Bulwark and their employees do an amazing job for a very reasonable Price. We started using their services 6 months ago when we bought our first house after it had sat vacant for more than several months. Let me tell you, their services were needed. After their first visit the reduction in pests was almost immediate, by the time they came back around for the follow up pests were nearly non-existent.

I am extremely pleased with how the service tech Jonathon rendered service to my property. During the visit, there were spider nest and mud daubers on the exterior of the home. Jonathon took great care to remove all of the debris as well as added a barrier around the exterior for insects. I started this service for my mom's home and am extremely pleased with the level, frequency and quality of service.

Austin did a great job answering my questions related to an ant problem we have. He explained how he was going to treat the outside of our house to resolve the issue and followed up with a text containing some additional information. Appreciate his thoroughness.

Austin ** did the exterior of our house today. He did a great job and knocked down all the cobwebs which I didn’t realize was part of the service. Great guy and great company. We not only use the service at this house but another house and a business complex.

I have been using Bulwark Pest control's services for last 5 years and they have always taken good care of my yard and indoor. Edwin recently serviced my yard and indoor and I really liked his service. I generally don't write reviews but I never came across anybody as detailed as him and as caring as him. My service is conducted each month by Jonathan at Bulwark. He does an exceptional job each month of going above and beyond to ensure a consistently high quality of service by providing a detailed text of areas he treated and any potential areas of concern.

Jay used Intice Perimeter Bait around my house to prevent ants. I have an ant problem in my house. Hopefully, this works. Jay at Bulwark Exterminating was a kind and professional person. Thanks, Jay. :)

Chad Sample is very professional and knowledgeable. He is very respectful to my 92 year father. Chad is a great listener and very attentive to questions. After moving to San Antonio we tried several pest control companies (without good results) before one of our neighbors told us about Bulwark. What a difference Bulwark made! We always request our favorite technician, Robert G, because he is knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, courteous, and takes the time to listen to our concerns and do the job right! We are on an every other month regular treatment service, and they always come back out for any problems at any time in between for free. We use their mosquito treatments as well with very good results, and of course Robert is trained in this service as well (not all the techs are). I also recommended this company to my sister after she and her family moved here, and told her to make sure she requested Robert G too!

Chimney sweep identified wasps in chimney, but could not finish the sweep until wasps were killed off. We called Bulwark and Jackson ** came out and did a great job, spraying up the chimney and sweeping up dead wasps after the spraying. Chimney sweep came back out and had no problems finishing after Jackson's good work.

I have a contract with Bulwark to keep my house pest free. Gene ** from Bulwark came to my house this week, and I hope he comes in the future as well. He provided advanced notice of the day and time slot he would arrive, and was right on time. He let us know when he arrived, asked if there were any trouble areas or concerns he should attend to, and then started his work. When finished, he closed up the gates, and then let us know he was finished and informed us that he didn't find any issues. Gene dealt with my wife the whole time, and she was pleased. Thanks Gene!

I cannot say enough for the great service provided to me by Seth, the technician who works for Bulwark Exterminating. Seth is very thorough in all he does, in making sure the customer it’s taken care of. Seth is very knowledgeable, courteous and willing to go out of his way, to make sure the problem the customer(s) are having, You can ask Seth questions regarding wasps, ants, grubs or even weeds in your yard and he will have an answers to help control or eliminate the problem. He is truly an expert at what he does. He is a tremendous asset to Bulwark exterminating company! Thank you.

I texted him instructions regarding the issues I was having at my house. He took care of it and went above my expectations. He let me know he found other issues and knocked it out. I told him I had several wasp nest in the back and he found more. I told him where I had fire ant mounds and he found more. Terrific service.

We began using Bulwark Pest Control when we developed a scorpion problem inside the house. A huge problem for me because I am allergic and must visit the ER when stung. Since having Bulwark on a monthly basis, the scorpion sightings have reduced by probably 90 percent. Trey ** is our regular tech. Trey provides excellent customer service through consistent communication. Because of that communication, he knows our specific needs and tailors the treatments accordingly. NO BETTER SERVICE!

Richard came back to our home for a respray for scorpions and he did more than we thought he was going to. I wasn't there but my husband was very impressed with him. We wanted him to spray the inside, but he also sprayed all of the outside too. Really soaked everything.

