The sign up and application process was super simple. The intake questions were to me the correct questions when considering weight loss treatments. Also offering multiple different treatments plans/medications for other needs is a plus!

I finally feel like a human being again now that I'm actually sleeping. For the last year, I was lucky if I got 4 hours of interrupted sleep a night. It was affecting my work and my mood. I worked with a Zealthy provider to figure out a safe, non-habit-forming plan to get my sleep hygiene back on track. I’m now hitting a solid 7.5 hours of deep sleep most nights. It’s amazing how much better life is when you aren't a walking zombie.

The fastest doctor visit I’ve ever had, hands down. I woke up with a nasty sinus infection right before a business trip and couldn't get into my regular doctor for 4 days. I hopped on here, had a virtual visit with a provider in under 20 minutes, and my prescription was sent to the local CVS immediately. They totally saved my trip from being a disaster. If you need a doctor now and don't want to deal with the ER or Urgent Care, this is the way to go.

Very easy to sign up to get birth control delivered right to my door. They were able to get my order to me very quickly. They are decently priced and send out 3 months' worth at at time. I would highly recommend them.

Honestly, this was the missing piece for my fitness journey. I’m 44 and was starting to feel like I was running on 30% battery every single day, no matter how much I slept. I am on my last week to conclude my three-month start. I’m happy to say that I am down 25 pounds and look forward to the journey. I will say that my experience appetite is almost not there, and I have to constantly remind myself to eat. So with that being said, I would strongly suggest people that are on it to be mindful of keeping track of what they eat and when they eat. Also, the pounds vary each week, so don’t try to overthink about how much you’re losing per week cause it can vary, but all in all, I am extremely happy with the product and how well it works so far and can’t wait to see what another three months will do for me.

I canceled twice and they continued to charge me and refused to refund my money. After the second time I had to cancel my credit card. I’ve gotten a message saying that they are having a problem charging my card this month.

I’ll be honest, I was hitting a wall with my weight, and my local GP told me it would be a six-week wait just for a consultation. Between soccer practices and work, I just didn't have the bandwidth to keep chasing them. I found Zealthy through an ad and was skeptical, but the intake was actually really smooth. I chatted with a provider on Tuesday, and by Friday, my Semaglutide was already at my door. It’s been three months now, down 18 dollar, but more than that, I just appreciate not having to sit in a waiting room for two hours. It actually feels like healthcare finally caught up to the 21st century.

Last year I started my weight journey and let me tell you this company was absolutely NO HELP; I reached out to them after realizing I gave myself the wrong dosage and no one ever responded back. I canceled my subscription and thought that's that, boy was I wrong. I am currently disputing ANOTHER charge from this company but this time they are using a different company name (this is dispute number 4). Every few months they run my debit card under a different company name for a $135 membership fee and every few months I have to dispute the charges. This time I finally had to ask for a new account and a new card. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY unless you have the money to be charged for services that you are not even receiving.

I have been on this medication for a little over 2 months and have lost 8 pounds. Even with being laid up this last month from a foot surgery. This medication has helped with all the food cravings, even with being laid up. Just remember to drink lots of water to keep yourself hydrated. I can't wait to see what it does for me when I am up and going again.

Very easy. Lots of help from provider and weight loss coach. App is super easy. Meds come like clockwork and the price is 199 monthly so cheap! I like the text messaging feature. I am tracking everything I eat ins. Good journal. Have to drop 24 lbs before my daughter’s wedding in 5 months!! Wish me luck!

Terrible customer service. They lose your important medical information and can't get shipments out on time. They stall by customer service sending lots of messages, but nothing gets done. Then when you ask for a refund because you are not getting your medication they charge you for a "weight loss management" fee. They charge a hidden monthly management fee of $216 because they don't intend on sending the medication. This company is a scam.

I have had a great experience using Zealthy! If I had any questions they have been quick to respond and I have received my weigh loss medication on time and easily as well. I haven’t been using the compounded weight loss injectable for two months now and have lost 10 pounds! I haven’t had minimal side effects, just a little nausea a couple of times. I’ve tried Ozempic prior to the compounded and suffered several side effects that were too severe. I’m so happy I made the choice to try Zealthy!

If I could give a 0, I would! I signed up for $35 membership, which I found out later was $135 monthly. I attempted to cancel my membership, because the so called membership is a few text in the app. Granted the only way you can get the medication is to have a membership and pay for the medication on top $135 (membership) + $199 for the medication. This is nothing like what they advertise. Anyway after going through the multiple screens to cancel, it did not cancel and charged my card. When calling all you get is a scripted call that says we don't issue refunds, even though it should have been cancelled before the charge. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...GO TO FOUND OR RO, BUT NOT THEM AND I WILL BE ON EVERY PLATFORM I CAN FIND.

Paid $135.00 a month just for membership. Paid in advance $866.00 with the discount for 6 month supply. Paid extra to expedited my shipment. I received an EMPTY VIAL! I've been emailing, and calling on the phone. They contact me back days later. Zealthy told me I only had 3 days to file a complaint. By the day I use my medication is when I noticed the vial was empty. Zealthy said the pharmacy they use does not send empty vials, but that's what happened. Ask Zealthy rep for pharmacy's number, Zealthy gave me a wrong number! Called back, received another number. Called Pharmacy Hub. They informed me I actually had 10 days to file a problem. But they couldn't help me they can only take orders from the provider. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. I'm done with Zealthy. I was a returning customer on a refill.

