Boca Walk-in Tubs Reviews

We bought a walk-in tub from Boca because it was veteran-owned and because of its product's quality. The tub is my mother's-- for the safety and the ease of using it. The sales agent was very nice, personable, patient, tolerant and knowledgeable. I had 5,000 questions and called him back numerous times because I kept on having more questions, and he was just extremely accommodating. He treated me as if I was the only client. The prices and service were on target. He educated the installer because we wanted to have our own. He made it very easy for me, which was definitely the Ritz-Carlton of buying a bathtub if that's possible. Since using it, my mother has regained a lot of her independence which is the overall goal.

When I looked up all the different walk-in tubs online, I found that Bathing Safety had a lot of better points than the others. It's wonderful that the owner came here. The installation team was terrific and fast. They were nice and they cleaned up really good. Everything is great. The walk-in tub is even better than the really deep soaking tub in my bathroom and my exercise spa on the porch which also has jets. The tub helps with my arthritis and makes me feel good. It really exfoliates and that's a really good feature. Bathing Safety is the most marvelous thing. It's not just for old people, it's for everybody.

The Bathing Safety tub looked like it had all the features we needed. We dealt with the sales representative in Kansas City over the phone, and that was very good. They shipped the tub and we arranged for some people to be here to install it. We're grateful that we can get in and out of the tub so easily. Our only dislike is it takes about four minutes to fill it up to the level we use and then about four minutes also to empty it, so this takes a while and extends the time we're taking in the tub, but there's nothing that can be done about it. I would recommend the walk-in tub to someone in the market for a tub. It's a good, well-made piece of equipment.

The Boca walk-in tub seemed like it was a good quality tub and the pricing was a big deal too. The sales rep was also informative. We installed it ourselves and it wasn't bad. So far, it's been a great experience and the walk-in tub helps. I also like that part where it blows out the water and it dries out the pumps at the end. It's a good feature.

After reading the comments of people that had already bought Boca Walk-in Tubs (I used other people’s comments and I depended on them) and when I called, I happened to get the owner (Bob), and talking to him, I decided to bring my business to them. He thought I had talked to a salesman first, which I didn’t. So the only salesman I talked to was him and then I had talked to him several times after that and I bugged him to death for the first weeks before I ordered it. He was very kind and still is. The installation team was my own contractor. I was having my bathroom gutted and in the process, he said, “I’ll just go ahead and install it.” I talked to Bob about it and he said, “Yeah, there was absolutely no reason why you couldn’t.” So he put it in. Nobody showed me how to work the bathtub, but I don’t think it takes brain surgery. There are three buttons and a faucet. I can pretty much handle that.

We were looking around for walk-in tubs and we saw Boca over the internet. Their price was more reasonable and we liked some of their features. Then we had one of their competitors out that has been advertising on TV. This other company told us they had four and a half step-in and theirs was the smallest. We got to looked at Boca and found out that theirs was two and a half. And the other company said Boca was three inches thicker. Now, we didn’t just make up our mind one time. We checked some other stuff. We cancelled the other company and went with Boca.

I read online on every walk-in bathtub company I could find, called two other companies and talked to them. Their prices were higher and when you looked at their construction, it seemed cheesy so I went with TheraTub. The sales rep was very friendly, professional, and had a good sense of humor because I'm a little nutty sometimes but it was a pleasant experience dealing with her.

I have arthritis really bad in my legs and back. It's something you just learn to live with but it's getting worse. So I'm looking for things other than surgery to help me tolerate it. I also had two or three times where I slipped a little bit while getting in and out of the tub and that made me want to do something that made more sense. I haven't had the Boca Walk-in tub long enough to know for sure but so far, I can see it's going to benefit my situation and that it'll work. It's an adjustment and anything different takes me a long time.

