    Updated on 12/27/2024: Just got.the mattress from FedEx, box torn holes in cardboard. Not even sure it is worth opening. Would attach pics if I could. Maybe I will do an additional review for the mattress. This company is a complete nightmare. Let's send a 200 lb frame and a 100 lb mattress and not tell the customer they will need to figure out how to move it around and set it up. Then send it in a cheap box with cheapest shipping possible. It's a money grab from a company that will probably change their name soon because of so many complaints; their service is one of the worst you'll experience. Good luck if you ignore all the reviews.

    Original Review: After researching, I ordered a queen adjustable bundle. The website talks about delivery and setup and white glove service. It seemed odd that when I ordered no delivery or white glove was mentioned. I placed the order and assumed they would contact me from delivery. Nope!!! Instead they just ship it FedEx. Nothing mentioned that they don't offer the delivery and assembly. They trick you into ordering and then you find out when you get FedEx tracking info. Then you're stuck trying to figure out how to set it up. What a poor business practice. Customer service is laughable. Their "customer service" is more like, "customers we don't care once you pay". Once you figure out they won't deliver and set it up, it is too late to cancel order. You are now stuck with a return situation. Shame on you DreamCloud for your shady business practices.

    Don't be duped...as I was. Desperate for a mattress that would help me be able to sleep better, I took advantage of the 'BLACK FRIDAY' special... which turns out to be their usual price. Delivered 12/7/24.... and right out of the box, the zippered mattress cover separated when using handles to adjust mattress on bed frame. Emailed them and got a response to provide a long list of pics/documentation. Ok.. but.... then I tried to SLEEP on it. What a disappointment... although I have slept well on a medium hybrid in another brand, this mattress was so uncomfortable that I had to move to my recliner night after night. Could barely walk after trying it for a week.

    Contacted 'CUSTOMER SUPPORT' 12/16/24 to start a return....and got a HUGE runaround. Person read from a script and told me repeatedly to 'read the policy...read the policy.' Then she told me to call back after 30 days on Jan. 7, 2025. So....don't be duped as I was about their supposedly generous 365-night trial period/their policies. You don't get service after the sale evidently. So now, at age 66 with arthritis, I am with NO BED and no answers how to resolve this. BEWARE!

    I ordered the Dreamcloud mattress in May as I was swayed by the 365 day trial. Early on I had doubts that it was right for me but tried to give it extra time in case I was still adjusting from a very bad mattress from before. I also bought the adjustable base hoping that I could find the right combination. After a couple of months I realized that my back pain wasn't getting better and that the mattress was too soft for me. I contacted customer service to initiate the return of the mattress with the 365 day trial guarantee.

    After spending time chatting with a representative, taking a slew of pictures, 10 different emails back and forth with different customer service reps, numerous offers to try to get me to change my mind, I think I am finally getting somewhere with a return. Well I was obviously hoping I wouldn't have to return it, it is not as hassle-free as advertised. I suppose I am used to one of those big box brand places that will allow you to return basically anything at any time and never ask a single question. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions, take a lot of pictures, and turn down a myriad of offers if you are interested in returning this mattress.

    Purchased the DreamCloud king mattress and after a year it was already losing comfort. The mattress slowly started to sag and the edges are collapsing when using the sheets and soiled through mattress cover. Both the sheets and cover were purchased through Dreamcloud. We were told that the soiling is the reason the warranty was not honored. What they considered soiling should not compromise the structure of the mattress which is where our displeasure with the process comes in. The comfort and stability of the mattress are not as described or what we expected. Customer service seemed very scripted and the questions seemed as if they were looking for reasons not to honor our warranty. We will never purchase from or recommend this product to anyone in the future.

    Bought this DreamCloud Premier Mattress on 11/13/24. I have never had such a bad mattress. It’s sags so low it’s unbelievable! It really screwed up my back bad! You couldn’t turn in it and horrible to get out of it! I called and told them I want them to come get this mattress and give me my money back. They said I had to wait 30 days!!! I told them I needed to get a new bed! I have back pain and can’t sleep on this. I need my money back now!! Don’t ever buy from them!! Terrible customer service! Jeff

    I was taking advantage of the Black Friday deals and got a set of mattress and headboard in a queen. The order was reasonably priced, and the ordering system was easy to navigate. Even the shipping time was super quick. Then it got awful. The FedEx driver dropped the headboard off the truck, which we have on the outdoor cameras, the driver placed both cardboard boxes in front of downspouts, which would have been fine 48 hours ago of no rain for weeks, but it was raining. And raining heavily.

    The boxes were destroyed, and upon opening the damaged boxes, so was the headboard and materials inside. Now, I understand drivers, especially around the holiday season, want to cut corners, but asking for assistance from the company has been a struggle. They have offered $60 as compensation, which is a joke of a sum for a product like this. A direct quote from the customer service representative sums this interaction with this company up perfectly: "In the meantime you may still use the bedframe that is already damaged [or] you may dispose of it however you like or give it to a friend or a family member that may still have a use for it." *video is unable to be uploaded*

    Practices are deceptive, they are owned by Nectar which parent company is resident. When you purchase a mattress online it’s always 50% off. There’s no sales. It’s just their current price and they make it seem like you’re getting a good deal. I looked past that and decide to buy anyways, cause it is a fairly decent price but then they will send you an email saying that they have high volumes of orders and that they’re going to ship it out late. They do this Which is not on their website. They do not tell you that they ship out late or that it will be delayed instead they automatically offer you a $50 credit. I have read a lot of these kind of comments about this kind of thing on Reddit and I chose to ignore it my stupid self But now I know they are true and I asked for a refund and they refunded the order.

    If I could leave 0 I would. This was a terrible decision, my wife hated the mattress from day one. After 2 years it started sagging significantly. I contacted customer service to discuss warranty options as they supposedly have the best warranty in the industry. There was a small stain on the mattress in the photos sent, for this reason, they denied all warranty because of "misuse/abuse". Apparently a 4" sag and completely lumpy mattress was somehow caused by a minor stain which in hindsight could've been removed in 5 minutes prior to sending the photos. Had I known I was dealing with a dishonest company looking for any reason to deny warranty, I would have. Do not buy this lumpy pile of junk, they will not honor their warranty. I will be buying a new mattress to replace this pile of lump and never again will purchase a Dreamcloud or Nectar product (Nectar owns multiple brands and are most likely equally dishonest in their dealings).

    I bought this after a bad night of sleep. Then they didn’t deliver when they said they would. I then got an e-Mail saying I should get a friend to help me carry it. Since I paid for this white glove service, I didn’t understand getting that e-Mail. I cancelled my order since DHL said they didn’t pick it up. The chat agent said I could take $75 and to just keep it because the company would pick it up and it would be delivered in 5-7 days. Then I got an e-Mail from another company saying they were picking it up the next day. I finally found DreamCloud number and called. I asked for the number for that delivery agency. They didn’t have it. I got the number and called the delivery agency and they said they didn’t know that I cancelled. So, looks like I cancelled about 15 times if you check my chat and they still didn’t seem to get my message.

    Garbage mattress and company does a bait and switch when you have a defective mattress. They don’t stand behind their warranty and don’t care at all if their mattress causing you sleep or comfort issues. STAY AWAY!!!

    I have been trying to return the full-sized DreamCloud Premier Hybrid mattress I purchased through Amazon on 12/23/23 for a week now. All I get from their customer service agents are a promise that "someone from our Amazon support team" will call or email me within 24-48 hours. From the reviews I've been reading on this website, it sounds like I'll never get anyone to contact me about getting a refund for this mattress!! So much for a 365-night trial. 'Just goes to show that if it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!

    Purchased the Dream cloud adjustable bundle bed and frames. Delivery and purchase was smooth. What they do not tell you is that they only guarantee the return of the mattress for 365 days. Way down on the return page after saying how wonderful their return policy is, there is a small carrot that must be clicked in order to see that frames (which are pricey) only are guaranteed for 50 days from purchase. Buyer beware!

    I’ve owned a DreamCloud for over a year now (approaching 2 years). My first mattress was just the original DreamCloud. It was too firm so I returned it and got the premier model. It was soft and very comfortable, however the top and bottom started to sag downwards. I filed a warranty claim and they replaced my mattress with no hassle. The new mattress I got, and currently still have, is super firm and uncomfortable. I contacted customer support to see if maybe I was sent the wrong kind, but they told me I was sent the correct one and there’s nothing more they can do other than suggesting to give it more time. I have since had to use a thick foam topper since I could not sleep well and always had back pain. I’m not opposed to foam toppers but that defeats the purpose of spending a lot of money on a mattress. My gut told me not to trust DreamCloud but I didn’t listen. A lost investment, for sure.

    I have purchased 2 Dream Cloud mattresses after Hurricane hit our area. The mattresses are great but with toppers it's infuriating. The topper constantly slides off mattresses and there is no solution. I have tried several solutions to prevent. Beware of your purchase because Customer Support is horrible and vile! Such a letdown.

    The company contacted me and sent me a new mattress. It was definitely not the same mattress. The replacement one is ok. It's comfortable enough. A little smaller in thickness and length. It also doesn't have the same top as my old one...not as soft. That being said, it will do. I appreciate the quick response and it arrived very quickly. I'd give five stars if I was helped before my review on Consumer Affairs.

    My husband and I received our DreamCloud in 2018. This bed was advertised as a lifetime guarantee but when you ask for a replacement, because the bed is causing extreme hip pain, they want pictures. Pictures prove nothing. The topper is memory foam so the bed looks normal. But when you sit, lay or push into it you FEEL the problem. It completely gives and you sink right down. The bed has completely lost its integrity. Not only did it cause hip pain but I ended up in physical therapy because of it! So here's where DreamCloud should contact me and send someone to my home and FEEL what I'm talking about. I want a replacement or my money back. Good luck with that! Please, for the love of all, don't waste your money.

    BEWARE! My review is far below 1! Is this company even real? Do not trust their website, they are a SCAM!! Horrible experience from start to finish. I ordered a mattress from them as they promised delivery within 3 business days. I received an email with an order number and was not able to track my delivery and noticed the expected delivery date kept getting pushed out. When I finally called them 2 weeks after my order date, the "customer service agent" advised that the order was not in stock and they were not able to give me an estimated timeline on when it would be available.

    When I asked if I can switch to another mattress they said no! I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and they told me no one was available and they would call me sometime in the next 2 days! After wasting over 2 hours on the phone with several agents and being put on hold for 15-20min increments at a time I was told they were able to "approve my cancellation". Very alarming that a mattress manufacturer has no mattresses in stock and not able to provide any indication as to when they will have product? All the signs are pointing to BANKRUPTCY or SCAM. Do not waste your time or money.

    The mattress arrived damaged and customer service was quite unhelpful. It’s a cheaply made and very uncomfortable mattress. After a year, it’s completely falling apart and like sleeping on lumpy globs of foam. Worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. Garbage collector coming tomorrow to take to the dump.

    I ordered a queen hybrid Dream Cloud mattress the Thursday before Labor Day. FedEx delivered the mattress on Sunday over the holiday weekend when I was out of town visiting a friend. When I returned home rather than delivering the mattress to my door of my upper unit (with a nice front porch and overhang) it was thrown into my driveway in the pouring rain where it sat getting water logged for over 12 hours. I reached out to dream cloud to explain that I am 110lbs and 5ft tall which is the main reason I ordered a mattress to be delivered so I wouldn’t haven’t to carry it, especially upstairs. They immediately gave me a super hard time saying I would need to supply photos to prove that the FedEx caused the box to become totally water logged and fall apart.

    I hurt my back and further damaged my already broken finger trying to frantically roll the thing into my garage in the pouring rain so no, I did not think to take a picture of the delivery as I was racing to save the mattress. Rather than simply replace the mattress and deliver it properly, they said my only choice was to return the mattress in the box. How can I use a box that completely fell apart from being delivered in the rain? ☔️ I attempted to dry out the pieces of the box and duct tape it back together with no avail in 103 temperatures.

    At this juncture I’m expected to sit around for 11 hours today waiting for FedEx to come pick this mattress back up and I’m not even sure if they will take it without a box. The words “bed in a box and delivery to driveway only” should be clearly stated on their website. I am adding photos to this review to clearly show that I am returning the mattress without a box, but believe at this time the mattress itself did not get wet. Any further damage to this order is a direct result of Dream Cloud's refusal to mail me a new box to properly return the item and/or FedEx.

    Extremely disappointed in the entire process and felt it was important to share my experience with anybody that is planning to purchase a Dream Cloud Premier Rest King mattress, king size box spring and Serenity Sleep Bundle. I purchased the items on July 11, 2024 and received the mattress a week later and the Serenity Sleep Bundle a month later, but after many phone calls and promises I have yet to receive the Box spring that is out of stock and they have no idea as to when the item will be in stock. The problem stems for being honest with the customers and let them know truth, that the item is out of stock and have been for months. The Website claims that the item will be delivered within 5 to 10 business days, do not believe it please ask them if it's in stock prior to placing your order and paying for items so you don't have to go through what I went through waiting for an item that they have no idea when it will be back in stock after paying for it.