I am vary happy with Zealthy. When I've had a problem in the past it has been taken care of quite speedy. The toll free number has been wonderful and always a live person will be there to answer any of your questions. Also with any of my prescription questions, those have been responded to in a good amount of time.

Such a scam. Horrible customer service. I cancelled my membership and they continued to attempt to charge me for two months. They were finally successful and now I'm struggling to get a refund from them. I've also been double charged by them and it took weeks to get a refund. Don't recommend - there are many competitors that won't take your money and disappear.

Zealthy is a scam. My prescription was changed with my consent. They weren't able to charge old credit card number and somehow got a different out of my Google wallet and double billed. The records show a old card number for my default. Repeated calls and I've received partial refund so far. They still owe me refund $777.34. I received a quick response from original post and now they don't respond. When I called Friday. I was assured it's on the way. Scam. You will get a bs response saying email me. I've sent multiple emails to address provided no response.

This company is very deceiving. They do not explain the charges or provide communication with a med team, before they mail medication out. They charge your credit card one day into filling out the application. It is impossible to cancel over the phone, they just offer you a different subscription. I sent responses to all there emails requesting to cancel before anything was sent out. I was assured my account was not being charged. I am totally disappointed and I want all my money returned.

I wanted to connect with a company that could supply a GLP1 prescription. Zealthy was good to work with. They contacted me several times to make sure I understood how to order the med and when it would be delivered. I received my med within a week of contact. I’ve been directed to call a number if I have any questions. I’m pleased so far.

Worst customer service ever. Takes 5 days to respond to anything and bring zero value. It’s a scam, they just drag you along. Messed up my order. Been going on for weeks. They charged me for 3 months and apply shipped one month. This is a scam. Their membership is a joke, no one will respond to you before 4 days. AVOID at all cost or get yourself a lawyer!

Trying to get in contact with customer support is nearly impossible. I have had issues from the day I signed up, not one person “working” there can help correct the issue. I never received a thing from Zealthy, but they attempt to charge my card every day. I had to cancel my card and get a new one but they're still trying. I cancelled on their web site and through a customer service agent but they still attempt to charge my card every day. I even unsubscribed from their emails, but they just keep coming. What a scam!!!

I am new as a patient with this company. I have noticed excellent service care in many different staff people reaching out to me for assistance. Assistance includes discussion difficulty in controlling my eating habits, stressors in my life that lead me to such eating and ways to help to curb that. Zealthy is literally terrible. I'm not sure how they are charging 135 dollars for the membership. It's definitely not worth it. The app sucks. Couldn't meet with the Dr at all. The customer service isn't great. Every once in a while a representative will answer but other that that I feel like it's bots saying whatever. My prior authorization was denied. Never heard back about it and I asked several questions. Literally I'm only using it because I have two months free left. In Jan I'm out.

They charge a 135.00 per month consultation fee they don’t disclose. Terrible customer service service. No refunds. Portal is difficult to use and you get inundated with messages. They don’t advertise a customer service number. They’re really ZEALTHY not FitRx.com.

Found this site through a Google search and it's good to know it's more than just birth control they provide. It was also very easy to figure out what I needed when it comes to birth control. Shipping was also quicker than it said it would be, which is even better.

On November 12, 2025, I was charged for an order I had canceled. After noticing the charge, I immediately contacted customer service. I spent over an hour on hold, only to be assisted by someone who barely spoke English and was unable to help. I also sent emails and messages indicating that I was only seeking pricing information. I had received numerous emails stating they couldn't process any orders without a copy of my ID, which I never provided.
I received confirmation that both my membership and the order were canceled on November 13, 2025. However, on November 14, I received a notification with a FedEx tracking number indicating that the order had shipped. The unapproved product was refused at delivery on November 18, 2025, and remained unopened, as confirmed by the FedEx tracking.
Subsequently, I received another email from Zealthy stating that they would not be refunding my money, even though the product was refused and the order was canceled two days before the shipping label was created. I have provided all necessary documentation, including emails, messages, and FedEx tracking information.

Zealthy is the definition of gangster and defrauding the public. They are some offshore company that assumes fake merchant names to rob people blind by stealing credit card information from consumers to charge people for items never purchased and never shipped or received. They are scammers and do not have any live operators or working telephone numbers. Be aware and report them to law enforcement as the Dept of Justice and FBI should be investigating Zealthy for defrauding the public. They are charlatans and steal credit card information while assuming different merchant names to steal from the public and the banks. File police reports and report them to your bank and FBI.

It was easy to sign up and get approved for the Rx and it was delivered overnight in Styrofoam container with ice packs. They supply the supplies and videos on how to administer. The website is easy to use and you can engage as much or as little as you want.

If I could give this business less than 1 star they would be getting it and quite frankly they do not deserve anything but a lawsuit. I canceled with them and 8 months later they are still charging my bank account - I received 3 refunds from them in May and they turned around in June and charged me again. I have confirmation emails and all the proof they had no right to charge my account. STAY AWAY - there are actual legit companies out there that want to help you not just fraudulently steal your money!

