    Don't purchase GNC products nor give them customer loyalty.... I have been a customer for years and never had a return and spend hundreds of dollars with them. I've purchased product that expired before the expiration date and order the product often from them... They said since I don't have a receipt or the sale might not have taken place in 30 days that they will do nothing when it Clearly says on the container that it shouldn't be expired.... I've actually gotten sick by taking this particular supplement in its state and simply asked for a swap.... They denied.... and choose not to stand by their GNC product.... Looking like a potential lawsuit from a once loyal client until today.... Don't buy from them.

    I place an online order for 4 boxes of Barbells. 3 were shipped out together and 1 box was shipped separately. Both packages were showing delivered on the same day, but I only received 1 package with the 3 boxes of Barbells. 1 package with 1 box of barbells was NEVER delivered. I called the same day, and they filed an investigation. 4 days later I receive an email from a Karen saying that it was delivered, and they cannot issue a refund or replacement. This is the worst company ever you are going to send an email telling me something I already know was not true. It was never delivered. I received 1 package only that day. I went and picked up my package right after it was delivered! Also, the moron told me to call the police.

    You call the police if you have a video of someone stealing your packages this was not the case. My wife orders a lot of bars a month probably 6 boxes & I this was my first order. We both will NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. I WILL ORDER FROM VITAMIN SHOPPE OR GO IN STORE AT VITAMIN SHOPPE BUT SHE ALWAYS ORDERS ONLINE. SO GNC'S LOSS WILL BE VITAMIN SHOPPE OR ANY OTHER STORE SELLING BARBELLS GAIN.

    So I have been trying to not only contact GNC, FedEx, my apartment complexes and Parcel Pending all to try and find this “missing package”. I kept telling them that I received one case per box and they even confirmed I was supposed to receive two cases per box so when I finally sent them the picture that they finally allowed me to send they said they would reopen the case that they already deemed was not their fault. They straight up blamed it on FedEx and then told me they couldn’t help rectify because it shows as delivered. This is all after spending $180 within two weeks. I am still waiting for them to get back to me after they’ve admitted they didn’t ship what they were supposed to. Case #: ** if you want to make it right GNC. I will gladly change my review if you help me out but I’ve spent all day calling and chatting with everyone I can to fix this.

    My first and only experience with GNC, ordering on-line, was a disaster. Only 2 of the 4 items I ordered were even shipped, let alone delivered, and when you speak to their customer service dept (located off-shore with no ability to resolve issues, only escalate them), they tell you they will forward your concern to another department to determine if you qualify for a refund on the products you paid for but they never sent you. NEVER order from GNC unless you want them to take your money and not send you the product you ordered.

    Beware of the quality and expiration date that GNC website sends you. We previously bought GNC from amazon back in July, 2022 and it the supplements were at least 1.5 years out from expiration. Last year end, We purchased the same product on GNC website assuming that the dates would be far out as well (since it's GNC website), but all the bottles actually expired in 6 months from the delivered dates. Beware that GNC may be trying to clear out inventory. We did not find out afterwards as we trusted GNC. Since it's past 30 days, obviously we cannot return the item. Terrible experience.

    This must be the worst company I have ever ordered from online. First they give you the impression that they have a local site. I ordered from Australia, from a supposedly Aus site. This would give an impression that shipping rates will minimal. This will also give the impression that the cost is in local currency. Once you order you will realise, like in my case, that a AUD34.00 product actually cost more than AUD90.00 and will take almost a month to reach me. Then you try to cancel even before the transaction goes through and you are told that they are unable to do that. I will now cancel after I receive the product, and will lose US19.00 shipping charges. I am of the opinion this will be profits for them as they use the slowest delivery at the highest prices. Shameful practises. Good thing is, I used PayPal who always takes care of their customers.

    Ordered 6 boxes of protein bars! When they arrived opened the box to see they weren't packed with ice packs! Didn't think anything of it until we opened them! All have melted and reformed, stuck to wrapper, lost the shape.... Reached out to say how upset I was and was asked for photos... It is now 2 weeks and 1 day with absolutely nothing back from them. Unbelievable!!!! You shipped food. Complete negligence on GNC! Customer Service is a joke! There is none.

    I ordered the GNC Women's Stress VP on September 16th. I paid extra to have it here by the weekend. I got an email saying my item was delivered. I get home and it's the wrong item. I have contacted customer service and they told me to send pics of the wrong items. I did and have not gotten any response since doing this. Very unhappy with my first time ordering from GNC and paying extra for the item.

    I ordered from the GNC website on September 4, 2024; it was Wednesday, the regular business day, and it is now September 16, 2024, and I have yet to get my order. On their website, it says 3-5 business days, and you can see how many business days have gone, yet I still haven't received my item. I called customer support last Monday, September 9, to check on the status and after placing order on 4 and on 9 the label was created. I tried to cancel at the time, but they did not, and I phoned customer service every day until now, but there was no good response, and they are hanging up the phone, so I am caught between now and never buying from gnc again. Worst first time customer experience.

    Highly disappointed. My partner and I tried the "women's" pack. She had to stop taking them after 2 weeks due to major hormone issues. I stopped shortly after due to feeling unbalanced as well. Don't waste your money!!

    Zero stars! I used to use GNC for years so I decided to order vitamins online and wanted to try a small bottle for $30 as to not spend too much in case I don't like them. I clicked the PayPal button to pay even though the website didn't give any shipping info. I figured after I went through PayPal that it would send me back to review my order like always happens on every other website. NOPE. It just said thank you for your order when I was sent back! I never placed it. Then I found out shipping was $13!

    I called gnc immediately. I got what I assume is a call center somewhere overseas because I couldn't hardly understand her. She informed me that the order already shipped to the store. I said I placed the order 2 minutes ago, and why would I get charged shipping if it was going to the store?! I told her to cancel the order and she told me she couldn't. I asked for a supervisor and first she said there wasn't one available. I told her I would wait, so she said she could send an email to the shipping dept to attempt to stop it, instead of talking to a supervisor.

    I asked her to please send the email, send me a copy and let me talk to a supervisor. I could hear the pages flipping of her book of what to say. She said she would send the email and a supervisor would call me. Well guess what. No email, no call. I could tell nothing was going to be done. BEWARE. Once you are duped into the sale with shady business practices you are on the hook. Horrible company with horrible customer service.

