International House of Pancakes (IHOP) Reviews

A good experience but need crackers, croutons, or bread served with the chicken salad. Staff was informed and as prompt as can be that they were swamped with a 40 people dinner party. I'd recommend to still try the place.

The one on Rainbow in Las Vegas! Give it a minus one, terrible! My hash browns and eggs were fried in old rancid oil and had a bad old oil after taste. My granddaughter's strawberry crepe had no filling or whipped topping on top. The crepe dough was hard and old-tasting. This will be my last time at a IHOP. I should have listened to my friend, she had the same experience. Sad you used to be a good family restaurant to go to.

Our server at the Pier Park IHOP in Panama City Florida was Star. She couldn't have been more efficient and friendly. She made us feel so comfortable and welcome. She is A number 1 in our book. IHOP needs more like her.

So me and my friends went to IHOP today on Atlanta highway in Montgomery Alabama. We got there around 10 AM. I asked young lady. How long a wait would it be? She told me around 20 minutes mindful, there was probably 10 tables open. We were the second group in line of 3 people. 40 minutes go by and we still didn't get called and as we are watching guests Walk out the door one after another. After they got finished eating and no one is there to call us aim to be seated other my friends and I left. More people left because they got tired of waiting. This is by far one of the worst ihops I have ever been in as far as customer service and staffing. I definitely do not recommend you going to this IHOP In Montgomery Alabama.

We showed up around 12:30 and got seated fairly quick. Sadly, that was the best part of me and my families visit there. We then ordered and got our drinks also pretty quick. The problem was that we then waited until around 1:40ish to get our food. After that, we proceed to eat and what not.... that's when we found hair in our food. We got the food taken away and had them cancel it off our bill thankfully but then while leaving we noticed the cook was not wearing a cook's net for their hair but they were wearing a bandana.

11:pm Wednesday night, iHop was slow, only saw one table, finishing up. Waitress was sweet, and took our order, then hour goes by, and she said the cook/manager was screwing up all the orders. Huh? We waited 20 more minutes, manager never came to our table to explain why our food was so late. We paid for our drinks and left. Will not be back.

Del in Clermont Florida was the best server I’ve had in any restaurant in a long time. Her heart felt and sincere greeting made you feel right at home from start to finish. Her smile and positivity is infectious! I appreciate you Del!!

The waitress was slow as she could be. Took her 10 mins before she came to my table. Didn't take the menus away after taking my order. Sat there longer to get a drink. Then my food was cold, butter was just brought out of the fridge. Didn't check on me at all and she wanted a tip. It wasn't even that busy, it was actually slow for a Sat.

Ate here and the experience was great. Colleen our server was a delight. It had the sampler with blueberry pancakes. My husband got sirloin tips which is is favorite of all time. The cooks took pride in what they were putting out with pride. A must you gotta go to IHOP.

Did not give me what I ordered. And management did not care. They make it seem as if all you should do is come back and correct it; no consideration to how far you are, and it’s your problem if you can’t come back.

Today, around 4:30pm, my family visited IHop located at 747 E. Rochambeau Dr, Williamsburg, VA 23188. When we walked in and waited to be seated, we noticed the staff staring and whispering. After waiting 15 mins without acknowledgement, "**" appears and states... there is a 35 min wait. She then looked at my sister-in-law, shook her finger at her and said "you're the one who reported me to corp." We did not appreciate her rudeness and unprofessionalism. We will not patronize this IHop ever again. I had no idea that a report that was made so long ago could effect her so deeply. We will say a prayer for her.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! I ordered an egg white veggie omelette and banana fosters pancakes, which I have order many times at different locations and it has always been good and the presentation looked like the picture and had the ingredients that was on the menu’s description. I wish I would have looked up their reviews first. I normally do when I am dining at a new place. Since IHop use to be my go-to breakfast place, I didn’t think I needed to. When the food came out, my egg white omelette was brown, my bananas foster; the pancakes were brown and thin, not light and fluffy like I’m used to them being… There was no sliced bananas on top.

IHOP hallandale great service, & food. We ate steak & eggs, sirlion & nuggets. Jojo the waitress has been taking good care of me & others for years. My friends like pancakes bacon omelets & burgers. Jojo been sweet, prompt & adapting to our menu food requests. Thanks. Colby omelets are work art.

Ihop in Montgomery Alabama on Atlanta Highway is VERY SLOW and short staffed. I came in for National pancake day. Waiting 10 mins to get seated and then waited another 20 mins before the waitress came to the table.

Haven't been in a long time, breakfast special at 6.00 was a great deal, until they add 4.75 for an orange juice, 3.50 for a cup of coffee and almost 4 dollars for adding wheat toast. Those add ons doubled the bill. If you want a bargain order the breakfast special and ask for water only.

