Not really clean wherever you visit. I kind of avoid this whenever possible. It appears un-cleanliness is the motto. Why God why? Food quality is OK though.

Food is almost always very good, especially considering it's a fast food chain. Service is always above and beyond. Employees are friendly and ensure you are taken care. My favorite, the Sriracha burger. They are fast food at its best.

I must show my appreciation for Elizabeth. She is by far the most friendliest, most kindest, most helpful employee at Jack In the Box store #540. She is also always dressed very nice and professional and from what I have witnessed goes out of her way to help customers such as myself. For example she remembers my favorite things to order so that saves me time to get back home to my family after a long day of work. Thank you. :)

Okay so lemme just let y'all know me and my girlfriend live in VA, the Commonwealth State. We came up to Charlotte to come to Carowinds, it's a theme park. We noticed there was a Jack in the Box by our hotel and we don't got them near us. So of course we had to go head and peep it. We wanted some damn ac so we came inside to order and eat. I had noticed they got mad stuff on the menu and me and my shorty got mad hyped. So we got like 50 bones worth of food, buncha cheese burgers, buncha chicken, buncha tacos, eggs rolls, you name it we was eating it. Milkshakes, hot dogs, chicken, caesar chicken, milkshakes, burger sodas, you name it we got it. It was pretty good. You know what I'm saying it was alright.

Everything going good we vibing, we eating. We decide it's time to head back to the hotel so we ask for some to go bags. Lady at the register start laughing at me maybe cause I'm a portly fella, maybe cause I got a greasy face, who knows but it pissed me off. I said, "Damn lemme just get a bag so we can munch up later." We finally get the bags and I'm a little heated I started sweating maybe.

We go to leave and I see the manager outside picking up trash. I'm like, "Damn what a dude". He out here making more money than anyone and he still getting his hands dirty. I see him go to pick up this large ball of trash come to find out it's a damn sleeping raccoon!!! This raccoon jumps on the manager and I start to flip out. I'm so scared for my life. I mean terrified. I try to help him out but then the raccoon turns on me. He got this beady yellow eyes looking like he on steroids. I think he been eating too many these monster tacos cause man dude was strong. He pounce on me with the quickness and after what seem like an hour.

Me and shorty ** finally get this damn raccoon off me. Manager think it's funny even though I came in like the large knight I am to save his butt. We think we good to go, try to squeeze into the car and realize there a whole damn army of these raccoons. Each one bigger and fatter than the next. We manage to escape but I just wanna say y'all gotta get these raccoons under control. I can't be risking my life for some chicken, milkshake, sandwiches.

I asked if they could simply throw away a can of coke that was empty after making a purchase in the drive through. They denied me saying that I could go throw it in the big dumpster in the parking lot. They can touch it. What the kinda customer service is that. I'm very disappointed. I asked for the manager. Turns out her name is Sylvia. She tells me the same thing the window girl told me. I'm dumbfounded. It's kind of silly that they would not throw away a simple empty can of Coke. Makes customers not want to come back when they have such a crappy service. Today is Sunday April 9th 2017 approximately 1 p.m. I would suggest Jack in the Box does something about this because it will lead to not having as many customers as they would like. I have no order number as a did not give me a receipt for my purchase.

After we got home I checked the bag and they forgot my chicken strips because I order a number 9 chicken strip combo and they gave me the drink and fries but not my chicken strips. They are giving out old food. I went to Jack In the Box this early morning hungry after working all day. Could barely afford to eat. Spent the last of my money on garbage and now still hungry with no money or gas to go back. Plus the person I couldn't explain my order any simpler. She repeated it. It was right but the food was sicking. It looked like they saved an old sandwich from way earlier that day. I mean it looked so old that I almost puked on top of that. Still ice cold pancakes. I mean really ice cold pancakes. Cold sandwich which was smelling like old mayo covered in it to hide that nasty ** taste. It was bad I tell you. That food poisoning is no joke. I got real sick from their food about a month ago. Haven't eaten there until today only cause it was the only thing open.

