    Stay away from DreamCloud. They promise a 365 live with & make sure you love it. No question asked return policy. This is not true. When you go to return they return the mattress but not the bases which is the majority of the purchase price. Stay Away from this company.

    The mattress we bought depressed greatly On 1 side, they voided warranty due to period blood stains on the opposite side. They denied warranty due to superficial stain! Ladies beware what this company does!

    Received my bed/quilted headboard today. Upon opening the packaging, I found headboard is ripped. I was offered $50 but the headboard will continue to rip so I requested a replacement. The bed weighs 146 lbs so I had to hire 2 neighborhood boys to carry it in. Now with the replacement I will have to hire them again to bring the new one in and remove the old headboard. Then I will have to pay bulk pick up to take it away. This damage is costing me $ but DreamCloud is leaving the trashed headboard as my problem. I COMPLETELY REGRET MY PURCHASE. TRASH.

    The mattress was very uncomfortable. I called to try and return. The first time they said they would pick it up, and then see if they would refund me. So is the refund not even guaranteed? Then I'm out of money and have no bed? The customer service was awful. My wife and I have had several high end beds over the years usually one of us will like and the other not so much as we have varying sleep preferences. But both of us dislike this mattress. Stay away from the premium DreamCloud mattress and dream cloud in general.

    We ordered a split King bed and one of the adjustable bases has not worked since day 1. Unfortunately, this company uses a 3rd party for their bases and I was told after calling into their call center that I would have to call that company. First red flag: They won't even help with a brand new product. The call center sent out a technician about 10 days later and after examining the base he said the main head motor is faulty and a new motor must be ordered. After 20 days we still haven't received any updates on this matter. I called Serve Co. again (the 3rd party they use for the bases), and after looking into our account they have informed us the motors are back ordered and they have no idea when those will be available.

    To have a brand new bed frame have issues from day 1 and Dream Cloud would not stand behind their product is unacceptable. A new base should have been sent out ASAP and we would happily return the faulty base. I just called Dream Cloud again and their off-site phone call center is pleasant but they can't really help at all. They are asking for photos to be sent of the base and then maybe they can help. Please be warned of this company. You are better off purchasing a bed from somewhere else that has better customer service.

    Literally the worst mattress ever. I wake up every day with back pain. Functionality is fine. I would give mattress a zero star if I could. They also will not take back the mattress as stated on their website. A loss of a lot of money!

    The worst bed I’ve ever laid on in my life. It sags slumps slips. Very perplexed by the whole experience. I would not recommend this bed to anyone not even my dog.. Buyer beware this bed sucks. They told me they were gonna send me a solution a 2 inch firm topper, which makes the bed even worse. It’s quite laughable. I feel like someone’s playing a joke on me.

    This is solely on my customer service experience thus far. I just received my Dreamcloud mattress today, and got on their website's chat to see about getting my old mattress picked up. I had done my due diligence and researched many different companies and what they provided, considered any deals and discounts. I asked the dreamcloud agent if my old mattress would be picked up. They said yes. (I then looked it that it's California state law that retailers must provide the service of old mattress pick up and recycling.) So I thought, great! Ordered my mattress.

    So like I said, I received the mattress today and reached out to dreamcloud. The agent tells me: "I am very sorry but with regards to that, for your old mattress to also have a removal service, you must have place the service that we provide for installing and also removing old mattresses when you placed your order with us." I proceed to tell him it's California law and even copy and paste this information to him. I have been on a chat with him for almost an hour, just got a response back from him: "May I ask if you would consider on having your old mattress donated through charity or to a friend or family?" So it looks as if they are not going to comply with the law. I looked up the business information, and their corporate address is in CA, I was surprised because they should know the law in this state.

    Wednesday, July 23rd, I spoke with Heinz (DreamCloud Customer Representative). I asked him three times, If I placed an order today, can the beds be delivered by no later than Saturday, July 27th. He assured me that my items 2 frames and 2 mattresses would arrive by Saturday. The next day, I began receiving emails from DreamCloud stating that one item will be delivered on Friday, one item on Saturday, one item on Sunday, and one item the following Wednesday.

    On Friday, July 25th, I spoke with Jessica, DreamCloud Customer Service Representative, told me that the items are coming from different warehouses. Nevertheless, I responded, stating that I did not care where the items came from, I need my items delivered as promised. Well, the moral of the story is all of my items will not be delivered as promised. So, don't believe anything they say about delivery when it is out of their control.

