How does Tax Network USA work?

Headquartered in California, Tax Network USA provides tax relief, preparation and planning services to both individuals and small business owners. The company utilizes an in-house team of tax attorneys and other licensed tax professionals, such as enrolled agents and CPAs, to assist clients.

You can get started by scheduling a free consultation with one of Tax Network USA’s tax experts. You will need to complete an online questionnaire prior to the consultation, which asks questions like:

  • How much tax debt do you have?
  • Do you have any un-filed tax returns?
  • What is your filing status? (single, head of household, married filing separately, married filing jointly)
  • Have you been placed under an IRS audit?
  • What is your current household income?

During the consultation, the tax expert will assess your case and determine the appropriate next steps. The company will ensure compliance with IRS regulations while also helping you resolve your tax issues.

Tax Network USA services

Tax Network USA’s tax relief and resolution services include:

  • Offer in compromise: The company negotiates with the IRS to settle tax debt for less than what you owe. This can include financial analysis and completion of required tax forms, in addition to representation at hearings.
  • Installment agreement: Tax Network USA sets up a payment plan with the IRS to pay off tax debt over time. It also assists with completing and submitting the Installment Agreement and Statement of Circumstances.
  • Penalty abatement: The company prepares the legal petition to remove or reduce financial penalties from the IRS. It can assist with Failure to File and Failure to Pay IRS penalties, as well as first-time and reasonable cause penalty abatement.
  • Bank levy: Tax Network USA assists in preventing, removing or releasing bank levies (seizing of funds in bank accounts by IRS to satisfy tax debt).
  • Wage garnishment: The company helps to prevent or stop wage garnishment (withholding a portion of an employee's wages to pay off tax debt).
  • Audit representation: Tax Network USA represents clients during the IRS audit process (an in-depth examination of a tax filer’s financial records to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with tax laws). The company can also file petitions and appeals concerning penalties, fines and audit reconsideration.

In addition to tax relief services, the company offers tax preparation and planning services, as well as other business services like entity formation (filing the appropriate legal documents to create a Limited Liability Corporation, partnership or corporation), bookkeeping (managing financial records) and cryptocurrency reporting.

My husband did not file taxes from 2019 till the present and I paid $5,500 for this to be resolved. Tax Network USA has been very helpful in settling my anxiety, telling me they can handle this with paying this amount of money. We're on the second phone call where I don't have to do anything. They are retrieving all of his tax records from 2019 per last email and conversation. It's only been a couple months and they said it's a long haul, 6 to 12 months. But so far, I'm encouraged.

I had multiple years unfiled. My concern I wanted to address was to stop any penalties. Tax Network USA was one of the only ones that I could find that would help me with that and they did a great job. Also, I liked how quickly they would be able to help me. The representative that I had explained about how the IRS would act if I did not file or did not have them step in to represent me in my case. He explained how the IRS deals with unfiled returns and how Tax Network could step in to help me out on that. They would penalize me for not filing, and the longer I went on, the more my tax liability could increase, and that is what made me act. Do it sooner than later because if you don't have legal counsel step in, the penalties and the IRS will accumulate dramatically.

I have some back taxes that I was contesting. And I didn't feel I had adequate knowledge. When I saw Tax Network USA on the Candace Owens podcast, I called. Instead of getting a lot of pushback, I got interviewed, asked questions, see if they could help me. It was a different experience. I got two calls from two people. One asked me a lot of questions, whether or not they could actually even help me, and gathered a lot of information and asked me questions that I didn't expect. Which was nice, because it told me that they knew more than I did.

I got a follow-up call from someone else who asked for specifics. “Can you send me this? Can you send me that?” Gave me a list of things to do instead of just figure it out myself. That was helpful. The first person called me back to let me know, “We're gonna take it from here, and we're gonna ask you to provide information.” They're gonna do the hard labor, which is what I was struggling with. Also, they were very knowledgeable. They would say, “You know what? Let me just check with my boss,” and put me on hold and come back and say, “I think this, this, this, and this.” Which made me feel like it was a group effort and that I wasn't wrong in my questions and why I needed help. It felt like a team. And I like it when someone doesn't just assume they know everything and they just wanna get the facts. That's an important thing to me.