    Ordered product online, says it was out for delivery, next update it’s available for pick up?!?! Every time I order online there is a problem, GNC and the post office both suck! Better be prepared to wait a long time or not even get your product sometimes! GNC is an absolute joke!!!

    I wish I checked the reviews before buying there. I bought 4 products - 2 shakes, 2 boxes of gut probiotics, the box didn’t arrive. Went to customer services where they stated that the delivery was done correctly and I should (in their words): reach out to your local authorities or the carrier. I didn’t hire the carrier, they did. Very bad and unhelpful customer services. I never thought I would have this kind of problem with such a big company. Box was poorly packed, box was too big and clumsy, tape was thin and could reach both flaps. And here I’m just assuming products felt from the poorly packed box… but it still the company obligation to delivery all the products safely and correct.

    Upon ordering 2 cases of Bang energy drink - the ad clearly stated Buy 2 and 3rd one free. It said nothing else. When only two cases arrived I immediately called and was advised I had to order THREE to get the third one free!! Totally misleading. I immediately closed my account and I will NEVER use them again.     I ordered six bottles of Teen multivitamin from GNC online, but when I received the package, only one bottle in the package. I contacted GNC customer service, they denied my request to send another 5 bottles. They asked me to contact package carrier USPS. This is not my responsibility to contact USPS. GNC should fill my order and GNC should contact USPS because I did not choose USPS to deliver the package. This should be all GNC responsibility. I never experienced such bad customer service. I do not know how to deal such things, how to get back my loss.

    Here is the response from GNC:

    They canceled my order and refused to honor the discount they gave me. They kept telling lies about my order not being in stock, and when I asked why it was available online they had no answer. They lied and said they could not verify what I paid and then sent me a receipt with a record of my payments. I called multiple times and no one helped me. All I got was a runaround and time taken from my life I will never get back.

    BEWARE OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!! I ordered multivitamins when the promotion was buy 2 get 1 free. I received immediate confirmation of the order. I subsequently received another email saying that the items were shipped. I waited for 4 days before checking the tracking status only to find out that the items weren't shipped. When I chatted with the representative I was Informed that the carrier never picked up my order. I'm not sure how a large company like GNC with a huge online business would allow any carrier to dictate when they are picking up the products for delivery. The rep apologized and told me that that they will send the order with 2 day shipping at no cost to me.

    When I tracked the new order three days later, it indicated that the items had never shipped. When I called and spoke to the rep, I was informed of the same excused I previously received, that the carrier did not picked up the order. Given my frustration, I requested a refund AND I WILL NEVER ORDER OR BUY FROM GNC AGAIN. I guarantee they will be out of business within a year. Online purchases must be the bulk of their business. Given the way they conduct their business, people will never go back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

    I went to the GNC in Prince Frederick, Maryland Monday to buy a product. The employee there was very helpful. Knew exactly what I needed and showed me where it was but the place was empty of it. He said it was coming in the next day and a shipment. I have been back every day since this week. 3 days to be exact after. Waiting for two and each time I'm told the shipment arrived the products in the store but they haven't had time to put it out. Each time the employee is sitting there doing absolutely nothing but sleeping, resting or on the phone and an empty store waiting for I guess the next employee that shows up to supposed to put it out after a week wait. The product is still not put out. Still in the box and the employee asked me Is there anything they could do to help me?

    I said I'd like to buy the product. They say it's not put out yet as well. "Could you put it out?" They said they were busy sitting there doing nothing. I have never seen such laziness slobbiness from a chain that's supposed to be out for helping us. Disgusting that they charge so much, so lazy, and do so little to actually try to help their customers. She and she Prince Frederick. You should be ashamed to yourself. You should at least fire 2/3 of your employees and get ones that want to work.

    Incredibly disappointed with customer service response to shipping issue. Ordered supplements and a box of protein bars. First picture is what inside of box looked like when received. Products just thrown in box without packing materials. Box of protein bars was previously opened and they were scattered all over the bottom of box with many of them in damaged condition. I asked for a credit on the protein bars. Customer service refused and only offered a discount on a future order. Alternatively they told me I could drive to a store myself to return them. At my time and cost. Unacceptable customer service response and they have lost me as a customer.

    Paid for next day expedited shipping and the order sat for 3 days before they processed it. Got it 5 days later. My previous order I chose normal shipping and had it in 3 day from order to received. I now refuse to use GNC. I'll pick another vendor to purchase my vitamins from.     Never, never order from GNC. They are crooks. Order flax seed oil and the bottles they sent me were expired by a year. I didn't notice right away and was using. Thank goodness we didn't get sick. Called for refund and told they couldn't refund me but could give me reward points. No thank you. I will never order from you again. I just saw several reviews of people saying their vitamins have been making them sick. Wish I saw that earlier. My family orders a lot from here. I'll make sure they don't anymore.

    I ordered some creatine from here. The order was 49.99 so I got free shipping. Then I went to pay and use rewards points and then all of a sudden they tack on 12.99 for shipping. This is a scam. Don't tell me I can use my rewards like money then tell me if, "But you can't get free shipping because you didn't give us money." This is only one of the many things you can expect from GNC. I had a subscription for GNC pure isolate since 2017. They said the price wouldn't change once I got the subscription but COVID hits and they double the price. Let's not forget what GNC did to us during the pandemic. They took advantage of the death and loss of family members to double prices and sell lower quality products. Horrible place. You're better ordering online from any other vendor than these scam artists.

    I logged into my account to check my next subscribed order that was not for weeks so I hit ship now. I received my order yet also received notice of a duplicate charge from my credit card company. I logged back into my account & saw a second order on the same day. I contacted Customer Service & was sent email instructions to return the duplicate order to a local store.

    The local store owner informed me as a franchise he did not take online returns or orders from corporate. I got the same from the other 2 stores in my city. I contacted Customer Service again only to be told my only option was to return the duplicate order at MY EXPENSE! Their error yet it is the customer’s responsibility to get it back to them then wait weeks for a refund. PATHETIC! My advice is do not subscribe to anything GNC sells & purchase online at your own risk.

    I ordered some vitamins and other product that cost around 89.00. I did not receive any products and received an email that the product were delivered. I contacted GNC and explained that I did not get my products. I found out that they delivered to another home. I then received another email stating that they are not going to refund my money or send other products. I was informed that it is not their policy to refund or replace the products. Never use their online store. I will use another retail for health products.

