    This place is a total SCAM! I'm not sure how they’re getting 64% positive reviews, but manipulation is easy these days. Having dealt with them for about six months, there’s been no transparency or information, only when we withheld payment did they give us some sort of update. And now, the last update was that they managed to set up a payment plan. It’s ridiculous to take $6,000 from someone just to set up a payment plan when you could’ve done it yourself and we actually did. It’s a SCAM; don’t be fooled by the reviews. Save your money and go to a reputable place. We demand a REFUND! They did NOTHING for us.

    My initial interaction was fine and professional. The rep answered my questions and made appointments with me to call. They were prompt in calling when they said they would. Communication was by calls, emails, and texts. Any forms they had to send me, they emailed. Appointments for phone calls were set up by text.

    They took all of my information and said that they would begin the analysis, and then they would call me back. That was in September. I got a text asking if I needed any more help from them or if they could close my account. I never received the report, and I was concerned because there was no information in the case at all about what was happening. This rep was ready to close the case. I paid for an investigation and I'm still waiting for the report. I told her who I have spoken to and she said, “Let me put you on her schedule, and she'll call you.” I'm waiting for her call today.

    I was behind on my taxes a little bit, and my old accountant retired so, I needed a new accountant to do my taxes. I used Tax Network but my experience with them was chaotic. They have too much business. They advertise too much, and they don't have the backend support to keep up with the business. But the salesman was good. He was really sharp and smooth, and could talk into selling ice to the Eskimos. After that, it’s not efficient at all, and it leaves me with questions on whether I’m getting scammed or not.

    When I have questions or concerns, I’m supposed to make an appointment with my designated case manager. I go and pick a date that they have some availability, maybe a week or so later, and then I wait for a call. If the call doesn't show up, which happened to me three times, then that means they're out sick or something, but they don't tell you that in advance.

    My case manager is Janine, and she is wonderful. She is cooler than cool, and I just love her. They need to promote her and get a whole bunch of people like her because she's the only one that's honest and knows anything. But unfortunately, she's working for a company that doesn't know what they're doing. I had three years of personal taxes and one year of business taxes that wasn't even late, but it took so long to get anything back from them on the business. It probably was late by the time that they got it done. The accountant who did it knew what he was doing. He was sharp as a tack.

    And they asked for money upfront, which is not good. Never give money upfront, because then they don't have any motivation to get the job done. I'm 72 years old, and I knew that for 60 of those years. Nevertheless, I made the mistake again. I gave them the money upfront, and then there's no motivation, and it shows. So, here I am now, it's been months, and they did get one year business files and one year personal, and they said my two years of personal was done a month ago but I haven't seen them at all. So, I don't know what to do.

    I always listen to a podcast by Candace Owens, and she referred Tax Network to anybody with any tax liability from the past. I like her messages, so I thought I'd give it a try. I've talked with three representatives. They were all very concerned, polite and treated me very well. They know what they're doing. I haven't checked my email since before Thanksgiving to see how everything is going, perhaps there's a message there, but I'm sure they're working on everything.     I heard about Tax Network USA from Candace Owens’ podcast. I trusted that it was a reliable source so I reached out to them as I needed help with my taxes. They explained that they would help me fix my tax issue and someone's going to reach out. The person that I was expecting to give me more details didn't give me more information. Up until now, I'm still waiting for the detail how I'm gonna be helped, what document I need to provide and what information I need to provide. I paid $1,500 for everything.

    The appointment was set up for a month later and the person reached out. She told me I have to reach out if I receive something from IRS and I have not heard from that person since.

    I would love to speak to someone and then actually get to do the business, because the tax season is about to start in January. Everyone's going to be busy doing taxes. I still need to resolve the issues that I paid for so when I do my taxes this time, I'm more confident about not having the IRS hold on to my money like they did last year for no reason.     I owe the IRS federal taxes. I sought help from Tax Network and I had a direct contact named Brendan. He was great. Originally, I didn't have a job and he said, "Oh, okay. Go into non-collectible." He gave me tips and was very helpful. He took the time to listen to me and my situation and what happened and to relay that information to lawyers.

But others should be prepared to answer a lot of questions and provide a lot of information to them regarding your situation, as I was not. Having a lot of paperwork, financials, expenses handy would expedite things or maybe make the process go faster.     We're really early in the process with Tax Network USA. I've given them my information and they contacted the IRS and we're there right now. Once I signed the power of attorney, they were able to just act on my behalf and get all the documents directly from the IRS. Customer service-wise, it's been fine. Everything's great. I would advise people, based on what I know about the price, that it's not the type of group that you would reach out to if you were just trying to dispute between $1,000 and $3,000 because the cost is going to equal or surpass that. You might as well just pay the IRS. But if you're $5,000 or above in debt to the IRS, then it's worth considering.

