It was easy to order the items I was interested in. I did not have any difficulty identifying products and comparing like items. However I did have some difficulty locating items when I did not know the specific brand or similar ingredient but different capsule form. Locating the listings of ingredients were clearly displayed and easy to see and enlarge.

My experience was good. I would just say that the website can be pretty laggy. The pages load rather slowly. Also, I ordered a bottle of Real Aloe Gelly a few weeks ago. I like that the website provides images of the front and back of the bottle. Except that, on the picture of the back of the bottle on the ingredients list, it doesn't say that it has sodium benzoate. But on the ingredients list on the website, it says it has sodium benzoate. Maybe the manufacturer added the ingredient later on.

The last two times I have tried to place an order on your site, there is some issue with the scripting and I repeatedly get the box that asks me if I want to debug the script, stop the script, etc. I had problems adding an item to my cart (there was one in there and I wanted to change the quantity to two). I had to go back and search for the item again and add it to the cart instead of just being able to change the quantity. There was a free gift that I was trying to add to my cart. Had to click "add to cart" three times before I could get it in the cart. Then I had to attempt to check out three times before I could get to the checkout screen. Frustrating.

Overall I was happy with my purchase experience with LuckyVitamin. There were a couple things I didn't like. One was that I couldn't use the coupon code I wanted because the site said I had already placed an order in the past, and the code was only for first time customers. However, when I found the code (JANUARY 10) in Google Shopping, it did not specify that the code was only for first time customers. It would have been nice if that could have been specified upfront. Furthermore, I searched my email for previous orders from LuckyVitamin and couldn't find any, so I'm not sure that I'm NOT a first time customer after all. The only other thing was that one of the products I wanted was not carried (Green Pasture Cinnamon Tingle Liquid). I was able to get the Cinnamon Gel, but not the liquid, and I wanted both.

Generally I am satisfied but one of the problems with the order process is the maintaining of the regimen. When you discontinue a product or supplier, you eliminate it from the regimen instead of putting a note on it that it is no longer available. It means that at times I have not realized that I am neglecting to order in time a substitute product. As many products are treating a particular health issue this is critical. Even if you leave the discontinued item on the regimen and I can't order it because it isn't available, at the very least I would realize I have to an alternative product. Otherwise the process is pretty good although the website is a little quirky at times but I think you already know that. :)

They have the good chai that isn't Tazo (which has aborted fetus tissue). Rishi is organic and tested to be fully vegan. It is more expensive elsewhere online and the Whole Foods quit carrying it. I do wish they had better shipping rates though that is too expensive or you have to spend 50 dollars. I would understand 25 or 30.

I have always had an issue with logging on and have had customer service log me on with new password before, but always has an issue the next time. Problem is online.
