    Chili’s didn’t complete my pickup order for a business lunch, refused to have someone drive 5 minutes to deliver the missing items and offered a dessert as compensation. I lost far more than the value of this order ($135) and will never patronize this business again.

    My experience here in Newport News Chili’s was very upsetting. Nice staff, but watched people come in after my group of three and get seated before us. Also our drinks came in 20 minutes after we sat down and ordered. My order was correct. But not very good. Part of the order for my guest wasn’t even brought out. This has been one of worst experience here. What has happened?

    There is very little on the menu that can remotely be considered healthy. Food is WAY too salty, mediocre at best and overpriced. Service however is very good. Nothing on the menu is good and the food is gross!

    I ordered sirloin well done about 3 months ago to go, when I got home steak was completely pink inside. Literally I could have thrown up but my next step was to contact Chili’s for a refund. No refund but Chili’s gift card. Okay so I tried it again this Sunday… Ordered my fave sirloin that’s what I was craving.. So this time it was DONE.. In fact so done until you could barely cut it. Well I’ve learned my lesson. It’s so sad you can’t get a well done tender steak from Chili’s. If you want or are wanting a well done steak, better try another restaurant. Chili’s is NOT the one!!!

    I went to have a meal in the late evening. I ordered the bacon ranch quesadilla. There was very little meat inside it and it was overcooked. I ordered ribs but didn't get the correct sides. My order was pickup. It was to be ready at 8:52 but I got my order at 9:20. I normally have good experience but not that night.

    The overall plus tax on our order was 49.52. The tip of 21 percent (my usually) was 10.40. But on this machine it said for 20% is 11.28. That’s lying and shouldn’t be tolerated at all restaurant establishment ever.

    I'm writing this review to warn others about the terrible experience my family had at Chili's Grill & Bar in Tupelo, MS (Store #899 at 3196 N Glos. From the moment we sat down, things started going downhill. We ordered the Original Trio, a % rack of ribs, and loaded mashed potatoes— and every single item was a disaster. The Trio was burnt to the point of being inedible, the ribs were dry and completely flavorless, and the mas. What made it worse was that some of the food was unexpectedly spicy which made my kids uncomfortable and unable to eat. We weren't warned. The service was just as bad. The waitress was unfriendly and inattentive, and then tried to sneak a 20% tip onto the bill without asking or expli—despite the fact that the food was awful and the service was below basic standards. That felt like a scam.

    I've eaten at other Chili's locations before and never had an experience this bad. This visit was not just disappointing— it was unacceptable and potentially dangerous. I'm shocked that a national chain would allow a location to operate like this. I will never return to this Chili's, and I strongly urge others to think twice before dining here. Management needs to take serious action to fix the ft

    Today I picked up my order at Chilis Round Lake on Rollins Road. My order was wrong. I called back to have them update my order so I can return this order and have them make the correct order. The young man placed me on hold for 20 minutes. I assume they wanted me to hang up. I took a screenshot of the call time. No one ever returned to the phone so I hung up and called back to ask for a manager, I was placed on hold again by the same gentleman. I decided to accept my loss and write this review. I didn’t want any free food just what I paid for. This was the third time my order was messed up but the burgers are great. I’ve had mushy eggrolls, burnt fries or no fries hardly. I will not spend money at this chilis anymore.

    How can you advertise it as potato soup and you missing the main ingredient, potatoes?! The lack of potatoes was so evident that it could be classified as baby food. If you're really looking for potato soup, don't buy it. From a person who normally wouldn't take the time to write a review, please heed the warning.

    I would give it no stars if I could. Don’t ever order their brisket or even chicken quesadillas, they put NO meat on them. I ended up with cheese, sauce and tortilla shell along with very little meat. Paid $40 for my order, and I am truly disappointed. I will not order again.

    AWFUL experience for weary travelers. The bartender at 8 pm on June 30th at the D-35 gate Chili’s was absolutely horrid! She was rude, demanding, completely unresponsive to requests, ignored us entirely at one point, and had the nerve to TALK BACK to my brother and I, saying “told you” when we asked another server the same question we asked her.

