This place is a total SCAM! I'm not sure how they’re getting 64% positive reviews, but manipulation is easy these days. Having dealt with them for about six months, there’s been no transparency or information, only when we withheld payment did they give us some sort of update. And now, the last update was that they managed to set up a payment plan. It’s ridiculous to take $6,000 from someone just to set up a payment plan when you could’ve done it yourself and we actually did. It’s a SCAM; don’t be fooled by the reviews. Save your money and go to a reputable place. We demand a REFUND! They did NOTHING for us.

I paid Tax Network 2000 dollars to help me with fresh start programs. I still end up paying. No tax debt forgiveness. How can I get my money back? I am in debt. I should have talk to theirs to make arrangements.

Communication was by calls, emails, and texts. Any forms they had to send me, they emailed. Appointments for phone calls were set up by text.

I was behind on my taxes a little bit, and my old accountant retired so, I needed a new accountant to do my taxes. I used Tax Network but my experience with them was chaotic. They have too much business. They advertise too much, and they don't have the backend support to keep up with the business. But the salesman was good. He was really sharp and smooth, and could talk into selling ice to the Eskimos. After that, it’s not efficient at all, and it leaves me with questions on whether I’m getting scammed or not.

I always listen to a podcast by Candace Owens, and she referred Tax Network to anybody with any tax liability from the past. I like her messages, so I thought I'd give it a try. I've talked with three representatives. They were all very concerned, polite and treated me very well. They know what they're doing. I haven't checked my email since before Thanksgiving to see how everything is going, perhaps there's a message there, but I'm sure they're working on everything. It was quite pricey just for amending three different items, but I definitely rather pay that price than the debt from the IRS.

I heard about Tax Network USA from Candace Owens’ podcast. I trusted that it was a reliable source so I reached out to them as I needed help with my taxes. They explained that they would help me fix my tax issue and someone's going to reach out. The person that I was expecting to give me more details didn't give me more information. Up until now, I'm still waiting for the detail how I'm gonna be helped, what document I need to provide and what information I need to provide. I paid $1,500 for everything.

I saw Tax Network USA on Bill O'Reilly, his No Spin News that he does every day on YouTube. I've already been assigned a specialist, and they were able to answer my questions whenever I've had to reach out to them. I'm just kind of still in the middle of getting some documents to the guys there. But everything's been good.

I clicked the link, they called me right away, and scheduled an appointment. Then, we've had a couple of touch-in appointments, and we sent some documents over. As far as our specialist, they ask for what we need and they answer questions when we have them.

I heard about Tax Network USA from a podcast I was watching, Tim Pool. I saw my taxes done by somebody and it was good. Plus, anytime that I've had any questions, the reps answered them. Tax Network was gonna get my tax situation taken care of, which is all I care about, and we were on a really good timeline before the government shutdown.

Working with Tax Network has been what I would expect it to be, for the most part. Consultation was helpful. I had multiple years of back taxes that they are helping me with. But others should be prepared to answer a lot of questions and provide a lot of information to them regarding your situation, as I was not. Having a lot of paperwork, financials, expenses handy would expedite things or maybe make the process go faster. I think that I, not being as prepared as someone should, is probably the reason why the process is still moving forward. But I'm having some patience and some grace with them, considering that I am the one that is needing the assistance in the matter.

We're really early in the process with Tax Network USA. I've given them my information and they contacted the IRS and we're there right now. Once I signed the power of attorney, they were able to just act on my behalf and get all the documents directly from the IRS. Customer service-wise, it's been fine. Everything's great. I would advise people, based on what I know about the price, that it's not the type of group that you would reach out to if you were just trying to dispute between $1,000 and $3,000 because the cost is going to equal or surpass that. You might as well just pay the IRS. But if you're $5,000 or above in debt to the IRS, then it's worth considering.

Once he enrolled me and I paid, the next process has been not as amazing. I got assigned to somebody to manage my account. The way it was worded to me was like, "Okay. We're gonna pull your transcripts. We're gonna be able to do all this stuff. You're not gonna have to worry about filling out all the paperwork and everything else."