Got my food. Didn't eat it. Couldn't. I tried cause I was starving but now I go to bed with hunger pains and feeling sick. You know it's happened too many times. Five times food poisoning due to old left out food. Very I mean I was so nasty couldn't even eat the rock hard pancakes. Citrus and Rowland in Covina and illegals working as well. Tired of getting messed up food from Jack In the Box illegals. It needs to stop. They serve us old ** orders and give the fresh food to their family which are waiting outside so they can swap it out with food they saved earlier that day. She figured it was late so who cares. Well it happens too much with this corporation.

Very upsetting. Will never eat their crappy food again. I tired of wasting my hard earned taxed money for nothing. It's upsetting. Now I still am hungry and no money so I have to work this morning again but with little energy caused case Jack In the Box has old food. I pay full price for the food and this is what I get as a customer. When is this not gonna happen anymore.

On January 24, 2017 around 9:30pm I visited the location on Sheldon Road in Channelview at the drive thru where I ordered 2 munchie meals and additional taco. I was instructed afterward paying for the order to pull out of front so that the employee can bring my food out when finished. I sat there about 12 minutes and then the young lady brought out the one bag of food with no drink. When I mentioned the missing drink she proceeded back into the restaurant to get it. While she was preparing the drink I opened the bag only to get my taco out. When I unwrapped the taco I noticed there was a huge teeth mark where someone bit the taco. I was frantic as well as immediately felt sick! By this time the young lady came back out to my car to only hear my rage about the bitten taco I received. She laughed initially and said she didn't do it because she had just gotten there. I also have placed this live video on Facebook and mentioned it to the young lady.

I proceeded into the restaurant for further explanation and to receive my money back. The guy at the front counter said he couldn't believe what he had seen. I asked him how it was possible that they were serving customers food that they were already eating and placing in the customer's bag to eat! He said it must have been placed accidentally in which the video contains the entire conversation. I asked for a manager and was informed there was no manager at the location. The guy at the counter gave me the information for the store and the owner. The store # is 670 and I have all the managers information as well.

I was sick the entire night as well as this morning from just the thought of this happening! The risk of germs, diseases, poison etc! I have been receiving calls all day today from the managers, district manager, as well as the owner asking if I would take the video down if they gave me a gift card to the restaurant in which I took as a major insult.

On or about January 10 2017 my daughter took her 14 yr old daughter who is autistic, to the Jack in the Box store located at 1141 W. Lagonia Ave. Redlands, Ca for her birthday treat, chocolate Oreo shake. The employee and manager demonstrated disdainful treatment toward my daughter's autistic child because she was slow to properly pronounce the item she wanted. An argument ensued with the manager raising her voice and becoming totally unprofessional and clearly displaying her dislike for my daughter and autistic child.

Jack in The Box has been a family favorite since 1965. But with its discriminatory policy toward disabled children, we caution all those who take their children to their stores to be mindful and cautious not to expose their children to such behavior. In a disabled child's world there is no discriminatory thinking - only being victimized.

When I ordered that I was surprised when the cashier asked me if I wanted cheese on it. I told her that yes I would since it was a cheeseburger. She said I would have to pay 30 cents more for the cheese. To be insulting I asked her how much extra would the hamburger be. This didn't set well with her. I mentioned that she was actually trying to sell me a Jumbo Jack hamburger combo for $4.99 instead of the cheeseburger. That is false ad and wrong. This year I see the same ad on the menu board. Finally got up to the drive through window, the employee named Oscar was rude and unprofessional. I asked what was taking them so long and he just laughed and ignored the question. Gave me my bags and drinks, but held onto my card so I had to yell at him to give me my card. So after we go home, not even one bite into my burger I found a hair mixed in with the meat. So my husband wrapped it up. And set it aside to take back. Luckily we got the refund before I found the hair.

