Before trying Elevate I had done multiple treatments before. None had worked for me. I was always looking for a way out and didn't believe treatment could work for me. From the start Elevate proved that it was different from the rest. The program and the staff instilled in me that the power to overcome my addiction was always in my control and I just needed the confidence and tools to overcome it. Thank you to everyone at Elevate for giving me the power to take my life back.

Elevate Addiction services has helped me get through some of the most difficult issues I've ever face. Thanks to them I am sober and have the tools to handle any emotion or situation with clarity and poise. The staff at Elevate are truly compassionate and listen to you without judgement. They make it feel like a really safe space.

I am grateful for every single staff member I worked with on my recovery. Of course I bonded with some more than others, it's just human nature. EAS is a truly wonderful program in which the staff can truly relate to the clients and better understand the level of care they need. Having staff that went through the program and struggles with addiction of their own makes it easier to relate to/trust them. I can honestly say that there is no better place that I would trust with any of my loved ones in regard to completely transforming their lives and overcoming their addictive behaviors.

I didn't have any difficulties with any of the staff, they are all wonderful people. The primary counselors were so helpful and encouraging. They knew how to make a bad feeling situation into something positive. All of the staff is amazing and provided so much help and kindness.

It started off on a great note. I got picked up in Oakland and driven to Elevate. The lady who picked me up was so easy to talk to and made me feel safe. Once I got there, the detox counselors had awesome attitudes with a strong desire to make everyone feel comfortable in their own skin. I also liked the conduct department which helped me work through the problems I experienced inside and outside of the center.

This is a good place. It helped me. The best part of the program is the people. It doesn't seem like a corporation that tries to churn through clients. They invest into your story and you as a person and really try and do what they can to make sure you succeed the first time through this program. That was refreshing to me and gave me confidence in the program and myself.

This program was great. Thank you all for your support and guidance. You gave me my life back and I will always be thankful for that. Big shout out to the primary counselors. My one-on-one counselor was the best part of my program. She helped me work through issues that were difficult to talk about at a group level that I struggled with. All of the staff played a part in helping me get better and I'm forever thankful for this place.

I didn't want to be here when I first got here, but after a week or two that started to change. Everything here started to feel really good. I started to get into really good shape physically and mentally. The exercise was a big part of the reason I started to feel better mentally so quickly. If I ever have a friend who is in trouble I will 100% recommend this place.

The thing that made the most positive impact is all the staff members, they have been very great with everything here in my program, Watsonville and especially Tahoe. I had some specialized health issues but the staff was very good about accommodating me.

I truly am grateful for my experience at EAS. This program is an amazing program. I got to learn life skills not just how to get sober. I will be able to be a present mother to my kids as well as a positive role model for others not only struggling with addiction but in life as a whole. Thank you.

I was really fighting the process for a few weeks when I arrived here. But the counselor Gaevin really made me realize that I needed to change my life and that was a turning point for me. I finally trusted the process and it ended up having a big impact on me. Glad I shared that moment with Gaevin and I'm also thankful for everyone else.

Great program even for an East Coast client - I'm from Maryland which is very far away. I was scared to come out here. It was terrifying. But the staff immediately cared for me like a family. They recognized that I was vulnerable and far from home. Within the first couple of days here I felt way better about my situation. I am thankful for how they cared for me in those initial days.

This place saved my life. I took my time and ended up staying a long time. It was really cool that they let me go at my own pace and didn't push me to leave the program before I was ready. I had difficulties at times but it helped me become the person I am today.

I am an older client compared to most of the people here. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to relate. The curriculum is so thorough and helped me tremendously. I was skeptical about coming to treatment in general but even at my age I feel like a different person than I was when I first got here.

This program is great. I came all the way from West Virginia and did not know what to expect. People are a lot different in CA. But everyone was very nice to me and helped me out a lot. I ended up making some very good friends here. I'm so glad I came out here. Special thanks to all my counselors. They are good people.

I whole heartedly love this place - The counselors at the Tahoe facility have really helped me throughout my program. They were always willing to talk to me about the issues I was having and giving me advice on how to address these problems. I'm so thankful for this place because if I didn't make the tough choice to come here, I would be in a bad place right now.

I will take this opportunity to recognize all the staff up here at Tahoe. I feel that they were extremely influential in my recovery here at Elevate. I felt that the balance of authority/discipline to the caring, nurturing was exactly the kind of wisdom that I will carry on in my own life. I want to thank everyone in the Elevate Addiction Services program. This program has allowed me to truly have a better perspective on life. There are so many different people here from all walks of life and I personally witnessed everyone benefit from it.