This company is a SCAM! Paid the initial fee and never once even got to talk to a Dr! Then they wanted to charge $1100 for my shot! I never received any help or support! They are still trying to take money from my account 3 times a day! I canceled my account with them and they are saying I never cancelled and now I cannot get back into my account to cancel it again!! Have been waiting a month to get their IT department to help me! They are a very horrible company and thieves! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Use Push Health!! Absolutely love them and my Dr.!!

This company is a scam. I paid $685 for a 3 month membership / prescription. Everything was fine initially, I received the prescription as agreed. However 19 days later, I was charged again for $685. Support first said I was not charged a second time, then decided to instead say they never received the first payment. Once I provided financial documentation to prove both charges were posted, they stopped responding. I have never experienced such blatant fraud. I cannot overstate enough how dangerous it is to give this company any payment information. The DOJ is also currently suing Zealthy for unfair billing practices. Please look into alternative companies for GLP-1 before giving any payment information to Zealthy.

1 Star is too many stars. Overall terrible experience from start to finish. Ultimately was charged $200. No medication received. No communication or explanation. Charges are misleading and unethical practices. Constantly billing your card but no communication on what service or medication they have recommended. Believe the negative reviews. I should have looked deeper before dealing with this company. There are too many other companies providing identical services ethically, promptly and with absolute transparency to waste your time and money on zero services but they have billed for doing nothing.

I tried Zealthy, paid for the first 3 months, I then cancelled my membership because I couldn't afford it any longer. They still charged me for the monthly cost, and it is taking forever to get someone to answer and refund. All I keep being told is my request has been expedited. Do not fall for this crook company. They are completely scamming people, they charge money from my account 135 even I has been cancelled membership, They said my account still active, I asked them which email, they said the email associated with Facebook, AHA I never sign up with them with email associated with Facebook, I suspect they may hacked my Facebook account as well, I asked them to deactivated, this occured in August, I change my card Number, in October 5th they charged my new card again, they are completely crooks and scam, once you in no way out with them.

I have been fighting Zealthy since September 4th 2025 to cancel my membership. After agreeing to the $35 initial membership I never chose a drug and asked them to refund my money. The website shows a section for me to cancel but it is not highlighted to choose. I advise Zealthy customer service and they have been telling me that they have escalated the matter and still nothing is getting done. These people are bad business people.

I feel I was misled by this company. I was charged for an upgrade that I never requested. I reached a customer service representative who I had difficulty understanding and communicating with over the phone. The representative had roosters crowing in the background. Finally he appeared to understand that I had been charged a fee I did not understand or agree to. He said the charges would be refunded but have waited 2 months to have the $440 charge refunded. I’m not giving up. I will not be doing business with this company ever again.

They charged me multiple times in one month. They did eventually refund the extra charges. I cancelled my membership after not receiving the medication for over 30 days, they refunded the medication but keep the membership fees. After I canceled, they continued charging me, then asked ME TO PROVE I canceled. I asked the support rep to cancel then and he said I had to do it. If you use a mobile phone you can't cancel because the cancellation "button" is hidden by their own menu. I had to physically go through a computer and cancel a second time. Terrible customer service, complete scam.

I strongly advise anyone considering Zealthy for weight loss to look elsewhere. My experience over the last six weeks has been nothing short of a disaster, characterized by terrible service and zero efficacy. No Communication and Negligent Customer Service: The most critical issue is the complete lack of response. For over a week, I have heard nothing at all from Zealthy. I have a critical concern regarding my medication, and the entire customer care team has gone completely silent. This level of inaction is alarming and leads me to believe the customer service team is, frankly, a scam.
Dangerous Medication Shortage: I have been trying to flag a critical medication issue. I am currently in week six of my treatment, and my bottle of 7.5mg medication is almost empty. I have received no confirmation or resolution for how I am expected to continue my prescribed dosage for the next month. The failure to address an urgent medication supply issue is medically and ethically unacceptable.
Complete Lack of Efficacy (and Worse): Despite diligently adhering to the entire program—including a strict diet and consistent exercise—I have not lost a single pound. Worse, I have actually gained four pounds. This proves the program and the medication itself are completely ineffective. The combination of being ignored when my medication is running out, facing a dangerous lapse in treatment, and actually gaining weight after significant expense and effort makes this a program I cannot recommend. It operates like a scheme designed to take money without delivering results or proper, basic care. Avoid Zealthy at all costs.

Just discovered this company has been hitting my credit card for $135. What did this company do to earn this money nothing, absolutely nothing. We called customer service and were informed they would send a refund request form, which was supposed to be emailed, and it was not.

Complete scam. I purchased a product and was never told about the $135.00 monthly fee until I received an alert from my credit card company; I asked for a refund as the fee was never mentioned when I purchased the weight loss medicine and I never received assistance from their “coaches”. I asked for help in creating a plan and never rec’d a reply and Zealthy refused to issue a refund. Two months after I cancelled my membership and received confirmation of my cancellation. I again received an alert from my credit card that Zealthy charged $135.00 to my account. When I inquired about this they replied they had a glitch in their system and mandated that I provide documentation of the cancellation which I did. Five days later I have not received a response and I keep getting emails that my payment method failed. I emailed them a second time asking how they would make this right and again did not receive a reply.

