Unfortunately, I never had the chance to taste their taco. On Saturday, January 3 Jack In The Box advertised a TV special available until Jan. 6. The special was two tacos for $0.75. On January 6 I thought I would head to my local Jack In The Box at 11:45 AM located at Marlow and Piner Rd. in Santa Rosa CA. I was buying six tacos for myself, my wife and grandson, plus drinks. While parking, I noticed there was no signage for the special which brought some concerns. Upon entering the restaurant one person was eating, another waiting for his order, one Uber-eats type person, and one much older person standing in line. The person in line was also trying to order tacos. The female he was talking to didn't understand him. She called over what appeared to be the manager, a younger, shorter female. All three became involved in a very confusing conversation. I jumped in and said he wants to order the two tacos for $0.75 TV special.
The older employee pointed to the menu above with tacos listed in the upper left corner at $1.49. I explained again to the two Jack In The Box employees their company was promoting a special on TV. The manager then turned the ordering monitor towards me saying it is "not on our app". My concerns were now confirmed and I walked out. As I got into my car, the person in front of me came out, unhappy.
This special was advertised on Saturday. I have to believe hundreds of people have gone into this one Jack In The Box in Santa Rosa in the three day since the ad, This same situation probably occurred hundreds of times in thousands of Jack In The Box throughout the US. Am I to believe not one Jack In The Box employee or local manager did not notify a corporate manager? OR did that corporate manager decide to ignore the problem by not notify everyone down the line of an ad the company was not going to standby. Poor management when hoping a problem will permanently go away on its own. That causes the customer to permanently go away.

First off we ordered the "GREMLIN MEAL" AND A ROOTBEER DRINK... THEY GAVE ME 2 TACOS, VERY LITTLE FRIES AND NO CURLY FRIES, ONLY CRUMBS AND I GOT A DAMN A COLA DRINK, NOT A DAMN ROOTBEER. And for them to be real quick to take my money but give me less than what I ordered and what I didn't ordered is bullshit..... not to mention the one tender when it was to be 2 yeah, bs.

Horrible customer service. No one comes to the counter or even greets customers walking in and they just stand in the back and the food is just plopped on the counter without announcing the order number. One employee was mopping right by the door when I was trying to leave, making it a slipping hazard.

I have never had to wait in line for about 40 minutes before getting to the order menu and then having to wait another 10 minutes for it to be actually taken. If I wasn't blocked in by the people in front or behind me, I would have definitely left to go get food somewhere else. I truly doubt that I will be going back again, even though it is the most convenient. I will be driving out of my way to get food in the future. The location I visited was at Hampton and Ledbetter in Dallas, Texas. If the option of Zero stars was available, that would be my rating.

I'm so sad that Jack in the Box put computers in front of counter. SO IMPERSONAL and rude. I may stop going after 30 years. Why do they have to cheapen their business. I will never continue using a business that expects me to go without customer service. Really poor choice. Also, the employees at these locations are rude and low class.

Rude lady at drive thru. I would never recommend. Skip this location. It’s the absolute worse place ever. She ignored me trying to order and then told me to go back around after she purposely ignored me.

It's been 4 days and still haven't received a call or reply email back. Regarding my refund for not receiving items. That I already paid for. Not only was my order incomplete. But my chicken was still frozen in the middle, got fries instead of curly, my tacos were a complete mess and dripped sauce every in my truck. JACK IN THE BOX PLEASE FIX THIS LOCATION AT 105 IN MONTGOMERY TX. IT'S ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. 💯

This is my second time coming to this location, I was so disappointed. Customer service deplorable, no professionalism, cussing from team lead ** and 2 other female associates. No one had name tags, only the team lead. Food was cold except for the small tacos. It is with deep concern my question is why aren't staff members changing and washing their hands during cash handling and picking up onions from the cooler. I literally had to tell the young lady to please change her gloves because I don't to get sick! Jack in the Box was my favorite place to eat but I will never return to this located 441 E GENEVA RD #4226, Wheaton IL. My suggestion would be retrain the team, get a more efficient. This is a fast pace establishment. People should not waiting long time for their orders. Train them or replace the team asap. It's hurting the business.

10/14/25, roughly 8:50pm, we swung by to get a bite to eat as we were coming through Warrenton, MO. This store (#4054) looked a bit shady as it was a bit dim and dark, but they were open. Used the drive thru and ordered. They had us pull up and they would bring the food out to us as they had to make the one sandwich we ordered. While waiting, I had to go use the restroom. The lobby was locked up even though the posting on the door said they were open until 10pm and it was just 9pm. I knocked and the employee came up saying the lobby was closed. I pointed to the sign posted on the window. He opened up and looked. I said I just need to use the restroom while waiting for our food. He seemed a bit irritated, but he let me in.
Back out in the car waiting for food, it arrived, but with cold curly fries and old normal fries. I knocked back at the door to let them know. They did replace them, but the whole stop from pulling into the drive thru until we actually drove away was 25min!! If we didn’t already pay, we would have left. Also making this review to inform that this location is not following their posted hours of operation. Just a frustrating stop when all we wanted to do was get a bite to eat and head home, 2hrs away. Not the best stop in awhile.☹️🤷♂️

I told them I would buy food. I just had to use the restroom first. One guy was going to and then this female with brown hair told me the bathrooms were closed which was a lie. I was shocked, upset they actually could start making their chicken tenders so small. 😕Used all the time I found myself going to safe. Now you can get twice as much for half the price though no drive through. Sucks. I hope they go back to original size at least before I’m 80.

Joyce and Keila at store number 4836 was extremely professional. They were so kind. I will definitely visit this store again. The restroom was clean and had everything from tissue to soap and paper towels.

They keep advertising a monster box with a large mozzarella stick as an option for a side but they haven't had them in stock since this promotion started! Not once! False advertising!!!! They need to get this item in stock and stop lying about having this item!

I’ve been a fan of Jack In The Box since the late 90’s. It was absolutely one of the best place to get a burger along side Whataburger, and Carl Jr’s. I loved their ultimate bacon cheeseburger especially when they use 2 different cheeses, and it was real juicy. Something everyone loves! Now in Illinois for the last 10 years, they finally after all these years opened up a handful of Jack In The Box locations. I was looking forward to finally getting an ultimate bacon cheeseburger. The new location was real packed.
Honestly, they should be using bigger buildings, and more staff. It took almost an hour for my food. I did wait patiently. Parking was a mess, especially drive through! It will be a lot better once I move back to Texas. When I finally received my food, I was very disappointed! My burger was between a Jr, and a slider??? I mean what the heck!!! Even McDonalds burgers are a lot bigger than this. Burger King is the only one who hasn’t downsized their burgers yet. Not only was Jack In The Box burgers small, they were also dry???? I mean come on!!! No one wants to eat a small, or dry burger!!! Make it any smaller, it will be more like a kids burger, lol.
They need to revaluate the situation. I know times are tough, but these burgers just don’t cut it. You can’t even see the white cheese on it because it’s so small! Probably the smallest burgers among the other burger places! Even Wendy’s are bigger than this! They need to bring back the original big, and juicy burgers that we all love so much! Not this small, dry burger that no one wants! I’ll never eat here again unless it changes. The fries I use to get more servings too! Why would they make the drink cups bigger, no one wants more soda. I prefer the food bigger, not the drinks. I’ll even be happier paying a little more money for the original burgers. Would be way worth it!
They will not get much business if things don’t change. I’m moving back to Texas soon, probably won’t be eating there again. Even though, their shakes are still the original size and taste! That is one good thing at least that has not changed!!! Please give what the customers want, better original burgers!!! More portions. For the price, we should be getting what we pay for!!!

Double Bacon Smash burger, one Bacon strip broke in half, poor customer service. Highly advise to go elsewhere to food, at this point gas station food is a better option!! Staff is unmotivated to satisfy the customer that keeps this place open and wouldn't advise FRIEND or FOE to WASTE their money here!!!🤬

Went to Jack in the Box tonight. Was asked to pull forward and wait to only get melted milk shakes and cold food literally cold as a corpse. Completely unacceptable and not ok. We spend our money at these places to save ourselves from the work of having to do ourselves not tonight!

The only reason I put 1 star because had to put some. We went to one in Walker La to order their 4.49 meal. It came up to 5.49 and when I ask the worker she said it’s not her problem, that’s what the price was. I said it shows on billboard at road and on door and window and she still said it’s not her problem. So I say that’s false advertising

They only deserve only #1 star. They take more than 20 minutes for a single burger and the burger it was cold and looks like a child make. The employees couldn't let me know that they were delayed on the food, I had to get their attention by beeping them so that they would tell me that they didn't know why they were behind. Poor service.

