I checked out everyone in the area that was in the business and went around and visited offices for a couple of them. I originally decided on another company, but they couldn’t deliver. I liked the sales representative with Arrow Lift. It seemed like they knew what they were doing. So, I called them and went with them because of their service.

Arrow Lift was recommended by somebody. The stairlift I got was for a loved one, and it is nice to have it there when the time comes. Overall, they handled it beautifully.

I looked online for chairlifts, and I liked Arrow Lift’s representative who came here. I had a good presentation and he explained everything. I got a chairlift that curves, but during the installation it did not fit. They had to take it all off, and they had to come back three weeks later and remeasure. I did not hear anything for several weeks, and then they finally called and said that they got it after three months from the time I had my initial representative here until installation. I’ve seen a lot of good reviews online, but I was one of the rare ones. They are a little expensive too. Still, the chairlift works great.

The only thing that I was disappointed in is the part where you put your feet in doesn't turn with the chair when you get up to the top of the steps.

We park at the bottom and put the seat and the armrests up which gives us enough room when somebody’s not going up and down without the lift. I Wish I Never Bought This. I have been living with my Stannah Model 600 stairlift for just shy of six years now. I originally had it installed for the benefit of my ninety year old Mother's visits. I thought, "If I'm gonna live here, I gotta have some way of hauling it up.” So, that's why I called. The reps were excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. They were polite. They didn't make a mess. They were efficient. I was very pleased with them. I got the straight up and down stairlift. I wish they would have told me that it only turns at one end. It comes out when I get in upstairs. But when I'm downstairs, I gotta lift the arm and come out sideways. I can change that, but it's gonna be another $900, which I would have borrowed to the beginning to do if I had known that.

We got a used stairlift from Arrow Lift so we got a good deal on that. They also explained everything about how we can resell it to them. They'll buy it back at greatly reduced price. If we wanted one that goes up three steps then makes the curve and goes all the way to the top, that was 13 grand. If we got one that was separate that went up the three steps then went up the other 13, that was 7,000. We got the one that went up the main steps and it was 3,300.

I purchased an Arrow Lift over the phone. The gentleman was good. He took care of me. We needed it in a hurry, but it ended up we didn't. I called on a Friday, and the installer was here on Wednesday to install it. It was fast. A gentleman from Columbus came. He was here when Arrow Lift said he would. I showed him where we wanted it. He went to work and did it. He was here from 9:30 to 5:30. There was a problem with the wiring. Arrow Lift had to come and redo that. The other thing is when it's done manually, I can't turn the chair at the bottom of the stairs to get out of it, which would be inconvenient. I purchased the electric turn. It turns electrically at the top and the bottom. But manually, it would only turn at the top. Other than that, it's sturdily made and moves fast enough.

The team at Arrow Lift was great. They answered all our questions and their service was good. I didn't have any issues with the installation. Everything was great. The quality of the stairlift is good as well.

The stairlift from Arrow Lift has a liftable arm on the basement. We have a limited space for the arm to go down to the floor. It lifts up out of the way. My wife was impressed with the salesman. We had a couple of other companies come and the salespeople didn't seem to know what they were talking about. My wife said this guy was expressive. We went with a different equipment than Bruno because he had some issues with Bruno and he explained why. We went with a Stannah. We've been happy with it. We haven't had any trouble. The installation took six hours. They started the morning about 9:30 and they were done at 3:30.

We contacted Arrow Lift and their representative come out. He was very informative. We had eight people there that day. Everybody wanted to do something for our people. So, they worked very well. Also, the installer was very thorough. He knew exactly what to do. It went very well. We're very happy with the system. We got the remote part where the chair turns and it turns, and our handicapped person could do it by himself. He could come in there and push the button, turn it, sit down. Also, his mother would bring his walker up then. But he could sit down right up and turn it and get out by himself. That is how handy it is for him. That makes it good for us too because that is what we wanted.

I purchased a stairlift because my mother-in-law needed it to get her up the stairs to her condominium. I did a bunch of online research on quality of exterior stairlift, and I started calling around to suppliers. Arrow Lift was the most responsive and informative that I talked to. The stairlift works great. It's perfect for my mother-in-law. She's 87. So, turning it on and off and the different buttons were a little bit complicated for her at first, but now that she's gotten used to it, it works fine. If I could recommend anything, it'd be a little bit simpler on and off. There are three different things she has to push to turn it on and off. There's a sequence as opposed to a single on/off switch. For her, it wasn't intuitive how to get it on and off. So, it took a while. Other than that, she now has safe access to her house.

