The stairlift is good quality. The fabric is very sturdy. My husband likes it. He's very comfortable in it. We've had very good results.

The Arrow Lift rep came out to do the measurements and gave us an estimate. After we reviewed that and decided to go ahead with it, it was done quickly. They came quickly after we placed the order and went ahead with the installation. I expected to need to wait longer and was pleasantly surprised. You get used to, every time you place an order for something, it's, "That's gonna take two weeks, three weeks, four weeks, six weeks. Special order." They were here within a week, and the installation took place.

I'm familiar with durable medical equipment. I had known about Stannah lift and Bruno. I really like Bruno, but I like the options that Stannah provided like the extended rails. It was an additional $1,500 to add that on. Arrow Lift carried both brands and I was able to see them both in a working state in their store. They have these miniature stairs set up with a lift attached to them so you can compare side by side. I like their setup and theyr were very informative.

I liked Arrow Lift's sales presentation, presenting the product that they had and the benefits of it, and the ease of using it and the ease of installation. He did a good job, as far as presenting the benefits, like the footrest, how it takes care of itself, and the arms, how it goes out of the way when my mom sits down, and the ease that she was able to maneuver and feel comfortable and safe. It was a good experience.

I had had someone out before Arrow Lift, and it cost about three times as much. So I was quite relieved when I found that Arrow Lift was more affordable for me. The service was good. When I had to put off the dates, they were good about it. So everything was smooth. They did the installation in a couple hours. I like the stairlift. It's very good and does what I need it to. It definitely makes me able to go downstairs and take a shower and do my laundry. I would use them again.

I made the final decision after the sales rep came but I did my research ahead of time and I was very impressed. I liked what I saw on paper with Arrow Lift. The rep gave me his number if I had any more questions. It was a great experience. The installer got everything installed and told me to let him know if there was anything that needs to be fixed or adjusted. I called and asked if they could move the stairlift a little closer to the wall. And within a couple of days, they were there. They took care of it and it works great.

The reps were polite, helpful, and expedient, because that’s what we needed. Arrow Lift came all the way out there to Lake Park so that we could talk with them and they could look at the house. It was a positive experience. Also, the installers that came tried to do whatever they needed to do and stay out of the way. The crew that was working on the stairlift that day could not get the chair started, so they made the call right then and there was someone out the next day to take care of the technical issues. It was professional.

The sales rep was great. He had pictures and he explained what would be done and measured everything. He said it would take about two weeks after I called them to get it installed. We thought about it and we knew we wouldn't be able to get all my husband's woodworking tools up after. We had them removed from the basement quite quickly, and as soon as we had that done, I called Arrow Lift and said to go ahead. In less than two weeks, one young man came to install and he was great. He got right to work and got the job done, then he helped my husband up quite a long time to make sure he knew how to use it.

They were very good and easy to work with. The whole process was pretty smooth. They came in and did a measurement, as what we needed. Then it was only within a few weeks, we had the lift installed and working. It went in so well that when we opened a second campus and needed one installed on there too, we went with Arrow Lift, and they did another great job. They were thorough. Everything was done to the tee.

Arrow Lift carried different brand names, and they were close to where we lived, so we walked into the showroom, looked things over and got some information. The sales rep showed us how the products worked, and we only went up half a dozen stairs, but we had a chance to use it. He explained a lot of things, including the installation. It was really nice. We got a Stannah and it was delivered within a week. The installer was here and gone in a matter of a few hours. It's a straight, 11-step lift, so it was a simple installation. The lift works fine so far, and at least it’s better because it's new. I use it a couple times a week to go downstairs.

I called a number that I had for Arrow Lift and it was only a couple of days and the salesman came. He happened to live not far from where I live and he stopped in, we talked over everything, and he gave us the price on the lift. He took some measurements and everything went smooth from there. It was only a week and they came out and installed it. There was just one person and he was done in four hours. He was very nice and he kept everything clean. One thing I like about the chair itself is it's set up so when you get to the top, it turns, so you're facing the room to get off. It runs without electricity too. It has a battery on the chair. And it's plugged into a wall at the bottom. So, it keeps that battery fully charged.

