How does Tax Network USA work?

Headquartered in California, Tax Network USA provides tax relief, preparation and planning services to both individuals and small business owners. The company utilizes an in-house team of tax attorneys and other licensed tax professionals, such as enrolled agents and CPAs, to assist clients.

You can get started by scheduling a free consultation with one of Tax Network USA’s tax experts. You will need to complete an online questionnaire prior to the consultation, which asks questions like:

  • How much tax debt do you have?
  • Do you have any un-filed tax returns?
  • What is your filing status? (single, head of household, married filing separately, married filing jointly)
  • Have you been placed under an IRS audit?
  • What is your current household income?

During the consultation, the tax expert will assess your case and determine the appropriate next steps. The company will ensure compliance with IRS regulations while also helping you resolve your tax issues.

Tax Network USA services

Tax Network USA’s tax relief and resolution services include:

  • Installment agreement: Tax Network USA sets up a payment plan with the IRS to pay off tax debt over time. It also assists with completing and submitting the Installment Agreement and Statement of Circumstances.
  • Penalty abatement: The company prepares the legal petition to remove or reduce financial penalties from the IRS. It can assist with Failure to File and Failure to Pay IRS penalties, as well as first-time and reasonable cause penalty abatement.
  • Bank levy: Tax Network USA assists in preventing, removing or releasing bank levies (seizing of funds in bank accounts by IRS to satisfy tax debt).
  • Wage garnishment: The company helps to prevent or stop wage garnishment (withholding a portion of an employee's wages to pay off tax debt).
  • Audit representation: Tax Network USA represents clients during the IRS audit process (an in-depth examination of a tax filer’s financial records to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax laws). The company can also file petitions and appeals concerning penalties, fines and audit reconsideration.

In addition to tax relief services, the company offers tax preparation and planning services, as well as other business services like entity formation (filing the appropriate legal documents to create a Limited Liability Corporation, partnership or corporation), bookkeeping (managing financial records) and cryptocurrency reporting.

Tax Network USA is helping me get my tax issues resolved. I heard about them on a Candace Owens podcast and I reached out because I got a letter from Commonwealth of Virginia saying I owed them. Their rep explained how the process would work, how long it would take, and he broke everything down for me. He said it would take about nine months to finish the program and I've been working with them a couple of months now. Communicating with them has not been hard at all. I had a little bit of trouble with my point of contact, but I just used the other number that I had and she got right on it. I encourage others to give them a call, too.

My wife, who was a forensic accountant and handled all of our taxes, was a genius. The problem was she developed Alzheimer's disease and no one noticed it for the first year or two. She didn't file tax returns and she also didn't pay a lot of bills. It was a giant mess. Unfortunately, I called Tax Network USA's competitor first, but they were useless. In contrast, Tax Network is a good organization, and I'm particularly happy with the two people I spoke with. I'm working with a guy named Joe on doing the taxes. Previous to that, it was Neil.

It's much quicker with Tax Network USA, and they're much farther along. I'm into it for 1,000, but I'm farther ahead of where their competitors were at 1,500. It seems Joe and Neil must be working in the same building. The previous group had to have a new set of documents and a new agreement done. You have to do all of the cell phone signing of your name and initials and all the forms. You can't read anything. On the other hand, Tax Network USA is doing very well. They mail forms and allow forms to be mailed to them, which is the only way to do it if you're not set up with a computer and a fax machine. Right now, I'm happy with Tax Network USA. I recommend them highly.

I learned about Tax Network on TV with Kevin Sorbo and through AMAC magazine. It’s not that I hadn’t heard the advertisements, but I finally realized that he was talking to me. I didn't think about my problem until I realized how serious it was, and then I figured I'm going to have to get some help. So, I decided to call Tax Network. The first person I spoke to at Tax Network was for an introduction and the second one, Joe, is the one handling my case. I’ve been sending him information but we haven’t progressed since then because I haven't been able to get all the information together. We communicate mostly through email and I’m fine with him.

The sales process was very good because they got to the point. The price was a little high. But when the rep told me what they're going to do, I felt that it was worth using them since they seem to be an established company and they do negotiate with the IRS, which I won't have to. And the money sounded worthwhile after a while, considering what I have to pay the IRS. I already recommended Tax Network to a friend and she feels that it's worth having a tax attorney get involved because she probably would have had to find somebody eventually.