My wife had a stroke and I was looking for a walk-in tub. I got on the internet and saw the ad from a vet in Oklahoma. Since I'm a 24-year Navy veteran, that got my attention and I thought I'll do business with him. I talked to the sales rep mostly through email and a couple of times on the phone. I guess he owned the company somewhere down in Oklahoma. I got Boca because of the price and all of the features. I did the installation as I do all my own work, and it was a little more difficult than a lot of houses are. We live in a century home and the bathroom door is very narrow. There are walls going down both sides, and I had to cut a piece of the door frame out so that it would slide through. It was no big deal. It just took a little more time.

My plumber had a neighbor whom I spoke to, and he absolutely loved his Boca tub. I then researched on different tubs, and after talking to him, I decided that Boca would end up being the best one. I've only used my tub twice. The first time was when I got water all over the whole bathroom. I bent over while the jets were on, and I didn't know I wasn’t supposed to do that. One thing I would have liked is for the seat to be a little deeper because when I stretch out, I slide off it, which is a falling risk. Then, if the jets are on, I can’t bend over to wash my hair. The jets have to be turned off first, and it may be a good idea to let people know about that. The second time I used it was more relaxing. I just need to get used to all the dials and buttons, and how to sit in it properly.

We're enjoying our walk-in tub from Bathing Safety like crazy. My wife and I both have knee problems and we decided that the tub would probably be good for both of us to be able to sleep better and it's worked out exactly that way. Installation was also a breeze. In just a little under three hours, our tub was installed and had water in it. They did it very quickly and professionally.

Bathing Safety had the best price for the things that I wanted on a tub and they were very willing to deal with me over the phone and give me a price. Others insist on coming to the house and won't tell anything on the phone and then if you read the fine print, it's an astronomical amount of interest and a big down payment. Their sales rep was a great person to deal with. He gave me the price and information I needed over the phone so I could make a decision. He was very helpful. He called back and checked with me if I had made my decision yet.

In 2007, my mom moved in with us. My husband wanted her to have a walk-in tub and he's the one that found Bathing Safety. And with the quality, service and the price, we decided to buy from them. The sales reps were very prompt in calling me back and trying to get the situation resolved. They're overall straight up people. I also like the fact you can just walk into the tub and it's comfortable. It's a quality tub and was an absolute blessing because my mom was in a wheelchair from which she could get out of but it was hard for her to get around. It was good to bathe her in it and she loved it.

Bathing Safety popped up when I was online. I made the phone call and I bought it because I didn't have to pay for it until I got it. They had very nice sales reps and the people who were here were very efficient, very nice, and knowledgeable. The walk-in tub is my mother's and with it, she has the ability to walk in, sit down, and take a bath again because she wasn’t able to do that before. She did mention, though, that the tub filled up too slowly but that has to do with the water pressure and not the tub.

I’ve talked to the man that is the manufacturer of these tubs and he’s fantastic. The sales rep Jay and the office lady by the name Erin were absolutely phenomenal and wonderful too. They answered every one of my questions. The installer was the best ever. He was very friendly, prompt, showed up on time, obviously was a professional at what he did because he did an absolutely beautiful installation.

I really liked Bathing Safety's owner whom I ended up speaking to when I made the initial call. He spent a lot of time educating me on walk-in bathtubs and he spent about 45 minutes that day telling me about things that I should be aware of. The other thing I liked about Bathing Safety is that it's made in the United States and it seemed to be all about meeting my needs. We were gifting this to my sister and so it was a little unusual because of the price. I needed to be able to take pictures and have them assess what needs to be done without it being first-hand or talking to the owner of the house. That all worked out really well.

I like everything from Bathing Safety. The sales lady told me about the tub and she handled everything -- sent me a quote, I sent her money, then she got the order in. My documents were passed on to a new guy construction and my plumber installed it. They sent him all the information and he called them, asked a few questions, and no problems. Everybody I dealt with was very good. The jets are my favorite.