If you were communicating with the IRS and you're getting stonewalled or not getting adequate information back, understand that the IRS is not working for you. They're working against you. Once I realized that, I was, "I need someone who is in my corner who is trying to help me succeed.” Not that I'm trying to do tax evasion. I'm a law-abiding citizen. But when the rules change every year, and you get behind, it's important to have representation. I love the relief, because I handed over my problem. I'm still working with them, so we haven't come to a solution because it just started. But my home is safe. My paychecks are safe from garnishment. And I have been given time to solve the problem.

Tax Network USA is helping me get my tax issues resolved. I heard about them on a Candace Owens podcast and I reached out because I got a letter from Commonwealth of Virginia saying I owed them. Their rep explained how the process would work, how long it would take, and he broke everything down for me. He said it would take about nine months to finish the program and I've been working with them a couple of months now. Communicating with them has not been hard at all. I had a little bit of trouble with my point of contact, but I just used the other number that I had and she got right on it. I encourage others to give them a call, too.

I just tried Tax Network out this year for doing my taxes. I heard about them through a podcast I listen to, so decided giving it a shot. Enrolling was okay. They asked me questions, but these were the same questions from three different people. Then they had some form to fill out to answer the same questions I got asked. So, it seems a little annoying. Also, I asked my tax specialist about the no tax on overtime thing, and I didn't get an answer on that. So, I'm not exactly too convinced on how things are going. If they don't have the answer, they could offer to get back to me with more information on it.

Updated on 08/10/2026: Nothing improved the rating, if anything, I wish that I could lower it. $1500 and I am the one making the calls to the IRS as Kelli the person allegedly helping me, and James the attorney who doesn't like when you call have done nothing. I waited 7 weeks for them to do something, and now I am waiting for the IRS to take 180 days to review my information, the exact same thing that was happening before I wasted money asking this place for help.

Original Review: I hired these people because the IRS owes me, and they have delayed paying me for over a year. The IRS solution was to "amend" my return without changing anything, thus resetting the interest clock. Kelli has been allegedly handling my case for me, on the 26th she claims that she had a meeting with the IRS and that I would be receiving my interest and delayed refund by the 9th of this month. Today, she called me to tell me that the IRS needed for me to verify my identity with IDme. I did that twice so far. When I finally received a response from IDme (had to get my Senator to make the call) I was told that my identity has been verified. The agent at the IS told me that my identity has been verified. So where is my money?? I'm afraid that I was lied to in an effort to buy more time. I may as well have set those thousands of dollars on fire for the help that I have received.

I have delinquent tax issues, and Tax Network was on a podcast that I was listening to, and the host made it seem like they would be a great fit. But no. They didn't provide individual tax preparation. They were all over the place. It was not a good experience. The first thing that they had to do was reach out to the IRS and figure out a bunch of information. What the IRS thinks I owe for certain years that I had unpaid taxes, and the year that I did my taxes, but didn't pay them yet. There were a lot of problems. It seemed like every time I got a call from them, it was somebody new. I had to spend 30 minutes filling them in on what I told the last person, which was super frustrating. There were so many issues with it.

The other thing was they took over my IRS. They basically were representing me to the IRS and came back to me and said, “You have 30 days to respond to what the IRS is asking for this tax year." And they told me that about 10 days into that 30-day notice. I was like, "All right. I need to know what day the 30-day notice started." The guy on the phone didn't have any idea when. He said he would reach back out to me once he figured that information out. Never reached back out to me.

