Mattress: One star for extreme discomfort (tried every configuration throughout my trial period). This is by far the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on in my life. Sleeping on a bed of needles would feel better than these slabs of latex. This bed cost me thousands of dollars in medical bills and I am still in pain. Customer Service: they do everything in their power to avoid you returning the mattress. They finally picked up the mattress and I was forced to call them to get them to process the credit. I noticed after 10 days they still didn't process the credit due to an "error". I have been threatened by this company that if I post anything that they determine is not 100% factual they will sue me. Can you believe that!? Avoid this company at all costs!

I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. The bedframe is delivered from a separate company and it arrived with the boxes falling open and wet. Luckily none of the product inside was wet. I was halfway through putting the bed frame together when I noticed that a piece of the headboard was snapped and broken at the top. There was a sheet of paper with the bed frame stating that damage during transport and delivery was not covered under warranty. I did not want to take the bed apart and call the company to fight with them to send me a new one after I had previously poor experience with their customer service.
I now have a very expensive broken bed frame straight out of the box. I am very disappointed with this company as all the reviews on the website were positive. I now realized after posting my own review that all reviews have to be "published" by the company themselves. Therefore all of the reviews on the website are useless. Nothing is returnable which how is that possible with an online retailer? Do not buy from this company! Waste of money.

-USED: I just received my Cooling Gel Memory Foam Topper - Twin / 2 inches x 1 and it was USED and had HAIR on it. It was yelling on one side. I've owned plenty of mattress toppers in my days. I'm very aware when it's yellow like this it's been used and that is just GROSS!
-MESSY and DEFECTIVE: To make it worse, the blue gel beads flake off the mattress topper and it was just a BIG MESS!
-HOT! For a cooling gel mattress topper it felt extremely hot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANYTHING FROM PLUSHBEDS. From the box and packaging I could clearly tell this IS NOT a quality product and business. I WISH I could get my $211.00 dollars back but I didn't want to send it back for yet another person to deal with. It was garbage and thoroughly disgusting.

After much hassle in getting the bed, I have now slept on it 30+ days. I am awakened every few hours with pain on my hip and shoulder pressure points, because the mattress is so hard. I have previously owned a latex bed, and this was not my experience. As before, when you contact customer service, you cannot reach anyone. I have left a message, but no returned call. I paid $1449 for my mattress, (and that was $1,200 off) but now the price is $1049. That’s not a good sign either. I’m writing the review here, because that was the only way I got a response from Plushbeds previously.

I purchased a mattress on Feb. 21st. At this point in time I have no idea where it is or when it will be delivered. I made the huge mistake of signing up for and paying $299 for their White Glove set up service (only the set up service not the removal of my old mattress). All items have been delivered to the company they use for this service for over 4 days now and I haven’t heard from anyone regarding scheduling a delivery appointment. When I reached out to Plushbeds this was the response I got: “Please wait for the call from White Glove service to set the appointment for set up, delivery and removal. You may also contact them at (877) 305-8866 to give you further assistance.”
Well you can call the 877 yourself it’s basically just the 800 number for a nationwide company. I left them a voicemail but no one has called me back and I doubt very much they will be able to help. To make matters worse in my initial communications with Plushbeds I was informed that my delivery appointment would be scheduled for 03/05 so I disposed of my old mattress in preparation for this only to still be waiting for this delivery. At 36 weeks pregnant I’ve been sleeping on an air mattress that we had to purchase for weeks waiting for this delivery and I’m out of time. I need my mattress and no one can provide any information about where it is or when it will be delivered. Plushbeds has shown less than 0 care about this and it has hands down been the worst process I have ever had to endure from a company.

Ordered the mattress 1/31, and order said mattress would ship within 3-9 business days. No way to speak to anyone about your order by phone. Emailed after 10 bus. days, and got a “generic” response that was just like was stated on the order, 3-9 days. Emailed again, and got an actual response, but it said, “we’ve received so many orders that we are behind...your order will not be neglected.” It is now 1 month into the order, and no update, no confirmation of shipment, no mattress. If they manufacture such a “high end mattress,” I would EXPECT them to hire someone to answer the phone and respond to customers.