The installation of our Arrow Lift was fine. The tech was in and out in a couple of hours. The stairlift seems fine, so far. It's working.

I like the Arrow Lift stairlift's quality very much. But it could have been a little more comfortable seat. I didn't expect the seat that I got. One that my folks had was more cushiony. Theirs also went straight up. But mine had to go around three curves because I live in a townhouse. And it was a lot more expensive. I didn't have a choice. I tore three ligaments in my left leg and had an avulsion fracture and my bedroom and the bathroom are upstairs. But now, I don't have to leave my townhome. Arrow Lift came out yesterday to take a look at an exposed screw. They fixed it and tightened the bolt. They were very helpful. I was very happy.

Installation went fast and smooth. The stair lift is wider than I thought it was gonna be, but other than that, it's good. It's got a safety belt. I have to move the seat around and it’s taken an adjustment, but it's all doable. When I bought the chair, there was a service contract on it that the salesman told me. I was really sick when I bought this, and I had so many days to respond to get some extra protection. I can't remember what it was for, but the time went by, and I didn't get it. That's the only thing that bothered me, and I didn't think about it until way after. Arrow Lift also said that they'll do a maintenance on the chair, but I don't know when that is scheduled or when it's coming up. I didn't even ask the salesman how long these things last. I just needed to get something going.

Arrow Lift came here right away, measured, ordered the stairlift, delivered it and put it in. It took them a couple hours for the installation but everything was fine. The guys were polite. The stairlift goes down our basement. My husband hasn't used it a ton, but when we've used it, and it works fine. I've recommended it to my sister-in-law and she loves it. She uses hers all the time.

When my mother lived with me, she couldn't get up and down the stairs. So, I started researching and when I went to the Arrow Lift's showroom, I liked what I saw. But my mother passed away and the stairlift that I ended up getting from was for me. The installation was really easy. The rep had it done and he didn't take long at all. So far, I really like it. I'm still not real clear yet on what to do when the power goes out and it starts beeping. But I have a manual, so I just looked at it to know where the button was and I've gotten better at it. The lift works out really well. The on part is easy, but you have to be a little more careful when you're getting off of it. You got to make sure you got to twist it around and there's not a lot of room because you're at the top of the stairs. You don't want to take the step the wrong way and you have to concentrate on what you're doing. But I've never had any trouble.

I contacted Arrow Lift and talked to Todd. I asked him to come out and show me what he had. We went into the showroom, found out what they had and he explained some things to me. He took my wife up and down the stairlift because she was afraid of it the first time. Our laundry is downstairs and my wife has learned how to get a laundry basket downstairs and come upstairs with it. We are so happy with it. If I had a sign, I'd put it at the end of the driveway.

The guy came out right away and took some measurements. He gave us a price right away. He went through the products with both of us. The installation was done when they said it would be. There was no problem. The installation was great. The guy was good. The stairlift was installed in the middle of February. The quality is very good. It's easy to use.

The sales rep and installers did a good job. The stairlift has worked for what I need. Good quality. If I were in need of another one, I would get ahold of Arrow Lift first.

Our stairlift works very well. It's easy to use and helped out a lot with our difficulties in navigating the steps, so we like it. We paid $18,000, so it was a little more expensive than we thought it was gonna be but it was a more complicated installation because we have a curved stairway. So, it was okay. We wanted it. Despite the price, we bought it. We have a friend who was concerned about stairlifts, and we told her that we're very happy with Arrow Lift. It's a little expensive, but it's very good.

The whole operation, the estimating technique that was used, wasn't an overpowering sales effort. I appreciated that. It was down-to-earth, factual and answered our questions right away. It worked out great. I was satisfied. Price-wise, it was comparable to others. I was more concerned about the service, and the location of the people that would be available to come over and look at it. Arrow Lift had all of those features well in hand. And it was most comfortable for us to decide on that.