I tried calling the store to let them know, after four tries over a couple hours I gave up. I called the 800 number, they said they would contact the area manager and that person would call me. I never heard a word from anyone. I stopped in at another Jack In The Box, asked if they would replace the tea, saying it was bad, NO was the answer. With that said I just spent over 20 min. in line at the Jack in the Box at Mount Vernon. The girl at the window said there is a charge for sour cream, hum when

I go to a restaurant there is no extra charge for sauce sour cream etc.

It's called cost of doing business Jack. If you can't afford being in business get out of it. Condiments are part of the cost of the food and it's way too expensive for fast food anyway. I just spent 10 bucks on a chicken pita with 3 small pieces of chicken (pressed) at that were over seasoned, and a small curly fries and had to ask for ketchup, REALLY! And three napkins for the whole greasy mess. Oh yea! I hate the bags too that leak the grease through.

I go to the Jack In the Box near my house in Springfield, Oregon at Pioneer Plaza and have always had a great experience there. I take my son there once in awhile. The staff were always nice and if they ever messed up on an order I’d get extra fries or something they'd always compensate until recently. The last few months I have been there the service had been crap. I've never been charged for buttermilk sauce if I ordered food. Recently they hired a new lady on staff mid to late 20s and when asking for my sauce at the drive thru she completely argued with me over asking for sauce. First off I wouldn't had minded paying for extra sauce I just spent 40$. Does she think I can't afford sauce? But with the attitude I received I didn't even want the sauce. I went home and used my ranch salad dressing instead. Now every time I go thru the drive thru it's the same gal. Every time I ask for sauce she rolls her eyes at me.

Today I ordered a 20 dollar order including large curly fried egg rolls and some breakfast sandwiches. She gives me 1 sauce and asks me if I will need a sauce for my egg role too. Of course I do – it’s an egg roll?? Can I have sweet and sour please? So I get one sauce each after asking if I could get more sauce. She gave me 1 more and rolled her eyes again. Like it was so hard to put a few in the bag in the first place like the rest of the employees have always done. Also on another occasion I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and they were made like them but had beef in it!! Didn't realize until I got home. I appreciate the employees here. I have only had bad experiences with the new cashier. If you don't like your job quit and stop making yourself and customers miserable over a sauce. There are lots of jobs in Oregon. You don't have to work for minimum wage.

Had my order on one computer, took my cash, stick it in her pocket, walked over to the front counter and said "here its only 40 dollars" and a light black male took my 40 dollars from the cashier and she didn't even bother to give us our change. Our order was 10 taco's 1) #5 with no mustard, curly fries med. with a coke 1) #2 curly fries med. with a coke also.

The cashier she is mexican, red hair, heavyset, older lady, looked like she was in her mid 40's and this isn't the first time or the second time it's happened and it's also the same women. I don't never see a manager. It's always that women and it's only on Sunday nights. I will not be going back until she is gone, cause we never get our receipt or our change. We do have pictures of the cashier handing the money to guy could be a boyfriend or husband. We can't believe this is how this restaurant is ran. We will be going elsewhere for now on. As we looked around there was a broom near one table and another broom next to papers all over the floor. The carpet was also dirty. We decided to take our order to go. 2 days ago me, my 2 sons (13 and 14) and husband were having dinner in the patio area of the Jack in The Box located at 3909 Mission Ave Oceanside Ca. My family and I have been eating there for over 2 months. We eat there every day. We are currently homeless. A Hispanic male in his mid-50s approached me while I went in to use the restroom and started yelling for me to leave. After using the restroom I came out and noticed a police officer speaking to my husband. Apparently this man told the officer at the service window as he was receiving his dinner that we were TRESPASSING & LOITERING. We are currently homeless. In our defense my husband tried to show the officer our receipts showing that we just bought our food and that we were in no way trespassing or loitering. He said it didn't matter the MANAGEMENT told him we were not welcome on the property. I had never seen this Hispanic man before.