We purchased a king foundation and king luxury organic mattress from PlushBeds. When it arrived, we began assembling our foundation. The pieces were not labeled properly, and were not sanded- lots of splintered wood. Not what you’d expect for a $400 foundation. Once it was assembled properly - we found the width was almost half an inch bigger than a standard metal bed frame and would not fit. I called 7 different times to alert them and find a solution.
7x over 4 days, with no refund, no manager call back, no solution - and here’s what I confirmed today with the “customer service” rep: There is no phone number to provide for a manager. No guarantee to get your money back. No guarantee someone will call back. No managers take phone calls. The company doesn’t care about taking care of their customers or following through on their promise to take returns. We haven’t even opened the mattress yet! We just want our money back and no one will call back.

A few years ago we purchased several mattresses with Plush Beds for the house because we found them to be the most competitive and their customer service was excellent. We don't live far away from their facility and they allowed us to come check out their factory. Our family ended up purchasing 3 mattresses from them and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend these folks. We sleep very comfortably since we purchased our mattresses and our kids love them as well.

I believe the product I purchased is going to be fine. It’s nothing that I’m super over the moon about. But the customer service is deplorable. When you’re spending a certain amount of money on an item, and you need to ask questions before you purchase, (especially if it’s an item that cannot be returned) this shouldn’t be a problem. It’s not rude Service, it’s either absolutely no service or genuinely bad service... and they simply don’t care. I cannot recommend this company.

I have terrible back issues and bought a wool topper from Plushbeds to help cushion our new bed. They claim the topper gives you support all night long. Within two nights the topper has went from 3” to 3/4” and will not loft back up no matter what I do. I contacted them after 3 days and Melanie at plushbeds says there is nothing that they can do. That there is nothing wrong with it. I paid over 500.00 on it trying to get some relief. But instead of relief all I got was a company that doesn’t stand behind their products. I did my research on reviews on the company website (big mistake) and it surprisingly gives itself stellar reviews. I have given them two reviews on their site and suspiciously can’t find either one of them. I believe bad reviews are deleted. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Update to last review. When you purchase an item from Plush Beds, be sure it's exactly what you want. They have a no return policy on many items (used, I can understand). However, I believe you should be able to exchange an unopened item for a different size or color. Their answer was no. So if you purchase something and you want to exchange it or it just doesn't fit the bill, you're stuck with what you got. Needless to say I won't do any more business with Plush Beds.

I experienced excellent CS with Plushbeds. I changed a bed sheets order twice. I also cancelled a queen wool mattress topper on the last day of the guidelines due to unexpected issues. All above changes and the corresponding adjustment to my charge card were handled immediately. (Was really looking forward to the wool topper) They have a phone contact, email contact and a chat on the website.

I'm coming back to my review after the company reached out to me to rectify the amount of return. I'd like to update my review by saying this is a great company to purchase from. They have the eco integrity we are all looking for these days, and they do make quality products. I value any company which is attempting to have service integrity as well. The pillow was not as firm as I thought it would be based on the descriptor, but some of that is a personal preference for loft not a criticism of the company nor its products. It's still my opinion that the descriptor should be updated to more accurately define the loft on the pillows.

I've had latex pillows for years and needed to replace two. Though I'd purchased from another company previously, I bought 2 Plushbed pillows because they were on sale, and they appeared to be like the ones I'd purchased some years before. I bought two pillows described as firm, which they were not even remotely. They were very soft. When I emailed the company I was told they would not be paying for the return, despite the fact of misrepresentation of the product. I paid $158 for both pillows and was refunded $128. I would caution anyone considering these pillows or this company, to consider another for pillows. I find that practice to be unsavory, particularly during these financially insecure times for many.