I found Tax Network through social media and the rep explained what they do and their initiative, which is to help the American people with their taxes. Communicating with Tax Network was very easy, as they were very responsive with emails and calls. You never feel like any question is too stupid. They're very kind, which is very hard in this world today. I just appreciate the kindness. I would highly recommend Tax Network. They are an advocate for you. You sometimes don't even trust your plumber because you feel like you're going to get hoodwinked. You think someone's going to try to upsell you stuff. But Tax Network doesn’t charge you any fees that are not necessary. You feel comfortable with the service that they're providing. I'm a hot mess, and they helped me. They’re a great service and the price is very fair.

The first time I reached out to Tax Network, I had a heart surgery and had recovered from it but was facing a second one. I was not expecting to get information thrown at me right away, because I was going for the surgery and needed to recover from it. I told the person assigned to me that I was going to be out of pocket for at least two weeks before I could get back to him, since I was facing a major heart surgery. But I got calls every single day that I just turned off my phone. I wasn't feeling well enough to even answer the phone.

I had a poor situation with Tax Network the first time, but a much better situation the second time. The first gentleman I spoke to was marvelous to deal with and extremely nice to talk to. He was very competent and thorough when he went through everything. He was an older gentleman like me and seemed very capable. I liked my interaction with the young lady. So, the two of them combined have been wonderful to deal with. I just have to get my stuff together to be able to send it to her. She was a very nice young lady and made sure that I got in touch with her directly regarding everything. I’m glad I didn't have to work with the first guy who was assigned to me. I'm a very nice lady, but I would have figured out a way of giving him a piece of my mind.

For a senior, doing business with Tax Network is very expensive. The individual has to do all of the work and all they do is get the information from the tax service. They rely on the person to give them the rest of the information, which is what's taking me so long, because I wanna make sure that I do it correctly. I’m still going through the process and collecting all my information. Once I get it, they'll get all the information from me.

I hired these people because the IRS owes me, and they have delayed paying me for over a year. The IRS solution was to "amend" my return without changing anything, thus resetting the interest clock. Kelli has been allegedly handling my case for me, on the 26th she claims that she had a meeting with the IRS and that I would be receiving my interest and delayed refund by the 9th of this month. Today, she called me to tell me that the IRS needed for me to verify my identity with IDme. I did that twice so far. When I finally received a response from IDme (had to get my Senator to make the call) I was told that my identity has been verified. The agent at the IS told me that my identity has been verified. So where is my money?? I'm afraid that I was lied to in an effort to buy more time. I may as well have set those thousands of dollars on fire for the help that I have received.

I have delinquent tax issues, and Tax Network was on a podcast that I was listening to, and the host made it seem like they would be a great fit. But no. They didn't provide individual tax preparation. They were all over the place. It was not a good experience. The first thing that they had to do was reach out to the IRS and figure out a bunch of information. What the IRS thinks I owe for certain years that I had unpaid taxes, and the year that I did my taxes, but didn't pay them yet. There were a lot of problems. It seemed like every time I got a call from them, it was somebody new. I had to spend 30 minutes filling them in on what I told the last person, which was super frustrating. There were so many issues with it.

The other thing was they took over my IRS. They basically were representing me to the IRS and came back to me and said, “You have 30 days to respond to what the IRS is asking for this tax year." And they told me that about 10 days into that 30-day notice. I was like, "All right. I need to know what day the 30-day notice started." The guy on the phone didn't have any idea when. He said he would reach back out to me once he figured that information out. Never reached back out to me.

Then, my case manager got switched about three times. And I only worked with them for two months. And they had no idea what was going on with my case every time I talked to them. Then they said, "Okay, we need you to fill out all these years," for the tax years I didn't do my taxes. I had to fill out some forms. They didn't know if that was paid for or not already. I said, "I don't think I paid for that, but you clearly don't know, and you want me to do this. I haven't told you guys if I was going to have you do my taxes."

I told them I was going to explore having other people do the taxes, but then they could oversee it and deal with the IRS and be the power of attorney to the IRS for me. Then, I just got a notice by email that they let me go as a participant or as a client. I don't really know if they helped me at all other than notifying the IRS that I was aware that I owed them money, which I could have done that myself.

I don't know why I paid them money for that. All they did for me was take $750 to notify the IRS that I knew I had to pay some years of taxes. Then, other than that, I got the runaround from them with different people every time, having to explain my situation every time. It was really frustrating altogether, and it didn't leave me with a good taste in my mouth, and it didn't leave me better off at all.

