My mom needed a stairlift to get from one level in the house to the other, and when we talked to Arrow Lift, it was great. The sales rep, Todd, was very thorough. He worked with us when my mom changed her mind and then changed it back again. Todd was awesome and really helped out. He did a great job. Meanwhile, the installers were very professional and courteous, and they did a great job as well. Everything looked awesome. We were out of town and they would not leave until they showed somebody how to run it other than my mom, so they waited around extra just to show my daughter how to run it. They were amazing. All in all, our experience was seamless and we're very satisfied.

I was looking up chairlifts on my phone. Arrow Lift popped up and so I thought I'd start from them. I ended up getting a visit from their rep and he was a very nice man. I bought a used one and he explained everything in detail. For the installation, a young man put all the equipment in and showed us how to work it. They said to block four hours for the installation, but it only took two and a half.
The lift is for my husband who is 91. He will not remember how to do it, so I'm the one that had to learn how to do it. We have a split entry, so the stairlift is just on one flight of stairs up. It works fine so far. It goes straight up and down, and the stairway has no curves on it because that would have been more money. The price was reasonable for a used product and there was a year of warranty on it. I didn't have any problems with Arrow Lift and everything went well.

My wife had health issues where she wasn’t able to climb the stairs so we purchased a stair lift. The sales representative from Arrow Lift was very prompt and got the process done quick. I called him five days later and then the installation team came in. They installed the straight stair lift going from our garage up to eight flights of stairs and left everything clean after. The stair lift fits good in our stairwell and works well every time. It seems well-built. The price is fair in relation to the quality. My wife has now improved, and she’s no longer using it, but it’s there in case of future need. It was a very good experience with Arrow Lift.

When I was looking to buy a house, the nicest houses that I saw from the 19th century that had elevators all had Arrow Lift elevators. This is in Saint Paul. So, I bought six stair lifts. The techs are wonderful, especially the tech in Dulluth. Jake is extraordinary.
The stair lifts are life-changing because I like the houses that I have. I couldn’t have these houses if I didn’t have the stair lift. It's very high quality with optimal functionality and performance. Works perfectly. The stair lift does take space in the stairwell, but both houses that I have the stair lift in have two stairwells, so it’s fine. It’s not the fault of Arrow Lift. It's just the way a stair lift works.
The only negative experience was the salesperson. It is their weak point. He was trying to sell me a different brand of stair lift which I didn’t want and couldn’t use. I was too heavy for the item he was trying to sell me. He was really difficult and terrible. He finally did sell me what I wanted when I told him that if he didn’t sell me what I wanted, I would go elsewhere.

I did a lot of research on different stairlifts and I felt good about the Arrow Lift reviews. My parents were moving into my house and their bedroom was upstairs, so they really needed it.
I was here working when the unit was installed, and I hardly heard the installer out there. Installation was quiet and he cleaned up after himself. So he did a really good job and explained to me how to use it. Four days afterwards, the retractable arm had a little squeak in it when it would lower, so I called Arrow Lift and they came out right away and fixed it up.
The stairlift goes straight up and down and has the retractable rail at the bottom. It's easy to use. My parents struggle with some technical things, but they don't have any problems with it at all. Quality is really good. The experience with Arrow Lift is excellent up to this point.

Arrow Lift is local to us and they were able to be at our home in one day. We got an indoor straight stair lift which is of very good quality. The installation team was very good and they cleaned up after themselves.

The Arrow Lift is not very compact. It takes up the whole stairwell. That's kind of annoying. It also stopped on me a few times. You gotta smack the bottom, and then it'll finally start moving. I don't know what's going on. It happened twice already. But the stairlift makes my life easier. I couldn't get upstairs before that. It made all the difference.
I also appreciate you telling us about the challenges you’ve run into. The size of the unit and the times it has stopped on you are important things for us to understand, and I’m sorry it hasn’t been as smooth as it should be. Read this Review BEFORE you Buy: This is my personal experience with this company. I purchased this elevator in April of 2025. It costs about $45,000, but they assured me it is a quality product with solid support. Around July of 2025, we could finally start the construction to make room for the elevator. They strongly recommended I used their contractor Ron **. The quote from him was an additional $55,000, which in of itself was ridiculous. We already had a spot for the elevator, all that it required was taking down two walls from an unused closet made of drywall.
Now, when one pays a premium one expects premium service. It took their sub-contractor three days from start to finish, one of which he never showed after his lunch break. Upon ‘completing’ the project, there were holes in the drywall, the guy used nails into our hardwood floors (instead of tape) for a tarp, broke our handcrafted handrails, and best of all, he jackhammered our floors before realizing that it was not needed to take out the drywall. It destroyed our tiles, and they did not even paint the new drywall. It took me weeks of arguing just to get them to finish the job half-way decently. It was a complete cluster. Do NOT use their contractors; any general contractor will do. There is nothing special for an elevator, it is simply a shaft pre-built. Now to the elevator.
After 10 months, our elevator came in to be installed. Upon finishing the installation, the next day it broken. I cannot make this stuff up. The cheap door latch would not lock into the door so the elevator will go up but will NOT come down. I then had to call their ‘repair’ center who sent a tech out. His answer was to try and bend the door back into position or hold the door with my foot. He was ‘not qualified’ to replace (what we now know to be a bent door from the company), all he could do was send it into his ‘engineering team to look at’ and document the issue. That literally means, do nothing, tough luck. This elevator is less than 14 days old!
Two days after he bent the door a little with his temporary fix, it is broken again! I have an 84-year-old mother and father, and they spent over $100,000 on this piece of junk elevator. Every night I must carry them upstairs and down…And what am I supposed to do? HOLD THE DOOR WITH MY FOOT? This company should be dissolved. Get an elevator from anyone else, period! Do not buy from this company, not now, not ever. Shame on you, Arrow Lift.
It’s clear that the construction process caused a lot of frustration, and we understand why the condition of the work left you feeling let down. While we do share contractor options when clients ask for recommendations, the work itself is handled independently by those contractors, and situations like the one you described aren’t typical. We’re sorry it added so much difficulty to the project.
Regarding the elevator, we understand how upsetting it must be to run into a door issue so soon after installation, especially when you’re counting on it for daily use. Our team found that the upper landing gate appears to have a fabrication problem, and a replacement door has already been ordered under the installation warranty. We’ll get that swapped out as soon as the new part arrives so things can function as they should.