The Jack In The Box Located On 10th avenue in Caldwell Idaho SUCKS! Today is September 27, 2025. I went through the drive-thru about 10 p.m. It took 20 minutes just to get them to take the order then after I gave my payment I was given no receipt. Not realizing it at that time I left. Got home. Found out they totally made my order incorrect. I went back to the drive-thru. And to My surprise the lady who just started her shift was Very Rude. When she asked for my receipt and I didn't have one to give she just laughed, It is My Belief that they don't give receipts out to verify purchase because they are Ashamed of their poor quality of service. I have a debit card receipt. That shows I did make my purchase, and truly have no desire to buy food from such dirty rude people and have every intention of telling everyone how awful this Location is and to avoid it if they expect nice, friendly service.

I have never seen a bad taco until going to Jack in the Box. Lots of people were there so we went to try it and ewwww…. Look at this grease bag…. Our family decided to go to Taco Time after this and would recommend it highly. At least we knew what was inside. I hope that Jack in the box decides to improve their product quality and until they do I will not be coming back.

Ask for jumbo platter sausage and they gave me both, I only wanted just sausage and got charged more. All fast food restraunts need to listen to the customer. This place never reads back orders. Very disappointed.

You know what I think would be totally rad if y'all made a Churro Shake, so basically like a fried ice cream shake with like little crunchy bits on top! Bombness in the making! Thanks 😉 I also just discovered the tiny tacos, the loaded ones. I don't know why I didn't try them sooner, but they are probably my favorite thing on the menu.

I stopped and got a breakfast sandwich and the eggs were overcooked and the sandwich was smashed so bad it didn't look like a croissant sandwich. I paid 15.00 for this. It the point where the food is getting worse and the price is getting higher.

Tried to put the blame on me and hung up on me. That place has no clue of what they are doing and customer service they don't even know what that means. If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to the new location in Jeffersonville, IN. They brought our food and as I was about to grab some fries, saw a long black hair in them. I mistakenly threw it on the floor, wanting it away from the rest of my food. My husband went to the counter to ask for some fresh fries. The manager's response "bring it to me." My husband told her I had thrown it on the floor to which she said "all my staff have hair nets." Even though the lady who brought our food not 5 minutes prior was standing in the kitchen area without a hair net. It was obvious she wasn't going to replace the fries. Completely baffled that someone in a leadership role would behave the way she did and especially over an order of fries. Will never go to Jack in the Box again. The photo was taken on the way out of the staff wearing their hair nets in the kitchen.

The egg rolls were delicious and hot. The burgers were tasty but my chicken sandwich had very little sauce. Tons of lettuce though. Would not order chicken sandwich again. The tacos were exceptional. Very very yummy.

The Jack in the Box on 805 W Manchester Ave, 90044, mad nasty. I ain't even saying this to be mean nor funny. My mama had gone to get us something to eat real quick, and while she was in there waiting for the food, she spotted one of their nasty employees eating her food, clocked back in, put some hand sanitizer on, and started making our food. That trick ain't even common and expected decently to wash her hands, and the worst part is the lazy-unprofessional manager ain't even doin nothin. Just standing there lookin dumb as if she don't know what's goin on.
I look back at the reviews and they are really just known for how quick they are with the food, but is it clean. Me & my mom could have gotten some from that nasty employee, and the fact that the manager ain't doin nothin about it is wild to me. The cherry on top is the guy who replies to the bad reviews (is the supervisor) just fake apologies and says the right things to make the complainers satisfied. Both the nasty, trifling employee and the lazy no-good manager need to be penalized for what they did. That's all.

Order the 12 taco party pack through Uber Eats at the Jack in The box here in Houston Texas 7525 eastex freeway store number 3615. When I tried to get in touch not only with Uber eats but the store as well they would not pick up the phone. I feel that it's very sad how they get customers to place orders do they apps and our food doesn't get delivered the way it should. You would think they would have a little bit more respect. I am very disappointed of getting cold food. The tacos did not look like the ones I was supposed to get. Not a happy customer.

Went inside on 40 Dover Rd (8/24/2025) to order 2 spicy chicken biscuits with cheese and and egg. The computer would not let me specify exactly what I wanted. I asked one of the worker could he assist me, so he tried. I told him that I wanted my eggs a certain way, because I didn't like fried, so he inform the guy that was prepping the food. They guy told me it was two different ways he did the eggs. He said cracked on the grill and another type of way, so I said on the grill, not knowing it was fried eggs. He didn't say it was fried even after I told him I didn't want fried. Then 20 minutes waiting till he got everybody else orders out including the people came in after me, he then told me he didn't have biscuits. The cook (I assume) then ask me if I wanted a refund. I said no because I've had bad experience with having money refunded back on my card. So I told the other guy that assisted me first to tell the cook to put them on buns.
They never asked me what to drink with my combo, if I wanted hash browns or anything. Automatically assume I wanted coffee. Then the cook (the guy with black hair in a ponytail) brought out my orders and everything was on croissants. So then I did ask for a refund. He said , "Ma'am you don't have to talk to me like that." I only said to him, how are you all going to be out of biscuits when you serve breakfast all day? Never not once did I raise my voice or cuss him and then I said, "Well if you feel that I'm talking to to a certain way, I apologize." They say customer are always right, but to me that's not true, but we have to repeat others. I felt that, they was just not listening. I run a business and you have to be very open to what someone is telling you the way they want certain things.

Drove into drive thru no response on speaker. Then drove up to window two employees seen me drive up and kept on what they were doing. Never acknowledging I was there. I sat there for 2 minutes no response. I drove off. It's a 25 hrs drive thru and this was at 6.25 am.

This location and all their Woke Adolescent Children Employees should be the prime example of why all of them should not have any job when it comes to having to deal with the public. EVERYONE at this location needs to be fired.... These Adolescents don't listen to the Customers and are simply not paying attention, and hence, get your order wrong 40% of the time.... PLUS, no one needs a gallon of Mayo and Ketchup on their sandwiches which of course ruins the food.... ALSO, what ** keeps putting the employee that barely speaks English on the speaker taking orders at the Drive Thru?... Then when you confront these problems to these children, they become offended and start yelling at the customer because these adolescents are not able to handle any kind of complaints or criticism....
This is NOT an isolated incident.... This crap happens almost everywhere you go nowadays, and proves that it is NOT the fault of the Business establishment or their business model or food.... This problem is a direct fault of the adolescent children that work at these places... These people (the last two generations) are the worst people that have ever walked the earth and have no business having any job that has them interacting with the public.... PERIOD.... This bullshit has happened to me on at least 6 different occasions at this Jack in the Box Location.... It is time to fire everyone of these people, and hire REAL ROBOTS, because the mindless ** adolescent robots that currently work there are doing no one, including the Jack and the Box Company, any favors....

Even though it took us 2 1/2 hours to eat on the grand opening day, it was WELL WORTH IT! We totally get it - a grand opening = CRAZY crowds! Some folks complained for no reason other than bein' ignorant to how grand openings go down 🤷♂️. There was a line OUTSIDE the door and a line IN THE STREET for the drive-thru... but JACK IN THE BOX SLAYED! 👏 Their customer service and food distribution with THAT many people was BETTER than what most McDonald's and Burger Kings can handle ALL DAY, every day! 😲 ## Shoutout to Erik ** & the Crew! Big ups to Erik ** and the whole Jack in the Box team for rockin' the grand opening! 🙌 As Texans, we're stoked there's a Jack in the Box within an hour's drive - we'll be back! 🚀

Countryside, IL lobby closed Sat 8 PM with hundreds of walk-in customers turned away. Ex: mothers carrying child under umbrella in torrential rain storm turned away. Website says lobby closes at 12 AM with drive thru line over a block long.

The staff was SO petty, I was trying to speak to them. I do know english but it's not my first language, I have a heavy ** accent I guess? They took so long just for 3 combos. When I spoke they kept saying "What are you saying??" With a dirty look. I asked for another worker, they were also fully english and yet they understood me. I typed what I wanted on my phone even and that worker from before was just rude for no reason. The food was good, I got it for my son and daughter.
My daughter is fully english and **. That worker still was unkind, the food wasn't very fresh, even though we ate it right away. The fries were super soggy. Please do better with your staff, they kept looking at me and my kids up and down. Isn't America the land of free? I went to the Jack in the Box here in Albany. By Petco, here in Oregon. It was 10:43pm when we ordered, we got our food at 11:37. The time isn't that bad, it was just the service and judgment. Do better.

I’m not the type to write reviews but this is simply so unacceptable. I found a good piece of hair in my food. I’m talking all my food. To say I’m pissed is an understatement. They should be more careful with their hair getting in the food. I have no words to describe how incredibly disgusting this is and to think I was about to bite into is. Just sickening.