    GNC products are now GMO (Bioengineered Food Products). Be very careful to read ingredients before purchase! GNC are omitting GMO labels on their advertising pages, be very careful. I've been using GNC supplements for many years now and, unfortunately, GNC products now contain GMO (Bioengineered Food Products), as listed on their new bottles.

    Ordered online this morning at 7 am. Paid for same-day delivery for an extra charge. Was to be delivered by 10 pm today. Received GNC email that order was on its way at 10 am. Called at 3 pm for update on delivery. GNC rep spoke to Shipt (WHO DON'T SHIP!) that order would be delivered between 7 pm and 8 pm. Received voicemail from Shipt at 7 pm that order was cancelled. It's now 10 pm and order not delivered. Total fraud! I would not have ordered from GNC or paid for same-day delivery if I had known that they would not deliver on their PROMISE!

    After I ordered online yesterday, I got an email informing me to pick up at the store. They never informed me there was something they didn't have enough inventory. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been there (wasting time to pick up). After they made this mistake, I showed the man in the store "Your order is ready for pickup!" and told him there was a mistake since the items in the bag didn't match with my order. Then, he just told me in a rude way "go to call the customer service". I said, "this is caused by GNC, not me. It should be your job to contact them to find out what is the issue". Then, he went away and didn't apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

    Then, I decided to cancel the order and contact customer service to cancel the order. The person replied "I have submitted a request to attempt to cancel your order, this is not a guarantee"! It is ridiculous that I ordered it yesterday, and I cancelled the order due to their problems inside GNC, and then they said they couldn't guarantee the order could be cancelled! They wouldn't give you your reward points automatically for stuff you purchased, unless you contact the customer service, and then they will add it for you. Be CAREFUL! Due to the facts, I WOULD NEVER trust their products. Just look at the poor management and poor customer service! Will you trust a business like this? I wish I could give a ZERO star!

    Canceled half the order immediately. Sent the free item via overnight so they could continue to charge the overnight shipping. And they have no estimate when or if the only remaining item on my order will be shipped. Definitely not overnight. Customer service was terrible. They might as well have just said you are out of luck and enjoy the inconvenience or trying to get your product or a refund.

    3/5/22 a promotion on GNC website cites "buy 2 get 1 free". I bought 2 of the same product but only got 2. When I asked for explanation I was told I had to "buy 3 then 1 would be free". Nowhere on the website is that clear!!! I feel it is misleading and they refused to give me the "1" product (same item) for free as the promotion promises. I am a "pro member", paid $40.00 for free shipping for a year. I choose to never use their products again. I have wasted $40.00.

    I set up a monthly order for vitamin supplements. Two out of the three months they have messed up my order. The first time they admitted they didn't have the current product and had shipped a substitute. This last time I have contact customer service twice due to the shipment showing to have been shipped but never delivered to FedEx and never received by me. Each time I complain they give me the same response, "We will escalate the issue and contact you within 72 business hours." No one has contacted me and it has been over two weeks. I tried to get them to transfer me to a supervisor but wouldn't.

    In 12/24/21 I purchased an online order. GNC charged split the payment into two. One payment posted other purchase of the total pending which brought my account overdraft and the wrong amount still pending. I called customer service and was treated so disrespectful. I explained that the pending charges needed adjusted due to partial payment has posted. Today 12/29/21 I still have the pending charges of the total amount and then they charged my account twice for the split payment and total payment. Now I have three charges from GNC.

    I have sent emails to the Customer service as they requested. They offer me 300 points which is not going to solve the extra charges. I waited for 53 min to speak with a supervisor. I’ve called my bank and was told that pending charge will post tomorrow. So in that case, the two transactions that totaled my balance and the pending charge…. GNC will get both payments which means I was charged twice. Nothing was never resolved here and I will advise not to order anything from online. I’ve been dealing with this for two days and spoke with three representatives. One unhappy customer!

    I subscribed to a service from GNC and due to Covid my first package never arrived. A kind letter staying problems due to the virus would keep me from receiving my package but the next was sure to come. Now it's time for renewal and I got hosed. I never got what I paid for and now they want more money. I received SOME of what I paid for but that is unacceptable to me. Now on my last box I got a letter inside stating I would get money off if I bought something. A coupon for another purchase is not what was offered. I have had issues over the years but this is the last time I'll allow them to do this. I am tired of companies getting away with lying and stealing from me.

    I made a purchase and paid for same day delivery, I made sure to provide specific instructions which stated not to leave my package at the door. The deliver company that GNC chose to use stated that the package was delivered however there was nothing nowhere. I called customer service and was advised to allow 24 to 48 hours, still nothing. I literally called 4 days in a row several times in a day trying to get information and no one could tell me anything. I was placed on hold for long periods of time and the call would just drop.

    I finally spoke to a supervisor today which pretty much told me there is nothing that they can do. I would have to contact the delivery service that they chose. When I called the delivery service I was told that this is something that GNC has to handled. So I’m pretty much going to loose out on my money. GNC will not refund me nor will they send a placement order. I have ordered from GNC in the past and have not ever had an issue with regular delivery. Please beware don’t do the same day delivery.

    I was on a call for 20 minutes trying to get my account info so I could log in based off of a phone number I signed up with in-store - the representative did not know site functionality, could not explain a solution to my request, and only requested I return to the store I signed up at, which I have moved away from. He refused to transfer me to a supervisor when I requested one and then hung up. Utterly unprofessional, an example of a corporate giant outsourcing help centers with minimum corporate oversight and hoping that customer complaints won't pile up in enough numbers to make a difference.

    AUTO DELIVERY & ONLINE SHOPPERS BE AWARE! I’m currently a VERY DISPLEASED long time loyal customer. Yesterday upon starting another large order I checked all my GNC emails for specials, coupons & new product info. First off I had a couple items in my cart from the day before. Before continuing my order I went to confirm all our Auto Delivery dates. We ran out of thin mint lean bars 2 weeks too early so I opted to ONLY move the thin mint lean bars to this week instead of next month.

    BE AWARE because it IMMEDIATELY & AUTOMATICALLY placed the order right after I clicked the next available date this week. I was NEVER given the option to add to cart, Confirm/Place order. No tabs stating Purchase/Next/Proceed to Checkout, Continue Shopping, Place Order, Add to Cart, Payment or Delivery Options, View Cart....which mind you I already had a couple items from the day before. Never given the option to use my $70 rewards, add to cart, apply coupons or discounts. PLUS they added 6 peanuts butter lean bars which were set up w/ a completely different auto delivery date not even connected to thin mints and we have over 15 boxes of just that one flavor already.