⭐️ 1 Star – Zealthy is a Total Scam – Beware! Do NOT trust this company. Zealthy is a complete scam. They will continue charging your account even after you cancel — and when you contact them, they’ll lie and claim the subscription was already canceled, yet the charges keep coming. On top of that, they refuse to issue refunds for any of the unauthorized payments they take. I’ve tried repeatedly to resolve this with them, but they offer no accountability and no customer support that actually helps. Save yourself the headache — stay far away from Zealthy. There are plenty of legitimate companies out there that respect their customers, but this one is absolutely not one of them.

I would not recommend Zealthy to anyone. They charge a hefty membership fee and then the medication fees on top of it. I tried for weeks to cancel my membership only to be charged $135.00 membership fee while trying to cancel. They only care about money. Use any other company. Zealthy doesn’t care about you. They are all about money.

Avoid this company at all costs. They charged me back in May and I STILL haven't received any meds (mid-September). Disputed the charges and finally just got a refund over $200 less than what I had paid. After repeated assurances that my account was cancelled, I just found another charge from them on my card from 3 days ago. While the customer service reps are polite, they are ineffectual with issues. Tip: I have started copying the Zealthy legal team (legal@getzealthy.com) on my emails. This company operates like a scam--do not recommend. Wish there was a negative star to choose.

I paid for a 3-month order of tirzepatide medication from Zealthy. I requested an update to my dosage as they did not tell me what my dosage would be after 4 weeks. Instead of giving me a dosage, they reordered another 3-month supply for me, costing $1,882.40. I said I did not order that and told them I do not want that order.
They kept sending harassing text messages that they kept charging my card, which expired, and I need to update it. I repeatedly told them I do not want the order, I did not request it, and I will not update my card because I do not want to be charged. I asked them to stop texting me to update it, to no avail. They eventually responded and confirmed that the order was voided and I would not be charged. I then received the order on September 11th, unbeknownst to me, because it was left in the sun and is no longer good. I was not told to keep the order. I never even updated my card, so somehow they bypassed my old card to use an updated expiration, which I did not provide.
I called them and requested a refund, to which they told me they cannot refund me. I have called multiple times and was hung up on. They wrote that they “disconnected”, but no attempt was made to call me after the disconnection, despite them having my number on file. Then, after a lot of back and forth, over the course of days, they told me that I have to return the medication to get a refund. I did not order the medication and should not have to return it. That is soliciting and an unauthorized charge. They are holding my money hostage and refuse to refund me for the mistake that they acknowledged went through as an error in their system.

If you want to have hidden charges, Extra charges that you have to prove are errors before getting a refund, want unsafe shipping of medication, and constant run around from multiple outsourced customer service reps that can't do anything,... then Zealthy is for you! Is less than 1-star available? I created an account on Zealthy (because the flow essentially makes you to talk to anyone). That's fine. I was interested in Zepbound (tirzepatide) 15mg. The customer service rep was extremely responsive, very polite. However, they were unable to help me at their advertised price, so after having entered my information, I closed out the conversation and the app. Since I didn't order anything, I figure I had not signed up for anything. That turned out to be incorrect and I was charged a $135/month member fee.
Mind you, Zealthy could not legally help me or ship me any meds/write any prescriptions, because I had not undergone identity verification (which, incidentally, didn't stop them from charging my card...because they didn't care whose card it was as long as they got paid). I emailed customer service to request a refund and told them I had recently been laid off, so the refund actually meant something to my family. They acted sympathetic, then refused the refund because I was an "active member". So, I logged in, took screenshots and sent them proving that I had never verified my identity, so I could not have made use of their service, and therefore, could not be "active". I didn't even realize I had a membership. They don't give refunds to "active" members. The only time they refund is when there is a technical error. I made them aware that this effectively is a no refund policy (as if they didn't know).
They (won't name names) escalated it, and I was told the same thing again, no refunds for active members, even if no service was rendered or benefit was gained. Didn't even matter if it was impossible to legally gain a benefit...just no refunds. I informed them that I was disappointed and would be posting my experience on TrustPilot, the BBB, and Google reviews (at a minimum). 7 minutes later, I got an email saying there had been a technical error and my account was double-charged (it wasn't), and that I was receiving a $135 refund.
The people working in customer service probably aren't the problem, but management is likely forcing this on them, and apparently, management aren't people with any sort of integrity. I wouldn't trust them with a meaningless account, far less, my health. If they are cutting corners and refusing refunds for stuff like this, you can bet that they are cutting costs and corners on any medications ordered from them. Caveat emptor.

I initially found this company on\line and then realized after speaking with my Dr that it's not a good fit for me. I cancelled the subscription as they instructed and for 6 months they continue to charge me every month under a different name. Every time I call they apologize and promise that they no longer have my card info and they will not be charging me again. It's a vicious cycle. PLEASE RUN!

I cancelled my membership through them yet they continued to charge my card afterwards. Trying to get ahold of someone was impossible. They stated due to the terms no refunds are allowed on memberships however I cancelled mine & they reactivated it. This company is a scam. After exploring all there options they let me know I still could not have a refund. I received no medication, nothing. They literally charged me for downloaded an app & cancelling membership for 5 months past when I originally cancelled. Poor customer service. I have never dealt with any company that will not help you like Zealthy. Literally canceled as soon as I knew my insurance would not cover and two months later billed my account again and I have contacted with proof of cancellation and still took my $135 and they continue to send me their no refund policy. I tried explaining I have had no services through them with no luck of them caring even with documentation provided showing proof of this. Do not give you money to them! Find some other site that actually cares about people, not just putting money in their pockets.

