I made an automatic payment to my account so that I could pay off an old procedure and have another one done. The payment cleared my bank the next day, but is still unavailable. Who in this day and age holds money for a week or more on an auto-withdraw from my account? No one is willing to talk or help me.

I am actually very angry at this point with CareCredit. I cannot accept their apologies anymore at this point because it's gotten ridiculous! I had a procedure done on November 4, 2012. In August 2012, I had called to request a due date change from the 16th of every month to the 28th because that's when I would be able to make my payments. In November, I charged my card and thought to myself, "Okay, so I changed the due date to the 28th so I'll be able to make my payment on time!" No, that was not the case! It took CareCredit 6 freaking months to have a simple due date changed! It took several calls and complaints until they finally changed the due date, which didn't take effect until this month of February 2013.

On top of all this, they told me if I pay my payment on the 28th before the change takes effect, then I will be charged a late fee. But to not worry, that it will be adjusted right away after it's been charged. Well guess what? That was not done either. I called them just now to address this issue and they, once again for the 100th time, apologized and told me that they will credit back the late fee, but it won't process and show on my account until April. Do not open a CareCredit account! I don't even want to pay off my account at this point and don't feel like giving them my hard earned money!

In the summer of last year, I needed to get some dental work done. After my insurance covered most, the bill was still $800. They said if I wanted, I could sign up for Care Credit and use that to pay it. I asked them what the interest rate was. And they said, "No interest for 12 months." I thought that would be perfect because I could make a low payment and still have it paid off before the interest kicked in. So, all this time, I've been paying the minimum which would be paid off in 12 months.

I went to make a payment today and now I have interest. After calling GE, they said it was 12 months from the promotional period, not when I actually got my card and used it. So now, I have some awful interest of 28% even though I've only made payments for about 6 months. I used to tell people this was a great way to pay for glasses or something they didn't have the money for. Now I'm telling everyone that this is the worst thing ever and never recommend any GE items or cards to anyone. I'm going to pay this off and it will never be used again.

I have an account with these thieves and my payment was missed by accident as I lost my mom this month. I tried to tell them that she had passed on and they wanted me to give them her SSN. I had no idea what her full number was and the guy got smart with me. I then told them that they can take their business and shove it up their **. The company makes you jump through all these hoops when something happens like what happened to me. I missed my payment and now I owe them over 60 bucks. They have no heart when someone dies. My mom was on my account and since I did not have her full SSN, they could not take her off my card. Once I pay this off, I will shred my card and be done with them.

I realize I had a previous balance with you and as of 12/2012, my balance is $3,272.72 and I was 90 days past due. Well I did not want my credit to be awful, so I obtained three part-time: (1) LiveOps, a job where I answer phone calls to sell items advertised on TV; (2) Homebound, where I go to children's homes to tutor and teach; and (3) PAI Palmetto Autistic Incentive, where I go to homes of children with autism and work the ABA Behavior Therapy with them. I obtained these jobs so I could begin making earnest monthly payments. I made a sacrifice with my monthly financial obligations and saved and paid you, GE Capital Credit Care, the $529.00 balance I owed. I then immediately turned around and paid another $112.00 that brought me up-to-date.

So I was under the assumption that my balance was $3,272.72 and as my payments went down, then my balance would also go down. In basic subtraction, I was under the assumption that my account looked like this:

    $3,272.72 - $500.00 = $2,772.72 balance payment 1/4/2013
    $2,772.72 - $29.00 = $2,743.72 balance payment 1/4/2013

    $2,743.72 - $112.00 = $2,631.72 balance payment 1/17/2013

I have been working my ** off maintaining four jobs (1 full-time, 3 part-time) so that I could pay my GE Capital Credit Care balance earnestly monthly and on time. I am the type of person that if I make a bill, I am going to pay it. But I also have my mortgage, gas/electric bill, my water bill, my car insurance and other financial obligations to take care of. I am working like a dog to pay most of those other financial obligations off as quickly as possible, so I can put more money toward the balance of my GE Capital Credit Care balance.

So when I received an email alert that my GE Capital Credit Care statement was ready to view, I signed on excited because I knew I would see where my hard work had paid off. I would have a $2,631.72 balance and I knew when I got paid from my jobs that I would be able to put a dent in that and be on my way to paying it off. But to my complete surprise and dismay, I saw that my balance was $3.086.00. Excuse me? That was not the subtraction I did. How did my hard work and sacrifices get an additional $400.00 added to my balance? So I was working this hard for nothing? So as I pay, pay and pay, my balance with GE Capital Credit Care is going to continuously go up? Why pay?