My experience with the company has not been stellar. I purchased 2 latex pillows and on arrival pulled one out of the package. They are overly lightweight for latex pillows ( I have used latex pillows for 40+ years and was purchasing these as a gift) and offered little support. I can gather the pillow up around the center with one hand - very little substance to the entire pillow. I contacted to initiate a return and learned they do not take returns on pillows, toppers, etc. It does not matter if they were unused. How are you supposed to know you will be happy with something, sight unseen? Nothing stated on the product page itself about non-returnable item. You must look for it on the Shipping and Returns page. Last sentence in the Returns section and it does not stand out. Reviews are all 4 stars and above on the product page. It shows there are some 3 star reviews but I cannot find them.

Warranty is 25 years. Our Plushbed was 7 years old when I said it was saggy in the middle. I had to take pictures with ruler showing it sagged more than 1 & 1/2". They sent me a topper. It sagged again shortly after. I sent new photos & now they want me to take each layer off & measure every piece. Not easy at 70 yrs old. We said we would buy a NEW bed with a discount instead. My husband hasn't slept in this bed for over a year. They say they will get back to me. I've called back many times for updates & receive none. Always, "I'll have my boss call or the support will call back". Never happens! They placate me EVERY time I call with, "She'll get back to you." Terrible support team.

Beautiful mattresses. Very well made with high quality organic materials and excellent craftsmanship. Customer service is really amazing - they go out of their way to make sure their customers are happy. Highly recommended. I called the customer service line and got Klaus who is very knowledgeable about their product and helped me to decide which mattress and what firmness will be best for me and after placing the order he ensured that everything on the whole transaction will be smooth and after a few weeks I got my mattress and tried it for a few nights. Never in my whole life I slept as comfortable as I was on that first few nights! This product and their whole team is truly a work of art. I will surely endorse this to my friends and relatives! I'm here to post my review of their Solid Natural Latex Pillow because their site never did. Waited some time and resubmitted, but the site said I already submitted so that tells me it was received. I relied on the reviews before purchasing this non-returnable, untestable item. I'm rating higher here than I did on their site because the quality of the pillow was good and I would reconsider purchasing if the layers were changeable/addable like their mattress. Unfortunately, this pillow is not for side sleepers. While the latex springs back to shape, my head sinks down to the mattress when laid on.

I tried to return a mattress topper I bought. I contacted their customer service and got an email response from Annah, who said the topper was not returnable. I sent her the verbiage from their website, and Annah emailed that was not their policy. So, I filed a dispute with AMEX. Annah called me, she said she would refund me, if I returned the product, So I did. She then sent me an email to tell me she could not refund me, and I noticed the page where it said the 100 day guarantee, was Gone Gone Gone!!!

I purchased the latex Plush bed in May with a 100 day money back guarantee. It became apparent after about 30 days that this was not the right bed for my wife and I. I called the company and asked to return the mattress for a refund. They were not very specific about how to do this and said someone from the return department would call back in the next one or two days. After 5 days, I called back and spoke to Annah who assured me that they would refund my cost but they did not want the mattress back.
After another week I called back and spoke to Melanie who told a refund to my credit card was done on the 15th of July and would post to my account by the 20th. By the 22nd no refund, spoke with Klaus who said he would look into it. It is the 27th no refund, no Klaus, no call back, no emails. What would you call this? I say SCAM. Mattress was nothing special. Customer service is non existent. Money back guarantee is a joke. I would not recommend buying anything from them.

First the good: The mattress itself has proven to be an upgrade to the memory foam mattress that the sleeper sofa came with. Now, onto the bad: Customer service is abysmal! A mattress that typically leaves their warehouse within 1-5 business days took 20 days to arrive. Calling customer service got me nowhere with empty apologies and zero results.