This company is not good. I have canceled my membership three times now and have still been charged $135 twice and they refused to give me a refund. They just changed me again this morning and now I have no money to get groceries and my card has been blocked by my bank. I'm beyond angry. They never should have charged my card last month or this month. I reached out when this happened last month and was told to cancel my membership which I had already previously done and they refused to give me my money back for a service I have never even used. Awful! I kept getting error messages when I tried to sign in. Requested a change password - got nothing. Emailed support - got a lot of suggestions but problem wasn’t solved. Finally got a provider visit scheduled, it was changed without my ok. Then I kept getting notices of an appointment I never scheduled. Asked to cancel my membership and got no response. Was billed a month later. Complained and they said I had to cancel through my account. Told them AGAIN that I couldn’t access my account, went back and forth for hours. Was finally provided a link to supposedly access my account so I could cancel and got an error message! This company is AWFUL!

As you will see on my account, on June 11th you charged me the $39 initial fee. Once I found out how your program worked, I immediately cancelled it the same day. As you will see you re-funded the $39 on June 13th. I have also posted in your "messages" page several time on and around June 11th that I cancelled my membership. I got robbed $789!! On June 19th at 8am I placed an order for Zealthy, and got the 3 month instead of the monthly. I canceled the order at 2pm the same day (and 29 hours before the medication was dispensed and shipped!) and I was told that I was going to get a refund because I canceled way before the medication was dispensed and shipped (usually 72 hours after the order has been placed).
2 months later and still no refund because it took 3 days for the escalations department to get my request! It's been 2 months and I am still struggling. Then the medication arrived 4 days after it was shipped, but 5 days after the order was placed, and arrived boiling hot, it was over 105 degrees that whole weekend! I already reported it to the BBB and I am trying to get my money back. They sent me this message.

Zealthy doesn't care about "their" patients! All they want is the money! I am stuck with a medication that is not safe to take and I lost a bunch of money and all because it took 3 days for the escalations department to get my request (according to customer service) and they should have received the request within 24 hour of the order being ordered and canceled. It's not my fault about the lack of communication within that company, and now I am paying for their mistake?! The partner pharmacy doesn't even want to issue a replacement because according to them is not their fault the medication arrived hot and is not their fault escalations department didn't see the request the same day! Oh yeah, and I had 2 free months and they still charged them! They are a scam!

This company will take your money and not deliver anything. You have to pay for a membership and receive no product. They'll tell you they're "expediting the issue" and that's bs. They give you the run around with AI email responses that never fully answer anything. They will tell you they need to manually enter your card information, don't believe them! And when you finally have enough and demand to get your money back, they'll give you the run around. When you unsubscribe, they'll tell you they removed your card information and send you a message saying you're fully removed. But, they'll charge you the next month and tell you that your membership is active. If you do make the mistake and join this awful company, save all emails and hire a flipping lawyer. Never had active membership since I cancelled day of signing up. I asked immediately for refund of $39 since wasn’t what I expected but understood I probably wouldn’t get that back. They locked my account and I couldn’t get in. Told them unable to login but they ignored me. Then they charged additional $135 without my permission or even active account . My account says it still needs to be set up. Called them and then sent over 30 emails to them in a month. Nothing changed. They ignored my request over and over. I’ve cancelled my debit card, filed claim with bank, reported them to BBB, and so upset they do this to people.

I started with this company then after a month I decided it wasn't for me. I asked to cancel my membership multiple times with no luck. After 2 months of them charging me after requesting the cancelation they finally answered. They supposedly canceled but I still got charged for another month. After 2 more months I received refund. Now, 3 months after I just got charged again. It's ridiculous. As a very busy single mom of 3, it is very hard to keep calling and calling with no luck of reaching anyone. I paid almost $1000.00 for 3 months supply and 3 month membership. I mistakenly too way too much and advised. I was never able to talk to anyone and just got electronically send from person to person. No one even called to see if I was OK. Zealthy is terrible. Customer service is awful. Chat response time was typically 3 days, and I got the run around without getting direct answers to my questions. My first shipment had only half of the medication, but I was charged full price. The medication did not work, and I could not speak to someone about getting the proper dose. I did not renew (obviously), yet I was charged TWICE in one day for a subscription. I requested a refund but was ignored. Now I have to address the problem with my credit card company. Do not order from Zealthy.

I am requesting a refund of $174 for services I paid for but never received. This amount is significant for me and my family, and it is deeply disappointing that money I worked hard for has gone to waste. On July 20, I submitted my initial inquiry and was charged $39. However, I did not move forward with any services. Despite this, on August 16, I was charged an additional $135, even though I never received treatment or meaningful support.
Throughout the process, I was contacted by multiple “coaches.” If I did not respond immediately, I was simply reassigned to someone else. This was confusing and unhelpful, and I never received clarity on what services I had supposedly paid for. At no point did I receive actual treatment, nor was I able to speak with a human being on the phone. Instead, I was messaged by what appeared to be AI, which left me feeling misled.
In comparison, my experience with Zealthy feels like a scam. I received nothing of value for my $174 payment, and I am requesting a full refund of this amount, but the company is refusing to offer this. Very poor customer service. Please do not trust this company with your personal information or bank account. What a scam!!!