    When COVID happened, my W-2s were not sent out properly and ever since then, my W-2 chain has been messed up. I paid my taxes for five years but I just never filed. I reached out to Tax Network because of that. The enrollment process was really good. I called in and this dude was talking to me about all the services that they offer. He was more so reviewing my situation and then talking about the services they could offer to kind of help with it. He was awesome. Once he enrolled me and I paid, the next process has been not as amazing. I got assigned to somebody to manage my account. The way it was worded to me was like, "Okay. We're gonna pull your transcripts. We're gonna be able to do all this stuff. You're not gonna have to worry about filling out all the paperwork and everything else."

    What actually happened was I reached out to Tax Network, and they said they were gonna send me this form. They make it seem like it was a super simple form for me to do. Instead, I have to do almost 10 copies of this form. I've been trying to get my life sorted right now because I moved to a different city. I got married, and now my wife is pregnant. There's so much stuff going on. The whole reason I paid for and signed up for this was because they made it sound like it could happen at the same time as all this without much involvement from me.

    They haven't started anything because I have to do the paperwork today. So, it's been two months of me getting through this stuff. The forms are the exact same form, but I have to fill it out differently for each tax year. So, there are different things that I'm putting on there. The problem is a lot of the information they're looking for is on the W-2s that I don't have. So, I can't really fill it out great. Finally, they told me not to worry about it. They'd fill it out with the transcripts. It's been two months of us waiting for them to tell me that.

    My tax specialist, Aubrey, has not been great. I wish I had the guy who signed me up. When Aubrey calls, she sounds like she's dead inside all the time. She's doing her job for sure. It's just at the same time, if you're supposed to be my account manager, we're supposed to have this personal interaction. It just feels like talking to a robot who doesn't care about what you're going through.

    Other than that, their sales team is phenomenal. That was one of the reasons I ended up pulling the trigger and signing up because like they were so personable. They were almost like non-judgmental of the situation that I was in at the time. And it was all a consultant perspective, walking me through what needed to happen, even if I didn't go forward with them. That meant a lot to me.

    My experience with Tax Network has been really hands-off. I really thought that they would walk me through the process. And I had a five-minute phone call that explained to me what we'd be doing. Even then, I didn't know it would be completely hands-off for them.

    I contacted them because I was so intimidated. They just sent me a thing and said, "Fill this stuff out." I don't have a printer and a computer. I had to do it all on my phone. I have the information, and I said, “How do I send this to you?" I ended up taking pictures of it and sending it, but they didn't say that. They didn't say, “You can just snap a photo with your phone and send it in." I was like, "Is this okay?" Then, four days later, I heard back, "Received." I asked, "What is received?" I was told then, after I sent the first one, they were received, and I need to fill out the form for them. I said, "I did fill out the form. I sent it."

    I hurried up and I filled out the other ones and sent them in, too and I've heard, "Received. Then I asked what was the next step. I asked this seven days ago, but I've heard anything back. I don't know where it stands. But I've already paid $500 times 5. So, I'm kinda stuck.

    The specialist answered my questions after a few days each time. I emailed her, and then she’d answer my email days later. It's never the same day or next day. It's usually three, four, or more. I feel comfortable working with her, but I really haven't had a chance to work with her. She just was like, "Send me the stuff and we'll take care of it.” I really hope that my crepe is in the process right now. They need to let me know. I'm just in the air waiting and hoping for the best.

    Many things changed in my work situation and my home situation of late. My husband has Alzheimer's. But he's not helpful. He had a business that, I think, was possibly gonna be good.     We got a letter back in October that we didn't file our 2020 taxes. We tried to go to H&R Block but they wouldn't even help us in person. Tax Network USA was the first thing that came to mind because there's not a lot of tax offices even open right now. I called them and I spoke with Ron. He got us set up with Melody. Ron was really nice. I enjoyed talking to him. But I've had some trouble getting ahold of Melody to know what's going on and what process my taxes are in.

    I'm struggling a little bit with that right now. I've reached out to her by email and she said, "I'll call Tuesday or Wednesday." But I didn't hear anything. Then she said, "I'll call Friday." But I didn't hear anything. I emailed her yesterday. I was hoping that she'd reach back out to me today.