Everything's been good with Arrow Lift. The company did what it needed to do. The rep knew his product, and he knew our needs. We put a deal together on what it was gonna cost and he was very attentive in getting us set up and getting it installed and getting it ordered. So, it was a quick turnaround. The installation was great. The guy was here one day, did a very nice job, and answered all of our questions. The stairlift does a nice job with what it's supposed to do. It works every time we wanna use it. So so far, so good.

I like my Arrow Lift. I don't use it that often 'cause it's only when I need to go to the basement. But it works and it gets me down there without falling on my face. I have bad knees and need to use it to go downstairs. The installation went very well and they were quick in getting back to me and getting it in. From the time I first called them until it was in, it was three weeks. I had to get an electrician to come in and put an outlet for the plug because there wasn't anything near it. I was able to get that done the day I called. I'm partially handicapped and I have a handicapped husband, things like that are important and they were willing to work with me quickly. Everybody was very easy to work with, from the woman who came out and did the initial assessment, to the man who oversaw the installation and if I ever had any help needed, he gave me the number to reach him. It all went very well. I was very satisfied.

Arrow Lift's salesperson was lovely. The showroom was very efficient and they did a really thorough job. We have a straight stairway and the stairlift is attached to the stairs. It has the remote control and does exactly what it's supposed to do. The installation took about a day and the gentleman who installed it was very nice. He was very professional from start to finish and he knew what he was doing. It was a well-orchestrated experience and we are extremely happy with our purchase. The stairlift has been a game changer and it has given my father more freedom again. It has also given him the flexibility and range of motion to use both levels of our house.

Everything went smoothly in the installation of our Arrow Lift. I'm very satisfied. Their customer service was very polite, not hurried at all.

We've worked with Arrow Lift previously for a handicap chairlift. They were very professional and prompt. Everything was great. We're working together now on a what's called a casket lift. And it's an insurance situation. So, things are dragging. But the sales rep was kind. When I first contacted them, I did it online. I filled out their contact us form. It was over a weekend. Monday morning, somebody called, and put me in contact with a sales rep. It was all handled very well. Also, the installer was kind, patient, answered all our questions, showed us how it worked, and had it done in the timeframe Arrow Lift thought it would take.

The installation of our Arrow Lift was great. The rep taught my husband how to use it. It works well for what he needs it for. It was a stressful time and they were very helpful as far as what we needed to do.

I love Arrow Lift. It's been a life changer for my husband because he has Parkinson's. He can't go up the steps, but mostly, going down is the problem. We were thinking we'd have to move to a one floor house, then my friend suggested Arrow Lift. We called them and they were great. I was so impressed by them. They came very promptly, and we ordered it, then within a week, they installed it. It took an hour, and my husband has been using it ever since.

I liked the presentation and honesty of the young man that came here from Arrow Lift. He came on a Friday, looked everything over, and said that he'd be able to get the stairlift installed the following Monday. I liked that it could be done quickly. I also liked the fact that Arrow Lift is an Iowa company in Des Moines and I felt more comfortable with this brand. I called Acorn before and the person I talked to didn't speak very good English. Then, she kept saying they were a local company. But if they were, she could speak better English than she did.

I found Arrow Lift on the internet and they had several offices close to where I live. I gave them a call to talk to them and have them come over and I liked the company and the product. The salesman showed me several that would work and pointed out different features that he thought would be better for us and our home design. He talked about the cost and covered the cost of various options.

The representative of Arrow Lift was very knowledgeable, pleasant and easy to deal with. The installers came fairly quickly and were fast. The installation was done efficiently. And the stairlift has been working fine, so we've been quite pleased with it.

Our experience with Arrow Lift was very good. My wife was having a lot of difficulty going up and down the stairs. The sales rep came out. He was very nice, personable and professional. The installer was also very good. My wife hasn't been downstairs in a long time. We have a recumbent bike down there. She's trying to exercise now that her knees have been fixed and she couldn't go downstairs, use the bike, and come back up. Now, she does that every day. And we go downstairs and do different things we can entertain. The stairlift has made quite a difference for her. The quality is excellent too.

We researched a number of chairlift companies and we went with Arrow Lift because we liked the information they gave on their site and it sounded very positive. The sales visit at our home was with Danielle and she was very friendly, professional, and informative. She answered all of our questions and listened to our situation and what we though we were going to need. She offered a couple of different options of what would work the best and be the most efficient for our situation. We originally talked to her about putting a stairlift to the basement and then some things changed. We ended up needing more of an ability to get my husband out the door and into the garage to get him to the car because he was having some strength issues. We opted to go with a shorter version in the garage and she came back out and reassessed for that situation. She again did an excellent job.