London did a great job. Took care of perimeter, fire ant mounds. Asked us to wait 20-30 minutes before we let the dogs out. At the service end, discussed if we needed anything else. All in all Bulwark has always done a great job.

After seeing a couple of scorpions, we called for service. Christian was polite, sprayed both inside and outside, set traps, and provided us with some additional traps. He was helpful in answering any questions we had.

Matt sprayed around the entire house, the garage, replaced glue boards and left extra. He knocked all spider webs down and asked me if we had any pest problems that need treating. He also replenished two black boxes that keep pests from entering home.

We are so pleased with our experience! We woke up at 5:45am with a rat in our kitchen and by 8pm that night the rat had been caught. They worked hard to get a same day appointment! We have the every other month treatment scheduled with Bulwark Exterminating and they always do a fantastic job. Our regular exterminator, Chris **, always keeps an eye out for spider webs or mud dauber nests that crop up in between treatments and takes care of them for us whenever he finds them. He made it a point to schedule a time slot that worked for us so he could get to the backyard and do a walk around of problem areas (mainly the garage). Services were provided by Brad **, arrived on scheduled time. He approached our home wearing mask and informed us that he was here to perform Bulwark pest control. He sprayed all around the house, also in the backyard. He changed the glues pad for rat at the garage doors. He also checked rat traps outsides that were empty and loaded them with bait again. Told him about a wasp that bit my daughter, he looked around for wasps nest. Brad was very courteous and professional.

I had my service completed on 01 Sep 2020 by Jacob E. and feel that he did a great job, he listened to my requests and followed through without hesitation and with a fantastic level of service, even going above and beyond to correct small details that he noticed my requests did not cover. Will our technician always notifies us prior to his visits in case we need any extra services or something sprayed indoors. Bulwark will re-treat for no charge if any issues in between scheduled maintenance. He also leaves a detailed description of what was treated if we are not home during his service visit.

Alex sent me a text saying that he heavily treated my house today and that if I would write a good review he would get $15. Well sorry but no can do. I was at my house by 8:15 and I never saw anyone. The biggest kicker is that the picture of the house that he sent me wasn't even my house, so that tells me that he never came. I didn't see any signs of where someone had been here. I do NOT like a liar!! Someone needs to check in with their employees because they are not doing their job!! Jim **

Our tech is outstanding. She sprays inside the house, garage and the perimeter of my house. I always know when it is about time for her to come back out because the creatures start reappearing but until around the 2 month time, no creatures. Our tech is personable and respectful.

Jacob ** was professional (showed up early! After asking permission, of course), very thorough and listened to what we were looking for. Service was excellent and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an exterminator.

Charles T. did a great job. He arrived early and took care of everything. He let me know about the products he was using on the inside and outside of the house. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the products and how to control insects.

He spent quite a bit more time than the tech from another company we used previously. The price was fair and competitive.

Hyrum did an excellent job at my place In Renton. He was detailed and I couldn’t be more impressed! This was my first service and Hyrum spoke to me prior to service, listened to my concerns and took steps to manage those concerns (abundance of spiders). Insight is exceptional. Earlier, I was having issue with Moles but this company took care of everything.

I called Bulwark Exterminating because I was having a mice and spider problem. The first treatment got the spiders but some mice remained. I called back for a second round and they promptly sent Jonathan at no extra charge. Jonathan was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire experience and displayed a high level of industry knowledge. Employees like him are what set Bulwark miles ahead of their competition. 10/10.

The company was quick to be able to get us on the schedule and serviced. Our tech was professional and thorough. Their coverage is excellent and from what I can tell (today was out first visit) they will be very responsive if any issues arise between now and our next treatment. Jacob took the time to listen to where we knew spiders were entering our home. These places were not on their routine spraying areas, so it was important that he follow me through the house and spray where I indicated, rather than using the company's standard spraying areas. I was very impressed with how well he listened and cared for our satisfaction.

Roger is my technician and he is the best ever! After two other techs came to treat an ant problem it persisted for 6 months and tiny ants had taken over the kitchen. Roger then came and the ants were 85% contained. He returned in a week and that treatment finished them off. It was amazing. Apparently the other two techs either did not have the training or expertise to deal with it.