I was really impressed with TheraTub. I worked directly with the company owner who was good and very honest. The process was really smooth. They were willing to sell me a product and ship it to where we needed it to be shipped to. I had our builders install it and they weren't to chuck me $15000 which is the average of other companies. They had a walk-in tub that was built like a boat, made of fiberglass and coated with acrylic gel for anti-bacterial purposes. We got the deep soaker and some upgrades. We have the heated seats, chroma therapy, jets and the air bubbles. The whole thing was about $8,100. It’s not cheap. In overstock.com there are tubs for as little as $2,300 but most are made in China, it’s pretty dicey. So, I chose the TheraTub because it’s made in America and it’s made as a one-piece system and it’s fiberglass. It’s extremely strong and should be extremely durable.

Bathing Safety had really good reviews online when I looked up walk-in tubs. It's made in America and it had so many references that you could view and they would even give you the number to contact the people. It's really good to be able to speak with someone who went through the process. With that, we went with Bathing Safety, and our experience with them has been great. There were only two options: colored lights or a heated seat, and everything else is standard. My dad has some mobility issues, so the tub helps him a great deal. The installers were very professional. They were here when they said they will, and right on time. They told me that it would take six to eight hours to set it up and it only took four hours. It was very quick, so it was really great.

Bathing Safety's price was good. Their sales people were knowledgeable, personable, easy to contact and follow through, and their installer tidied after the work was done. It's easier to take a bath now that I have my tub, but the closing mechanism should be put in a different place because it's not as reliable as it could be. Other than that, my experience has been excellent.

I saw good reviews on the TheraTub regarding their service and the follow-up support they provide so I had one put in at my mom's house. She has mobility issues and the tub's been great. The sales rep was always very prompt to get back with me in any questions I had. We had two other salesmen who came out and talked to us, and they were very trustworthy, professional and great in communication. The installation team was great as well.

The other walk-in bathtub companies had to come out, take a look and give me a price. With Bathing Safety, I got the price on the phone. The sales rep Erin did a nice job. My wife uses the tub and likes it. And this one's made in the USA unlike others that are made in China, shipped here and put with USA markers.

The tub I got from Bathing Safety was half the price of Safe Step but the same tub with the same warranty. The sales rep on the phone was great and didn't even ask for a deposit. I only paid when the tub came and was installed. The installers took a Jacuzzi out and brought it down the stairs and never scratched the walls. They knew what they were doing and when they were done, the tub looked like it was there forever. The way they put all the shelving around it, I can't even tell the Jacuzzi was there. From start to finish, the service was perfect. My wife's legs and back feel better when she comes out of the tub. I couldn't have had a better experience with a company. Anybody who doesn’t buy from these people is crazy.

Bathing Safety Walk-in Bathtubs was the least expensive but had the same guarantee as the more expensive tubs. We got it for my mother-in-law and we're glad we did it. We like everything about the tub, but wish we got a bigger one.

The guy from Bathing Safety Walk-in Bathtubs was great during the purchase but my parents don't like the tub because it doesn't fill fast enough. I'd still recommend them though - they were nice.

I searched for tubs on the web and what set Bathing Safety apart was the quality of the workmanship. The tubs were not plastic. They were fiberglass. Plus the fact that they were made in the USA. Those things and my experience in talking with the customer service people made me decide to purchase Bathing Safety. I would recommend them to everybody.

We actually bought the Bathing Safety bathtub for my father-in-law who was 95 and was moving into a house. After we moved him into his house, he passed away within about three weeks so he really didn’t get to use it very much but my wife and I are using it now. I’m a technical guy and its construction, the support underneath, the thickness of the fiberglass, and other technical stuff made me purchase it. There were two sales representatives who attended to me and they were very good, answered all the questions, and gave prompt responses. The installation team was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, on time, and cleaned up pretty good. I mismeasured so they had to take the door out of the bathroom and then put it back in and they did a pretty good job with that.

We love Bathing Safety. It's all American made, an excellent product and the reviews seem to be good. We did our own installation and when I called them up to put the order in, they shipped it on time and it arrived. Everybody has been wonderful and everything was great.

I purchased my Bathing Safety tub through TheraTub out of Tampa. I looked up walk-in bathtubs and I had Jacuzzi, Safe Step, and TheraTub come to my house. Safe Step and Jacuzzi had a better presentation. They had a computer screen and showed me all their stuff but TheraTub had the best price and a good warranty. They’re all way overpriced but I imagine the prices will come down. The installers were excellent and did a very good job. I feel much better taking a bath now.