The gentleman that came up first gave me a call and made an appointment. We emailed back and forth a couple of times and he drove up 200 miles and met with us. He explained the whole thing, gave us options and let us make our own decision. I really liked that he was not pushy, because I had to get other people involved because the family was buying this for my mother-in-law. I had to say, "I can't buy it today. But I'm gonna get together with the family. We'll make a decision soon."

The sales visit with Arrow Lift was great. Their salesman was wonderful. He was very professional. He helped me follow up because I had to hold it off for a while because I couldn't find an electrician. He kept in contact with me. I liked him a lot. I have a very large curve in my stairs and I chose a stairlift that would be sturdy and go around that curve. I have 13 stairs to come up. So far, so good. I sit in it, put my groceries in my lap, and bring them up the stairs. Otherwise, I could not get them up the stairs.

Arrow Lift popped up as being local and got back to me very quickly. I like the product and that they didn't farm out the installation. I called them and a rep was out of the house in less than a week. I had an immediate need because my wife has Alzheimer's. The lift is very nice and heavy-duty. It's not inexpensive but it's about equivalent to two weeks in a nursing home. The only thing is it would be nice if it had a little bit more room, but there's no problem. I can carry a clothes basket up. I just have to turn it length-wise instead of sideways. But walking up and down next to it is not a big deal.

We're happy with our stairlift from Arrow Lift. The quality is very good. Installation was great.

I'm 81 years old, and anything that's mechanical gets me confused, but it's very simple to operate. The arms raise up so that the other people that want to go down the stairs without using the lift can do so without being inconvenient. They also gave us a thing that we can lock it so that the kids can't get on it. That's helpful too.

The installation was good. They had to drill into my tile floor and they took it nice and slow so they didn't crack anything. They were also very informative after.

Arrow Lift had more than one brand and offered variety. The rep was honest about what was more expensive or less expensive, and gave us all of our options. We talked through what we wanted and he agreed to it. The first time the installer came out, he had to leave because he wasn't well. But when he came out the second time, it went great.

The sales person seemed really concerned about our problem and tried to help us in every way he could. He seemed genuine. He was really enthusiastic about the product, and our stairlift has been doing fine sitting by the stairs. When it's all the way down, we can't get our front door open, but once we move it up a bit, the door opens fine, so it's not a problem. Before we had this lift, I had to physically take my wife up a stair at a time. Sometimes she couldn't do the stairs and I'd have to give her a little pickup. We're going through a tough time, but this makes it a little easier on both of us. I can strap my wife in without any problems, take her up the stairs, and get her into the bedroom. She seems comfortable with it, and that's all we need.

We bought a used chairlift, and everything went well. I've shopped around enough that I knew it was going to be not cheap, and Arrow Lift's price was very competitive. The sales rep was also very caring and took the time to make sure that we knew everything about the chairlift. I'm very pleased with it. It's straight and we have a wide stairwell, so it worked very well. We had it installed mainly for a good friend of mine. We watch football games in our lower level.

He presented me with new costs for a stairlift and used costs. Since I'm mature and I retired, I went for the used one. It came with a year's warranty on everything. The gentleman that installed it was very thorough and nice. We had a little difference at the start of him doing the installation. I just didn't grasp what they were trying to tell me, which is that I wanted the stairlift on the other side, and they said, “You can't do that because you have a closet door that opens. And so, it has to be on the closet side.”

The installer was good. Top-quality professional, knew what he was doing, very nice person to talk to and deal with. Arrow Lift should give him a raise. I like the stairlift's quality, the looks of it, and the way it works.

It was a good experience. The guy came out and gave me a bid, showed me the information, I went to Arrow Lift's storefront and rode a stairlift, and they installed it within a few days. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. The lift fits very well. I have a sister-in-law who uses it mostly. She has lung problems and is able to use it to get up and down the stairs. Otherwise, she wouldn't be able to come over.