I visited today 8/2/2025 the Jack in the box located at 1500 SE 82nd Avenue, zip 97086 around 12:20 to 1:30 pm, not sure, they did not give me the receipt. I decided to go inside the store to review the menu, but nobody put attention or assisted me with my order, it was only one lady working with the headset and drive through orders. I asked her if I need to wait since I was waiting inside the store with no attention, or I need to take my car and drive to get my order? I noticed that she was working with no help, almost crying she apologized to me, the lady who she was behind the kitchen preparing the orders was very upset with bad attitude, and she did not want to help with the orders.
After I waited at least 45 minutes for my order, I decided to leave. It I noticed that inside the office a manager name Camilo showed up at the scene, but he did not provide any help to solve the issue with the bad service, also he saw me stand up waiting behind the counter. Something must be fixed in this location, upset people with bad attitude do not deserve to have a job if they are not happy and affect the customers, they should not be working in that job. I will not visit this location again!

Sucks! Burger were good. Onion rings cooked way too long. Only half of them could be eaten. Curly fried, OMG!!! Got the crumbles of the leftover batches. Hard, and could not chew them. Chipped a tooth. Drinks as well, were good. It was around 11 am when we visited there. It was a to go order. Don't know what is going on. But, I guess more lazy ass teenagers.

I was at Jack in the Box yesterday. Sunday July 21st when I saw an employee screaming and yelling at the top of his lungs. He was irate and disrespectful to the customers. An older lady told him to please calm down and he yelled back, "I don't care about the ** customers." It was so bad that they had to refund everyone's money because of it. I gave it only one star but it doesn't even deserve that.

I recently parked at a local Jack in the Box to place an online order on the app. It gave an address but not the city. I was on the correct street but not city. I placed my order, drove up, but they didn't have my order. I just ordered again. I tried to get a refund on the app, but it works in such a way that you can't copy the order number that you see, and you can't leave to look things up, because you start over again each time. Not well thought out.

I rarely leave reviews, but my experiences with Jack in the Box have been consistently disappointing enough to speak up. The customer service is some of the worst I’ve encountered in fast food. Employees are often rude, inattentive, and seem completely disinterested in helping customers or correcting mistakes. On multiple visits, my order has either been completely wrong or missing items altogether sometimes both. Whether it's forgotten fries or the wrong sandwich, it feels like quality control and attention to detail are completely lacking. What’s worse is that when I try to address the issue with upper management, I'm ignored. I have put a complaint in and was told I would receive a call and never did.
It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for food you don’t receive, especially when you’re on the go and don’t realize it until you’re already gone. At this point, I’ve lost trust in this location, and I can’t recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable meal or even basic respect as a customer. Jack in the Box needs to seriously reevaluate their hiring, training, and customer service standards. Fast food doesn’t need to be fancy, but it should at least be correct and delivered with a minimum level of courtesy. Me and my foamily of six will be taking our business elsewhere for now on.

Placed an online order, arrived at Jack in the Box about 10 mins later, sat in the drive thru line for 30 more mins because it was after 12, finally made it to the drive thru window, tried giving me the wrong order, pulled around front as instructed and am still waiting for my food. It’s been an hour since I placed my order. An hour… Never go to the Jack in Box on Sw Hk Dodgen Loop in Temple, Tx. This is the worst ran fast food I’ve ever seen.

I had to share this. Tonight I purchased an order of barbecue potato chip seasoned curly fries. So good... While eating them I realized that the seasoning was more of a dip and not a dusting of flavor. There was some of this barbecue potato chip seasoning in the bottom of the container it comes in. So I lifted the piece of bread and proceeded to pour it out on my burger. SCORE. YAH IT WAS GOOD. You should try it. There are other flavors also, there new seasoned curly fries are good. Especially on a burger... Yummy.

The grease needs to be change more frequently at the Woodforest Jack n the Box. The food quality has gone down the curly fries were burnt, the chicken patties were burnt and the taco shells were nasty, soaked in burnt grease. For them to stay open 24 hours, they continue to give you old food and the fries taste like they’ve been sitting out all day and preheated with old grease. I went in to grab a burger, then decided to get a Southwest Salad with an XL soda. The girl at the register tried to charge me 26.00 for it (9.50 over). For a total over 25.00. I handed her 2 20's and then I asked her how it totaled so much. She didn't know! Then she tried saying that she gave me back 20, I said "No, you didn't give me anything, look in your drawer, the 2 top bills are wet as I pulled them out of my bra. The Manager came over and fixed the problem, only to have Security come to my table accusing me of shorting her 40!!! I walked up and then the Manager said that she was wrong! So, they decided to accuse and embarrass me before they even knew... I will NEVER order anything from them again.... This is not to mention that my burger was cooked to shoe leather...

Yes I went to this location Earl Rudder Bryan Texas. This was my 3rd time. First 2 times a really friendly. Employee that took my Order was so politely repeated my order, had really good customer service. Her name was Clarissa. Took my order to my table when it was done. I went again, this employee Zarriyah rude, not friendly at all. As I was walking to my Car I noticed some employees 2 males out in the dumpster. I passed thru the dumpster and I smell Strong odor of pot. That's not nice of them going back to work high.

I’m not one to rate others.. However, this Jack in the Box #4366 on Mission Boulevard, Fremont, CA, was so bad that I felt I must say something. When we finally got our order and reached our destination to eat, the one order, Jumbo Jack Combo, looked like the hamburger itself had been half eaten! Maybe they dug it out of the garbage..?? We didn’t order curly fries, either, but that’s what we got. We couldn’t understand a word at the drive-through plus couldn’t read the completed order because the screen was so dark. By the time we noticed any problem, we were gone 10 miles away and commute traffic was awful that Thursday afternoon. Sure won’t go there again!

I’ve been to the recently opened Jack in the Box in Texarkana, one car in front of me! Server Ashanti, date 3/11/25 time 810 pm, no one came to window when I pulled up, 5 minutes left a female opened window told me price, and shut window. Got my milkshake out with no straw or spoon, waited another 3 minutes. Gave the food. They didn’t say thank you or nothing! The tacos were terrible, bacon cheese burger ok, loaded waffle fries ok, best thing the milkshake! The service was terrible, happy about the shake.

I have 2 Jack in the box restaurants near my house but they completely suck. I have to drive all the way to the one in Rockwood Oregon to get the sourdough jack that I used to get 3 times a day plus what my employees want I got the meal, I spent about $300 a week. Then everything went down hill and God forbid you have a complaint, just go and order the sourdough at the 2 restaurants in Gresham, then go to Rockwood Oregon and order the same. It's really sad because I used to spend $1000.00 a month and I loved every is sourdough meal I bought.

On Saturday, February 15, 2025 @ 3:50 pm. I had ordered a Homestyle Chicken Ranch Combo at the 1602 W University Dr, Edinburg, TX 78539 Location. I want to share, I am bilingual; I speak Advanced English and Advanced Spanish. When I got to the window, before paying, I realized I had a coupon and asked the female crew member in English, if it's too late to apply the coupon for two Homestyle Chicken Ranch Combos for the price of one, that I wanted two combos instead of one. She said it was not too late, and asked me to park at the front, that she would have my credit card brought out with my food. She seemed to not be fluent in the English Language, but never asked me if I speak Spanish; she never repeated back my request, when I took one of the combos to one of my friends at the hospital, I realized she charged my card twice in the amount of $12 and instead of 2 combos, she had placed 3 combos in my bag.
The 3rd combo was not touched, but I know for sanitary purposes it is not returnable. I spoke to Marina the person in charge, who was not fluent in English on February 16, 2025, I explained to her in Spanish, what had occurred the day before and she tried to say it was my fault for not asking her crew member to remove the combo and just apply the coupon. I told Marina, it is her crew member's job to repeat my request back to me, for accuracy. Marina stated she would speak to her manager and she would have her reach out to me on February 17, 2025 before 2:00 pm.
I called that Jack in the Box Location and Marina today on February 17th, before 2:00 pm, but she was refusing to provide me with her first name. I had to ask her if she is Marina. Marina stated the manager had left earlier and that I should of brought the meal back to her. I told her I have not eaten it, I can bring it back to her, if she wants it. That is very disgusting if they are sending food out with customers and then taking the food back. I will never return to this Jack in the Box.

Jack in the in Eastmark should not be allowed to advertise open 24 hours since they are not open and they should have a training for employees that trains them on Customer Service. As they are rude when speaking to customers. This has been on more than one occasion and will not be returning to this location in the future. Apparently all their locations are the same horrible service and not open 24 hrs.

I notice after they go outside to take customers their order they have their gloves on that they handle the food with and after coming back in touching the door to open it they don't change their gloves. They go right back to handling the food transferring more germs to people food. That's nasty. This is the one in Bryan off Hwy 6 and Rudder frwy.

