    I have rarely gone to Jack in the Box, however, free burger was offered with a purchase in the T-MOBILE app. It was the worse burger I’ve ever tried to eat. Everything about it was not good. It was cold, no flavor, bits of weird stuff in the meat in the few bites I tried, veggies weren’t even good, Mayo tasted soured, waited forever in the drive thru and at the window, only 2 cars ahead of me.

    Could only order chicken items, the wait was long, and the workers are rude. Granted I’m here at 2a.m but I shouldn’t have to deal with this.

    I went by about 730 on March 22, 2026 and decided I wanted to go get me some Jalapeño Poppers. I’ve ate them there before They were always good but I will never go back and get any more so I don’t know. Maybe they set out too long or maybe the truck driver that brought him there their temperature in our truck wasn’t right or something because they were not good at all and I’m glad that I didn’t get the bigger pack. I only got three but four dollars and something or something that wasn’t worth eating now. I ain’t doing it again.

    Jack in the crack tacos are so nasty. Before it was better but now they put too much salad yet now they put cheese in the tacos? No meat at all. It's just all salad and the tacos are not even fried. Y'all need to bring back the old tacos with no salad or cheese and more meat.

    I don't normally leave reviews although this experience was awful! It had been over 10 years since I have eaten at Jack in the Box in which the ultimate burger and the sourdough were my favorites, mostly the two huge parties of meat smothered on both sides with the ridiculous amount of cheese just oozing from all sides of the burgers just wonderful, I don't eat burgers and don't care for what burger either but those 2 yes! So prices everywhere have gone up so first thought was shit I really want a ultimate knowing the price was most likely going to be over 10 or right at it and I was right close to 10 but that still didn't discourage me. I craved all that meat and cheese, then I'm driving off on the other side of highway. Now pull out of the bag what looks the size of mcdonalds kids burger but double meat! Never got mustard before, just mayo because I never could tell how much mayo because the cheese matched the color, I will never eat at jack in the box again!

    Ok so I walked in and noticed a brown bag full of medical gowns. I then asked the Fernando the registration guy. He said yeah and? Thought he was gonna have someone clean it up? But didn't? He then continued with my order? Then then got charged for another drink. Unacceptable?

    Ordered online and arrived at the specified time and was told to wait in line and I did for 32 more minutes, when I got home the only sandwich I ordered for myself was made wrong and I was unable to eat it. The rest of the order was cold. The sandwiches were not wrapped properly and fell apart in the bag. I am so disappointed. I don’t think I can back to my favorite fast food.

    I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I understand if you are busy but not even saying, "Welcome. Can you please hold we are short staffed." Just completely ignored so I guess the kids working there don’t feel like working. Just get paid to stand around. I left and gave another company my money. Won’t be visiting them anymore.

    I thought fist time I went there was a nightmare! 2nd time here I will never eat here again. I waited 10 minutes. I figured, "Oh...maybe I'm getting fresh fries since I'm only one in drive through." Nope, fries were like bottom of barrel, dried up, cold and inedible? Wtf took so long. My cheese on my burger wasn't even melted? Top it all off...hair on my sandwich at the end...garbage!

    The Crispy shrimp tacos now on special are NOT CRISPY! They use a soft tortilla so are more a wrap than a taco. Firs time we bought. It was a mistake, but it happened again after many mentions we wanted crisp taco, and this was repeated by staff. Receipt barcode **. Jack in the Box #4353

    The staff was not up to the job description. The food was hot, but it took a long time to pick up. I watched a staff member threw away a bag of good food away. The front counter employee did an excellent job.

    The fish sandwich looked nothing like the picture.. Had no flavor and tasted like it was fried in old dirty oil. Tartar sauce was watered down and flavorless. The newly brought back potato wedges were undercooked, and I was so disappointed and remembered why I stopped going to Jack in the first place years ago

    Multiple times I’ve went here with others and it is dirty and disgusting hair was in our 15 dollar meals our burgers our fries and a very rude lady rejected us the first time on the issue and once I found more hair through out my meal I went back in to show the hair in our kids burger my girlfriends food and mine and the guy only offered to remake one of the fries just for me to be amazed that there was more hair in it and showed him it and said keep it I’m sick.

    Went thru drive thru and had the worst customer service ever. All employees working at that time had bad customer service and very rude and unprofessional. One of the employees also went to the extreme to say are you talking to me 'cause we can go outside fight and as I drove away they said rude things that was unacceptable. I’m taking this complaint to corporate and above I will make sure those employees don’t make another customer go thru what they put me thru. Very disappointed with this company ….

    I eat here every once in a while when I don’t have food to eat for lunch cause it close to my job. But it seems like every time I place an online order my food is always cold and the staff is very rude. There’s this short lady I can’t tell if she’s pregnant or not but every time I go in there it just seems like she’s upset that she haves to be at work. Even when I walk in to place an order she doesn’t care that I’m ordering and proceeded to engage in conversation with another employee while they are trying to help me out. My food tasted like is was just sitting there or if it had got put back in the oil. I wouldn’t recommend no one to go there 1591 S Main St during night shift

    One fateful day in the blistering heat of mid July, roughly six years ago, I was on a roadtrip with my family to visit grandparents in Texas. Now we had been driving for some time when we came across a small band of unfamiliar fast food restaurants, and being hungry like that, we decided to stop for a bite. At Jack In The Box. Not so long story short: They forgot the cheese on my cheeseburger. It’s a CHEESEburger. I don’t ask for much. From there, it became personal, but as a mere child my hands were tied for means of retaliation for the horrendous woes done to me. Nevertheless, that day I vowed that justice would be served, and today, after many years of silent suffering and courageous toil throughout my patience, the prophecy of old has at last be fulfilled. Ahem, all this to say, one star. (PS if you didn’t read the full title for this review you should. It’s rather clever if I do say so myself and I’m quite proud of it, really.)