    I purchased the DreamCloud premier hybrid for my Mother (who has a really bad back) because it is advertised as a “Medium Firm” and also because I have one too. Mine is firm when you sit on the sides, and doesn’t collapse, but the one my Mother has is far too soft. In searching for the tag, there is one on there that looks far different from mine. (See attached) This is odd to me and makes me wonder if this was a returned/reboxed mattress? It was ordered on 3/2025, and the mfg date is 8/2024.

    My mother tried sleeping on it for a few months, but it’s so uncomfortable she can’t stand it. I’ve contacted the DreamCloud customer service department on a few occasions; first regarding my mattress (advertised as 13”, but really just 12”. Sort of like made in the USA?🤷🏻‍♀️). They sent me a replacement. I told the agent my mattress was fine, I just wanted a refund for the difference of the 12” price vs the 13” price. She guided me how to measure and send photo, then sent me a new one. 🤷🏻‍♀️

    Now I’ve started working on this one AGAIN, (long story but started it a month ago) because it’s clearly substandard and not the quality of the DreamCloud I purchased for myself or my Mom. What a difference a year makes! I’ve sent an email to the CEO of DreamCloud Nectar, and the customer support, but no responses to previous messages. I’m back at my Mom’s and we had to get her a different bed, so I’m requesting a refund. She does not have the room to store the other bed, so I need them to respond and offer a pickup date ASAP!     My wife wanted to try adjustable frame, and we went with DreamCloud because of their return policy. We had to buy twin xl mattresses bundles with frame. We waited for her new bed to go with these items in May after receiving mattress and frame at end of March. When putting together the frame with mattress was too high and hard to make. My wife also had a hard time sleep with the adjustable settings. So, I removed all pieces and set into another room. After vacation at end of June I called to return items. Explained it wasn't the mattresses the made sleeping difficult it was the adjustable frame but because the Mattresses were twins I would need to return everything and purchase a king one-piece mattress. She arranged the return and told me that someone would call me about picking up the mattress.

    I asked about the frames, and she stated that they may or may not send someone or they may have me discard them. They came and picked up mattresses a refunded my them but not the frames. I emailed asking and they now stated they told me the return time was over I was not able to return. This was not said and the only reason I was returning the mattresses was because of the frames. I would never have returned them if I knew. Now I have frames I can't use. Their bundled purchase with 365 return was misleading and their phone conversation as well.

    I bought a Dream cloud Hybrid King 10 months ago and when I moved it to another house, the seam tore. While I was within the year return and it comes with the 10 year warranty, I guess we can all figure out what happened when I contacted Dream Cloud. I also have a Serta that I have moved four times without incident but the Dream Cloud mattress tore the first time I tried to move it. Clearly, it is an inferior product. My review is for people that read Dream Cloud’s guarantee's thinking that is the difference maker between their mattress and a rival. It is just cleverly worded BS. Think twice because if you have an incident, their words have nothing behind them.

    I ordered a king premier and was given a 6/30/2025 delivery date by both FedEx and DreamCloud. I am 72 yrs old so I had some younger friends come take my old mattress on 6/30. My mattress never came. I have been sleeping on the floor since. I called customer service and spoke with Alea who was insulting and of no help whatsoever. Don’t even bother to call them, as they seem to not care. Now I’m told that my mattress will be here on 7/8/2025.

    Cheapest quality bed frame I have ever seen. Arrived bent and damaged and had clearly just been repackaged after someone else returned it. Do not buy - the quality is terrible, the slats are flimsy, warped, and have splinters. The headboard on the bed frame is so short that with pillows on the mattress, the headboard isn't visible.

    I ordered this mattress and the adjustable base and assumed both pieces would be returnable within 365 days. Only the mattress is returnable within 365. So now I’m stuck with a base that I still owe over $900 on. It’s only returnable for the first 60 days. Buyer beware!

    Updated on 06/06/2025: Just a hilarious update. I just received the incorrect order yet again, for a fourth time. At this point I am curious on how many orders in a row they could get wrong. I mean, statistically speaking they have to get it right at some point right? They gave me another $30 off ($60 total now) and promised they will get it right. Stayed tuned.