I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. I know food isn't as important as the curriculum, but having amazing food available at all times really made the stay pleasant. There were also cool outings like to church, crossfit, buddhist temple, and the movies. I had fun but also did hard work and turned my life around. I've been sober for 6 months and I can't wait to be at 6 years!

All of the main counselors I interacted with had a positive impact on my program and I got along with all of them very well. I had no difficulty with any staff and I'm very happy about my experience with them. This place changed my life and even though I didn't want to come here I'm so happy that I did!

I'm so grateful for this place. It changed my life more than I expected. I fought the process at first, but the minute I trusted the process it helped me so much. I could see people in the same boat as me when they first got here and after they spent some time in the program, they opened up like I did. I didn't see one person hate this place.

It gave me my life back. I have such fond memories of this place. It even starts to feel like home to the point where even though I was excited, I was a bit sad to leave. You really become close with everyone around you and I have some friends for life that I met here.

My one-on-one counselor taught me a lot about be, do, have. I loved working with the primary counselors and I could relate to them a lot because they were young and had all been through the program themselves. Even the insurance and legal offices were very helpful. Recommend!

I feel much better now than I did only a few months ago. This place is very positive. All the staff members stayed positive and never brought their issues in to work. It was very cool and helped me understand what it means to be consistent and positive.

When I got here I had some pretty bad health issues and I wasn't sure that this could work for me. I knew I needed to get treatment or something very bad would happen. Best experience of my life. I liked everyone here. I didn't have a single bad experience with staff or clients while I was here. When I first got here I was having problems with family and people back at home and Elevate helped me work through these problems. Also, I had some health issues when I got here but they helped.

I would just like to say thanks. Never have I been to a place of recovery where the staff has genuinely showed they care about my well being and my continued sobriety. I'm very pleased with the attention and care I was provide here at Elevate. I was also able to get into very good shape which helped my mind and body tremendously while I was here.

Everything upon arrival at Elevate Addiction was great. I had a broken ankle and they made very specific accommodations for me and gave me and my family a tour. I got to ask a lot of questions and got a full understanding of what the program was like upon getting there and before signing anything. It was a really good intake process.

Elevate Addiction Services was really nice. I didn't know what to expect going in, but they were surprisingly welcoming and they definitely set me at ease as much as someone could possibly be. The whole orientation process was really great and the gentleman I did it with was thorough and a one-over-everything guy. He took as much time as he needed to make me have a full understanding of what I was signing and doing, what would be going on and my life at the facility. It was a nice and fun facility and they did everything that they are supposed to. The biggest part they want is to go forward and get things over and they've been effective in doing that. It's almost two years and I haven't done anything.

The people are the best thing about this place. The counselors are so empathetic and have all experienced similar struggles to all of the clients. I really liked that all of the counselors had been through the program themselves. I have been sober for 8 months now and I'm only getting stronger in sobriety every day. Overall, this is a great program. Thank you! I recommend Elevate to any addict out there.

This place is magical. I wish anyone struggling with addiction could come here and be helped in the same way I was. I enjoyed my stay at Elevate. I didn't have any problems with any staff and ended up really liking the place. At first I wanted to leave but as soon as my mind started to clear I realized how cool everyone is and how beautiful the facility is. Opening my mind to everything this place has to offer has helped me start a new life for myself.

I think this program has to be one of the best and most effective anywhere in the country. It was amazing to see how people transformed, and so quickly. If given the chance - there isn't anything about this program that I would change. My one on one counselor Tim was so very good to me. I couldn't have made it through without his help. All of the counselors were very patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. They will have a place in my heart for the rest of my life. I just want to say how grateful I am to have been a client at EAS. So few addicts are lucky enough to receive thorough help like I was. I am very thankful for Elevate!

I've been to multiple other treatment centers. I never left feeling nearly as confident as I have with Elevate. It's hard to explain, but this program just feels different. It is all science based, and everything made sense. It wasn't just a open ended 'admit you can't control yourself'. It was the opposite. They taught me how to control myself. Thank you to everyone involved for empowering me in a way that had never been done before.

My friends found Elevate Addiction Services and when I checked in, the staff brought me food and made me feel really comfortable. They told me about the program and it sounded like the place I was supposed to be in. Everyone was knowledgeable, understanding, friendly and I felt like they were there to help me. Now I'm working at Elevate.