The installation of my stairlift was smooth as silk. The stairlift works really well. It gets me up and down the steps. I like the way the seat swivels around so you can get into it easily. The quality seems top-notch. It also is very economical.

My daughter found Arrow Lift. My brother also had the same brand of stair lift back in Missouri. When we talked to the salesman, we liked him. He was very, very nice. I got our stairlift from a guy whose mother had it in her house. She passed away, so he didn't need it. Arrow Lift installed it for us and it was excellent. I had them go pick it up out of the house that it was in and bring it to our house and reinstall it. My wife uses it and she likes it.
They did a really good job and they were nice people. It was reasonable. They came on schedule like they said they would. And then, there was one part that had a flaw in it. They reordered that and came back out to put it in, no charge. Everything works great. They did a nice job. No complaints.

My 80-year-old wife fell and broke her leg in three places. Arrow Lift installed a stairlift in my house and they did it in one day like they said they would, and it works. So far, so good. There's nothing aesthetic about it, but it's purely functional to help an invalid and it accomplished that purpose.
But I was told that they were going to send me some kind of information about warranties, and to date, I haven't seen anything yet. As I remember, there's a warranty that comes because you bought it and another warranty that I'd have to buy.

We had looked for a couple of different ones, but we went with Arrow Lift because they had a local presence. We had a straight stairlift installed inside. It fits how we were told and how it worked out.
The guys that came to do the installation were very friendly and helpful. Arrow Lift has been very responsive every time we have called. Even before we put it in, they were willing to talk to our contractor as well as speak to us about where it needed to go. Everything’s been going good.

My sister had an Arrow Lift, so I purchased with them too. The sales visit was good, and the reps were professional and friendly. The installation of the stair lift took just one day, and it went well. It’s good that the arms are strong because I have to use those to get up sometimes. The only issue I have is, occasionally, the little plastic thing will jerk loose, and I have to keep pushing it back in. Overall, it’s good quality.

I found Arrow Lift through a Google search and the good reviews online convinced me to call. The interaction with the salesperson was excellent and on the day of the installation I wasn’t there, I just checked in and it was good. The quality of the chairlift is excellent. It’s just that the installation took longer than expected but it’s not a big deal

I checked out everyone in the area that was in the business and went around and visited offices for a couple of them. I originally decided on another company, but they couldn’t deliver. I liked the sales representative with Arrow Lift. It seemed like they knew what they were doing. So, I called them and went with them because of their service.
Our installer was fantastic. He did stairlift installation for a number of years and then transferred over to the elevator installation side. And then, when they were shorthanded on the stairlifts, he went over there temporarily. So, he had years of experience. And the stairlift is of good quality. I had no problems.

I looked online for chairlifts, and I liked Arrow Lift’s representative who came here. I had a good presentation and he explained everything. I got a chairlift that curves, but during the installation it did not fit. They had to take it all off, and they had to come back three weeks later and remeasure. I did not hear anything for several weeks, and then they finally called and said that they got it after three months from the time I had my initial representative here until installation. I’ve seen a lot of good reviews online, but I was one of the rare ones. They are a little expensive too. Still, the chairlift works great.

We’ve had a good experience with Arrow Lift. It was a recommendation from Home Care Physical Therapy for my wife. She’s had a stroke, a heart valve replaced, and hernia repair surgery. She’s been through a lot since February. We’re scheduling knee replacement for her. It’s made it simple and accessible to go to doctor appointments, even without getting one of our sons to help. It’s a bit obtrusive in the stair space, but it’s manageable.
The sales visit was excellent. We had the representative on Friday, and the stair lift was installed on Monday. I’d highly recommend Arrow Lift.

