Vivint is amazing! Simple, effective and easy to use! Thank you to Jason for the magnificent work he did in my house today. He walked me through the steps on how to use the system properly, how to add users and how to customize the system to our needs. Our family feels secured and protected! Would recommend to anyone looking for professionalism and effectiveness.
I am pleased with the service I have received thus far. Vivint has been impressive since I received a phone call for a quote. The customer service is awesome. The technician who installed the equipment was knowledgeable and professional. I think Vivint should offer incentives for referrals, for I am glad my friend referred me.
Joshua's was awesome. Answered all my questions. He was quick and did really clean work. Very impressed. Would definitely refer him to all my friends and clients and he showed me how to run the system very well and make sure I got the coverage I needed.
Joel signed me up and he was very helpful and courteous. He patiently answered all my questions. Joe did the setup in my home and did a great job making sure it looked neat and we understood the equipment. Thank you!
Installer Enrique ** was very patient in explaining how system operates. Very professional in his manner & very knowledgeable. He recommended devices which I didn’t know I needed. But after thinking about it I did see the benefits of the devices he suggested. Being a low-tech kind of person & nervous around technology I admired & relaxed once he broke it down in simple terms. Once in a while a real professional (with a warm personality) comes my way. Mr Enrique ** is one of those few.
Mr ** was extremely helpful thru my entire process. He made me comfortable with asking questions when I didn’t understand things and knew the answers to my questions asked and when I wanted to think about the purchase before finalizing it he was so patient and not the slight bit pushy just to make a sale.
I did not plan this change and it's about twice what I was paying but I do like the system and they said I have a couple of weeks to try it out. Install and salesman real nice, fast, cleaned up and showed me how to use.
Salesman and technician were quick, very nice and knowledgeable! Made everything a breeze! We feel safer, leaving our dogs at home with an armed system, instead of just smoke detectors. We enjoy the custom ringtones for the doorbell!
I had a phone conversation before the install date, had time to look at the Vivint app, so when all services were installed it went smooth. The installers Nick and Brannon went well, then was shown the panel setup to get acquainted with my system.
Roden was my installer today. He was fast, informative, thorough, and pleasant. Made me feel more comfortable after a home invasion. Your company was quick to respond and had an opening only 17 hours after I called. Thank you! I feel safer leaving the house now. Would recommend to everyone!
Paid over $10K for our Vivint system about a month ago. It stopped working after about a week. We called and texted the original installers, who refused to come back and told us to call customer service (which is clearly being outsourced to India). We’ve scheduled TWO service calls now, both of which were no call/no shows by Vivint. Today the tech actually spoke to my wife and told us he would come between 4-8pm. He didn’t show. She called and texted him around 7pm, no response. I don’t care how good the equipment is supposed to be, this company is a joke and they simply don’t care about their customers.
Kyle was very patient and explained the complete product portfolio in very simple language and it was easy to understand. Brazil is very knowledgeable and was very efficient during the whole installation process. I will highly recommend Vivint to anyone looking for a smart home.
James my tech was super friendly, very professional and kind. He made us feel like we were part of the family from the moment he walked in. He went above and beyond and made sure I was always happy and informed with every step of the way. James installed 3 units and didn't cut any corners. Then took the time to show us all the features even though it was late. He reviewed all 3 units and made sure everything was programmed and that we had full access on all the devices. James is a wonderful part of the Vivint family and I am grateful we got him as our technician.
So far, we are pleased with the system overall. We have a long older home so installation was a challenge but the installers worked until they got it right. Because we have a long home, the volume of the door sensors is not loud enough and we can’t hear them at the other end of the house. Some of the answers the salesperson gave us were not accurate so there needs to be better education of the sales staff. The errors were not that significant. One was that the signal was from cell tower instead of WiFi which is not correct. We were also told our battery powered smoke detectors would be picked up and only hard wired smoke sectors are picked up by the system.
From the sales pitch to the installation, all employees helping us out were thorough and knowledgeable. Vince and Manny guided us in learning the new system, as current Vivint customers. After installation, app set up, etc. we’ve been able to work our system with ease. Thank you.
My technician Billy was very awesome, and helpful. Had great customer service skills, a lot of knowledge on his job and explaining any questions I may have had. Overall, my experience with my technician and my satisfaction on my new equipment I’m very pleased and happy I chose to go with Vivint instead of ADT. Not sure how long Billy been a technician at Vivint, but I highly recommend he gets a promotion or some type of recognition/pay bonus for the amazing work and professionalism he shown today. Thank you Vivint for making my home feel safe.
Jordan did a wonderful job for my sister in law Cheryl **. Installed Vivint Home Security system. Great listener and took time to answer all of our questions. Got everything setup on our phones with no problems, and showed us all the options we could select from the Vivint app.
They were very courteous and arrived within the time window they said they would. They had a good package to build from and the price was broken down. They were very neat, done in a timely manner and answered all the questions I had. Explained the setup to me and my family.
From Austin (sales associate) down to our techs, they did an amazing job! Very polite and personable. I will definitely be recommending Vivint! Quick and very professional service. There was minimal damage during setup, but to no fault of their own (we have a VERY old house). The tech was very apologetic but I reminded him that things happen and we aren't mad about it.
Collin and Cole helped me set up the security system for our new home. They were very nice and made the process easy, fast, and smooth! We feel 10x better knowing our home is secure and can’t wait to use our new system!
The technician was very polite and explained how the product works. He was very informative and polite. Even cleaned up his mess. Answered all my questions. He went over thoroughly how each item on my phone worked, how the doorbell works, how the cameras worked, the sensors, the key pad and all the other items purchased on the install. I also have the technician's contact information for any questions I may have in the future.
The customer service was excellent. Pablo the technician was very courteous, professional, and respectful. He took the time to explain every detail of our installation. He also stayed the extra hours to make sure we were completely satisfied on the install. I will always be a Vivint customer from now on Due to your excellent technicians.
Tech had to come out to fix system. The only issue is with the door lock itself. Other than that the service both on the phone and the tech who came out was great. I also was looking into getting the 5 months free.

My new home security system was installed in less than 24 hours of me contacting Vivint. The phone consultation was thorough and the customer service agent was able to determine the right system for my home and budget. The very next day I received a text message from the installation technician to inform me of their arrival time. My Vivint technician was polite, knowledgeable, and informative. The epitome of a true professional. He explained everything he was doing during the installation process and then showed me how to use the system, which is extremely user friendly.
Corey was polite, he stated it was his first day out alone. He promised things that turned out not true and misleading. The installation crew, excellent. Now dealing with customer service to get what Corey promised is turning into a nightmare! Paying for equipment that is $1800.00 over their website is like ludicrous.
They showed up right on time. Very knowledgeable and respectful of my house and property. He took extra time to make sure I understood how to operate the panel and the app. They were thorough and answered all of my questions.
Very helpful technician works fast and I love the new system better than my old ADT, I would recommend this to anyone needing a security system and it works too we you don’t have electricity. The clarity of the camera are excellent.
From start to finish. Working over the phone, online and in person - the contract and installation process was top tier. The company communicates transparently and the agents are helpful and respectful. All questions and concerns were addressed appropriately and in a timely fashion.
Very helpful and professional to transfer services from previous owner to myself, quick and painless setup. The system is easy to use, and allows for additional devices to be added without issue. The mobile app and advertised response times are awesome!
