I googled it and told him what I found. He then told me my thermostat needed to be replaced and tried to give me the cheapest Honeywell thermostat you can find. It is $20.00 at Home Depot (I checked it). My thermostat came with my home and is a very nice touch screen model. Choice said it was not standard when it was and would not be covered. The technician who came then told me I would need to pay the difference, labor and drive time for him to go get the model I currently have. I called Choice and they said they wouldn't pay for him to go get the replacement model and I would have to pay out of pocket. The technician took his $45 and abruptly left without even putting mine back on the wall (it was hanging). It fell and broke. It is saturday, still no AC and now no thermostat.

The repair was handled in a timely and a professional manner. Excellent customer service.

My claim was handled quickly - from sending an email with the contact information for the repair company, to the follow-up. The repairman came within the service window specified and he had the needed parts with him. He was in and out within 45 minutes and my washer is running like new.

My dryer stopped working. Contacted Choice Home Warranty and they provided the name of the service co. It was easy to set up an appointment and I was able to get a next day appointment. They arrived on time and fixed the door switch. Dryer is working perfectly now.

Our air conditioner was not cooling. Called Choice Home Warranty and within an hour the repairman from Action Air called. He could not come out the same day due to rain but came out the next day and repaired the unit. Best service ever by Choice and Action Air.

I was only with Choice for about a month when my washer went out. At first Choice was on it and sent a repairman... I paid my deductible. Two repairs were done on washer. Then when repairman left, I ran a load and still had the same problem. The washer was not going into spin mode... I made Choice and repair service aware immediately. Later the repairman looked at it again and said he would have to call Whirlpool for advice. Then turns out, Choice denied my claim for further repair. I did tell Choice and the repairman I thought it was a timer issue. I tried to work with Choice and got nowhere! I cancelled my policy. Choice did nothing for me! I would not and do not recommend Choice. They can't help you with simple things so beware!!! Glad I found this out early!

Had to repair heater. CV3 Mechanical Solutions was great. He was on time, pleasant and did a great job. I would recommend Choice Home Warranty to my friends and family. Choice was fast and very pleasant handling my claim.

They responded quickly with my request about my garage disposal and I contacted Roto-Rooter And they came and I needed a new disposal and it was installed the next day. It was handled quickly and efficiently. With me paying only the $45.

Our 17-year old air conditioner compressor stopped working after own the home less than 6 months. Choice calls it "premature failure" because they think compressors should last 18 years (most A/C specialists disagree), so it is not considered failure under normal wear and tear, so they denied the claim. Our contract said nothing about premature failure, but they refuse to cover the claim. Their sales pitch says they cover your home no matter how old. Don't believe it!

You folks have been very helpful. I messed up by getting some work done, the rules State to contact you folks first. I had to get something done fast; had some water leaking. The people explained it very clearly to me; I apologized. They were pleasant and understood. It’s the right way to run a business. Customer understand and being helpful. Fast service, nice to have hot water again.

Overall, I was pleased with Parker Brothers Plumbing. They called to tell me when they would be here. They introduced themselves upon arrival and got right to work. The one thing I was not completely pleased with was the job that was done on the toilet that needed a new flush valve/gasket. It's a very minor issue, but the technician did not adjust the chain on the new part and the toilet did not flush. I did not realize this until they had been gone for a while. I had to go in and adjust the chain myself. Other than that, I am pleased with the overall service.

The repair was done in a timely manner. The tech. was very friendly. Tech. was knowledgeable with the problem.

The call was answered in time. The follow up was done accordingly. However the contractor came on time and day assigned, but left without letting us know when was the return day or if they will call us prior.

Choice was quick to receive and send out my request and the appliance repair man came the next day. Dryer is back working and I am very thankful!

Upon discovering cracks in our pool filter manifold I contacted Choice with a claim. Choice handled my claim promptly. The service tech was quick to contact me, make an appointment, and get the repairs completed! I'm very happy with the professionalism and service provided by Choice and their service tech!

Blake Heating and Air representative called me and set up an appointment time. The representative came to my house on time and assessed the problem correctly. He ordered the element that was needed for the oven. He told me they would be back to install the element as soon as it came in. Blake representative returned in a couple of days. He installed the element and the oven worked properly. The Blake representative did a good job in a short amount of time and he did the job properly.

Assignment of gas dryer repair technician was quick. Approval process for repair was also quick.

I had thrown out food twice because the appliance would be cold one day and not cold the next. The Choice crew came in, diagnosed the problem, replaced the defective part and was on their way. I had donated a couple of hours for the work, but they were in here about 15 mins. First time using Choice and would definitely recommend them.