    After multiple fail attempt to speak with a supervisor / manager I have asked for a full refund as I have no use for a mattress without a box spring. Will keep you updated on when I get my refund because I was told it needs to be approved before they can refund my money. Which is an unfair practice that large businesses use to keep the customer money and string them along until the items are back in stock.

    I wish I would have read/seen these reviews prior to purchasing this mattress. I ordered the King Hybrid due to multiple back surgeries and due to a severe accident years ago. I have chronic back, hip & shoulder pain that is incurable & based on several online reviews on their site, it seemed like a good fit. I ordered this mattress on 8/5/24, along with the white glove service, additional mattress warranty & the premiere sheets, mattress cover and king size pillow set. I recieved the premiere sheet set on 8/7/24. In the middle of this process, we were also moving. Based off of the content provided on the website, it notes 5-7 business days on delivery. Including the "white glove service" I purchased - I expected another maybe 2-3 business days for them to coordinate a delivery/install via one of their providers.

    I went in and checked on my account on 8/13/24, which then prompted a phone call to Dreamcloud. It was still showing that the bed was not shipped, but was showing it was to be shipped 8/12 to 8/16 and I wanted to do a follow up as to the status due to our move. I spoke with Krizha from CS, and she said they were just getting everything coordinated and they would reach out to schedule installation once the installer recieved the mattress. I thanked her, and told her I appreciated the update, but still felt it was a bit dismissive with no detailed reason as to why it hadn't shipped yet. After speaking with her, i saw they then updated the ship date to 8/19 - 8/23.

    After another week, I contacted Dreamcloud on 8/23/24 and spoke with Heidi. This is where I became upset. The bed still hadn't shipped, still showing it was supposed to ship by 8/23 (the day I was calling) - and we have no bed for our new place. I explained my frustration, the lack of honest, upfront information. Explained what their website says for time-frame and that we have exceeded that. I was then informed that they had shipping delays. I can understand that, but it would have been more appropriate to just tell me that the previous week instead of getting the obvious scripted message read off to me for the delay currently. I informed Heidi I would be calling again this week (8/26-8/30) and determine whether or not I would request a refund. Her response "no worries". Really? No worries that I don't have a mattress yet that I paid for on 8/5/24 and keep getting a dismissive answer about for delivery?

    I've already PAID for the mattress. I've already PAID for the extended warranty. I've already PAID for the premiere bedding set/mattress cover. I've already PAID for the White Glove Service. What is it again I'm supposed to have "no worries" about, Dreamcloud? During the call with Heidi, she notes that she would be tracking the order and would provide follow up. While I appreciate the effort, I don't feel like anything is really happening regarding their ability and or fortitude to track anything. The only follow up I gotten so far is within minutes of hanging up was an email about how she did on the call. So, ironically after hanging up with Heidi... lo and behold, the delivery dates again were updated to 8/26-8/30. While it's only 8/28/30 - my optimism and expectations are low for my upcoming call with them on Friday, August 30 for an update.

    The best advice I can give to Dreamcloud is BE HONEST. If someone orders and you know you are having issues with shipping - SAY THAT right up front at time of purchase. Let the customer decide if they can wait that long; they may be disappointed, but may still buy if your CSR is allowed to be honest with your issues. I, as a buyer, probably still would have purchased if I knew I could accommodate that time-line. Unfortunately, I can't wait a month.

    So, my suggestion to potential buyers right now - expect several weeks passed their advertised 5-7 business days if it's shipped directly to you. Even longer, if you order the white glove package/service. Do better, Dreamcloud. I will progressively update, if the option is available as to what/who/when anything is resolved or I just choose to pursue a refund and purchase from a local retailer instead.

    I feel this company won't respect you as a customer or even as a person. I don't know what to do anymore. In February 13th of 2024 I bought an Split King bed frame and the Premier Hybrid Mattress, over 3000 dollars. They offer a free Serenity Bundle for free to make it interesting and I fall for it. Then everything start... First the serenity bundle don't have nothing to look like the one they advertise on the website with memory foam pillows and high quality sheets, here the pictures.. The sets I got one was with the other almost beige, and the pillows like a 5 dollars one. The mattress was not toO comfortable but I give it a chance. Call them and request an exchange with the sheets and pillows and they say they will send a replacement.

    I follow up this like 7 times more with customer service The last guy told me was a freebie I should not complaint but they don't have a date when they will have that in stock again. Then I give up and call them about the mattress and my discomfort, I wake up every day with pain in my back, the same with my wife, when I tried to return, my window for return the base was over, only 50 days I can still return the mattress. Then another call on July 13 asking to return the mattress. They offer a 3 inch memory foam layer that should fix the issue with my back...

    I call today August 13th and they say they should have that back on stock on October 27.... This is a joke for them? They just do false advertising and lied to the customers enough to run out your time to return everything? What king of business can run like that? I just wish people read this and avoid this nightmare. Because they have 8k reviews but I can't put one on their website and I invite you to read in Redditt all the complaints that people have with this company.

    We ordered this mattress after reading a lot of good reviews - I'm now convinced those are fake. The mattress was supposed to be firm, but I sink deeply into it (I weigh 125 lbs). I bought this to alleviate my back pain, and cannot sleep on it for even one night. I called the very first day to initiate a return, and was told it needs 72 hours to fully inflate after being rolled up so tightly in the box. 96 hours later it hasn't gotten any firmer, so I called again to initiate the return. This time I am told I have to keep it for 30 days. Like having an extra queen mattress in my space isn't inconvenient! This is particularly frustrating because their website says "if at any point during your 365 day trial you decide the DreamCloud isn't right for you, simply call a sleep specialist..." Looks like I'll have to store this for a month and then call them AGAIN to try to organize a return. Maybe they're hoping I'll damage it somehow so it can't be returned. DO NOT buy from this company!

    I made the mistake of purchasing a Dreamcloud mattress and I'm still awaiting getting my order. I ordered two twin XL mattress and two twin XL adjustable frames on June 20th, with a promise of delivery in ten days. On July 1, the Dreamcloud website shows that all four pieces were delivered to the White glove site. DHL trucking company website shows them delivered on July 1st. White glove called and wanted to set an appointment for set up, but I noticed their paperwork only showed one mattress. I asked them and they confirmed they only had one mattress and had no paperwork showing anything else.

    I called DC and got the run around for days and someone finally informed me the rest would be delivered on the 11th. Still believing the company might be honest, we waited and called white glove on the 11th. They said they had all four items and scheduled install for the following week, on the 18th. I had to remove my existing bed before delivery, so I called the day before to make sure and was told everything was in stock and ready to go the next day. So I got up early the next day and removed the old bed and mattress to the garage. A few hours later we received a call telling us they don't have the frames so they can't deliver. Since that time I have called many times and get nothing about a run around and lies. They all say they will turn it over to their investigators and they will get in touch with us in a day or two. I have never been contacted by anyone, they just tell you anything to make you happy and get you off the phone.

    In the meantime, we are sleeping on the floor because our old mattress is in the garage and we have no idea when or if we will ever get our delivery. A couple in their 80's sleeping on the floor due to Dreamcloud inefficiency and lies. I'm ready to file a charge dispute with my bank and have them get my money back, because the company won't give any refunds for their terrible service. I would never, ever do business with this company again. I can't even comment on the quality of the mattress because we've never seen them.

    This one star rating is for customer service. The bed itself is great. I ordered a king sized premium hybrid mattress and two XL adjustable bed frames. Everything arrived in a timely manner except one of the bed frames. I called Dreamcloud and they said it was a fedex problem. I initiated an investigation with FedEx. After 10 days, FedEx determined the bedframe was lost. I notified Dreamcloud who sent me a new bedframe (something they would not do until the original frame was determined lost). After waiting 4 days for the replacement became to arrive, I contacted Dreamcloud again. THEY had lost the order and the frame hadn’t even been shipped yet. I had a mattress for almost a month that I couldn’t use. I cancelled the shipment of the replacement frame and returned the first frame I had received. I went out and bought the frame for my mattress.

    I didn’t receive a full refund for the returned frame (I was shorted $93 dollars) and I still haven’t received the refund for the second frame. The second frame is now lost in the shipping lost zone too! The problems between FedEx and Dreamcloud shouldn’t be absorbed by me - the customer. I am now $900 in the hole with this entire process. And no one at Dreamcloud is willing to make it right. I did receive a $40 refund from Dreamcloud at some point in this whole debacle, making me $860 in the hole. I have tried to get someone with authority on the phone, but not once have I spoken with a manager. I wouldn’t recommend this bed to anyone simply because if anything goes wrong, you are out of luck.

    Purchased this after owning a Purple mattress for 8 years. Worst mistake ever! I immediately disliked the comfort of this mattress but my partner didn’t, so I gave it time. Less than a year later I finally say I can’t do it anymore, I have a three inch pit in this horrible thing. Attempted to use the warranty for a return, and was told it’s soiled and they can’t. However this piece of crap is not even soiled! It has had the mattress protected I purchased from the company at time of mattress purchase from day one. I’m livid! The company is worthless, and won’t honor their warranty and the product belongs in the fire pit.

    I purchase a Premier Hybrid King mattress. The mattress did not fully expand and was deemed faulty. I was told to get rid of the mattress on my own - cost $55.00. The company sent me a replacement. It was damaged in shipment. I was again told to dispose of the second mattress in my own - cost $55.00. Dreamcloud warranty promises free return for any reason. That is not true. They didn't care about their customers. They tell you they'll take care of it just to get you offline or off the phone and nothing is done. I have been going through this runaround for over a week with the mattress sitting on my front porch, still rolled up in plastic. I can't even tell you what their products are like, but if you have a problem, good luck trying to get them to fix it!

    The bed got here in the promised timeframe. The serenity bundle (pillows, sheets and mattress pad) were a twin and the rest of my order was for a king size everything. I ordered it wrong… My mistake, and I have washed the sheets. I called the next day as was basically told “too bad, that is how you ordered it”. I am very surprised at the unwillingness to find a solution, and the lack of quality control and oversight to check an order to make sure everything in the order makes sense. Have the bed and really like the product so far. It was my mistake, so beware if you click the wrong button you will be out of luck and hundreds of dollars.

    Updated on 05/31/2024: This company’s representative has not phoned me yesterday. However, I received an email asking what is the best time to call on Sunday 6/2. See attached email snapshot. There is no solution acceptable except refund my money in its entirety. This is a sham of a company. Please do not waste any more of my time. I should be requesting interest. I have to pay interest on my credit card for an item I never received.

    Original Review: I purchased a premium Queen bundle on 5/13. Order details stated available stock. Shipping 5/14 -5/15. The bedding shipped as indicated. However, the most important piece “mattress” is still in production as of today 5/29, with no estimation of delivery. My account was quickly charged on 5/13. I have requested cancellation and full refund. This company does not deal in good faith. Fraudulent tendencies. Please be aware before purchasing. Additionally, after seeing other reviews, the mattress is not comfortable, causes more problems with one’s back. I have contacted the company several times without resolution. The only acceptable solution at this time is a full refund.

    Horrible mattress and experience. Shipping 4 times the amount of time advertised. Customer service can't help, they talk in circles, no managers available 98% of the time. Finally got one {note: message on site and ask/demand for a manager to call repeatedly, message at night to get a responsive supervisor to potentially call back, daytime Never called back}. Mattress is horrible. Way too soft on lower back adding back pain, and still causes pain when lay on side with hip pain (I am 40 years old). After 2 month I bought a $300 mattress topper, and it is a little better.

    I have never had such an experience in my entire life with a product of company. Stay as far away as possible. When I called Dream Cloud to tell them about my experience, they refused to get me to a supervisor or anyone who can help. They hung up 3 times and never answered my calls again. So frustrating. My network of 475 employees will be writing a review as well if they do not call me back today. Kind of excited! Anyway, buy a puffy. Slightly more expensive but they’re great, more comfortable, and the customer service is way better!

    This was the worst purchase I have ever made. Terrible service, bad delivery - smashed box and return wasn’t simple.     Dream Cloud Mattress is selling products that do not have nor do they know when they will become available. I ordered a mattress and dream package promising to ship by May 9-10th. The dream package, pillows sheets and mattress cover arrived on time. The mattress is a no show. Calling customer service several times I received no helpful information. Instead, I heard the exact same message from each representative as if they were reading a script. I believe this company is dishonest in their representation of product they have to sell. I wish I had done more research on this company before making a purchase. Knowing about the FTC lawsuit would have.

    Do not buy a Dream Cloud mattress. I woke up every morning uncomfortable and woke many nights with a numb arm. We did tell them but were just outside of warranty so they did nothing and didn’t care. Had to throw the mattress away. $1600 wasted. I did this on interest free at $75 a month. Having thrown this out I got a Tempurpedic now on interest free from Mattres Firm at $58 a month. Do not waste your money. This is not a good mattress.

    We just received our split king Dream Cloud. Our sales person was very argumentative. She never heard the customer is always right. The White Glove was excellent. Oscar gets 2 thumbs up. Now for the mattresses; we can't get into bed. Almost fall out. The sides should be harder. I have to hold onto my bed frame to get into bed. We do have the adjustable frame on top of our existing frame with drawers so it is up higher. My husband not comfortable so he keeps sleeping in the guest room. He chose the firmest mattress and I the premier. I think he is sorry for the firm mattress. When he moves to sleep on his side he almost falls off the bed, the side is too soft, nothing to keep him in the bed. He's afraid he'll end up on the floor. We only have been using it 3 days. It is very hard to get in and out of. He usually puts his socks on while sitting on the side of the old bed. With this bed he can't, the edge is too soft, won't hold him up and still.

