We originally got the wrong mattress. We asked for California King and we got a standard king. So, that was a mess up. But they did the best they could to fix it. Also, the bed separated a lot. They didn't like that. So, they did what they could to fix that. So, it's all been solved. Overall, it took a couple months, but I thought they were as responsive as they could be.

My family had purchased a mattress from Back Science, so I trusted that it was good, and I have been sleeping better and have had less back pain. I had asked for an adjustment on my mattress, and they were quick to address it. They fixed it and it was helpful.

I really like the Back Science bed I got. It's a great bed. I also bought the pillow and it's my favorite pillow I've ever had.

We're very happy with the bed we got from Back Science. We love it. The support is perfectly fine for both my husband and myself. We were surprised actually. We didn't think we bought a bed that had all of the massage features, but the bed came with all that. The people that installed the bed were great and very helpful. And the people in the store were great.

I had back pain and left hip and leg pain and I had a Tempur-Pedic. It’s less than five years old but it seemed like I sunk into a hole. I had to roll out of it and my back was getting worse with that. I have surgery coming up and I wanna make sure I have a good mattress. The Back Science bed was way too high and we had to get the base off from the Tempur-Pedic. My husband cut a board and we sanded it, and we just need help again to get the mattress up, remove the base, put the boards down and put it back on. The bed is way expensive compared to others like that for over 4,000 and that's without a base. But it is more comfortable and I have a little less pain. My husband is not comfortable lying on his side on the first few nights though and I haven't asked him anymore.

We've had two nights on the bed and just getting used to the firmness is the biggest thing, but it's good. I also ordered a pair of sheets, the cotton cool and the flat sheet. But the top sheet is about 12 inches too short. It goes from the head of the bed to the foot of the bed and comes down the side, but you can't tuck it under. I emailed Back Science and got an initial response from the person who asked if I had the sheets at the right direction. I know how to make my bed and then I replied back but I'm not sure it went through because I never heard anything back from them. So I replied back again today and I've still not heard back yet.

It was amazing with Back Science. I'm very happy with the service which was very professional. We spent around three hours at the store, testing all the mattresses. They spent a lot of time with us and we received answers to all our questions. The follow-up was exceptional as well. Now, my daughter is sleeping better.

The experience has been positive in terms of talking to people that work at Back Science and placing the order. I've gotten the bed and has slept on it for a month. But it wasn't working quite as well as I would have hoped. I contacted them and explained what I was experiencing. They are gonna send me out a different insert to try and I'm still waiting on that. But from interacting with the team at Back Science, I got the feeling that they care about producing a product that is pleasing to the consumer. You discover sometimes with some companies that it's all marketing and a scam to get paid, but I got the opposite sense from Back Science. They really wanted me to be pleased with the product. That's the kind of customer service I'd like to have if I was running a company.

We're very satisfied with the product. It's been great and customer service is incredible. I was experiencing lower back pain but since using it, we've been sleeping better.

The mattress has good firmness and it's also soft at the same time. It feels like a little hug from the mattress. Also, the guarantee on the product is a pretty decent amount. I'd tell others to go try it out and see for themselves.

We dealt with the owner at the store and he was excellent. We love the product. It's more comfortable, and we are sleeping better. Everybody needs to go try Back Science.

The bed was designed for people with bad backs and with extra support. The support is good, and the bed is comfortable. We're not feeling too hot on it and our backs have been just fine.

The people from Back Science were all amazing. From the first time we went to look at the beds to the time we purchased, they were great. They're a lot cheaper than Sleep Number or Tempur-Pedic, and their quality is better from what we tried out at those facilities. We've only had the bed for two months but by the time we left for vacation, I don't have hip pain anymore. I haven't had my knee pain other than I just had knee surgery. The difference is astounding.

I had four bulging disks and I walked into the Ultrabed store and tried a bunch of beds. We came across Back Science and the moment I laid on it, it was like heaven. We got lucky that we spoke with the owner directly. He was very knowledgeable and was a chiropractor so he has put a lot of work in all the mattresses. He was very informative. Although we want the bed a little firmer, it’s our fault because we asked for a soft one. But the owner is nice enough and he’s gonna pick it up on Friday and make it firmer for us. Back Science has great customer service and they’re super easy to work with. We paid a lot of money for the bed but you get what you pay for. It's nearly a perfect bed and I've never had such a great bed in my life. We have the remote so we can lift it up and the way it moves is incredible. Sometimes I feel like I'm floating in air. If I could be a spokesperson for this bed, I would. That's how good it is.

I like the fact that they will continue to work with you until they get things right. They will keep adjusting the mattress if it's not satisfactory. You don't have that opportunity in most places. I thought the mattress was a little bit too hard for me and stiffer than what I felt I had laid on and they came out and did what they needed to do to make it more to my liking. I've been very pleased.