My experience with Tax Network has been really hands-off. I really thought that they would walk me through the process. And I had a five-minute phone call that explained to me what we'd be doing. Even then, I didn't know it would be completely hands-off for them.

The Tax Network USA reps all talk fast from my experience. I was also supposed to have an appointment with them and I missed the call. I called them back, but I didn't get connected right back to the same person. They wanted me to make another appointment, which I thought was odd. Besides that, everything else was good. I had a conversation with an older woman from the company as well, and it was fine.

Tax Network's customer service has been excellent. They really listened and cared and we've had pleasant conversations.

The experience is pretty much what I expected, and they've been very helpful in explaining everything. They're easy to contact, too. They've assigned a case manager that I can always talk to. I also have a scheduled call with one of the lawyers for an introduction. In the meantime, I've been filling out a bunch of the paperwork that they're requiring. The company and I have only started talking for the last week and a half, so I'm still in the beginning stages, but so far, I feel confident that they will help me. I'm sure they're legit. It's always a concern of mine and so far, my experience has been okay.

I called Tax Network and they had a good deal. They're helping me out with getting some back taxes taken care of. I'm still on the onboarding process and it's been fantastic. They've been very clear and concise. Every time I call, I speak to an actual human being. I don't get lost in endless menus trying to get to talk to someone. I also have a direct number to the case manager. If he doesn't answer, I get a text back within a couple of hours. They're a great company, and I would highly recommend them to everybody.

I haven't heard from the IRS or from Tax Network for three weeks because they're dealing with it. One can only imagine what's going on internally with the IRS right now. Everything in the government is in turmoil.

This was even after I explained that the IRS has not contacted me and I am trying to be proactive. The rep said they need to stop the IRS from taking everything I own. But that was not what was going on with me. So, I started off a little rocky with Tax Network, but we’ve gotten it all straightened out as far as what I need.

I found Tax Network USA through advertisements on podcasts. I enrolled and the process was easy. The cost also seems reasonable and the communication has been good. I'm still in the very early stages, but I've had a fine experience so far.

Signing up with Tax Network was easy. It wasn’t bad at all. I just started with them. I owe about $11,000. When it's all said and done, they gave me a price of $30,000.

Gabrielle, the rep from Tax Network, got back with me right away. She was friendly. Uploading documents on their portal was fairly easy. There was a glitch on one of the documents, but I made do. I made a note, told them about it, and they were fine.

I run a small business and I wear all the hats, and with that, things go by the wayside. My taxes are one of them and I need to handle everything before it goes south. Tax Network has been doing my taxes for the last four years and when I called, the rep provided everything that was necessary and moved forward. I’m in the middle of it and I'm looking forward to getting this off my back.

I went with Tax Network because during COVID, there were some tax issues that happened. Then, a divorce, a move, and a job change, and a bunch of stuff. So, I had to get some unfiled tax returns fixed. I spoke to a guy and, coordinated with him for about a week. He sent me some stuff to sign. I signed it, paid them. Then I got a call from a caseworker. I just got my packet from him today. I've got to fill out some paperwork and then I’ll mail it back to him. Then hopefully they will get it taken care of. They told me not to worry about it. They assured me that once they take it over that it'll get resolved.

My tax return from 2023 has been held by the IRS for up until now. I still haven't received any tax refund. When I spoke to the Tax Network people over the phone, they sounded trustworthy and I just went with them. They're doing power of attorney to figure out what's going on with the tax return. They called me for an appointment which I missed. They sent me an email and I was able to get an update over the email, but it hasn't been resolved yet. But I like that they've been keeping up with the schedule that they've talked about as far as keeping me updated.

The first meeting with Tax Network was good but a little overwhelming. There was some pressure at first, like being told we should’ve reached out sooner and that nothing could be guaranteed with the IRS. I understood the point, but I didn’t need the extra guilt since we already knew the situation was on us and that’s why we called. Other than that initial call, all the follow-up calls have been supportive, and it’s been a good response.

