Omg, this manager at Applebee's is the best. My order with Doordash got totally messed up. I got the wrong order 😒 and called the girl at Doordash and she told me she delivered the bag that they gave her at Applebee's. However she knew exactly what I ordered. This order was $22.77 and my order was over $65.00. A long story short I called Doordash and they said they would contact Applebee's and they would get back to me. Then I called the restaurant and talked to the manager and she said Doordash never called her. This manager LACY **. was the best manager this restaurant has!! She listened and carried and went out of her way to get somebody to bring my order to me. If she is not the restaurant manager, she needs to be. Again her name is LACY **. Simply the best!

There is an October 2025 tv advertisement that suggests a full bowl of soup with their grill cheese burger. It is very good. But even after politely complaining that the bowl is only 33% full, I continually am answered "that's all we are told to give to the customer". Stating less than half a bowl is the protocol. I only received 25% of a bowl the 3rd time I ordered it & a paltry 1/8 of a bowl the 4th time. I have spoken to 3 different employees at 2 different locations across 4 orders. The tv commercial does not represent the product in volume. I know how trivial this is. Just feel slighted. No matter the number of attempts.

A wonderful experience. I took an elderly friend there and I also needed an ADA friendly place. The booth tables move which is a plus for a larger person. The service was friendly and fast. The food was wonderful and the price was right. We got the 2 for 25 and it was a great deal. I had to make some substitutions due to a special diet and they were very accommodating. It was a great experience.

We started going to our Salisbury, Md restaurant again recently. I have to say it has changed for the better. Their staff, Vince in particular, were efficient and thorough in their service. The meal arrived quickly, was hot and well presented. What used to be a restaurant that kept running out of "sides" is not like that any more. What I can say now is, try them again for the first time. You won't be sorry.

I go to this Applebee’s all the time. I’ve never had such great service as I did today. Aly was our server and she was downright amazing. I would go back there to see her anytime. Very kind, informative, and helpful with helping us. Decide what to order today.

They were so slow bringing out our meal and the waitress didn't apologize but only said, "We are very today." There were empty tables and didn't appear to be that busy. Food was ok but not that great.

I visited the New Applebee's in Hillsboro, Texas 1/17/2026. Me and my sister both ordered wonton tacos, which is what we always order at any Applebee's. These tacos were the worst we've ever had. Too salty, no sauce and a bit too spicy. My sister and I decided to go somewhere else, but before we left the manager asked did we want to take the redo with us as it has already been started, and she wanted to make it right. She was very nice and even gave us extra sauce...again too salty, no sauce on the tacos and a bit spicy. I like a little spice, but the salt and the spice overrode the taste of everything. I was VERY disappointed, because these are my favorite thing that Applebee's has on the menu.

Applebee's 7515 Goodman Road my waitress Tanisha A, was awesome. And her customer service was above and expected. She was very nice and sweet. We will definitely be back. Ask for Tenisha, she's the best

We went to the Applebee's in Moncks Corner, SC. The service was absolutely horrible. We had to wait 30 minutes for our drinks & to order our food. And almost an hour to get our food. The bartenders were too busy talking with each other to make the drinks. Our waiter did not check in us often. The kitchen was ridiculously slow. The food was mediocre. At the time only 4 tables were occupied. It was not busy enough to cause such horrible service. We will never come here again.

Never buy promotions gift card, I bought first 50 dollar with 2 gift card promotion, perfect no problem and bought second 50 dollars card with one gift card and never send link for one gift card promotion. Please don't buy.