    The reason we asked a second person was because of the way she acted for the entire hour we sat at the bar. She obviously hates her job and people and should never be in a position to work with the public. It’s no wonder the only food that people wanted to eat (7 out of 10 customers) was the cheapest item on the menu- chips and salsa. It was painful to leave her a tip, but unlike her we aren’t jerks. If there was a “zero out of ten” option for rating her service, people would choose it over and over. Every comment she made was dripping with sarcasm and disdain. I’m an American with Disabilities, yet even with my orthopedic handicap, I would gladly hike to the other end of the airport than deal with her ever again. SHAME ON HER and Chili’s for employing such a rotten individual. Zero out of 10 experience!!!

    Just decided to do lunch with my husband at Chili's in the Crossings Spring Hill, TN. I had eaten sandwich before left so knew I would be doing a broccoli side and tea. He chose the 3 for me, chicken sandwich and changed the crispy chicken to a grilled chicken. We have done this multiple times at this location. When we got the bill the change caused the sandwich to go from 10.99 to 16.99. We have never seen an uncharted for this substitution and were blown away. The manager visited the table and said that the price change was correct. What??? Won't visit this Chili's again ... Too many choices very close to this restaurant. Unhappy.

    Everything looked good on the menu, I could hold my salad in the palm of my hand and my 6 inch hamburger bun had a 6-inch x 1/8 of a inch thick burnt piece of cardboard in it, Same with my wife's steak 6 oz? More like 2oz x 1/8 of a inch burnt! The soup and fries were good! 35$. About 30$ Too Much.

    I went to your 901 W 120th Ave, Denver, CO 80234 restaurant few days ago. I ordered Chili bowl. I mean it's the Chilis right!? I should have taken a picture of what was served. To start with, the appearance of what was given to me looked like almost black feces; is this a stool sample for some rectal exam I wondered! It was plain; not garnished, nothing else but just Chili! It tasted like it was sitting on the pot for hours! probably right, it tasted like what was at the bottom of the pot. Here is the point. The price is $7.89 for a small bowl of chili and all I got was a slob that tasted old, with a very depressing appeal and presentation. What happened to you guys!?

    On-line order service is extremely slow. I placed an order at 5:59pm. Text message stated order would be ready between 6:30 and 6:35pm. I left with my food at 6:59 pm. I received my text to come inside as I was getting into my car. And they want you to give a tip when you pay in advance!

    I have reached out to Chili's several times with no solution. Regarding Restaurant #1028 in Middletown New York I had a charge on my bill for Ziosk Game Pass of $2.99. When I questioned the Waiter he said that my granddaughter authorized the game on the Ziosk used to pay the bill. She did not. He would not remove the charge. I wonder how many other people are scammed by this charge. I am looking to get a refund from Chili's for this. Extremely poor business practice.

    We had a wonderful experience at Chili's yesterday 6/21/24 at Amherst, Niagara Falls, NY location. You can't beat the 3 for Me Deals!!!! Thank you for giving us a serious break! We highly recommend to all our family and friends. Our server was Antonio, he made it so fun. We had him another time before and he helped by recommending the burger, oh YUM!!!! It was delicious and got that again. You can have any side with it, the more expensive sides, you just add the price difference. Hell, not going to complain about .50 cents more :} Great Job guys!

    We loved our meals at Chili's until we learned that most of the food is frozen and then cooked in microwaves. We always wondered how our meals in every Chili's tasted the same…. and liked that fact. But when you listen to this video, you won’t like the process behind your meals. **

    Me and my wife ordered from Chili's in Surprise on Bell Rd and West Pointe Parkway. We opted to pick up the order. There were no utensils, napkins. Not even straws for our drinks. I ordered the Carne Asada and the meat wasn't even cut up to make individual tacos or burritos.

    I've visited Chili's VB this spring/summer & found Leslie to be the bartender who not only cares about her teammates, but attentive to the new & existing patrons. She knows her business, treats her customers like valued people, & excites new diners to a newly released menu. Hats off to Leslie, if she wants to be a manager, she has my nod!

    It was my birthday, July 25th; have always loved going to Chili's. We were seated in the bar area & right away I was met with a fly at the table. Little did I know (until I noticed) there were flies all over the window; we told the waiter we were moving, looked okay (at first), but they were there also. I told my friend, "I'm sorry, but I can't stay here" & she agreed, just didn't want to disappoint me on my special day.

