PlushBeds. I think I have made a huge mistake ordering from PlushBeds. My extra firm latex mattress topper arrived last week and although I ordered a FULL size and although it's labeled on the box and on the plastic wrapper a FULL size it's actually a Queen size and way too big for my bed. I spoke to them the day it arrived and they asked for photos which I sent them. Then they said they would get back to me within 24 hours. It's been several days already and not a word from them. I'm quite worried that I've been screwed and they won't make what they call my "concern" right. Meanwhile I'm stuck with this huge very heavy piece of foam in my small apartment and I (a short 75 year old) have trouble even moving it.

Huge kudos to our customer service rep, Mark C, was FABULOUS! He was quick to respond to my queries and take care of the problem, as well as adjusting the firmness of the correct mattress to be shipped and issue us a small credit for the hassle. HE gets FIVE stars. The reason for the overall 4-star review is two-fold: First, due to our receiving the wrong size mattress. We ordered a KING, but received a QUEEN. All the paperwork shipped stated KING, but the discrepancy was obvious when we opened the compressed package. Due to the fairly large weight difference between the two sizes of mattress, this should not be a situation that happens. PlushBeds, (through Mark C.), was quick to ship out the correct replacement. However, this problem could be easily avoided by simply confirming the weight of the package before actually shipping... pretty simple fix that might save PlushBeds a "few bucks".

Very happy with my purchase from Plush Beds. There was a small mixup with my order, and Mark went above and beyond to pickup and redeliver the correct item. Even with the mixup, everything was delivered and resolved within a week of my original purchase. Really attentive customer service, and a great night’s sleep!

Please do not buy from this company. Besides aggravation of trying to get order sent as they said it would be. I discovered in my last email regarding the shipment that the bed was in various layers. I VERY specifically explained to salesperson I did not want a bed that had been rolled in a box, that I wanted a solid latex bed. I now find there are layers that must be assembled upon arrival. I am disgusted beyond belief. I explained I had an older bliss beautiful mattress. They told me they knew what that was and theirs was of the same quality. Now finding I’m working with multiple layers that must be put together I know the salesperson had no idea what exactly they were selling.

Mark, in the chat room/customer service on the website was extremely helpful. He was professional and very quick to address my concerns and take care of everything! Much appreciation! Side note: I bought a PlushBeds mattress for my sleeper sofa a year or two ago and it's amazing! Was recommended to me by my local reupholsterer.

I bought this split king mattress back in February, and it has been nothing short of amazing! The comfort adjustment feature is a game changer, allowing me to customize the firmness to my liking. I've been sleeping like a dream since I got this mattress. 5 stars all the way!

I am beyond furious with PlushBeds. This company has proven itself to be a total scam, filled with nothing but liars and cheats. Let me share my nightmarish experience with you all, so you can avoid the same fate. I placed an order for a mattress on May 3rd, with a guarantee from PlushBeds that it would be delivered by May 19th. This was a promise they failed to keep from the get-go. Instead of honoring their commitment, they constantly delayed the delivery, feeding me lie after lie.

DO NOT BUY FROM PLUSHBEDS. I do not know how all the reviews on their website are five star, when clearly from this site others have experienced major dissatisfaction with this company. We ordered a mattress topper. Was advertised as 100% organic, however the item we received smelled so horrific, a chemical like smell, that we had to remove the item from our child's bedroom, given the distinct odor. We have all organic mattresses, and this odor was anything but organic. We had to remove all the bedding, pillows, and air out the mattress for a week. Anything this PLUSHBEDS topper touched was impacted by whatever this bed was treated with. Our daughter's pjs smelled like this chemical like smell.

I purchased a Plushbeds mattress in October of 2020, and paid over $1,700 for it. After only 3 years there is an indent in the mattress that is severe enough to give me backaches every night. I weigh 135 pounds and am the only person who has slept on this mattress. I moved to a different mattress in my home to compare and make sure it was the Plushbed mattress causing my backaches. After just a night, I noticed that I was not waking up with low back pain. A friend laid down on the mattress and confirmed there is a deep dip that she rolls into when laying on the mattress. This mattress has a 5 year warranty that should cover this. When contacting the company they just give me the run-around. I will not buy nor will I recommend this company again. They are overpriced, do not last the expected amount of time for this type of mattress and do not stand by their warranty.