Arrow Lift had an office locally and had a good reputation. Also, their presentation was very thorough and complete. The rep was very personable, knowledgeable about the product, and able to answer all of our questions. From the time we ordered the stairlift until it was installed was a one-week period. We had to have some electrical work done to prepare for it. I put the installers in touch directly with the electrician, and they worked out all the details. That was done prior to the date of installation. That went very well. The stairlift is of high quality. I like the convenience of being able to use it and simplicity of operation.

Arrow Lift's reps were very pleasant and thorough. They didn't try to upsell and they understood that the elderly population didn't like to spend extra money when they didn't have to, which was very nice. We got the straight stairlift and we like it. I would have preferred we spent a little bit more money for the curved one but it's really doing its job. When it was installed, they messaged us when the guy, Brian, was on his way and they said it would be take six hours. But it ended up only being about four hours and he did it all by himself. Another gentleman popped in and helped him for just a minute. Then he popped out and Brian finished. He did the final walkaround and taught us how to use it. He was very patient with my family.

The sales rep was a nice guy. Tom told me what I needed to know and told me how it was gonna go. The stairlift seems to work all right. I don't see any problem with it. The wife gets up and down the stairs and that's all it was supposed to do.

Arrow Lift gave us a booklet and it told us all about their product. There were a few booklets to see what the price range is. I looked at them, found the one I liked and could afford and that's the one I bought. The people who came to do the install and told me everything were very good, and the lift is perfect. It's not too slow or too fast, and it works fine. I just get on it. I don't usually put the seatbelt on, and I go up and go back down. I like the fact that I can get upstairs and get a shower whenever I want. Otherwise, I would have to wait for my husband to help me get up the stairs and he isn't exactly thrilled. Plus, he has PTSD, so it had to be when he had a good day.

We had good interactions with the sales rep. He brought brochures and went through the whole process of installing, the warranties, and the options available, and he checked out our stairs and assured us that the basement stairlift could be installed. The installer arrived on time and he did fine. We're very satisfied. The installation was clean, smooth and quick. It was everything we were promised, and it works well. The basement stairlift is for my sister. She has spinal problems, and she can finally get to the basement to visit her ornaments there.

The sales rep came out and took all the measurements, then he told me he didn't have to come back out because he'd pass everything on to the installer. He told me everything I needed to know, then the next day, he called me before the installer came out. The installer also called and asked what day would be best. I said, "I work Saturday to Wednesday. Thursday or Friday." He came Thursday morning, but first he called and said he was on the way. When he came in, he brought all the pieces in, checked the staircase, then started installing the pieces. We have a straight up and down 14 steps, but I was surprised the installer did it so fast. I don't think he was there for half an hour, and the quality of his work was outstanding.

Arrow Lift was prompt in their response. Also, their rep was knowledgeable, friendly and easy to talk with. Two very nice young men checked the lift, did everything they were supposed to, and answered any questions. They were in and out. Our lift has been performing very well.

The installation of our Arrow Lift went great. The rep explained everything. Whatever I asked, he answered. He was very good and nice. He explained how it works, what to do with it and if I need help, to call. So far, so good. It works every time we use it. My husband uses it and he likes it. All the time, he goes upstairs or comes downstairs. It's better for me because I always had to walk behind him to go upstairs or walk in front of him when he came down. Now, I don't have to do any of that.

I couldn't be more pleased with everything, from the initial sales contact, to scheduling, and to the installer coming. It was flawless, excellent work done by all from Arrow Lift. It was a single gentleman that did the installation. He got to work and cleaned up. I would never know that he did anything, drilling in the walls for electrical. Everything was pristine. He had to do some adjustments on the actual seat because my mother is only 4'7. So, he had to make sure that he got it down far enough so she could put her feet at the top step, which required him to do some modifications of the cover plate.

Arrow Lift's sales rep was very good and the installer looked like he was still in high school, but he was very competent. I've had the stairlifts for at least six months now and everything works. I got two of them because I have a curved staircase. I get off the landing and get on the other one there. With the stairlifts, don't get so tired going up and down the stairs. They have improved the quality of my life. They are sturdy and I would tell my friends that they're worth it.

The installation took a bit longer because the installer had to put two stairlifts in. The stairlifts work very well. It's a good brand. There's also ample room for the chair to go up and down and one is still able to go up and down if they don't use the chair. We are very well pleased with Arrow Lift. They filled our need. The price could be cheaper but it's comparable to everything that's out there.

