Buying a home isn't as easy as one, two, three. There is a lot of moving parts. From start to finish, everyone has done his or her part and done it well. Thank you all for your hard work and I am very grateful to have you do this for me.

We first reached out to VU in August of 2022, our situation dictated we couldn't start until January 2023. They contacted us the 1st week of January, we had a price range in mind, they were able to get us pre-approved within a couple hours, we found our home and 5 weeks later it was a done deal. They made the process very easy for us, I don't see how it could have gone better.

Stephen and his team provided an outstanding home buying experience. This whole process can be overwhelming at times, but they were gracious and helpful every step of the way. The MYVU portal provided a streamlined and organized access point for everything involved with the loan process. With a document database and personalized objectives, I had everything I needed in one place including information for setting up utilities and movers.

Veterans United provided us with a great experience. They made the entire home buying process so easy and made sure they were there for every step of the way. They would check in and made sure we didn’t have any questions. I can’t imagine this process if Veterans United wasn’t with us.

The process took a long time but Devon and Erin from Veterans United keep working with me until the deal was done. There were countless number of setbacks but they were transparent and worked with me the entire process. They communicated greatly and I was able to accomplish what I needed to.

This was not the best experience any first-time homeowner should go through, ups and downs, things and dates constantly changing at the last minutes due to the seller and title company. Jake was AMAZING. We were so nervous to buy our first home. We had absolutely no idea what all home buying consist of besides good credit and money but Jake took his time explaining the process and was available to answer any questions we had. We never thought we would be homeowners, especially in this market, but Jake made it possible. The process was a lot less painful than others had described. I'd like to think it was because of the team of elite professionals we had by our side! Go Army!!!!

All in all, I have always enjoyed working with Jamie and his team members. I'll do it again and again as long as the process stays the same. They consistently prove their competency by streamlining the home buying process and were extremely quick to best competitor interest rates.

The entire team took all the bumps and bruises and kept things going as we needed to make this happen! The team grew from 2 to 3 and then 4, then 5 and settled at 7 but all were on the same page and I was matched with a local real estate agent that made me feel like family! My family recently purchased a home with Veterans United and had a great experience. Being an active duty military family, we had some unique challenges. The team at VU was able to accommodate us and went over the top with their customer service.

The entire team was fantastic and made this process as least stressful as possible. Being a first time home buyer, they took that extra step of explaining things and answering some of the stupid questions I may have had. Overall, I can't say enough about how much I found this experience to not be as frustrating as I was lead to believe it was or heard it was from others. Buying a car is actually worse than this team made buying a house.

Everyone was quick and easy to get in touch with and hear back from. I've looked at houses on Zillow since 2016; having favorited well over 400 in a couple of states, but had only seen one house prior to starting with VUHL. My VUHL team, and agent Tamara ** were on it. From initial contact, to finding a home, to inspections, to closing with a VA loan; only took a little over 30 days. Everybody was above reproach.

With so many lenders and realtors we're glad we went with Veterans United! The whole team was so helpful from the very beginning, and we always felt like Justin and his team had our back and best interests in mind! With us being in TX trying to find a home in MD we needed a realtor we could trust, and Jayme with Gina White Home Team was absolutely the best! She visited several homes for us and took very detailed videos, gave us her honest opinion, and was there to help us every step of the way... I don't know about unfiltered, that would likely get us banned, but any veteran who's ever gone to another one of their brother/sister in arms wedding or social gathering, especially after coming back from a rather hostile environment, knows there should be a lot of "fillers and Dagums" in this. Veterans United just made this family's Dream come true, and were with us every single step of the way, even available when the times were hard and the family was a bit ill for a couple of weeks. This whole team for us has been nothing but a massive blessing.

My loan officer, Kimberly **, is highly professional, patient, and responsive. Kim was always looking out for my best interest during this process which can be overwhelming. She made the process very smooth and straightforward. When I had questions, she was quickly responsive and was available any time I needed her. I would not have been able to go through this process without Kim. I highly recommend requesting Kim to be your loan officer if you can choose. Kim is so personable, and her customer service is the BEST I have ever experienced.

This was my first time using my VA loan. People would tell me horror stories. They were so wrong. From my beginning to close was three weeks. I've had a mortgage with them for three years and then they sell your mortgage to another company and you have no say in the matter. You have to set everything up again. They are liars. They sell you out!