I have been to several programs - 4 of them all together - and Elevate was by far the most comprehensive, and is the only one that generated extended sobriety time for me. I'm writing this several months after graduating and I feel more comfortable in my sobriety than I've ever felt. Here's to the next year of being clean!

Overall, I had an amazing experience at Elevate. From beginning to end, everyone knew my name, everyone spoke to me about specifics around my life, and it really seemed like I wasn't just another client passing through the program. The staff seems actually invested in making sure that you succeed. I highly recommend this program!

This place was very cool because they incorporate strength and flexibility work into the program. For me, getting in shape and creating a fitness regiment really helped me get my mind focused and release stress. It's really cool that this place doesn't just focus on one area of life, but helps you across all parts of life.

If you asked me about each different part of this program, I would rate them all 5 out of 5 stars. This place worked for me and I also saw it work for many other people. There are several people from the program that I keep in touch with that are doing very well. Elevate saved all of our lives.

Elevate Addiction Services welcomed me with open arms. I was a mess and they handled me so well. I cried the whole time because I was in shock that I was here and they just kept reassuring me that everything was going to be okay and that I was in the best place possible. They offered me something to eat and drink. They were very patient with me because I wasn't really in the right state of mind. It was my first and only rehab experience and it was really good. It was what I needed and it's such a positive environment. All the workers are there to help you and most of them have experienced the program themselves. That made it even better. Being former addicts and now working on the other side, they could talk from both sides of the fence.

Elevate had me do an exercise where I compared my life to where it was a year ago. Just in the short time I had been there my life was already so much better than it was a year prior. Although it is difficult to get through the program and a lot of hard work has to be done, it is totally worth it and I recommend this place to anyone.

I think this program is great and should be strongly considered by anyone who is tired of living the addict life. This place gave me the foundation to stay sober for a long time, which I've done since graduating. My life is finally on track and I have better values and priorities than I've ever had. I want to thank the staff at Elevate for giving me the chance to live the life I've always wanted to.

Checking in at Elevate went smoothly and everyone was really nice. The orientation was pretty simple and good too. I had a lot of interactions with the staff, and they were all positive and easy to relate to. They had all been through the program and had real life experience with it, so I feel like they knew what they were talking about, and that was cool. The experience gave me a really good foundation. It filled in the basic flaws that I had, things that I covered up, or things I haven't learned as a kid. It was probably the fondest time I've had, and I learned more in a couple of months than I thought I ever have, even from my college. I wasn't sure what I was expecting getting into it, but they did a really good job. I'd recommend Elevate to anybody.

I thought rehab was like "time out" for addicts prior to enrolling at EAS and I had my doubts that I would learn anything I haven't heard before. The program was life changing to say the least and I learned more about myself and tools to use towards bettering myself that I never realized connected with sobriety. I came into this place with serious health issues. I wasn't sure if a rehabilitation center for drugs could handle the other issues I have going on. But this place was great in helping me with ALL the problems I have. I highly recommend this place to anyone who has a special situation.

My house dads were really amazing in creating an environment similar to what I would experience in the outside. The detox counselors were really good in helping me through a hard time. Overall I liked the program a lot. I'm very happy with my experience there.

The intake officer Pedro made me feel loved from the second I got there. My one on one was so compassionate and resourceful with how he listened to me and helped me through my problems. The medical staff was even able to counsel me and make me feel better about the situation. Finally, the primary counselors were so good at making the team blocks relatable. Everyone gained something from those blocks.

This program was very helpful. I like the fact that the amount of time required to complete the program is different for everybody. There isn't a set amount of time required. For some people it allows them to get back to their families, for others they take longer than I did. I'm just thankful that this place had an open bed during my time of need.

Everyone at Elevate Addiction Services was super friendly and understanding. When I arrived, I was scared to go to treatment but everyone was understanding and calm. I had a lot of questions and they explained everything to me. They were super knowledgeable. Everyone is super friendly, open and honest with me. It was also cool that everyone who works there had been through Elevate. Though it was a professional relationship, I felt that there was a connection between us. It wasn't just somebody telling me to get clean. I went to a treatment center before but nobody there had been through what I've been through so it was really hard for me to open up and trust them. I also thought that their facility is beautiful. I could not believe that it was a treatment center. Also, the checking and the process were good, super easy and went quickly.

