    Really easy to order. Shipped to my home. Easy to setup. Gives very comfortable sleep. Made my backache go away. Was a good buy. Have some trouble keeping the sheets tucked under the bottom end because the mattress is so light, but so easy to make up.

    I chose a Casper mattress 2 years ago because Consumer Reports rated it as one of the best. It has proven to be the best mattress I have ever owned. It is firm, but not rock hard. I’ve actually been sleeping better in the past 2 years. I don’t know if it’s the mattress, but I’m happy about that. Personally I am tall, thin, and a side sleeper. It was effortless to purchase online. It arrived in a timely manner in a box, and was easily unpacked and set up with the help of one other person. Thanks Consumer Reports.

    We bought this about 4 years ago. It has caused us pain and stiffness but lately it is sagging and warped. We are not large people so I am very disappointed considering the cost and now it is too heavy to move out to the trash.

    Ordering the mattress was very easy. I was able to get financing by putting down a down payment on it. The overall price was much cheaper than at a furniture store. After the purchase delivery was fast and it came in a box. I was able to set it up quickly. After 5 years I still have the mattress; however, you cannot flip it so I feel like it is wearing out already. I am looking into a new mattress, the price is right for Casper but not the longevity.

    Had this bed for a year. So far bed is fine. Holding up very well. Stays cool. Moves well with your movement. Very comfortable. Mattress came out of box easily and opened up and puffed up well. I have had other people sleep on this bed and get nothing but good remarks about it.

    I did not finance but that was not an option. When I slept on friend's Casper mattress while visiting, I had commented on how comfortable her mattress was. I was surprised to find out it was shipped in a box. I decided when my son was getting a new bed to use the same mattress company.

    Way too soft. I own a $1000 queen size Casper mattress. It is dangerous to sleep in...everything hurts after 1 night in it...I should of replaced it when I had the chance....I want my money back..Is there a recall on the queen size casper?

    I trusted Consumer Reports, but I should have known that a "comfort level" of 7 was going to be too soft. Figured I'd try it since I had like 100 days to give it a shot. It worked pretty well for the 100 days. Now, six months later, I am in absolute agony any night I sleep on it. Yes, I'm 6'4" and weigh 260 pounds. So, I'm a big guy. I think smaller people might find it just fine. But, frankly, I've now tried Casper and Tempurpedic - the Tempur was ok, and lasted much longer, but there's no way I'm paying $25,000 every 3-4 years. I finally went back to a good old fashioned spring loaded bed - firm, Simmons (great because of the individual coils). Talked them down on the price to about $475. No more back issues. Just buy an old fashioned spring bed and make sure it's firm. All these new foam and gel mattresses are a gimmick. I'm sure they're nice for some people. But if you have back issues, don't do it.

    After paying $600 for the Essential Casper mattress, I had to return it after a month. I had awful back and shoulder pain because of how hard the mattress was. They have a 100 trial period, so no big deal, right? Nope. After weeks of coordinating with a charity they put me in contact with to pick-up the mattress, which included incidents of them not providing a time period of pick-up then coming at incorrect times, I finally got my return processed. Well, SOME of my return. $100 was put onto a non-rechargeable gift card (despite me telling them NOT to do that). The best part is that THEY threw away the gift card at the store.

    I've been going back and forth with them for weeks, begging for the full card number so I can redeem it, store-credit, cashback, ANY HELP. They refuse. Now I'm out $100, their only consolation was that they'll tell their store employees not to throw away gift cards next time...You're better off getting a mattress from Amazon (which is what I did). Cheaper, more comfortable and they won't SCAM you.

    My husband and I were extremely excited and anxious for our new bed. I am five months pregnant with our first child and our old mattress had terrible support. When we shopped at the store we had all the confidence in the world that we were buying a reputable product and that they would deliver and assemble our new bed with complete satisfaction. We were so happy with our purchase of what we had selected that we overlooked the fact that they told us 2-3 weeks for delivery. That's a LONG TIME especially for a pregnant woman with back pain to wait.

    We got the best of the best adjustable pro frame and wave mattress. We waited what may have been over three weeks with poor communication for setting up our delivery. Finally it was delivery day and my husband was told by the delivery men that they had no idea they were supposed to install and remove our old mattress. This was incredibly unacceptable. They then proceeded to put the bed together and did it COMPLETELY incorrectly and when my husband questioned them they said “this is option 2. We do this all the time.” There is NO option 2. They rushed and left and my husband. Called the store manager to get clarification on the situation. He was told that they would be sending a tech right out.

    Two hours later my husband still stuck at home waiting on his only day off of the week and still no one or no call back. He calls again and is told they are working on it. Another few hours go by and it's now 4pm. My husband’s whole day ruined and they tell him they can not send anyone. He is then instructed to remove the frame that they improperly installed and sleep on the mattress on our old frame. This was not something anyone could do alone nor should he have been asked to do such a thing. The frame must weigh over 300 pounds at least. Needless to say my husband tried his best because he knew with me being pregnant I would not be able to sleep on the floor or couch.

    In the process of trying he damaged our wooden headboard. We needed to call for help and my parents who live 40 minutes away and my father who has a bad back were the only people who could help. Thank god they are handy and we didn’t have to go to a hotel. My husband then called corporate completely furious that he had been lied to all day and that it came down to them telling us that there was nothing they could do. Corporate was apologetic and told us they couldn’t promise anything but would be in touch tomorrow. They advised us to move the frame that was assembled incorrectly to the side and they would send someone out as soon as they could.

    The next day they tell my husband that no one could be out for two more weeks! But they credited us $150. Unreal! Buyers beware! If you think you will be receiving a professional delivery and install DO NOT BE FOOLED. They use a 3rd party company and have TERRIBLE communication with them and us. If you love the product and have to have it then I seriously recommend setting up your own installation and prepare yourself for a long waited delivery. This is not a cheap product and nor should that matter. No one should have to deal with such incompetence or indecency in customer service.