When I looked at the specs on the Arrow Lift, I was impressed with it. I was on their website and sent them an inquiry form. They called me almost immediately. We set up an appointment, and they came out and showed me the information, and told me how much it would cost. The installers were quiet. They tried to keep things out of the way. Other than the stairlift was installed, you wouldn't have even known they had been there. And the installer talked to me about how to work it. And we talked about warranties and all the information I needed. They were very thorough. After using it for almost six weeks now, I'm impressed. Considering what has been going on the last few years and compared to what I paid for my one in New Hampshire, it was equivalent, but the quality was better I would recommend Arrow Lift highly to anybody.

I'd like to applaud the rep because he tooted how nice Arrow Lift was. I believed him. And it worked. That was the best one to get.

The Arrow Lift installers were incredible. My wife no longer asks for a new home. Getting a stairlift was cheaper than buying a new house.

Arrow Lift came out here. First, we were thinking about getting an elevator. That wasn't gonna work too well. So, then they showed the chairlift. My wife and I thought that would work fine, and it has. The installation was one of the big things. It was all done in a short day. My wife is the one that uses it, and she's been very pleased with it. We've had no problem. It's worked very well. Arrow Lift is a good company to work with for a chairlift.

Arrow Lift is wonderful. We needed something quickly and they were able to provide us with a stairlift quickly and efficiently. The technician was very knowledgeable about the product. They explained everything to me. The stairlift works wonderfully. It's made it through the winter and not a glitch in it. It's what I thought it would be.

I wanted something that took up very little stairwell space. We looked at Acorn and others online, and the Arrow Lift stairlift was best for our needs. I saw how it pulls up in such a neat, compact way if you're carrying stuff up or somebody has to walk up the stairs. It also appeared to be easily installed. I assumed it was gonna be easy to remove, leaving no damage to the attached surface. We're gonna eventually have to move, and I don't wanna have to fix a wall or a floor where they pull that stairlift out.

Arrow Lift was more local. I had called them. They sent a rep for me to check everything out to see if my stairway was compatible. He was very nice, went through the whole thing, measured everything, and quoted me the price. I accepted and purchased the stairlift. I gave them so much down and I said, “I will give you a check for the remaining amount upon completion of the service,” which they said was excellent. After I ordered the stairlift, it was not long before it was installed. The installer did an excellent job. He was very professional, very easy to talk to, and explained the whole system on how it works after everything was assembled and put in place. It was great from the get-go.

Everyone at Arrow Lift was very accommodating. I had to cancel the first scheduled date for installation, because I got COVID, so they worked well helping me reschedule. The installer did a great job and spent all the time we needed, showing us how to use the stairlift.

We’ve had a favorable experience with Arrow Lift. The sales rep was wonderful and the rep who helped us was very interested in us and had answers for anything we asked. Then, the installer was alone for the installation but he was very efficient. The stairlift is a little more money than I had planned on spending but the product seems to bear the cost.

Arrow Lift had an office in Des Moines, Iowa. I'm in Marshalltown, Iowa so I called and arranged an appointment with them, and then things went south for a while with medical purposes. So, we put everything on hold. When I knew that my husband was coming home and we were going to be able to take care of him at home, I called Arrow Lift back and their representative came up. The company is truthful and helpful. They came up and they put it in and the tech people who put the stairlift in were very good. They cleaned up and it was like it had been there all its life. The equipment is nice-looking and it doesn't make sounds like I've heard some of them. We are very happy with Arrow Lift, the product and the service from them. They are pricey but it is well worth the price and they helped with telling me exactly what it would cost. The price that they quoted me was the price that they got.

I called Arrow Lift and was later contacted by a salesman and he came out and gave me a couple of different ideas. We have two stairwells and we talked about a roll-your-wheelchair-on type elevator, to service two floors, and that was gonna be too expensive. So, he helped us decide which stairwell we wanted to use and what would be the most practical. He was very good and receptive. He’d call me right back when I had a question. The guys who did the installation didn’t mess around. They came in and got the job done. We had a little issue but they came out and took care of it and the stairlift is working fine. We've used the stairlift multiple times. So, I'm happy with it. The design is nice and it's set up the way they said it was going to be set up and it functions the way they said it was gonna function.