Elevate was great. I like that it's beautiful and it doesn't feel like you're trapped. I was a little bent out of shape, and I wanted it to go a little quicker than it did, but all in all, it was a smooth transition. Everyone was polite and helpful, and it was a tightly run ship. People would say they would get things done and they did. It was good. Taking the time to work on myself over the three months was incredibly beneficial. But I also learned a lot about myself and some new skills on how to be successful. My experience with Elevate was life-changing, and I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I had an amazing experience at the EAS facility and am proud of everyone who came to my side when I needed help. I am happy to be part of the EAS family and able to be a trainee with EAS. I am happy that I got to meet all of these amazing people and I hope to be able to contribute back to EAS with the same care that they gave me and my family.

I am so thankful for everything that elevate has done for me. One of the best things about this place is that you can take as long as you need to work through the program. Some people finish quickly and some people take extra time. I took my time and got a lot out of it. I recommend this program to people who need help with drugs.

But Elevate and my 1 on 1 counselor did a good job in helping me through the difficult times and helping me leave the program with a lot more confidence and security than when I got there. Comparing my life right now to a year ago is really awesome. I am in so much better of a place. All the staff members have been amazing. I didn't have any issues with any of the staff. Thank you Elevate for saving my life. I will recommend this program to anyone I care about who needs help.

My mom works at a hospital and one of her co-workers recommended Elevate Addiction Services to her. I did fine with checking in. It was a nice campus and the staff was very professional. The counselors were trustworthy and I felt I could talk about anything with them, which I did. My one-on-one counselor and I had a lot figured out together and he reinforced my decision to stay in training. The tools I learned as far as coping skills and those that I learned to maintain sobriety and handle triggers and cravings have equipped me to be successful on my own post-treatment. Elevate has made my recovery comfortable and I feel I can be successful now.

I am an older individual with a job and a family to take care of. Although many of the clients are young, this place still helped me and I've seen it help other older clients. I recommend this place for professionals who need to return back to their lives but want to do it in a healthy way.

During my stay I had a lot of individual attention from my primary counselor. I credit him for a big portion of my success throughout the program. He pushed me to really discover things about myself. This program helped me get sober but more importantly stay sober.

This program changed my life. I have tried many others with no success. This truly is a unique and successful program. All of the staff were great and I don't think that I could have completed this thorough program without them. I didn't have any difficulty with any staff and I can't think of anything about the program that I would change.

Although everyone had a positive influence on me during my stay, the primary counselors stand out as the most helpful to me while I was at Elevate. Starting with detox everything was great. Elevate made my detox process as comfortable as possible. The counselors after detox were just as amazing. The detoxification counselors really helped me during my detox process in getting ready to start the main part of the program. My group counselors also had a big impact on my program. This program is unique, I've attended programs previously, but nothing like this one. This place helped me achieve sobriety through its individual approach. I was able to implement mindfulness, self-discovery and the fitness program. Throughout my time at Elevate, I could see the change in myself mentally, physically and emotionally. I love, love, love this program, and I truly owe them my life. Before I found Elevate, I was very apprehensive to re-enter treatment. After countless stays at inpatient/detox facilities, I really didn't think there was a program on earth that could help me. Elevate really stood apart from the rest. This was definitely the quickest and most painless detox experience I have ever had and the counselors kept me laughing! When I got out of detox and began the steps of the program, I was impressed at how thorough they were with the individual programming for each client. I had counselors work with me to pinpoint my personal triggers, identify my strengths and give me practical tools to aid my weaknesses. Even on the days that I didn't feel like digging any deeper and tried to fake it, there was someone there that saw right through me and was there to offer encouragement and inspiration.

My experience at EAS was absolutely life changing. They got me through some of the hardest times of my life. The staff helped me overcome obstacles that I felt I would never be able to get through. The curriculum is perfectly written and every staff member is amazing at the positions they are in!

The Elevate Program changed my life. Elevate was not only a drug and alcohol treatment program, but for me, it was also a life-changing experience. I was stuck in the downward spiral of addiction for 10 years and going through the 90-day program for about a month in I already felt confident in my ability to stay clean and sober. The things I learned here changed my outlook on life and what I really wanted for myself. Elevate showed me that there was so much more to life than wasting it in my addiction. I am happy to say that I'm almost two years clean and sober and have no intention on falling back into drug abuse ever again. I learned how to handle myself in a happy, productive manner here and I can not thank Elevate Addiction Services enough for helping me get back on track with my life!