    I have purchased King size mattress from Casper on 6/26/2017. It has been less than 3 years which is within the warranty period (10 years). The mattress that I bought is defective and bent or more than an inch on the left side. This matter resulted in severe neck and back pain to my husband. I called to complain first on . to inform the company, but they advised me to keep rotating the mattress, which I was already doing. The matter with the pain kept getting worse by time passing by, to the point that my husband wakes up several times during his sleep from the pain. We even tried to switch sides, and I personally end waking up with the same pain he is suffering from.

    I started emailing the company once more, trying to find a solution. The representative answer back at first by denying any possible relation to their product with my husband's pain, "which only happens while he is sleeping.” I simply asked him to send an inspector to check it; his answer was they could not send an inspector and just send pictures. I started to send pictures to the best I can since I am not a professional. Then he replied that he wants to see the box underneath the mattress. I responded by sending additional pictures as requested.

    The representative language showed nothing but trying to find a way not to take responsibility. Stating: The boxes used are not our company’s box. Meanwhile, I am using the same type of boxes across the rooms in my house. He advised me that the warranty only covers when the bent is more than 1 inch, which I sent him updated pictures. I decided to reply back and copying the cofounder of the company hoping that someone would take responsibility and offer a solution. I was simply asking for a replacement for the defective mattress. I urge you to look into the matter, as this issue is becoming a health issue at this point. And the company is denying and rejecting all responsibilities.

    A few months after purchasing a Casper Mattress and their protective mattress cover, I began to notice that the ends or corners were curling upwards. Their support asked if I was following washing instructions and I was. Thereafter, a new mattress cover was sent to me. The problem persisted and I was told next that the actual bed cover (not the mattress cover sold separately) likely needed to be replaced. I replaced the cover with a new one they sent and the problem continued.

    Changing that cover is no easy task either because of how much the mattress weighs and how bulky it is, it requires two able bodied people. Their support team refuses to accept that their product fails to keep a normal flat shape. It is ridiculous to accept looking at a mattress that I paid $1200 for that curls at the corners like Aladdin The Genie's shoes. Casper has washed their hands of it and refuse to do anything more than offer replacement covers which has already proven to be ineffective. Do yourself a favor, buy from a company that stands behind their product and offers outstanding customer support, that would not be Casper!

    Don't Buy a Casper. It's the worst. My husband and I bought a Casper Cal King a year ago due to its Bed in a Box campaign (my husband loves trying new concepts). Ever since sleeping on the Casper I've been experiencing discomfort with neck, shoulder and lower back pain, for a year. I've purchased pillows thinking my pillow needed replacing (it did to accommodate what Casper lacks). I now sleep with a pillow under my legs (to accommodate what Casper lacks) only to experience pillow tricks provide temporary relief. I've bought several bed mattresses and box springs (Stearns & Foster, Sealy) over my lifetime (college, marriage, moves, water damage from leak) with all beds providing positive sleep outcomes Except Casper. Hope this review is helpful. I'm hoping I haven't compromised my back.

    We spent over $2300 on a Casper Cal King mattress, sheets and covers. Casper delivered the wrong mattress and now they are dodging us - won't respond to emails - won't respond to phone calls. What on earth are we supposed to do?! File a police report?! Casper is a scam. Once they get your money you are on your own. 3 weeks after purchasing and I still don't have the mattress I ordered and paid for or the duvet cover I ordered and paid for. There should be a class action lawsuit against this company. This is honestly outrageous.

    We got this bed about 2 days ago and were pretty excited about it. It came pretty fast and that was about the only good thing about it. We tried to assemble the bed and one of the screws would just not fit correctly. No matter what we did it just would not fit. We solved this problem. Next, we setup up the electronics and everything was great. The mattress was awesome. Everything worked great for about 10 minutes. The power supply short circuited and the bed was basically dead. At the time, we thought maybe our powerstrip was defective so we put some batteries in the power supply and still a no go. Later on, we noticed a burning smell and realized the battery was heating up in the power supply. If we didn't catch this, there could have been a fire. So we called Casper to get a replacement and oh boy did they give us the runaround.

    They told us if we wanted a replacement we would have to have someone come to our house to inspect the bed before they could send a replacement. So basically we would have to wait over 2 weeks or more just to get a replacement adjustable pro when it wasn't even our fault that this happened. This is disappointing. I expected better customer service and better craftsmanship from a respected company. I expected them to understand enough to send a replacement and then take the defective frame away to figure out what was wrong with it. This was what I expected and I did and it was a reasonable expectation. The mattress itself is pretty amazing but the customer service and the adjustable pro was well below par. I would not recommend the adjustable pro from my experience and I despise their customer service.

    I paid $1,000 for the best mattress, and it was great for about 100 days. Now, after hardly using it, the center sinks & causes back pain, and I'm left sleeping on either side of the bed because the sides don't sink. The mattress is great while it lasts, but, I feel like I've paid $1,000+ for something which will be _complete trash_ in another 200-100 days sleeping on each side of the mattress, before the entire Casper mattress becomes soft.

    I'm a 6'1" 220lb male, 15% BMI. Not some 500 lb diabetic whose weight might ruin a mattress. Good Lord it was comfortable while it lasted, but Casper refuses to replace it - and why should they if I'll need a new mattress every 100 nights. Maybe it's defective, maybe it's not. What I do know, is I'll never buy a Casper again, and will never recommend one.

    I bought a The Casper Mattress after reading good reviews saying this mattress is good for back sleepers and doesn't trap heat (two major concern that I had). At the end of the 110 days trial I noticed the mattress was softer than expected, but I thought it would stay like that. It was a big mistake not returning it! It's not five months yet, and it is so soft that I sink on it, no support for my back. I wake up with back pain everyday. And the open cell foam that the company says is used to let excess hot air escape, doesn't exist on mine- it's hot! I contacted the company to let them know, maybe the one I got is defective and the warranty could cover it. Not the case. If you are buying The Casper Mattress be careful, there is too much propaganda. Lots of people having the same problem.