    When I called in, everyone was aware that we needed to have everything filed before November 4th. I sent the letter that the state sent me. So far, there's been no resolution. I feel like I paid a lot of money and was told that it would be done by then. I made sure that all of the documents that they needed from me were given immediately as soon as she sent the letter. It's been three weeks and I haven't really had good communication or anything about the process.  I just need a confirmation paper that says that it was filed, because I have to turn that information into the state. I either have to send it in by mail or I have to put it on the InTime website. There are things that I have to do and I can't do any of them.

    I have been with them for almost two years. They will not give me any documents that they have done anything on my case. If you can get anyone to talk with you, they are rude and unprofessional.     I had fallen behind on taxes for a couple of the previous years, and I have a customer who’s a tax lawyer, and he advised me that it would be best to hire a tax attorney, even just to settle up. If I were gonna pay in full, the best thing to do is to hire a tax attorney. 

    So, I heard about Tax Network, and I shopped around a little bit, and they had a great price. So, I gave them a call. And everyone that I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed aligned well with my moral convictions, and they were happy to help out. I’m still kind of in the early stages of it all. I haven’t gotten deep into things yet, but so far, it’s been good.

    During the enrollment process, a lot of people meet in the office, but I did it over the phone. So, you basically spend a bit of time explaining your situation to them.     So, you go through that initial process. And then based on the information provided, they send out the legally required paperwork to let you know exactly what the process would look like, what all the fees would look like, and what expectations can be expected. And from there, you either take it or leave it.     I reached out to Tax Network USA because of high negative tax returns. I owe more this year than I ever owed before. I'm trying to figure out what I did wrong when I did it myself.

    Everything was done over the phone at the moment. I didn't have to upload anything yet. I pre-did mine on TurboTax. And a lot of my information is already on PDFs. So, I don't have to do anything extra at the moment.

    Customer service has been good. I never heard any question about anything like, we don't know. Everything that I asked they had an answer for and if I needed someone to get back to me, they did. I never heard them say I don't know.

    The first step was an initial conversation to see if I was a good fit, where I explained my situation. Last year I was free from taxes, but this year I owe almost $9,500.

    I have another call coming up this month to review my finances and see what they will recommend. They haven’t given a result yet comparing my tax estimate to theirs, so that’s still being worked out.

    They’ve been very transparent with me. Because some tax filers always say, “Oh yeah, we’ll definitely get you a better deal.” They didn’t do that. They were honest and said there’s no guarantee, but they’d do their best to bring the number down. They didn’t promise a refund, it's just that they’d find any tax breaks they could and try to get me the best deal possible. So I’d say honesty.

    I gave Tax Network USA a try and it ended up being the worst experience. They said that they would be helpful and that they had a whole team. They had a lot of support backing them up so the ball was going to get rolling fast. Instead, it ended up taking nine months to a year. I found out that with this back-and-forth, nothing was even submitted to actually deal with the taxes. On top of that, I asked them to at least negotiate on my behalf for a lower amount and they didn't even do that. They just closed my case, and that was it.

    I gave them money and they didn't even assist me in any way. I never got to speak to the lawyer. It was just a bunch of case managers who didn’t know anything. When I asked follow-up questions, no one really answered and no one really called back. When they finally followed up, they said that they submitted all the documents and everything to the state and IRS. When I contacted the state and IRS, they said they never received anything from the lawyers or Tax Network USA. They lied that they did the job.

    There was someone who called me, saying that they were gonna do this and that. But when I called them back, they said, "Oh, no. We weren't gonna help you with IRS. We're only going to help you with the state." But they didn't even help me with that either. I called the state and I recorded the state saying that they never received anything from Tax Network USA nor did they receive anything from any lawyers.

    It was a waste of money and time. I wasted almost nine months to a year when I could have already handled that myself. Don't even waste your time and money on Tax Network USA because you don't actually ever get to speak to a real lawyer. It's just a round about keeping you in the loop. And then they have the nerve to ask for more money if they want to complete something else. Why would I give them more money if they didn't even complete the first task I gave them? They're lucky I don't have the money to sue them for lying and wasting a whole year of my life. In that year, the taxes went up. All the interest rates went up when I could have already handled and compromised a year ago when I hired Tax Network USA.

    I have been watching this guy since the stimulus time when we were getting one ‘cause of COVID. At that time, I already had two years of taxes that were due. I had submitted one tax and I owed them 10 grand. I was paying a little out of time and then everything just went to crap, so I totally forgot about it. Then I saw an ad that he was promoting Tax Network USA. And then I saw an ad again through another guy I used to watch. I got to the point where I lost my job because I had a medical issue and I was forced into retirement. I got some money back and it was time to pay my taxes. So, I set up a deal.