Tax Network USA was recommended to me by another highly reputable company. I hired them a week ago, and setting things up was super easy. The price was comparable with everybody else too. I'm working with two different individuals over there because they're helping me with two different things. My experience has been positive so far, and I've already recommended them to two other clients.

But so far, I'm happy. It also seems like the team that Tax Network has put together, at least, that I've dealt with so far, are all for paying the IRS as little as possible. I like that.

I have been with them for almost two years. They will not give me any documents that they have done anything on my case. If you can get anyone to talk with you, they are rude and unprofessional. They tell you they don’t give you anything until they are completely done. Well they take all the money up front but can’t show you they are even working on your case. That is wrong on so many different levels. Do not give them any of your money. I believe they are nothing more than a few people in someone's basement stealing money.

My first experience with Tax Network was not positive. The first rep I talked to just seemed like he was trying to sell me and get my money. He didn't tell me what the service offered. It just looked like it was a sales pitch. I said, "No. Thank you." When they called me back to ask me was I gonna complete, I said, "No." I told them why. They said, "Would you mind speaking to another person?" They put that person on and he told me what I would get for my money. Ultimately, I needed the help and I'm gonna have to do something. I just did it.

However, this relief was short-lived as I discovered an unpleasant surprise—they failed to inform me that the IRS could still intercept my tax refunds. I filed jointly with my wife last year, and subsequently, they seized our $2,300 refund. It would have been a crucial heads-up for Tax Network to advise against filing jointly under such circumstances until the issue was completely resolved. Now, we find ourselves embroiled in a frustrating injured spouse claim process in hopes of reclaiming her portion.

But I'd already given him my credit card. He went ahead and charged me for it anyway, $500. Never talked to him again. Never contacted me. So I contacted them, and I'm like, "Give me my $500 back." Then another guy ended up calling me, and I don't know if it's from the same company, and I ended up giving him $500, and he didn't do anything for me either. He told me he froze the taxes or something, and I said, "Okay, what do I do now?" Then he said, "Oh, I need more money and this and that." he said, "If not, the taxes are going through." And I said, "Well, what do you mean? You just said you froze them." He hung up on me twice. I called him back, and I said, "Why would you hang up on me? I paid you money. You're supposed to be a professional person. I'm asking you what to do." So now, I lost $500, and they've never done anything for me. I have nothing good to say about Tax Network. They were crap. I didn't like them at all.

It was a lot of work we had to do with Tax Network. There was a lot of paperwork and sending in stuff. It was also in my busy time of the year of work. So it was stressful, but it was worth it in the end. The program would consolidate my debt and I got to where I was able to have a CNC and a new start. I was in the program for two to three months. It took a total of about six or seven months. I actually have a specific specialist, and she was good. The only thing I would say is just when they're calling for the follow-up calls to make sure that they've got my file in front of them when they're talking, because sometimes they were a little confused. I had to kind of remind them what the case was, and then we got back on track. So I'm sure they're dealing with a large case load.

Signed up with TNUSA back in August 2024. Had 4 years of back taxes I needed to file. Took TNUSA 5 months to complete. During that time they alerted the IRS. IRS gave me a deadline. TNUSA missed this deadline, because of a lack of basic knowledge. Now I am dealing with the IRS directly. Dealing with the IRS directly has been way smoother than using TNUSA. Complete waste of time, money, and stress. This company is from California. That should be enough to stay far away. Use anyone else. You will be better off

It’s very slow. I thought Tax Network was reliable and was gonna help me. I gave them the information, and they’re supposed to take that information, do something with it and let me know what they're doing. They tell me they're going to do something, and nobody ever follows through with it. They say they’re negotiating this, they’re negotiating that, and they’re gonna talk to this person and talk to that person, but nobody ever gets back to me to tell me anything, so it is very frustrating. One person tells me one thing, and then when I ask to pursue it and to do something it’s gonna cost me more.