We were looking around for a mattress because we had a very old mattress, and my husband and I have lower back issues and we needed something with a little more support. We heard about Back Science through an article in the newspaper. Also, we're not far from the shop that has it. My husband went in first to check it out. We met with the salespeople and then we met with the owner when we went in together. We were thoroughly pleased. He gave us time to look over all the mattresses and see which ones we preferred. We preferred the king size. We picked the one that goes up on the legs and on the back and in the lumbar region and it does everything. It's wonderful.

The purchasing experience and delivery were easy and smooth. And we're satisfied with the product. We're very comfortable with the purchase. And it has been working out well.

When I walked into the store and tried a bunch of mattresses, the Back Science mattress was comfortable. The support is good. It's a little bit firm but besides that, I enjoy it. I would tell others to give Back Science a try.

Check out Back Science if you're near their warehouse or showroom. Their customer service is phenomenal. They're very helpful. I bought one of their mattresses, which was an air mattress. We didn't like that air mattress after several years, then we just went back. I have lower back pain. It's a compromise between me and my wife. I like a harder mattress. She likes a softer one. We both got a mattress that we don't love but not hate. It's okay.

Their factory and store were not too far away from me. So I felt lucky. I have chronic lower back pain and since buying the mattress, I don't have trouble sleeping because of the back pain now. It's fantastic. I take the mattress for granted now, but in that first month, it was the best mattress I've ever had. It felt so right. I love the mattress I got. I'd recommend it.

Go to Back Science, buy the mattress, and you have nothing to lose. This is the most honorable and respectful people, and you get what you want in a mattress. You get what you think you want, and if you don't like what you felt you wanted, you could have it changed, no charge. They stand behind their product without a bunch of qualifications or disqualifications. You know how warranties are today. There are more excuses for the warranty not to be effective than there are positively. But this is not the case. It's like a new technology.

The Back Science bed felt like the most comfortable one at the store we went to and it's been a super comfortable mattress so far. Also, my husband said his shoulders hurt less. I would recommend a friend.

We've been very pleased with everything from our initial contact with Dr. Rick. I admired the approach that he took in designing the Back Science bed. I'm an architect and engineer, so I took particular notice of how he’d find the structure of the bed and how it would support people's backs. He took quite a bit of time going through all of that and he was very informative. I respect him as a chiropractor and inventor.

It's been excellent with their product and we couldn't be happier. I don't wake up with a sore back anymore or a crooked neck. It's a great mattress for the value. We've been telling everybody about Back Science.

We upgraded to a Back Science bed and the owner was on site when we went into the store and he came over and started talking to us. He helped us through the thing and handed us off to somebody when we purchased. It's been a really big change for me specifically because I had these metal bars put in my chest, so it's been really difficult to sleep and the new bed has helped a lot. We're enjoying the mattress.

My wife that was having a lower back pain. We had a soft memory foam mattress and she got to the point where she had to start sitting on the floor because it wasn't supporting her in the right areas. We wanted to get two split beds so I'd have a softer one, she'd have a firmer one, and we couldn't agree on the same firmness. But the store owner brought us over to Back Science and when we both got on, we both loved the way it felt. My wife felt the support immediately and I thought it was soft enough for me. So, we were able to stick with one bed rather than two. The bed provides support where you normally don't find support and that my wife who has chronic back pain has found relief.

We were given one-on-one service at the store. The rep took time to explain the different mattresses. I was very interested in off-gassing, the green and health component of it. He was able to make comparisons between mattresses and provide information that was relevant to what we were specifically looking for. The bed felt a little different than anything we had felt before. We had tried out 12 different beds and it was the most comfortable. It provided the kind of cushioning that was comfortable, but solid. It feels like different technology. We love it.

The salespeople were really knowledgeable. It was a very smooth process. We went in person to get a feel of each of the mattresses. Once we selected the mattress, it was shipped out fairly quickly. The crew that they had came, put it in, cleaned up, and then left. For the most part, the mattress has relieved the back pain that my wife has. That was mainly the reason why we had even chosen that particular model in the first place. We did try out other brands through them and we ended up having to return them and that process was very smooth as well. Then we went specifically with the Back Science. The overall quality has been pretty good, so far. We really like how they can come out to the house and fix any issues that we might have. Like if it starts sinking or if we need extra padding, they can come in and do those fixes themselves.

The store is a couple of exits from where we live. We did a visit and the experience was excellent. The owner helped us. He wasn't pushy at all. Any time we had a question, he'd sit down and give us as much time as we wanted to explain things. He tried to show us different mattresses from different companies. He had a way to check our back, an app he invented that would show which mattress would be good for us. Once we decided, it was easy. We placed the order and three weeks later, he had the item. They came and set it up and took our old bed. They were on time.