I've been going to Jack In The Box on Southern and Mesa for over a year, and have until recently not had bad experiences. Previously food was always fresh or at least near fresh and hot. I hadn't been there for a few months due to diet restrictions, but started going back this month and my last three visits was very unhappy with the food and the service. It seems that they've changed their fries to a thinner version that gets colder faster and the employees just let them sit in the Hot Table hoping they'll stay warm enough.
My last purchase at this location this week, there were 102 customers inside, no one in the Drive-Thru, but yet I spent almost $20 and had to pull around the front to wait for my order. When it arrived the fries were just barely warm, drying up and starting to shrivel because they've been sitting in the heat table so long and the burger was nothing desirable. Previously I recommended this location. I don't know what changed whether it was management or just the employees but I would highly recommend you go to a different location or different restaurant all together. Also person at the window handling the money is also handling open fries and food with their naked hands where they used to use a napkin to pick up the fries to put them in the bag that went out the window so you're probably getting dirty, filthy fries, just saying.

San Carlos California Ordering at drive was ok get to the window after paying with no cars behind me they tell you to pull over and wait. They will bring out the food. I ask can I get extra buttermilk sauce with the order. She (the Manager) said ok. After waiting 20 minutes for the order the manager finally brings it out. She only brings 2 sauce. I ask her, "Can I get more sauce?" She says, "Can you come inside and get it?" I told, "If I wanted to go inside I would have. That’s why I asked you for extra sauce." She has an attitude. Not the first time this stuff happens there.

I was visiting family in Denham and thought it would be nice to swing by Jack in the Box on our way back to Alabama, especially since we don't have any by us. I was running a bit behind, so I ordered ahead while I was getting gas, that way I could just grab it and go. I ordered a couple ultimate cheeseburgers for my husband, and a sourdough grilled cheese and curly fries for me. About 10 minutes later I'm in the drive through getting my order, so far so good. I get back on the interstate, reach into the bag to grab a fry, and I get a straight, old fry. Okay, no problem, must be a couple for mixed in. Reach for another, same thing. Not only were they not the curly fries I ordered, they were definitely old.
Whatever, not going to turn around for some fries. I reach in the bag, feeling around for my square sandwich. Nothing square is there. However, one of the round wrappers is thinner than the other 2, so that must be my sandwich. I unwrap it, and it's a hamburger bun with a piece of cheese in the middle, microwaved to melt the cheese! This is absolutely insane! I can see how someone may misread an order and give me old straight fries, but ain't no way this monstrosity was an accident!

The service was fine. However, I paid nearly TEN dollars for 1 Supreme Croissant and a large mocha iced coffee. The coffee was really good. The Supreme Croissant was SO not worth the money they charge!! I used to love those things, but I wouldn't order much of the time as they were a little expensive for my single budget. So, I splurged yesterday. It was miniscule, dry. I LOVED the mayo onion sauce they used to put on there (and the sourdough jack) Now it has nothing on it and very little ham, bacon or cheese. The much cheaper Breakfast Jack is better (though still dry).
Used to love the Sourdough Jack but, again, only purchased once in a while. The last time, was pretty bad also. Dry. Small. Nothing like it used to be. I've pretty much had it with fast food places. They charge 2 times what they used to (which is understandable) but the amount and quality stinks! I'd pay more, if it was good like it used to be! As a 19 someting year old, I lived off of Moby Jacks with extra sauce. MISS THOSE so much.

11-4-2024. Today I visited #1501 Gilbert Az. Jaun was very attentive. I asked if he was the manager. He said yes was. Then I said, "Oh ok. I like to discuss my company." (Verbal miscommunication between Jaun and I.) Then a woman showed up. Name badge slightly covered. I said to her, "Oh hi." She just popped up. No mention of name or she was a manager or not. I said, "I like to make great reviews." I said, "With a 36.05 cost I'd like to write a review for this meal."
Then for some reason Linda decided not to give her name. Lucky for me Jaun name wasn't on the receipt. Linda the manager was on the receipt. After Linda was informed she was being recorded she walked away talking trash. Using very Nasty words. Then Linda used a condescending language and vice patterns to further cause more drama than needed. Linda only needed to provide her name after her attitude caused the drama that was unneeded and unnecessary. Thus review marks #15008.

I used to work for Jack in the Box, so I know what the product should be like… I have been seeing the tv commercial for the Onus Jack $4.99 deal and decided it’s been a long time since I’ve had a Bonus Jack. I got all psyched up to get one.. BAD MISTAKE. WASTE OF ADVERTISING DOLLARS. This was the worst order I have had at any fast food establishment. Sandwich was soppy. Bun was HARD. Literally hard as a rock. Lettuce was wilted, what there was of it. French fries were bottom of the French fry holding area, cold, dried out and a few were were actually crunchy like potatoe chips. How long did they sit under that heat lamp!?!? I decided to take my sandwich apart and, swear to Jack, there was a black little weevil type bug on my bun!! Visited store #8314 in south Everett off 128th St, just east of I-5. We use to live there and visited it all the time. The 2 Jumbo Jacks were fine, as always, but the decor... They have removed everything except some tables and chairs. The wall art and fake(?) plants are gone. Bare floors, which is normal in fast food places, but not always. It's so cold in there and uninviting that it's apparent they really don't want in-store customers.

9/30/24 I visited Jack-in-the-Box on Marina San Leandro. Order through drive-#151 Emp. Lizzeth time 8:36 am. I ordered a number 22 combo such as croissant. Upon arriving at home and open my order, it was not a croissant, my sandwich with me with the hamburger buns. Called six times so then I went to Google and search the store and called the different number mailboxes for. My local Jack-in-the-Box has started asking you to pull forward or pull around and they will bring you your food even when there’s nobody behind you in the drive-through. If I wanted to have my food come outside and walk around the parking lot I would do it myself.

The Jack in the Crack in Cherry Valley Calif isn't too bad in person, there's some weird types around, but the service in the restaurant isn't too bad. Do not order for delivery thru their awful app. They don't care about food quality, accuracy or customer service. They don't issue refunds or apologize for missing items or food items appeared tampered with. Very expensive fees, and the 'app' is a joke. Will never order delivery ever again. Some locations aren't too bad but this one is a rip off.

This was at the Puyallup, Washington JIB - at 705 Meridian, near the South Hill Mall. I’d do a MINUS 5* if I could! I hate doing the drive-thru, so I went inside to order a quick lunch. Epic fail! Nobody at the counter, so I waited. One person walked past behind the counter - and did everything they could to avoid “seeing” me. No greeting, no explanation that someone would be with me shortly, nothing! Not even a slight smile! I continued to wait. When 3 minutes had gone by, I started making some noise with my keys, hoping to attract attention - maybe from the fry cook who was in clear view?? No luck. I left at the 5 minute mark and went to Burger King down the street - where I was greeted promptly, with courtesy and efficiency. Thanks, BK - they can stuff Jack BACK IN THE BOX and toss it in the garbage. It’s BROKEN.

I did a doordash order to be picked up by me at the Jack In The box and because I had to wait so long they were willing to compensate me by adding an additional sausage patty to one of my sandwiches, and since I messed up my own order not remembering to say no bacon they offered to compensate me for my mistake, I did not accept this offer as it was my mistake but the fact that they were willing to offer me such compensation shows amazing customer service, everyone knows fast food quality isn't always the greatest, so where fast food companies really need to make up for it is in customer service and they do exactly that.

I have been going to Jack In the Box for over 50 years. Love the tacos. Until today. I asked for no sauce, which they left off, but I didn't ask them to leave off the meat & cheese. A taco shell with lettuce is not a taco. Also, after asking 3 times for mild sauce they gave me hot. Saying goodbye is kind of like losing an old friend. Next time my taco fix needs fixin' I won't be going back to ol' Jack. I was just asked to add my receipt. I took 2 pictures but it said it was too large of a file. Go figure. 5/23/24. 2:37:30 pm. Well I'm getting pretty tired of their tacos. They never have anything new on their menu and when they do it's exceptionally good like their Patty melt. I would run in there almost once or twice a week and then they discontinue it, the same with their fish and everything else that's good. That's what I hate about Jack in the box. At the Highway 288 & Reed Road location, on May 5, 2024, I paid $16.01 for my purchase but they charged my gift card $21.15 for my purchase; THAT'S STEALING. I called the gift card company and they told me I had to wait until May 19, 2024 to get the refunded amount. That's not fair or right. On 2/15/24 I placed an order on their app, as I usually do at least once a week. I place the order and get confirmation and my card was charged. I get to the store and they have a sign on the drive thru speaker stating that the store is closed due to being short staffed. I pull up to the drive thru window and no one is visible in the store, but I was still charged for the food anyway. I have tried contacting their website to get this corrected and have not received any response nor have they refunded the money I was charged.

Completed order fine, even with crazy prices. Had to wait for 20+ minutes cause the shake machine line wasn't frozen. As I wait, numerous orders are made and given. At that point, just tell people no shakes at that time due to machinery difficulties. Shake wasn't even frozen when I finally got it, just thick milk with whipped cream, which I asked for none.

I went to the Jack in the box in Gold Canyon, AZ. I ordered a Buttery Jack, Ultimate and a some poppers. First off the poppers were almost cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted. The burgers are way overpriced for the quality. They are not gourmet burgers but they are priced as such. I was very disappointed with the order. I don’t think I’ll be going back. There are better burgers out there for that price!