When I called them, they were very, very efficient, and very knowledgeable. The installation guy was absolutely marvelous. He explained everything very detailed and good. But I had a construction crew come and they might have done something to the lift, so it's not working. I called Arrow Lift today and talked to Mike. He is coming tomorrow, which is amazing in today's day and age.

They've been very good about coming out for repair work and to take care of things. But in the first three months we had the equipment, it was broken two and a half of those months. There was a bad circuit board and the tech ordered a new one. It was three weeks waiting to get a new one. We got it and it was the wrong one. But they apologized and they were very courteous. They ordered another one and finally got the equipment working. We paid $34,000 for equipment we couldn't use for three months. Other than the broken circuit board, I was pleased with their service, but they could have taken a circuit board out of another car, brought it up and put it in.

Arrow Lift reps came out, measured, and made a presentation. That was fine. We had three different companies come out and Arrow Lift was the one I chose because of the presentation. Our lift goes straight up and down. It works and the quality is okay.

The new stairlift is great and it's easier for the people in our house that are not at 100% to get up and down the steps. I didn't expect the swivel seat. So, that was nice. The installer did a very good job. The stairlift has been really helpful. I tend to run on a higher level of activity than what most people do. So, I get frustrated with how slow it goes downstairs. But other than that, it works really well.

It was for my mother-in-law. It works fine, except for when it has some error code. It stopped working and we had to get through a long weekend without it. But we don't need it anymore and we'd like to have someone show us how to put it, take it down and then put it back up again when we need it without having to bother Arrow Lift for it. The stairlift is tight because it’s a narrow stairwell, which is why it would be nice if we could pull the chair off. I called Arrow Lift’s customer service and the reps said no. They said they could take it down but we can't do it ourselves.

The rep measured everything and gave us the different styles they had, and we went from there. We told him what we wanted, and he gave us a quote, then we signed. There was only one guy who did the install, and he did a great job. He explained everything, and he was fast and efficient. The stair lift we got is straight. We have a 36-inch stairway, and it fits great. We can also walk by it if we don't wanna use it. We use the stair lift for other stuff too, like bringing the laundry up and down two levels. I like the quality. It seems good. Also, Arrow Lift is a great company to deal with and very credible. We had a little problem, and they came out and fixed it. Everything's good.

I talked to Arrow Lift a year ago and had them give me a quote. I didn't think I needed it at the time. But as time went on, the wife and I figured it's time to do it. Arrow Lift is the only company we looked at because I have a friend who has a stairlift from Arrow Lift and he's happy with it. The same guy came back and I was well-attuned to what it was all about. The installer worked steadily on it and it looks good. He stayed for quite a while and showed us how it worked, what not to do and what to do. However, it seems there are some popping noises from the rail above where the chair would be when it goes up and down. It's not bad and it doesn't happen all the time, but it's noticeable. It's on the expensive side too. It's about 6,000. But I've had a good experience with it. My mother-in-law was here and she's looking to put one in. She was very happy with it.

The Arrow Lift salesman was here at the time he said he would be here. He introduced himself, came in, looked over my stairway, and gave me a short presentation with colored pictures on what their product is, how long it would take to install, and how it's used. He also mentioned that if we no longer needed it within a set number of years after it was installed, we could call them, and they would uninstall it. Depending on the length of time, we may be able to get a percent back. It wasn't a hard sell. He wasn't a smarmy salesman. But I was a little surprised at the cost. It was a little high.

The salesman was easy to talk to and the installation went well. I like the product and the way it mounts. When the chairs are folded up, there's plenty of room for other people to get around it. It's also comfortable to sit on and easy to get on and off. I’m happy with Arrow Lift.

The rep was really helpful and informative. I really knew what I was getting. The stairlift is not ugly to look at and I was very pleased with the quality. I was pleased with the price too as it was less than what I thought it was gonna be. I was shocked as it only took the installer a little over three hours to put the stairlift in. He would have been faster but I didn't have a plug-in at the top or bottom of the stairs for power. So he had to do some adjusting for that. Once it was in place, he went through everything step by step and had me do it myself as he was there so he could answer any questions I had. I was really pleased with the whole situation.