I spoke to the lead and she told me the man hangs the signs for the Jack I'm the box franchise. Apparently a female relative is the night manager who likes to turn off the FREE WI-FI. From what we witness she only does it to those who appear homeless. Otherwise I have seen people sit for up to 2 hours. It was a degrading and humiliating situation. I'm not homeless because of drugs or alcohol. I work and take care of elderly men and woman with stage 4 cancers. To be discriminated and treated less than human is something I've never experienced in my 45 yrs. The day staff has ALWAYS treated us with respect and vice versa. It's only the overnight lead who displays this discriminating and prejudice behavior.

Ok so whenever the football team The Texans win, all jack in the boxes are suppose to give free monster tacos when the customer says go Texans! So me & my friend ordered the monster taco & the Employee told us that we have to purchase something, which is not true because we got the taco before, & on the ad it said when the football team wins they give monster tacos with No purchase! The employee kept going back and forth with us saying we had to buy something. She was rude & didn't want to give us the tacos. The employee had her boyfriend & friends sitting in the lobby & she gave them free food!!

So I showed her the Ad for the taco & she went & got the manager. The manager took awhile to come to the counter. I told her I wanted the free monster taco, so she also told me I had to purchase something, which I knew she was lying. I told her we came here before & got it. They were both rude about it. She wasnt even sympathetic about either, but yet we saw the employee give free food to her boyfriend & friends. This jack in the box had very Bad Customer service!!! The employees be on their cell phones. They invite friends up there that hangout in the lobby. Its very Ridiculous!!! I would never spend money at this location again. It's dry, hard and not even hot. When it is like that, you can actually taste the additives they put in the beef. In other words, it has a chemical fake taste in it. Not good at all! Jack In the Box really needs to get it together and over achieve in making sure the meat is fresh. Fresh is their main motto! But they're total disgrace! What happened, and what has happened for a few years now, is that Jack in the Box can, and will not, get an order right at the drive-up window. Today, the girl at the window understood the order very well on the first try. Someone in the kitchen disregarded the order AGAIN. I've lost count as to the number of times this has happened. If we go inside and order, the order is always correct. And no, it's not the electronics at the outside order panel that is the problem. It's knowing that after the customer drives off, they won't waste the time returning to make the staff get the order correct.

Jack in the Box is my favorite fast food place by a margin of at least 50 times over. But this is downright insulting. Is Jack in the Box such a bad employer that the employees feel the need to sabotage the customer goodwill? Or, worse, worse case scenario, do they have a WORSE pay and benefits package than the all-time worst - Walmart?

Jack, if you can't afford educating your staff, then hire Secret Shoppers. At least SOMEONE will be getting info back to you. IF YOU THINK EDUCATION IS EXPENSIVE, TRY WORKING WITH IGNORANCE. DO SOMETHING BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE. I'd hate to see my favorite Teriyaki Chicken Bowl disappear because one more big corporation is not listening to its customers. Bear in mind that McDonald's thought they were invincible. Don't become "Joke in the Box." You're better than that.

We placed a $30+ order: 12 Breakfast Jacks,12 hash brown and a iced coffee and I think a soft drink. We got home and were missing our hash brown. We immediately called because of the amount of our order in both ways - money and merchandise. So name was taken and I barely got to make it there today August 27, 2015 at noon. I let the manager know that I was barely coming back from 3 weeks and that they should have my name back there for the order that was missing - $12.00 worth of food. She said I'm gonna go look, her name was Juanita. Juanita never came back to tell me anything. She instead sent someone of course...a worker to hand me 12 hash brown. No apology, no choice to decide what I wanted to do.

I'm a single mother of 4. The morning of breakfast was ruined. Now I was given 12 grease dripping hash brown at lunch time. I would've even took something off the lunch menu. What do I want 12 hash brown for now especially today at lunch? I'm upset because I want given a choice to decide if I wanted a refund or $12.00 off the menu of my choice because they already spoiled our breakfast. How about treat us to lunch for the mistake? No here's what we forgot that day. Bye. That's it. I don't know if you understand me but $12.00 is $12.00 - I can feed all my kids with that. I'm not one that can lose out on money, every penny counts - someone with money that it's living well won't understand where I'm coming from. Then to get thrown to the curb when they did wrong is a slap in my face.

