The comfort level is indescribable. Prior to this, I had been using a hybrid latex mattress from WinkBed specifically designed for back pain, but my condition worsened to the point where I couldn't walk without pain each morning. Some of their customer support representatives were quite unhelpful, with one interaction feeling particularly dismissive. The first time this one person emailed me back, he was very friendly. The second time, someone else responded. Then the third time, it was him again but he was rude and sarcastic in his reply. Then two days later, someone different emailed me again.

If I could talk to someone there instead of going back and forth through email, I would show that message to the owner. If it were my business, that person would be fired on the spot. You don’t get sarcastic with a customer who is spending $3,000 on a mattress. That’s uncalled for. In all fairness, I also bought two pillows and a mattress topper. The mattress itself was about $2,700, which is still a lot.

Despite these issues, I’m thrilled with the product itself. I also bought their pillows and a mattress topper, rounding out my purchase significantly. Although their firm series 2 mattress might not conform like memory foam, it offers fantastic support—a balance between softness and the necessary firmness to prevent body pain. Crucially, it sleeps cool despite my previous latex mattress failing in this regard. Over months of use, the mattress retained its quality, without the body impressions or sagging I've experienced with other brands.

For those suffering from back pain or who want a reliable, comfortable sleep solution — despite the price tag — this mattress is worth every penny. The relief and comfort it provides outweigh the initial cost, and it should last many years without the body pain troubles that accompany lesser products.

Although we've only had them since yesterday and I haven't had the chance to fully evaluate them, I can say that our initial interactions with the sales representatives were outstanding—particularly with the knowledgeable chiropractor and his son. They provided excellent guidance throughout the process. Based on my limited experience so far, I would rate Back Science highly.
