Scheduling appointments with Aptive Environmental is easy. They spray around the outside of the perimeter of the house for roaches and all sorts of, and since using their service, the pest activity has significantly decreased. They have really good customer service too. Their technician was informative and provided valuable tips for dealing with ants without using too many chemicals, which is crucial for me since I have toddlers at home. Overall, the service has been very helpful.

Aptive Environmental did my house a week or so ago and they did a good job. Their techs come out automatically every month. Their team automatically comes out every month according to the schedule we initially set up, which I find very convenient. The techs are always polite and communicative, explaining what they’ve done and even providing pictures. This level of service leaves me very pleased. Since they started, I haven't noticed any pest activity in my home. I’ve always been satisfied with their work.

The technicians from Aptive Environmental do a fine job when they come and I've always been satisfied with their work. The technician who recently visited my home did an excellent job and was very polite. Scheduling the service is a breeze, and everything goes smoothly. I've been with Aptive Environmental for at least three years and I've found their service to be mostly reliable. The technicians are professional, sending a text half an hour before arrival and providing photos of their work. They also ask if I need anything special. Since using Aptive, I haven't encountered any pest issues, which speaks to their effectiveness. I'm satisfied with their service.

Aptive's technicians are professional and easy to work with. They always send a text before arriving, which is great because I often have to come home from work to let them in. They’re prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable, always willing to address any concerns I have. Since starting their routine pest control service, I've noticed a significant reduction in pests around my home, which was built in 1888 and stood empty for years. I might occasionally see a spider or fly, but that's a massive improvement. They even dealt with a yellow jacket issue swiftly and without extra charges. I’ve recommended Aptive to my neighbors because of their excellent service and effectiveness.

What a rip off! Do not sign up with them. I actually have seen more bugs since they came and sprayed for bugs. I think they are just getting more bugs from whatever they are doing. I’ve been trying to get out of the contract like I was told I could do at any time but they are still trying to bill me.

I’ve been with Aptive Environmental for a while, and although I considered switching due to some service inconsistencies, a change in technician made a positive impact. Seneca, the technician who’s been servicing my home recently, has been excellent. Prior to him, we experienced issues where previous technicians wouldn’t cover all areas of our property, but since Seneca took over, the service has been consistent and thorough. Pest activity in our home has noticeably decreased, although during the summer, it increases of course.

A technician visited recently and was both efficient and professional. He assisted me in setting up automatic payments on my phone, which was incredibly helpful. Our interaction was smooth; he was knowledgeable and had been to my home before, so he knew exactly what needed to be done. Scheduling services is hassle-free since they're automatically set for the first or second Wednesday of each month. Aptive Environmental recently visited my home, and the technician was quite friendly and efficient. He quickly addressed the pest issues, spraying around the house and filling bait stations. I appreciate that he provided photos of his work, detailing the treatment areas.
While I don't closely monitor their work, the service seems consistent with each visit. It's not overly complex, but they handle the essential tasks like cleaning spider webs and wasp nests. Although my pest problems aren't entirely gone, there's a noticeable reduction in rodents and flying insects. Given the rural area I live in, I don't expect perfection, but Aptive has definitely helped.
I've noticed they tend to visit more frequently than promised, every 40 days instead of 50 to 80, which adds up in cost over the year. However, considering the pest issues in my area, the extra visits are not unwelcome. Although there was an unexpected price increase, the regional manager reached out to adjust my rate back to the original. This gesture reinforced my decision to stick with Aptive, as they were the first to address my pest problems when I needed help. Additionally, no other service has matched their pricing.
Overall, I've been satisfied with Aptive Environmental's service, and I share my positive experience with my neighbors. Despite some initial issues, their customer service has been responsive, ensuring I continue receiving value from their service.

Anthony, the technician from Aptive Environmental, visited on a Tuesday and was extremely polite and thorough, explaining the process clearly. However, a significant issue has been the scheduling. Although we agreed to quarterly visits, they often attempt to schedule more frequently, which is frustrating. My daughter and I have both faced this issue and have considered switching providers if it continues.
Despite the scheduling hiccups, the pest control itself has been effective. I've noticed a decrease in roaches, though we occasionally have wasp issues, which Anthony addressed by spraying extra around the chimney area. The service quality is excellent, and I've even recommended Aptive to friends, though the referral incentives seem misleading as I've never received the promised benefits.
The main drawback remains the inconsistent scheduling and lack of effective communication from their office, especially after a helpful supervisor left. I hope they improve this aspect to match the high quality of their in-home service.