They sounded promising, especially the first guy I talked to. But I'm a busy guy. I don't have time to explain every little thing all over again. They would say, "Okay, I'll put that in your case notes." Then, the next person would call, and the guy didn't leave it in the case notes, or he had no idea what stage we were at, what was going on. I wouldn't recommend Tax Network USA.

This company is a bottom-feeder that preys upon those that are already desperate and in need of help. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I signed a contract and paid upfront for tax, penalty and interest abatement (my mistake). During the intake call they were very pleasant and seemed eager to help. You must pay them upfront without knowing if they can actually help or not. But they will verbally tell you that they can help and the savings they will get for you will be far more than what you pay. If only that were true!!

Initial interaction with the first case manager (Kat) on September 15th 2025, seemed to go well. The case manager asked for the narrative as to why I needed their services and asked for documentation to be scanned and emailed. I immediately scanned and emailed all the requested documentation along with their financial questionnaire and electronically signed a POA to allow them to work with the IRS on my behalf.

This company has an AI front end so you cannot speak directly to a human being when you call them past the initial intake. The only way to contact them is by scheduling an appointment on their online booking service or via email. You book an appointment online and they are supposed to call you at the booked appointment. In my experience, they only actually call about 25% of the time. I scheduled several appointments that I never received a call for. Even the case managers that supposedly have a direct line do you get 2 rings, a fast busy and immediate hang up. Therefore, most of my correspondence with them has been via email. Most email responses are generic auto-generated responses.

After about four and a half months without any update from my case manager, I finally got a call from one of several appointments I scheduled on their website. My first request for a refund was made verbally to the initial case manager (Kat) on February 3rd, 2026 when she couldn't give me an update or even acknowledge that anything was being done. I was then contacted by a “retention specialist” (Ava) by phone who admitted that my case wasn’t handled properly, apologized and assigned a new case manager (Amber) who would be a better fit for me. Two months later and still no update.

I emailed Ava and Amber requesting an update. Ava apologized again and assigned a third case manager (DeShon). This new case manager requested that I resend all the documentation that had previously been sent. I was also advised that the previous POA had expired and that I needed to sign a current POA. I reluctantly did so. My first question, how were they working my case with the IRS if they didn’t have a current POA? Second question, was anyone going to let me know the original POA had expired if I hadn’t asked for a refund? Two months later and still no update.

I reread the Service Agreement and noted that any refund request must be made in writing. I therefore made the first refund request in writing on April 7th (via email). Since then, they have ignored my correspondence completely, apart from the occasional generic auto-generated email responses. I have, as of today, not received any part of the service that I paid for, nor has this company given me any update on anything that may have been done. And, of course, no refund. Completely ghosted!!

Immediately following the intake I received an email asking for a five-star review of their service. Of course, I did not because at that point I had not received anything. Almost a year later and I still have not received said service. I wonder how many of the five-star ratings they have are from people that did what they asked in that email before receiving anything? I believe this is the company’s business model. Promise help, give hope, take money, then just run out the clock.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We take feedback seriously and would like to provide some clarification regarding your case.

First, we understand how important timely communication and progress updates are. Our firm operates on an appointment-based system to ensure each client receives dedicated, uninterrupted time with their case manager. That said, we do make every effort to accommodate urgent matters as they arise.

Regarding your case timeline, there were delays in receiving required documentation. Specifically, the financial questionnaire—an essential component needed before moving forward with resolution—was not submitted until approximately three months after it was initially requested. As outlined in the service agreement, documents are to be submitted within 21 days, and delays in providing required information will naturally extend the overall timeline of a case.

In terms of document requests, any additional or repeated requests are not redundant but are often required by the IRS to ensure that the most current and accurate information is being used. Similarly, Power of Attorney (POA) forms may need to be updated due to expiration or to include additional authorized representatives to help expedite the handling of your case.

We also want to address the refund concerns. While your case was under review for potential refund eligibility, multiple chargebacks were initiated through your banking institution. As previously explained, once a chargeback is filed, the matter is removed from our control, and any determination regarding those funds is handled solely by your bank. At this time, we are still awaiting their final decision.

We understand that this process can be frustrating, especially when expectations are not met as anticipated. However, we remain committed to transparency and adhering to the terms outlined in the service agreement. If you would like to discuss your case further or seek additional clarification, we are available to assist.

But I reached out to the IRS many times. They kept saying they would need to review it. And then, it was almost a year and I never heard a word. So, I decided to look for people to help me. I had heard about Tax Network on the Real America's Voice channel and I called them. The reps were very professional. They're going to review the issue and contact IRS.