Amazing service. We could not be happier with our service from Billy! We looked for over a year! He was patient, kind and helpful! When we found the home of our dreams on a Sunday he provided a pre-qualification letter late on Sunday evening and we were the first offer and it was accepted. Good loan officer. Great team. Made the home-buying process easier. When I started the process, I think it will be stressful. I was even trying to check with others home loan companies. Loan officer checking on me sometimes, asking me about my home searches. Finally when I found a house, things went faster and easier.

Veterans United is moving all their mortgage servicing to Carrington Mortgage LLC in CA. What a fricken disaster it has been. It's been over 30 days....of communication back and forth. We still haven't paid our Dec 22 payment to them....I think they were hacked actually...and communication with them is very sketchy. I am about ready to call the FBI on them.

Vishal and his team did an outstanding job making sure that we closed on time. Even with Thanksgiving right at the end. They take care a lot of stuff for you so your mortgage is headache free as possible. Veteran United Home Loans and Mike ** did an amazing job. This is my second time purchasing a home and the first time using the VA Homeloan benefits. Mike was at my side personally or he always had a very experience associate to guide me through the process. I am a very busy person, so I had to ensure everything could be communicated well at the jump. Mike took care off everything afterwards. Veterans United Home Loans were under fire around the Scott AFB area and due to some gaslighting I had Mike investigated. Mike ** continued to be the most professional and manly man I have come across in a long time. Mike passed every test by himself and then his company followed suit. I would use them and I recommend everyone use them. I was told by Fulford homes, Mike was the only cause for my many misfortunes on moving day. This was not true. Use Veteran United Home Loans, if you can. I definitely made the right choice.

This is my third home that I've purchased and I distinctly remember back in 2004 when I bought my first home I was active duty military and sought a VA loan for my initial purchase. I remember the experience with the bank offering the loan at the time was overwhelming and seemed as if I had to jump through a massive amount of hoops so I went with a conventional loan instead. That VA loan experience 18 years ago had such an impact that with this current home purchase I almost didn't want to deal with another VA loan. When I contacted Kara and the team at Veterans United I felt at ease from the moment I read her email response. This has been an absolute pleasure and I would highly recommend her and Veterans United. While I cannot remember everyone's name on the team from Kara to the concierge I am extremely happy with EVERYONE in the process of funding this loan. Thanks so much.

I would not purchase a home through ANY other lender. I am single a single woman and do not have the ability to bounce things around with a partner, over dinner. My Dream Team ended up BEING my partner - I could discuss whether certain specs of a home, would work, with Kevin, turn around and joke with Matthew about collecting certain documentation buried in my moving mess, and chat with Molly about who I needed to talk to in order to have an internet modem. The team was seamless - each of them professional yet down to earth on real life issues. Leaving the military, my credit wasn't great. I worked many years to get back to where this was a possibility. The whole team at VU made sure that not only was I in the right house for me, but that it was within my price range, and that everything post sale would be an easy transition.

Our loan team was exceptional from the start. Constant communication, easy to work with, friendly, funny and professional. Noelle was friendly and prompt, always keeping us in the loop of where things stood and Amanda was helpful with providing utility information, moving help, etc. I cannot recommend Veterans United highly enough, especially after working with other "veteran friendly" lenders who aren't friendly at all.

When I was going through the process of buying this house, I had one loan officer and then ever-changing coordinators which kept screwing up the process. They overcharged me for a "VA" appraiser that did not do his job. We found out after we closed, that the septic "box" was 3 feet from the door and 30 feet from the well. Both of which violate building codes. The minimum distance for the septic is 10 feet from the house and 100 feet from the well. The water is undrinkable without 3 filters because it is only 50 feet deep and too close to the septic. It's supposed to be at least 100 - 800 feet deep for where it is at. Veterans United doesn't care and they refuse to do anything about it. They said "Oh, well, we already paid the sellers." Stay Away from Veterans United loan company.

Very easy working with Veterans United. I loved working with Chris and Seth, they were attentive and had my best concerns at heart. When I send emails, I almost get an immediate response. If I didn't understand something in my documents, they took the time to explain it.

Our loan team went out of their way to make our experience a great one. It was personal and professional. We even received gifts for the whole family (dogs and chickens included). We will recommend Veterans United to all of our military friends. Oh and I also really liked the fact that I could text the team and get answers/help right away.

The home buying process through Veterans United was quick, efficient, and most importantly: transparent. Bobbie and her team were in constant communication with myself and my wife; any questions we had Bobbie immediately responded. The real estate agent linked with Veterans United was top notch as well.