    I bought a Dreamcloud mattress on 4/14 for which I have already been charged. I was told I would receive mattress within 2 weeks. I am now on phone for 3rd time speaking with csr about the status of my mattress 5/8. I get the same foreign type csr every time making one excuse after the other as to why it hasn't shipped and updating me on status. This company is a joke! Buyer beware!     There are many reviews here concerning poor customer service. We’d like to add our experience, as it was exemplary. We purchased a DreamCloud Premier king, and it was delivered in four days. After unwrapping, we noticed the right side of the mattress did not inflate as did the remainder. Understanding that sometimes 72 hours was needed for full inflation, we gave it that time. At the end of that time period, there was no change. We took some pictures and called customer support. While on the phone, we forwarded the photos; they reviewed the photos, agreed the mattress was damaged, and immediately set up shipping for a replacement. The replacement arrived in three days, and unpacking was without incident. We are most pleased with the mattress, and the support we received from Dreamcloud could not have been better.

    The 365 Warranty is a joke. I purchased a king size several years ago and it was too firm for me. Caused back pain and poor sleep. Within the first month I contacted DreamCloud and told them I wished to return it. Their response was to send me a foam topper. Which made the mattress so deep that I couldn’t find sheets. I tried it with a topper. Still was uncomfortable. Called again to initiate return and was informed there was no one in my area they could send to pick up. A week later they said that they would warranty it out and I could donate mattress to Good Will. I donated it to a local charity store and thought that was the end of things. A year or two go by I get a collection notice saying they turned it to a debt collector.. I don’t think this company is very organized. Watch out if you have to do any returns that you get some kind of documentation! In my case it was all done via phone!

    Keeping in mind that others read this review before ordering this product, I declare that I am posting my honest opinion about the services of this retailer before delivering the product. Products ordered: Hybrid mattress, Bedframe, Sleeping bundle. DELAY in delivery (worst experience), WRONG Promises about time and day of delivery, ERROR in order updates and tracking on the website and MISGUIDED updates by the agent on phone.

    Let me elaborate, I, with my family was about to move to a new place and ordered this product online, I did order 10 days in advance of my moving date, so even under worst circumstances the product could have been delivered at my new place, but it's still not delivered. (dated May 1st, 2024) The thing that annoys me most is, an online retailer has failed in the Last mile delivery of their product, this is what separates them from a local mattress shop owner. Now even if the product is somewhat good, I have lost trust in the brand. PS: NECTAR, DREAMCLOUD and one more brand are all under same org.

    I would not recommend anyone to order mattress from these retailers, especially if someone is in my situation (mentioned above). I would rather go to a local mattress provider and pay him few hundred bucks more to provide me 1-2 day delivery of mattress and bed frames. I am still not sure if the product is eligible for 365 days return, as some reviews mentioned on this website also suggest that they will not honor their promise and would cite any reason to not return it. I don't know if it's a California thing or an online retailer problem or what, there is no empathy and urgency for delivery of product which affects your body and brain, and then some influencers choose to promote such brands while completely ignoring the need of good sleep.

    You may have guessed the anxiety and trouble this delay is causing me, please understand not everyone is rich enough to afford 2 mattresses or keep hassling with the likes of such retailers. On top of it, I was informed today morning it will take 1 more day to deliver this product while the last location of this product is hardly few miles away.

    Note: I gave 1 star rating to the agent who peacefully, and patiently heard my grievance and politely offered me some dollars refund, but please understand the pain and trouble it's causing me cannot be compensated by money, I am sleeping on floor with my family because these people failed to complete their main task, which is last mile delivery of the mattress. I wish I have never chosen this and I hope someone from Dreamcloud will reply to this review, so I could share with them my promise that even if they deliver the product now, I will not remove or edit this rating.

    I don't know where to start. I bought the white glove service & DreamCloud left out the information that companies will not accept the mattress if there is a stain or take the entire bed. THESE QUESTIONS were asked prior to making the white glove selection so beware! Read complaints people which I failed to do. The mattress is very uncomfortable to the point I'm hurting every morning. The mattress is a king that's two twin beds. My husband and I slide every morning. I wake up at times half of my body is sandwiched between the mattress.

    Im literally crying everyday. I worked to dave this money & I feel victimized. The transportation took pics of my room which is a violation to my human rights and made remarks about how DreamCloud cons people. The manager even laughed at me while I had DreamCloud customer service on the phone trying to get this cleared up. The transportation rescheduled causing me to lose another days pay. In my life, this has been the most horrifying online purchase. Never again!

    I have the DreamCloud Hybrid mattress. It's awful! Literally the hardest and most uncomfortable mattress I ever slept on. Honestly, they had to try to make a mattress this poorly, so on that count they succeeded. Wish I had checked the reviews on this website before I bought it. Do yourself a favor - BUY ANYTHING ELSE!

    Dream Cloud is a fraud. BUYER BEWARE. They promised white glove delivery. Do not believe them if they promise (and charge $200.00) they will deliver the new mattress and take away your old mattress. 2 hours on customer service text line--I have gotten nowhere. When I asked to speak with their manager, one CSR stated that they do not have a supervisor. That tracks. I only bought this mattress due to their promise of white glove delivery, as I just had surgery and do not have anyone to help me do it (so I can't get it in my house). Their solution to not doing what they promised? They told me I could go online and hire someone. They offered to comp me $50.00 to "receive my own mattress" but they never offered to do that plus remove my original fee for $200.00 for the white glove service. I said I would like to return it. Since one mattress has already shipped, they said I couldn't return it.

    I asked (since I'm at work today and it's supposed to be shipped) if FedEx would deliver it--they told me fed ex would just leave it at my door (buyer beware, if theft is a problem and you better not work because they don't schedule this appointment for your $1500.00 mattresses). So stay home, all the time, waiting on them to deliver. You better be capable of dragging your own mattresses in or, screw you--they will just leave it at your doorway. I am not a Karen. I asked them to provide what they said they would. I have screenshots from all of these interactions because I ran into this same problem with my business (white glove delivery was a joke then and I even shared my concerns with the initial CSR). I'd like someone in actual management to contact me.

    Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered their best bed and bed frame. They did not have in stock and I agreed to send a different bed. They then sent me the wrong bed. And I spent hours speaking with Dreamcloud to fix it. Nothing being fixed. Waited a month for this wrong bed and now have to return it all and start over. Hopefully with a better company.

    Worst mattress we have ever purchased. Very uncomfortable. And to make it worse, we tried returning, there is a small tear on the bottom of the bed (cover) from unboxing and they denied the request even though it was from unpackaging the mattress. So watch out for the “365” day warranty. They will look for anything to make it that you can’t.

    I went to a local store to try out the Dreamcloud Premier Hybrid Rest mattress, and my husband and I were very pleased with it and couldn't wait to order, but we were moving in 2 months; thus, we decided it would be wiser to order online. That was February 24th. They said it would take 2-3 days processing, and advertised on their website a quick shipping time of 2-5 business days. We actually had a mattress from Dreamcloud arrive in that time frame, and it was great! Except we then received a call from them that they shipped us the wrong mattress, and they needed us to send it back, and they would send us the correct mattress. No problem. We sent it back. They told us the new mattress would arrive within 7 days. That was March 6th.

    It is now April 1st, and I STILL have not received our new mattress, and we move in a WEEK. We are really excited for this mattress, but it seems that every time I call or email, nobody can give me a straight answer about exactly when it will arrive. One representative last week told me it was processing, and she said it would arrive by this week - yet, the shipping information has still not been updated.

    Then I called yesterday, and they said that they are waiting on the shipping label to be created. I told them that given the amount of time I've waited already for this mattress, is there no way they can expedite the label creation process (I also have communicated my moving date MULTIPLE times), and they said no. I anxiously await the actual arrival of the CORRECT mattress in a timely manner, but this is ridiculous at this point. I shouldn't have to call and email consistently and still be met with unsatisfactory customer service and lack of delivery of their product and promises. I regret honestly recommending this company to others.

    I ordered my mattress February 23 of 2024, here it is April 1 and I still don’t have my mattress and the first one they sent was the wrong Mattress. I keep getting the same excuse in the same email saying the same darn thing. I’m so close to canceling the whole thing that I am just disgusted. The customer service folks they really don’t know what they’re doing. They’re guessing I’ve called too many times within the last five weeks to find out where my mattress is. I would’ve never purchased from this company. Had I known this issue? So I haven’t decided if I’m gonna cancel the order. If it goes on much longer cancel I will!

    After feeling like my back had been beat with a hammer every morning on the DreamCloud I called customer service. I explained that I can no longer sleep on this horrible mattress. They sent a pillow top for the mattress for free. After 2 nights of using the pillow top I called and said it was not working and I no longer wanted mattress. The lady told me that they would let me keep the mattress and send $824.00 for refund. I agreed to this and they sent email that stated $175.00 discount (bait and switch tactics).

    I immediately called and told customer service this is not what I agreed to and ask to speak to a manager, request was denied! They said company would be calling to pick up mattress for a full refund. I sincerely have my doubts after their blantent attempt to make me sign a form for a substantially less refund than what I agreed to on the phone. I was on the phone for 50 minutes while they tried to squirm out of the lies they had just told and would not allow me to speak to manager! Don't do business with this company!

    Stay away from Nectar Sleep Dreamcloud Sleep. When you order they says it's in stock but it's not in stock. They then email you to say it's not in stock and they want to offer you a free $400 upgrade…and tell you in writing that it will be shipped in 2-3 business days …. But they have no intention of doing this. You then get an email that part of your bed has shipped and the upgrade is no longer available. Still don't have a complete bed after 30 plus days and they can't tell us when the rest of the bed will be shipped. Also it is clear to me that they pay google to suppress bad reviews.

    Bought this mattress in late 2022, had lots of good ratings everywhere. Easy purchase, good shipping and expensive. Bed would sag for me and my wife so we slept in it for a year to "adjust". A year later and backs hurt from sagging. They make sure you can't return it, make you take and email all kinds of pictures with weird and unscientific measuring while angling to deny warranty the whole time. It's a game they play. LOOK elsewhere for a good mattress, this one is all hype. And when the company posts a response virtue signaling about how they are here to help and give them a call, don't bother because they have no intention of helping.     I ordered the base Dream Cloud hybrid in queen size. I didn’t read the reviews here first and was concerned as I was waiting for the mattress to arrive. Most of the bad reviews are due to shipping time and while it took longer than expected, I received my mattress in 9 days. Once shipped it only took two days to arrive. I experienced no off gassing and the mattress is the perfect blend of supporting firmness and plush top layer. I was worried it may be too firm as I prefer a more plush mattress but it’s perfect. My boyfriend and I are actually sleeping through the night and I’m not waking up with hip and back pain. If you don’t mind waiting a little over a week for it to arrive, I highly recommend this bed for anyone.

    I'm a 5'10" and 170 pound dude--what I would generally consider a pretty middle-of-the road human body! And yet a mattress that boasts 9+ different layers of padding cannot seem to prevent any sort of sagging in less than one year. I've had to turn my mattress 7-8 times this year just to have it feel like it did on that first week. Don't get me wrong, it's a comfortable, well made mattress. But the sagging is super disappointing. Like others have said, when I contacted customer support, they had me send in all kinds of photos...and then said that the warranty only covers 1.5-2" of indentation. Hmm, apparently a 14" mattress can have a ton of sagging to the user without showing a 1-2" indentation to the naked eye. Just a poor experience and classic lack of customer support. I did a ton of research before going with DreamCloud but I'd recommend going with a different company.

    Bought this expensive mattress that is advertised as having a lifetime warranty, yet it began to sink on my husband’s side of the mattress. He is not an overly heavy man, just a normal weight and height, yet the mattress began to sink, and the company would not do anything about it. I sent pictures and they said because it had a small stain on the mattress that it voided the warranty. The small stain was nowhere near the place where the mattress is sinking, and how would a small stain cause the mattress to sink. That’s just one way the company can get out of making this right. Do not buy this mattress. Go to a company that will actually stand behind their product. A lot of wasted money and now we need a new mattress.

    On Saturday, December 16, 2023 I went to your website (https://www.dreamcloudsleep.com/mattress) where I researched and purchased your mattress (Order # **). If you look at the order details on your database you will see the mattress I purchased is described as DreamCloud Hybrid Mattress, Queen, 60in X80in X14in. The mattress you delivered on December 21, 2023 is only 12 inches high, NOT the 14 inches you sold me.

    When I questioned your Customer Service staff (Dominique K., Sleep Specialist, at **) about the discrepancy they asked me to send them a picture of the mattress tag, which I did. You will find that picture attached below. After receiving the picture, Dominique informed me that I had received the "new version" of the mattress. She said she was sorry, but there was nothing she could do to get me the 14 inch mattress I had purchased. There was no mention of a "new version" and certainly no indication that I would be receiving a 12 inch mattress when I gave you the money for the 14 inch mattress I believed you were selling to me.

