Tried to order Vanilla Shakes and cart defaulted back to Chocolate. Called CS during business hrs and got a "we're closed" message. Emailed CS. Got a link that worked but then State menu won't open. Gave up!

A friend of mine introduced Orgain to me. I bought the chocolate protein powder and the experience was fantastic. I'm already getting a deal based off the amount of scoops that I get out of the container and they're also offering it at a cheaper price. The product itself without adding anything is phenomenal. It tastes great. You usually don't have to add anything to it aside from water or milk. But if you can, you could add bananas or whatever you prefer. People usually ask me what do I use as a meal replacement and Orgain is usually it. I usually offer that to them and those who I suggested it to that tried it love it.

We get Orgain ‘cause it’s dairy-free. My son's allergic to dairy, so that's why I get that. He's trying to gain weight. It's working for him.

I made a post in one of my vegan groups on Facebook, asking for recommendations for protein shakes and a lot of people recommended Orgain. I've been drinking them for a few months now. I've started working out quite regularly. I really don't eat or drink a whole lot so it helps me make sure I'm getting enough protein in so that I can build muscle. I'll do the powder after I workout and then during my workday, I can just grab one of the RTDs which is the ready to drink and take it with me in my lunch box. It's convenient.

Glad to see your products are lower in sodium than the other nutritional products on the market. The taste is also far more appealing and mixes well with just a shaker bottle. No chalky aftertaste either. The price can't be beat either.

I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and I needed to be on a high protein diet and wasn't able to eat enough. Orgain was recommended, and I've been using it ever since. I used the Organic Protein Superfoods. It's a super protein line with all the beans and greens and the vegetables. Purchasing was easy. The product's quality is excellent. The taste is really good. Orgain is my favorite protein product. There's no bad after taste and the flavors they offer are delicious. I really like the powder but also find the individual shakes pretty convenient. They are much more flavorful than other brands I've tried. Reasonably priced and outstanding customer service! Highly recommend.

I've had Orgain before and I liked it. I just started again. They sent me chocolate the second time around. I don't know if I messed up when I ordered it but I prefer vanilla. I have a 24-pack for 30 bucks. It's very expensive but it's helping me keep up with the necessary protein I need to have. I have Crohn's and it helps with my dietary needs.

Orgain kids protein is a healthy organic nutritional shake for children. After trying the different flavors available, my kid’s only favorite is the strawberry flavor. I have nothing bad to say about the shake, but I wish they will provide a Dairy -free option with the great same benefits.

My daughter has been drinking Orgain for the past 4 years and it has helped her gain weight and stay healthy. She has an autoimmune disease and ARFID and has had trouble gaining weight. We knew how much she loved it so we always stock up! We now have 6 cases that she won't drink since the formula has been changed. The difference is rice dextrin and she can't drink it. We can't return the unused cases because we are past 30 days.

Costs a bit more, but the past two orders have been shorted and I have had to reach out to you and ask that my order is fulfilled or credited. I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis and desperate for something easy to digest while recovering. My nutritionist recommended Orgain over Ensure. I order 15 cases of Orgain every month. Your shipping method is unsatisfactory. Outer box is smashed and has been reaped. Inside boxes are broken and product is loose in box. What a mess. This is the second month this has happened. Second complaint.

It's all organic ingredients, it tastes great, and it is very nutritious. I have been very happy with all my purchases from Orgain. I sometimes give them away to Halloween trick or treaters as a healthier alternative to candy and sweets.

My kids like the taste of Orgain and I use it as a supplement. I'm vegetarian, so I like the vegan protein. Then, my kids and I like the chocolate drinks. The only thing is, the price has gone up. It’s expensive and with kids, recession, and pandemic, maybe they could throw out some more incentives such as coupons and things like that. That would be helpful. They also do not have many other flavors. I know that they're starting to make creamers and products with MCT, so they just have to be more up to par and get more up-to-date products. For example, they didn't have a nut creamer, whether it'd be cashew or almond, seasonal like pumpkin spice or anything like that. They put a recipe, but I'm not going to do that. I have kids and I work. I'd rather go buy it, so I did. I went with Nutpods, so they have my business there.