    When I felt the mattress at the store for some reason it felt incredibly comfortable. Once delivered it was hard but I thought maybe it needed to be broken in. Unfortunately I have had it for a while ago and it's just as horribly uncomfortable and I have constant neck pain that I never had until this mattress. I have bought mattress pads and I am still in pain every single day from my shoulder being pushed into my body every night. I can't wait for the day that I can get a new (real) mattress! It's just a fancy marketing scheme. Save your money!

    If you try to return a Casper product they lie and give you the run around for 4 or 5 times not letting the actual return happen, so you are not able to get your money back. I wasted hours on the phone.

    We purchased The Casper in a king size. It felt good for the first couple of months but I do realize now that it is just too hard. I am a woman, 5'6", 130 lbs. I like a firm mattress for sure, but this just does not have the soft top layer my bones seem to need. I am sorry to say the trial period has passed and I have to get rid of it and purchase a new mattress!

    I was experiencing back pain with my old mattress, which I knew I needed to replace. Casper was pretty highly rated by Consumer Reports in my price range so I bought it. I liked it at first and didn't return it within the 100 days. Now, six months later, I've never experienced daily back pain as I am now. I am active, have not been injured, and am slender, so I know it isn't me. It's this mattress!! I truly, truly regret having bought it.

    I purchased a Casper mattress from Costco a couple of months ago and the discomfort is worse with every passing day. Horrible leg pains and sciatic nerve pain that I've never had before.     I bought the entire setup from Casper from the bed frame, foundation and mattress. Upon delivery and set up by their 3rd party service I was informed that the support beams in the middle of the foundation were too short. I called immediately and was asked to take pictures and send the to Casper support. I did and shortly after received an email thanking me for supplying the pictures. I was told that within 2-3 business days I would receive word on how they would resolve this issue. In the meantime I was not to sleep on the bed.

    Four days later I called because I had heard nothing. I was informed that the order was on hold and had not been entered. When I complained support told me they would transfer me to the refund department so I could ask for a refund. This is customer service? I want my support beams! Two pieces of 2x6 boards that would take no time to send out and replace the wrong ones delivered. Casper’s service is pathetic. The manager of the store I bought it from told me his hands were tied by corporate and he couldn’t help me. I’ll never buy another product from this pathetic, worthless poor excuse for an American company. They stink and will never see me again. Do not buy from this company!

    We tried the mattress out, too soft for me, too firm for my wife, so we compromised and bought two different twin XLs instead. We returned the mattress and they picked it up, promised refund very soon. Months later, I check the AMEX, no refund... wife calls up and they "send the refund out right then". Refund is suddenly in the account within a few days. Get a strong feeling that this company only refunds you if you call up and complain. Seems shady.

    Bought a King Mattress at Casper for $1400 and I received a confirmation email with order number and details of the purchase. A week later I tried to find the status of my order and it's an impossible mission. If you call them, they will keep you on hold forever, with a recording that tries to convince you to try chatting or sending them an email instead. I tried to "chat with a human" on their website and before you do so you have to click on the options of why you need to chat with them. I chose to ask about my purchase, and was directed nowhere, chat closed and received an email reply saying "unable to deliver message".

    So I tried again and had to trick them and chose instead the option of "I'm interested in your products" and immediately someone replied and started chatting with me. In the meantime, I was still holding over the phone for someone to answer my call. I asked the chat guy about my mattress and he said it would be ready for shipping in a week, maybe. He explained "It's been extremely hectic these last few weeks, but it looks like the smoke is beginning to clear, if you catch my drift".

    While chatting with him a lady finally answered my call and I asked her the same question. She said it was ready for shipping and just waiting for UPS to come and pick it up, but since it's Friday it would probably be picked up on Monday. Important to mention that I see the "ready for shipping" status on my account for several days now. So I asked the chat guy why is the lady over the phone saying it will ship on Monday while he is telling me it will not be ready for another week or so. He replied "Do you need someone to vent to or are you going to hear me out? Because this information is pretty reliable".

    After that, he closed the chat abruptly and the Chat App did not gave the option of saving the conversation. Good thing I copied it before it was closed in case it happened. Now I am worried about my purchase. Was it a mistake? They give a 100 day free trial free return policy. I bet anything it would be a PAIN to try and return it if I am not satisfied with it.

    Casper is a badly run business with horrible customer service and no sense of timeliness. I ordered a Casper Twin XL mattress on a recommendation from a friend; thus began two weeks of me interacting with an absurdly terrible organization. First of all, they did not provide a tracking number for my initial order. After one week without a mattress, I hounded them for an update, only to find out that they "lost" my shipment. They assured me that another one would be on the way and that a supervisor would reach out to me to rectify to situation. Needless to say, that never happened – not only did my shipment get delayed for another week, no supervisor was willing to work with me to adequately compensate me for my poor experience. I was told that this was a "regular occurrence" and has happened "quite a bit lately" (these are direct quotes from my phone conversations, by the way).

    Overall, my experience with Casper was entirely terrible. In the end, the only thing I got was a full refund, an additional $75 credit, and 4 hours full of headaches talking to inept phone representatives that I will never get back. It's been more than 15 days since I've had proper sleep now, and it's all thanks to Casper's disgusting incompetence. I will never, ever recommend Casper to anyone else, and if they don't shape up, it won't take them too long to run themselves into the ground where they belong.