    Please honor your agreement and send the 14 inch mattress I paid for. Thank you. To this day, 01/06/24, they have refused to make any effort to send me the 14 inch mattress they sold me. Fraud? Bait and switch? Call it what you will... They took money for one thing, delivered an inferior substitute and refuse to honor their purchase agreement.

I emailed on 12/22 and they responded on 12/23 with your mattresses "are now loaded in a trailer so we are expecting to see movement anytime soon". What?? I followed the link they supplied and again absolutely no update and it is now 12/27/23. I fervently wish I had stumbled upon this site prior to ordering. I would have just went to a well known furniture store or other well known online seller but was foolishly deceived that the mattress would arrive quicker than from the others.     Placed an order on 11/26. Showed 11/29-12/2 as delivery time frame for all items before I completed the order. Two mattresses made it on time. The remaining items have not shipped. There has been no communication to me about order status after the original deliver date range was missed. Two chats and one phone conversation have gotten me vague future delivery dates, none of which have transpired. The customer service representative today "hoped" it would ship soon as a shipping label has supposedly been created. The tracking site still has no information that the four remaining items have shipped. As I make product buying decisions, I factor in how fast the company can get the products to me. I may choose a different company that gets there faster if it is needed.

    For a multi-thousand dollar purchase the Dreamcloud/Resident has already been paid for, proactive communication on the delays and a realistic delivery expectation in the first place is the minimum they should have provided. If the tracking label is not in their system by tomorrow, I will expend more of my time getting a refund and returning the items that were delivered. Should have selected another company.

    Before I ordered this mattress on November 30th, I specifically called ahead DreamCloud and asked about when it would be delivered as this mattress was for someone in my home who was having surgery. I was assured that it would be here on the December 11th. It is December 9th, the mattress has still not shipped. I have called four times, each time given either false (ex. that there would be an investigation into my order, I would receive a call back the following day with updated information) or contradicting information (ex. the mattress is guaranteed to be shipped out this weekend (December 9- December 10th) & they do not ship things out on the weekend). When I asked for my issue to be escalated I was ignored. There is also no way to expedite shipping.

    To be clear, I do not think it is the phone operator's fault for any of this. It is the DreamCloud operation and fulfillment system that seems to be a big problem. I have now been told there is no way to know when this mattress will be shipped or when I will receive it. For all I know, this mattress doesn't exist. I am absolutely gutted by the unreliability, the lack of information, lack of customer care, and responsibility this company has demonstrated.

    I was very very disappointed! BEWARE!!! You cannot talk to any supervisor or anyone in the U.S. I was told that they will try to get someone to call me back? My bed was too hard. Can't exchange! and can't get refund until 30 days unless you purchase another mattress, and then you have to wait till the old one is picked up and they must be sent pic of receipt pick-up before they refund. So I have to put another bed on my credit card first?? I'm going to try the memory foam bed and I really hope it's softer. If I didn't purchase this bed I wouldn't have a bed for weeks because they would have made me wait 30 days to return the HARD one. JUST BEWARE!!!

    I ordered a mattress, frame, and headboard on 9/2/23. On 9/18/23 I chatted and called customer service because I had not been provided with any updates. Each time I chatted/called I was told it would take 24-48 hours for someone to provide me with an update. No one ever did. Not an email, a text, or a phone call. So I kept calling. One of the customer service representatives on 10/3/23 denied my request to speak to a supervisor stating they would not have any information to provide. I was also denied a request to cancel my order stating the issue was escalated and they needed another 24 hours.

    I called again on 10/4/23 and this representative initiated my cancellation - but guess what? They need another 24-48 hours to process the cancellation. And guess what else? No one contacted me. So I called again on 10/6/23 to get an update and FINALLY they processed the cancellation and provided a refund. This was an absolute horrible experience and still no one from the company has contacted me.

    The mattress is okay but not for the long wait. DreamCloud told me it would be 10 days to get my bed set up which was the foundation and a king size mattress. 5 weeks later I was still calling them to find out when my set up and delivery would take place. Finally we had a set up time for the morning on a Thursday. I scheduled with work to be in late as they promised I would be the first delivery that morning. Well, the day before they changed my time to the afternoon without checking with me. I called them back and explained I wouldn't be there. Then they told me they could deliver it in the morning a week later. That would be 6 weeks of me waiting for this mattress. Well they finally did show up with the mattress and set up the foundation but oh NO they brought a Queen size mattress instead of a King.

    They did replaced the queen with a king mattress, a few days later but LEFT IT IN MY DRIVEWAY!!! I live on a busy street!!! So, now I am expected to haul this giant King size mattress upstairs and haul down the Queen Which is impossible for me by the way. This thing is massive and very heavy. They told me I only paid for set up the first time so I was responsible for this set up. DreamCloud SET UP WRONG THE FIRST TIME!!! I don't need to pay for you all to do your job. So more waiting for the utterly useless customer service!

    I have a King mattress lying in my living room floor and a Queen size mattress out in the hall waiting to be picked up. They do not live up to their promises. I would have cancelled this order had I known it would take so long. I never would do business with them again as they are so unreliable. I am an interior designer and buy mattresses enough to say this has been my worst experience. Had this been for a job site I would have looked really bad.

    We ordered a Dreamcloud mattress. The ordering and delivery time went smoothly. We ordered based on all of the website information, including their statement that they provide free haul-away for the old mattress. However, that is a false statement. Their mattresses are delivered by FedEx -- no haul away care with FedEx.

    If you want haul-away, you need to pay the $199 for the in-home set-up service. When I contacted Dreamcloud customer service about this, they tried to tell me all the ways I could get rid of the mattress myself. I had to push them significantly to acknowledge the false advertising. Our "mattress" was an old, defunct SleepNumber multi-part contraption that was not suitable for donation, etc. Ultimately, they gave me $50 credit my account. However, the real issue is that they need to change their website to convey correct information so other consumers don't expect free haul-away when the company has no intention of providing that.

    Three years ago in early 2020, we ordered our first two mattresses and bed frames from DreamCloud. We ordered one flat frame and one adjustable frame that could go up and down with a remote control, both for queen size mattresses. We were both extremely happy with the beds and never had any issue with them. Flash forward to February of 2023. Due to a family situation, we end up attaining a second apartment near our first. We want to order another adjustable frame because we love the first one so much, but this time for a king size mattress.

    When we call Dreamcloud, they tell us they no longer have a king size single adjustable frame available, so we’re given two options. We can order a queen size adjustable frame, or a king size split frame. For the split frame, we would have to use two twin mattresses on it. We both expressed worry about the quality of the twin mattresses being the same as the two queens we already have, but we were assured over and over by their customer service team that the two twins would be the exact same and we wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. It’s also worth noting that the split king adjustable frame was more expensive than a standard adjustable frame—but again it was the only available option to us at the time and we really wanted a king sized mattress with an adjustable frame. So we ordered it.

    Once we received the split frame and the twin mattresses, we immediately noticed a difference in the quality of the mattresses themselves. They were far more uncomfortable than either of our previous queen mattresses despite the many reassurances we received that they would be the same. We called the company a few weeks later expressing a desire to return the mattresses and the frame, but we were told that we had to wait at least a month before we would be allowed to return anything.

    Due to having to travel for a living, and being assured by Dreamcloud’s heavily advertised 365 day return policy, we were not able to contact the company about returning the bed again until June. When we called and expressed our dissatisfaction with the mattresses, we were informed that our previous queen mattresses that we were so happy with were made by a different manufacturer in early 2020. Along with that, the type of mattress we received was different, despite us having asked multiple times to ensure that the twin mattresses we received would be the same. Dreamcloud apologizes and says they will take the bed back.

    Nearly a month passes before Dreamcloud’s return team finally shows up to take the beds back. It’s a third party company outsourced by Dreamcloud, so there’s nothing the return team can do when they inform us they were only told to pick up the twin mattresses, not the split bed frame. We are both very confused at this because we were told by Dreamcloud that we would be able to return the bed without issue. No one informed us they only meant we could return the mattresses.

    Despite us trying to return the beds in March of 2023 and being told we were not allowed to, now we were being told that while Dreamcloud’s 365 day return policy was applicable to their mattresses, it turns out it did not apply to their bed frames. While you aren’t allowed to return a Dreamcloud bed within the first 30 days, you only have 50 days after purchase to return the bed frame. So in actuality, you only have a 20 day window in which you can return a bed frame from this company. No one informed us of this when we tried to return the bed within the first few weeks of us having it. We didn’t find this out until the 50 days were well and gone. (Keep in mind again, we had to wait nearly a month to get them to even come pick up the mattresses as well).

    It’s a shame because at this point we had already placed an order for a replacement king mattress and bed frame from Dreamcloud, so even though we had proved we were returning customers (after buying two whole mattress + frame sets in 2020 as well), Dreamcloud refused to work with us on this and insisted we had to keep the split king bed frame we didn’t even want in the first place. We ended up canceling that order as a result of this. It's ridiculous that this is how they treat returning customers who have spent thousands of dollars on their bed frames and mattresses. Terrible experience overall.

    It was a lot more comfortable than my soon to be returned Dreamcloud mattress. Pass on this. It just a gimmick. Not a comfortable mattress. It arrived quick and set up was easy. The mattress itself is like a brick. My back was killing me until I moved to the floor. If you insist on trying this mattress hang on to your old one. You just might need it.

    We have spent two years trying to resolve the problem of our Dream (!) Cluster mattress. Within a year, the peaks and valleys became apparent. I use wedges to keep from rolling out of bed. My wife no longer sleeps in this bed. I sleep on a futon in a guest bedroom. Horrible purchase, despite tons of research. SAVE your money... this is garbage.

    Within 5 weeks mattress sunk in where I slept. I weigh 114 lbs. and petit. I called over a dozen times and they assured me that a supervisor would contact me by end of days or the "End of Time". No call back even when they promise. They change their return policy day to day. I even have Email proof and they say that doesn't matter. They asked for over 20 pictures of the mattress then ask for more of the same just to stall. I just want my money back. I hope they go Bankrupt.

    I checked many reviews but apparently missed some very important ones. As with many other reviewers, I had a horrible experience with customer service and shipping times. I ordered the mechanical bed frame and the Dreamcloud Premier mattress along with the "bundle" and warranty. It was, per their website, supposed to ship in 2 weeks and then allow for 3 days more for it to come to my elderly parent's home where they live alone. I was given a delivery date but without an approximate time. I assumed that I would receive a timeline for delivery the day of. That was on me because I don't believe they mentioned an actual time of delivery. Now I know why. Not only can they not give an approximate time but a day or even MONTH seems to be a problem. I ordered "knowing" I'd get the bed before my mom came out of rehab from a bad hip injury. After the allotted total shipping time I began to email and got the standard responses.

    Needless to say, I didn't get the base until 3 weeks late and the mattress 3 weeks after that. My mom had been home, sleeping on and old mattress after surgery for quite some time. She's only had it about a week so I don't have much more to report. I certainly will keep everyone updated. I'm not sure how much of this part has to do with Dreamcloud the company or the shipping company they used but they apparently rang the doorbell. When no one showed up only almost a minute in, the mechanical frame was left out in the rain! I had to rush over, a 40 minute drive, to help my 78 year old dad bring it in. Fortunately it wasn't destroyed. The same happened with the mattress but at least no rain this time. After the experience so far, I'm hoping the mattress and frame hold up because I don't even want to deal with having to fight for the warranty. Hope others have had better luck.

    My wife order a new mattress and foundation. Almost a month later the foundation kept being pushed out so we cancelled the order and wanted to return the mattress which was too plush and we went shopping to find what we needed. This is where the hassle free comes in. They partner with Sharetown. Great. They are going to come pick it up and distribute it to someone in need and we get a credit. Awesome. It will get used. It's all good. Nope. We are then notified there are no Sharetown associates in my area to do this so now I have three options to get rid of this thing myself. All requiring physical work and forms and pictures. This is not what I needed to try to get my refund which I would've probably never pursued had they shipped the entire order within in a reasonable amount of time. Buyers beware!

    They are difficult to work with and have sent me TWO defective beds not that I have had to find a way to get rid of. The 365 trial is a joke because you won't want to try it for more than 2 weeks, but will be forced to try it for 30 days before you can return it for a full credit. They are a nightmare and are a very NEW company that probably has no intention on staying in business long enough to honor their "Lifetime" warranty. It's sad that these companies keep turning up online to just take people's money and not give them anything worthy of what they paid for the mattress.

    Bought the mattress in October of 2021. Within the first 2 mos we noticed the edges broke down and the platform was having issues. By 6 mos platform broken and bed sagging. We still can't get a refund on the bed and we've been fighting with them for over a month. Pictures of the bed. Pictures of the bed with rulers. Pictures of trouble spots. Pictures of the bed with weight on the trouble spots and rulers. Communication is spotty... don't call, use their live chat from the website.     Their offer is NOT risk free. The 30 day “encouraged” trial is actually MANDATORY. If you don’t like the mattress, you’ll need to wait after 30 days, then send in pictures of the mattress to show it’s still in new condition with tags intact, wait for a third party to contact you for pick up, then wait for them to approve it. It’s a long unpleasant process that will probably make you wish you never heard of Dream Cloud. The mattress was at best just barely ok, the customer service at best was horrible. Buyer beware and don’t believe all the paid for good reviews.