Then I call corporate and Erica acts like I'm the one who did wrong or I'm trying to scam Jack in the Box out of my own money! To go off and tell me "Well ma'am you can't have the food replaced and a refund." Not once did I even say at no time that I wanted both. I was calling bc I wasn't given a choice. So that's what went in Fort Worth on Seminary by I-35. I go there every other day by the way. The pictures show all the grease that was left for us on the bag and a puddle on the wrapper.

We had to stay by the cashier (1st in line) for 7-9 minutes before she took our order. When we got it, it wasn't what we had asked for and had to wait another 10-12 minutes to get the right one. You would think they would give it a priority, but they treated us as a new customer. No mention of being sorry, that they had made a mistake. The burger was much to be desired, it tasted bad, I can't explain it, it may have not been fresh. In short a bad experience.

Today, March 22, 2015 at around 9:25, my husband, my two children, and I went through the drive through at JACK IN THE BOX on Sunset Road to order for my family, 2 disabled clients that I work with and my elderly mother. We had a large order. Well, as we ordered, the young lady in the drive through was making rude comments about what we were ordering. Well, my husband said to her "Ma'am, we hear your mean comments that you are making towards us." She responded and said, "I know" and "Oh well." My husband said, "Well I am gonna cancel the order," and she "BYE BYE!" I was upset and went inside and spoke to the manager **.

** told me that "She wasn't talking to you." I said, "but she needs to apologize," and the young lady in drive through said, "I am NOT apologizing for nothing." I admit that I asked why and then the manager told me to leave before she call the police on me. She then refused to give me corporate number along with the young lady in drive through. This was the WORST TREATMENT EVER. I still have google corporate to file my complaint. Let's just say, I work at 4 multi-million dollar health care agencies and I will be informing them all of the treatment that I received.

My roommate and I pulled up to the drive thru at approximately 4:30 am. There were no other customers inside or in the drive thru. The woman working greeted us with fact: "just so you know we still have 10 minutes left on our breaks so you're gonna have to wait." We looked at each other and decided she had to be joking. She wasn't. She said "don't you take your breaks at work?" Yes, we both take our breaks at work, but what we DON'T do is have the only employees working break at the same time. Where we both work there is ALWAYS an employee happy to help the customers, because it's because of the customers that I even get a paycheck and I'm grateful. My roommate and I go to your restaurant at least once a week. Never again. I hope no one else had the pleasure of being patronized by your Employee of the Month.

I haven't been there in a while and yesterday, I stopped by again. So while the lady was getting my order, he passed by and again made a comment, the lady getting my order smiled and sort of forgot my order as she started asking me again. Anyhow, while she was preparing my order, I approached her and asked for the name of the manager. I asked her if he is the only manager and she said yes. She looked nervous and actually did not want to give his last name. So she knows I know he made some unflattering comments in Spanish. I suggest that you reprimand your manager from being rude to your customers by making unflattering comments in Spanish and make fun of them.

I told them I was going to contact the gm and corporate. Their exact response was "Oh well. Do what you have to." The girl at the window had bright red hair and the shift person was Hispanic lady, middle age, also young man with dark hair. Everybody refused to give names.

We have been frequent customers of this establishment for years. But after this bad experience and your employees have and I don't care attitude. This is hurting your business and Mgr don't care. I am sorry for your corp but my family will no longer be visiting your restaurant. I'm just very disappointed in customer service across the country. I walked in the door first then my daughter as she was walking through the door she fell. It happened so fast that I didn't see it I just seen her on the floor. I help her up and walked to the counter. The cashier just looked at my baby as she was nothing. No one never asked was she ok. I asked her out loud when she fell was she ok so they'll know she had fell.