    When I talked to Tax Network’s rep, he first said that it’s 25 a month. He didn’t say nothing that was an upcharge because of the 1099. The second guy I talked to told me that he’ll set my payments up in a certain way and the last one will be a lot less. But it would still be how much they charge for the 1099. He told me everything upfront and was really open about what they do. I told him what was going on and he told me not to worry and that they’ll find all my tax stuff. I got one more call back from a young woman as they wanted a little bit more information. Because whoever is doing your tax thing should submit it to the IRS.

    I started paying Tax Network but I haven’t heard from them recently. But as far as I know, they’re supposed to be doing my thing. Overall, I had a good experience with Tax Network and have recommend them to my son.

    Initially, Tax Network seemed to deliver on their promise of securing me a non-collectible status with the IRS, which somewhat alleviated the pressure from my back. However, this relief was short-lived as I discovered an unpleasant surprise—they failed to inform me that the IRS could still intercept my tax refunds. I filed jointly with my wife last year, and subsequently, they seized our $2,300 refund. It would have been a crucial heads-up for Tax Network to advise against filing jointly under such circumstances until the issue was completely resolved. Now, we find ourselves embroiled in a frustrating injured spouse claim process in hopes of reclaiming her portion.

    In addition to communication gaps about tax liabilities, the cost of their service was another surprise. What started as one fee seemed to balloon unexpectedly without any obvious reasons or changes in my situation. Despite leaving a lot to be desired in communication and transparency, they did achieve some respite from IRS notices.

    Yet, I am left with questions about what currently non-collectible really entails. Does having a refund mean I'm now fair game for the IRS? Absence of clear, documented evidence from the IRS concerning my non-collectible status leaves me in limbo. Overall, while I appreciate their partial success, more clarity on services and realistic, upfront pricing could make a significant difference for future customers like myself.

    We contacted with this company to help with a tax debt and the experience has been bad. First, they immediately emailed us asking to make a video praising their services before they did anything. We have had to send the same documentation several times and communication is awful. The IRS rejected the POA. The rep we were assigned (Valerie) did not respond to the email we sent with the IRS letter rejecting the POA until we called twice and had to make an “appointment” to talk to her which accomplished nothing. We have no idea what the status is of our case or if they were successful with re-filing the POA. We have another appointment with rep scheduled for tomorrow but I don’t expect it to accomplish anything. It’s looking like bankruptcy might be our only option which will, ironically, include their fee.

    I had a tax bill that I wanted to see if I could get help lowering. And Tax Network USA was advertised on some podcasts and things I listened to and it sounded good. However they made a lot of promises for great things and not a lot of delivery.

    They said I would be able to save a ton of money and pay my payment plan in no time. I tried to get a payment plan through the IRS and it was a complete nightmare. And Tax Network has the ability to do that. So, I figured, this would be great.

    They ultimately did get me a payment plan. But I spent $1,500. So I essentially paid $1,500 more than I should have, because that's what they charge to set up a payment plan through the IRS. And I get it. They gotta make money. But I was pretty unhappy with the experience.

    They said there’s a good chance to negotiate a lower bill for me but none of that happened at all. I don't know how many times I changed case managers. So from day one, it felt like we just got completely put on the back burner. They deal with large companies filing bankruptcy. Ours was a nominally small tax bill, under $10,000 and I wanted to see if I could do something about it. And I got hosed for 1,500 bucks on it as far as I'm concerned. I'm sure that for the price that it cost me, they could deliver some really great things to some people but they did not.

    It's worth taking a few days off work to wait on hold and get through to the IRS. I sat on hold for six hours. My wife did for eight or nine. Tax Network USA has the loopholes to get into the IRS. So you can take it for what it is to use their experience and their connections.

After months of silence it became clear they had done nothing to earn the fees. I requested a refund repeatedly—no response. They ignored my requests and denied any wrongdoing.

    New to the company and to tax problems. The company is very understanding and appears to be very knowledgeable. All the staff are very nice. A big questionnaire to fill out, but understand that you need time and sometimes a little help with it. They don't make you feel less American because you owe for just working hard and paying your bills. It came as a shock when our tax preparer said we had no deductions and owed so much. Tax USA told us not only will they help us, but find out what caused this problem and fix it.

    They didn't do anything for me. I originally paid $500, and I never signed any contract or anything. He sent it over for me to e-sign. I told him, "Hang on, let me talk to my son." But I'd already given him my credit card. He went ahead and charged me for it anyway, $500. Never talked to him again. Never contacted me. So I contacted them, and I'm like, "Give me my $500 back." Then another guy ended up calling me, and I don't know if it's from the same company, and I ended up giving him $500, and he didn't do anything for me either. He told me he froze the taxes or something, and I said, "Okay, what do I do now?" Then he said, "Oh, I need more money and this and that." he said, "If not, the taxes are going through." And I said, "Well, what do you mean? You just said you froze them." He hung up on me twice. I called him back, and I said, "Why would you hang up on me? I paid you money. You're supposed to be a professional person. I'm asking you what to do." So now, I lost $500, and they've never done anything for me. I have nothing good to say about Tax Network. They were crap. I didn't like them at all.