    Casper Full Mattress $1075, Casper Mattress Protector $115, Weightless Sheets Set $110, Two Pillows Free, Total spent including taxes $1469. Purchased the Casper Mattress October 2018 so it has been nine months and I continue to wake up in the morning and suffer to get out of bed with severe aching lower back pain for the last 3 months. I am a back and side sleeper and weigh about 160 pounds. Very disappointed and upset that I had to write a consumer review to warn anyone out there who like me in the beginning was intrigued and interested by how well Casper marketed their mattress on videos and walking into the flagship stores. The first 100 days was pleasant sleeps but prepare yourself after you break in this mattress because I feel am 78 years old (no offence) getting out of bed and I just turned 30. I hope my message gets out to anyone who is looking to spend their hard earn money on this wasteful and fraud Casper Mattress.

    Enjoy being in telephone hell on hold for 45 minutes trying to find out the delivery status? I don’t I finally had to call the sales depart who then confirmed that the mattress had been shipped out from Salt Lake City to Denver. This was two days ago...nada, nothing zilch! The delivery company XPRO informed me that they should have received it on July 2. If their service after the sale is indicative of their product then I don’t want it. In hindsight probably should have just purchased a mattress from a local store. Don’t know who a Casper Mattress compares to other brands but I suspect for the same price I can get one comparable with a hell of a lot less aggravation. Customer support is closed today for obvious reasons. Never again!

    We purchased a Casper Mattress from Costco 6 months ago. It was so hard that we purchased an Avocado Topper (around $500) to put on top of it. It helped but still did allow enough give for me to sleep on my side. The mattress pressed against my shoulder and hip causing my back to twist. I had back pain every day. The Casper seems to have a couple of inches of softer foam and then it is hard. The other thing is the smell of the off gassing. It smelled so strong that I rewashed all of my bedding, including mattress pad many times a week. It was a royal pain. After several months it was better, but even when we sent it back to Costco it still smelled. I wouldn't recommend this mattress. It may be cheap but is not worth it.

    I have purchased a Essential foam mattress from Casper and it’s a complete ripoff. I have experienced extended sagging and they refused to honor the warranty. They suggested I go to Lowe's Home Improvement for plywood to put underneath the mattress. I told them I want a replacement or my money back to which he replied from quality control he wasn’t going to do either one. Mind you I’m still making monthly payments to Affirm and I have already reached out to them and have 5 to 7 business days to find out whether or not they will dispute the charges, never again will I do business with these crooks‼️

    We purchased a Casper bed in 2016 and we were happy with it for the first three years, writing a positive review in the first weeks of our ownership. This “Bed in a Box” was a new trend and, even as approaching seniors, we were comfortably riding the wave. Then, as the fourth year approached (it has a 10 year warranty) the mattress became increasingly uncomfortable as the foam deteriorated causing two indentations/craters where we each slept and a rising peak in the center of the mattress. Because we weigh only 130 and 150 pounds, respectively, my husband of 38 years (who rarely complains about anything) found it increasingly difficult to get a decent night’s sleep and moved to the guest room!

    I immediately reviewed my warranty, wrote to Casper documenting the obvious defect in this mattress, sent their required photos with detailed measurements exhibited with a measuring tape balanced on side supports, and diligently pursued email follow-up…. at last count, more than 30 emails of contact (with Caleigh, David and Ally, among others)! As delays occurred, not one response to my request for a phone consultation with a person in leadership and decision making was ever forthcoming!

    Wow, so like the average person, I not only have a family and job, but I also have multiple other responsibilitlies making this type of intense follow-up not only difficult and incredibly frustrating, but downright disrespectful. So I wrote an honest, but measured, review to Casper directly detailing my experience and they promptly “buried it”, never posting it on their website. Indeed, as I did more research, I learned Casper had been embroiled in lengthy litagation over the past few years involving their “paying” (in various fashions) for only positive reviews of their product. Ahhh, the puzzle pieces then fell together.

    While this company’s inception was novel and smart with excellent marketing, as the liabilities of its product surfaced, their Customer Service (when you want an ethical, respectful and honest response to calling them on their warranty) is absolutely TERRIBLE! There were multiple “team members” involved before our narrative and photo evidence would allow us to progress to their “Quality Assurance Team”…we were then met with multiple delays, lost photos, broken promises regarding communication timing, and odd periods of “dead time” where they were simply “off the radar” and not responding to our inquiries. I then wrote one very strong email challenging the transparency of their leadership and the policies and procedures that leadership enforces…and within days, a new mattress arrived on my doorstep… today.

    So our take-away…this is a decent initial product, but with a “short shelf life” which will not give you the value you bargained for…you will likely need a new mattress half way through the supposed “life span” of the mattress and the “wear and tear” involved in standing up for your rights will nearly suck the life out of you. Do yourself a huge favor and look at other “Bed in the Box” options (there are over 100 companies now) that not only have superior technology to Casper, but also have rave reviews about their customer service…even when a customer has chosen to return a defective bed after the “trial period”. Casper needs to make significant remediations in their product and in their customer service to be worthy of your business. Meanwhile, I have found my way to independent, objective mattress sites which I plan to carefully and strategically use to research and buy my next mattress.

    We tested the Casper mattresses at a store and went with the Wave though it was still too firm for me. I was trying to accommodate my husband. At first it was nice, it helped my shoulders and I can't feel my husband move around which is priceless. But right away, my husband started using multiple pillows to prop his legs and his back. He's trying very hard to believe it's not the mattress making him do this. Now that our 100 day trial is up, which they must know is the exact right time to end the trial before trouble sets in, I wake up with back pain every day that I didn't have before and it's miserable. It makes every day tough to get through. I didn't know it wasn't meant for tummy sleepers -- just saw that in another review. Great. This was a big investment and I swore up and down this would be our last mattress purchase for a while. Now I'm very concerned, and we're also hosed.

    The mattress is a little more firm than expected but still comfortable. The price exceeds the quality. We paid $1200 including a discount for mattress - no box spring. I think the value should be around $800 at most. Delivery was to the door. The mattress is quite heavy and would require a strong person to drag it upstairs in its box.