I called and talk to several people but because I was trying to be nice, not get a lawyer, they are giving me the runaround. I had to take my daughter to the emergency room because it would hurt when she walk. I think it's only fair that they pay her doctor bill and pain and suffering. It seems to me that Jack In The Box or his employer's don't care about children or loyal customers.

Last night I went to Jack In the Box in Rockwall off of Ridge Road. It was about 10:30 at night. I had just got off of work from working a double shift. I was hungry and all I wanted was some hot food. They were busy but I waited patiently in line. When I made it to the counter, the lady with the braces was very rude and she was very impatient with me. All I wanted was a number seven with a small fry. When she took my order she didn't have a smile on her face. Instead I was greeted with an attitude.

When I received my food after twenty minutes, it was very cold and it was burnt. I didn't like her customer service at all. So I decided to go through the drive-thru. The line was very long but I waited to see if I could get hot food and better customer service. I finally made it to ace my order. I ordered another number seven with a small curly fry and a drink. Even though this lady had a line full at the drive-thru she still found the time to be polite and courteous. She even offered an Overload cake which I declined.

I made it to the window and to my surprise it was an African American lady at the window. She had very good customer service. My food was hot and I received my food in a timely matter even though the drive-thru was full. I just feel like I shouldn't have had to pay twice for the same order and I also feel like I got better customer service from the lady in the drive-thru than I did when I went inside the store. If you want good customer service at the Jack In the Box in Rockwall, I prefer anyone to go thru the drive-thru even if the line was long. As for the lady with the braces, she needs a job change.

My Name is Brian and on December 25th, 2014 12:00 am I made a stop at Jack In The Box Drive Thru on 51st and Baseline after coming from Sky Harbor Airport. I went to place my order with ** at store # 1541 and she was very rude and she had an attitude from the time that she took the order. I had to repeat my order more than one; on the third time I said to ** , "No, No, No" in a calm way and started to repeat my order. At that point she cut me off and stated that I did not have to yell or raise my voice which I hadn't. I then proceeded to correct my order in which afterwards I stated that she could not get my order right and she openly admitted to having someone key in the order for her.

Mind you, ** stated that she was the assistant manager. So therefore, she's suppose to be knowledgeable of the POS system. ** then stated that she knows what she's doing and she had done it for years. She then refused my service after I said "obviously not" and asked for Corporate phone number. I asked for it multiple times as well as her name which she refused to give me. Afterwards, she threaten me and said she would call the cops. I proceeded to leave after that but when I pulled up to the window there was a car in front of me keeping me from leaving the drive thru.

Once the car left and I got to the window, I asked the person at the window for corporate phone number. She did not give me the correct number to corporate, she said it was the "RDM number." After receiving the phone number, I left and went to the Jack In the Box on 35th and Southern. While in the Drive Thru, someone was flashing a light in the window of my car. Come to find out ** call the police even after I did what she asked which was to leave the establishment.

When I spoke with the office, he told me ** said that I was using profanity, which I was not, and that I was going to jump through the window and harm the business and the employees of Jack In The Box. She fabricated a story to the Police and tried to get me arrested for something I didn't do. I politely explained to the Police Office, I had just got off of work and I was coming from the airport. I live right around the corner from store #1541. I didn't come there to cause trouble or be rude to anyone. I had my mother and my nephew in the car with me; I was just trying to get some food for my family and go home. The last thing I was to do on Christmas is be in someone's jailhouse for something I didn't say or do.

After explaining the story, the officer told me that ** lied on me about what happen and that ** no longer wanted me at the business establishment anymore. I feel like I shouldn't have had to go through this and that there should be some type of disciplinary action for which she did. She should be terminated for her actions, that's not how an assistant manager should behave and not only that no assistant manager should make up a story. If this is the type of employees Jack In The Box has working for them, then I will no longer buy any type of product from this company. I mean exactly where do the work ethics come into place? I was mistreated and it was unfair. If nothing can be done about this, I will write to the Head of Jack In The Box, The Vice President, CEO, etc. I don't have to tolerate this particular behavior especially when I did nothing wrong.