    I saw a commercial on TV, and I needed some help with my taxes. I just went right to Tax Network. I thought it was good. They told me what the plan was, and what the timeline was gonna be. Then they followed through with phone calls and emails until it was done. It was good. Pretty easy. I completed it, and in my case, I was owed money. So they got me my money. It took a total of about six or seven months. I actually have a specific specialist, and she was good. The only thing I would say is just when they're calling for the follow-up calls to make sure that they've got my file in front of them when they're talking, because sometimes they were a little confused. I had to kind of remind them what the case was, and then we got back on track. So I'm sure they're dealing with a large case load.

    I was getting all kinds of crazy calls from people associated with taxes and I know I did not owe any taxes. I’m disabled and I’ve had all of my taxes since I started filing in 1973. So I know what I had but I’m not in a position fight the IRS.

    Getting ahold of a tax Network USA was truly one of the best decisions I have made. I had been under the impression that I would a significant sum of money for multiple years. However, after consulting with one of the members there, they informed me I qualified for a program that would not only be significantly less than I had previously thought, but I was able to make much smaller payments over a planned interval. Times are tough, and this could have been a better solution than the dread I had going into my resolution.

    Hired Tax Net to help me with a garnishment and I owed 30k+. Having worked with a few tax companies before I was pretty concerned but they ended up helping me a ton. They got the garnishment removed in a couple days and protected me throughout. They were able to work out a $100 per month payment plan which I didn't think was possible.     Signed up with TNUSA back in August 2024. Had 4 years of back taxes I needed to file. Took TNUSA 5 months to complete. During that time they alerted the IRS. IRS gave me a deadline. TNUSA missed this deadline, because of a lack of basic knowledge. Now I am dealing with the IRS directly. Dealing with the IRS directly has been way smoother than using TNUSA. Complete waste of time, money, and stress. This company is from California. That should be enough to stay far away. Use anyone else. You will be better off

    It’s very slow. I thought Tax Network was reliable and was gonna help me. I gave them the information, and they’re supposed to take that information, do something with it and let me know what they're doing. They tell me they're going to do something, and nobody ever follows through with it. They say they’re negotiating this, they’re negotiating that, and they’re gonna talk to this person and talk to that person, but nobody ever gets back to me to tell me anything, so it is very frustrating. One person tells me one thing, and then when I ask to pursue it and to do something it’s gonna cost me more.

    I did my research before I went with Tax Network USA. I heard about them through a podcaster. It was one of his sponsors. We needed a tax person so I checked them out. Their Twitter feed is a bunch of anti-tax law memes, which I thought was hilarious for a tax company to do. But they're legit. They've been great. They did our taxes last year and they're doing our taxes again this year.

    Everybody's been very professional. They follow through with what they say they're going to do. The only issue is initially making that contact. Sometimes it's hard to get through, but that's more of them being busy than anything else. But once you get through and you get somebody on the phone and they start referring you to the right people, people call back and follow through just like they say they will. Once you get past that initial hurdle, then it's all good.

    They offer services far above and beyond what my husband and I have ever needed, but they're very educated on tax law. They'll walk you through anything you need. And they help make sure that you understand all steps of the way, what's happening and where they might be able to help additionally or where it's just kind of it is what it is. You leave the meeting very informed and you feel confident that your taxes are going in right and maximizing any legal deductions you can get your hands on.

    Tax Network has done a good job, especially since my situation had changed from the previous tax preparer, who left me high and dry. Good thing Tax Network came along and did a nice number for me, so I appreciate that. I talked to Mike and we got things going last year. I’ve worked with a couple specialists, and we had a little hiccup with the state tax because the state of Illinois was dragging its feet.     I found out about Tax Network USA through television. Although their customer service team was pleasant and seemed efficient, my primary concern was that I paid $500 to get my taxes done, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my needs. For example, when I applied for a car loan, the paperwork they provided wasn’t sufficient, and I needed a proper tax documentation for the last two years.

    I had a disappointing experience with Tax Network USA. They initially contacted me through a letter, which turned out to be misleading because they didn’t do anything for me in the end. I felt like they stole $300 from me, and I had to resolve the issue on my own by going to the IRS, which took me mere minutes. Any assistance promised by Tax Network USA was non-existent.