    I got a couple of the new limited-edition cookies. I am a baker and love trying baked goods from lots of different places. The triangle-shaped cookies looked so cute with Jack's face and there are four different faces you can acquire. I only opened one, he had sunglasses on his face. The flavor is honestly so bad I STOPPED eating it. It leads the question of who approved such a subpar product. Even my child didn't like it. They are so dry and crumbly, I hardly taste "sugar cookie," and the icing on top is some kind of fondant that you can taste the colors on. Overall I didn't finish the cookie and decided not to eat the other one. I was actually really disappointed to find that this is the worst cookie I've had for $4 each, it's not worth it. A waste of money for sure. If you get it, it's better off put on your shelf as a novelty item.

    I'm in Kelso, Wa. Ordering breakfast, $16.75 was the total. Handed a $50.00 bill. "I'm sorry I can't take your cash, I've only had 1 customer this morning." It's 10:56am. My reply was, "I guess I will go elsewhere." She said nothing back. Jack in the box just lost a customer after 30 yrs.

    I went to the Jack-in-the-Box in Santan Valley off Hunt Highway. The service I received tonight was the worst service I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. The young lady was rude, disrespectful, my food was cold and not correct. The soda taste like dirty water. I’ve asked her five times that I wanted if I can have onion rings instead of fries. She kept saying that was up charge. I said OK I always get it that way. She handed me my order. He was a single for seven french fries. She refused to give me my rings, even though I was willing to pay the Up charge. This young lady needs to be terminated.

    Went to Alhambra CA, Jack in the Box on Fremont and Valley Blvd. They kept saying I'll be there in a second 3x. I left and went to Carls Jr instead. Staff just kept looking but not getting my order and so I left.

    Unfortunately, I never had the chance to taste their taco. On Saturday, January 3 Jack In The Box advertised a TV special available until Jan. 6. The special was two tacos for $0.75. On January 6 I thought I would head to my local Jack In The Box at 11:45 AM located at Marlow and Piner Rd. in Santa Rosa CA. I was buying six tacos for myself, my wife and grandson, plus drinks. While parking, I noticed there was no signage for the special which brought some concerns. Upon entering the restaurant one person was eating, another waiting for his order, one Uber-eats type person, and one much older person standing in line. The person in line was also trying to order tacos. The female he was talking to didn't understand him. She called over what appeared to be the manager, a younger, shorter female. All three became involved in a very confusing conversation. I jumped in and said he wants to order the two tacos for $0.75 TV special.

    The older employee pointed to the menu above with tacos listed in the upper left corner at $1.49. I explained again to the two Jack In The Box employees their company was promoting a special on TV. The manager then turned the ordering monitor towards me saying it is "not on our app". My concerns were now confirmed and I walked out. As I got into my car, the person in front of me came out, unhappy.

    This special was advertised on Saturday. I have to believe hundreds of people have gone into this one Jack In The Box in Santa Rosa in the three day since the ad, This same situation probably occurred hundreds of times in thousands of Jack In The Box throughout the US. Am I to believe not one Jack In The Box employee or local manager did not notify a corporate manager? OR did that corporate manager decide to ignore the problem by not notify everyone down the line of an ad the company was not going to standby. Poor management when hoping a problem will permanently go away on its own. That causes the customer to permanently go away.

    First off we ordered the "GREMLIN MEAL" AND A ROOTBEER DRINK... THEY GAVE ME 2 TACOS, VERY LITTLE FRIES AND NO CURLY FRIES, ONLY CRUMBS AND I GOT A DAMN A COLA DRINK, NOT A DAMN ROOTBEER. And for them to be real quick to take my money but give me less than what I ordered and what I didn't ordered is bullshit..... not to mention the one tender when it was to be 2 yeah, bs.

    Horrible customer service. No one comes to the counter or even greets customers walking in and they just stand in the back and the food is just plopped on the counter without announcing the order number. One employee was mopping right by the door when I was trying to leave, making it a slipping hazard.

    I have never had to wait in line for about 40 minutes before getting to the order menu and then having to wait another 10 minutes for it to be actually taken. If I wasn't blocked in by the people in front or behind me, I would have definitely left to go get food somewhere else. I truly doubt that I will be going back again, even though it is the most convenient. I will be driving out of my way to get food in the future. The location I visited was at Hampton and Ledbetter in Dallas, Texas. If the option of Zero stars was available, that would be my rating.

    I'm so sad that Jack in the Box put computers in front of counter. SO IMPERSONAL and rude. I may stop going after 30 years. Why do they have to cheapen their business. I will never continue using a business that expects me to go without customer service. Really poor choice. Also, the employees at these locations are rude and low class.

    It's been 4 days and still haven't received a call or reply email back. Regarding my refund for not receiving items. That I already paid for. Not only was my order incomplete. But my chicken was still frozen in the middle, got fries instead of curly, my tacos were a complete mess and dripped sauce every in my truck. JACK IN THE BOX PLEASE FIX THIS LOCATION AT 105 IN MONTGOMERY TX. IT'S ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. 💯