I had read reviews about Bathing Safety and the way it was constructed where they sell the fiberglass and support underneath - stainless steel as opposed to wood. I called and asked for various models and dimensions and the rep emailed me information on the various stock. The tub is for my 95-year-old father-in-law who lives in our house. He couldn't pull up or step in to our regular tub and the walk-in tub worked well for him. I like the tub too.

My husband started researching about different walk-in tubs on the internet before we buy anything. He read the customer comments so we decided on getting Bathing Safety. We spoke to a woman from their sales team and she started the process. But Jay, one of the owners, was the one we ended up finalizing everything with and buying from. After that, we had several interactions with their people and that's where the not great interactions started. First of all, we were told that they will install on a particular day. I happen to know that the city requires permits for things, and I called the city and confirmed if there's anybody from the company who contacted them about permits. The person said no. So there were delays as we had calls and emails that went back and forth. Then somebody tried to bump it up and decided they wanted it the 21st.

One of the company we've checked costs $10,000 more than Bathing Safety so we decided to get them. We called the telephone number that was on the internet, and it went directly to the owner. He spent at least an hour and a half with us on the phone, answering a lot of questions and giving us some information. It was a wonderful experience. It's the best interaction we've had with anybody in a long time. And he did exactly what he said he would do which is very rare. He didn't try to upgrade or to push more, he got right down to the basics. Also, their installation team were a delightful group. They came in, went right to work and never messed up the house. They cleaned up and took off everything when they got through and just did a wonderful job. We couldn't ask for better people.

The Bathing Safety rep that I talked to actually gave me figures and prices over the phone. The sales reps sent me a lot of information online and then called back to make sure that I understood everything and if I had any questions. Basically, their salesperson is the reason I ended up using them. Most of the walk-in tub companies I talked to wouldn't give me any information over the phone. They wanted to send somebody out to my house to talk to me, and one guy who came out here was very pushy. But the Bathing Safety guys were very professional and I had a great experience with them. Their installers were also very friendly, nice, and businesslike.

I love Bathing Safety. The salesperson is very professional and knowledgeable, while my sister thinks the installation team is top notch. She was impressed and said they were so professional and courteous. Having the walk-in bath tub is a lot more convenient and I would recommend it to anyone who’s interested in it. Bathing Safety was the best choice for me. I like the price and the way their products were manufactured made. I'm a veteran and I trusted them because they're veteran-owned. They are the only company I knew that allowed me to visit the manufacturer to see how products were made. The manufacturer educated me about the walk-in bathtubs, explained how they started, and the different types they manufactured. The installation team showed up promptly and on time. They answered any questions I had while they were doing the installation.

Five stars does not adequately reflect the level of customer service and quality I received during the sale and installation of a walk in tub for my 82 year old mother. If I could give 10 stars, I would. My mother initially contacted a company advertising walk in tubs on television. She lives in SC and I am in Virginia so I was unable to attend the presentation in person. However I listened in over the phone. The sales person quoted a price of almost $18,000 for a tub and offered a 112 month payment plan. Because the bathroom was really small, he also was in favor of putting the tub in the walk-in closet just to make a sale. When I basically told him that he was out of his mind, he became offended and said that was why he didn't like to do presentations when everyone was not there in person.

I've done research for a walk-in bathtub and came across a couple of different companies and Bathing Safety was one of them. My interaction with the salesman was pretty good and answered any question I had. He communicated with me through the phone as well as email and he kept in touch with me to see how things were going. The installation guys were professional and polite. I was pretty impressed with their work. They did something with our bathroom wall that we didn't expect and they made it a lot better than it was. My favorite feature is the jet. Since I got this, I have felt more relaxed and helped my back since I've got a bad back.

Interactions I had through sales and installation processes were great. The people that came out here to install were so nice and courteous. They did everything they said they would do. I love everything about my Bathing Safety walk-in tub. It's very good and nice. I have some arthritis in my legs and my feet which is a problem but maybe because I enjoy it so much.

