I give you guys 2 stars. You really made it crazy with changing of reps without telling us. Then requesting same information we had already sent in. This whole BS process took us roughly 8 months for nothing. I wasted money. I wasted $3200. All you guys did was cut our monthly payments. I was fine with our payments. I wasn't fine being told we never filed or 2020 taxes and we showed you PROOF. You didn't help crap. I will be letting everyone know on Google to beware.

I've been a client of Tax Network USA for about a year now, and I want to specifically recognize Elena ** for the outstanding level of service she's provided throughout my case. In an industry where it can sometimes feel like you're just another case number, Elena consistently made me feel like a priority. She was always available — whether by phone or email — and never left me waiting or wondering about the status of things. When I had questions that went beyond her immediate area, she didn't just pass me off or tell me to call someone else. She took it upon herself to reach out to other staff, track down the answers, and get back to me personally.

I read through the reviews, did a little research on Tax Network USA and thought they looked reputable. Enrollment was easy and my interactions with the reps have all been good. I have a designated Dropbox-type of thing for this and we'll see what the outcome is.

I was watching Candace Owens and she advertised Tax Network on her show. I tried them out. I called them, but they called me back within just a minute or two. Then they helped me enroll in their program. I have a 334 number. It’s an Alabama number. But I live in Kentucky. And what initially bothered me was that when he called me back, it was on the 334 number two. If he'd have called me back on an 800 number, I would have felt more comfortable. But he did not. He called me back on my same area code. But he was very professional. I told them that I was behind in Texas and that I needed help to catch up. He said that they would take my case and they’d charge me $500 a month till I get it paid off, and they would catch me up. They said they’d collect my W-2 forms, and they would file them. A lady called me two weeks ago and asked me if I had any questions. And I did not. But she left me a number to call her for any questions. She was really good.

I needed to gather my tax information so I could file them. I hadn't filed in a few years, and when I heard about Tax Network USA online, I thought it was gonna be the easiest option. I reached out and the enrollment process seemed simple enough. Everyone's been kind too. I'm in the middle of the program right now, and so far, all I've done is make payments. They sent me an email saying to gather some additional information, which I don't have access to. They told me it'd be fine and from what I understand, it'll take a while.

My experience with Tax Network has been easy. They're polite, attentive and easy to get ahold of. We had our first call on the 20th and everything is going as I expected, or even a little bit better. They also offer several services and I could end up using them for multiple things.

After 2 years Tax Network USA informed me that they could not help me. I paid them over $3000 for their service. Had to deal with over 4 different agents during that time. Very unfriendly staff, particularly, Vince ** and Arianna **. Do not use this company as I believe they are a fraud company.

I saw Tax Network USA on TV and called them. The rep, Robert, seemed like a very nice guy and I trust him. Tax Network USA is trying to reduce my tax lien and I'm waiting to hear back from them. I'm just getting started, but I called them this morning to make sure they got my money and they said they did. I'd like to deal with one person and get more updates. I don't need 10 different people calling and telling me things.

I end up paying every bit of state tax every bit of federal tax but $600 not worth the payment for me. Had to leave a threatening note saying I would leave a message to Bill O'Reilly that they weren't doing the work that they should be doing. Look this is the first time I've ever applied for tax forgiveness or whatever and I am and I end up paying the whole thing but $600 is that ridiculous. Pay $3,000 to save $600. That's nuts in itself. I am not a happy customer.!.

I have to do California taxes and an online service might be more beneficial for that. Tax Network USA was the only one I heard off and I just started with them. They’re doing some research and I’m a little confused. I explained that I’ve been homeless since the end of 2019. I’ve had jobs here and there trying to get back on my feet, but I didn’t have anything stable until 2024. Now they’re asking me for a lot of information that I don’t have. I only have one year of tax information from 2024. Other than that, from 2019 to now, I don’t have anything.

Tax Network USA is the only company I knew about and they’re doing tax prep for me. We just started but so far, they're very clear in the instructions. They're very patient with questions and answer everything. They're very matter of fact and encouraging.

I'm still in the middle of trying to get service done. Tax Network USA went through what I need done and what I haven't done. I just signed some paperwork that said they could help me. They assigned somebody and sent me a contact info and a case number.