    Immediately once I noticed what happened I called customer service. While waiting for a representative, only 2-3 mins. I checked my bank account & noticed my credit card had been charged & at full price for 16 boxes??? You’d think a company as big as GNC would have the capabilities and customer service reps who can politely try to help and or do everything they can to STOP & FIX this specific issue but no they can’t, won’t and rude. (Got the same guy both times I called, huge language barrier caused more issues.) His only answer was to place another order and return the box when I receive it. Once they receive the returned box it takes a couple business days for refund to show on card. I’ve already called GNC stores within a 40 min. drive and they won’t accept online return or exchanges since they are owned privately.

    I’m disappointed and upset. So I paid a subscription to GNC and got an auto-delivery for 3 different boxes of shakes one of strawberry, cookies and cream and chocolate mocha and an energy drink. So the first box (the strawberry protein) was delivered to the wrong house with the right address written in the box and luckily my neighbor knows me so he came to drop it at my house. Then the second box (the cookies and cream) that I received seems like they sent some leftover drinks that they had and just threw them in a box and came broken and not even complete. I call to complain and the guy of customer service promised to send me a new box that I never received. Then the third box of mocha they just delivered 4 drinks instead the box that I paid and asked.

    With customer service I called to asked where is the box of cookies and cream and the rest of the chocolate mochas and the first guy sounds like he was driving and wasn’t even paying attention and hang up to me. Then when I finally talk with someone else said that the guy that promised to send a new box of the cookies and cream. Never created the order!!! So here I’m waiting for a “supervisor“ to call me and tell me where is everything. I said that I want to cancel my order and they said that they can’t..

    If I would have known how awful GNC's online ordering is, I would have went to my local store. I ordered 3 cases of Alani Nu energy drinks and a pack of the munchies protein bars on March 30th. After 3 days, I still hadn't received a tracking number or a status update so I reached out to their customer service department via chat. Not only was I not helped or provided an answer as to why my order was still "in progress" after 3 days, I was basically given a copy and paste answer from their website about high volume and a delay in shipping. The chat reps over the last few days couldn't provide me any information on my order, when I would receive it, nothing. I called and spoke with a GNC rep and she could barely understand me; there was a communication barrier to say the least. I asked to cancel my order because I couldn't get any answers on it, and the phone rep stated she'd put in a cancelation order and call me back.

    Did I receive a call back? Of course not. Yesterday, 4/8, finally received GNC boxes but it was only one case of alani nu energy drinks and the protein bars. So, here we go again. I reached out to GNC via chat and the rep apologized for me only receiving part of my order and said he would work on it. He then comes back with the copy and paste response of "due to high volume, orders are being delayed..." Yada Yada Yada. I STILL can't track my order, as the original email says "in progress." I have no idea if I'll get the remainder of my order. DO NOT BUY FROM GNC ONLINE. Go to your local store and support them! The online ordering is a joke!

    I purchased some protein powders online and I was charged on my credit card the following day. After 16 days the product has not arrived. When I called customer service the first few times they said I had to wait 10 days for the product to arrive. After 10 days they changed their story and said I had to wait 15 days.     Heads up if you try to use an older GNC gift card. They have recently switched to a new system and employees at several Ohio stores don't know that this system is not accepting gift cards. We had a bad experience trying to use a gift card we got at Christmas at a couple stores. At the third store a helpful manager explained what was going on with the new system. Also there seemed to be no way to check your gift card balance on the GNC site.

    On November 20 I made an order on the GNC online webpage of 1 Collagen Peptides - Unflavored and 1 Lean Shake™ 25 - French Vanilla with a total amount of $65.30 and a couple of hours later I received an email from GNC claiming that the items were shipped so after waiting for about a week I went to GNC webpage to track my items and when I got the items tracking number I went to FedEx to trach the items and what was my surprise that the items were never shipped so I call GNC customer service and spoke with Milena and she asked to wait 3 more days and call again.

    So after waiting for 3 more days and rechecking with FedEx that the situation was the same I called again GNC customer service and finally they confirmed to me that they were out of stock with one of the items (Lean Shake™ 25 - French Vanilla ) and I that will get a refund after 3 to 5 business days and the same day I request for the other item to be ship to me again (Collagen Peptides - Unflavored ) and they did exactly the same this time, created a label but never shipped the item...Looks like the people controlling this webpage are scammers-criminals waiting to see if they can steal your money, thank God I used PayPal, and I screenshot every single detail so I was able to open a dispute through PayPal....Stay away from these people...If you need anything from GNC, use Amazon or eBay, they will watch-out for you....

    I go to GNC specifically for bucked up products. I went initially for the velvet deer antler and ended up finding other products that consistently work well for me. They have so many brands to offer It’s can overwhelming but I’m glad I found one I can trust that covers most of my needs as a power lifter. I’ve had no bad experiences with GNC as whole. Yesterday my mom just told me the expiration date is Jan. 2021. That's ridiculous. I complained to GNC, and got reply that they only consider damaged products with an expiration date less than 90 days, which means if you bought 4 bottles of B-1, you have to finish them in 3 months!!!

    I go for the sales when I shop. One day I just happened to be there and a particular item that is hard to find. Ginger Tea Crystals was right there in front of me. You can only find that in mom and pop health food store where they sell mostly health teas and vitamins. Now I don't have to travel way on the other side of town.     This company has been consistent with their online ordering regarding shipping. It's terrible. I placed an order a week ago for several products. I looked up the tracking number and FedEx shows a label was created by GNC but that it has yet to ship. I contacted them and they said that it was shipped and to allow 10 days. I'm not sure what they were seeing that I couldn't see but FedEx clearly showed that shipment was pending. I'm into honesty. If they dropped the ball on this by creating a label and sitting on the order forgetting to fill it, then fine, tell me, but don't lie thinking "Oops," and then blow smoke up my.....

    With online ordering being huge these days, companies need to be on top of it. To wait 7 days and then be told that it will taken another 10 days? The shipment is coming from New Orleans for heaven's sake, I'm in Pensacola. That's only two hours SW of here! I could drive in a half day and be back. This isn't the first time that I've had an encounter with their shipping. It's happened before to where I cancelled my auto ship and just decided to find product by them elsewhere. This is a second chance that I've given them and nothing has changed. Ordering something and having it take almost 3 weeks to go 200 miles is ridiculous. They don't even apologize for it.

