I'm worried about the Auto Ship item, which turned out to be a total pain the last time I tried it. The other items seem to process alright although the system gets slower the more items I added to my cart. At several times whilst looking at a specific product, the system kicked me back to the beginning of my 67 item "My Regimen" and to displaying 24 vs 100 items. In addition, the item tried to kick me off entirely, when I looked at my available "award points". I couldn't backtrack, but I was able to "refresh" and it kicked me to the beginning of my 67 item list once again.

I buy a lot of your gloves, I have normal size hands. They always seem to split in the thumb area. Weird. It is like a weak spot. Always when I take them out of the package and put them on they separate. But keep ordering them 1 dozen at a time. Wear them because I have dry hands and handle lots of paper. My experience was good. The site is clean and easy to navigate. I was looking for 'focus' supplements, so it would have been nice to be able to search that instead of having to research the actual vitamins or supplement names that deal with mental focus. This is the main critique I have that would have improved my experience.

Was happy to find yet another site that offers the same items at a better price that I usually buy elsewhere. And I found a new item that is not sold on the other site. Raw honey, crystallized ginger, and anything coconut is what I look for.

Compared to another website, I found the prices to be better in some cases, but not all. Overall, the order total came to less and it was easy ordering. I found the BOGO section a little confusing. Not everything that came up under the BOGO sale was actually buy one get one 1/2 price.

Also, I've received several orders that were not packaged properly, received items damaged, items that opened during shipping, a container of lotion was busted open, an explosion of tapioca flour, just to name a few. Please package items with more protective packing and more care.

It was really simple to order but the french version of your website is real nightmare! I tried also to order supplement for animals but it was impossible to access to the page even when I clicked on the banner dedicated to supplement for animals... Strange!

The one improvement I would make to the website is that sometimes when returning to the "results" menu from the "learn more' menu the list auto scrolls back to the top instead of to the item listed.