Then, my case manager got switched about three times. And I only worked with them for two months. And they had no idea what was going on with my case every time I talked to them. Then they said, "Okay, we need you to fill out all these years," for the tax years I didn't do my taxes. I had to fill out some forms. They didn't know if that was paid for or not already. I said, "I don't think I paid for that, but you clearly don't know, and you want me to do this. I haven't told you guys if I was going to have you do my taxes."

I told them I was going to explore having other people do the taxes, but then they could oversee it and deal with the IRS and be the power of attorney to the IRS for me. Then, I just got a notice by email that they let me go as a participant or as a client. I don't really know if they helped me at all other than notifying the IRS that I was aware that I owed them money, which I could have done that myself.

I don't know why I paid them money for that. All they did for me was take $750 to notify the IRS that I knew I had to pay some years of taxes. Then, other than that, I got the runaround from them with different people every time, having to explain my situation every time. It was really frustrating altogether, and it didn't leave me with a good taste in my mouth, and it didn't leave me better off at all.

They sounded promising, especially the first guy I talked to. But I'm a busy guy. I don't have time to explain every little thing all over again. They would say, "Okay, I'll put that in your case notes." Then, the next person would call, and the guy didn't leave it in the case notes, or he had no idea what stage we were at, what was going on. I wouldn't recommend Tax Network USA.

This company is a bottom-feeder that preys upon those that are already desperate and in need of help. If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I signed a contract and paid upfront for tax, penalty and interest abatement (my mistake). During the intake call they were very pleasant and seemed eager to help. You must pay them upfront without knowing if they can actually help or not. But they will verbally tell you that they can help and the savings they will get for you will be far more than what you pay. If only that were true!!

Initial interaction with the first case manager (Kat) on September 15th 2025, seemed to go well. The case manager asked for the narrative as to why I needed their services and asked for documentation to be scanned and emailed. I immediately scanned and emailed all the requested documentation along with their financial questionnaire and electronically signed a POA to allow them to work with the IRS on my behalf.

This company has an AI front end so you cannot speak directly to a human being when you call them past the initial intake. The only way to contact them is by scheduling an appointment on their online booking service or via email. You book an appointment online and they are supposed to call you at the booked appointment. In my experience, they only actually call about 25% of the time. I scheduled several appointments that I never received a call for. Even the case managers that supposedly have a direct line do you get 2 rings, a fast busy and immediate hang up. Therefore, most of my correspondence with them has been via email. Most email responses are generic auto-generated responses.

After about four and a half months without any update from my case manager, I finally got a call from one of several appointments I scheduled on their website. My first request for a refund was made verbally to the initial case manager (Kat) on February 3rd, 2026 when she couldn't give me an update or even acknowledge that anything was being done. I was then contacted by a “retention specialist” (Ava) by phone who admitted that my case wasn’t handled properly, apologized and assigned a new case manager (Amber) who would be a better fit for me. Two months later and still no update.

I emailed Ava and Amber requesting an update. Ava apologized again and assigned a third case manager (DeShon). This new case manager requested that I resend all the documentation that had previously been sent. I was also advised that the previous POA had expired and that I needed to sign a current POA. I reluctantly did so. My first question, how were they working my case with the IRS if they didn’t have a current POA? Second question, was anyone going to let me know the original POA had expired if I hadn’t asked for a refund? Two months later and still no update.

I reread the Service Agreement and noted that any refund request must be made in writing. I therefore made the first refund request in writing on April 7th (via email). Since then, they have ignored my correspondence completely, apart from the occasional generic auto-generated email responses. I have, as of today, not received any part of the service that I paid for, nor has this company given me any update on anything that may have been done. And, of course, no refund. Completely ghosted!!

Immediately following the intake I received an email asking for a five-star review of their service. Of course, I did not because at that point I had not received anything. Almost a year later and I still have not received said service. I wonder how many of the five-star ratings they have are from people that did what they asked in that email before receiving anything? I believe this is the company’s business model. Promise help, give hope, take money, then just run out the clock.

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this way and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We take feedback seriously and would like to provide some clarification regarding your case.