It was late, and we wanted to go get Munchie Meals at the store in Roseville, Ca on Foothills Blvd. My wife dislikes drive-throughs, so we were going to go into the dining room to order to go. As we approached the door though, an employee was walking up to lock it. We were resigned to leaving hungry, but he waved us in as the last customers to help, which he in no way had to do.

The only negative part of the experience was the employee mopping the floor coming over to try and mop where we were standing even though there was plenty of other places he still needed to mop. He asked us if we could stand on the mat by the door until our food was ready and he would bring it to us. We were fine with standing by the door because we did not want to mark up the floor he had just cleaned, and were happily surprised when the counter man would not let the guy with the mopwater hands touch our food, and instead brought it over to us himself.

Ordered a jumbo jack (no cheese), price on the outside board: $2.39, paid and when got the receipt I had been charged 2.49. Told the worker, who called the manager, whose response was: "the price must have gone up". When I told him that the price charged should be the same as the one when I made the decision to buy, which is by the outside board or it should be corrected he simply responded: "how about I give you 10 cents back", which is not even the right amount, because I also paid tax. The issue is not the 11 cents overcharged, but the manager's response and the way he handled it. Called customer service, reported the problem, was told that somebody would contact me within 2 business days, and that didn't happen. Now I wonder how many more prices on that board are incorrect and people are being overcharged and not have realized it and how many Jack in the Box locations are doing the same. It starts to add up. I purchased a sausage croissantwich meal from Jack in the box in Bellevue, Washington about 4 weeks ago. Halfway through the sandwich I noticed three splotches of red on the bottom of the croissant bun, two of which I had bitten through and on was about 3/4" away from my bite mark. I immediately checked my mouth for any bleeding in the bathroom and found no signs of any blood. I returned the half-eaten sandwich to the counter looking for some explanation to what the red splotches could be, but they offered none and simply offered me a new sandwich, however I was no longer hungry.

I called Jack in the Box and spoke with Andy in guest relations and he assured me that they would investigate the incident and that the Health Department might be notified.

After getting off the phone with him I notified the Health Department myself and I was told that the store and employees would be inspected. I got a call from the Health Department 3 days later and I was told that Jack in the Box was able to retrieve my sandwich and that Jack in the Box would be testing it for blood.

About a week later I got a call from Jack in the Box, saying that they had good news. The sandwich had tested negative for blood. When I asked if Jack in the Box had used an independent lab to get the results, I was told that Jack in the Box has their own labs to do their tests. I felt it was unlikely to get an unbiased test result if Jack in the Box did their own testing, so I asked for the croissant to be sent back to me so that I could get my own tests done on it. The person I spoke with told me that I would be responsible for paying for any further testing done, but that they would send me my sandwich as asked.

Two weeks elapsed and I still hadn't received my sandwich. Finally, Friday the 4th of April I received a call from Andy in guest relations. He told me that when preparing the sandwich to be returned to me there was a third spot noticed. They did another test and it was human blood! Andy also stated Jack in the Box would pay for any of my medical expenses and further testing of the blood. He also offered me $100 Jack-card. He asked if I had a number in mind as far as where negotiations should start and I told him I thought it best for a lawyer to do my negotiating from here on out. I am currently still looking for legal representation pending my blood test results.

I called the Corporate Office for Jack in the Box in San Diego and spoke with a "Brian", and they want to fix this mess by giving me free food, this is not acceptable to me.

My husband was driving our family car, a Black 2004 Cadillac CTS on Sunday 9-12-04, when they asked us to pull around the back of the restaurant to bring the food because our order would take a few extra minutes, when the young girl brought the food order to me, that's when I discovered they had written my husband's physical description on the back of the receipt, they could have easily written Black car, or Black Caddy, but not ** Driver. What makes this injurious is that my husband is not **, he is Hispanic. Is there a governmental agency or consumer group I may contact to file a complaint? I appreciate your help. I have the receipt and I am willing to scan it for anyone to view it.