We were invited to a luncheon over at Dungeness golf course, had a real wonderful meal, then we had a speaker from Bathing Safety there and we were very impressed. So they set us up a date, they came over and demonstrated everything. They did a wonderful job. They had it done in twelve hours and we were just amazed how fast they got it done. The men were just total gentlemen.

The quality associated with Bathing Safety made us choose them over others. They were great and did a perfect job. I love my walk-in bathtub, especially the jets. I've had more flexibility since having it.

I was looking for a good walk-in tub that had a good warranty and a little step which was really important for my mom. I contacted Bathing Safety and I spoke with their rep on the phone several times. He answered all my questions, was very polite and nice about it. He told me quite a few things that I didn't learn online about the particular tub that I was looking at, which was a frameless tub. He made the whole experience real simple and gave me what I felt was a real good price too. All around good experience and I've recommended them to people.

Bathing Safety contacted me to do installs for them. They needed somebody on the West Coast and I’ve done installs for a lot of other companies so I said sure. Bathing Safety has the lowest step-in in the industry. The functionality of it is cool. I explain to the people I’m installing the tub for how it’s made, how it works, how it performs and how to properly take care of it.

The walk-in tub basically has a lower entry step on the mark. It's designed like a Chinese tub where the feet will be four inches up. It's a little bit easier to install since the walls of the tub and everything are thicker. I'm an installer and this tub is a little bit easier to maneuver in a bathroom because they do not have the metal frame on them. And ** is pretty good. I've seen him took over jobs from some other companies where the customer basically didn't want a tub but he ended up installing them the tub and putting it again and the customers are happy. He's pretty good with customers and cares about what he's doing. I would recommend him.

The Bathing Safety reviews online were amazing. Their sales representative was very cordial and took time with me. I had lots and lots of questions to ask and he answered all of them. I was looking for a low-threshold tub and after six calls and emails I bought the item. The installation team was fantastic. The installer was really, really good. He had some challenges given the configuration of my home and he went the extra distance. He went to different home improvement stores to find whatever it was that was needed and worked late into the night to get it fixed. The tub was for my mom and she just got home from the hospital. He knew that it was important to me.

I really have nothing bad to say about Bathing Safety. The agent is on time with things. He's got a great personality and great customer service. I install so I'm familiar with the troubleshooting. I give a call and I got the answers on how to shake this little motor and they just tell me what to do. I haven't had a problem and it's really top-notch.

We were interested in something that was affordable and our daughter found out about Bathing Safety for us and we took it from there. They came to our house and did the job very professionally. Their jobs were clean all the way through. They were very polite and sincere. They did what they said they'd do and did it timely. So, it was great. The tub has been great too and we've used it a lot. We like all of its features. It's great to be able to sit down, take a bath and shower and whatever I need to do, I can do it all with the tub. I would definitely recommend Bathing Safety to a friend.

I recently purchased a Boca Bath tub from Bathing Safety Walk-in Bathtubs. The sales rep was awesome and the guys that came in to install were fantastic and very professional. I highly recommend all of them and in fact, I told my boss that Boca was by far superior and the installation just affirms it. They're a very good expert and it was excellent. I first heard about them from Consumer Reports and Boca was listed as number one. I couldn't find one negative review for Boca's tub as I went to a lot of different sites. Overall, I had a positive experience. They went above and beyond and they were really nice and I will be going out of my way to tell people that Boca is where you wanna go. On top of all that, the tub was cheaper and it's got more features.

Bathing Safety was the best product on the market. It's comfortable. I like just being able to sit down in the tub of water every day. The sales representative was just wonderful. We would recommend them.

It was a very good experience with Bathing Safety. The salesman took the time to explain to me the different features of the tub, how the game works on those types of bathtubs. He also sent me some consumer report information on the features. I did some of my own research, and a lot of the things he told me were right on. The tub and the workmanship of the guys that put the tub in seems fine. The tree guys did an excellent job. There was an issue in my particular installation where the power source that they used was connected to a wall switch. So if somebody hit the wall switch in an adjacent room, it would turn off the bathtub. What they did is they rewired that switch there and they took the time to do that. A lot of people that did that would have probably ignored it. But this guy was a real professional, went out of his way. Excellent Service.