I like Arrow Lift's prices. The installers were as fast as they could be and they did a good job. We don't use the product very much but the quality seems fine.

Our salesman was Charlie and he was extremely competent and pleasant to be around. He got his measuring tape and said, "You need this, this, and this, and here's the price." We told him we wanted to come out and look at the chairlift. He told me where the display room was and he met us there. We rode the chairlift up and down a few times and said, "Let's do it." I asked how soon they could do it and Charlie said it would be a couple of weeks. About a week later, the crew came and the installation was quick. It took a whole day, but it was very competent. Everything just went well.

The installation was very well done. The stairlift serves our purposes and looks great. We're happy to have it.

The guy who came out was very pleasant to deal with and I liked the fact that he came when the company said that he would come. He looked at my situation and made a recommendation for the various lifts that he recommended. And I had some questions because, I learned about other lifts too, and he was familiar with those things and could explain the difference. The installation day went well, too. The installer of our Arrow Lift came out at exactly when they said they were going to, which is unusual for contractors a lot of times. He went through the installation then explained to me afterwards how to operate that. I like the system. It looks nice and works great. The chair appears to be high quality as well.

Nate is our sales rep and he is an awesome man. He has been very patient with me. He has tried very hard to help me and giving the information to sort through. He was the only one of the different ones that I was looking at that wasn't pushy. He let me take things at my pace, and gave me permission to call him if I came up with a question. There were some times that he had to call me back. One time, I had to wait overnight. But all the rest of the times, it was within an hour. He'd always explain, "I'm sorry, I was on a call and I had to wait till I got finished," which is totally acceptable.

I talked to a lot of different companies and I saw Arrow Lift. I liked the elevator style they had and the sales rep and I talked about it. But after looking around, I decided there wasn't a good place to put it and the next option was a chairlift. The installation took a long time -- about six hours. It was quite a job but there was no problem at all. The guys were good. I like the chairlift. It fits fine in my stairwell and it's convenient to store away if I don't need it. It's a little slow, but I expected that. I'm happy with it and I feel better with it.

Arrow Lift offers reasonably good service and the technicians are knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Their trip charge policy needs some amendment but other than that, it's good. I wouldn't buy any other lift.

Arrow Lift is local to our area and had good reviews. The gentleman who came out was super nice. He came out twice, explained everything in detail and answered any questions that we had. Installation was fine. The guys were a little bit late in the scheduled time and arrival. So, I had to call twice to find out where they were, but once they arrived, everything was installed within an hour and a half. The install went great. The only thing is, they lost the check that I gave them when I paid for the second half. Several weeks went by and I noticed they hadn't cashed the check. So, I had to contact their accounting department. They took a few days to track down to figure out what happened to the check.

The installer of our Arrow Lift was super good. He showed me everything, how to run it and things that I might wanna know, and he didn't leave anything left to my imagination. He got there in time to get started, and then I went to coffee and I came back and he was working on it. He was done sometime in the afternoon.

The Arrow Lift stairlift is good all the way around. One of our major decisions was the rail. We liked the appearance of the rail compared to the other models that we looked at. The rails can look pretty ugly and this one is pleasing to the eye. However, the other day I got stuck down the basement. The chair was upstairs. I had to walk up the steps.

The rep did a fine job. We got a straight stairlift and a concern of mine was that we didn't have a wide staircase to work with. The rep took measurements and said what they had would work just fine. That was on a Monday and the next Monday, the techs were out to install it. What we have swivels and it has a foot platform that flips up and down with the push button on one of the handles. In our confined space, it works just fine. It's solid and firm.

The sales rep was very friendly, talkative and informative. He was also very honest. We had an indoor stairlift installed and it fits perfectly. The installer was very knowledgeable too. He did the job in three hours and then stayed and showed us how to use it. If you put the arms up, there is plenty of room to go through. We also got the unit in gray so it goes with the decor. I thought it would be more of an eyesore and it's not. The quality is excellent. It has helped immensely. My mom would not be able to go down to the basement and back without it. Getting the Arrow was the best choice we've ever made.

The Arrow Lift fits nicely. My mother was able to move in with us and get up and down the steps. She has easy access to her room and bathroom. It made it a more pleasurable transition for her. So far, the quality is great. After the first time I showed her how to use it, she's had no issues with it. She uses it by herself. I feel comfortable when we go somewhere and she's at home because I know she'll be able to get up and down with no problem. I don't have to worry about her falling using the steps.