    I ordered a Dream Cloud mattress less than a month ago. I realized after a couple weeks, when my husband move towards the center of the bed, I end up fighting to keep from rolling into the middle of the bed. Also, when we sleep in the middle together, we sink into it making it very uncomfortable for my back. I tried returning the mattress and the customer service people are very combative. They asked me to send pictures of the bed which I sent EVERYTHING they asked. They are now telling me I need to send more pictures with something heavy to show the sagging in the middle. I have tried explaining that nothing I put on the bed is heavy enough to mimic the same scenario. I tried telling them over and over and over again that 2 human bodies weigh more than anything else I can put on the bed. They will not let me speak to a manager. They just keep telling me to send more pictures.

    Their website says "DreamCloud provides you with a full year - 365 nights - to decide if DreamCloud is right for you. We encourage you to take the first 30 days to get to know your new mattress, as it can take this long for your body to adjust to the support and comfort of the DreamCloud. If you decide for any reason during your 365-night trial period that DreamCloud is not your ideal mattress, a DreamCloud Sleep Concierge will work with you to get the item donated or otherwise disposed-of through local organizations within your community. Our risk free trial is about 3 times longer than the industry standard." The website states a full 100% refund. I did not realize that I would be harassed and have to jump through a ton of hoops to get my refund. DO NOT buy from this company!!

    Don't waste your time with such a horrible company. The customer service is the worse I have ever experienced. They are overseas and have no clue what they are doing. They are very rude and confrontational like a bill collection agency. I tried to return my mattress because it is way too firm and they won't let me until they ship me a cheap mattress topper and sleep on it for 30 days. There is nothing in the fine print about this but they do whatever they want. The problem is they refuse to ship the topper to me and refuse to find out why it hasn't shipped. I have had four agents promise to follow up and call me back but they never do.

    I think they want to drag this on as long as possible for they can get past the one-year point and then you can't return it. They refuse to let you talk to any supervisors and every agent has told me that they have no corporate contact information to contact to find out about my topper. They have to have the contact information for this company because how else would they be customer service for them? They refuse to help me and we'll just end the conversation by hanging up.

    I would never recommend buying anything from this company because either you won't get it or you won't like it and you'll have to deal with this horrifying customer service. My mattress was over $1,500 so you would think that they would want to make their customers happy, but they truly don't. Please don't fall for this trap, this company needs to be shut down. From what I've been able to find out the parent company is Casper. Good luck and I hope you have a lot of patience if you buy anything from them.

    This mattress is like sleeping on a bouncy house. I can feel my hips sinking too much and my lower back aches in the middle of the night and morning. We got the mattress without the extra topper. When I sleep on my side, I can totally feel that my hips are way lower than the rest of my body and my spine is absolutely out of alignment. I can’t stay asleep on it. Only had it 3 days and I hate it. And now I’m afraid we won’t get our refund after reading all the BBB complaints.

    I already know we’ll have to keep it 30 days before they’ll even possibly start the refund process. I’m sleeping on my couch because it’s the only way I can sleep through the night and without pain. Pretty bad that my couch is better than this $1000 mattress. And we could barely afford this mattress but thought it would be worth splurging since sleep is so important to overall health. My last mattress was a $250 memory foam from Walmart and it didn’t even hurt my back until we’d slept on it for 3 years.

    I ordered a mattress and frame and it came with a free bonus set of linens. The frame arrived first and directions were abysmal. The parts according to the directions were to be labeled and none of them were. There is a customer support line to call from 9 - 9 who never answered and didn’t return either of the two messages we left. Thankfully chat was able to help with the assembly and get the adjustable frame finally working. The first chat took half hour. We finished late so waited for the arrival of the mattress.

    The Next day one of the pillows did not inflate. Chat told us a replacement will ship in a week so no pillow for awhile. Today we discovered that the pillow cases are too short. I chatted in the morning and was told to expect an email due to her technical issues. What we received was an email advertisement to purchase new linens. Back to chat who now says they will send us a replacement. Who know if it will fit? I wrote a review and they send us a “canned response” by email. After spending 1 1/2 hours on chats we never were able to speak to a person. Who knows if the pillow will inflate or if the pillow cases will fit. This has not been a good experience at all. I am reluctant to recommend this company to anyone.

    Where do I begin, my order came in, headboard was damaged with parts missing. Called customer service and I was offered $20 dollars to fix it myself (don't think any company has ever said that to me). I asked to speak to management, they told me that I couldn't speak to management, they would relay messages. I called again, still said I couldn't speak to management, and offered me $50 dollars. I called again, offered me $50 and send a new headboard and I'd have to get rid of headboard myself. It costs money to dispose of items like that in the city. I'm finally contacted by some type of management that is not pleasant, offering me the same deal, I ask to speak to someone else. The next that contacted me was nice but not making things better. I'm still sleeping on the floor waiting for the "LUXURY BED and LUXURY CUSTOMER SERVICE". Terrible experience, beware.

    I bought two mattresses, One a Full, one a Queen. Before the 365 day trial, both were sagging in the middle and the full on side and middle. Trying to get Dreamcloud to honor their warranty has been a joke. They are doing everything they can to jerk me around with what to do with the mattresses they can so they don't have to honor. First they told me something called Sharetown would be picking them up. Well, Sharetown messages me and says they have no one in my area to pick up, so I can donate to charity and have them fill out a bunch of paperwork, or donate to a citizen not family or friend, or put on curb for trash. Well then Dreamcloud emails me and says must donate to charity. So ok, totally confused now. Called many charities and they do not accept used mattresses. So I guess they will continue to jerk me around until the date has passed to give me a refund!!!

    I wish I would of searched the BBB and Consumer Affairs before buying the Dream Cloud Hybrid mattress. I read all the reviews on the website and google lead me down a hole of probably sponsored sites that had amazing reviews. I thought with the trial and 365 night guarantee I would have the perfect mattress, and did not mind the high price. When we received the box it was all ripped and torn, and extremely heavy to lift. The mattress was opened and it did not expand, I was told to wait 72 hours. The mattress was like being at a trampoline park it was extremely bouncy and when one of us moved we both bounced. (I can agree with another review that stated it was like a kid's bounce house).

    The sides never did expand and the advertised 15 inches was barely 10 inches with sagging outpouching sides. You could not lay any wear close to the sides without rolling off. No, I did not want a replacement, I went with a good old Serta for half the price and a 100% better bed. Also the company did not come and get the mattress I had to removed it and dispose of it myself, and show proof before I got a refund. P.S. the sheets are not luxurious they give you paper cuts. Shipping was fast though.

    I spent a lot of time researching mattresses before deciding on the DreamCloud Premier Rest. It had the best reviews, warranty, extras, and trial-in-home period. We were very excited for this mattress, thinking we’d never need another one again. Two nights so far sleeping on this mattress. I hated it the first night and I hated it the second night. Apparently, we have to sleep on it for another 28 nights to even initiate a return.

    The best way to explain what it feels like is this: it’s like sleeping in a kid's bounce house. Every time my partner moves, I get “bounced around”. I can’t sleep too close to the edge or I will roll right off of it. I am also a stomach sleeper, but this mattress causes my lower back to “bow” when I’m in this position. I must be on my back to have any level of comfort on this mattress. It’s like a very expensive air mattress. It’s definitely not cloud-like, or even “plush”. It’s weird is what it is and once I can send it back and get a refund, I’m going down to the local mattress storing and buying a good ol’ Serta or Beautyrest.

    I will start positive. Wonderful bed for a single person. Terrible for two..you will roll in towards each other. Not a big deal. However, returning a bed you can't sleep on is impossible with this company. Yes, it seems silly to complain about a 30 day return policy, but we can't sleep in the uncomfortable bed and at $1,500 we don't have the money to replace. Not happy with the service one bit.

    My husband and I purchased a DreamCloud mattress after researching hybrid memory foam/coil mattresses online. DreamCloud was one of the top rated mattresses of this style which is why we selected it, along with their 365-day trial and guaranteed returns. Unfortunately we were disappointed to find the mattress was much firmer than expected from the descriptions on DreamCloud's website. We also purchased the bed frame base, which was described online as being fabric-sewn panels attached to a metal frame. The bed frame base we actually received was a total knock-off and not at all as depicted online. It was a metal frame with a stretchable cover over it - COMPLETELY FALSE ADVERTISING!

    When we contacted the company to initiate a return, the company ignored our concerns because of their apparent 30-day MANDATORY trial policy (*verbiage on the website is that the 30 days are "encouraged") during which no returns are accepted, even though the verbiage on their website states that returns are "guaranteed" at any time during the 365-trial period, which begins upon mattress delivery (*info about the 30-day trial period is buried further down on the page). We spoke with four different company representatives to no avail. Well, they did offer to take back the bed frame base but not the mattress until after 30 days. No one offered an explanation or apology for the false advertising with the bed frame base.

    Now we are stuck with a mattress we can't sleep on (causes extreme back pain & lack of sleep for us) until the 30 day period is ended. I can only hope at that point that we will actually get our full refund as promised, since my confidence in DreamCloud is entirely gone at this point. This was our first experience with both this company and with purchasing a mattress online - as a result, DreamCloud (and the parent company) has lost our business!

This mattress is everything I had hoped for, quality material and workmanship, very good value for the money as compared to other mattresses, and - it arrived exactly two weeks after I ordered it.     My Dreamcloud mattress was delivered on May 22, 2021. The packing was a disaster! The box was ripped and taped and re-taped and re-taped. However, the plastic covering was intact. As soon as we removed the plastic covering and the mattress inflated, we noticed an extremely bad off-gassing. We, promptly, moved the mattress to the garage and placed it on wooden slats.

    One week goes by, two weeks go by, 3 weeks, 4 weeks... I, finally, called Dreamcloud and was prepared to request a refund. However, I was offered a $250.00 discount if I kept the mattress and signed a disclaimer (giving up my 30 day trial period). Okay, I was in agreement. HOWEVER, it is now (approximately) 6 weeks, since delivery, and the mattress is still off-gassing. The off-gassing is SLOWLY dissipating. For the past week we decided to try sleeping on the mattress with the windows, partially, opened and we are using an air purifier. This seems to be working, somewhat. Quite frankly, the mattress is extremely comfortable (hence the 2 star review)! Customer service is amazing, as well. If it weren't for the off-gassing, based on the comfort of the mattress and fantastic customer service, I would have given Dreamcloud mattress a 5 star review.

Its price is very moderate and every working class can be able to purchase it easily. I have one and I enjoy it with my sweet lady.     Please do not buy from. This company everything they promise is false. There is no money back guarantee. It’s a lie. They will force you to keep the bed for 30 days and then you will still not get a refund. They also do not honor free returns. They don’t come get it. They will have every excuse as to why you can’t get your money back. The mattress is very nice but it sags really bad on the sides. You will just slide off if you sit on the bed. I have never seen anything me this. I wish I would have read the reviews here and on Google before I made the worst purchase ever. I don’t know if it’s possible to make a formal Complaint against the company since many of us have had the very same issues.

    I placed an order for a mattress on Feb 19, 2021. At the time of my order their site said 7- 10 days to ship. When the 10th day was finally here and I was hoping for an "it shipped email" they changed the date for another week... And when that came and went, they change the date to another week and so on... Here it is, March 30th, 2021 and it still has not shipped. My last status said "Est. Ship Mar 23 - Apr 01", which is in 2 days. I am beyond livid. Their excuse keeps changing from pandemic related to weather related. I am SO frustrated and angry beyond words. This mattress was supposedly "IN STOCK" when I ordered it so they shouldn't have had to "make" it. I want to cancel my order but there are certain features I wanted in this mattress and I can't stomach the thought of having to reorder from another manufacturer. If this keeps up I will end up doing that anyway. Words cannot describe how bitter I am about dealing with this company.

    Placed an order on the 1st Feb and was told at that time it was 5-10 days to process orders. It has now been 15 days and DreamCloud have still given me no indication as to when they will complete and ship my order. This company sends you 5 marketing emails per week, yet from my experience they cannot fill their existing orders and cannot even give you any kind of indication on when you can expect your mattress. Go through a mattress company that can actually send you a mattress when you order it. It doesn't matter if the mattress is any good if you have no idea when or if you will get it.

    I purchased a mattress with 365 days to try/return. The mattress doesn't suit my needs, nearly fell off the soppy sides. Requested return. I was verbally told "you need to keep sleeping on it." I said it's not going to get magically firmer sides in 30 days. Below it says 'recommend' but in fact they will NOT return the $1000 mattress I will not sleep on. I have nowhere to store it.     When I first read reviews of this mattress I made sure to check multiple sources, as I know the manufacturer site can often include only positive reviews. I felt confident with the reviews regarding the mattresses comfort and was all set to make the big purchase. Since it is such an investment, I was still skeptical and checked for more reviews. I found many negative reviews on ConsumerAffairs and Better Business Bureau. The negative reviews seemed to all have the same theme—shipping nightmare, mattresses not delivered for months and poor customer service. After reading many of these, I considered not going through with the purchase, but I noticed that these reviews were all around the start of the pandemic and the months following. In the end I decided to make the purchase.