I chose Bathing Safety because they're local, made in the United States, and just like the service they gave me. I talked to their sales rep over the phone. He was helpful, professional and answer all my questions. The installation team were very good. My favorite part about the tub is that I can walk in it and sit down. I had a Jacuzzi but I couldn't get in it or out of it by myself but with this I can. We have a separate shower but I didn't like being in the shower because I was afraid I'd slip and fall whereas this, I feel more secure. It's great.

I talked to ** several times and he's been fantastic and so were the Bathing Safety crew that came out and installed it. They were very professional and everything has been great, so I’ve got nothing bad to say. I really like the air and water jets and the adjustability of it. Only thing is we have a water problem here (so one or the other of us can’t take a bath at night lol) so we haven’t gotten the full effect of the tub yet but we’re working on that problem.

I can say my favorite part of the Bathing Safety tub is the jets. The capability to walk in it is a blessing. I have a lot of trouble with my knees so that's helping and I'm sure as time goes on, I'll need it more. A few of their representatives have called and answered some questions that I had because the booklet did not say anything about the dials on the tub. I also read about not using salt but the man said I could go ahead and use Epsom salt and it was confusing. When someone called back they said that bath oils are not ok to be used but Epsom salt was fine. So when they call I wanted to get that verified.

I was real pleased with everything so I would recommend Bathing Safety.

My wife and I are elderly, and were having a hard time getting in and out of our tub. I had seen Bathing Safety on television and we went to an evening seminar they put on. We hadn't decided to buy one, but after being with the sales person, we decided to make the purchase and he's lived up to and beyond expectation. The people got it in here, had it installed within a day and left the place extremely clean. He also arranged financing for us, which actually let us go ahead and do it. We have monthly payment rather than a huge outlay. The installation team was excellent and did a superb job. Overall Bathing Safety is outstanding and long-term affordable - I would recommend them to other people.

We attended a Bathing Safety seminar and they explained everything to us. I got to do something because I'm a little diabetic for when I get in and out of the bathtub to take a shower and I knew the person that installed it and that made a difference. He showed us how to run it. We've had it for a week and I really like the jets in it.

My parents really love the walk-in tub. I know they like the air jet and feel a lot safer with it than just a normal tub. ** was just great to deal with. He was so professional and so nice on the phone, really confident about their product. We didn't even have anybody else come out. I had many questions and he answers whenever I call. The three installers also did a great job. The minute they got there, they just started working and were busy the whole time. They were in and out in about three hours and cleaned up afterwards. They didn't mess up a thing, and everything was just like it was. We are very pleased with Bathing Safety.

I've learned about Bathing Safety when we attended a presentation in Waters Edge by mistake. But it turned out to be good on our part because I think we have the best one around so I'm real happy with that. It's a low step getting into it, the door looks like it's going to last a long time, and it has a light on it. We can take a shower in it also which I also like. Another thing that I like is that it's a little heavier fiberglass. I think a lot of thought was put into it. It has two motors: one for recycling the water or the air, at the same time they kind of heat the water too as it's going through, and they did a beautiful job by putting it in, just like it was always there. It's that good. So far, it's been wonderful and great, except for I don't have enough hot water. But overall, there's nothing better.

We checked with other walk-in bathtub companies earlier and knew we couldn't afford them and Bathing Safety was much, much less than the others were. They just seemed like a very, very nice people to talk to and deal with and were very accommodating. The sales representative is just excellent; not a pushy person. He explained everything very thoroughly and he had the pictures and told us how everything operates and works. They had the tub shipped out here from Georgia and they said they'd be out to install it, and the owners even came themselves to install it one night. They have followed up ever since, which is great service.

