We have been Bulwark Exterminating customers for 12 years. The company was highly recommended by neighborhood friends who had been customers for many years, and still are. A company is only as good as the employees they hire, and Bulwark has certainly done a great job in hiring top notch exterminators who always conduct themselves in a professional and friendly manner. We used to have problems with cockroaches, spiders and earwigs in the garage and house. Since we hired Bulwark, we scarcely have any problems. We especially like "Paul" who has been here many times and he has become like a friend over the years. He is very knowledgeable of all our local insects and pests, and is very good at explaining how they "act" and get around. The treatments they use are safe for humans, and are long-lasting and effective in killing the creepy crawlers around the perimeter of our home, both inside and out.

I was having really bad issues with Black Widow spiders and Bulwark Exterminating was quick to respond and call me. They sent Dakota out in 3 days. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great work and I appreciate it!

Jacob ** did a terrific job as our technician for extermination of spiders. He called ahead of time, let me explain the areas where we'd noticed the problem, answered my questions, was communicative while administering, and did a thorough job including potential areas I hadn't even identified. 9/03/2020. I was having out of town guests so hoped for a visit the day after I signed up with this company. I was pleasantly surprised that they could accommodate me on such short notice. I was able to request Cody ** and I could not have been more pleased. He was amazing, thorough and respectful of my home, both inside and out. I corrected his 1st name, in the initial experience I typed Cory, not Cody. I want only his services. Kudos to his compassion for bugs!!!

A Bulwark technician set up an appointment for me within two days of my call for a two-hour window. Skyler ** (the technician who came out to my house) arrived 5 minutes early (awesome!), wore a mask and boot covers inside my house, and explained details regarding internal/external exterminating treatments he would be applying to my home. Skyler was respectful of me and my property and checked in to ask me if I had any questions. Then he got to work and finished the job in 30 minutes! (This was likely because I didn't have any major problems he needed to tackle). Afterwards Skyler explained additional steps he took to deal with my specific issues that I called about: ants and beetles. He also found nests on my porch rafters that he removed for me. I am very satisfied with this service and working with Skyler was the best!

It is a blessing to have their service, I’m a first time home buyer who is learning everything. Travis is the best guy because he actually goes over the bugs that you have and explains about the cases. He is a master of pest!!! And he cares about the customers.

Last night I found myself under siege. A wolf spider the size of my palm had breached my home and was terrorizing my living room. I will spare you the harrowing details of our battle, but in the end he escaped and hid under the rug in my living room. It was now 11:00pm and I contacted the sales representative from Bulwark to set up an appointment.

We are experiencing roaches. We used a service before Bulwark and they were a disappointment to say the least. Steven, Caleb, and Carl have been fantastic exterminators. Everyone they've sent out has been fantastic. Steven in particular went above and beyond. Caleb and Carl answered the (maybe silly) questions that I had and put me at ease. I had an awful German roach infestation I inherited from the previous tenant in my unit, and as I understand it that's one of the more difficult pests to get rid of. These guys have really waged war on the roaches and made my living space habitable. I appreciate their work so much, especially that they're doing it at a risk to their health due to the pandemic. They've all been very good about using PPE in my home as well.

The technician asked if I was having any issues inside the home. I was having minor problems which he treated. He then treated the entire outside of the home. In the past I suspected I had rodents in my attic which they address without any additional charges. Very satisfied with the service.

We have been using Bulwark Exterminating for several years. They always notify us the day prior to treating our property. Their customer service person, Trey, is friendly and listens to my concerns regarding pests. They will come back between regularly scheduled service to treat if we find Scorpions or other nasty bugs. The chemicals they use to treat our property do not harm our pets.

In 2004, when we began the service, we had scorpions both outside and inside our newly-built home. We signed up for the monthly exterior service and have had virtually no scorpions - and almost no other bugs - since then. We have also been very satisfied with the technicians who have provided our monthly service, to include Wayne G. who came for today's service. He provided us with excellent information about the product and even offered to lay interior traps in the (remote) event a bug gets inside by flying over the ground product. I would not hesitate to recommend Bulwark to anyone who needs exterminating service.

I love this service because they do a good job but also because they notify you before coming out to see if there is anything particular needed - and they leave a notice with what they did. And all of the staff is wonderful - especially Philip. :)

Just had another great service call from Tristan with Bulwark Pest Control. Have been living in a new construction home in the Texas Hill Country for four years, and BulWark has been taking care of our scorpions and centipedes since we first arrived! They provide treatment every other month, without me having to call, and they check in the day before to let us know what time they will arrive. Great service, clean, reliable, and professional.

Anthony from Bulwark did an excellent job. He sent me pictures of the yard treatment that he did. He removed all the spider webs and wasp nests from outside. For indoor treatment he treated the attics too.

David came rang the doorbell. Don’t know if someone answered or not but he went straight to work. After he was finished he sent me a text and said I could call back if I had any issue. Overall great experience!

We had a bunch of hornets in one of our shrubs in the front yard and had asked other pest control technicians to remove them with no luck. However Jacob E. at Bulwark was able to locate the hard to find nest and get rid of it. No more hornets and a job well done!

Bulwark Exterminating Pest Control Company was great! I called on Wednesday and had an appointment on Saturday morning. Kevin arrived at 11:00 am right on the dot. He was friendly and wore his mask the whole time. Kevin explained the whole process to us and answered all of our concerns and questions. He was very knowledgeable of his job. He was also able to add another service that I had called in that same morning. Shout out to the rep that answered my call this morning. Kevin was fast and quick, no more than 30 to 40 minutes to finish the job. I would highly recommend this company for your pest control problems. 5 STARS to them.
