New Self GLP-1 Providers- FRAUDULENT COMPANY- They opened 2 accounts for me, charged me more than $2,200, and never sent me anything. I spent hours and hours trying to reach them by phone. I got a woman in the Philippines who spoke to me with chickens crowing in the the background. Everyone said they would ensure my meds got delivered but they never arrived. I had to file a fraud claim with AMEX to try to recoup my money. DO NOT USE!!!!!

The process in ordering my medication was quick and easy. I was also satisfied with the product. It arrived on time with no issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend this website for anyone else looking for a similar option to provide the medication.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. BILL YOU FOR A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION EVEN AFTER YOU CANCEL. They want to bill you a monthly subscription $135.00 on top of a high price ($199) for the medication which is higher than other companies. Cancelled with them on 2/17/2026 before medication was sent out and they refunded the purchase price of the medication but left the membership active. They refuse to cancel the membership or refund the membership amount. I've contacted MC and refused payment. DO NOT do business with this SCAM company. They also go by at least 2 names. Zealthy & Roen. They both have the same address.

Don’t use this company as it will charge recurring membership fees without telling you. When you cancel they will bill under bioverse instead of Zealthy. They refuse to refund and you will lose your $39 right up front whether you decide to use them or not.

Just like many others have stated in their complaints this company did not cancel my account when I requested and continued to charge me for 18 months. They never communicated that I was being billed each month, incorrectly emailed stating my payment wasn’t active and yet they continued to bill me. Now they refuse to refund me after they’ve essentially stolen 2400 dollars by incredibly deceptive business practices. There are many more reputable companies to deal with.

Zealthy along with AM RX are a legit online pharmacy that has reputable people working with you to fulfill your health and weight loss goals with quality medication. I would recommend these companies to friends, coworkers and family.

I LOVE Zealthy. I was with Zealthy last year and I left and tried another company but I had to come back. There is no better quality and customer service than Zealthy. You get REAL results.

They are CROOKS and SCAMMERS!!! I paid the membership fee on December 14th, 2025 and on that same day realized that Zealthy had unethically practices and cancelled my membership. I stated several times in my text message with Zealthy that I did not wish to go forward and I was no longer interested, and I do not wish to proceed. Zealthy instead of cancelling my account charged me $135 for January and February. I have never received any product from them and called them over 4 times. Each time I was hung up on and then when they finally did call me back they refused to reverse the fees. I cancelled on the same day I signed up. They are CROOKS and SCAMMERS!!!

So far, my experience has been positive. Everything was explained clearly, support was available when needed, and results came steadily. It’s been an encouraging start overall.

Originally quoted $40 for (not specifying membership) for a provider request with support afterwards. In order to proceed I would have to complete my account. After paying, decided to not go further. I did not complete my account but asked numerous times to have the charge removed and payment canceled as I did not want the service. This promised first payment was for:

I needed a refill, and my regular doctor couldn't get me in for weeks, so I decided to try this instead. I filled everything out on my phone during my lunch break, and it honestly took maybe 10 minutes. A few days later, everything showed up in the mail in a plain envelope, which I liked. If you just need your medication and don't want the headache of an office visit, this makes things a lot easier. Overall, pretty great service!!

There are so many online providers these days and it is hard to find a good one. Zealthy was highly responsive, reviewed my request quickly and shipped within 2 days of initial request. The only issue I had was the packaging for shipping. Meds that should stay cold should be packed in styrofoam. I received my order in winter time so it wasn't a problem this time but it arrived in double UPS bubble envelope packing with 2 ice/gel packs to keep it cold. The product did arrive cold but I've had experiences in the heat of summer with other companies that packed in a similar way and the product can't stay cold in those temps. I would recommend that Zealthy spend a few more cents and use a sealed styrofoam shipping container for cold meds. My future orders will appreciate it this summer.