We purchased 4 Botanical Bliss mattresses (1 Cal king, 1 queen, and 2 full) from PlushBeds in early 2020. After a little over 2.5 years, the Cal king mattress ($3300) started causing us a lot of back pain, to the point that sleeping more than 5 or 6 hours on the mattress had become painful, and I'd rarely be able to get a good night's sleep beyond 6 hours, always waking up from back pain, something I had never experienced before on a bed. Additionally, it took several months for the latex rubber smell to wear off, even through 3 layers of covers and sheets. In the meantime, I’ve slept at several hotels without experiencing any back pain. I’ve also slept on our guest bedroom PlushBeds Botanical Bliss mattress (queen) which we don’t use much, and that didn’t cause any back pain either. So it’s clear that the one we’ve used nightly for the past couple years is faulty and the root cause for our morning back pain.

Warning for buyers — The company makes very cheap inner springs. Do not I repeat do not purchase if you are needing a firm or medium first mattress. However, I can confirm that their customer service is in the highest regard.

Despite the mattress didn't work for me, Kris was very professional and helped me with no-hassle return. Thank you very much! The mattress itself is not for everybody. You better make sure that a smell of Latex is acceptable. Purchasing a mattress online might not be the best idea. So, my rating here is for Customer Care only, not for PlushBeds products.

I bought this mattress for my 90 year old mom that suffers from severe arthritis and back issues. This mattress has been a life saver and the option for lower height helped her to be able to get in and out of bed by herself. Not only is your product fabulous but your customer service is outstanding. Thank you!

At first glance this mattress appears very well made and sleeps great. Then a year passes and what you have a $2000.00 piece of junk with a large crater on each side. Please beware, and don't waste your hard earned money on this sub standard product that only last a year, maybe two at the most before failing. I am on my second mattress from this company now due to a warranty claim after the first mattress failed after two years, and now the new mattress that was sent to me as a warranty replacement has failed after one year. I am now sleeping in a large crater again and my back is killing me! Also for reference, I only weigh 160 lbs, and my wife only weighs 100 lbs, and there are craters on both sides of the mattress. The mattress is on a very solid foundation also, so that's not the problem. My advice, save your money and look for something with more durability that won't leave you sleeping in a hole, and shopping for a new mattress after a year.

I was excited to get Plushbeds' shredded latex pillows. I researched my options extensively and opted for this brand because of the low off-gassing and excellent reviews on other sites. The $100 pillow is lumpy, uncomfortable, and caused my husband more neck pain. I tried to return the items after two days and was just told the items are non-refundable.

Purchased mattress pillowtop, arrived 3/28/23, got a stain on it within 10 minutes of opening, called customer service who basically said you can't really clean it except with mild detergent (which wouldn't work for thi particular stain). Explained I needed a better option, told there was none. Asked about returning it and told they only accept returns on their mattresses. So if you buy anything other than a mattress, be aware, they will refuse to take it back. It wasn't an inexpensive topper! They have lost a customer for life.

This product has an odor that is way too strong. Plushbeds said it is a light smell. This light smell is all over my sheets. All over my pajamas and of course on the pillowcase. It smells like latex factory, also in my room. I would not call this a light smell but a very strong smell. I did look at the better Business bureau and Plushbeds has had numerous complaints about their products and not cooperating with your customers. So I too will file a complaint with a Better Business bureau.

It's very comfortable and great for those with back issues. I have never slept better. It feels great. The quality organic mattresses and bedding is outstanding. I prefer a bit softness and I am used to latex pillow and mattress so this latex mattress is within expectations.

I ordered a 3 inch mattress topper from this company. A seam is supposed to be down the middle. It is 4 inches off the center. The seam is fused and very uncomfortable on my shoulder. I have to constantly move towards the edge of the bed to avoid this. One side of the topper has misaligned, sporadic 1/2 holes and full holes. After contacting 3 customer support personnel, production did finally approve another topper, but said I would have to pay for shipping. So they acknowledge an inferior product, but I must pay for their poor quality. They have a lot of excuses for poor service and inferior items. I do not recommend this business.

I would stay away from Plushbeds if you are looking for sheets that are made by them and the exact ones that are on their site. We ordered Tencel sheets from them, and we received ours from a completely different third party. When we called, they said that was their normal procedure. The sheets were similar, but it was a slightly different size than we ordered, and would be different if you ordered based on them being marketed as made in the USA. The fact that they do not list this anywhere on the order, and they still charge for returns, is very deceptive. I would stay away if you want the exact product that they list on their site.

We had had the mattress over 1 year now, and both do not like it. It is flimsy. When we try to stand it up to flip it over and vacuum under the bed, it won't lean against the wall. This tells you that there is no support. But that is just an illustration. I can tell you that immediately after sleeping on it we both developed back aches. I would not recommend this mattress. We bought the highest firm rating one they make, and it is not firm.