I wish I could give negative stars because they don’t even deserve a one-star. Worst company to get any response from. I also cancelled my membership and it was scheduled to end on 8/9. Received emails confirming the cancellation along with a message on their portal. I noticed today 8/12 that they charged my card $135. I go into the app and my membership is showing reactivated. I canceled and tried contacting them and they are giving me the run around about refunding my money. This is even after the representative from their company admitted they had a “glitch” in the system and a lot of customers' accounts were getting reactivated and charged. They have the absolute worst customer service. All they know how to do is give generic responses and don’t actually answer any questions. This is also how the support for any questions you have about your medication is no actual answers, just generic bot responses.

For anyone out there looking for help to lose weight do NOT give ZEALTHY any money. They first charge a fee that I thought went to toward the medication. When I saw the price of the meds AFTER they charge for some stupid membership fee, I see the price I can't afford for meds so I immediately canceled. They refuse to refund that first charge... membership fee. I hate people like this. Taking advantage of people needing help! I sure wish I would have researched more before going to them. The same day I cancelled my membership after seeing such horrible reviews and learning that the US government even has a case open against them. 3 days later they charged my card for 199.00. And daily I get attempted transaction alerts on my PayPal from zealthy.

On 7/21/25 I was on their website and proceeded with a questionnaire that asked for credit card information and a 39 dollar review fee. They state you will not be charged if not approved. I got to the end and saw the statement that medication was not included in the membership so I decided NOT to order. The charge was going to be nearly 600+ and a prepayment of membership with no medication supplied. I didn’t proceed and decided to check my credit card and saw that they had already charged me 39 dollars.
I contacted them by email and they stated I would be billed monthly and it’s a no refund policy unless I cancel moving forward. They instructed me to log into my account and cancel but I cannot log into my profile to cancel unless I finish creating an account which they require me to provide id verification of my government picture identification card. I refuse to provide them with this private information knowing that they have already stolen money from me without me even finishing the review process. So I have no way to cancel their monthly charges other than cancellation of my credit card.
I have also tried to contact them by phone numerous times and they stated wait time of 4 minutes or less and you are put in hold for hours with nobody ever answering the call. It then tells you all operators are busy to leave a message for a call back, but you can’t leave a message because the line just hangs up on you. When I was able to leave a message I received a call back and the person told me they cannot cancel an account unless I finish the application by providing my government picture identification. Once I do that then they can “review” a refund decision and I’ll have an “option” to cancel membership but until I provide more personal information I will continue to be charged. This is a fraudulent company taking thousands and thousands of dollars from innocent people with false advertising and credit card theft and needs to have legal action taken against them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! I placed an order for 3 months' worth of medication, have not received my full order. Zealthy admitted fault and that they owed me additional medication. I have been trying to get the replacement medication for 4 MONTHS!!! You have to buy memberships that are around $140 a month, and now my membership is expiring in a month, and I will have no way of even requesting the medication unless I pay this membership fee. Do yourself a favor and find a different company to purchase medication from.

They are a scam. They said I didn't qualify because I am on Medicare. They kept charging me for medication they did not provide for 2 months. 2 charges of $299. When I disputed the charge, they said I had to close the dispute to receive a refund. The dispute has been closed for over 50 days, multiple phone calls to my bank and Zealthy, filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau, and still no refund. My bank has sent their bank a letter to acknowledge the closure of the dispute. Their cust service is awful. They will hang up on you and let their phones ring forever. They should be closed. Well, there is a membership fee, and the medication pricing is not as advertised. Also, with Zealthy you have to pay the membership fee before you can even see the medication pricing. Even if you cancel before ordering their products you will not be refunded what you paid. There are several companies that don't have membership fees so Truly consider if you want to overpay for this service. RIDICULOUS.

Stay away!!! There are MUCH BETTER OPTIONS! I was sent meds that expired 5 of the 12 weeks in. Provided proof of the expiration date 3 weeks ago and NO MEDS YET! I paid for 12 weeks but wasn't even able to finish it. They have a "care team" that is ridiculous because it's multiple people who don't even read the previous comments. I can't even cancel the membership because if I do - they remove all communication channels. So I'm paying a membership fee FOR NO REASON. Run for your life!!!! This is a scam!! Zealthy is being pursued by federal and government agencies for the fraudulent business practices and intentional misleading of consumers. Bait and switch is Zealthy s m- o . You will never see the charges before they get your money and they will keep coming for it. Closing accounts and shutting off cards is the only way to stop zealthy. You did authorize or consent to the debits and you did not sign up for any memberships but zealthy still got your money. They send bogus emails and texts like a machine gun shoots bullets and they are filled with lies and false advertising. None of it was asked for but the second they got your info they got you.
It has been rumored that the zealthy site uses malware to retrieve saved credit card info on the device you used to go into their site. I am still waiting on a promised refund of $866 that zealthy took without consent after they tried to take $1330 twice with in 2 minutes of each transaction. While I was talking to my bank manager about those two stopped fraudulent transactions zealthy had the audacity to take $866 while my bank manager was looking at my account and shutting down any debits, the charge sat pending even after my bank manager and myself told zealthy the debit was unauthorized until it posted as debited today.
Then I received an ema from zealthy saying my order was delivered today. There was no order placed and I did not receive anything in the mail either. They have sent several emails and texts stating a full refund is process but debited my account any way. This company is beyond predatory, scammers, they are actual thieves who do not care. Who knows they are literally robbing people without a weapon. I would give zero stars but it's not an option.