    I bought the mattress on a Saturday (11/28) and received the mattress less than a week later on Friday 12/4. I had expected it would take at least 2 weeks to hear any updates on shipping. The delivery exceeded my expectations as well as the quality of the mattress. It is incredibly comfortable and I no longer wake up in pain.

    I am at a complete lost for words, truly. On August 29th I decided that I wanted to replace my old mattress. I then called around to a couple mattress companies and talked to an agent with Dream Cloud mattress. My husband serves his country proudly and was due to come home towards the end of September 2020 (he is now home and safe). So it was VERY important that I get a mattress to my home before his return date.

    I called into dream cloud and spoke to a rep before I even thought to make a purchase, to ensure that my mattress would get here within the allotted time frame. He ensured me with the utmost enthusiasm that my mattress would be delivered to me BEFORE the 14 business days. I then called in on the 13th business day and this is when things started to go downhill. I spoke with another rep who informed me that "They still had one more business day to give me tracking" and told me that they were "MAKING THE LABEL" to ship out to me, weird that it takes a week to verify a label but hey whatever!

    The next week rolls around and I can no longer get ahold of anyone so I go to the website and chat with an agent to check on my $1000+ mattress. I am then told that I should see movement within the next week and that tracking would be updated. (That was two weeks ago.) They then offered me a $50 dollar refund which is not NOTHING if you ask me. THAT WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. I have reached out to them almost every other day after that I keep getting LIED to. It's one thing if all the reps were saying the same thing however I am fed a different lie every time I reach out. Now that I think about it, I have been lied to since DAY 1. And they stand behind their lies proudly!

    Fast forward to this week my Active duty service member has returned home and sadly after having to sleep on a very hard bunker for the past 9 1/2 months he now has to come home to sleep on a very uncomfortable blow mattress all because dream cloud kept lying to me. Had I known the shipping would take this long I would have paid the extra $200 to Saatva or went with a more honest company. I placed my order a MONTH AGO and get lies every week. I wish there was a way to upload pictures of my message thread just to prove to you all.

    I reached out to the chat box at the beginning of the week I was told, I WOULD SEE MOVEMENT THIS WEEK!!! I thought to myself okay well at least my active duty service member won't have to go that long with sleeping uncomfortable. So, I chilled. Today I Thursday so I just reached out, and was told they could give me another $50 and that my mattress would be delivered in ANOTHER TWO WEEKS. Due to them having to find a way to "ship" my mattress. HUHHHH???

    This Company does not have any respect for the Active Duty, They Will TAKE YOUR MONEY ASAP!!! and most importantly I promise you that they WILL LIE TO YOU CONSTANTLY. I feel so bad that my husband has to sleep uncomfortable at night. I tried to make his homecoming smooth and comfortable for him but due to dream cloud constantly lying to me I have to sleep next to my Husband who serves his country proudly every single night, and watch him toss and turn because he is so uncomfortable. This breaks my heart, and I have never in my life cried so hard because of a terrible company. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.     I don't recommend buying anything from this company. We made the mistake of doing just that, only reading reviews of this company AFTER purchasing. We made our purchase Sep 5 and the confirmation email said the shipment window was 7 - 14 business days. Nothing on the website mentioned how long the shipping would take. So we waited about 10 business days and started looking at reviews, because not only had the tracking not updated, we hadn't heard a single thing from them. After finding the reviews here, we hoped that our order wouldn't be like the rest but continued to wait until the end of the 14 business day shipping window.

    I reached out to both their chat and support email on business day 15. Both reps told me the same thing, confirmed several times that I did indeed want to cancel my order. Told me the actual shipment window is 18 - 21 business days, contrary to our confirmation email. But after several back and forths both in the chat and email, they say they'll cancel my order. From the support email I see a disclaimer about the so-called cancellation:

    "Upon the cancellation of your mattress, you will receive a confirmation email for your refund. Disclaimer: This is not a guaranteed cancellation. Our warehouse will need to confirm the item status before issuing a refund. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation email, you will receive tracking details in a separate email as your item(s) ship. We encourage you to try your new DreamCloud order when it is delivered, and want to remind you of our risk-free trial period and lengthy warranty! If you still wish to return your item(s), please respond with the following photos so we may send you a return label as quickly as possible.

    - A photo of the package’s tracking label.
    - A photo of the package.

    Once we review the above photos, we will respond with your prepaid return label and instructions for scheduling that pickup through FedEx."

    I am upset at this point and start getting irritated with the support reps. I continue to push for a confirmation email, but never actually receive one. I push so much that my emails were then escalated to someone else, in some other department, who calls and leaves a voicemail to correct me and make sure I understand the shipment window is actually 18 - 21 business days. I confirm with her in email that I do actually want to cancel my order and want a refund.

    So at this point I assume that I am not actually getting a confirmation email and decide to dispute the charge on my credit card. I'm hoping it doesn't ship before that goes through because I really do not want to deal with trying to return it. Like the other reviews mention, it sounds like an absolute hassle. In the end I confirmed with them 10 times I want to cancel my order and get a refund. At this point I don't really think they have a process in place to cancel orders. Either that or they just don't want to cancel orders. I'll be filing a report or complaint with the BBB and the FTC. Anyone with a similar experience should do the same.

    I placed an order for a mattress on Sept. 7, 2020. The site and my order confirmation stated they were shipping within 7 to 14 days. Great, I was set to move into my apartment on Sept. 21. By Sept. 14, having received no update, I contacted Dreamcloud through the chat function. The rep assured me I would "see movement" on my order that week. Except I never saw movement--even past my delivery window. I had multiple contacts with Dreamcloud and was told they not only could not provide a ship date--but the time range kept changing.

    Today I asked why they couldn't at least tell me when it would leave their warehouse, and why they seemed to have no information regarding "the warehouse." I was told: "We're no longer able to disclose company information of who and how it is being controlled." Whaaatt? I cancelled my order. I was told they could not even confirm that for 2 weeks. Not to mention I have to take photos of the "free sheets" they sent in advance of the mattress--then send those in--before I can get a return label or before they will process my return.

    I've never had a company make every step of the process so difficult! I'm so thankful I didn't get their mattress as I'm sure returning that would have been a nightmare. They also appear to have removed my negative review from their website. When I questioned them about it, I was told they could provide no information regarding how reviews are ranked/placed on the page--and they did not deny that it had been removed.

    I ordered a mattress on June 3, 2020. I waited patiently due to Covid but after a month reached out to customer service. The rep couldn’t tell me where my bed was and blamed it on the shipping department. Another month goes by and still no mattress. I email them and ask for my money back or I will report them to the BBB. They ask me to please wait a little longer because the warehouse my bed was being shipped from was shut down due to Covid. They refund me $35 and tell me my mattress will ship soon. I wait another 2 weeks. Still no bed. I email them again asking for a refund. They respond, "Please give us two more weeks. Please accept this $100 refund for the inconvenience."

    I accept and wait another 2 weeks. No mattress ever came. I received a full refund on Sept 1, 2020 after being given the run around and being lied to for 3 months. I don’t know how this company operates but if you don’t have a product to send don’t take people’s money. I’ve never in my life put out almost 2 thousand dollars to not receive a product. I went to Mattress Firm today and my mattress is being delivered TOMORROW. I will never buy a mattress online again. Dreamcloud is the worst and they don’t deserve the 1 Star I rated them.

    The DreamCloud ended up being more like a nightmare with my experience ordering a mattress. I recently placed an order for a “dreamcloud mattress” and was given the ultimate run around when my money was directly deducted from my account without any problems. First and foremost the worst customer service experience when it came to securing the delivery address. I live in NY and my mattress was being delivered somewhere in Kentucky unbeknownst to me. Once I caught the error I immediately tried to contact the customer service department to rectify this error. The customer service rep assured me the address had been updated which it wasn’t.

    After numerous phone calls and given the run around which wasted a lot of my personal time the mattress never got delivered. The website initially stated 7-10 business days for delivery and here we were days after the delivery date still debating my address. Nonetheless I was left with no mattress, no bed and I had trusted this company with my nightly comfort that I still do not have. Thank you but no thank you DreamCloud.

    I purchased a mattress including "white glove delivery." 3 days after the order placement I called customer service to get an order update. They advised me that due to Covid, they would not do the "white glove" but, instead just leave the mattress outside. In addition, the old mattress would not be removed (which is part of the service). I attempted to cancel. The rep told me that because they are a "start up company" they were not able to cancel the order (even though it isn't shipping for 10 days yet). Luis, the rep went on the explain that they do everything "manually" and that's why they can't cancel. My head is still spinning. Stay clear of these counterfeits.

    I'd love to be doing a review of the Dream Cloud Mattress I purchased on Aug 1st but I can't since I haven't received it yet. My wife wanted to buy a different brand from a local mattress store, I talked her out of it. We would have saved some money and would have been sleeping on it for the last 3 weeks already. Over the last couple weeks I tried to contact dream cloud's customer service since I paid but received no updates. I received nothing in return except canned responses and more sales emails to purchase. The only time I received a personal reply was when I told them I paid them a lot of money and deserve better. I finally received a message my mattress would be delivered on the 20th. I took half a day off, took my own mattress out and waited.

    When bedtime rolled around I dragged my old mattress back up. After midnight I received a message the delivery was delayed until the 21st, today. Once again I took off and waited. Late in the afternoon I received a message once again, delivery delayed until the 24th. When I finally receive the mattress if it's as good as I originally anticipated I'll submit another review of the product, I doubt if it will change my opinion of their customer service, communication and their shipping partners.     I purchased a Dream Cloud mattress because of all the great reviews. I kind of thought it was odd that there were any negative reviews, but thought maybe this mattress is the one. I even went on the video reviews and it was rated good for heavier, side sleepers with a cooling feel. I was ecstatic to receive my new mattress. I ordered it on June 12, 2020 and received it a week later. My son came over with a friend and put it on the bed. It was too heavy for me to put on my bed. I noted a black stain on the left side but overlooked it, tried to use some wipes to get it out and than I noted a huge bulge on the same side. I waited a full day for it to expand. The bulge on the one side never really went away. The first three nights I thought I was sleeping on. A marshmallow, however, the side that had the side, felt less supportive. I figured maybe it needed time to fully expand.

    A week later the sag got deeper and miles supportive. I tried to call customer service and I couldn’t reach them. Hours of staying on hold. I tried emailing them and never got a response. I was so fed up I calls Affirm financing, who wants proof I emailed them. I told them, I did the emails through Dreamcloud site and there is no proof or confirmation number.

    Finally today two months after receiving the mattress I got through to Dreamcloud/Nectar. I spoke to Jason, he demanded pictures or the issue to start the filing process of the return. I said, "It’s a good thing. I just can’t stand the mattress and want to return it like you advertise." He continued to tell me he wants pictures. I told him I would provide them, but asked him to read the return policy and false advertising. He hung up on me. I wish I found these reviews, before I ordered from this company. I will call the Better Business Bureau, before they keep my money. On to A mattress Hunt, that I can try out in a store, before I buy.

    I placed my order in July 25th and assumed it was going to be here on a reasonable amount of time. I have been in contact with your customer service and have received contradictory information. The first person told me that my mattress was going to be here on August 4. After that day went by and I tracked the package I contact CS again and was told that August 4 was the delivery date for the sheets and mattress cover that was shipped from a different warehouse. That didn't arrive either on August 4.

    At this point I have contacted their awful customer service 4 times (3 chats and 1 email) and I still don't have an estimated time of arrival for the mattress I already paid for. The have all provided different information along the way just to get rid of me. I have asked to be put in contact with their supervisors or manager and they told me "We do not have a direct contact to them". I so regret buying spending my hard-worked money on this shady company. I really hope I like this mattress because I can't imagine what a nightmare it must be to return it. I'm also making sure to share my disappointing experience with other buyers using every channel possible.

    I purchased a Full mattress and AFTER I made the purchase, a message popped up that the delivery for the mattress may take up to 14 days. I had moved and didn't bring my old bed with me so I was a bit frustrated that wasn't advertised prior to the purchase but thought I would have surely have it within the two weeks. My biggest regret was not canceling the order! I am now 21 days without a mattress and keep getting the run around from the "email" customer service representative. The shipping status keeps changing and now it just says "pending". Their answer to me was to wait another week and then they will trace. I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

    I purchased a mattress and foundation from this company nearly 6 weeks ago. I financed my $1600 purchase thru Affirm. My free pillows and towels arrived in a week. It took 4 weeks for my foundation to arrive and I have yet to receive my mattress. I have reached out to this company more than 7 times via email and received limited responses which took weeks to receive. First, DreamCloud blamed the pandemic for the delay. Next, they said with high demand they didn't have the product I purchased although it stated in stock on the website when I did. And lastly, they are blaming their shipping partner UPS for not picking up the shipments. You cannot call anyone at the company and it took me more than 5 weeks and several hours each time of waiting to do a live chat with a customer rep.