Absolutely horrible. Pressured my disabled veteran husband with TBI to sign contract while I was at work. Within 24 hours we emailed and cancelled service. Showed up the next month after charging again. We demanded they get off our property. Never Showed up but still charged us a third time. We called and got confirmation they would refund us all charges but and that never happened. Now they are telling my bank we didn’t follow cancellation policy even though it clearly states you have 3 days to cancel. And we have proof of absolutely all of it. No follow up call by company. No follow up emails. Just a total scam and if you question me. Google/Reddit etc. for yourself for the endless complaints.

I would leave negative star rating if possible. Products do not work, and no option to transfer service without signing a new service agreement. Likely a violation that needs the attention of the FTC. Their customer service guaranteed a no-fee cancellation of service after several complaints, yet they continued to bill me. One of my worst experiences with a business. I swear they are spraying a neutral solution around my property because I had spiders/webs and ants all over the exterior of the home after several applications. Photos to prove. They need to be put out of business immediately.

I was in a quarterly plan with this company for quite some time paying $185 per quarter. I don’t have any complaints about their technicians who were all very nice. My issue started when one of their salesmen came to my door & misled me into signing up for their mosquito treatment add on, which he told me would only add an additional $10 to my bill.. so I agreed to the service.
Suddenly I was shocked to realize when looking through my credit card statements, that they started charging me $196 per MONTH since July! That’s a lot more than an extra $10 each quarter! Then when I called to complain, they refused to issue me a refund for those charges, so I cancelled. Now they lost a loyal long time customer… and unfortunately I’m also like $600 poorer. Not a loss I can easily afford. I definitely do not recommend this company and their shady sales tactics. This was a lesson for me to make sure to always read the fine print & not believe the words some salesperson tells me.

Aptive Pest Control has been the worst service experience I’ve had. Their team lacks coordination and proper communication. Every time I raised concerns about ongoing pest issues, nothing meaningful was done. The regional manager made promises to resolve things but never followed through. When a technician finally arrived, he came with a single spray bottle to handle spiders, ignoring several other issues I had reported.
For a company charging $65 a month, the service quality is unacceptable. The visits feel rushed and ineffective, and there’s no accountability or consistency between appointments. I would not recommend Aptive Pest Control to anyone looking for reliable or professional pest management. It’s a complete waste of money.

If I could give it less than zero, I would. The person I spoke to originally forged my name to a contract, my bank investigated and determined it was fraud. I tried to cancel many many times but I keep getting request for payment for service is no longer received. I’ve spoken to couple of managers. I’ve sent several emails to no avail. It is getting to be harassment. The card in question was canceled by the bank due to forgery. Elizabeth

Crazy expensive for what it is, and billed monthly, not just per service. When calling to cancel, they force you to have the person who's name is on the account on the call, even if it is a spouse. No other form of verification is accepted.

I was charged 56. And change monthly without service. When I called I was told it’s a monthly charge. Really without service… I called, cancel and told it would cost 200.00 at this point wanted service for 3 months that I was charged. Also I was told it’s a have a 2 yr contract which I did not sign. So from $56 to $ 66 till October of next year. The technician service is great, the companies tactics are another.

I had an issue with boxelder bugs, and after contacting Aptive, a technician was at my door the very next day. This quick response was really impressive.
The service and scheduling have consistently been good, with my interactions with their technicians being pleasant. I've spoken to them a few times directly, and they've been attentive to any notes or specific requests I’ve left—always ensuring they're addressed correctly.

Had a door to door sales person (college student) approach me several times last spring for services. They offered a rodent program and kept reducing the service fee and told me I could cancel at any time. I agreed. I paid for 4+ months, got 1 service call with rodent trap and some broadcast material, but no other visits. Called to cancel and was told I had a "contract" which was contrary to what I was sold. I cancelled anyway and they are threatening me with an unpaid bill and if not paid to be sent to collections. I would not trust them as this was a "bait and switch" - low entry verbal terms, no services, then claim it was contractual.

Extremely bad experience, rate them below zero! After first visit, more roaches were found. Second visit was "free" but I waited technician for 7! hours. And NO results at all. When I stopped the service, they continued to charge monthly fees and cancellation. Customer service was rude and unhelpful!