We have been happy with this warranty service. It's nice to know we have some back up if anything should go wrong. We have had our washer looked at 2 times and with an easy, minimal cost to us. The technicians have always been quick to respond unlike my last Home Warranty group.

As I was watching TV, it and the light in the room went out. This was strange in that other lights in house were on. I then went to breaker box to determine if one had clicked off. That's when I called, after being assigned a rep, who I knew from previous experience, I knew job would be handled properly and professionally. However, the tech, determined it was a power company problem, water shorted some lines. He assisted in getting power company notified. They responded and solved problem. The tech followed up to see if all was OK and it was. While I hope I don't have other problems, I hope the assigned tech will be on all calls.

My pool pump had a bad leak. I called CHW, and told them what I saw. The man that answered the phone was very polite, and professional. Later the same day I had email confirming they had ordered the repairs, and had a name and number to call the repair company. A few days later the pool repair company showed up and fixed the problems. Very easy.

A gentleman from Premier services in Indianapolis Indiana came to my house to take care of a plumbing issue that I had. He was neat and clean and well spoken. He was a nice person that seemed knowledgeable about the work he does. He took care of the matter quickly and was gone after explaining what he did to my satisfaction. And everything in that regard has been working well.

My dryer stopped working (belt broke and needed new rollers). This is what the tech sent out told me. The technician seemed like a nice man but his age (looked to be in his late 70's and had problems standing up) and appearance (wore sweats) came to look at my dryer almost a week after I made the service request. He opened the dryer up looked at it and unplugged some of the electrical wires. He leaves after telling me it should be no problem to fix. Come to find out he reported over 10 problems and due to this exaggeration Choice Home Warranty denied the claim. I asked for my money back after they would not even listen to me. I have the tech on camera as well... Don't waste your money on this one.

I called in the am on a Monday. Got a representative right away and the toilet was fixed that day. It was really easy and worth it to not spend my time trying to fix it myself.

I made a claim for the leaking on the main shut on/off water pipe in the garage on Friday, CHW assigned the plumbing company name of Commercial Development and maintenance Service. They schedule the service the next Monday between 2 - 5pm, because they are not open on the weekend. When come in the tech only took 30 second, and collect 45.00 deductible by cash or debit card (they do not accept check or credit card).

They changed out faulty furnace parts and got my house warm again. They came on time, were very courteous, answered my questions, and cleaned up after themselves. It was great! Choice Home Warranty is excellent and I'm glad I have it!

Service man ** came out and repaired my oven in a timely manner. He came first and took inventory of parts he needed and ordered the parts and came back and fixed my oven. Very friendly and efficient service. I would recommend his service to anyone.

Our Dryer went out. Choice sent a service company immediately. The service tech was quick and courteous, an excellent representative of who the company should be dealing with. I would recommend Choice for any home warranty work. If all the service companies are like the one that came out to us, you will have no complaints from customers.

Called 3/12/15, was told to wait for an email contact, no response as of 3/13/15. Called back in the morning, they said had no responses to their calls to contractors. It was freezing in my house and I was just getting over pneumonia, needed heat, was told I could call any contractor. Called, got someone, they were over in an hour... Now I submitted my bill to Choice for reimbursement, was told had to wait 30 business days for refund. Why so long- don't understand, don't know why. Especially since I had to do everything myself, and I'm out $300 dollars for a month. Till I get my money back I really can't respond to this.

After submitting the claim, I was contacted by a local plumber and within 48 hours, my claim was processed.

Unit was not performing correctly. I had just turned it on with the warmer weather upon us. I called my agent and she promptly assigned a repair number and the vendor who would assist me. She said they would contact me in 2 hours, which they did and set up an appointment within 2 days and they arrived not only on that day but also within the time window they assigned me..Hooray for Choice Warranty!!!

We recently had a dishwasher repair due to a rotor problem. The repair company sent the technician on the third day, ordered the new part, and replaced it in one week. The part is about 77 if we order it directly from the manufacturer, but the service fee will be up to almost 200 from the repair company. We only need to pay the 45 service fee with CHW. Happy customer. Note that since our dishwasher is not a common brand, the first company does not provide the service so I had to call CHW twice.

Choice Warranty was very responsive in arranging a technician to fix our dishwasher. We were contacted by Icon Mechanics in less than a hour after talking with Choice Warranty. The technician was responsive as well and fixed the dishwasher in a timely fashion. All around a very good professional experience.

I was very pleased with the quick response that Choice Warranty completed. The service tech was VERY helpful and came within a day of my setting up the appointment. I have been surprised at the commitment of Choice Warranty and the technicians that come out. There was a lot of bad rep out there when I first signed, but I have not ran into any problems.