    I took my son to the store in North Port, Florida. We waited several minutes for someone to come out of the back. The young woman didn't bother to say hello or ask if she could help. I told her I wanted something to help my son put on five pounds of muscle. I mentioned that he was only taking 15 grams of protein liquid daily. She then made faces and gave me one-word responses like "For?" I asked her what she wanted to know and she said how was she supposed to know.     While many companies work with people if they don’t use coupons or rewards by the deadline, GNC refuses to do so. We are loyal customers who have spent hundreds of dollars on products from GNC. At Christmas we earned a $40 GNC cash reward by purchasing several bottles of ghost protein powder. Because my son received all of it for Christmas, he forgot to use the “cash” before its expiration date. When I asked if they would be willing to exchange it for an unexpired one, they refused. I then asked if there was any way they could at least do a discount on protein powder bought at the store, and they also refused. I recommend shopping at a company that values you more than GNC will! I have made my last purchase from GNC!

    I ordered two Total Lean CLA PM at the store, they only had one in stock so they went ahead and ordered the other one to be delivered to my house. One of the bottles came in through the mail, two weeks later. I had been using the first bottle for about 2-3 months since I was not taking all the recommended amount. I was using them to help me sleep. When I finally went to open the second bottle that was sent through regular mail a couple days ago since I just finished my first one and this one was nasty. It had about three broken capsules inside the bottle. Which had the liquid all over the other ones.

    Now due to the BS policy that GNC has they are not willing to at least exchange the product for a new one. I think this is a very poor customer service based on quality. If the product came damaged to me, I should not be liable for not knowing it would be damaged!! If I would have known it would be damaged I would have checked it in time! And besides all the stores were shut down for 2 months!!! SO THIS IS TO SAY GNC IS NOT BACKING UP THEIR PRODUCTS, WHICH ARE EXPENSIVE.

    On 2/24/2020 I was sold a 'membership' with the understanding, and the reason that I took the membership that I would receive a pro package. The sales associate NEVER told me that the package doesn't ship for 3 months. If I knew that I would NOT have taken the membership. I contacted GNC and was told there are no refunds due C-19.     So I have been buying products from GNC for years, and just learned someone who is a store manager is being told to come into work even though they have coronavirus. Unfortunately, this person is in an area where testing has been exhausted and was told by corporate that a positive test result has to be provided for the absence to be excused. I sent them emails to correct issue with my correct address but no one responded. I called several times to correct address issue but no one ever answered phone.     I contacted GNC over 5 days ago in regards to getting my money back for the Huperzine A supplements because they were not honest about the ingredients in the Huperzine A capsules. Their automated message that you receive after emailing customer support is: “we will try to reply within 24 hours”. Well it’s been over 5 days and I have not heard back from them. On the online listing on the GNC website for the Huperzine A there is a completely different ingredient label compared to the ingredient label that is actually on the Huperzine A bottle.

    When I received my Huperzine A supplements I discovered that it had magnesium stearate in it and nowhere in the online listing for the Huperzine A did GNC disclose that the supplements contained magnesium stearate!!! Magnesium stearate is toxic and most of it is made from hydrogenated cottonseed oil, too!!! I finally had to go in to a GNC brick and mortar store to get most of my money back; I paid $37 for two Huperzine A capsules and they gave me $35 back. I will not be doing any more business with GNC and now I see why GNC has many bad reviews online!!!

    I have been a loyal customer of GNC for several years. I have been a loyal customer with auto ship/autopay monthly since 09/19. My order is the same every month. I get 2 boxes of the lean shake burn. Last month I logged into my account and requested the auto delivery be sent early because I was running low on my shakes. I absolutely love these shakes. They were offering a promotion with buy 2 and get one free.

    When I placed the order, I ordered 2 thinking they would include the free one with the order. Nope, no such luck. After I placed the order I got credit card notification that the total was $92.48. Then they charged me for shipping. Shipping is free with auto deliver. Maybe I placed a double order? No big deal. It will not go to waste.

    A few days later, I get 2 boxes of the lean shake burn. Where are my other boxes? I've called customer service 3 times. I’ve spent close to 2 hours of phone time and driving 45 minutes to a store to try to resolve the issue. Was assured I would receive phone call back concerning this within 5 days. No follow up phone call. Finally, I spoke to a supervisor that told me the best she could do was send me one box of the lean shake burn to make up for it. I’ve been loyal customer to GNC for quite some time now. So much for looking after your loyal customers.

    There was promotion if you buy 2 get 1 free, but I received only two. When I called the customer service, they said they can't help me. They said just return your product back and that's it.     Product does not work. I gave some to friends and it did nothing for them either. Called GNC cc and asked about returns and they said anything over 30 days can't return. Most products that they sell take 30 days or longer to see any results. This product for sure so stay away this product. Yohimbe Ext 450mg is garbage/scam/fraud. Waste of time and money. Been a member with GNC for a long time but I am cancelling my account as I believe most of their product don't work.

    I purchased 116 US dollar items from GNC on November 2019 but never received the items until now. GNC used DHL for the delivery. I also contacted the DHL and it seemed the package was lost. But the ways these two companies deal with were really disappointed. DHL said I was not the sender and cannot submit the cargo claim so I needed to ask GNC for the refund. But GNC said they gave the items to the DHL so their jobs had already done and would not be responsible to the items anymore. In the end, they mutual shirk responsibility. They both said there was nothing they can do. As a customer, I waited my items for two months and get nothing but lost 116 US dollar.

    I am not one to normally leave negative reviews about companies, but this customer service call was one of the worst I ever experienced. I placed an order on Cyber Monday and after a week or so I received an email saying some of the items would were cancelled. I called customer service to see if they would match the discount price when the product restocked or if I could get a similar product at the same price.

    Every time I tried to say something, the customer service agent would talk over me and not let me get a word in. She was frankly angry and rude. I understand they have policies around price matching with special offers, but rather than just letting me know I could not get the price match, she condescendingly kept telling me that "the website allows you to order but that doesn't guarantee we actually have the product." I don't even know if I could get something else and now I don't want to buy from GNC again because if something goes wrong I know they will not be able to help.