We purchased this very expensive King Botanical Bliss in Medium firm, slept on it 30 days and went to exchange layers but they need a credit card for a deposit! They are going to process $145 to send two new layers until I pack up my layers and return. After spending $2,000 on their mattress and $2000 on a frame from another company that’s $4000.00 for a new bed and now an additional $145!!! I also have to roll these 100 lbs up and send them back, then it’s up to them if I get a refund. This is such crap.
So far I have not even received my return shipping label. I don’t trust this company at all. If they’re taking back so many comfort layers and they have a stain or anything they deem unsellable they won’t accept. That tells me that they’re probably selling the returns so we probably bought a used bed which is disgusting! Also I have been rotating my mattress which is also a pain because of the weight, and it still has an indentation after 30 days and I weigh 140. I wish I would have went somewhere else where customer service is truly priority.

Our mattress arrived with a stain on it, and we promptly contacted customer service about it. We spoke with one of their reps in the Philippines who said a supervisor would call back. But sadly none ever did. We then emailed them and told them about the issue, simply wanting to swap out the stained cover, which got through the factory showing very poor quality control. The fellow we were emailing was simply trying to delay and stall things. I had already sent him the Amazon invoice and then he was asking for tag information and other bogus things.
Long story short, he also never called and was recommending that we ship back a 35 pound mattress because PlushBeds was too lazy to return a call or switch out a mattress cover which was 100% its own fault. The company charges twice what all its competitors charge so you would think you would at least get good customer service, but you would be very mistaken. One could truly get better service at the DMV on an extremely crowded day. On PlushBeds' Website, every review is 4 or 5 star, every one and there must be over a 1000 reviews, which is in stark contrast to reviews on actual sites. I would recommend avoiding this company.

Our experience thus far has been disappointing in customer care. We ordered a King Bed and were shipped Queen foundation cover, whereas the bed doesn’t work without the proper cover as a base. When I explain to the company that my wife was going through chemo treatment and we needed the replacement expedited, they sent it ground shipping. This put us a week away from having my wife sleep in our bed as we had moved into a new home. When I explained it to customer service they were disinterested and show no compassion to help us in our situation. Very disappointing.

So far this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with a company.
1. I was told I'd receive the bed with expedited shipping and that it would take 1 week. 2.5 weeks later it arrived. When I talked to customer service member Mark about this I was told customer service didn't know when the warehouse would have a mattress built and ready which to me is unfathomable. Why not? It's the same company both in California. When I asked why customer service couldn't get a hold of the warehouse he told them he could only send them a message and wait to hear a response. But when I told them I was going to cancel the order if I didn't hear anything back this was after 3 phone calls and repeated attempts to get real dates on shipping etc. I got an email two days later saying the bed had shipped. 2. EXCEPT THEY SENT ME THE WRONG BED. I ordered a 10" mattress and my mattress measures 8" exactly. Since I paid about $400 more for the extra inches this is pretty upsetting.
3. I did not order a Split King and yet the latex mailed to me was in two pieces it wasn't even solid. So the bottom later was a solid Medium but the other two pieces were split in half and there's like a gap. The latex fits together but it's not a solid piece. Why not? I didn't order a split and I don't have one side medium soft and one medium. It should be one solid piece and other latex mattress companies ship solid pieces. This seems like cutting corners to me. I really feel like this company is trying to be cheap and cheat customers at this point. Their website boasts all these great reviews which is why I ordered from them. I could not be more disappointed and when I looked up other reviews I saw on Consumer Affairs a lot more realistic reviews where people had a lot of problems with the company.
Also just an fyi - the company never told me how the whole bed worked. I didn't realize I would be putting it together myself which I think is a major point the 'sales' people need to bring up when selling the bed. It's a much different experience when you have to build your own bed then expecting it to show up already built. I do have photos of the mattress measurements - clearly 8".

We recently purchased a solid latex pillow and it was the worst, most flimsy, cheap-y latex pillow we've ever purchased. There is no support, the entire pillow just collapses the minute you put your head on it and flattens into nothingness. It's as if they didn't use enough latex in the pillow and compensated with too many air pockets. I reached out to see if they would resolve the issue and they gave me a cold hard "we don't accept returns from pillows" - so I'm stuck with an overpriced cheap pillow now. Buyer beware...