    Hello, I wish to post this review to warn people of the serious back pains that can come months after purchase. I purchased the wave mattress. The product seemed fine for the first 3 months so I didn’t return the mattress in the 100 day trial period. However, I am now in my sixth month and I wake up every morning in pain. It’s difficult to get out of bed and I’ve never experienced this before in my life. Don’t buy this mattress.

    Received our mattress November 2018. Seemed a little short on the length, but thought it would expand. December, I measured it. Yep. It's short! 2 1/2 inches in the length. I called Casper. They requested pictures of all measurements, which I sent that day. No word from them until late January when I called them. I had to resend pictures. No word from them until I called in February - by the way, waited on hold almost an hour. Well now it's March. I got an email saying that "yes, the WIDTH is short, but within the tolerance". The width is short by about an inch. NOTHING in the email about the length. Their customer service is one of the worst that I've ever dealt with.

    Hello, I recently purchased a Casper mattress upon the recommendation of my daughter. It was delivered and set up because I paid a $150 delivery/set up fee. I am not at all happy with the mattress. I am having it returned a week later. There are no brick and mortar stores in my area in NW CT. The closest retailer is either NYC or Dedham MA. Hence, I purchased the mattress completely sight unseen, without a test trial. I have learned that the set up and delivery fee is non refundable. Nowhere in the ordering process was this highlighted, underscored or emphasized or stated to me.

    I spoke with one of the Casper supervisors named Julia who was adamant and unyielding stating that 'It has been completed' and 'was a service rendered' and that she would 'funnel' this information over to her team to make ‘our language’ more ‘explicit.’ This is just ridiculous. They have all the ostensible bells and whistles of being a lovely company but when it comes right down to it, the customer service is as hard and unyielding and disappointing as is your firm 4 layer mattress. They have lost a customer as well as a source of a positive reference. I hope they enjoy my $150!!!

    We live in Canada. My son recently bought a Casper mattress and sent me a referral discount that he got from Casper for $75.00. If I used this referral discount when buying another Casper mattress he would receive a $65 Amazon gift card. I tried to buy a Casper mattress using the link that they had sent him in an email, and it said that the discount would be applied at check-out. It was not, so I did not follow through on the purchase. Instead I emailed Casper support and explained the situation. They did not bother to read the email they had sent my son offering the referral that I had forwarded with my inquiry.

    They responded that I could get 10% off as a referral discount (much better than the $75 offered through my son) and that he would get a $75 Amazon gift card. Great - until they found out I was a Canadian. Then it was back to, "Sorry, no $75 gift card - that's for U.S. customers only" - but they would still give me the 10% discount that they offer their U.S. customers. I don't like being treated like a second class citizen of the U.S. when I am a first class citizen of the great country of Canada. I bought a Canadian mattress online from a Canadian retailer called Endy. It was cheaper (even with the discount Casper offered) and gets better reviews.

    Bought the Casper about 2.5 years ago, and it's been sagging for the last 8 months or so. I called to see what the company can do, and they won't replace it or give me a partial refund under the warranty. I've got a solid bed base underneath and only weigh 170 pounds, so I'm not sure what else to say besides the foam doesn't last.

    The only way they'll replace your bed is if it sags an inch or more without any weight on it. I'm not sure I've ever seen a mattress that has sagged that bad that wasn't left out in the rain so if you're not happy with your bed, give it back before the trial period. Although mine stayed firm through the trial so I'd say maybe look elsewhere anyway.

    We initially had a nice experience with the Casper salespeople at our mall (they have a storefront). We had some difficulty with the "white glove" delivery service - giving us a delivery date - I wait all day - no delivery. Was told the delivery was canceled and the mattress taken off the truck??? A couple of days later, it was finally delivered.

    Thank goodness for the 100-night guarantee. After sleeping on it for almost 2 months, I wake up with numbness in my fingers that takes hours to dissipate. (I am a side sleeper.) However, I do give the company a thumbs up. They have arranged to have the mattress picked up and they did not give me an argument. The Wave was just too firm for me.

    Very clever and convincing marketing, but the product does not live up to the hype. The pillow is too soft and my head sunk in all the way to the mattress first night. This is after allowing the pillow to loft up. I returned the Casper and bought a $10 Serta pillow from Walmart. That is infinitely more comfortable.

    I purchased a Casper King Mattress about 1 1/2 years ago. It was wonderful at first. I loved sinking into the gel memory foam, it was like sleeping on a cloud. But gradually my hip and back began to ache. I wasn't sure at first if it was the bed or just my body aging. Funny thing was, when we traveled or went camping the pain went away. Back home on the Casper, the aching and pain came back.

    My diagnosis was scoliosis, which I guess I always had, but the Casper (or any gel foam memory mattress) made it worse, not enough support for my body. My Orthopedic Dr. said she had not personally heard good things about the Memory Foam Mattresses from her patients, but that they are so new to the mass market it will take time to determine if they offer enough support for the body long term. As for me, going back to the tried and true, a firm coil mattress. Hopefully the pain will go away. Goodbye Casper, but I have to hand it to you, your marketing is great. I'd buy one if I didn't know better.

    My Casper story began over a month ago. I tried out the very expensive king-sized Wave mattress at a pop-up store, got home and ordered it online. Since we bought the Wave (and the foundation), it came with a white glove delivery service. We opted for this but the soonest Casper's 3rd party delivery co. could schedule it was for 3 weeks after I purchased the mattress/foundation. It was all good. We'd wait. Well, today was D day (delivery day). When you order this service, you are supposed to get a call or text the night before with a deliver time "window" - as well as a call 30 minutes before delivery. That call never came last night and never came today.

    This morning, I went online to the dashboard and saw that the mattress would be delivered between 3-7 pm. By late morning, I checked again (again, no call or text) and the timeframe has been changed to 2-5. No worries - my husband and I was anticipating our new bed and stayed home all afternoon waiting. By 3:30, I called the delivery co. and they said the bed would be here by 4 pm. By 5 pm, no bed was here. I called back and was told my delivery was "canceled" and that a driver showed up and no one was home. That was a flat-out lie.