I've tried a lot and only a handful of products did not upset my stomach, and Orgain was one of them so I stuck with them. I originally started with the protein powder and greens. Now, I use the protein powder with superfoods. I love them. But the shipping process is hit and miss sometimes. Sometimes, it's really fast. Sometimes, it takes a little while. But I usually buy in bulk so that is never an issue for me.

I was very sick and I had low vitamin levels. I was living in the city and someone told me that I needed a nutritional drink. So, I researched and I found Orgain. I love Orgain's product. I used to go to a specialty store to buy them. I purchased the vegan nutritional beverage that they have. I like both of the flavors, but the chocolate one is the best one. It's like chocolate milk, but not quite as sweet, which I like because I'm not a big, sweet person.

I am a regular purchaser. I not only drink the Organic Nutrition Shake every day, but I have also added the Kids Protein Organic Nutrition Shake too for additional protein. I must say that the straw on the Kids Shake is a little funky. It often feels like you are sucking air through it!

Order was placed and tracking number was given. After the delivery day passed without my order I reached out. The agent had a four day long process she needed to go through before she could place a new order for me. I finally got my order 4 weeks after placing my original order.

I am one of your biggest fans and have been buying your nutritional drinks for four years now after they were recommended by a oncology nutritionist. However, I was very disappointed when you removed the less sugar version of your product from shelves. I now only drink a half a carton of Orgain instead of the whole carton because of the higher sugar content. I order my product through you now, but used to get it at Whole Foods. The grocery manager at my local store said there were a lot of disappointed customers when you discontinued the lower sugar version and they were encouraging us to contact you about this. Your founder came up with the Orgain idea when he had cancer. You would think low sugar would be a priority. Please bring the lower sugar product back!!!!

I love the Keto chocolate Orgain Collagen powder and have used it for months. I put it in my coffee every morning. Several of my family members also use it on a regular basis. The Orgain customer service is great also.

I was looking to build muscle and cut out some carbs and I was looking just to increase protein. I was looking for something that was dairy-free and I saw Orgain in a Whole Foods a couple years ago. They were using the rice base instead of key protein base. I like Orgain. I just wish the price was a little bit lower. I used to get it off Amazon, and then I would do it on the website because I use it for breakfast most days.

I was searching for something for my kid that wasn't full of junk. I found Orgain and the first time I ordered, I got a multipack. I then started getting the chocolate kids' protein shakes. The quality of their products is great and my kids like them. The shipping is pretty good although there was one time it took a really long time to get it. I haven't had that problem since though. Sometimes, I order and sometimes, my mom brings some of the products. She has a Costco where she lives where they're selling Orgain.

I purchased the berry, through the company. The fiber in it helps. I do it five out of seven days. I'm 75. I have a low thyroid and I wanted something that would add energy and be healthy.

I have been a fan of Orgain products for approximately 2 years now. I started buying their protein from Costco because it is clean and taste yummy. When I could not find the flavor I was getting at my local Costco anymore I started ordering directly from their website. Their powders are yummy and mix well. Chocolate peanut butter is my favorite!! I am also a huge fan of their snack bars. Very satisfying and taste great.

I had mis-ordered and did not request the buy 2 and get 1 free promotion. I contacted Orgain and Jessica N cancelled my original order and I was abe to order and take advantage of the offer. I emailed Jessica N at that time and thanked her for her efforts.

Love product. Unfortunately, I order & get charged, then within hours reimbursed & order canceled. Occurred multiple times. When reach out to customer service, no response. Quit trying to order. Still have product because ordered in bulk but unsure what going to replace with.

I have been drinking this protein shake for 5 years. I received an order last week from Amazon & they tasted totally different! Until I looked at the nutrition facts, then realized the fiber was 7 instead of 2, & the sugar was 10 instead of 9. I called & spoke with both customer service women who assured me that there was no change in ingredients, just an FDA change in counting how ingredients were distributed. I had no way of finding out why the taste of the newer one was so awful. Amazon quickly sent me out another 12 pack. Unfortunately, it also tasted totally different & had the new numbers as I stated previously.