I like Bathing Safety. I went to a seminar and decided to go with it. The sales team was pretty good. Now that I have it, I can take a bath, get in the tub without worrying about falling which is the main purpose of the tub. But the guys that set it up took a lot of time in getting it installed, not terrific but good. I had no problem with them. They provided the service that I needed.

We love our Bathing Safety! I started by looking into various walk-in bathtubs and got four bids. Then, I called and talked to them. I thought the guy was more honest than the others. The other people started high then cut their price down. He was pretty honest about the price right upfront - just the character of an honest salesman. They came in the house to install it at 10:00 o'clock and left at 3:00. I've never seen anything like it. And you wouldn't have known they were even in our house. They didn't leave a mess or anything. I like sitting in it. It's easy to fit in there. I like the jets and the big shower... That's fun for my age, anyway. My wife and I both use it and it was a great addition to this house. It was an excellent experience! I would and have recommended it to people.

I did a lot of research on the internet and found Bathing Safety. It came with a lifetime warranty and was $2,000 cheaper than other places. The sales representative, Allan, was great to deal with and really nice. The man that installed was also very nice. However, it did take him longer than I thought but he was working alone so that was okay. He did a beautiful job and it looks really great. I used it only today because it's only been installed a couple of days.

My mother recently installed a walk-in tub and it was a great experience. It all went according to plan. Bathing Safety came on time. Nine-thirty was the appointment and they were there at nine-thirty and installed it by one-thirty. They did a great job. Very friendly, nice folks. It all went the way it was supposed to and it was wonderful. Good job.

After a nightmarish attempt to install a new walk in tub, I gave up and cancelled the order. Alan stepped in to save the day. He promised that he would see to it that the tub was installed quickly and correctly and gave me a lower price. True to his words, the tub was installed in less than a week. The job was done well and to his standards. Alan called every day and sometimes twice to make sure the installation was going well and was up to his expectations. I would highly recommend Focus Tubs and Alan. It is nice to know that sometimes a man's word still means something.

I had a very good experience with Bathing Safety. We chose them because it is made in America. I like the walk-in part and the “spa effect” – it's all about the air moving the water. I also feel safe about not having to get in and out of a tub when I shower. The installation team was excellent. Bathing Safety was a pleasure doing business with.

We live in a manufactured home and Bathing Safety were willing to install the tub in our home. That was nice, where other people were not willing to do that. The sales rep was very nice and very straightforward. He came to our home and gave us an exact price, and when they installed it that was the price that it stayed at. So, we’re happy with our experience. They explained to us how it would work. They’ve also gotten back in touch with us if we had any questions. The installation team was very nice, too. They took time to tell us why they did certain things and showed us how to use the system and the whole tub. I’ve used the tub a few times. It works out great and feels good, and I like the shower feature that you can use the shower. Bathing Safety has very good quality product and it's fashionable too and easy to clean.

I love Bathing Safety, I just cannot say enough good things about it. Yesterday morning I sat in it for an hour and I was so relaxed this morning, I didn't feel like doing anything for the rest of the day. I got a letter in the mail which first alerted me to Bathing Safety. It's to listen to a sales presentation in Hutchinson. The sales representative answered all the questions that people had during his presentation thus, he was really helpful in me making the decision to buy it. The installation team also did a great job. I can't say anything bad about them. It's been a wonderful experience so far with Bathing Safety. In fact, there are so many advantages to it like the hydrotherapy, and since it's walk-in tub, I don't have to step over it. Definitely recommended.

The installation team was very efficient. I haven't used the walk-in tub yet because I've got heart problems right now. My husband is the one we bought it for. He can get in and out easy and bathe himself easier. The experience with them was comforting.

I got an invitation to a dinner and to hear a Bathing Safety sales reps talk about their product. After the dinner, he wanted to know if he could come to our house and explain a little more. I let him come because I had thought it sounded like something good to have. He was a very polite and very nice person. The installation team was also very nice and very neat. They cleaned up after everything and explained what they were doing. They did a very nice job. I like sitting in all that warm water and having the bubbles. It invigorates me. It's soothing and comfortable and a really nice tub.