    Had a terrible reaction to Orgain's vanilla Bean Vegan Protein Powder, I had to go to the emergency room due to swollen lips and blisters that broke out all over my mouth, inside my nostril and on my arms, my eyes swelled up and were watery.The blisters have now left permanent scaring on my face and right arm!!! Took 2 EpiPens to subdue the reaction and over 8 hours at the ER!!! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT!!!! When I called GNC and informed them, they immediately refunded my purchase and took other Orgain products off the shelf and asked that I also inform the manufacturer- well I informed ORGAIN, I got a call back from a service rep by the name of Tony who was extremely unprofessional and very rude- clearly lacking in customer service or care and told me to go ahead and take legal action against them, this is exactly what I plan to do- thank you Tony!

    Decided to give this company another try since I hadn't been there in a while and I'm certainly never going back. I never liked buying in their stores because they always try to upsell. I don't mind the attempt if there's a legitimate reason that I, the customer, can benefit from, but I do mind when the salesperson is trying to sell what THEY want as opposed to what I want.

    To the actual visit, I had one simple item that I wanted. I had used it before and I liked it. I asked for it and was immediately told that I should get something else (more expensive, of course). No rapport, no background questions, just, "Sorry you're wrong, so let's get you some other stuff you don't need." The sad, and arguably funny, part of all of this is they literally had to do nothing to get a satisfied customer. Without hesitation, I would have continued going back there. Too bad.

    I purchase multiple vitamins and preworkout/recovery powders from GNC at the Cartersville GA Store and am always pleased with the customer service and their recommendations. All the products I use do everything they state they're supposed to. I recently purchased a product they recommended and did not like it so I asked them about what I can do and they happily replaced it with a product I have been using. As for pricing of their products you get what you pay!

    All the reviews I have seen on this site seem to be petty and usually are generated by unhappy customers due to their own circumstance. I know that it cost more to be healthier and will continue shopping GNC for my diabetic and health needs! Patience and understanding is something everyone needs to learn and practice. I hope this review finds people to understand that in life everything is not instantaneous that sometimes errors happen and to hope that someone else will find patience with their errors and delays.

    I ordered some GNC products online Sunday night. I paid for overnight. My order is not scheduled to be delivered until Wednesday. Since I ordered on a Sunday I was expecting to at least receive my order on Tuesday the latest. When I called customer service, first I spoke to a rep named Michael who then escalated it to a supervisor named Justin. They were absolutely no help and were vague in their tone of voice and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I am very dissatisfied with their online order. Overnight should mean just that not one to two day shipping.

    I purchased a product online in the GNC Live Well and paid for the overnight international shipping. But after 4 days I still have not receive my order yet. When I called GNC customer service the guy said I would have to wait for another week or two. WTF you paid for overnight shipping but end up on the standard shipping. And just found out that they charged me double with different amount of fee. This has been the worst experience I have ever done!! Do not order from them!!!     The last two times I tried shopping at this location, I have left disappointed with both service and product. The store manager, I did not catch her name, is extremely rude and unfriendly and comes off as if you, the customer, are a nuisance. On both occasions, she half-greeted me and seemed annoyed by my questions about the product. On the first occasion, she claimed that the credit card machine was down and that she would have to "call" my card number in. (Which she made it obvious that she did not want to do, even though I was the only customer in store). On the second instance, the store was out of a particular product and she was not willing or helpful to answer any of my questions about other options. As a busy mom of three, my time is my most precious commodity, and I will not be wasting it to be treated in such a way. Amazon, here I come!

    It has become a guarantee that if one other person is in the store, you will double your visit time. In addition, the Las Cruces (Rinconada) location cannot manage to acknowledge a new customer when helping someone else. It's not worth it anymore.     Shopped today at GNC for the second time in 4 years. The time lapse is because they well overcharged me the first time. After making my purchase today I decided to check online and see that the price was "in line". I was charged $59.99 for a product that I found on line at a average price of $20 and actually purchased the product from a competitor for $16.64. Again, GNC charged me $59.99 for the exact same product. After contacting corporate they said you should go back and return it but actually no real concern for the huge price difference. Naturally I advised them that they will NEVER see me again. Good luck with your future. After reading other reviews I wonder how they are still in business.

    I purchased Pro Performance AMP Amplified Gold Whey 100% Protein Vanilla Ice Cream Flavor (891g) from a GNC store in Robinson Bacolod. It was on sale for 1,700 PHP (32 USD) from its 3,300 PHP original retail price because, as the saleslady explained, it was a new product the company is promoting. When I opened it at home, my wife and I were bothered by a foul smell that came out of the container and a rotten milk/egg like smell filled the house.

    At first, we thought that the smell was strong because the product was new and we just opened the sealed container. The following day we prepared two servings after our workout at the gym, although the smell was still strong compared to other whey protein products we previously consumed. As soon we drank it, we felt uncomfortable and both the smell and the taste were nauseating and made us feel rather sick in the stomach. We questioned if this how the product is supposed to taste or it is perhaps damaged.

    The next day I decided to try it again—my wife didn’t have the stomach for it anymore. I prepared a serving with a colder water this time and the result was the same, nausea and feeling of disgust. We brought the container back to GNC Robinson and explained our concern. We asked to exchange it with another flavor or product that is less strong in taste and smell and more tolerable to consume. I also brought the plastic shaker I used for preparing the drink, which I already washed twice. I opened the cover of the shaker and had two staff smell it. They agreed that it was, as we described, disgusting! The foul smell had also filled up the store upon opening the container.

    After a long wait at the store for the management in Manila to receive our complaint and make their decision, we were asked to wait for a day before we receive the reply. We left the product with the store manager for testing as she requested and left. The following day, I received a text message from the manager saying: “Good afternoon, Sir. Sorry to tell you that we cannot give a replacement of your whey protein upon the decision of our head office. Thank you for your kind understanding.” I replied thanking her for the updates and informing her that they can keep the container.

    We were disappointed and opted not to bring such nauseating and malodorous product back home, and to let the store deal with disposing it rather than us. After all, we lost the money we paid and the time we spent going back and forth to the store and waiting for managerial decisions. For the past many years, we have enjoyed the quality, taste and benefits of pure protein shakes from different companies and at lower cost. We learned a valued lesson: To shop somewhere else and to not fall again for GNC’s persuasive sales schemes.