Orgain Products were and are FANTASTIC 5 Star Rating. Lots of issues with your Delivery Services. Orders were not delivered to my Unit address as indicated and required by Building instructions that were clearly stated near and inside building enstance. Packages were never delivered to my Unit front by your delivery service. Packages also were to large for me to physically handle and carry. Hope this issue can be resolved on potential new Orders, otherwise I may have to seek other options or Product services. Also access to building had a call box for Delivery services and my address at entrance of building.

I love your products. I wish that you would have more choices without "stevia" in. I found stevia even sweeter than sugar. As a matter of fact not everyone has a sweet tooth. I am one. I did try your new product Zero sugar but it was way too sweet. Stevia in it. So I switched to the other one: Collagen peptide and do love it.

Our children all love your kids shakes and our oldest needs it to help with his slow growth and weight gain. I order on average 6-8 cases per month. Although the shipping is usually fast I am disappointed that with most orders. There is at least 12 shakes just thrown into the box and not in a package. Most times there are 1-3 boxes that have leaked. If I could make a suggestion I would like to see a better straw- on that does not collapse and fall into the container would be wonderful and save me from having to replace the state almost constantly.

I bought 3 cases for over $30 and they all had mold in them! They were all bad. What a bummer. I called the company and they said to send an email and picture. I have heard nothing. Don't buy. They don't have good QC procedures in place to prevent mold. (Which is toxic.)

Orgain tastes good. I tried another clean nutrition product and it’s good too but I still prefer Orgain. I didn't feel like the rest of them were doing much and some of them don't taste great at all. I was getting Orgain at Walmart but the stores only have selective flavors. I was getting tired of plain chocolate and vanilla doesn't have a great taste to me. I gotta mix it with something. The website has more variety especially if you buy subscriptions. I like the peanut butter and the coconut has been out of stock lately. Also, it’s cheaper ordering it online versus going to the store. The shipping doesn’t take long at all. Even when it says that it’s delayed, I still get it quickly.

These drinks are my way to go for breakfast, I have type 1 diabetes and my blood sugars stay in good numbers after drink them. They are really delicious and really nutritious. Sweet Vanilla & Strawberries & Cream are my favorites! I love them.

I would like to take the time to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the performance of this company and its customer support staff. I have yet to receive my order placed on July 25th. Once an order is placed, shipped or delivered an email is generated, including a tracking number. The only email I received was explaining my order was to be delayed until further notice. I waited a week with no update and called customer support who explained they were out of stock (this was stated nowhere on the website or anywhere when ordering). With still no update today (August 10th) I emailed customer support who replied saying it had already shipped and been delivered, which it had clearly not due to the lack of paper trail or tracking number provided to me. The 'shop' app that Orgain suggests to use and which I have for all previous orders still says only 'order placed'.

I love to eat a nutritious bar in the morning that has good fiber, but not too much protein. This is the perfect bar because it’s not sugary, doesn’t have much fat and is low calorie for a nice small breakfast.

It was a huge blessing to find this protein drink. My body has been fighting numerous health issues for too many years. One of them being Systemic Lupus w/ kidney involvement, and too many other issues to bore you with. These protein drinks are not too high in protein so I’m able to drink up to 3 per day. It feels good knowing I’m drinking something so nutritious and I can feel the difference it’s making in my body. The ingredients are extremely healthy. Adding the Orgain Vegan Protein along with a healthy diet and exercise, I’ve been able to put the lupus into remission for 8 months so far and I’m excited to keep counting. It’s not easy to find quality vegan products that are healthy enough for my health needs. Thank you Orgain from the bottom of my heart.

I’m unhappy with the time it takes to receive an order. I find myself going to Walgreens to purchase your chocolate flavored drink in between the time I order and when it actually arrives. I don’t like the plain vanilla or chocolate which is why I order direct but the shipping continues to be a problem. Maybe it’s time I find another brand of protein drink.

The hold time was acceptable and the representative was friendly. I was calling to check on the status of the remainder of my order and Becky was helpful. She explained that there was a separate shipping number and items were still in route. She emailed me the requested information as a follow up.

This order was placed on July 20th. On July 25th I contacted Orgain about the status of this order & was told it would ship by the 28th. On the 30th is still had not shipped and I cancelled the order.