    I called the Casper store and toll-free number. After several apologies no one could explain what happened or offer to get us a bed delivered. They instead offered to give my husband "gas money" for driving to the store and picking up the mattress and foundation (no option for removal of our other king bed and box spring.). We instead returned the bed that we never received - 3 weeks after plunking down $3,000 on my credit card. This is far and away the WORST customer service we have ever experienced. I would NEVER recommend this company or their beds. Shame on you Casper!

    I have long passed the 100 days trial window and wish I hadn't. After the first few weeks, I already noticed the lack of firmness - as I am a belly sleeper and I require a firm bed so my back doesn't feel bent the next morning. Sure, it's not a bad mattress but it certainly IS NOT WORTH the heavy price tag. I would sink into the memory foam and feel my back bending inwardly throughout the night, so I would find myself tossing and turning. I'm only 5'4 and weigh 118lbs, so let's keep the weight out of the equation.

    I think the makers at Casper need to clarify that this bed IS NOT recommended for back or belly sleepers. A mattress totaling $1000 is a very steep purchase and people ought to know BOTH SIDES behind the overly hyped Casper. Quite frankly, I was crazy ecstatic when I first got the package, although now I regret believing it was the best mattress on the market. So please people, if you plan to test it out for yourselves, and if by 80-some days you're still not satisfied, RETURN IT AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK!

    I have had insomnia for DECADES. I just assumed it was job stress, etc. I do have RLS, a bad knee, bad hip and bad back. I have no idea why I never considered the fact that my mattress was partly to blame. I had looked at various mattresses and felt overwhelmed. Finally, I decided to just order the Casper. If it didn't work, I could always send it back. I SLEEP. I ACTUALLY SLEEP. I wake with little to no pain. I am shocked that a mattress has had this effect. I did have a Tempurpedic mattress topper on my old mattress. I thought that would be sufficient. I guess I was so wrong. I can't say enough about how well I sleep. Might I have gotten a good night's sleep with another mattress out there, maybe, but what I do know is that this has been fantastic. I should have done it ages ago.

    We purchased a Casper mattress 3 years ago. The mattress was great for the first 6 months... And has gradually lost all support since then. Now, after 3 years, the mattress is basically unusable.     I hate to say it but, I'm disappointed in my Casper Wave. I replaced a Stearns & Foster with the Casper due to the fact that the S&F was beginning to sag after 2 years of use. The Casper Wave was comfortable at first but after 6 months, I began to realize just how firm and uncomfortable it really was. I've had it for over a year now and it's like sleeping on the floor. I toss and turn throughout the night because my body starts aching from the stiffness. I go to bed 9 hours before needing to be awake knowing I won't sleep well and will need extra time in bed to compensate. I've spent nearly $2,500 on a mattress that is just worthless.

    My chest skin burns and I have developed a cough, etc., all signs of Cor Pulmonale, which all which started after we purchased the mattress. Sleeping in the guest room makes a big difference, and why I am positive it is the mattress. In addition to other causes, this is believe to be why the mattress caused it: "...Conditions that decrease how much your chest expands, such as obesity or scoliosis..." This can be a fatal condition and must be noted and the public warned.

    Wish I had read the review below before I made my purchase but sadly, I bought my mattress over a year ago (2017). I didn't want to keep the mattress after 30 days of sleeping on it but my wife seemed to enjoy it and she said let's give it a few more days... I relented and eventually, we kept it past the trial period. Now, we both hate it! Spent $1150 for a mattress that didn't last a year. Worst buy ever... Read the reviews on Amazon and other sites that sell them - horrible experiences... I think you are better off going the traditional in-store purchase route when it comes to mattresses. Posting this everywhere I can because I was up at 3:30 am because my mattress sucks! Now I spend most nights on the couch, just can't stand this mattress!!!     Casper Mattress is firm, very unsupportive, and we sleep terribly & wake up achy. I'm a side-sleeper and I don’t sink in enough and am not supported in any area. It feels like we're sleeping on a board. Unfortunately, by the time the bed became really uncomfortable, we were past the trial period & I don’t know that it would have qualified for a warranty claim.     I heard a lot of positive reviews on Casper mattresses. Ended up going to the Casper store in Bloomington MN. Was happy with the bed and the service so we purchased one. When it arrived and we set it up, it ended up being more firm than I remember. We gave it 2 more weeks and ended up returning it due to it being a little too firm for us (more me). Even though we returned it, I still give them 5 stars! Here’s why: it’s still a great mattress for someone who prefers a bit of a more firmer mattress. I just happen to prefer a softer mattress.

    The service is remarkable. Ours was delivered within 3 days. No questions asked when requested to return. They thanked us for giving them a try. They come and pick it up. Totally painless return. And the fact that we seem to be the only people to not end up absolutely loving it, I’m thinking it’s us that has something wrong, not the mattress :-). Would recommend it to anyone. Nothing to lose since so easy to return. If they ever make a soft mattress, I’ll be the first in line to try it again! Thank you!

    I'm really disappointed in Casper Mattress. I paid to have them drop off my mattress on a designated day and to collect my old mattress. When they arrived they informed me they could drop off the new mattress but wouldn't be able to take my old mattress (leaving me with a large and cumbersome mattress in my small flat) and expecting me to wait in another day. They said they would come back 'later in the week at some point' so I refused to take the mattress. When I rang Casper they were really unhelpful and when I finally spoke to the manager he laughed and said it was 'a bummer' that I would have to take another day off of work to wait in. When I said I expected them to reimburse me for my extra time he questioned how often I have to work. If you value your time I wouldn't recommend.

    We ordered a king size mattress and waited for almost a month for it to deliver. When it delivered, it was a queen mattress. Not a king. We sent the mattress back with the drivers and they told us Casper will send us the correct size right away. I immediately called Casper after the drivers left to let them know and they said they will contact the shipping company to send the correct size. I took work off just to wait for the delivery too.