    When I finally was able to live chat with a customer rep I was told the exact same thing about their shipping partner and that to please be patient and understanding during this difficult time. Really?? $1600 is a lot of money and I have already had to make my first payment for something I never received. Patience is a few weeks. I also asked the representative for the name of DreamCloud's CEO and president and they flatly refused to tell me that person's name. I am to assume that the company owners must know that they are doing a terrible job and are deceiving customers. Lastly, I find it deplorable that right at the top of DreamCloud's web page today is still a banner advertising 7-14 day shipping. If I were you I would pass right by this company and purchase a hybrid mattress from a different company. It will save you a lot of time, trouble and deceit.

    We received the mattress in great condition. The bedframe with headboard however had some damage. We requested a warranty replacement for the parts that were damaged and they were out of stock. We did receive them about 1.5 months later. They sent us an entire new headboard and frame set that was brand new and an upgraded or newer version than the one we had originally received. Very impressed with their help. Emailing customer support is a little bit slow, but they made up for the timing.

    I have found the right mattress after years of too hard or too soft or not cool enough. Granted I have aged but now I have found a great mattress to sleep in. My woman also loves this mattress.     First, I will say I do love the mattress. That’s where any positivity ends. I had issues with delivery, it happens, but they were 100% unhelpful. They do not respond to e-mail, you can connect via chat, but you literally sit in queue for hours!!! When I ordered my mattress I also ordered a protector. I received an e-mail saying it would be delayed 3-5 business days, TWO MONTHS AGO. I cannot reach anyone, no updates, just nothing. The mattress is real, so not a total scam, but their lack of service once they’ve got your money is atrocious. I would never buy from them again.

    I purchased a Dream Cloud. Not even two days it came defective. Unable to reach customer service. Only by email. They make me take several pictures. Say they never call me back and made me send photos and tags and now refuses to help me... It’s sitting in my garage and refuse to pick it up. He will. Buyers stay away from dream cloud mattress. Also refuse to send me the finance people’s number So I can call them..Cloud mattress is there a bunch of frauds scammers working for that company. Need help.     The unit was too hot. We asked to process a return from Dream Cloud and they delayed the response to state that the 365 night risk trial expired and would not honor the agreement. Even when I had a written email asking for the return prior to my 365 end date. Their customer service is the worst and the worst experience I had. I asked for White Glove delivery. They sent me FedEx and I had to carry the unit in up three flights of stairs. They only offered a cool pad cover that I had to pay for. Do not buy this mattress. Dream cloud uses tactics to avoid any returns. I went and purchased the 2nd option bed for which was a Casper bed.

    Terrible customer service! I was charged for the product before it was even shipped only to then be delayed. Then it was hours that turned into days to get a hold of customer service. I called, emailed, and waited online. It was an absurd amount of time. The online wait, OMG! I was in line at (#1) forever, then constantly changed to (#3), how does that even happen?

    Finally... days later I was able to chat with someone. I wanted a simple refund since I didn't receive the product that was delayed but I was charged for the same day. I was now told I have to wait for the warehouse to approve the refund. Wait a minute, what??? Obviously there is no in the warehouse or I wouldn't have this issue in the first place! A 250 million dollar company with this kind of customer service. Please save yourself. Order somewhere else for bedding products! The bedding market is super competitive. Sounds like they need to get it together!

    Purchased this mattress because of all their good reviews on their website (5 star rating.) I found their real reviews on Consumer Affairs (1 star rating!) and tried to cancel the order the day I made it. They have no customer service phone line, their online chat doesn’t work, emailed them every day for a week with no response to cancel. They finally emailed me back a week later to say they already shipped the item. Which I still haven't received yet. They told me to take photos of the package and label when I received it and that they will create a rerun label and have someone pick it up. This order shouldn’t have been shipped in the first place. Worst customer service ever!

    Ordered my mattress on 4/25/20. They drafted my account the same day and I did not receive the mattress until 5/7. Definitely not the 3-5 days. After the first night I wanted to return it but my husband convinced me to give it a little more time. I thought it did not address the major pressure points (Shoulders and hips). Seemed quite firm and unforgiving.

    After a week, he said, "Send it back". We hurt so bad in the mornings we were willing to sleep on the floor. Returns are not eligible in the first 30 days so we had to wait to return it. Day 31 we send the required pictures to support. They took 5 days to approve the return and donation of the mattress. Mattress was picked up 6/21. The refund they have calculated is NOT A FULL REFUND. They charge you for the so-called FREE gifts for trying the mattress if you return it. I have waited hours upon hours on the phone and with chat to talk to someone, no one will respond. They have not responded to emails since the pick up date either. I will be disputing with my credit card company now for the $120 they are keeping for the not so cool Duvet. I would only give them a half star for the fact they do donate the mattresses to a good organization.

    Working now to return a King DreamCloud. As a previous review states, been on hold for over three hours on three different attempts to get through. Emailed as well and very slow to respond to my first email. It's been three days since I responded to their vague follow up email with the information they requested and no response. Their return process is terrible and seemingly disorganized. The mattress isn't terrible, but definitely not firm enough for a side sleeper, especially a man over 200lbs. My wife is much lighter than me and it's too soft for her as well. I bought it with the assurance of their promises for return ease and access. Not happy at all.

    My fiancé and I ordered a bed from them 2 weeks ago. Order number **. It arrived So tightly sealed in a box that the bed now has a permanent crease on ALL sides. It feels terrible. Like a water bed. When my 139lb fiancé lays down I feel every bit of my side go up in the air. I have been trying to contact these people for days, sending several emails and calling the 1-855-976-4860 That I keep finding written on everything. I am sitting on the phone right now..on hold having never spoken to anyone. There is an answering machine that picks up when you first call that says, “Welcome to the return line. Please hold.” It plays terrible music then leaves you on hold forever never picking up. I sat on the phone for an hour the other day while at work and no one picked up. I took screenshots and everything for proof.

    I received the bed last Friday and have been trying to get my money back and return this piece of crap ASAP but NO ONE IS EVER HOME. Pleased shut these people down. We paid over 1,500 that we Don’t have for a good night's rest. I am an EMT and I lift human beings all day. This is unacceptable at best. I truly hope this place gets caught, fined a huge sum of money and then shut down. It is crazy.

    I am giving 3 stars because their free items are only free if you like the mattress. I researched and read reviews on the dreamcloud. It says it is med/firm softness. Believe me it is NOT. I could tell upon opening the package that is was going to be very soft. If you like a soft mattress that you sink into, this is for you. If you sleep on your stomach it is not. They say it is for all sleepers but you will have the backache like never before if you sleep on your stomach. Also, they were giving free comforters with order. Well, I returned the mattress, which, went pretty smoothly, but, they are keeping $100 of my money for a comforter that was free and I never asked for.

    In December 2019 on my way home from work I was hit head on by another driver, I was flown in critical condition, spent months in the hospital. I have a broken pelvis, hip, knees feet arm besides internal injuries. I did have a good memory foam mattress from Walmart but still woke up in pain. I ordered this mattress and couldn't wait for it to come, in the meantime I went on to the better business bureau and saw a lot of complaints, I became really stressed out and very worried!! Very concerned!! It came today and it is the most amazing thing. I am so happy that I ordered it and glad that I did not read those complaints first because if I had I probably would not have ordered it. It feels amazing!

    We have 3 Dream Clouds. We have only had them for a few months but so far very comfortable. The first one we ordered prior to start of Covid and received very quickly as advertised but I must agree with other reviewers the box arrived VERY smashed. We then tried to order two more for our kids rooms first from Mattress Firm and they did not arrive in advertised time.

    After a week calling Mattress Firm they finally told me they don’t know what is going on because they are now showing a ship date over a month after I placed my order. I told them to just cancel and I would order directly from Dreamcloud because their customer service claimed it would ship in a week. After 5 days no word of shipment so I went through same frustration as all other reviewers trying to reach customer service which is impossible. Then they switched to only communicate via email which I never received an answer or call back.

    I finally researched their parent company Resident and found someone in their executive offices and emailed them directly and she responded quickly. If I had not been intent to reach someone I’m sure I would still be getting the same run around the other reviewers are getting. I would recommend other reviewers go to the Resident website and find someone in their corporate office and email them. You will get nowhere with dreamcloud customer service. We need to purchase another mattress but will try a different brand because it appears Dreamcloud is still having issues and I don’t care for the abuse again. Too bad because we like the mattress so far but after reading other reviews that it is not same quality is used to be 2 years ago I hope the comfort holds up.

    Purchased DreamCloud mattress for $1203 on May 23. Website says free trial and Returns/Refunds, plus "Made in USA." All lies. It arrived after several delays on June 4. Box was heavily damaged. Bottom says, "Made in Thailand." I phoned customer service and was put on hold for 33 minutes, so I went to website chat and after about 20 minutes got someone named Robin ** with parent company, Resident. They asked me to upload photos of damaged box and tracking information. I did. They then said someone would pick up heavy box, which is blocking my walkway, within 3-5 days and process Refund. Another lie. Today, Robin sent me an email instructing ME to donate unused mattress and then provide proof of donation to charity before they'd process my refund. Reported to my bank, Better Business Bureau, and CA Consumer Affairs. THIS COMPANY IS BAD NEWS! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!

    We were so excited to purchase this mattress as we read a lot of great reviews on the product. Too bad we've yet to try it. Can't very well use the mattress without the platform bed we ordered. A little history: we placed our order for a King Size Luxe Bundle (includes mattress, platform bed, mattress protector, and sheets) on May 9, 2020. We received our mattress on May 14, 2020 The estimated delivery for the platform bed and mattress protector was stated May 15, 2020. We received the mattress protector on May 18, 2020. When checking the status of the platform bed, it had changed to "Ready To Go". When checking on the status of the sheets it has consistently said, "Items are being packed". I wrote to Dream Cloud's customer service (as that is the only way to communicate-- they do not answer their phone or chat) asking where our items were. Dream Cloud responded with:

    "We apologize for the ongoing delays. We assure you that we are doing everything we can to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience. At this time we are waiting for the scan from our shipper that will update your tracking information to reflect a time frame for your delivery. Again, we do sincerely apologize for these delays and we appreciate your patience."

    We finally received our sheets on May 22, 2020. We chose to purchase a bundle because we'd be assured of having the proper foundation for our mattress. We've had our mattress about 3 weeks now but we can't use it because we don't have the foundation and I don't want to buy another one because I'm afraid it will void the warranty.

    As of today May 27th, It is still showing that the platform bed is "Ready To Go". It's been "Ready To Go" for nearly 3 weeks now and I have no idea who has it. Is it with FedEx? Dream Cloud?? Who knows?? I put in another ticket inquiring about my missing item and I called their customer service number (Ha ha ha!!!) I have been on hold for the past 45 minutes waiting for someone to pick up their customer service line. I have no doubt that that is never going to happen. This has been so disappointing! I will update this review if we ever do get to try out the mattress.

    One of the rare times in my life I was so appalled by the "customer service" of a company that I felt COMPELLED to warn potential customers. The mattress was NOT delivered in the 3-5 business days claimed, and when I called after over TWO WEEKS to ask when it would arrive, that it was delaying MOVING into an apartment (think about it, a bare mattress is the FIRST item needed to move into an empty apartment), I was finally ASSURED (I have the FULL TRANSCRIPT of the customer chat with their rep) that it would arrive "tomorrow" (I'd paid extra for "white glove" installation), and when, having waited the entire day and it did not arrive, of course the next day I queued up for their customer service chat again (be prepared to wait 1-2 hours MINIMUM), the NEW rep said (again, I have the FULL TRANSCRIPT of our conversation) that the prior rep should NOT have said that, that he had NO IDEA when it would ship.

    When I explained that their failure to deliver the mattress AS PROMISED "We are shipping within 3-5 business days" their website banner PROCLAIMS (FALSELY) PREVENTED me from moving into an apartment I was ALREADY paying for rent on, his comment was "let's give it until next Friday to see". I told him that was over a WEEK away, on TOP of the over two weeks already, when their WEBSITE PROCLAIMED "We are shipping within 3-5 business days." He told me that was all he could suggest. So I told him was he GUARANTEEING delivery by that point. He said no.

    So I said, "Let me get this straight, you're asking me to give your company another week, nearly a FULL MONTH to SEE whether I had received my mattress?" He said yes, that was what he was proposing. I asked why should I believe anything he or any other DREAMCLOUD representative said when the prior representative (this rep had of course reviewed the prior transcript, so he knew everything I said was factually true, to the letter) had given me FALSE INFORMATION, he again said that was all he could suggest.

    When I pointed out, in closing, that their website banner was PROCLAIMING (falsely) that they were shipping in 3-5 business days, and here he was proposing that MAYBE I might get it after a MONTH ("No, I can't guarantee that."), he again said that's all he could suggest. I told him in closing that his company was making FALSE REPRESENTATIONS to potential customers IN ORDER to induce them to buy, and that was a breach of contract, and undoubtedly FALSE ADVERTISING, he had no response. I informed American Express of all this, and I have the complete transcripts to prove every detail and that I was hereby canceling the order forthwith. Consider yourself warned!