Love this product cause it's healthy and tastes good and is low in calories and carbs. Just wish I could buy it locally and did not have to have it shipped all the time. The one I like is the one in the purple box that has 140 calories.

I love the taste of the sport protein powder. It’s not too chalky and blends well with nondairy milk. I typically order a few containers once a month. Shipping was fast and convenient. I also love how many specials Orgain offers.

I've been using Orgain for so long. I would buy the tubs of protein but it doesn't work with me. I bought the vegan chocolate powder and I liked it ‘cause it didn't taste like normal vegan powders especially the all-in-one nutritional powder. I continued to buy it ‘cause a lot of vegan products taste really bad. I tried a couple different kinds of the powders and lately I've been doing the whey nutritional shakes. They've helped me with weight gain. That was always an issue for me and getting that whole scale of nutrients.

I purchased Orgain at the store originally and after I made the first purchase, the taste made me choose them. Right now, it would be both the taste and the nutritional content. Before, you could get batches that weren't so good but the consistency of the taste has gotten much better. I bought a nutritional shake and I use it as part of a nutritionally complete diet. There wasn't a goal, necessarily, in mind other than to get something else that I can eat that's super healthy and have some benefit to it. When I bought from them directly, it was a good experience. The shipping was not fast but it was very easy. It takes about a week out here in Oregon, part of that is because it’s shipped out of Pennsylvania.

I am on a medical weight loss diet through Stanford University Medical Center where I get to have 3-4 protein shakes every day. Protein generally makes me bloat and gassy- this protein does not and tastes amazing! I buy their protein, greens and their bars and every product is gluten, soy and dairy free. Give it a try. I have been using Orgain protein powder for months now. I love it because I have no issues with whey or soy, which always caused me digestive issues. Also, the protein bars are delicious and filling. Great for when I am on the run or when I need a quick snack.

Excellent service. The product ordered was precisely what had been advertised and what I wished to buy. Excellent protein powder which has boosted general well-being. Both the vanilla flavored and the chocolate flavored protein powders make excellent drinks. Mixed with "pure orange" EmergenC the vanilla flavored makes a delightful drink; the chocolate mixed in water is also very pleasant.

Everything I’ve ever ordered from Orgain came in paper cartons. My latest order of plant-based protein shakes came in thick plastic bottles. There are 3 steps to getting to the drink: cutting off the cellophane to get to the screw top; after getting the screw top off, there is a three-tabbed top that needs to be peeled off by one’s teeth; and disposal of the plastic bottle when finished. I really wish you could use the paper cartons on this product. You make a superior product, though.

Clean Protein. I love that this product is vegan and organic. It tastes great and blends well in smoothies. I even add it to oatmeal and pancakes. I have definitely recommended this and I would highly recommend it again. It is awesome!

Because I have a rare disease there are times I need to replace solid food with liquid nutrition. This shake not only tastes good, but is organic. I will not drink the typical meal supplements from most hospitals because they contain junk! If I could change one thing about this drink it would be to raise the fiber content. As a registered nurse, I recommend this to drink to colleagues and people suffering from diseases similar to mine. I cannot live without this product!

I will not but any other brand. Forever my favorite! The quality and taste is there and it was exactly what I was looking for. It was an awesome surprise after trying for so long to find a vegan protein shake that also has nutrients.

My children love the chocolate flavor protein shakes. It gives me peace of mind knowing this is a constant in their diet and they’re getting necessary nutrients to grow even while they’re going through picky phases. Luckily they have no idea their “chocolate milk” Is loaded with fruits, veggies and vitamins. I’m a fan of the (adult) latte shakes myself. Refreshing and delicious.

I began drinking this shake as recommended by my nutritionist after being diagnosed with gastroparesis. This shake has changed my life. Delicious products-- Creamy Chocolate Clean Protein and Vegan Chocolate. Great customer service support. A bit pricey, but subscribing helps defray the cost. I would probably like a more frequent delivery schedule than 30 days, but can't afford to do so.

Orgain chocolate fudge protein powder. Love the flavor, consistency and fact it is vegetarian, organic and non-soy and gmo with no fake sugars, just stevia. Best protein I’ve tasted and a customer for life. I’ve tried many other protein powders and this is by far the best tasting and overall best quality in my opinion.