    A week later, I called again to double check when the correct king mattress will deliver. The representative had NO notes in her system regarding a new mattress or the fact that we sent the wrong size back! There was NO follow up and NOTHING regarding the mistake! We asked for Casper to give us some sort of discount, but they only offered to deduct the $100 shipping cost out of our $2,300 purchase. Are you kidding me, that's it? We were so frustrated we canceled our order and wasted 2 months. We ordered a BEAR Hybrid mattress instead (that's a lot cheaper by the way) and love it!     Purchased a king size mattress from Casper around August 6, 2016. Slept on it during 90 trial period. This was the best sleeping mattress my wife and I have ever sleep on, and has been till recently. Both of us have been waking up with severe back pain. Contacted Casper. Was very helpful and nice but no help. Wanted me to send pictures of mattress without sheet which I did. Then asked me to send pics with a 15 pound weight on various places. I did know they want pictures of bed frame. The mattress is still firm in the middle and softer where we sleep. Don’t buy a $1000 mattress that only last a couple of years and especially if they are not willing to do something to make it correct. All I want is the mattress we started out on. Not this piece of junk it turned into. Getting ready to go out and spend another $1000 to get a mattress locally. What a shame and waste of money.

    I am very disappointed on how Casper has handled my order. I ordered 4 XL twin mattresses with the metal frames and foundations but instead received 2 XL mattresses and 2 queen mattresses with wrong foundations and metal frames. Casper customer service was notified and did not provide a resolution. Casper instructed me to repurchase mattresses online and to return all the wrong items.

    I explained that I did not want spend another $3000 and possibly get another botched order. To further make matters worse, Casper could not find a contractor to pick up wrong mattresses and expected me to wait until who knows when! Which is frustrating because the refund won't be applied until after items are picked up. An exchange would have been acceptable but Casper instead directed me to purchase again! I was then told that the 100 day return trial would not apply to any new items I purchased per Casper's policy. I expected a simple exchange and ended up with a disaster!     The mattress is not built sturdy. I can feel it when my husband moves at all, even if he is just scratching his arm! It's hard to get a good night's sleep! Due to a surgery on my inner ear, I called 32 past the 100-night trial and I am SOL. The Casper rep told me they recommend their foundation so that would be another $300. She advised me to put a bunkie board (plywood like board) between my mattress and box spring and this would help temporarily. Now I'm back to my college years of sleeping on plywood! If a different foundation is required: Why is it not included? or, at the very least, Why are customers not advised of this issue before purchasing? I will try this but I am definitely not happy!     Last month, my mother needed a new mattress because she suffers from back pain. I purchased the Wave mattress and 2 pillows on 11/26/2017. On 11/28, XPO contacted me to schedule a delivery for Sunday 12/3 and it has been an ongoing nightmare. My delivery was rescheduled to 12/5, then 12/6, then 12/7, and then 12/8. They even sent an empty truck to my house on 12/6 saying they were there for a pickup and not a delivery. I wanted to handle and escalate the matter with XPO, but they've been unprofessional throughout the entire process. Their employees have hung up on me several times, screamed at me, and even complained how they have to work overtime during the holidays.

    On 12/7, I decided to reach out to Casper's social media team but they deleted my comment as well as another customer complaint. I received a DM asking me how Casper can help and that was it. There was no response to my answer, no follow up, and that was the end of it. I finally decided to call Casper and have my issue escalated with a manager. Casper ended up sending me a replacement on 12/08 via UPS overnight because XPO probably lost my order. I finally received the mattress on 12/12, but UPS doesn't provide white glove service and now the Wave mattress is still in the box untouched. On Friday, December 15th, I saw another customer having the same delivery issue as me and I responded to him. Casper's social media team deleted both of our comments on Sunday 12/17 with no outreach.

    I am still not done with whole situation, they have been calling me almost every day to schedule a non-existent Casper delivery. I've told them several times that Casper contacted them to cancel my order but I guess not. They also provided me with a complimentary pick up for all the inconvenience they've cause but, of course, it was rescheduled and will probably never happen. My whole entire journey with Casper has been a true nightmare. I understand this entire situation was mostly XPO's fault, but this a company that Casper chose to work with to deliver their products. I was so excited for my mother to try out their mattress and pillows. I also wanted to purchase another two if she liked it. I hope Casper's improves their service and customer experience. They have great products and I truly hope the customer experience will match it one day.

    I received some recommendations from friends and family as to Casper Mattress’ quality. I then looked for more information online and more reviews and was further convinced by professional reviews. I like the fact that Casper mattresses are affordable and that they fit my bed perfectly compared to other brand I use. They seem to reflect the perfect reviews I noticed.     I liked Casper Mattress' reputation and I've seen celebrities endorse their bedding and mattresses. I'm always willing to try a new product out and see how it works for me. It is extremely soft and comfortable to sleep on. I like the texture and feel. I also like the plushness of the sheets and bedding. However, I would like to see the bedding come in more color palettes. Right now they are limited to only a few select colors. They could improve their business if they worked on this.

    The Casper Mattress are good, and nice. It is very comfortable to sleep; warm and cozy during the day and night as always. It is doing the job that I want for my bed whenever I want to lay on it. It is perfect than any other brands if it is doing the jobs for customers. But this bedding are not be torn when sleep for many years and always maintain in a good condition.

    I choose this brand over other brands for a few reasons. They were highly recommended to me by a friend that uses them, I read reviews on these sheets and for the most part they were extremely positive and gave a lot of feedback on their quality, so I decided to give them a try. I like that these sheets are made from 100 percent California cotton which is very comfortable. They are very high quality with a 200 thread count. The pillow cases have a envelope feature which keeps the pillow inside the pillow case which I like very much. They are also easy to wash and look very nice. When examining the sheets, I found about 5 loose threads which would usually be a bug concern. I would just remove them easily and carefully, however when pulling on them slightly, they caused a snag in the sheet. So this is something they will need to eliminate or improve upon. Otherwise very nice sheets.