I got the toppers back in November 2021, it arrived somewhere in December. The shipping was delayed for about 2 weeks. I have been suffering from lower back pains since 2018 but was the level of pain last year has not been too bad. I was in desperated need to get a good back before the Christmas break so I decided to get an extra firm bed topper to help eliminate the back pain or at least relieve it a bit. Lets just say, that was a nightmare. On the first night, I woke up with excruciating pains that I could barely walk.

I ordered a 3 inch latex mattress topper. The first one arrived torn in multiple places and I was responsible for sending it back. The second arrived and was also slightly torn, I was informed that the topper never had to be flipped or rotated because it was meant for 250+ lbs people. So, it would not sag at all, this could not be further from the truth. Just after about a month you could see a permanent indention where I sleep and I am far from 250+ lbs at the mere 185. Now it cause hip, shoulder and back pain. The entire purpose of the purchase was to help prevent back pain due to herniated disc in my lumbar area. I would not recommend purchasing any product from this company as their products do not live up to expectation!!

I purchased 2 6" natural bliss twin sized mattresses in June of 2020. They were advertised as mold resistant and fiberglass free. In Nov 2021, we found mold on both beds. After removing the mold, we put the covers back on the mattresses, and in doing so, found that the covers released miniature fiberglass shards all over our home. This stuff is covering everything - walls, floors, bedding, blankets, clothes, furniture - you name it. We can't get it off. We've tried wiping, wet wiping, vacuuming, HEPA vacuuming, HEPA (.3 micron) air purifiers, .1 micron air purifiers and nothing works. It's everywhere.

I did the 100 day sleep trial and on the 100th day I called them and emailed to say I didn't like the bed; they never answered the phone. I called 3 or 4 more days with the same non-response. I finally got through via a 'chat'. I was told I went over the 100 day mark which I didn't. I then told them that the bed was sinking in the middle over an inch, which it was. They wanted me to crawl under the bed to measure the middle and all ends; the bottom of the bed frame is a bit over 7 inches from the floor. I told them I couldn't do it, I'm 71 years old with a bad back and neck. I emailed them again to say I didn't miss the 100 day trial and that I didn't like the bed without response. Is this company a real company or a scam? It appears not answering their phone is purposeful to avoid returns. I'm out $1600.

I have had one of their latex mattresses for only 3 years and it has compressed so much in the center that it looks and feels like a 15-year-old mattress. Not good quality or very comfortable past the first year. My last mattress was a much much cheaper mattress but it was still holding up better at 15 years than this one is at 3 years. Very disappointed.

In less than a year, the mattress sagged over 1.5 inches. Both the mattress and platform were purchased at the same time. When I contacted customer service they first asked for a series of photos which I provided. Then they asked me (after putting the bed back together) to take the entire bed apart and measure each piece (since we have a king made up of two twins that equals 6 individual foam pieces and removing all bedding each time). In any case, they wore me out and I finally just accepted the fact that I was stuck with almost $5k of unacceptable mattresses. I would not recommend purchasing a mattress from this company.

We had to save up for this mattress. We were sleeping on our brand new carpet in the bedroom, with a thick queen blanket for support. My husband and I never had any back in. We slept on the floor for over 12 months. Then we saw the sale and bought the Plush Beds Luxury Bliss Mattress, in the firmest option they have, which is the Medium Firm. Instantly upon arrival, we noticed the lack of structural support. Realizing this could just be an observation before putting it together, we went ahead and assembled in. As you see in other reviews, it comes in 2 pieces. We assembled and then put it on our new King Size bed.

This has been my single worst experience with a mattress and customer service I’ve ever had. To start the mattress took longer than promised to receive. I ordered the three layer 12” mattress and it shipped in three separate packages with one box for the sheet set, a second box for the two top foam layers and mattress protector, then a third box for base foam layer and organic cotton mattress cover that zips the layers together (terrible concept). So you assemble the bed yourself. It is not easy to wrestle with latex foam by the way.

I purchased the King size Botanical Bliss Mattress with the low profile foundation. The foundation was a glorified wooden pallet, with a loose ill-fitting cover. It was extremely noisy. The mattress was a medium- firmness. I am a 110 lb side sleeper and within a month's use, sags were permanently evident. The bed was too soft, noisy, and provided inadequate support. They say you can send it back, (HAH!). I don't know how you could roll, vacuum seal it and ship it. It would be prohibitively expensive. This was a total waste of money. The foundation was taken to the curb to be hauled away and I cut up the mattress to use for gardening cushions under my knees, with the bulk of it being thrown out on trash pick up day.
