Absolutely the worst thing we have experienced. Technician here until after midnight, install looks like a $3.66 job. Missing equipment, some equipment we don’t even know what it’s for just placed where technician wanted to put it. Never consulted about where the equipment was supposed to go, technician just decided some of it.. One camera placed in wrong position mainly monitoring next door neighbor's backyard. Holes drilled through outside walls with no touch up or finish work. Sensors placed in positions never experienced before. Without a doubt a failed first impression that can’t be overcome. We will definitely be using the 30 day return guarantee.

Same day installation was great! The salesman and the installation team was awesome. The only downside was that I was not informed of how long it would take and they were here past midnight. If I knew that ahead of time, I would have waited to have it done earlier in the day on another day.

Our sales rep Marcus was very thorough and absolutely kind, funny and honest! We made a purchase and the same day we were installed and remind you they work late and hard, which was very rare with any company to work at night. Overall great experience. Our cameras are up running and working exactly how they are supposed to. Also the installers are phenomenal. Very kind, respectable and respect your house. Kind people. I would recommend the service 100%.

Trace is the best ever, very professional and knowledgeable.

I worked with 2 gentlemen. The first gentleman sat with me and reviewed everything I would be receiving if I chose to go with Vivint. He showed me options and was very personable. Then, within the same day as choosing to use Vivint rather than my current company, another gentleman came and got started with the installation of the new panel. He too was very personable and was able to answer my questions.

Excellent service from start to finish. Eric was professional, punctual, clearly very knowledgeable, & super patient. He spent 3 hours just waiting on me while I went back and forth with the sales team since I am a returning customer. He explained everything in a way I could understand and made sure the system was working perfectly before leaving. I really appreciated the attention to detail and how respectful he was in my home. Highly recommend! I have always had a great experience with Vivint technicians.

The salesperson was easy to talk to, professional and able to answer all my questions, no matter how basic or complex. I really enjoyed working with him to update my old security system to one that fits my needs with better equipment. The installer was polite, efficient and helpful when demonstrating how to operate the new options I had chosen.

Ar first I thought it was expensive, when the technician arrived and explained the service and what I would need, then I was relieved and comfortable with adding to my order. I'm very satisfied!!

So much better than I expected. I’m not sure what I thought it was going to be, but it’s a wonderful addition to the house. The salesman and the installation tech were great. I couldn’t have asked for two better people. They did a wonderful job and were very professional. They made me feel very comfortable about a purchase I was initially fairly leery about.

I have been considering getting a home security system and wasn’t sure which one. Vivint stopped by to advertise and I decided to give them a shot. I give them 5 stars because they were very clear on everything and also for doing the complete set up for me. I liked how they explained everything afterwards and also made sure I understood everything as well.