    Original Review: I wish I was able to leave a review about how the product was but I can't because Dream Cloud can't seem to figure out to how to ship the correct product. I simply ordered a king size mattress with frame and headboard and three times in a row the wrong size headboard and wrong color has been shipped to me. I understand mistakes happen but this is to the level of incompetence. I called them at noon today to inform them that, for the third time, they will need to send FedEx to my house to pick up their product. I have not heard back from them as of yet. Buying this bed and having the correct one delivered has turned into a nightmare. Super unfortunate. Will update when I hear back from them.

    We got the Premier mattress with adjustable frame. The mattress and frame is nice and comfortable. The frame arrived damaged from shipping and reached out to customer support to send pictures and they have been unresponsive.

    I am so disappointed in this company. I ordered a mattress from Dreamcloud 4/28. They advertised 2/3 days to fulfill the order. As of 5/6 there is no shipping date or a tracking number. I have emailed several times and they do not provide an answer. I called and waited 10 minutes on the phone to speak to someone and that was another mistake. The call conveniently was disconnected. Instead of them calling back they emailed to apologize about the disconnection. Still no answer. I would like my credit card to be refunded and they are refusing since, they are working on it. Just a mess. False advertising. Do not use this company. Horrible experience. Still no result.

    Too soft! Couldn’t sleep two nights on it, and when you sit on the edge you sink into the mattress through the bed frame. No edge support at all! And I like soft, I’ve always had soft mattresses but this is just too much! When I called to ask what options I had for exchange or return they said that they could send someone to pick it up but that I would have to purchase a new mattress in order to “exchange” it BEFORE they complete the refund. Who has an extra $2thousand dollars nowadays? Not me. Bad mattress + bad customer service!!

    I purchased this mattress in January and keep getting a new delayed estimated ship date every week. I’ve called customer service many times and they won’t give me any information about when the bed will actually arrive. When I ordered the mattress the website said it was in stock, in fact, the website still claims they are in stock. I’m at a loss of what to do as Dreamcloud has my money and I don’t know when they will deliver the mattress.

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DreamCloud. I never received my mattress, and when I contacted customer service, they couldn't provide any information on when it would even be shipped out. After being given the runaround, I requested a refund, but I'm still waiting to see if that will actually happen. This entire experience has been frustrating, and I feel completely let down. Let's hope the refund or cancellation is processed as promised. Do better, DreamCloud!

    The mattress was delivered in an unprofessional manner, carelessly thrown at the bottom of the stairs, with the box completely damaged. It was impossible for me to safely carry the over 100-pound mattress up a flight of stairs, especially in the pouring rain. When I reached out to customer service, I felt as though I was being blamed for the situation rather than receiving assistance. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

    I never really leave reviews but I feel that this one is absolutely necessary. I've had my dreamcloud mattress for less than 2 years and it is probably one of the worst purchases I've ever made. I contacted customer service with my issues last year (a few days after my 365 trial was up) and all they did was send me a mattress topper. This has not helped at all. My fiancé and I both wake up everyday with horrible back pain and we are tossing and turning all night. Extremely uncomfortable and not at all how it is described on their website. I've even gone as far as trying my mattress on 3 different frames. Nothing has helped. I am extremely disappointed with this mattress and I wish dreamcloud would've done better at addressing/resolving my issues given the fact that their mattresses are very costly. In this case, you definitely "don't get what you pay for".

    Where to begin. I ordered 2 mattresses; 1 full and 1 queen mid-Dec. 2024. Our credit card was charged with the purchase. The full mattress arrived in a timely manner. The queen was delayed one week, however our order advised, through our tracking, that it was in stock. Another week pushed back. Then another week. I tried emailing, but my emails were sent back as "Undeliverable". I placed a call to Dreamcloud and the rep advised she would get back to me. Still waiting... I finally phoned the middle man who said the queen had been voided!

    No word from Dreamcloud that this had been done. No explanation for the delay. I phoned another number for Dreamcloud and had our charge card credited for the queen mattress after being advised delivery probably wouldn't occur until mid-Feb. Then I received a form email saying, "Sorry we weren't a good fit." Unbelievable. Haven't had enough experience with the mattress we did receive. Perhaps I'll write another review in the future.