Ordered 2 tacos, they were disgusting. They smeared some kind of meat substance on a third of taco. Cheese spread, not real cheese and enough onions to choke a horse. Nasty tasting, nasty looking. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. You have been warned.

I went to the drive thru to order and did not get my receipt (watched her throw it away). I asked for my receipt and when I got a copy it had a donation on it. I did not authorize. I then went into the store and the person gave my money back to me from a Fanny pack hanging on the wall with no questions asked. Definitely have a scam going here.

After the fire, the Denison, Texas Jack in the Box done a complete remodel. I decided to try their online app. When I got back to the car I checked the bag and I didn't have any chicken nuggets I ordered. I went straight back into the store and the associate told me I would have to go through the app to get my refund, as they didn't have the nuggets in stock. After four app submissions, a letter to the manager and now two months later, I have yet to hear from either. Jack in the Box is not worthy of the one star.

I went at the 7217 Mission St Jack in the Box today, I've been standing there right at the counter for 5-10 minutes and none of the three crews there attended to me as if they see no one.. No one ever say anything as simple as hi or hello, I said hellooo twice and still no one approach me as if they don't hear anything, and one of them actually is just chatting with another crew.. So after few more minutes, I walked out and decided to go to Taco Bell across the street and there I got the food I choose instead. So I say poor service or should I say no customer service at all...

Went to Jack In the Box on northwest blvd. To eat with a friend. My friend ordered a burger. It was soggy and they forgot lettuce. My friend asked for a slice of lettuce. The girl employee was rude and there was a guy outside smoking pot while working. Bad service bad attitudes. Will no longer be eating at Jack In the Box.

The most unprofessional crew I've ever seen is at the Jack in the Box in Spokane Valley on Pines. They closed this place constantly. Left and right come up with stupid excuses why it's closed. Tell you it's 5-10 minutes, you come back 20, 30 minutes late and they tell you another five, 10 minutes and they give me another damn excuse. I'm tired of coming to this one coz it's pointless. The crew does not stay clean. The places gets filthy and they don't even dress in uniform here. They wear sweats and shirts and whatever the hell they want but the coffee closest place down just to stand up behind it and smoke cigarettes and Garland is what else is smoking in a group off. They're costing Jack in the Box so much money. It's not even funny.
I'm watching at least 15 Cars Plus go through here and flipping you and leave coz it comes out again. You don't even see any plane. I seen one play for Split Second and he disappeared so they probably ain't in the back screen around smoking or smoking what I don't know. Establishment is always filthy and you're very unprofessional. They don't even dress in uniform at the time. They still got back, smoke the cigarettes and goof off.
Next time I get a Jack In The Box order and making sure it's not for the one I'm fine before. I accept it because it's a joke. This one to waste your time and waste of money. I wouldn't even bother coming up here and guy knows how to clean your hands are but I almost guarantee they don't wash them the way they look hell. They don't even clean the floors here or nothing so if I was you people do not come to this Jack in the Box. I'm fine and Spokane Valley you're probably get some type of salmonella

I went to Jack in the Box, I waited in line for a while just for them to tell me their systems are down. I told them is there any way they could take payment, say no… They gave me free food. I’m not mad that they gave me free food and long wait. I’m mad that the employee were handing out free food. As a manager of a restaurant inventory loss is really bad. I’m more upset that the employee are walking all over management and handing out free food.

The ** supervisor told me their dining room was open 24/7 on 1st visit. She told me to come back INSIDE instead of drive thru. She is lacking in English. Since the 1st order in error I drove over in the midnight hours. Long lanes, people backing out to leave, a nightmare. My back of food fell through because they put my veggies in paper bags. I walked it to drive thru window and handed the mess to ** Boy. Day 2- I walk in. ** Female instantly gets uppity. I shut that down quickly reminding her that I am the customer, error on her part, then began to slowly explain how to fix my burger. Then she begins speaking about me in Spanish to her co-worker. WRONG.
So 3 trips for 1 simple order. Mind you I did have to speak with her supervisor, who never called me back. The big concern was me sitting at the window for corporate counts minutes. So round & round I go. Next day Mid-night hours: I think ok no problem, try them again. WRONG MOVE!! I pull up and place my order with less difficulty than the first. The ** Boy is laughing his head off the whole time I’m waiting. I start to honk cause I wanted H2O. He is covering Jack's camera with his back to me using his phone. Clearly, something is up. Finally, he straightens, turns back to me still laughing and hands me my water saying, "You always want something." I get home and after I eat my burger (he only charged me $4 for a huge burger) I feel what I come to realize is long black hair sticking to the back of my mouth. Do not go to State St. JCB!

Went to Jack in the Box drive thru on Fremont Blvd in Fremont California. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. While waiting for order the employee at window was scratching his filthy beard. Chicken was orange inside and tasted like bad curry. I have been going there for over 50 years. Never again. This was not first issue with quality and service there. Gave them a chance, never again. Shame, because I loved their onion rings. Burger King from now on!

The time was about 2:00. My friend and I stopped at the Jack in the Box in Commerce City, Colorado. We order 5 chicken strip meal, two tacos and an a small fry. We get our drink with no ice and it is warm. Three strips and two bags of fries. No tacos! They wouldn’t do a refund or give us the food ordered, because we didn’t have our receipt. Never eating there again.

Jack In the Box always gets my order wrong! Today I went there and I said I want curly fries and mini LOADED tacos, I was very disappointed when I got home to see that the tacos were not loaded and I was even more disappointed when I saw that a lot of my fries were not curly. I found about 6 curly fries then the rest were regular fries. Then on June 7 I ordered a burger WITHOUT mustard, then as you can expect I looked at my burger and there was mustard, I have a lot more stories but then this review would go on forever. It is my fault from ordering from Jack In the Box because they always get something wrong.

Worst Customer Service. I made a mobile app delivery order, and they delivered a wrong order. Worst than that, I called the restaurant and talked to the manager and she was like "yes please come and we give you free meal". I made it clear if I could come I wouldn't have ordered delivery in the 1st place. I only had 1 hour of lunch break & wanted to have lunch. I've asked them to just fix it and sent me my order back, she didn't even bother to help me & she kept saying I can't do anything. And at the end, she just hung up the phone. Rudest person I ever talked on the phone. Maybe it was my mistake to order from Jack in the Box.

Ordered online 3 weeks ago. when I got there (Battle Ground, WA), woman tells me that they don't have milkshakes which I've already paid $4.99 for. she doesn't offer a solution. I ask her why she won't give me the $4.99 back and she says I have to contact the Jack in the Box app. I do this and nobody ever replies. today I got an email from Jack in the Box asking me if I am satisfied with how they handled my issue. I checked the box that nobody ever responded at all, which I'm imagining now is probably what happens to anyone who has an issue. How are they still in business?

Me and hubby are on our way for our DIALYSIS TREATMENT and needed to be on time got hungry and grab a quick snack at Jack in the Box along BONANZA AND NELLIS BLVD..kinda slow with 3 cars ahead of us. Finally it was our turn to pay and get our order (paying cash) but the crew taking payments and order I believe were on the same height. I did not notice the car was a foot away from the window and both of us has SHORT ARMS. I only handed her the bill and couldn't reach her to give the COINS. She wants me to step out of my car instead of her ask one of a co worker taller than her to grab the rest of the payment. I might fall if I do that having problem to stand right away if I sat prolonged time..So I told the staff if it's okay to throw the coins since we couldn't reach each other but unfortunately she did not hear me..
I did it throw the coins with no intentions at all to be rude but because the staff didn't hear me and misunderstood me. She got very upset and yell at me and talked rudely to her customer stating "What if I throw the food on you same thing like you did how are you gonna feel". Told her that's not my intention. I told you have to throw the coins because we both can reach each other..Now the next car behind me got very upset on me without any idea what happened..He followed us and yelled and calling me names together with his wife. Like they want to shoot me..I'm the one who got yelled by the staff. I'm disabled and the crew didn't even bother to find ways to get the payment. She wants me to do her job...Drive thru are for people who doesn't wanna get out in the car and grab the food as fast as they can..Especially me I was rushing to get my dialysis treatment but unluckily encountered people just because they assumed things...

I got a sourdough burger with bacon and mini tacos. The mini tacos are better than the burger. They had more Flavor, I had to put my burger in the Frank's hot sauce to eat it. I think the sides may be better to have than the burgers.

Well I'm so disturbed by the character of the employees that are in the midnight shift. They always tell me the machines aren't working. I ordered a milkshake in Lemoore Jack in the Box and the employee just tells me it's not working. I've been three many times and more than half the time it's always broken. What a girl to do.