First, we understand how important timely communication and progress updates are. Our firm operates on an appointment-based system to ensure each client receives dedicated, uninterrupted time with their case manager. That said, we do make every effort to accommodate urgent matters as they arise.

Regarding your case timeline, there were delays in receiving required documentation. Specifically, the financial questionnaire—an essential component needed before moving forward with resolution—was not submitted until approximately three months after it was initially requested. As outlined in the service agreement, documents are to be submitted within 21 days, and delays in providing required information will naturally extend the overall timeline of a case.

In terms of document requests, any additional or repeated requests are not redundant but are often required by the IRS to ensure that the most current and accurate information is being used. Similarly, Power of Attorney (POA) forms may need to be updated due to expiration or to include additional authorized representatives to help expedite the handling of your case.

We also want to address the refund concerns. While your case was under review for potential refund eligibility, multiple chargebacks were initiated through your banking institution. As previously explained, once a chargeback is filed, the matter is removed from our control, and any determination regarding those funds is handled solely by your bank. At this time, we are still awaiting their final decision.

We understand that this process can be frustrating, especially when expectations are not met as anticipated. However, we remain committed to transparency and adhering to the terms outlined in the service agreement. If you would like to discuss your case further or seek additional clarification, we are available to assist.

I cannot believe there are people leaving 5 star reviews. We must have been dealing with two different companies. They did nothing for me. They charged me $2900 and "negotiated" a lower (by $100) payment plan that has interest accruing daily and will keep me in debt. How is paying LESS each month with interest going to get me out of debt? And abatement never happened. At the end too, I receive this email that is like - "You are done, your case is closed." THANKS FOR NOTHING! THis place sucks big time. There are 5-star reviews for them and 1-star reviews like mine. Doesn't that shed enough doubt that you should seriously consider going elsewhere?

      Good Morning Krista,

I hope all is well. I am reaching out to go over a few things. We lowered your IRS payment because your old plan was set up incorrectly.

Paying more is not always better. In your case, it meant you were sending more money to the IRS than you needed to.

Getting an IRS payment plan reduced is not simple. It takes proper financial review, IRS expense standards, and experience to get savings approved.

This lower payment keeps more money in your pocket each month and may also put you in position for other programs that could save you even more.

Also, we already filed for your penalty abatement in April, so additional relief was not ignored. We are happy to walk you through exactly what was done and explain the savings clearly.

      Please advise,

I started with Tax Network USA over a year ago. After paying $3,000 up front, I gave them all the documentation I was asked for and was put in touch with a case manager. I was told to forward all IRS correspondence to him. I did that for months. I never heard from him. After calling and emailing for months, I received a new case manager who told me the guy I sent private information to left the company. Nobody told me. No idea where all that info went. Now, the only payment option they’ve come up with is 25k more than I owe????

I’ve asked to speak with other people, but I only get my case manager, who seems to have none of my information. Like he’s never seen my case. I am afraid I am losing time and just adding to my IRS debt through greater penalties and added interest. My case manager has promised to call me back this week. It’s the 3rd time he’s made the promise. He’s never done it. I start over, and we have the same conversation. I tried to email and call, but all they offer are virtual people. I don’t know how this ends, but I am typing at 3 am, so you know where I am.

My wife, who was a forensic accountant and handled all of our taxes, was a genius. The problem was she developed Alzheimer's disease and no one noticed it for the first year or two. She didn't file tax returns and she also didn't pay a lot of bills. It was a giant mess. Unfortunately, I called Tax Network USA's competitor first, but they were useless. In contrast, Tax Network is a good organization, and I'm particularly happy with the two people I spoke with. I'm working with a guy named Joe on doing the taxes. Previous to that, it was Neil.

It's much quicker with Tax Network USA, and they're much farther along. I'm into it for 1,000, but I'm farther ahead of where their competitors were at 1,500. It seems Joe and Neil must be working in the same building. The previous group had to have a new set of documents and a new agreement done. You have to do all of the cell phone signing of your name and initials and all the forms. You can't read anything. On the other hand, Tax Network USA is doing very well. They mail forms and allow forms to be mailed to them, which is the only way to do it if you're not set up with a computer and a fax machine. Right now, I'm happy with Tax Network USA. I recommend them highly.