The rep at Arrow Lift was considerate. The installers came within a very reasonable time. I love the quality of the stairlift. It's more quiet than my old one. I like the way it's closer to the wall than my old one was. It only has the one track rather than a big wide track. I like it all the way around. I also like that if my covers get torn, I can change it out to another color. They're a good company to go with.

The Arrow Lift rep that came out was excellent. He was very courteous and easy to talk to. He answered all our questions and he was cordial all the way around. The installer of the chair lift was very professional. He worked in ample time and it wasn't those things that took forever. He stayed right with this job. Every time I went there and asked a question, he would take time and answer and he would continue on with this work. When he finished, he told me it was time to educate me on the product.

I called Arrow Lift and once they told me where they were located, we were familiar with it. They asked if I wanted to get some material. They were polite and I could understand them. They didn't talk with an accent. So, I knew I had somebody local. We got a straight, indoor stairlift. It worked well. On the day of the installation, we had to leave because my husband had to go to urgent care. So, the installer was here by himself. He was here doing his thing and was almost done when we got here from the ER. He was very polite and we felt okay leaving him here alone.

A gentleman came and we talked about the possibility of an elevator and determined that it wouldn't work in our house. So we talked about a lift and whether I wanted it to go down to the basement or not. Then he did some measurements and told us how long it would be. The installers came and saw what they were supposed to be doing. Then they got down to work and got it done. They did an excellent job. We got the curved stairlift and it fits well in our stairway. It works well. It makes it a lot easier to go up and down the stairs.

My husband didn't think we needed a stairlift, but I thought we did. He's 73 and I'm 69, so we’re gonna need it and he happened to fracture his hip right before I ordered the Arrow Lift. So, it came in perfectly. He loves it. It's very quiet. We’ve been very happy with it. I was supposed to walk all the time, but sometimes, I use it too. I put stuff on it to take it up and down. So, I’m grateful.

The rep was very informative and friendly. He did a good presentation on what we needed. He came to the house and looked at the situation. Then, he took measurements right off the bat and gave me a quote. Also, the installer was excellent. He had everything he needed and I didn't have to do anything but stay the heck out of his way. Then, he showed us how to use it and some instructions. It was a very good experience.

Arrow Lift had a product that had a good price. I talked to the sales rep over the phone and they're local so we could go to the office and see the lift, which was very important to us. They made time for us on a weekend and showed us the product. They gave us some details and settled right there. Two people came out to set a time up with us. We wanted it quickly and they installed it quickly and did quality work. There's a cord and they were able to mask the cords and nobody's tripping on it. It looks professional. The stairlift fits a little tight into the stairwell but we needed to use a back stairwell and it worked. It's working very well.

I contacted the salesman through the internet and then he responded by contacting me by phone. We set up a time that he would be in that area to come and take a look at where I wanted to put the stairlift and give me some information about what they had to offer. We live about an hour and 15 minutes from Appleton’s showroom, and before I wanted to spend that amount of money, I wanted to see for sure that it was what I wanted. So I went up to visit Arrow Lift in Appleton, and I was able to ride a demonstration of the unit I was interested in. I purchased it from the showroom personnel and then the installer came down here. He had done previous installations and knew exactly what to do. We worked well together. I enjoyed his discussion with us and his installation. I'm very happy with the whole procedure. It was very easy for him to put it in, and when he had to attach the charger for the batteries and connection to the outlet, everything worked fine.

The salesman and installer were excellent. He came on time and did a fabulous job. We like the stairlift a lot. My husband uses it a lot and it has been a tremendous help. With it, he can go down to the basement and work on his tools. Arrow's stairlift is overall a better product.

The stairlift is a good quality appliance. It keeps my wife from nagging me. She has back issues, and so it's primarily for her. Her laundry facility is downstairs in the basement, on the lower level, and so she needs it to help her to get up and down with laundry. It's made my life a lot easier ‘cause I don't have to carry the laundry up and down for her. She can do it while she's at home and it’s more convenient for her to go up and down the steps. Arrow Lift is a reputable company. I would not hesitate to use them again if need be. They are a company that will listen to your needs and work with you to reach a good resolution to your problem.