I have recommended this mattress to a few friends and all have said that the mattress had to be exchanged due to the ends of the mattress collapsing because of the shipping. I just received the 2nd mattress and lo and behold same problem. I have sent clear photos depicting the problem. Customer service now wants me to take a measuring stick to take photos of the measurements around the entire surface of the mattress!? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! No consumer should have to go thru all of this insanity to get an exchange on a new order. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. :-/

    I ordered a king mattress. The delivery date at noon on Jan 4 was between 2 and 4PM, so I made arrangements to get rid of the old mattress. At 2pm on Jan 4 I received notice that the mattress would not be delivered until Jan 6. I called customer service and they were useless. Said they had no control over delivery once the mattress left their shop. This company sucks. Don't buy anything from them.

    Ordered this mattress for a friend. It was not delivered on the day scheduled but arrived the next day so the helpers we had available on the actual delivery date could not be there again. We are a grandmother and a great-grandmother and were left in a bad situation when FedEx dropped it off. We managed to get the mattress inside and unwrapped, although this was a dangerous situation for us without available helpers.

    Not only was the mattress delivered a day late, it was NOT in a box! The address label was attached to plastic wrap of the mattress, so there was never a box from the shipper...and the plastic wrapping on the mattress was filthy and torn as if the mattress was dragged and rolled around in the dirt. The mattress itself was stained with a dark stain where I imagine the mattress must have been rained on and dirty water leaked onto the mattress.

    The mattress specialist wanted photos that gave a "birds-eye" view of the entire king sized mattress!... An unrealistic expectation for grandmothers to provide in confined space without a crane. Then the requirement was to send photos of both mattress tags and photos of the mattress in a single email which again was a challenge. Why was this necessary?

    I have been emailing with Kimberly since Dec 21. So far, I have been offered the option of having another mattress shipped to us, which is a nightmare scenario waiting to happen all over again. I am considering if a substantial rebate would work where I could get the mattress professionally cleaned and sanitized could be an option rather than trying to replace this mattress, but it has been six days and Kimberly is not responding to my email and I am stuck without a resolution.

    Customer service is a joke. I was in need of a new mattress and after reading tons of reviews, I decided on a Dreamcloud. Needless to say, I never received it. My order was shipped via FedEx and I received confirmation that my mattress was delivered on Christmas Eve. It was nowhere to be found. Two days later, there was a delivery confirmation photo from FedEx showing my mattress in a box torn open, left on the side of the road, with the secure delivery location door of my building seen in the background. Clearly it was stolen.

    When I reached out to dreamcloud I was told they needed to investigate with FedEx and after completion it would then take 3-5 business days to send a replacement. They also requested surveillance footage of the area. I asked to cancel my order and was denied that option. All I was offered was $50 off my order. I’m now out the cash and without a bed for who knows how long and I’m not hopeful that anything will be done. I would never purchase from this company again. They need to do better.

    So I tried to research mattresses, but all the 'review' companies are on the take with paid reviews. This is NOT a paid review. I decided on a Dreamcloud Hybrid. From day 1 I felt it was too soft. I called CS to return it and they said, "Oh we'll send you a complimentary topper." They did and it didn't fix the issue. Plus by this time (I had the mattress 4 months) I was beginning to nice some dips.

    Then I saw the SAME mattress almost $300 cheaper than when I bought it. So I called CS again and said I wanted to return it, at which point they said "We can offer you a special price on a Nectar mattress" (it is the came company). They also informed me that if I took the 'special' price I would no longer be able to return the Nectar mattress! So I informed then that I was dissatisfied with the company and wanted to return the mattress. After 20 minutes!!! I finally got them to agree to the return. BTW, this company was SUED by the FTC for lying in their ads, saying these were assembled in the US from US materials. It was all a lie and they were fined $750K.

    Was on the market for a new mattress. Purchased the DreamCloud Premier Rest Hybrid mattress. I’ve had it for about 2 years and if the return process wasn’t a hassle I would have returned it. Would not recommend at all. At the price point I should have the best sleep I ever had and I can’t say that. My wife and I wake up with back pains and can never quite get a restful sleep. Just laying on the bed you sink into it too much, if you kneel or put a hand down it’s even worse. Soft is good but it’s like quicksand sinking into it. I’m able to fall asleep on it which is the only reason why I gave it 2 stars. I’ll never purchase from this company again.