    The sheets are made of cotton and are made of high quality materials. The sheets themselves are soft, comfortable and breathable, very durable and strong. I like the fact that the sheets are made from 100 percent cotton and the sheets are great.

    The sheets are one hundred times better than the cheap, off-brand sheets I was previously purchasing. They are much softer and consistently feel cool to the touch on my skin. The softness does not diminish after washing and hold up much better to wear and tear. They fit my mattress very nicely and have a great color to them. Still, Casper could make more color selections for the sheets that are available and also make the option to have no top sheet included, as I do not use one.

    My brother-in-law owns a Casper Mattress and he told us that they were wonderful and comfy. He has severe back problems, so he has tried many options in the past. Getting our Casper is one of the best decisions that my wife and I have made since getting married. While I would say that the price needs to be reduced, it is still a wonderful and comfy mattress that we have enjoyed so far.

    I used to have sheets from Crate and Barrel. Casper Mattress' are much better and are softer. They feel really nice and are organic cotton! This is a plus in my book. However, these sheets could be a little easier to wash. I sometimes have problems with them in the dryer. But this could be fixed. I highly recommend them over other brands.

    I chose this brand because it is of high quality, soft and comfy. The quality and details of Casper sheets help to make the bed easily. And they fit well and never come undone. Its softness is great for your skin. And it helps me to relax and have a great night of sleep. They are more appealing than the other brands as they are cool, innovative and comfortable. However, it might help if we could have different colors.

    Perfect for sleeping and customized to fit what I need. Free trials and returns. The sheets are tested and provide a great atmosphere to go to sleep. However, lower the price. The quality is amazing but sometimes I buy other sheets because of the cost. Maybe have coupons and giving points for buying Casper and adding up rewards. This brand is better on the whole. The quality and feel of the bedding is the best. There are many choices and the website is easy to use. I think it is an excellent brand.

    Casper is a good name for sheets with a high thread count. I have tried other brand names for bed linen and found none really compare to Casper. I prefer Casper because it's been in my family for a good number of years and I remember having those sheets when I was a kid! When I think sheets, I think them. However, the price is a little high compared to similar designs and qualities provided by their competition. But Casper has good quality for the money.

    It's a king bed and it covered by beautiful Casper sheets. The Casper sheets are very comfortable and enjoyable. I sleep in them almost every night. I really love the texture and the material. Very durable and great. It's very soft and light. It doesn't lay heavily on your body and when you're tossing and turning it stays on your body still. This is higher in quality way better compared to other brands. But the sheets make you very warm sometimes, if you sleep all night with them you will wake up sweating mostly because of the material that it's made out of. So that means that I have to have the AC on all night when I cover in it. But overall it's a great sheet and I would love to buy more of it since I have one right now.

    A great company that cares about its customers. Very lovely people and has a very nice system of leaders. It cares about its customers and are very nice. Like others, I was reluctant to buy a bed online. Also, I had never had a memory foam bed. Casper has been heavily promoting their beds in San Francisco, and it must be effective because I started researching Casper beds which introduced me to the concept of buying a bed online, having it delivered in a relatively small box and letting it expand upon opening. What an amazing bed! The first surprise was how small the box was when it arrived. The second surprise was how quickly it expanded upon opening - within about 20 minutes it became a full size bed with a beautiful zippered cover. There was virtually no smell and now (the next day) no smell at all.

    What really surprised me was the quality of the bed. Obviously quality materials and workmanship - and the cover even has a stylish design and sturdy zipper mechanism underneath for removal and cleaning. This has only been day 2 since I've slept on this mattress. I bought this one (full size) going off the review for the queen / twin sized one that had a brown and white cover. It doesn't have the same comfort layer (the top most layer) which is the 3" gel-plus layer like the other one but rather a 1.5" air infused layer with a 2" gel-max layer.

    The delivery service was great. They give you a specific date and time that you will be available and it was honored accordingly. Very effective and efficient. The warranty was quite reasonable as you are given enough time to test out the product to your satisfaction. I think the warranty is very adequate. The customer service was very good and appreciative. They ensure that most if not all your needs are met and they are very knowledgeable about the product to offer good advice. The value was affordable. You get what you pay for and you also get the option to choose how you are able to pay based on your financial situation.

    I ordered and it said it would take a week or so I waited but really took 3 days and when I got it, they set it up for me and they had me sign for me. The warranty they gave me is suppose to last 4 years and if I were to mess up the mattress I was able to replace it for free only if the warranty is still on. They were really sweet and generous. They offered me deals and help me find my ideal mattress that I was looking for. After I found the mattress that I wanted they offered me a warranty. The mattress was very high quality and was for a cheap price and I was surprised by it because it was really amazing and looked like it would be worth tons of money.

    It comes very early. They deliver it with very carefully. It comes safe and sound. And I love the packaging how safely they packed it. So, I really want to order some more mattress from the same company. It really is very good and perfect for me. I am rather disappointed with warranty point of view. It's not very long warranty time and also have to pay cost which is quite costly. I am very happy with customer service. They were really cooperative and listen to us very carefully. They are friendly and give full time to customer. It's really high quality. I have already recommended to my other family members and want to recommend my friends also. My family members love the mattress and the softness of this.

    After a lot of research and visiting several mattress stores (which is worse than used car shopping) we decided to purchase a Casper mattress online.

    I was pretty skeptical, but we decided to risk it, because their website sold us on the idea of their mattress. It showed up in box about 5 days after we ordered. The unboxing was cool, very similar to when you buy an Apple product, cool packaging and instructions.

    We have had the mattress for 30 days and love it, it is just the right amount of firmness, not to soft and not a brick. And for the price we could buy 3 or 4 of these compared to the one tempur-pedic we almost bought. Glad we took the risk and would recommend this mattress and company.