UPDATED 11/17/2020: I absolutely love my new organic latex mattress and adjustable base. I've been sleeping like a baby since the first night. I love the fact that all of the materials inside of my mattress are certified organic and healthy.
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I did a lot of research, looking for a pure, organic mattress for my husband and I and our 2 daughters. After months of research, we found PlushBeds to be the best brand for our needs. We purchased 3 Botanical Bliss Organic Mattresses and we are very happy with them. My husband and I were able to customize the firmness on each side of our bed which is nice and my daughters were able to select a firmness that is perfect for them. The mattresses arrived within one week and they are very comfortable. They conform to your body and they cushion your body too. The best part is sleeping healthy every night, knowing that all of the materials are certified organic - GOLS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX and GREENGUARD GOLD and that they handcraft and customize each mattress in their certified organic production facility. Excellent Buying Experience!

We ordered on-line a 9" Botanical Bliss Mattress, Queen sized, medium firm, Orthopedic Foundation with the pillow top mattress. I called the next day to ask to upgrade the free pillow to queen size and change to a 10". They said no problem but had to first check with the shipping dept.This required them calling back 10 min later which they confirmed. We never received an updated invoice so I called and asked for one. They said they could not give me an new invoice because the order had already gone to shipping. This makes no sense. It cost us more and they charged the credit card more, yet they can't give us a new invoice reflecting?
AT this point we were not confident that we would even get the upgrade. They sent the pillows before the bed and they were not Queen size to they failed the pillow upgrade which by the way we paid more for. This made me wonder if we would get the right mattress so I called again. Every time I called they had to have someone call me back from the shipping dept. (Guessing this is in some other state.) They didn't apologize Ever and Never once said thank you.
They said they would send the right pillows and send a return label for the wrong pillows in an email, to put the standard pillows in the same box if I could. So I boxed them up with a copy of the incorrect receipt (because that is all I had). I waited for an email, nothing, two days later I call again. No one seems to know anything about the pillows of course after they again had to call back. By this time we are not confident and feel like we should just cancel the order but the bed had good reviews.
Finally three weeks later the Orthopedic Foundation came. This is made basically from pallet material and one board cracked when we took it out of the box. At this point no way are we going to try and deal with sending it back since they can't even handle a pillow return. So we duct taped the broken board. So a week later we get another box. It had two rolled up memory foam mattresses in it, one medium firm 3" one 2" soft. Also the thing that the mattresses go it was supposed to be the pillow topper cover and it was a cheap one with no pillow top. (By the way never did we get a tracking number and so I called a couple more times asking for one and also again each time they had to call me back.)
I also again asked for an updated receipt each time I called, but to no avail did we Ever get one. So anyway having sent the wrong mattresses of course we had to call again. And of course they called back 10 minutes later. This time it was actually a nice person that seemed to care but still could not answer questions so someone was supposed to call back the next day. No one called. I called again and they at least admitted they sent the wrong mattress cover so they sent another which did come 7 days later and it was the right one. Oh I forgot to mention that they insisted they sent the right one and had me send a picture of it so they could see that it was not.
Finally three days later a third mattress came, it was a medium 3". So we stack these together wait for them to settle a week since they had been smashed and measured the stack, not 10" and the topper did not make up even 1/2". I took pictures of the labels on each mattress and emailed it to them as well as a tape measure against the side showing that it didn't add up to 10". Still no phone call, called back again, they were supposed to call back but never did.
We basically gave up and decided to try the bed since it has a money back test period. We rearranged them in different orders and after a couple weeks found a way to arrange them so they are comfortable and we do like them. WE would have just shipped it all back if it weren't such a hassle to deal with them and were not confident how that process would work or if it even would. We still have the wrong pillows which we did not get charged for. Overall I can say this was the most frustrating process we have EVER been through and will NEVER recommend this company no matter how good the bed it! Cindy

