Just moving in. Still getting used to having my own. It's been good so far. I enjoy being in my own space. Love the big space. It's quiet around. No loud neighbors. Just ready to start my new beginnings in my new home.

Sean was not only knowledgeable about the products and full system, extremely quick during installation! Fully respected my home, cleaned up as if he were never there, and recommended a few more affordable features to improve the security of my home.

Ever since I got Vivint, I feel like Buddy the Elf personally watches over my home (minus the maple syrup spaghetti). The security cameras are so clear, I’m pretty sure I could spot Santa and all eight reindeer landing on my roof. If a raccoon even thinks about touching my trash can, Vivint sends me an alert faster than Buddy can yell “SANTA!!! I KNOW HIM!!!” Setup was smoother than sliding through the seven levels of the candy cane forest, through the sea of swirly-twirly gumdrops, and out the Lincoln Tunnel.

Technician, Brandon, was great! He worked with professionalism and answered any questions my spouse had. He explained with ease, how to use the system and again answered any questions we had. I recommend!

I switched from another company after a awful experience and this company made it all better. I took time to ask all the questions and they were very kind and listened to my concerns and for that I am truly grateful.

Brittani ** was absolutely amazing. She walked me through the steps to get my services transferred and activated. She was very polite and informative. She made sure that my services are activated before getting off the phone with me. She answered all my questions and concerns promptly. She was great.!

Rep was awesome, fast and accurate. He make sure I understood every detail. I would recommend his tech to anyone. The job time was 5 hrs. He completed in 3. Wonderful. Also very knowledgeable of his work.

Both representative and tech were very professional, helpful and friendly. I appreciated their patience. They explained patiently on how new cameras would operated and help me with the app. And asked if I had any questions regarding system.

The technician was friendly and quick with installation and I have been with Vivint for 11 years. They're great and help me feel safe at home. We added cameras this year and the automatic lock, being able to lock or unlock the doors from our phone is a big help.

I'm giving 5 starts to my technician Ricardo, he was very nice and professional. He did an amazing Job. There was some miscommunication with the sales reps. They promised some stuff that was not included. At the end we decided to keep the service.

I have been trying to cancel service for 3 to 5 months. I paid for all equipment. After no charges on account they said it take 3 days to cancel. NOT TRUE. They charged me again and do the same all over again. Think about it. Vivint security will change charge to keep your service to lower. Put me on hold another 4 more times and I specifically say I don’t want the service anymore. I bought a home and hoa comes with alarm system. I no longer have lived or used the home or system for 2 months but they kept a .01 cent charge on my account so that when I call in now the .01 became $_40.00 until I pay that then they will close it. I did pay the first time but I no longer will pay charges for keeping me hostage with a company that force you to continue the services.

Quick, thorough and professional and patient with instructing us on how to use the system. Made mindful recommendations on sensor placement and how to install doorbell that would have the least effect on our newly constructed doorway.

Everyone from Sales to the technician was extremely friendly and professional. I have already referred them to my neighbors (that just recently purchased the home next door). They didn't delay. I also told them about a few new subdivisions.

Issac came to our home today for our alarm installation and education. Issac was very professional and courteous. Issac's installation was very seamless. You can't hardly see any wires or signs of his visit to our home. Issac finished in a relatively short period of time and then proceeded to explain how to use the system. Issac made the process very simple and pleasant. Issac also shared other options for my family to save money.

Sales team was great and had an installer on-site within an hour. I switched over specifically for the camera quality which is awesome! The installers was efficient and smooth, professional and polite. Highly recommend!

This is my first time with a home security system and my first experience with Vivint. My technician was Chad and he was excellent. He was very friendly and also very informative. His work was professional and clean. I would definitely recommend Vivint to my friends.

Citizens of El Paso TX please be aware of this Darrian ** or any one from Vivint who doesn’t send you a text message to authorize and accept the charges for their security system, he harrass people until you accept to talk to him and tell you a buchn of lies just to get your account and if you missing some equipment or you don’t agree with the prices or the bill, he stopped answering your calls or text messages, he offers you a one free month on my case. He told me 3 months and because he just asked you to sign electronically whatever he don’t explain to you what it is. You can’t see that you only have 3 days to cancel if you're not happy with the bullshit he said or sell you.

My installer was AMAZING!! He gave me options and was honest about the install. I didn't think about the stoneface on the outside of my house and he told me there wouldn't be a way to connect the doorbell properly. Most people these days would have tried and jacked up the wall. Instead we swapped out for another camera. He also made sure the cameras were facing how I wanted them and showed me how to set the boundaries so that it doesn't go off with every car passing. He made sure everything worked as it should and answered all my questions. Showed me how to set and change everything as well. Very friendly even when he was having a couple issues.

My experience with Vivint was great! Our installer, Mr Francisco **, was fantastic! Very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. Vivint Co is a great security system company. I would recommend to everyone.

Best quote I got from any company. Easy to work with and the installation tech was very professional. He taught me how to use the equipment which is very easy to use. My kids absolutely love the doorbell chimes I am able to use.

The installers came on the same day and quickly did their job with no disruption to us. They were friendly and very professional. They also cleaned up the dust they made by drilling holes for the new camera.

I recently moved into a residence with a Vivint security system installed, which we were pretty happy about nowadays to have security system with cameras. I was having trouble setting up the wall mount so they sent a technician Mark out. Super friendly and professional. Came out explained everything to me in details. Got the system back up and running properly and walk Me step through step on how to use. The equipment was very friendly professional. Would definitely recommend this company for anybody wanting to get a home security system. Very easy to use. Self-explanatory. Their employees were very easy to work with. I’m definitely going to have Mark out to install some additional cameras on our house. We just want to say thank you again.

The salesman introduced cyber Monday promotion items doesn’t added to my installation. When I asked, they said that it will increase monthly service fees…. But the salesman never mentioned it. Feeling the salesman’s explanation doesn’t match the final results.

First I want to tell you about the technician! If I could give 100 stars, Greggory ** made my experience so awesome. He arrived on time to an AM APPOINTMENT. He explained service in great detail. Even though I was a little he patiently waited without being rude. Gregory treated me like I arrived at the same time. I loved his customer service. Very polite! The install was quick and thorough…. For a single lady he made me feel safe on using the equipment in an emergency. I had ADT before and Vivint gives you so much bang for your buck and so many added features. I feel secure in my property! God bless this service.

Great sales representative, he explained everything well and helped us get the right package. The tech was great as well. She got everything connected and explained the use of the system. Everything was done within a few of hours from sign up to installation.

Loyal 5-year customer relocated from Texas to NH. Vivint cannot service my new address but attempted to charge $1,500+ early termination for a contract I never signed. Supervisor agreed this was unreasonable and personally promised account closure at zero cost. Promise was not honored. Two months later: late notices. Three months later: collections agency demanding more than originally stated. Made 15+ attempts to resolve via their calls (each putting me on 30+ min hold) and my own calls (30-45 min waits). Never resolved. Referred 10+ customers over the years. This is inexcusable treatment. Company does not stand behind supervisor promises.