I had a bad experience at Jack in a Box restaurant for several weeks and I sent in two complaints to the Corporate office but shortly after I learned from Terecita Restaurants manager that she was aware that I made two complaints on her restaurant and she retaliated against me refused me service. What I want punk to know is that JITB corporate office shares complainants identity and the nature of the complaint with each restaurant manager and manager than shares those information with rest of employees on each shift.
My first complaint was that I was being charged for a cup of water that varied from $.25, $.50, $.75… Every next day another $.25 - $.50 more until one day I was asked to pay $3.24 for a cup of water. My second complaint was for receiving regular fries after I ordered Curly Fries to go. The regional manager Raza called me and texted me apologizing that I was treated in such way and assured me that it will not happen again but when I notified Raza that his restaurant manager refused me service after I made drive through order and told me that I have caused her “numbers go down”. I do not know what that meant but she also stated that she will not ever serve me again to prevent me from making another complaint on her store. I no longer feel safe to buy food at Jack in The Box or ever again calling its corporate office and making a complaint on their restaurant or employees .

Hello, I used to work for Cuba Jack in the Box. They are the worst place to work. The bathrooms are terrible, they look like they haven't been cleaned for a few months, they have like a 20 minutes waits for food! They treat us like we are nothing. I used to work overnight, and we used to get yelled at for literally nothing. They choose favorites.

I am writing a review on Jack in the Box. My rating on the service and overall food here is 4 stars out of 5 and here are the reasons. For one, for the price, the tacos are a good fast, quick bite to eat. The service is fast and the overall service is great. The reason that it is not a full five stars is because there is some inconsistency with how the tacos and food are made.

I went to a Jack in the Box location and purchased a munchie meal. The signage at the drive-through stated that the price was $6 after 9 pm. It was 9:10 pm. I informed the cashier of this at the window, she said that the price was now $8, and they "hadn't gotten around to changing the sign" and refused to honor the advertised price. This is illegal in the state of California, and I attempted to contact the corporate office, but for weeks now my messages have gone unanswered.

While myself and others have had ups and down in our endless relationship with Jack, and his box. There are times where savored flavors, and ice cold drinks leave no room for doubt, how good it is to have Jack around. But deep in the drive thru's, there is an organization of evil doers that threatens the sanctity of our love for the meals that Jack provides. A organization so vile, they take away our bacon, and our fries, and for the first time I have come face to face with the despicable jalapeño poacher. This rude individual has deprive me today of the cheesy, and sometimes spicy, but ohh so tasty jalapeño poppers, and replaced them with plain chicken nuggets, never have I been so vulnerable to such an unexpected evil, the joy I experience is gone, the hot melted cheese will no longer touch my tongue, and the sadness that's come over me can not be replaced. I hope the Jalapeño Poacher is brought to justice and swiftly.

I just spent 45 minutes in the line at Jack in the Box on Altamesa Blvd. in Southwest Ft Worth. When I got up to the order box the man said, "Someone went home, we have to close early." This is not the first time they always shut down at night, the staff there is the worst I have ever seen and it's just the night staff. During the day, they are great. I have lived here 25 years and night crews have always been this way.

The people at Jack in The box at the West Tyler, Harlingen Texas location work hard to keep the restaurant clean. They're friendly workers who are quick to help you if you have an issue. They didn't have the dessert I wanted in stock so they gave me a good deal on something better! Thanks Jack.

To whom it may concern, I live right down the street and frequent Jack in the Box often but for some reason this is the only location that I ever have issues with. It's very disheartening how many horrific experiences I've endured at this location. From my orders being incorrect numerous times to even more outrageous incidents like the staff being rude or disrespectful or even trying to intimidate. I've never heard of a restaurant treating their customers bad? And why do you guys mislead the public and advertise that you're open at 6 am but you are never open at 6 am. This morning again I showed up at 6 am to be notified by an employee that you don't open til 630am and today it's going to be even later because he's doing paperwork.
Then on top of being disappointed about the hours I also get greeted very hostilely with mean faces telling me telling me to leave because he's doing paperwork and they won't be open til after 630am? This is outrageous! I've never encountered poorer customer service at a restaurant before or been rudely talked to by employees! This isn't the first encounter like this at this location. Usually, I just bite my tongue and ignore it but I'm utterly disgusted on how they treat people much less their customers at this location so I can't keep my mouth shut any longer.
After yet another terrible outrageous experience at this jack in the box location and being made to feel uncomfortable after just trying to purchase a meal at one of my former favorite restaurants, I have to speak up. I don't understand why this is the only jack in the box that I've ever been to and been treated like this. It's been nightmare after nightmare at this location. The Jack in the Box on Tully/Standiford Road in Modesto had horrible service. Waited in line for 45 minutes to not get 4 items (Cheesy Jack, 2 orders of loaded tiny tacos, and a 7 piece jalapeño poppers) of my order. After driving home I discovered this, so I came back and was told there was nothing that could be done as they were closed for cleaning. Following this, they advised that they also could not provide my money back as their manager was on lunch. The Associate then said I could wait 30 minutes until the manager returned but unfortunately this was the only option.
They then closed the window, locked it, and ran out of the kitchen. $45 down the drain and horrible service encountered if it wasn’t for the District Managers contact information being provided. Called the Manager who asked me to wait and it wasn’t until she got a hold of the Associates that they came back and provided me with a bare minimum refund. After 1.5 hours of this ordeal, felt it necessary to hold these two Associates accountable for their unprofessional and juvenile manner. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

We waited in line for 45 minutes and they were taking about 15 minutes per car just to get an order. Once the lady in front of us pulled up they told her they were no longer taking orders. I don’t know what the hell is going on in Galveston but they need to get their stuff under control because they’re working really hard at not working. I know Covid has caused some craziness but this is absolutely ridiculous.

First we ordered at the drive through. We wanted to eat inside but they still have the dining room closed. The state of Washington is open where they could have the dining room open. We ordered the #1 and the #2. They didn't have it done so we had to pull around and wait for them to bring it to us.. When we stopped had to eat in our car we had the wrong order. We got two #1's. I wanted lettuce and tomatoes on it but #1 doesn't have them and I didn't want bacon on it. I don't think it really mattered because both the burgers were awful. They had so much filler in the meat that you could see it. It didn't even look like a hamburger. It tasted so bad we couldn't even eat it. We throw them away and eat the fry. This isn't the first time that we had a bad burger there. We used to love their burgers but we are not going back. We gave them enough chances. They need to go back to the other meat that they were using before. The burger were great.

I love some of the food here; however, this specific restaurant is awful! I paid for an order online, when I got there it was closed. I tried messaging the customer service to make a complaint. They wrote me back once. I tried responding with what they wanted. I sent screen shots of the purchase, the confirmation of the purchase, and even the email it sent me with the order number and confirmation that it was ready. They still haven't emailed me back. This happened June 13th and it's now the 29th.
During that time I called the restaurant more than anyone should have to call someone, no answer for two weeks, then when I finally got someone to talk to me the general manager couldn't even do her job and pick up the phone. She had an employee walking back and fourth to the phone to give me a reply. To top it off I was told it had been too long since the order and that they weren't going to give me my money back or my meal and I feel I deserved both at that point, after trying to be patient that long. I even tried calling corporate serval times during open always and it always sent me to a machine saying they were closed and to go online and do what I did in the first place where I got no response. So in conclusion they are thieves. This reflects poorly on not only the staff but the GM and the Franchise owner for not even trying to make it right. I will never spend another dollar here and I think it wise no one else should because they are greedy thieves.

This company has the worst food, grand kids chicken tenders or nuggets..whatever was precooked, fries recooked with black crumbs all over. Egg rolls hard and over cooked. Didn't find out til we got home. The Jack in the Box in Alton IL is horrible.. needs to be shut down.

So... I order a meal from Jack in the Box and they get my order wrong. Long ** line... I'm hungry, I thought it be worth. Turns out, my burger was wrong, so I rejoin the long ** line to fix my order cause we can't go inside due to covid. I give them the receipt and my order... After waiting an extra 30 minutes on the side for them to make me my proper order, they come out with... just the burger. Not the entire order that I paid for, fries and stuff missing... The line got longer and hit the entry into the parking lot... I drive home sad, and i'm not even hungry anymore. That legit killed my appetite. This is a location in San Antonio Texas.

