Getting in touch with a representative was pretty easy, and I found customer support to be efficient. The enrollment process was straightforward, and I'm happy to report that I've completed the program. Fortunately for me, I was owed money, and they successfully retrieved it for me.

The entire process took about six to seven months. One improvement could be ensuring that representatives have the complete case in front of them during follow-up calls, to avoid confusion. My assigned specialist, Valerie, was helpful, though sometimes I had to remind her of my specific case details since I was getting a refund rather than owing money.

Overall, I would highly recommend Tax Network USA. My experience was positive, and I'd encourage others to consider using their services because they genuinely know what they're doing.

In terms of interactions, the representatives have been professional and follow through with their promises. Although it can be challenging to reach them initially due to their busyness, once you get a hold of someone, they facilitate connections to the right people, who then promptly return calls and assist as promised. After overcoming the initial difficulty, everything runs smoothly.

Tax Network offers a wide range of services beyond what my husband and I require. They are knowledgeable about tax laws and walk people through anything they need. They help make sure that people understand all steps of the way, what's happening and where they might be able to help additionally or where it's just what it is. We always leave our meetings feeling well-informed and confident that our taxes are in good hands, maximizing all legal deductions available to us.

My overall experience with them has been positive, though there were some hiccups along the way. For instance, there was a delay with the state tax return due to issues with the state of Illinois, not with Tax Network USA. The state didn't receive all the necessary information initially, which caused a delay. However, once everything was resolved, I finally received my state tax return, even though it took until October.

Despite these challenges, I found that Tax Network USA did a commendable job, especially considering the previous tax preparer left me in a difficult spot. Tax Network USA stepped in and provided the assistance I needed.

In terms of ratings, I would give their service a perfect score. Their customer service, in particular, has been excellent, and I would certainly recommend them to others. The pricing, however, I would rate slightly lower, at a four, but still, I am satisfied with the overall value. Their online tools and website are very user-friendly and highly efficient. Overall, I am pleased with my experience and intend to continue using their services.

While I wouldn’t want to speak negatively about Tax Network USA as I believe they are a wonderful service, I did feel like I ended up paying more than the value I received since my taxes were not done as needed. I rate the service with a 4 out of 5 as they were courteous, but I still need my taxes fully completed. I hope the lady who was assisting me, can reach out and resolve my situation so that I have the necessary documentation for my taxes.

Overall, working with Tax Network USA has been a positive experience. They've helped me start my own small business, and I plan to use their services for my bookkeeping every year. Regarding the cost, though I'm not entirely sure of the average rates for tax filing, I found their fees to be reasonable. I would rate my experience, the customer service, and the pricing all at five stars. I would highly recommend their services to others.

We contacted with this company to help with a tax debt and the experience has been bad. First, they immediately emailed us asking to make a video praising their services before they did anything. We have had to send the same documentation several times and communication is awful. The IRS rejected the POA. The rep we were assigned (Valerie) did not respond to the email we sent with the IRS letter rejecting the POA until we called twice and had to make an “appointment” to talk to her which accomplished nothing. We have no idea what the status is of our case or if they were successful with re-filing the POA. We have another appointment with rep scheduled for tomorrow but I don’t expect it to accomplish anything. It’s looking like bankruptcy might be our only option which will, ironically, include their fee.

Throughout the process, I encountered multiple case managers, which made it feel like I was not a priority, especially since my tax bill was comparatively smaller. Although they hinted at the possibility of negotiating a lower bill, no such negotiations occurred. While I understand businesses need to make money and leverage their expertise and connections, the service didn't live up to the initial promises.

If friends or family asked for advice, I'd recommend they take a day off to directly engage with the IRS, even if it means hours on hold, as that might cost less in the long run. My experience may not represent everyone's, but from my perspective, it felt like an additional expense with limited benefits. On the bright side, I briefly interacted with their website, which was quite user-friendly, though my overall encounter with them left much to be desired.