They did pretty good but when they arrived at the house with the tub, the aroma therapy cap was bent. It’s bent because they had been trying to get it off. I tried to take it off and I started unscrewing it but I unscrewed the pipe inside so it fell down. So they had to come back and fix it. And they did give me a cap for it so that’s working okay now. Anyway, I got guy coming up today to take a look at my tank and see if we could put a bigger one in. Because it doesn’t fill it up to the top row hose where if it’s on your back it’s in-between them. You still get a spray on your back but I like to fill it up higher where I could get it up on my chest more. We've only got a 40-gallon tank. They recommend 50 gallons.

The sales guy from Bathing Safety was okay but I had a little problem with our installer. We didn't get an instruction page on what all those buttons were for and how we should do them; as a matter of fact, nobody said anything about how to use the shower, how to do the tub, because you can't do both at once. There's a lot of things that we had questions about after we got the tub: "How do we do this?" "How do we do that?" There was no available information. Putting the shower and the tub in, the guy said, "You don't need the shower." I was so upset by that time, I said, "Okay, if you don't think I need a shower." But we did need the shower, so we had to wait a month for the shower to get put in.

My experience with Bathing Safety Walkin Bathtubs has been fine. I haven’t used the jets yet in my tub but I have used the shower. I’m just getting myself acclimated to it and I really like it. I have trouble getting in and out because our space is so small that they had to shorten the tub. So I can barely shut the door. But it’s real nice to feel so safe. That’s the thing. I would worry every time in my other old shower that I was going to slip and fall, and knock myself out or cut my arm on the sliding glass doors. So I’m really grateful for this. I don’t have to be concerned about that. And I’ve fallen a lot. So that’s why it’s so important to me that I can sit down and shower if I want.

My experience with Bathing Safety is good. We really enjoy it. We're just having a little problem with the water getting cool on us as we fill the bathtub. If almost to the top, it gets cool and it’s a 40-gallon which they said was what we needed. I would like to try to see if we can get some kind of unit to attach to it so it won't be cool. It even did it when it was warm out. I’m going to have to get that fixed some way. Otherwise, it’s beautiful. We love it, especially me. It’s very enjoyable and good therapy because I put some stuff for my back in there and it really works good. I just soak for 20 minutes and it’s great. I don't have any complaints. I get my mother in there and she loves it too. She’s got dementia and it’s been really good for her circulation. I have told a lot of people about it and I've had quite a few see it and they really like it. There's no maintenance and that’s the big plus of it.

The ability to get in and out without having to step high was the primary factor for my wife in choosing the Bathing Safety Walk in tub. The sales rep was good and answered our questions very well. Then we set up an appointment and he came to the house and had a very good presentation. The installation was quite satisfactory. The features of the tub were little sketchy because they didn't have an owner’s manual with it. The first time we used it, it was a little confusing. But overall our experience was very satisfactory.

Bathing Safety sent a letter and told us to come to a workshop with them. They have some good points. It's almost level to the ground and you didn’t have to step in. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and very likable and seemed to try to do everything he could to help us. The installation team was good, too. I like all the features of the tub.

Bathing Safety advertised in our paper that they were having a seminar. I had been thinking about getting a walk-in tub and wanted to go and talk to somebody about it. Theirs had everything in there that I wanted. The sales representatives did an excellent job and I had no problem with the installation team. I like it. I had a hard time getting in and out of the shower and it has satisfied that very much.

The sales representative was polite and answered our questions. Installation team explained what they were going to do and let me see the tub first so that I was satisfied with what it looked like. They’re overall courteous. It’s been a good experience with Bathing Safety. I like everything about the tub and the time it takes to fill it, plus it’s American-made. We’re older folks. We like the safety feature and I like sitting in the Jacuzzi that relaxes all my muscles. I’m satisfied with everything.

We had the tub installed by Bathing Safety but haven't really used it that much. So far, our experience with the tub has been great. The presentation made us choose them. The presenter seemed so honest; that's why we went with them. The ones who installed were very professional and very accommodating. The experience has been good.