Store #3720. 1/28/21 at 3:12am. My son get hungry at this late time for food so we drive 15 min to get there. At that time we are only in line but we still wait for 15 to 20 min to get our food. I was already mad so if I didn’t pay for food I would definitely leave. Waiting all this time make me to just get food and leave. Finally we got our order without thank you or have a good night.
We didn’t check our order there because it was already three cars in line. Coming home we sit finally to eat our food but dang food was thrown in our bags. I order bacon cheddar wedges but no bacon and just sip of cheese. Chicken fajita pita I think only have chicken and pita bread. Everything else was missing especially tomatoes and cheese. Plus we are not offered any sauce with. Cheese bacon tots have very poor bacon.
I’m already mad because I was thinking $26 food deserves little more than what we get. I want to call store immediately but guess what no receipt which phone number. Then I realized Guy didn’t give me my credit card back. So I must drive 15 min back to get my card. Guy on front grab card before I even say anything and handle to me. When I mention receipt he also grab a receipt in a second and handle to me. So I ask him who made food you or and he say she made food so I ask for name and her name is strange like mine but it’s something like Shumera or something like that. I apologize but really don’t remember. When I tell him just inform her I will call corporate in the morning he then ask what is wrong. After tell him all mistakes I just got one cold sorry.
This is the worst place we ever get food from. Service is cold face without any nice words or something. His uniform was filthy and pants are so low I was thinking they will fall any min. I didn’t have any transportation at the time so I order Jack In the Box through Postmates. I ordered a meal deal, 2 orders of 3 piece egg rolls, a bunch of tacos and when my food arrived there was no taco sauce, no sweet and sour sauce, not even catsup for the fries. My main complaint was there was nothing for the 6 egg rolls I paid $11 and some change for and I feel egg rolls just are not very good plain with nothing to dip them in so here I am out $11.00 and since it happened on Saturday there isn’t one person you can possibly talk to. This happened from the jack in the box on southern/mill and I called at least 15 times and it goes straight to voicemail, I left a message and no one bothered to call me back.

I was asked to move to the front to wait for my order, I said I would wait, then the manager asked me to move to the front to wait for my order, I said I would wait. She got mad. Within a few minutes my order was ready. I opened my window and the person working the window threw the bag full of food at my window and slammed the the drive through window closed. I waited, and asked for the manager. She came and rolled her eyes at me and said "And what, you wouldn't move so what."...This is not how your customers should be treated.
If you're just moving everybody around front to make it look like your window service times are good, maybe you should just make your window service times faster. And if I want to wait at the window for my food, that's my choice. I should not have my food thrown at me because I didn't move. They acted like I was not going to say anything about it....And I wasn't given a receipt to give a review, or know what I spent at your restaurant. And I got none of the sauces I asked for in the bag that was thrown at me.

VACAVILLE, CA 95687, It was Saturday August 8, 2020 at after 5pm, If you are asked to park and wait for your order, it’s ok, but when they give you the order and don’t wait to see if everything is there Like you ordered and they go inside, then you realize a few things are missing. You try to tell them very politely but the manager comes running and screaming at you to get out and she doesn’t want to hear you and yells at you to get out to the line in drive through, and won’t stop yelling???.
I felt offended by her atiende and she made me get mad. I couldn’t even enjoy my food after all it got cold. She could of just come out and tell us they were going to finish my order because I was already waiting for my order and just had received part of my order. She needs to learn some education. I feel bad for the poor workers; I can only imagine that she doesn’t treat them nice with respect. I will never go there again. I hope someone does something about it. I’m sure they do this all the time.

I ordered 2 of the Southwest Cheddar Burgers last night. The picture of the burger on the menu shows sauce on the top and bottom and sauteed onions. None of those things was included on our burgers. The only thing good about this burger was the bun.

My husband who is a truck driver went to the drive up window where there were no cars and explained he drove a semi and just wanted to order a meal. He was turned away because he was not in a vehicle. He is an essential worker and during Covid it has been really hard for drivers to get meals. I wrote to corporate and they said this is their policy. This is so stupid. They would not even have a job if it were not for truck drivers or food in the stores. What are they thinking.

So disappointed. Used to love Jack in the Box. We are patient and easy going people! But we had to leave a message with Jack in the Box corporate complaints. She was very nice and said that the store manager would call me back in 3-4 business days. Contacting store manager. Ordered at 4/23/20 315pm, river/oracle, no receipt, no smiles from either employee. Maybe having a hard day? Shorter, blonde. Missing burger, drove back, no sorry but said she put 2 tacos with it. Ok ty..?? Started eating hamburger... Bottom bun was the texture of a giant crouton all the way through. Didn't have a receipt, didn't care to go back over, let it go... Fine... Ate 3 bites, didn't taste as good as I remember, looked at no cheese... Really? Ok. Made up with the tacos to make us feel better. Both messy fingers and faces! No napkins... 6 tacos and 1/2 of a brick bottomed cheeseless cheeseburger, rude cashier... Now I'm more than pissed. Never heard from manager.

I have been going to Jack in the Box for a long, since 1983 & always had good experiences, until 4/26/2020, & it was the worst ever, they were rude at the window, & on the phone. They didn't give me my onion rings, or 1 of my jumbo, on the special, we didn't check the bag when we were in line because so many cars behind us. We got home. Checked & noticed we were short, so we went back & there were 7 cars in line, so we called & told the lady we had kind of a big order & we didn't get our onion rings & burger, & she snapped at me & she said, "I put them in your bag myself." She did not know me at all & what car I was in. Plus the food has gone down for the last 6 months! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!! At Least Not In Denison,Texas!!!

The bread was limp. The bottom bread had no sauce of any kind. The top of the burger had "stuff" on it, but there was no taste. Very disappointed. The service was slow but friendly. Husband and grandson had tacos and enjoyed them.

I live next door to Jack in the Box #922, Dessau Rd Austin TX. I've been there a few times hoping the next time would be a better experience. Service has constantly been terrible. Today, 11/11/19, 12:45 pm, I ordered a biscuit, sausage, egg & cheese, girl didn't understand English, and I said # 25. I asked if you give senior discounts, she called a guy from drive thru window, she asked him in Spanish but he said something in Spanish, but no reply to me. I said, "Forget. We went into Jack in the Box which sits right next to McDonald's on Third in Spokane. I ordered a twofer and choked down one of the cheeseburgers and my buddy picked the veggies out of his. The burgers were tough and tasteless. There was a homeless looking dude sitting on the next corner so I gave him my other burger.

Some times we all should just eat what we pay for. I don't agree. It doesn't matter if I go to the ones in Lufkin, Diboll or any other surrounding cities of Lufkin. I can not. I mean can not order a taco and asked them not to put the hot sauce on it without the whole damn store getting mad at me. Yes you're right. I don't have to order tacos from Jack in the ** but the whole damn store getting mad at me just because I don't want the sauce on it. Damn. Burger was terribly soggy and we've had problems with the Fowler and Ashland store before, won't be eating there anymore. I just the meat out of it and threw the rest of the burger away. The tacos were good. It was a munchie meal but the burger was a mess -- just gross.

When in Texas I bought a Jack in the Box Gift Card but got to Missouri and it's no good. So I called Jack in the Box and they told me to go back to the Jack in the Box I bought it from. They said only the merchant I bought it from could activate it. Basically if 1000 people get unactivated cards for $40.00 each Jack in the box could pocket $40,000 or some employee in Texas is eating steak and shrimp on me.

I waited 3 minutes before being spoken to at the menu. A female worker plainly said "give me a minute". Once she took our order we waited another 5 minutes before being able to pull up to the food window because the car in front was asked to pull in front of Jack In the Box to have their order taken out to them. Another 6 minutes went by before being read our order (a completely incorrect order) then being asked if we have paid which we had already! As she goes to get the order we are then asked to pull forward. At this point the frustration was building because after 10 minutes I went inside to ASK for my order. No apologies, explanations, or discounts of any kind were expressed. I will not be going to any Jack In the Box again as their service is DISGUSTINGLY RUDE and hope the manager or owner is notified with concern.

Tried going to the local store, 4124 Mexico Rd Saint Peters, Missouri 63376. Two cars waiting for food, one car in front of me. Took a good ten minutes for them to take the order of the car in front of me, and only after they cleared the two cars already waiting for their order. Finally got to pull up to order, "wait please". Waited about another 6 minutes, still nothing. Overall, (I happened to look at my clock when I pulled in) after 20 plus minutes, I still hadn't had my order taken. I can understand if they were busy, but that was not the case. Slow, slow, and more slow at that place.

I got a Double Jack from Jack In The Box and it was old, like from the night before. It was hard and dry and the cheese between the patties was hard as well. The burger itself smelled like it had gone bad, like fish or something. I'm very unhappy with this. I will never again go to Jack In The Box, EVER. I'm told they make their food when ordered. This was not made when ordered. They should be ashamed of themselves.

My experience was DREADFUL! The owner/manager, treated me like a criminal for complaining about a order they got wrong! She was extremely rude and unprofessional! I would never go back to that horrible place! I went into the Kingman, AZ location, on 11/7/2018 at 6:05pm and the first thing was the attitude of the young woman that took my order. Very nasty attitude, then she could not calculate change, and was complaining that the option for auto calculation had been not working properly and she should "get a raise" for her having to math. The order when I got it home was just garbage, and most of it incorrect.
I immediately called the store where I got yet another happy employee who told me that there was no manager and I have to go online to call the corporate office that they cannot give it out since they are a franchise, then refused to give me his name stating that he was not allowed, and then finally at 3:30pm on 11/23/2018 I called the store again, and got the same man and I told him that I have not had any luck getting a manager or general manager or anyone from corporate, he told me to go online and fill out a complaint form that they are a franchise. I asked who the general manager was and again was told that they do not give out that information. My order was approx 28.00 and today is the 23rd. NOTHING has been done from this restaurant, it is clear that customer service, especially with franchises is just not in the job description.