    I just had a very bad experience with GNC. I ordered Optimum Nutrition 5 lb whey protein as part of a deal. According to the deal I was supposed to pay around $62 dollars for 2 5LB whey protein packs. They took my order and everything went successful. However, sometime later I received an email that my order was cancelled. I called customer care and they told me the product was out of stock and now the deal is off too. One of my friend ordered the same product a day later and his order went through.

    Why would they list something if it's not in the stock. My current protein powder is finished and I was waiting for my new ones to come in. Now I will either have to go to physical store to buy one for more price or wait 3-4 days for the new one to come in. Since I work out every day and I depend on protein a lot, I am so disappointed at GNC. This is my worst online experience ever. I don't think I can trust GNC going forward.

    I felt compelled to write a positive review because I’ve been very impressed with the local GNC store in St. Augustine, FL 32086 (Cobblestone plaza). I have been to the store three times within the last two months and have experienced exceptional customer service by three different employees. Tonight I met Ryan who helped me with a prior purchase I made by mistake. I accidentally bought a vanilla flavored shake and after opening it, I thought they wouldn’t take it back. To my pleasant surprise, Ryan happily took it back and allowed me to exchanged it for the correct one... the chocolate flavored one.

    They’ve honored competitor coupons and also honored online discounts even though I bought the product in the store. So far I'm really happy with the Garden of Life Sports Protein Shake (chocolate flavor). Also, the staff are always cheerful, friendly and helpful. I enjoy going to my local GNC store and appreciate the outstanding customer service they extend to me. I’m always greeted with positive energy. Shopping there is a pleasure. When I called FedEx the shipping number was unverifiable. When I called GNC the order number apparently didn't exist!     I put in a order and the website told me there was an issue processing my payment so it brought me all the way back to the beginning and I had to do it all over again. I check my email. Turns I got charged twice. I call customer service was on hold for 23 minutes for them to tell me they can’t do anything for me. I have to send it back then they can refund me. I ask to speak to a manager or supervisor and apparently there’s only one there from 1-9 est.     The commercials advertise a free sample and when you call you are told you must pay for shipping. You later start receiving bottles in the mail and your card is charged outrageous fees. When you dispute the charges they tell the credit card company that it's a contract you filled out online and the consumer agreed to it. Furthermore the product is terrible. Beware of this product and because of the relationship with GNC beware of them. The fact that there's a Partnership of Fraud against consumers. Also, the location of the company and the name is different than any name on the product. Do not purchase Nugenix or fall for their commercials.

    I wasn't happy with the Custer Service at GNC in the international mall in Doral. In the beginning when my mother and I came inside the store, my mother asked a question to the associate. The associate was convincing us that the best product that would help to lose weight in about eight weeks was one of the Cellucor products Super HD Fire weight loss. Anyway as my mom was asking question about if it has side effect And etc... about the product as my mom was talking to associate that was helping her another representative came along took away the product put it back to its place and shook our hands and said to have a nice day.     I recently purchased a ton of product summer 2017. Unfortunately, due to medical reasons my cardiovascular doctor told me I was not able to work out at the time. By the time the product had been opened and I was told this information I had used the pre-workout Performix 2 times. I have been unable to work out for the past two months. The state of Florida recently just went through Hurricane Irma, and like many most Floridians were without power for many days. Myself, 9 to be exact. Now, I am not sure if this is the cause of this particular situation, but I was informed by one employee that this particular product along with another product is known to harden/solidify in humid weather. And that they actually had to send back product on their own selves to the manufacturers, and had to revamp how they shipped the product to prevent future loss of product.

    Understandable due to the humid environment of Florida; however doesn't make me feel any better whatsoever. Told me that since it wasn't within 30 days she couldn't do anything, and since her manager wasn't there then she couldn't ask him and for me to come back on a certain day. This employee is very nice, I've dealt with her many times so my complaint isn't about her. My complaint is as follows. I continued to go to another store closer to my gym, because I was really excited to get back into the gym and wanted to use the product that I PAID for! Only to be greeted by men that could care less about my concerns, wanted to sell me other products, and when I didn't want to buy other products decided to just inform me to go stick it in a food processor and get silicone packs to prevent it from happening again! Excuse me? Customer service much?

    I'm not one to complain or even to write reviews as such, but I work for a major corporation myself, and I know for a fact that one-time courtesy exceptions can be made. It was clear the product was barely used. So instead of me going to the store on Saturday to speak to the other manager at the original location I did purchase it from, I came home, tried to cut it like a cake inside that tiny opening and pull pieces out with my fingers only to crumble them up. The products is broken up (not entirely because instead of having the 33 servings I should have left I have 52) but it is filled to the rim and I am able to scoop it up. But one thing is for certain. GNC has officially lost all my business. And I'm sure that doesn't mean much to them.

    But I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who asks me where I get any of my stuff from here on out. Which is a shame because GNC is the only place that carried my supplements for my overall health because of my TIAs that happened earlier this year. But I will gladly find another place to do business with. All because your employees decided to lack customer service. Sometimes a one-time courtesy exceptions do the company more good than harm. Especially over something that is a known issue like product satisfaction... I couldn't even use it! The product wasn't expired!!! And It’s not like I was asking for a full refund. A happy customers always comes back for more... but not this one.

    The GNC stores are fine --The rewards program is a joke. I spent 15 minutes in a store trying to access my rewards on my phone. The password required eight digits, a special character, a number and a capital letter -- really?! My brokerage account does not require that level of security! I finally gave up and left the store. Once on my laptop, I tried again. This time I got to final step and it said I don't have enough rewards points to redeem, even though I earned $15 AND they sent me an email. So - the moral is, don't buy into any of those silly store promotions they push at the check-out register. You will never get your points, so you are wasting your money.     Placed an order with GNC but it never came. E-mailed me that they couldn't resend the order but that they would credit my account within 2-5 business days. Two weeks later I called GNC customer service number and they said that the credit id number for the refund I was given was a request only and that decisions were based on a case by case basis and that I should now go to DHL for a claim. This was six weeks after the initial order. When I put in the DHL tracking number I received it says it has no record of this shipment.     My husband uses Jim Stoppani products. Stoppani recently made an agreement with GNC to distribute his products. We were pretty happy because there is a GNC in our town and it would save us shipping the items. The first purchase round went smoothly. When GNC offered a buy one get one half off, we went in and stocked up. We also had a 20% off coupon from the Stoppani website. The manager let my husband use it. By the time we got home, my husband figured out he had a wrong product. We took it back the next day and the clerk exchanged the product, but would not give my husband the additional 20%. He told my husband the coupon had already been used. Used for what, I have no idea, because we exchanged the product.