The worst and most disorganized customer service I have ever experienced. I don't know what systems they use to do client relations management but there's a lag in response. Different people respond via what appears to be different threads that do not follow a temporal order. I realized the disorganization and opted to cancel because if you can't fill my prescription on time, how can I trust you with my health? I'm waiting for a refund on meds I never received. Their emails are convoluted as to why they either can't or haven't provided a refund. I get responses from emails that are 2-3 emails from the latest communication. DO NOT. My medicine arrived on time with tracking information in discreet packaging. My Zealthy team sends frequent emails and support information. They do respond to questions and concerns that you may have. I did upload my most recent lab report and other medical information that you have the option to submit. The best thing I can say is that everyone is not the same and our bodies react differently. Give it a try for yourself. I'm impressed only after two weeks. I can't wait to see how it goes further down the road.

I saw Zealthy online, and went to check out their offerings. To see any pricing they first force you to enter your information. I should have stopped right there but I proceeded and entered my info including my credit card. Second red flag. I looked at the pricing and then saw the drug costs were on top of the membership fee which had not been previously explained. The costs were too high, I did not wish to use their service so I stopped at that point and never agreed to membership or any fees. They started charging my card the monthly membership fee and I only caught it when I saw the payment taken from my account. This is predatory business, dishonest, and shady as hell. To stop the withdrawals I had to log onto the site, go to my account info and then six pages of questions and offers before it would let me unsubscribe. DO NOT GET CAUGHT UP IN THEIR SCAM.

If I could give Zealthy negative stars, I would. They are deceptive predators and fraudsters. Do not give them any payment information because they will charge you even if you cannot use their meds. They overcharge, billing more than advertised with bait-and-switch tactics. They lock your card down, so you'll have to cancel your card to get them to stop charging you. You will not likely get the medication you pay for and you will waste weeks or months trying to get your money back when you've received no goods or services. They are a scam and are currently under investigation and being sued by the US Government.
Do a quick Google search to find the lawsuit and look at TrustPilot and BBB as well. You'll find out fast that you do not want to do business with Zealthy. They were having their own employees writing positive reviews! That's spelled out in the lawsuit too! Stay as far away from this company as you can or your own good. This company is a complete scam. The meds they prescribe for weight loss are simply compounded nothing. I was given samples of Wegovy by my doctor while I waited for insurance approval. I lost pounds in two months from the samples but my insurance would not approve the medication, so I sought out an online provider and choose Zealthy. Horrible company. Signed up on May 9th and paid $199 for medicine and $39 for the care. Got double-charged on May 21st for medication I did not ask for or consent to. Do not sign up with them. I canceled my membership over medical reasons and they told me that I will not be charged. Since then, they have charged my card eight times for 866.00. I keep calling Zealthy to tell them to stop but they keep charging my card. I also got another Email this morning from Zealthy asking me to update my payment method while my membership is canceled. My bank has blocked their charges many times but when this happens my bank account goes on hold and cannot use it until I call my bank to ask them to take off the hold. They are impossible to get a hold of. I've called and emailed multiple times and no response. I signed up the beginning of April, paid $38 plus another $670 for the medication and 2 months of membership fee. Thing is I never received my medication. They kept stating my prescription was being processed. By the end of April I had it and asked them to cancel my order and refund my money. Finally someone called and refunded my money. Two days later I get a charge for $135 and been calling and emailing them ever since to get a refund but nobody calls me back and nobody responds to my messages.
How are you going to refund someone their money back and then a day later go back and charge them for a membership they already cancelled and you refunded. Doesn't make any sense! Not sure what to do next because the $135 came out of my Apple Pay and not sure how to dispute. I think they make their money by charging memberships and not letting people know.

I’ve probably only written two negative reviews in my life — I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt. But my experience with Zealthy was concerning enough that I felt it was worth sharing publicly. From day one, I made it clear to their team that I couldn’t move forward unless my insurance was confirmed to cover the cost. I uploaded my insurance info right away and repeated multiple times that I didn’t want to be charged or shipped anything unless it was approved. Despite this, they shipped the prescription without confirmation — and I never received a receipt or any breakdown of the $866 charge. I only found out about it while reviewing my finances with my advisor.
When I raised the issue, they first told me I’d get a refund — then later backtracked and refused. I had to go through my bank (shoutout to Banner Bank!) who looked through the documentation I sent — text conversations, screenshots of their landing page, and a video walkthrough of their site — and immediately reversed the charge. The medication is still sitting, unopened, in the same packaging it arrived in. And to top it off, I later got a message from a completely unrelated pharmacy saying another shipment was on the way.
To me, this felt like a bait-and-switch situation. Their marketing heavily suggests insurance will be authorized before anything ships — that was absolutely not the case for me. And just recently, almost two months later, I got a message saying my insurance was finally declined… long after the meds had already been sent. If that doesn’t raise red flags, I don’t know what does.
My financial advisor said it best: “Imagine how many people don’t check their accounts and don’t even realize they’ve been hit with an $800+ charge — because Zealthy ships first and hopes no one asks questions.” And honestly, why would they send a receipt if it alerts you? If I could upload screenshots here, I’d show you the receipts — but I’ve got a whole folder of them for anyone who wants to see. Just be careful. Always document everything, and don’t assume a company will do the right thing just because you asked clearly.