We have given them $63,000 and our case has been with them for over two years, they have done zero for this money, all the promises to reduce your debt to the IRS are complete baloney. They never do anything, they never contact us, and when we do contact them, they never call you back, or they book appointments with you and then don't turn up for them, they have made our situation far worse than it was to start with as we now owe a further two years in interest. They do not give you one point of contact, so each time you call, you speak to a different person, who tells you they are near to a resolution. This is totally untrue. I wish I had given the IRS the $63,000 I gave them and just tried to sort a resolution out with the IRS myself.

Today we were meant to speak to DeShon, our sixth representative, for the third attempted effort to call us. She has arranged to call us three times and has only managed to call us once; unfortunately, that call was booked for 10.30 am and she left a message at 6 pm saying she was running behind. No apology for being 8 hours late!

Since then, we arranged twice more to speak to her, and both times she just didn't call. She never even bothered to email an excuse or to postpone or rearrange. This is how it is, you can NEVER speak to anyone. The main number is AI, and it says, "Leave a message and someone will call you back" if they feel it's needed. Nobody ever calls you. Please don't trust them, they will just take your money and do nothing. We are going to have to call the IRS ourselves and see what we can arrange. There is no chance of getting any of our money back from TNUSA. I am writing this to warn others not to even consider dealing with these criminals

Mr. Mears' case involves complex federal IRS and California Franchise Tax Board matters requiring extensive representation, including power of attorney processing, financial analysis, collection protection, and ongoing negotiation with both agencies. Cases of this nature — particularly those involving multiple tax years and both federal and state liabilities — routinely require 12 months or more to reach resolution, and timelines are significantly influenced by the processing schedules and policies of third-party agencies such as the IRS and the FTB, which are outside of TNUSA's control.

Regarding communication, clients engage Tax Network USA as a firm, and cases are managed by a dedicated team of professionals rather than a single point of contact. This team-based approach ensures continuity of service and allows cases to progress without interruption.

Mr. Mears' case is currently in an active phase, and our team has been in communication with him regarding the outstanding documentation needed to complete the preparation and filing of his 2022 and 2023 tax returns, which is the next step required to move his case forward. Mr. Mears has been made aware of this requirement.

We remain committed to resolving Mr. Mears' tax matter and will continue to work directly with him toward that goal.

I learned about Tax Network on TV with Kevin Sorbo and through AMAC magazine. It’s not that I hadn’t heard the advertisements, but I finally realized that he was talking to me. I didn't think about my problem until I realized how serious it was, and then I figured I'm going to have to get some help. So, I decided to call Tax Network. The first person I spoke to at Tax Network was for an introduction and the second one, Joe, is the one handling my case. I’ve been sending him information but we haven’t progressed since then because I haven't been able to get all the information together. We communicate mostly through email and I’m fine with him.

The sales process was very good because they got to the point. The price was a little high. But when the rep told me what they're going to do, I felt that it was worth using them since they seem to be an established company and they do negotiate with the IRS, which I won't have to. And the money sounded worthwhile after a while, considering what I have to pay the IRS. I already recommended Tax Network to a friend and she feels that it's worth having a tax attorney get involved because she probably would have had to find somebody eventually.

Yesterday, the lady called me about my payment because they tried to run the wrong card. I told her I needed to get into the portal, 'cause she said she was going to get a hold of customer service. Customer service called me back and told me that I have to set up an appointment just to get an email to get into this portal. I said, "I don't really want to set up an appointment just to get an email sent to me." I've not heard anything back.

But I did the enrollment process over the phone, and it was perfect. The guy I worked with did a great job. He was very articulate about what I was going to be charged, why I was being charged for it. That was a great experience.