    But I digress. So then hubby begins to order online. They state "free ground shipping". We assume this is Fed-Ex or UPS. First rattle out of the box, GNC starts to cancel parts of the order. I suppose if they don't have the product, that is their solution, which is very frustrating to the customers. Ground shipping turns out to be Fed-Ex Smart-post. This means Fed-Ex gets it to the post office and the post office delivers. Problem with this is that we don't receive our mail at our house--we have a PO Box. We don't even have a mailbox at the curb.

    For over a week, we have worked at intercepting the shipment. I don't know how many trips we made to the post office. Huntsville, Texas has two USPS facilities. The mail comes into the main location and where we have our box is strictly a retail center. We have sat for hours waiting for the mail carrier to come by so we can get the packages. Yesterday, it was cold and windy here and I thought I would freeze to death waiting for her. Legally speaking, the post office isn't even obligated to deliver mail to us. They would have had every right to send it back to GNC. They were simply being nice to us. And yes, I have reciprocated with goodies for them.

    Back to GNC. Once we figured out the shipping fiasco, we called customer service. The young lady my husband spoke with said that management told her that the post office would kick it back to Fed-Ex and Fed-Ex would deliver it to the house. THAT IS NOT WHAT HAPPENED AT ALL!! GNC offers free shipping, but not to a PO Box. I believe it was $4.95 extra to get your order to a PO box. If your package comes by Smart-Post, wherever you get your mail is how your Smart-Post package gets delivered. Now how stupid is that? Amazon will start carrying the Stoppani products. WE WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO INTO A GNC AGAIN. From now on out, I will be doing the gypsy spit every time I drive by one. There is no way on God's green earth that they can make right the frustration and wasted time over the last week or so.

I have a company store that is close to my house. They have all the products that I've been looking for in stock and available at the time of purchase. The staff welcome to me quickly upon entering the store and offered to help me find what I was looking for and explain to me which would be the best product for me to purchase.     I trust their industry knowledge because I feel like I can ask them any question about what I should take to improve my health and they help me. Usually if they don't have in stock they let me know when they have what I need in stock or I can order online if it's available online or they can just suggest a similar item. They do an exceptional job when I need a refund because I did not like a product. They usually apologize that I did not like it and refund my money or allow me to exchange. When it comes to their products I'd say it can be a bit pricey but it's worth it because they usually have the best products that you can't get elsewhere.

    My level of trust in GNC is very high because I've been a consumer for over 5 years. And every time I go they get me the best help and I find out about the latest things that have come in. Anytime I placed an order it was always so sealed properly and I've never had any issues so my trust is I would say 90% with this company. Just because there's always room for improvement. Anytime that I have called I always got someone on the phone so I will consider the availability to be good. Anytime I've called to place an order for pickup I was always able to get my order without a problem and it was always ready. So I would give their availability five stars.

    I have experience customer service at GNC and they will helpful. For things that I was unaware of in terms of where it was in the store and how much they were very helpful. When I'm calling you have an order for pickup they were very helpful and I've never had any issues. I consider their value to be of value because anytime I've ever placed an order again the order was it went through without a problem their products but never damaged and I mean everything was always fresh so I have value GNC very much. If you don't value a company and there isn't really a need to shop there so yes I will completely value GNC.

    The company is very well known so I would be likely to trust their knowledge. I would feel comfortable asking their staff for recommendations. They are easy to find and seem to be everywhere. I live in a highly populated area but was able to get fast attention. It was good overall. They were very nice and friendly and talked to me in a nice at. I was happy with my experience shopping at the store I visited. They were super people. I'm not sure if I got a good price, they didn't seem to have many good sales. I may have been able to find a better deal elsewhere but I'm not really sure if that's true or not.

    My last experience with GNC was pretty good. I did not have any issues finding what I needed and no store associates were harassing me. They had a nice selection in the clearance and I mostly purchased my vitamins from there. Nice selection of stimulant free fat burners. I'm not sure about their availability. You can check their hours and search on Google or you can call them. They don't seem to be few and far between so you shouldn’t have any issues finding one. You can go on the website to find a location finder. I did not have any issues or interactions with customer service. I did not need to contact them for any reason. I think the value is ok. I thought the prices were pretty good because I shopped at the clearance section.

    They have decent products at a fair price along with convenient locations/website. They have a pretty long history of retail experience (since the 60's I think...) as well as founders who were experienced and knowledgeable in areas of health and fitness. They can be found online and in many brick and mortar retail locations within cities and malls/shopping plazas in suburban areas of large and small towns. They have a staff that is usually knowledgeable and helpful about the products and their quality/ingredients along with providing educational information about them. They offer decent products that are of a moderate quality at a fair price. You can find much higher quality brands but you'll be paying much more for them elsewhere.

    Trust all of their products. Matter of fact, great quality products. My dad uses them, so do I, and both of us are always extremely happy. Always have a great stock of what I or my father is looking for in the store. Always stocked. In the event that they don't have it at the store orders come in quick and they make it really simple. The workers at GNC are always friendly. I love going here because they always know what they are talking about when it comes to products and make sure you get what you need. All of the products are of great quality. I only get supplements from this store no matter what because I know I can count on them more than any other store like them.

    They are very helpful. When you walk in the store they try and help you find what you need or make suggestions to help you if you need it. They do everything they can to make your shopping experience positive. They have lots of stuff you can't find in most places which is great. They do what they can to get you what you need if they don't have something you're looking for as well. Just a really great place. They have very good customer service. They have good value. They have sales and large amounts of stuff so you get your money's worth. They do what they can to help make it cost effective which is great and really helpful nowadays.

    They seem to be knowledgeable about their products. They try to help you save money and help with specials that they may be running. They sell a variety of products so that you have a lot of choices. They are open daily and stay open late which is convenient. They have several stores in my area. The stores are all set up differently. Which to me is good because it allows me to look at other products, besides the item that I went to buy. The customer service is good. All of the staff seem to know the products in the store. They are always willing to help and offer good suggestions. They help you get the most for your money. The value is good. They sell things in several sizes, so you can always find something to fit your budget. The also have a club that you can join that also can save some money.