After considering various options for stair lifts, I chose Arrow Lift primarily because they were the first to respond. We had reached out to three other companies, but Arrow Lift's representative impressed us with his excellent presentation and thorough explanation of their product. He detailed the durable nature, appealing warranties, and the availability of service, which made the decision easier. They immediately inspired confidence by offering a year where parts and service are free, transitioning to free parts in the second year, which was quite attractive.
We decided on a straight stair lift model, which fits quite adequately, given the wide design of our staircase, allowing unobstructed access. The model comes with call buttons conveniently placed at both the top and bottom of the stairs. Overall, I'm satisfied with the chair's comfort and build quality, although there is a small hiccup when ascending—it occasionally stops suddenly, a situation we're monitoring.
At a price I found reasonable for the quality of the lift, Arrow Lift has significantly improved ease and convenience in our home. Both my wife and I have benefitted tremendously, with the device sparing us the exertion of navigating the stairs multiple times a day. Customer service was exceptional, promptly addressing a minor issue with the remote within days.
While we’ve pondered the odd stoppage during lifting, it hasn't significantly impacted our overall experience. In any case, I'd rate my experience with Arrow Lift very highly for prompt service and product satisfaction. It truly has been a necessary addition to our home given our age and changed mobility needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

My wife and I were in an accident. I've had back surgery and my wife had a knee surgery. We just bought a brand-new house. We were looking for a single-story, but in the area that we're at right now, there were no single-stories at all. They were also more expensive than what we bought our house for, which is a two-story and a brand-new build, too. We got here and have seen what was available. We bought the house and I immediately told my wife that I need to look into and invest in a chair for us. I checked a couple of different locations. Arrow Lift is really close there in Ontario. I got two bids, but when Arrow Lift came in, they gave me a really good price and a really good timeframe as to when they can do it. So, I went with them.
I wish I would have known a little bit more about their customer service. With my wife and myself being kind of injured, we had a bed delivered, and the staircase is not a really wide staircase. It's a normal 42-inch staircase, and the chair fits perfectly. You can still get up and down with the chair installed because it flips up. So, the staircase is accessible. I called Arrow Lift to see what the cost would be to remove it because I had a bed brought into the upstairs and it's like a hospital bed. So, it's really heavy. I knew there was gonna be a cost to remove the chair while they brought the bed up, so it wouldn't be in their way and also to make sure that in case something happened, they didn't damage the chair.
So, with that information, I let Arrow Lift know. The price to have the chair removed for that purpose was gonna cost me almost $1,000 and then it will be another 1,000 to put it back on. With that cost, I told them I can't afford it. I worked with the Sleep Number people instead, and they came in, they got the bed up there with no problem. I just had to take the chair up so they can get it in place. Then I brought the chair down to get it out of their way, and then they moved the thing up to its location.
The chair's performance is awesome. My wife and I have used it quite a bit so far. I try to use the stairs as much as possible, so does she. There are times when it's time to go to bed that she'll get on it and then she'll send it back down for me because we have remote controls. The chair will arrive and then I'll get on it. I make sure everything's closed up and then I make my way back up. The lift itself is perfect. It's doing exactly what we wanted it to do. We're still young, but with our condition due to the accident, the lift is helping us. As a matter of fact, when we bought the house, it was the first thing that was installed in the house.

We're very happy with Arrow Lift. We needed a stairlift and their price was right. They gave us a good price for a rebuilt one, and it's worked very well for us since we've had it. The installer worked his butt off. Because not only was there wood, but there was tile on the stairs and he had to chip through that tile in order to get the railing settled. He worked hard and he was here all day. The stairlift has made it easier to go up and down the stairs. I weigh 237 and it's handled me just fine. I also take things down like laundry and it’s been good.

My husband had brain cancer, and he couldn't get around because his left side was not working the best. I was looking on the internet for stairlifts. Arrow Lift was from Minnesota, and the owner who started it was a veteran. So, I went with it. The sales visit was very good. The rep was informative. He answered all our questions and explained.
We got two stairlifts. There was a continuous one, but that's a little more expensive than what we wanted. Even with the stairlift on our stairwell, there's room to get by. It's attached to the stairs, so they didn't have to put any screws and stuff in the wall. The stairs are carpeted, so you can't really tell it's there. It's very minimally invasive and is of good quality. My husband was a little over 200 pounds, and it didn't have any problems. I've ridden it up and down, too, and it's easy to use. It was very helpful. Otherwise, he wouldn't have had access to all areas of the house. So, it was a good decision to go with them.

The main thing that I liked about Arrow Lift is they were more readily available than other companies. And after looking into them, I kind of liked the products they had. Out of the ones we looked at, I didn't know they went back. They’re also one of the higher rated ones in this area. The stairlift has been very good. It’s for a family member. I would recommend Arrow Lift to a friend.