    There was a couple next to us & I said, "How are you coping with all the flies" & the gentleman said, "Yes, it's bad, but what can you do." I got to thinking, "what can you do"?? Before you open your place of business, make sure "this" is not an issue!! If these insects were swarming around our tables (without any food), then what must it be like (back in the kitchen). I went to the car & my friend stayed & paid for the food. The server told her that "they" had been telling management about the fly issue for a while & maybe now they would do something about it. I will never feel the same about Chili's & certainly will not be back to that location. Very disappointing.

    Again, today, Chili’s has chosen to serve what they want you to have and NOT what is actually ordered. I have called cooperate headquarters in Texas to report this restaurant and spoken with managers at this restaurant about its lack of customer satisfaction. Today, they were out of hamburgers. Left off our tea, but certainly charged us for it. We ordered a club as sandwich and it had one very burned piece of bacon. Ordered fajitas last week and got NO tortillas or cheese with delivery order. This has become a norm for this Thomaston location! I have reported them to both corporate and local for their overcooked asparagus, leaving off portions of orders - - especially when they are delivered. It is truly ridiculous how many times they can mess up a simple order.

    The only time, it seems, they get orders correct for take out or delivery is when I call them to tell the local restaurant that I am placing a delivery order or to go order and to please double check it. And this is when I have to speak to management. Charlie is the only one who does check it that I know of for sure. Others, such as a bartender who told me she would lied and the order was wrong. As in, not the order at all!! It was part of someone else’s delivered to us.

    Foodies beware. Burgers were burned to a crisp. Made me physically ill. Please stay away from Chili's on Military Trail in Delray Beach FL. Ordered from this restaurant before and never had an issue until now. Dry meat with condiments slathered all over the buns. Fries were cold.

    Ordered steak and chicken fajita combo. The chicken was like a wet sponge in my mouth. The portion was very small for the beef, chicken, and only about 3 tablespoons of rice. Very poor for the 18 dollar price.

    I used to like Chili's a lot but they've gone way down over the years. My favorite dish was the cajun pasta with chicken. The last few times I ordered this dish, it was not good... One time there was so much spice that I couldn't even eat it; I tried to choke it down but it was not happening. I never send dishes back to the kitchen but this time I did. And every time it came out cold. On my latest visit, I ordered the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich. I did get this minus the ranch. I assumed it would be a normal buffalo chicken sandwich, but it was just a fried, flavorless piece of chicken with a drop of buffalo sauce on the top, and the chicken was smaller than the bun and way overcooked. Not good, no flavor... Could've gotten a better chicken sandwich from McD's. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Chili's again. The waitress (I believe her name was Jenna) was very nice and helpful. She gets 5 stars.

    I purchased food for Father’s Day and it was totally cold and wrong. I called the Manager and he offered a full $68 refund. I said I felt bad and I would take a gift card or credit instead. He said ok it’s going to take a few days to be in your Chili’s account. After 12 days and nothing, I spoke with another Manager and he said they don’t issue credit and nothing he could do. He hung up on me and would not come to the phone again. What a terrible way to treat customers!!!

    I have been coming to the 34710 North Valley Phoenix 85086 location for 11 years and almost daily for the last year and will not be back. All of the bartenders are great except for Jeanine. She has been rude time and time again and has even threatened to smack me for innocent jokes that bartenders should not be offended to. All of the regulars will not come in on Tuesday night when she is bartending due to her attitude and being rude. Please put a different bartender on for Tuesday, Thank You. I have overheard the workers say jokes to each other and even joke with me and I have never took offense to any of it.

    On Friday night, Jeanine's daughter Kate that also works there overheard me say a joke to the guy next to me which was "The surfers in Hawaii remind me of myself. They hang 10." Her daughter is older 25-30, she went back and told her mom what she heard and Jeanine came out screaming at me in front of customers and then a couple minutes later came back out again saying, "You are going to apologize to my daughter." For one my voice does not travel and I am surprised she heard it, it was not offensive and this is a BAR! I will not quit filing complaints with corporate and the BBB until she has either been taken out of the bar area or she has lost her job completely. Not only did she threaten me but also embarrassed me in front of other customers by yelling.

    UPDATE: I called and spoke to the manager Amy to let her know my concern and she said, "I don't blame her for saying she would smack you and as for the incident Friday night I am sure there is a lot more to it than that.." "Really Amy, do you not realize the guy that I said the joke to is a rights attorney, he would make a great witness" and then she said, "Maybe you should go to a different bar from now on." It is nice to know that Chili's promotes both verbal and physical assaults on their customers.