This was my initial claim with CHW. I went online and completed the service order... within 10 minutes of me completing the claim... they had assigned a work order number and assign the job to Electrical Repair Service company. I was told to call the company to setup a service call in which I did. The Electrical Repair company was about 30 minutes late getting to my house but the technician was very nice, explain what he was doing and fixed the problem with no issues. He called CHW and they okayed the work he had done with no issues. I have to admit... I'm very pleased with my first experience with CHW!!!

Repairman out next day checked on trouble, had to order a part which takes a couple days, which is rather long in a city like St. Louis, Mo., which is 10 miles away from Arnold, MO. Now we have to wait approx. 5 days to fix problem. This should be improved...

The repairman showed up when they said they would be here. It took him a short while to determine the problem and he had the repair part in his truck. He cleaned up the dryer and the debris that was left from opening the dryer and did it all in a very professional and business like manner. He was informative and did excellent work. The warranty paid for 1/10th of its value in the very first year. I will renew next year.

The person fixing the dryer was very professional. He did diagnosis the problem immediately. He did leave to get the part, but did not return the same day or my calls. He did say he would be back the same day. Otherwise, he did a great job, was very friendly, and very clean! The order was called in on the weekend and it was difficult to find someone to come and service. All of your people that could do anything were not working till Monday.

I was having issues with my air conditioner. It is that time of year that we turn them back on and sure enough, they were acting up. I figured it would be a while to get someone out. Usually is when I call an air conditioning company. Sometimes it takes days. From the time I called Choice, to the time that Empire Mechanical came out, it was under an hour. Phenomenal service. Everything was up and fixed and running smooth in no time. Start to finish everything was painless.

Company arrived and immediately went to work. They snaked out the bathtub and sink. Took a while as it was clogged. They kept the area clean and tested before leaving.

After some delays from HQ, ** came out to fix my dryer. He did the belt, and then after retesting realized the bearings were bad, too. He ordered the parts and two days later returned when he said he would and installed. He was terrific. The snafus with HQ were less than excellent.

I had used my own contractors and I'm waiting for reimbursement on two claims. CHW has been helpful thus far.

I called to have a claim placed for the repair of a Whirlpool Dryer and was impressed with the timely and efficient protocol of their follow-up to the request as well as the courtesy and professionalism of the Technician sent by the Appliance Company. We had no heat for 3 days during the coldest weather of the year. I called to report that we had no heat. I waited and asked for the names they had contacted, but was told they couldn't provide that info. Finally, we contacted a company they found. The guys from Complete Efficiency Air were wonderful, clean, polite and knowledgeable. They found a breaker inside the unit we never knew was there. Heat came back on, but quit again after about an hour. I called, and they immediately returned, only to discover the last repairman had by-passed the heat in the unit outside which ruined the computer board. When the new board arrived, they pleasantly returned and installed the board. This recommendation is lengthy, but it doesn't begin to describe our relief that we have Choice Home Warranty. I'll gladly recommend this company to anyone!

Choice Warranty quickly lined up a service technician to repair our heat pump that quit working in the middle of a snow storm. Had it up and running fast. Choice covered the required part and the labor and saved me $600!

Just this week I had an issue with my washer. Reported my washer problem to them and they immediately assigned a tech to service my washer. The tech came out, diagnosed the problem, and reported back to Choice Home Warranty.

My wife and I had an issue with our dishwasher and Choice Warranty responded within a couple of hours. We were able to schedule a service technician, and they were out to look at the machine within 2 days! Although it was declared a loss by Choice Warranty, they gave us fair replacement value.

CHW sent a company out that did poor work - left me in the cold for 2 days and he ask for money out of pocket which I gave him. The company finally did an okay job but after 30 days the problem arose again. But I called them then they sent another contractor out from another company. They came out right away about 9 because I called about 6 pm Friday.. he did temporary work to get me thru til Monday. Then when Monday came he was here first thing completed the job in a timely fashion. He didn't burn me by asking for more money. Needless to say the second time around I was a happy customer and I'm glad I have more knowledge..

The service company repaired our blower motor in the squirrel cage and showed my 3-yr-old, who absolutely LOVED this!! Choice Home Warranty is much better than the other Shield Co, though I only have one experience to compare. We contact CHW due to our Refrigerator was leaking water, the customer service was great and they sent out a very knowledgeable Technician to fix the issue!!! All went well.

Furnace was just blowing out cold air. The repairmen had to replace the motor. He came the same day I called for the repair which was greatly appreciated because of the abnormally cold weather we were having. Excellent service!!!