This place is a total SCAM! I'm not sure how they’re getting 64% positive reviews, but manipulation is easy these days. Having dealt with them for about six months, there’s been no transparency or information, only when we withheld payment did they give us some sort of update. And now, the last update was that they managed to set up a payment plan. It’s ridiculous to take $6,000 from someone just to set up a payment plan when you could’ve done it yourself and we actually did. It’s a SCAM; don’t be fooled by the reviews. Save your money and go to a reputable place. We demand a REFUND! They did NOTHING for us.

When I was checking online, Tax Network USA was the best company with the best ratings. They're checking what I owe so far to see if they can give me a better deal and how to repay them. The enrollment process was pretty easy. I called in, a gentleman talked to me, he let me know how much would it be, and then I gave a deposit. They gave me the welcome call and they assigned me a person, so I'm just waiting for another meeting which is gonna be next week. They're professional. I felt pretty good with my experience.

A friend told me about Tax Network. Everyone’s been very nice and it’s going fine right now, but we’re still early in the process so there's not much to say.

My experience with Tax Network USA has been good and I have nothing to complain about.

Communication was by calls, emails, and texts. Any forms they had to send me, they emailed. Appointments for phone calls were set up by text.

The experience with Tax Network was easy and extremely fabulous. When there were issues, all I had to do was text or call, and they got somebody right to me. They've been nothing but helpful. Everything's been spot on. Everybody's been very nice. There's been no lack of communication at all. They've been there for me and did not make me wait and be all nervous. You speak to somebody and it just moves forward.

Their program made sense, too. They're gonna take and look through my extensive tax matters in a legal and accounting-type way. I figure I'm gonna get a good result.

I was behind on my taxes a little bit, and my old accountant retired so, I needed a new accountant to do my taxes. I used Tax Network but my experience with them was chaotic. They have too much business. They advertise too much, and they don't have the backend support to keep up with the business. But the salesman was good. He was really sharp and smooth, and could talk into selling ice to the Eskimos. After that, it’s not efficient at all, and it leaves me with questions on whether I’m getting scammed or not.

I always listen to a podcast by Candace Owens, and she referred Tax Network to anybody with any tax liability from the past. I like her messages, so I thought I'd give it a try. I've talked with three representatives. They were all very concerned, polite and treated me very well. They know what they're doing. I haven't checked my email since before Thanksgiving to see how everything is going, perhaps there's a message there, but I'm sure they're working on everything. It was quite pricey just for amending three different items, but I definitely rather pay that price than the debt from the IRS.

I heard about Tax Network USA from Candace Owens’ podcast. I trusted that it was a reliable source so I reached out to them as I needed help with my taxes. They explained that they would help me fix my tax issue and someone's going to reach out. The person that I was expecting to give me more details didn't give me more information. Up until now, I'm still waiting for the detail how I'm gonna be helped, what document I need to provide and what information I need to provide. I paid $1,500 for everything.

I saw Tax Network USA on Bill O'Reilly, his No Spin News that he does every day on YouTube. I've already been assigned a specialist, and they were able to answer my questions whenever I've had to reach out to them. I'm just kind of still in the middle of getting some documents to the guys there. But everything's been good.

I talked them maybe two weeks ago and they’ve been contacting me every week because I have to get a few things straightened out in my end before they fully jump into the situation they have to do, but I'm very happy. They're keeping me informed and telling me what's going on. They gave me their phone number and email, and I could contact them anytime I want. They’re explaining everything to me step by step and not jumping from A to F. Plus, the price I pay to do business with them is more than fair.

Within two hours of putting all my information online, somebody was already contacting me. I asked the rep what it was going to be about and what the procedure was going to be. They reached out to me a couple of weeks ago and said it would probably take 8 to 10 weeks before I heard anything back, especially around the holidays. But they said that even though we wouldn't have much contact, there was still stuff being done. Tax Network USA is a 10 out of 10 service. I would recommend them to everybody.

I owe the IRS federal taxes. I sought help from Tax Network and I had a direct contact named Brendan. He was great. Originally, I didn't have a job and he said, "Oh, okay. Go into non-collectible." He gave me tips and was very helpful. He took the time to listen to me and my situation and what happened and to relay that information to lawyers.