    This is literally the worst experience I've ever had purchasing anything in my life. They have no customer service phone number, the mattress is not as advertised, when using the chat function on the website it takes hours to get through to someone, and no one returns emails. My order has been "processing" for weeks, they can't cancel the order until it is delivered which is insane, and even when it is delivered they have to send me return labels for the product and then FedEx will have to come back to return it. The mattress is also not as advertised on their website which is profoundly unethical.

    I just received my second Dream Cloud mattress. I love the one I received last year. This is not the SAME quality. The pillow top is not hand tufted, hence too soft. It is not as thick as the one I have. After reading opinions, separate from Dream Cloud ads, I see that there is an agreement that this mattress has changed design, firmness and quality. My problem, I have called, left messages, emailed, waited on the "chat", to no avail. I understand their return policy, they don't take the mattress back, the buyer needs to "donate" and show a receipt.

    At this point no organization is doing this. I have called my credit card, and they will investigate. As I said the first one I love. In investigating I found that "hand tufting" is an very expensive procedure. I also read that they have left out the natural latex layer. No way for me to know unless I cut the mattress in half. I just want my money refunded, so I can purchase another mattress. It's sad for me that Dream Cloud has lowered their standards and cheapen their quality.

    The Dream Cloud mattress was the eighth mattress we'd purchased in 5 years. It looked promising and we hoped this would be the answer to our problems with mattresses. Saggy sides, foam compression, dips in the middle, loss of support, no restful sleep, all seemed to be common issues with several of the mattresses we tested.

    We purchased the Dream Cloud with high expectations. Unfortunately, after our 100 day trial, we realized that the Dream Cloud mattress was giving us the same problems every other mattress had. That's when the real problems started: The return process. We are not new to returning a mattress. Having bought other mattresses by mail and gone through the return process, so we expected a straightforward and easy process. Our customer experience with Dream Cloud could not have been more agonizingly far away from straightforward.

    If you want to reach Dream Cloud for any reason, do not bother with their internal message system or email address. We waited a week after each message with no response. We then resorted to a phone call, where the wait time to speak to customer service was sometimes days. Every single time we called, we were instructed to leave a call-back number. The first two times we left our number, we received no call back. On the third attempt, they called us the next day.

    This latent call-back occured after they sent us an email with instructions for return processing with a deadline attached. We supplied the requested information, and we were supposed to receive authorization for donation. Our deadline was slowly ticking down and still no reply. So...back to the days, long wait time to talk to customer service in order to get it resolved. Tick tock, tick tock, a week later, still no email, no authorization, no contact. Call number five, delay, repeat the same confirmation, and we were beginning to wonder if they were stalling so they could stick us with a sub-par mattress.

    After more delays and excuses, we got the authorization email and arranged for the donation pick up. After the charity picked up the mattress, we emailed the required documents to Dream Cloud and waited for the reply authorizing our refund. One week, two weeks...no email. Back to the call center and more waiting for call-backs. We explained the situation to them, and they asked us to resend the email again. Sure, fine, no problem. Sent. Another week went by, and we were forced to make another payment on a mattress we had already returned.

    This had become the most frustrating customer service experience of our lives. Another call, another cycle of waiting for a call-back. We finally had an acknowledgement that the mattress was returned, and we were notified that the refund would be processed in two weeks. Fast forward two weeks, and still, no refund! Another call and wait cycle, and we were told there was a "hold-up" on their end. We were then told that our refund was being applied in real-time, and to wait two more weeks for our refund. Finally, after three months of complete incompetence, we recieved our refund.

    This seems to be a well built mattress and we really wanted to like it, but after 5 months, both of our backs hurt every morning. My husband has several disc issues which is why we chose Dream Cloud. The quilted top has pretty deep grooves. So we went through the "return"/donation process, the mattress is gone, and it has been almost 30 days, still no refund. They have told me it's been processed twice now, it hasn't been. So now I'll have to try to dispute the charge with the credit card company and hope it's not too late. If there is any chance you might want to return this mattress, I don't recommend buying it in the first place.

    The biggest reason to purchase from Dreamcloud or any of their affiliated brands would be their return promise. They promise to facilitate the return process from start to finish. Unfortunately, this is not how they really operate. We requested a return from them over a month ago. They responded by asking if we were sure we didn't want to keep the mattress, offering to replace the mattress, and offering us money off the mattress in return for losing the warranty. Each time we would say no, they would come back with another offer a few days later.

    When they realized we weren't going to keep the mattress, they started giving us tasks to do - research local charities, research local disposal services, find a local community member to take it, etc. Each time, there were requirements we would need to hit in order to qualify for the return. When we finally got another company to take the mattress, they told us they were issuing the refund. Only, we still haven't received it almost 3 weeks later and they're telling us they're experiencing delays. We're now disputing the charge, as we have little trust in this company.

    Mattress developed sink holes in just 3 months. The two young men I had hired to set up my DreamCloud mattress tore off the tags, so the DreamCloud folks continue to give me the run around, saying they must have a picture of the tags showing attached to the mattress. I sent them pictures of many angles to show the "sink holes" and they will are not honoring the warranty. It also takes forever, often weeks for them to respond to email or phone calls. Horrible support after the purchase. Fast to sell, nearly impossible to get them to provide answers or support. Sincerely, AJ in Dayton, Ohio.

    I received 2 twin xl mattresses and one was 3 inches thinner than it's supposed to be and very uncomfortable. I emailed their Customer Service multiple time with no reply, and called multiple times, and tried to do a live chat and was on hold forever. Finally I reached them by phone and was advised that they would send me a replacement right away, and email me once it's been shipped. It's been 4 days and no reply, so I emailed them again and still no reply.

    Adjustable frame delivered damaged, was almost impossible to contact anyone from DreamCloud, countless times on hold, they would not answer my emails. then 3 different reps told me 3 different procedures for returning the frame. I took pictures and did everything they told me to do. Was told I had to dispose of the frame and show proof it was disposed of. Finally got ahold of another rep who is arranging a pick up, hopefully this will happen and I get my credit. Very frustrating company to work with.

    Ordered 2 mattresses. One never came, got credit for that one. Then there one smelled like it had been saturated with pesticides - not your typical gas-off. As instructed donated it. (After 3 weeks in my garage it still stunk the whole place up). It's been 4 months and STILL NO CREDIT for the one I donated, despite an email stating I would get it. If you do business, you WILL regret it!

    The DreamCloud hybrid mattress is advertised as perfect for back and side sleepers. I am a back sleeper. After sleeping on this mattress for more than a month, I wake up every morning with a painful lower backache. The firmness is woefully inadequate. The DreamCloud by Resident company has not lived up to their claim of "If you’re not 100% satisfied, get a full refund." Since no one answers the phone, I initiated a return request seven days ago via the email address provided on the website.

    I've made several follow-up attempts including multiple emails and at least a dozen telephone contact attempts. No one of DreamCloud has contacted me! You will NOT get a person if you try calling the returns number (833.237.3269). You will be on hold forever, and if you select the return call option, no one from DreamCloud will call you back. This company is not honest and be very wary of all the fake reviews on their website. Do not purchase a mattress from DreamCloud by Resident!

    After not even two months of sleeping on the DreamCloud mattress, the middle of the mattress starting having a deep indent. I have slept there alone and am of average weight and height. Getting help has been a nightmare. It's been two weeks and I have to continually follow up with them. The only reason for all their great reviews is because they ask for those within a month of purchasing it. At first it was great and I gave it a 5 star. But their customer service stinks.

    DreamCloud's customer service is fantastic, and they do stand by their 365 night guarantee. I purchased a mattress from DreamCloud about 9 months ago, and sadly I discovered I needed a more firm mattress for my back. I purchased a new mattress and placed the DreamCloud one in my guestroom temporarily. I immediately came to this website to read the reviews about their refund policy, and to my dismay read customers bad experiences. I reached out to DreamCloud via phone, selected the callback feature and received a call in about 20 minutes from one of their management team members Kara. I was floored by the options she offered me to keep me as a customer.

    First they offered a topper for the mattress at no cost. Then offered me an exchange for a different mattress from one of their sister companies which I would've gladly accepted had I not bought a new mattress already. At this point she walked me through the company's process and policy, and processed my refund which should take about 7 business days. It's not a difficult process to take advantage of their guarantee, and the care she took with me over the phone was top notch. I'm moving into a new home in a couple of months and will need to buy another mattress for a small guest room; you guessed it. I'm going to purchase one from one of their sister companies because of their customer service, how they stand by their products, and their follow through with their guarantees. I do take reviews with a grain of salt, but I can attest this company is more than ok to do business with.

    We ordered our bed and the confirmation email said it would arrive in 5 days - it actually took three weeks!! I emailed the company twice in those three weeks thinking there was an issue with my order, only to receive an email a full week after my mattress had arrived stating "We aren't sure what the issue is -it appears your mattress has been delivered". Seriously? Then we requested a return two months into the one year trial. First they needed pictures, then they needed a picture at a better angle, then they offered me discounts on their other mattresses if I didn't return this one - all of these were 2-3 day gaps in communication after I responded immediately.

    I'm now 2 weeks into trying to get this mattress returned and the email I got today was "We'd be happy to take care of your return, please just sign the attached form and we'll issue a refund to your original payment method". The form was for a $250 credit and stated that I would void the trial and would own the mattress. If I hadn't read it carefully I would have been scammed out of the return!! I've never seen service like this. Buyer beware.

    I tried to file my return in the 365+30 day window however they denied my return since I ordered before Feb of this year (before they added the 30-day window). This offer is front and center on their website with no clear caveats. I would have returned earlier if I did not think I had more time. This practice is dishonest and wanted to flag for other customers.

    I bought a king size mattress and platform bed frame. The frame only lasted a couple months. Every weld on the center support rail snapped at the weld. I contacted DreamCloud 2 times in the last 9 days and still have not received any response. Needless to say their customer service is garbage. The mattress is ok.

    I purchased the original DreamCloud in June of 2018 and I absolutely loved it. In September, I contacted DreamCloud regarding a warranty issue (sagging) and was offered a replacement because the mattress was under warranty. The website still touts the true tufted cashmere top and this was one of my determining factors when making my final decision in 2018.

    I received my replacement mattress and it is nowhere near the quality or comfort of my original mattress. The top is not cashmere and is not tufted. Also, they removed the base layer foam as well as the side bolster foam which makes the mattress flimsy and very cheap feeling. Most importantly, the comfort level has gone down significantly.

    I have demanded my money back and have been told no because I am outside the 365 day trial. All I want is my replacement mattress to be of the same quality and comfort as the one I originally purchased. This company is a joke and their mattresses are terrible. I am seeking legal counsel and will be seeking compensation well above the original purchase price now due to deceptive advertising and the absurd amount of personal time spent trying to remedy this situation. Do NOT buy a mattress from this company. This is a clear cut scam.

    I ordered a king size DreamCloud mattress 2 weeks ago and it was recently delivered. We set it up in our platform frame and immediately noticed the different top. The top actually looked flat and the material on top was loose and not tightly fitted like it is in the photos on their website. Once it was fully inflated, it measured at only 14.5 inches and not 15 inches. I am extremely disappointed as it turns out that they have drastically changed their mattress without any notification of the changes (as the previous reviewer noted).

    I called them today and was told that they changed the top to remove the tufting and buttons AND removed the natural latex layer that they advertise on their website. So the mattress is not at all what they advertise on their website, nor is the same mattress that all of these various reviewers are showing in their YouTube reviews. I am so very disappointed because a big part of the reason I ordered the mattress was due to the comfy Euro topper that they have completely removed. This is false advertising and a terrible way to do business. And like the previous reviewer said, this looks like a way to save money. Additionally, the mattress feels very soft and more like a memory foam mattress. It is not at all firm and that could be due to the removal of the latex layer and the puffy Euro topper. So disappointed in this mattress and this company.

    Bought a mattress online. Took over a month to receive after being told 5 days. Paid for “white glove” service mattress frame - arrived broken. Still haven’t heard from company about replacement after I was asked does it work for me or do I need a replacement. “No I’ll keep the broken one lol“. Beware of this company. Once they get your money it’s all your problem. Very disappointing. Asked for a refund on white glove at least. Was told n possible.

    Please let your subscribers know that Dreamcloud has changed their design and has not told anyone about it - nothing on their website nor photos, etc. This makes your review inaccurate. They have removed the tufting from the construction of their mattress. This came as a complete surprise to me (when I opened the mattress bag and laid it out on my support frame) and I was told that the design was changed due to "customer feedback", which I know is not the truth. I am 100% certain that this had to do with manufacturing costs and increased profits for DreamCloud and parent, Nectar.

    I was told they have been shipping these new designs for a few months but "have not gotten around to updating our photos and website". My question is, what else do they have to do when they are an online retailer? They have no bricks and mortar, no parking lots to maintain, nor security personnel or cashiers to pay. You get the picture! The only thing any online retailer has to do is advertise the product as it will be shipped - nothing more, nothing less. This company could not even do that.

    I feel as though I was completely taken as the tufting was an attractive design feature that I know added durability and a touch of quality to this design. The only saving grace is that I can still return it if I am not satisfied. However, the tufting made the mattress more durable and I am concerned about the years to come. Very disenchanted with this company. PLEASE tell your subscribers. Please update your review(s). Thank you for listening to my rant. I am beyond frustration! Dave