The server was new. Within management it was a lack of professionalism. When speaking of our food my eggs was not cooked to the point where my cheese was melted. My pancakes was not fluffy. We had to send food back several times due to not being right

We went to the IHOP in Kyle, Texas and could not have had a better experience. The greeter, the waitress and the manager that I talked with all had smiles on their faces (and you know when the smiles were honest). We don't eat out often, but when we do, it is important to have good food and good service. My compliments to Jaime, the manager and to Laura, our server. She took the time to explain several options for my wife, who is gluten-free and to me, because I have a focus problem. To top that off, the prices were fair compared to prices anywhere today. Please go to that IHOP in Kyle or to any of them because they are doing a great job for their customers.

On Saturday October 12, 2024, my two daughters and I visited the IHOP in Englewood NJ store # 4630. We encountered a very unprofessional server and decided not to leave a tip. We all had separate checks and crossed out the section that says tip and just wrote the total. A few days later we noticed different charges on our card. The server had added unauthorized tips herself and made fraudulent charges on our Cards.

My husband place an order. 5 pancakes. They was nasty. And the hostess has bad attitude like I don't have to spend my money with this restaurant which I'm not no more. No butter in the bag. 2 little syrup like this my lunch at work. Pancake tasted old like the mix wasn't fresh and they was not even busy. So no more. I'll just buy the mix at the store. I'm a tipper. The hostess needs be checked at high point, Parris Ave in NC. I will be spending my money on nasty food. It sucked.

I’ve been going to IHOP for yrs. My Friday morning me time. This was the WORST experience ever. Coffee was cold, order was not right (and the fly) which she tried to catch (gross). When I mentioned I asked for no butter, she said “well I thought“. Just a bad experience (should have went to the usual IHOP). Spoke to the manager - she said “we can’t control the flies”. Seriously

Went to IHOP for some breakfast, sat down at a table, the air conditioner was on really high, actually waitress if we can change tables. She went and asked another waitress to other waitress said no so we asked to speak to the manager. The manager said over there talking about no we couldn't change tables. The restaurant was empty. I also explained to her that I'm an elderly woman and that I take blood thinners so I'm cold it was so cold in it that other customers had sweaters on and this woman had the nerve the audacity to say to me, "I can cancel your food and you can just leave"

The service was great, but the food was bad. The sausage links were too salty and of an unknown composition. They were more like a hot dog that was produced from a slurry of unknown meat by products. The eggs were ok, but the home fries were tasteless and didn't resemble potatoes at all. The so-called buttermilk pancakes lacked any flavor and if weren't for the butter and syrup wouldn't have been worth the time it took to eat them. So, with tip and tax the cost for two came to $46.00 dollars, hardly a bargain considering the quality of the food. Check number **. Normally I tip better, but the food was so bad.

I really had bad service at this location. In Granville Michigan. I ordered all you could eat pancakes for 5 dollars. And got charged over seven dollars for it. The server never would come back and check on me to see if I wanted more pancakes than the original order. Very slow, coming back to see if we needed more coffee. Because she overcharged me for the pancakes. That should have been five dollars. I did not temp, and I will not go back to that location anymore. **.

Such a pleasant experience at the IHOP in Christiansburg, Va. Our waitress, Courtney **, was such a friendly and professional waitress. She gave her recommendations and suggestions and made sure my 10 year was able to have exactly what she asked for. The food was very good. Thankful. Also, if you have some sort of employee recognition program I highly recommend Courtney for this. She is definitely worthy of such an honor.

The cooks do a great job. Currently management has gone backwards. They talk bad about the good managers in front of customers. Low-staffing, long wait. If you don’t expect good customer service then it’s a good place for you. Expensive.

IHOP Huber Heights Oh, breakfast the easiest meal to make. The wife and I ordered the same thing with 2 scrambled eggs. I got half of what she received, order came with toast but it was not buttered. Did not know I had to order my toast to be buttered. Come on pull your head out, never again will I go to IHOP. This same place used to be good last two times I been it's horrible. 0 stars and I will trash you by word of mouth. Again horrible. Wish there was a 0 star option.

I came to IHOP late Saturday evening, July 13, there were several tables already and I was seated. Only 1 server, no host and people kept coming in on a constant basis. The server Kyle was REMARKABLE! He acknowledged and greeted everybody pleasantly and was amazing how he handled all this alone. Never a minute of showing how stressful this could be for one server. He rocked it all by himself. The cooks did awesome keeping up with Kyle's constant customer orders. The place was packed. I sincerely can't believe how he did it all with grace and enthusiasm. Very impressive. Food was great too. This server Kyle deserves a recognition.

Loved server. Very Patient and hard working. Everything was perfect thanks to Shinece **. The server food was hot and on time. Thank you so much miss **. You're perfect for this job. Very clean. No complaints.