So I just went to the Jack In the Box on Ella and 18th in Houston, Texas 08/30/2018 12:33:12 pm and I ordered the Wakey Bakey bowl... the idea of a breakfast bowl excites me, because I really like breakfast as a meal BUT this one lacked the luster. it was very greasy and the so called bacon seemed like actual fat from who knows what animal. I spent most of the meal spitting out fat or fat gristles that was supposed to be the bacon that I wanted to puke... Come on Jack, take some of the mess off of your menu and stop spending so much money on commercials and spend some on quality food and ingredients. I mean if you want to be a full scale restaurant then invest in real cook and real food and some venues with class... smh, YOU LOSE ON THIS ONE!!!

Long line, filthy restaurant while employee jokes with other employee while I suppose on break. When I complained about service employee told me if I don't like service, why was I there. Bad service is common to all Jack's restaurant which often are out of rice when I order the chicken teriyaki bowl. Jack has taken the lead in worst service and poorly trained employees in the fast food business.

Today 8-13-18 at 11:30 pm me and my ** friends decided to go to Jack In the Box on 4866 South Maryland St. in Las Vegas Nevada. The customer service was very rude when we walked in. No one acknowledged that we were there nor did they say, "Wait one moment and we will be with you." We waited in line for 10 minutes. There were people behind us also in line. The lady looked at us, rolled her eyes, and walked to the back which was very rude. We decided to walk out. When I look back I noticed that she decided to help the ** guy behind us which they all were ** employees that work there and I thought that it was very racist of them not to help us and these are people you should not want to represent your business. I tried to contact the corporate office website and it does not even allow you to fill out all the necessary fields to make a complaint. I will never do business with this company again.

The employees were sloppy and dirty, including the manager. The soda fountain didn't work, the restrooms were gross, the food was so gross and cold we threw it away and left. They were slow and unapologetic, including the manager. The order line was long and slow. Potential customers were leaving. The entire crew needs to be fired. Ordered a jumbo jack combo. When I got home and started to eat my burger I felt something going down my throat and started pulling out a 12 inch black hair. I called and talked to the manager and she said I would have to bring it back because it couldn't be their hair because they use hairnets. I decided to take the burger and hair back to the manager and she snatched out of my hands and took it to the back. She then made all the employees go in the back and put on hairnets.
I was videotaping the employees and one of them mouthed ** to me and wave her hand up in the air at me. She got in my face and told me to turn off the video and I said no. She proceeded to follow me to the car and mouth ** to me while videotaping me. On the clock and out in the parking lot harassing people. I didn't get a sorry, refund, etc. Just disrespect. I called the corporate office and haven't heard anything back. I will never eat there again. Dirty, rude and disrespectful.

Drive thru #173. Time 11:13:35 pm. I went thru the drive and ordered 1 order of 3 egg rolls and 2 monster taco and asked for taco sauce and sweet and sour. Jabrina was very pleasant during the order from the beginning and the end. I went and paid and it was an different employee. I paid and asked if the sauce for the tacos and egg roll was in the bag. He was like yeah. With me being the only person in the drive thru I trusted him. Yet again no sauce for my order. HOW many times does this have to happen yet I get no response from this location. Egg rolls with sauce completes order. Taco taste better with sauce yet none... A slow stormy night in Lees Summit and can’t get any sauce.

Jack In The Box Wheat Ridge, Colorado (52nd & Kipling). I have been going to this location for a while. I always ask to have my food made cooked fresh. Received a cold sandwich, took it back and received a fresh one. My second sandwich which was a chicken sandwich was cold. I had asked to have it cooked fresh. The manager who was yelling at his employees and threatening to fire them if they did not work faster told me never to return to his store. All this for asking for a fresh sandwich. I could see being told Never To Return if I was rude, but I was polite. I am sorry to see that this is how certain companies do not believe in customer service and how they treat their workers. The opinion is that People are like PIGS. They will eat anything.

I ate the garbage food they offer last night. Came to defecate it today, it came out in chunks. There was no digestion. Either it's not food they're selling or it's just filled with so many chemicals it's not digestible. It even smelled the same. I didn't know my ** had taste buds until I tried Jack in the Box. I could taste the bacon coming in, AND going out. Jokes aside and I don't need to be an expert analyst to realize these fast-"food" chains are one of the biggest reasons why there's so much cancer out there. Cook your own food!

About 5pm Saturday, I went into the drive thru. Surprisingly, they weren't very busy. The gal took my order but kept cutting me short. Finally completed ordering but never was told the price. Drove to the window. Noticed I couldn't see inside. The window was filthy. The slide thingy was filthy too. I waited almost 15 minutes to get my order. Like I said before, they weren't very busy. I checked the bags. The order was complete. Drove home just one mile exactly. Traffic was great.
Got inside to eat. Took first bite of the Spicy chicken sandwich. Dried, stringy and chewy, like it was overcooked and sat under a heat lamp all day. Couldn't eat it. Went to eat my other sandwich. Cold. PLUS it was smothered in sauces. Drenched my hand before I even got it out of its container. The jalapeno poppers were overcooked and room temperature. The cheesecake was bagged separately and it was warm. Very warm! Gave the entire order to my dogs. My dogs eat anything. They sniffed around it and walked away from it. Now I'm even MORE pissed because I have to clean it up as well.
I tried contacting Jack to no avail. Needed a receipt number but it flew out the slide thingy when they gave me my drink along with my dollar bill in change. Terrible experience PLUS I'M DIABETIC and I had to turn around and go the McDonald's to eat. I did NOT return to Jack because I didn't want to go to jail and I needed to eat right away as diabetics often do. So I wasted $20 on a meal that got thrown (and blown) away. I want my money back. Not credit for a future meal. MONEY!

I tried writing a complaint to Jack In the Box about my experience this morning and after all the content was written, and I pressed send and the information disappeared. So here I am now after the frustration of the cursor jumping all over the place and erasing content I had already written. 15 minutes for an order. I ordered 2 for $4 croissants and wanted to order 2 more. The attendant walks off in the middle of taking my order and starts delivering drive-thru orders after I have waited 3-5 minutes to be acknowledged. The attendant cooking starts to make apologies but I told her I came inside because the drive-thru had at least 6 cars ahead of me, She says, "You don't have to talk loud" and I tell her this is my regular voice and what is going on.
The order attendant finally comes back and finishes my order. I give her the money in her hand and she lays my change on the counter. I said, "Oh this is how we do business now." Then they start talking to each other in their language. I could pull the race card but this is plain old rude. Finally, I ask for my money back, and she says, "You don't want it" and I say, "I do but you have wasted all of my time." I have no choice to wait because I have a 9 and 3 year old to feed before they go to school, Thanks for ruining my morning breakfast with my grandsons. Learn to balance the drive thru and walk-ins. I could have cooked at home in 15 minutes.

Took my family to this place at 1700 El Camino Real San Bruno, CA Jack In the Box. Came home. Kids had severe diarrhea in the evening, and at night I thought I am going to die. It woke me up 12 am, for me this happened differently than kids. I thought alien is going to come out of my stomach just in movie Aliens. Yea and it is not funny, it hurt very bad. I told my wife to call ambulance, by the time she called it got less painful and she did not call. Kids still for two days have diarrhea, in school they went to bathroom multiple times. They need to get sued for this, I called them multiple times and they did not answer. I reported this to Poison control.

After ordering a jumbo jack with only lettuce, tomato & mayo & repeating myself CLEARLY 7-8 times they STILL handed me back burger incorrectly! I handed it back through the window & then received a burger made correctly, however the meat was wafer thin, the lettuce was soggy and I had the tiniest tomato I have ever seen. I told the young man at the drive-through window that I would be calling the 800-number and reporting my experience. He did not seem shocked nor concerned. Jack in the Box has clearly went downhill.

The commercial on TV for the new Jack In the Box rib eye burger looks so juicy and yummy and delicious, so it isn't enticed me enough to go get one, and it was nothing like the picture on TV. It was a dry burger. It tasted like it was frozen and it just was not what I expected. If you advertise something it should look like that when you order it.

The new Ribeye Burger I was very unsatisfied. I should've just got a Jumbo Jack with cheese. The Ribeye Burger meat Patty was so small and dry. The meat itself has no flavor to it. It took my order 25 minutes to go through the drive-through with only being the 3rd person. One order took 15 minutes. The next order-10 minutes. This is extremely unprofessional and lacking work ethic as well as preparedness. This is called a fast food “restaurant” not a long wait restaurant. Lorencia the manager was unseen when asked to speak from her and no apology or compensated customer service for the extreme long wait. This is absolutely unacceptable for your restaurant and needs to be correctly immediately or don’t have a restaurant at all!