The rep from Tax Network explained that I would get an email with forms to fill out and then he would call me in two weeks. When I started looking at the forms, Tax Network wanted more information than the tax people wanted. It just seemed like too much. They were asking for details that the IRS doesn’t ask for. I don’t understand why they want to know how much cash I have in my house. The form itself seemed kind of bogus because there were places where you were supposed to check a box, but it didn’t let you check the box. The only way to answer was to erase the other answer. It struck me like I was being ripped off. I’m overwhelmed by the forms and haven’t even completed them yet. Our records show that requested tax organizers and supporting documentation were not provided, and in accordance with the agreement, the returns were ultimately prepared using the wage and income transcripts obtained from the IRS. Those completed returns were uploaded to your Dropbox on 5/5.

While we understand your frustration regarding the timeline and your decision to file independently, the review confirmed that the tax preparation services were completed on your behalf.

The first time I reached out to Tax Network, I had a heart surgery and had recovered from it but was facing a second one. I was not expecting to get information thrown at me right away, because I was going for the surgery and needed to recover from it. I told the person assigned to me that I was going to be out of pocket for at least two weeks before I could get back to him, since I was facing a major heart surgery. But I got calls every single day that I just turned off my phone. I wasn't feeling well enough to even answer the phone.

I had a poor situation with Tax Network the first time, but a much better situation the second time. The first gentleman I spoke to was marvelous to deal with and extremely nice to talk to. He was very competent and thorough when he went through everything. He was an older gentleman like me and seemed very capable. I liked my interaction with the young lady. So, the two of them combined have been wonderful to deal with. I just have to get my stuff together to be able to send it to her. She was a very nice young lady and made sure that I got in touch with her directly regarding everything. I’m glad I didn't have to work with the first guy who was assigned to me. I'm a very nice lady, but I would have figured out a way of giving him a piece of my mind.

For a senior, doing business with Tax Network is very expensive. The individual has to do all of the work and all they do is get the information from the tax service. They rely on the person to give them the rest of the information, which is what's taking me so long, because I wanna make sure that I do it correctly. I’m still going through the process and collecting all my information. Once I get it, they'll get all the information from me.

Received a phone call from quality assurance and they cannot find a mistake on their end. They will be reaching out to the IRS to remedy the situation. After weeks of no/bad information, the entire process was explained to me, something that should have happened from the very beginning. The promises made shouldn’t have been made and I was apologized to for that and the communication issues. This still is not even close to being worth all the money spent but at this point, we are happy for them to work out the mistake with the IRS, and appreciate the phone call.

      Original Review: April 15, 2026

This place is a joke. They promised us that if we paid $14,000 their attorneys would “negotiate with the IRS and get our taxes owed halved at the very least and stretched out to beyond ten years so the debt would drop off”. Not only did they not lift a finger, but they also sat on our case for an entire year without ever reaching out to the IRS. In the two times they did anything, one was getting the penalty removed (which the IRS told us we could have done ourselves for free) and the second was coming into a payment plan agreement (which was never discussed with us nor did we have any idea they did this until we got our letter from the IRS). After questioning things, they closed our account without ever telling us. Then we get another letter telling us we owe $4,000 more.

After trying to reach them numerous times, we finally got a bogus response with a completely uneducated and ridiculous excuse. We called the IRS for answers and they told us TNUSA messed up on our taxes and we were penalized for it. One month later, we have no way to contact these people and they refuse to accept accountability. They expect their customers to abide by the contract, however, they don’t stand by a single thing in it themselves. Stay away from these people.

Almost 4 years and $14,000. Almost 4 years and $14,000 and all they did was file 4 years of back taxes. Totally incompetent. I had at least 6 different case workers. I couldn't even talk to them unless a made an appointment ( usually a week out) with 2 very rude receptionists threatening to hang up on me when I expressed my frustration with this company. I originally hired them to negotiate my 2018 taxes due to capital gains and file 4 years of back taxes where I didn't owe any money for 2019-2022 in April of 2022 at a cost of $3,800. I paid it.