HARD ASSEMBLY IS REQUIRED: I did quite a bit of research on mattresses before buying this one and was really looking forward to our purchase. We've had a great mattress for the last 10 years, but it was time for an update as ours was wearing down. I was pretty excited for my new mattress and foundation to arrive. I did NOT expect to spend 90+ minutes assembling my foundation and mattress. The foundation is just rough pine 1x3's and 2x3's and you have to assemble it. It isn't like you are building it from scratch, because some pieces are stapled together, but it does NOT come with instructions and the wood is not smooth (MY WIFE GOT A NASTY SPLINTER). You have to put the cover on it, too, which is a pain and there are no instructions. The mattress comes in 7 pieces and you have to put it all together - without instructions. Each piece of latex is very heavy and pieces of latex will get all over the place. It is not fun.
HARD BED - OUR BACKS ARE TIGHT AND HURTING BAD: I haven't had that bad of sleep since sleeping on a camp cot meant. It is not soft, even in the softest configuration. If you are looking for a bed compared to your old plush or pillow top mattress then YOU DON'T WANT THIS BED. It is very firm even in the softest arrangement.
RETURNS ARE EVEN HARDER: You can't speak to anyone in America - their phone system is designed to avoid conversation and it is out outsourced call center. If you want to return the mattress within 30 days it will cost you $100
RETURNS ARE A MASSIVE PAIN: If you decide that the frustration of assembly and the discomfort of the mattress is not worth the high price then if you try to return it within the first 30 days then you will have to pay $99 (NOT FREE RETURN IN FIRST 30 DAYS). Furthermore, there is no way to get the mattress back in the original boxes, because they arrive compressed. However, Plushbeds.com REQUIRES THAT YOU BOX UP ALL THE MATTRESS PIECES and you have to buy the boxes to return them in. It is a nightmare.
BEWARE OF FALSE ADVERTISING: Their $1200 off and $400 in free accessories is a scam. The sale is a rolling sale and every time it expires they just change the date - don't fall for it. Next, the accessories are very low quality and if you open any of them and return the mattress then you have to pay $99 since they won't take opened items back. The box mattress is a complete rip-off and they don't allow you to return it. Furthermore, TRY TO CLICK ON THE REVIEW LINK next to the foundation and you will see it is a fake image and there are no 5-star reviews on the item. It's $30 worth of wood and they charge $400 for it. Next, they say "sets up in minutes" but they don't tell you it is 90-120 minutes. And finally, they don't make it clear that you will have to assemble everything or box everything back up if you decide to return the items. This company will be out of business within 5 years and that 25 year warranty will be useless...

I have 6 Latex pillows on beds in my home and LOVE them....I ordered two king size solid latex pillows from Plushbeds ($99/each on sale) and they are lightweight (they should be substantial), flimsy (you can encircle the whole pillow with one hand), and compress to the width of a piece of paper. The return policy is literally an asterisk at the very bottom of the FAQ mattress page which prohibits any return of any product outside of a full size mattress for specific circumstances. These are the poorest quality pillows and nothing like the dreamy sleep waiting for you with quality latex pillows...find those, don't waste your time, $$ or lost sleep on these.

I've spent literally months reading and researching why to buy a latex mattress and which one to buy. I started with Plush Beds and kept coming back to them. Why? Because as you get into the fine print of their competitors, you find inconsistencies regarding what exactly their beds are made of, or origin of the materials, etc. Plush Beds seemed to always be able to check off all the boxes for us. I tried emailing them for some questions I had and never received any response. When I finally decided what I wanted (Luxury Bliss, Medium Firm, Queen) I ordered it online without any problem. It arrived sooner than expected however the box was beat to **. The mattress was wrapped very tight in plastic and wasn't damaged. Setting it up was very easy as we had read from others how best to do it.
At first I thought it was too firm but after two months, I feel it is just right. Soft but not too soft with good support under the top layer of latex. Lateral movement from my wife is also not felt. They've changed the offer and reduced the amount of "free stuff" and thus the price is now $100 less than what I paid but I did receive two latex pillows (too small) and the mattress protector. All in all I feel we made a good choice initially and other reviews over more time seem to support this. We look forward to years of great sleep! Yes, we highly recommend the Luxury Bliss mattress!