I love everything about Zealthy and how easy it makes it for you to be prescribed the medication you need, but I have had some issues with the timeliness of requesting refills. My medication was prescribed almost 2 weeks ago and yet I still have not received it. It doesn't look like a tracking number has even been assigned to it yet. I was charged for the medication over a week ago. Today is the day that I am supposed to take another dose, and now I do not have the medication despite having requested a refill over 16 days ago. I've reached out to my care team but they have only been able to tell me that they're still waiting on a tracking number from the pharmacy. Overall, though, I do like Zealthy and would recommend.

Zealthy is a Scam, They are charging me well over $100 per month and have NOT provided me with any services or product! I am trying to get a full refund and they are not answering any calls or responding to any messages / attempts.

This has been the easiest and most effective weight loss journey I've ever been on. I’ve lost 27 pounds, and even though progress is slow, it’s worth it. They always respond quickly, and the coaches and nutritionists are available whenever I need them.

If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered from them in February 2025, they charged me $1230 for what was supposed to be 3 months of medication and some type of medical program. I received 1 of the 2 vials which was only enough medication to last a month. I contacted them immediately and they said they would look into it. I've called, emailed left messages and no one responded until April 2025, they gave me a refund of $338 out of $1230. I asked for a breakdown of the charges because this doesn't add up. Their communication and customer service has been horrible. Stay far away from this company. They didn't deliver on their part and and they charge way too much money for them to never answer a phone respond to emails, etc. This is still ongoing. I'm waiting to hear back how I only received a $338 refund from $1230 for a 3 month supply when I only received 1 month of it.

Please Beware! The company does not disclose that Medicare Insurance is not accepted. Even though I tried to cancel but I was charged the membership fee, I was never prescribed a medication or had any further contact with them. Had to cancel my CC in order to stop charges. If they are legit, they need to make cancelation accessible immediately.

Zealthy has bad communication. I signed up and the coach messages me the first day to ask about my experience and get started with coaching. So I messaged her back that day, but that's where the communication ended. She never responded back to me. I sent her 4 messages total. I asked in the other chat how long it typically takes for them to get back to you and they didn't respond back to me there either. Only time they were interested in talking to me was when I had decided to cancel. Then they wanted me to resubscribe as they were all of a sudden ready to move me onto the next phase. No refunds available.

It’s a rip off. Make it seem like you just have to pay for the medication, but you have to pay for the medication and a membership fee, which is not clear. After I paid it even showed my medications as processing and then a day later it was gone and said I have no medication request. When I reached out, they then said that was only the membership fee. And of course it’s nonrefundable.

I paid 283 Dollars for medication, then I had a consulting meeting with a doctor and she told me I wasn't eligible because I was on Medicare. The Doctor said my money would be refunded. 5 weeks later I still haven't received a refund. Don't use this Company unless you want to get ripped off.

Zealthy charged me over $1000 without consulting me or getting my approval for that. I was told the promotional would make medication under $200. This company is a scam and they set you up for reoccurring payments without consent. Congested this with my bank and froze the card. I did not authorize over 1k for what was advertised as a $39 promotional.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Kiss your money Goodbye unless you don't mind getting ripped off. Called 3 times for my credit and when I finally got thru they take my information and put me on hold and never come back. I looked at all the good reviews and think they MUST have posted their own 5 star reviews just to get clients. You've been warned.

Do not use this company. They lie and take money out of your account even when you cancel before anything is prescribed. They charge a membership fee and tell you it’s no problem to cancel, yet do not refund your money. It’s been 13 days waiting on a refund, gotten nothing but the run around on the phone, in email and voicemails. They’ve said multiple times I’d be refunded the $329, within 7-10days, yet not refunded yet. My prescription never even shipped because I cancelled before it was written, yet they took money from my account anyway. 10/10 do NOT recommend this company to anyone! Beware!

I have applied for weight loss medication on Zealthy website in which they setup a lower price for the generic of ** with the discount of 3 months purchase. The price was about $200 per month. The charge on my credit card was $1,012 next day. I called immediately and asked for refund. They promised to do it in the next 3-4 days. On day 5, I called again and the supervisor of customer support said they cannot get confirmation from the pharmacy about the shipping and will tried to prevent me from charges on my account. So I reported this transaction as fraudulent on my bank account. Apparently, the dozen people were charged the same amount of money without getting any products from Zealthy.

If you enjoy going in circles, Zealthy might be the right fit—but if you’re looking for efficiency and clear communication, I’d advise caution. The app and overall service still need significant improvement. I’ve repeatedly received notifications claiming I have a message from a representative, only to find nothing there. Response times are extremely slow—it can take up to a week to hear back.
I’m currently prescribed ** and have had to fill out the same intake form five times, three of those times with a representative. Despite informing them that I’ve already completed the intake, I’ve received repeated apologies and requests to fill it out again. There is a complete lack of clear communication, and no one seems able to provide straightforward answers. I initiated the refill process on April 8th; it’s now April 14th, and nothing has progressed. I’ve already missed a dose and will likely miss another this week. I am deeply disappointed with this experience. It’s been frustrating, time-consuming, and ultimately unacceptable.