I got a new credit card to pay off what I thought I may owe the IRS if this company resolved my issue hoping for resolve in 2023 Tax Network USA legal team called me and said the IRS was going to put a huge lien on my property and TNUSA needed $20,000 to save me from that happening and needed to be done the next day. I said I didn't have it and my credit limit was $10,000. They took that plus $200 from another credit card and not 1 peep or piece of paper or communication from them after that. Crickets.

I continued calling. Linsey ** was my 4th or 5th case worker. She was somewhat helpful in getting my 2021 and 2022 taxes filed. Tax accountant used by Tax Network USA who signed my 2022 taxes did my 2023 taxes for free apologizing for my case taking so long. Next call I made. I had a new case worker: Thomas **. Not helpful. Telling me to trust him and that He wanted to get my case finished. Still nothing. Had someone else do my taxes for 2024 due to TNUSA incompetence obviously. They were filed in September 2025. Talked to Thomas **. He said they have not showed up as filed. Really! That was several months back and forth by email/text.

Then I get an email with 2 forms, one being power of attorney that Thomas sent saying it was completed by their legal department and I needed to sign it. I told him it was not completed and lacked some income data. He requested the closing amounts for 2 small saving accounts for 2025 which I sent him in 2 days after that. That was Jan/Feb of 2025. Since then, not a peep. Just got another email last week requesting I sign form 433 and 2848. Nope. I believe this company is a scam as stated in many other 1 star reviews and there are many. This company's behavior is borderline criminal. Find another accountant.

I lost 7k to these horrible unethical liars and I still have my tax debt.

So I called the IRS state me self while I owe back taxes. They said they never talked to them once. I got set up on a payment plan and they are reviewing my OIC that I did myself and it was all free and took about two days. Please, please don’t waste your prime and money. They string you along too. A lie to you and tell you what you want to hear while they do absolutely nothing. Please stay away. They stole 7k from me and strung me along for over a year saying they were resolving the issue and were doing nothing. Please don’t ever use TAX NETWORK USA. They are scammers.

I haven’t filed my taxes in quite a few years and needed help from Tax Network USA. I was trying to get my life back together and I saw their advertisements all over the place, and I gave them a call. I'm a little over-trusting and limited on funds, so I committed to getting involved with them, probably before I should have. I should have been a little bit more hesitant, but I'm in a hurry to try to get this stuff taken care of. Many companies and advertisements just want to sell you something and make money off of you. But Tax Network was good and they said they would get things rolling. The reps were very polite, friendly and understanding. But not as forthcoming as I'd like them to be. They wanted to charge me $4,700 to get the five years of taxes filed, but they didn't clearly state that that was just for filing the taxes.

When I met with my case manager about a month later, I found out that if I have a tax debt, then there's going to be more money involved to resolve the tax debt. But they didn't give me a percentage as far as how much money, so I was concerned about that. Tax Network decided to break it down to three payments, but it was still too much because I was going to be broke. I'm unemployed right now, but I hope to be employed within the next month and a half.

I almost thought it was a bait and switch program at first, because of not knowing that I'd have to pay more money if I had a tax debt, and not even know what type of percentage. But I called Tax Network this morning, and they agreed to break that down into even smaller payments over the next few months. So, they're working with me. I now need to provide my Schedule C information to proceed.

I would give zero stars. I paid them over $2000. They took my money and have done nothing. This is ongoing for 2 years. Promises made by different people and then I am told they are no longer with the company or team.

We watch Real America's Voice, and that's where we saw Tax Network's advertisement and decided to go with them. We just got our information in, and it's been great. However, I was supposed to set up an account on their website, but I never got a case number. I couldn't go any further.

I only hear from them when they want money. I have spent a fortune with them and they have given me zero results. I ended up paying the IRS with the HUGE PENALTY because they didn't do anything. Good luck!