This mattress is very plush & soft but also supportive so you do not sink into the mattress. I am very happy with it. I look forward to going to bed every night. I recommend the medium mattress for other side sleepers.

I initially thought that this would just be a normal mattress with different name. It truly lives up to its claim. It's very comfortable to sleep in and I had great support. I can consider this probably as one of my best investments. I highly recommend this product!

This is by far the most I’ve ever paid for a mattress and the worst one I’ve ever slept on. It was fine until about 6 months in. Other latex mattresses I’ve had in the past have been great so we did our research and decided to spare no expense for what we thought was the best brand in the market. I could not have been more wrong! The manufacturer offers a warranty for 100 days because that’s how long it lasts. After that, the only customer service you’ll receive is their offer to send you additional layers to assemble yourself. All of which will give you the exact same result... a terrible night's sleep. Stay as far away from PlushBeds as possible! A mattress that costs this much should last longer than 6 months.

I googled a pillow that is good for stomach sleepers and came across Plushbeds. I ordered the z encased down pillow and when I received it specifically said for back and side sleepers. Needless to say I wanted to return it but their customer service is awful. Never gave me an order number just thanked me for my order. I finally got a hold of customer service to which they replied it was ordered from a third party company, Malouf and their policy is no returns. If I wanted to return it the cost would be 29.00 and the pillow was 39.00 so they basically said keep it. This however did not satisfy me so I filed a Complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They said that the return policy is on their home page but I cannot find it anywhere. It only talks about their mattresses. I will keep you posted...

B.S.! Go ELSEWHERE! I should have known as they say they are organic and eco friendly yet the “accessories” they send “free” are crappy polyester and not eco friendly at all. Should have gone with another brand. Live and learn.

Customer Service emailed me with an apology and let me know that they have asked that the mattress be sent back to them, also that they will honor my request and will reship when I tell them to. I am pleased with this and relieved. However, since this mistake was careless and it was made despite my best efforts, I am still somewhat apprehensive about the other details of my order. I sincerely hope that the make up of the mattress layers will be correct. Thankfully, I am not quite as apprehensive about this as I was before Customer Service rectified the shipping mistake and I will update again after I receive the mattress.

I have a mattress on the way from this company. I specifically asked them to delay shipping, which they say on their site they do, and which I was assured would be done. But my mattress was shipped out right away despite all this. In addition, my order confirmation does not reflect at all what I ordered: the customization of my mattress that I spent half an hour on the phone figuring out with Plushbeds' "specialist."
When I called to ask why this was (and confirm, yet again, that my mattress shipment was being held off till I gave notice), I was assured that everything was in order, that the mattress I would eventually be getting would be exactly the mattress I ordered (no matter that the confirmation description bore no resemblance whatsoever to it!) and that I should call again ten to twelve days before I wanted my mattress delivered. Yet here I am with a mattress on the way. Needless to say, at this point, I have no confidence in anything I was told. I do not trust this company. I think it is very poorly run and that the customer means nothing to them.

Mattress and layers don’t hold up! I’ve had it less than 2 years and it’s heavily indented and was constantly flipping layers just to tolerate it. I spent $2200 for what is essentially garbage. I finally attempted a warranty claim. I was required to take pictures and disassemble the layers which is difficult because it’s heavy. 2 out of 3 layers were dented and defective. They offered replacement of one layer. The product is crap. I don’t want a replacement of more crap. Their 25 year warranty is bogus because the bed won’t last past a year or two. DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I had a great experience with Plushbeds. I bought a Botanical Bliss latex mattress for my husband and I, and I wanted to get one for my son, but wasn't sure if one of their other models would be better. I called one of their "sleep specialists", who helped me decide on a Natural Bliss. Great company and great service, I just wish they sold more products!