A friend recommended Back Science, and when I went to visit, I was impressed with the options and the expertise that was provided and made the decision to purchase the mattress. The folks there couldn't have been more welcoming. The time spent in the showroom was excellent, informative and gave me time to go home and think about it with my wife. The process was superb. We've had it a couple of months now and when we had to have an adjustment made, they were very responsive at coming to our residence and making the adjustment. Everything seems to be much improved and my wife and I, at this point, are very satisfied. It was pricey but my wife and I had a previous mattress for about 17 years so it seemed it was the right time.

It's super comfortable. It gives me more support than my last bed. Customer support was also good. We had an issue with the remote but they took care of us right away and gave us a new one.

Back Science sent us all the features. Also, the salesman was very knowledgeable. The bed is expensive, but it is good and has helped.

The mattress has been wonderful. The design is very effective, and I sleep better.

We really like our Back Science mattress. We've had a lot of positive thoughts about it. We're getting more sleep. As far as the reps at Back Science, they gave us a lot of time in the showroom. We wanted to order the new system that they were finishing the prototypes for at the time. They didn't have any available. So, they gave us their regular platform until the new one was ready, and they came and switched it out for us when the new one was ready, which I appreciated.

I've been a long-time Back Science customer. I like that the product doesn't heat up while we're sleeping on it. It seems to be comfortable and we're not having any backaches like we had in our previous bed. The customer service was excellent in helping us pick out a bed. The delivery was good. Overall, it was a very satisfying transaction.

I've been using it for about three weeks and it's a very supportive bed for people with injuries. It’s got different things than other beds. On the first night, I noticed changes sleeping on my side, that it was better than a regular spring mattress. Also, the guy who does this, Rick, is a great guy. He will do anything he can to make it workable and he stands by their product. He's all the way in California and I'm in Florida and still, he sent people over here and gave me feedback on what to do.

Everything was wonderful in my experience with Back Science. I'm very comfortable and I'm not achy like I used to be. They made adjustments that were needed. They came out every day until I was comfortable. I slept on it at night, and I said I needed a little more, and they came back the next day. They came back for two days until they got it perfect for me.

I called the store and told them about what I was looking for and what I'd gone through with three other beds. I ended up talking to the creator of Back Science and he convinced me to try it and we've had it ever since. My husband loves it. When he falls asleep, he doesn't wake up until it's time to get up, sometimes later. It's so comfortable he doesn't wanna get out of bed. I have a terrible time getting comfortable but if I can get myself comfortable, I'm asleep within a few minutes and I sleep a good seven to eight hours. I don't wake up in the middle of the night and that's stuff that's a plus on my side for my whole life.

In other beds we've had, we've had to put a topper on top of the bed and those can be really hit-or-miss. But with Back Science, you don't have to worry about that added weight. It was a much nicer overall experience. The representatives in the store were great. They were incredibly knowledgeable, and really, really kind. I had several calls with them to find out the status of the mattress and they did an incredible job with follow-up.

The store rep was very insightful. He gave us all the information we asked for. He worked with us. He let us stay as long as we wanted and try the mattresses as many times as we wanted. So he was great. We were addressing some back pain issues and some nerve issues from the shoulder. Now, I don't wake up aching anymore and my wife is complaining less and less about her shoulders. Whatever technology Back Science is using, it works great. The firmness or the support that the mattress has is in the right places where it accommodates your body good. It's working for us.

We like the mattress a lot. It's been a really good bed and it seems very supportive. It's worth buying and I would recommend it to people.

We don't like the pressure sales type of people and their sales rep was perfect. I told him I have back issues and he showed us around and left us and said, “Hey, you guys look at it.” The no-pressure shopping was phenomenal. What really sold us is their warranty. We love the idea of being able to unzip and replace just parts. If you think of a mattress, it's usually the top part that gets more and more than the bottom, so we love the idea of being able to unzip and replace just the pieces we're gonna need. Also, we love the mattress we got and both my husband and I feel like we get better sleep. I thought I was a firm mattress lover and we ended up with a softer one and it's great.

I've been sleeping on a mediocre mattress my whole life. I really wanted to invest in a good mattress, because you spend a third of your life laying down on it. I figured it would be a very good idea to get something a little more graduated. I went into a mattress store. Back Science was next door to another mattress store and I spoke to the salesman. He was very nice. He's a chiropractor, so he knows what he's talking about. He quickly recommended something that would be the right fit for me. It was a low pressure sale and it was a good feeling all around. I trusted it and I'm happy with my decision.

The customer service is phenomenal. When we first got the bed, it wasn't quite right so they came out, brought the necessary stuff, and readjusted it. They did it in my home so that I didn't have to be without a mattress and they were very accommodating. It was great. Also, since sleeping on the bed, my husband's lower back isn't hurting quite as much and he sleeps solid throughout the night. It works perfect for us and helps us sleep better.