I telephoned this company for assistance with my order to utilize their "TRY IT FOR 100 NIGHTS, RISK FREE" and "FREE SHIPPING AND RETURN PICKUP" on mattress from them. After my initial contact with no help I asked to speak with a manager whom must have been already versed about my problem. Her initial cool tone spoke volumes. After 10 minutes of being berated with her condescending tone and rudeness I finally told her I could see she was not going stand by their website's guarantee and I would rather donate the unused mattress to charity than continue with her belittling attitude. I chose this company for their return policy and 5 star rating on their website. The majority of their reviews are 5*. I have learned to never trust a company's all positive feedback. There is obliviously something not right! So sad their bottom line is money and not customer service.

Plushbeds does not care about its customers! They sent me a defective item and even though I sent over pictures clearly showing the measurements were off, I had to go back and forth with them for days to get them to agree to send out a replacement. Once they agreed to replace the defective item, they sent it out via standard ground shipping and made me wait over a week to receive it even though they knew I was waiting for the replacement to have somewhere to sleep. I spent over $3000 on their products and they couldn't even expedite a small package for me? They are terrible and will route your call to a "messaging" center where the reps will claim all they can do is "take messages". I expect much better for the price I'm paying.

I rarely love any brand but this organic natural latex bed is a dream! We have recommended to family and friends and all love their beds as well. The price is more than a conventional bed, but priceless when one has the best night’s sleep. I researched many before purchasing. Loving a bed so much makes it hard to get out in the morning!

This was one of my favorite mattresses I have ever slept on. They are extremely comfortable and after many uses, I see how much comfort is provided by this brand and their mattresses. However, they're very expensive and I only was able to use it when staying at a family members place and visiting them. I would improve the price, not everyone can afford it. If able to afford it, I would buy it completely on the spot. But everything that night while sleeping on it was great. I slept the longest I had in a very long time.

I went to the store to buy a mattress and it took what felt like forever. I tried numerous different mattresses and numerous different brand then finally I chose the one I bought as it was the best one I thought for myself. I had to choose a really good brand and type of mattress that I knew would be so comfy so I knew I could sleep well the whole night and I knew that I wouldn't wake up at all.

This mattress was a promotional item which had money taken off and it felt like a superior brand of mattress. But I think the bed is way too high for an average person that is not tall. I do not believe an elderly person could get into this bed. And I believe a bed this tall should have guardrails. However, it reclines your head, it vibrates also giving you a back massage and it elevates your feet at night for maximum comfort. I also like the thread count of 300, it is what makes it extremely soft.

I feel like it was a perfect fit, and it was different than other mattresses I have tried out before. I like how soft and very very relaxing it is. It feels nice to the touch. It is easy to fall asleep on and get a good nights rest. But sometimes the mattress feel a bit more sunken in like you would fall straight through. It sinks in so far, it feels like a balloon that busted. Other than that, I really have no issues. It is well worth the money and it is one of the best purchases I ever made.

I got a good deal on this mattress and the people selling it were nice local people. I choose this mattress over other brands for affordability and product quality. I love the comfortably and I also love the cushion of this bed. It is a very large bed too, very fluffy and it has a cooling strip down the center of the bed. If I were to change anything on my mattress it would be the separation of the padding at the end of the bed. For some reason this cushion moved on us and won't go flat at the end of the bed.

Past experience with it combined with a sale that I saw online made me choose Plushbeds. Performance is critical but it is also important that it be affordable... I like the comfiness, how it feels when I first lay on it, how it supports my back and how I feel when I wake up. My partner also likes the comfort, so we both sleep well.

I went into the store and laid on the mattress and then just said this is the one for me. I just bought it right on the spot and have enjoyed it since then. It is so soft and it feels great to lay down in, and I would not have anything else to sleep on personally. Having a good night sleep is very important to me. I just love this brand very much. But I wish there was a remote control to wake up you from sleep. That would be neat to have.