Well I was able to get a customer service rep on the telephone and she proceeded to tell me about some $700 charge that was on my account from 1/2012. Seriously? And that the $400 interest came from the fact that I did not pay that. Okay, I am lost. I thought my balance was $3,272.72 and I thought this was the balance that I was working with. What $700 is she referring to? Really, GE Capital Credit Care. Is this how you do your business? Hidden charges, fees added that a customer doesn't understand. What makes it so very sad is you know most customers don't understand what you are referring to when you attempt to make that explanation about some charge that you added $400.00 interest to.

I have a question GE Capital Credit Care. Did you call me to explain that there was this $700.00 charge and there may be a possibility of a $400.00 interest charge added to my bill? But GE Capital Credit Care did call me when my account was past due? No. No one called me, but I received plenty of calls when my account was past due. I was called at least once a day until I was caught up. I just think it's so sad that you saw that I was making a hard earnest effort to pay my account down/off and you just added that additional $400.00 with no thought about how hard it was for me (a single, one income person doing it completely on her on) to get as far as I had with my payments.

Is this how GE Capital Care Credit does business? Creates contracts, bills and agreements that contains such fine, small and confusing print (you know it's confusing for the most consumers to understand what's going on) that you are able to scam them out of their hard earned money? I will be contacting Consumer Affairs. I do not want you to dissolve my total bill. All I ask for is to be fair and remove that additional $400.00 worth of interest you added and let me pay my bill earnestly, monthly and on time.

CareCredit makes themselves look good, but if you open an account and don't pay within 6 months, they add about $300 interest higher than any credit card. I needed glasses that was about $500. Two years later, making $50 a month payments, I still owe $476.00. I have never missed a payment and paid them around $1,000.00 so far. The interest rates keep going up - now up to 27.59 percent. They are raising rates every time I make a payment.

I needed hearing devices and was given the option of opening up a CareCredit account. It sounded like a good deal of deferred interest for 12 months. My credit amount was $3,000. I made prompt payments every month over the minimum balance required. The deferred payments were up in December and I knew that, but I thought I would be charged interest beginning on my remaining balance, which was now $700. I was appalled to see when I opened my bill that I was charged over $600 interest on beginning balance of $3,000 twelve months ago. Also, they conveniently posted my check last month one day late and are now charging me 26.99%! If this wasn't so absurd, it would be funny. Are they kidding me? I thought there was some mistake but there was not and I called over there and of course, like everyone else, there was nothing they could do. I have called now (recorded the call and notified them of doing so) and have closed my account. Beware of this CareCredit. They only care about swindling you out of all of your money!

I had an account with CareCredit card for 10 years. I used it only for dental care. I chose to go paperless. I had my payment drafted from my bank automatically every month prior to due date, in excess of amount due. I did not look at the statement often as I knew the bank draft cleared every month. Then I decide to check my balance with the idea of using it again. According to my calculations, my balance should have been $200.00. I was shocked to find GE Capital Bank had changed my due date without notifying me.

They had charged me late fees every month for 1 year without one call to me. So of the $50.00 payment I sent, they deducted $35.00 for late fees, still making the account delinquent. The due date difference was 2 days. I had no idea. I spent hours on the phone with their representatives trying to resolve this issue. They couldn’t help me nor direct me to anyone that could make decisions. The account had accrued over $500.00 in late fees and would have continued to charge fees unless I paid the $500.00 in late charges. I notified them I would not pay anything else on the account until someone of authority notified me to resolve this, and I sent a letter to this statement. The next thing I receive is a letter from a collection attorney, who offered me no resolve.

I offered to pay the balance of the principal of $200.00 but no more. They continue to harass me and my plan now is to contact the Federal Trade Commission. Because of this bank, my credit worthiness has been affected in a very negative way. I am still unable to find a person of authority to help me resolve this. I am a widow on a fixed income and can’t afford to be deceived by such institutions that promise to help. Where is this bank and who are these people? How can they get away with erroneous charges?

My dentist's office called and wrote a letter and CareCredit opted to do nothing, because it was beyond the 90 days that my provider had to correct the error. Deplorable tactics and service.

Now, today, I received a call stating that I owe Attorney Frye $300 for a past amount owed to GE Money. When I called Care Credit/GE Money, they said they had no information and sold the debt on July 5th to Atlantic Credit. I was told that they did not know the address of the company but I could google the name and phone number. When I did that, I got the address and phone number of the person who said they were from the law office of Attorney Frye. I was instructed by them to make a deal with the attorney's office to make this all go away. I told them that this makes no sense to me, to make a deal and give them money for a debt that I don't owe. I don't know what to do. I can't pay something that I do not owe.

The cardholder of this GE CareCredit account is my mother, Diane **. She had called and gave them authorization to discuss the account with me, Shannon **, since I was going to be paying the bill, which I have been paying the bill on time and more that what the payment was. I had a lot of medical issues and I am on disability due to all my health problems. I used the CareCredit to help with the care of teeth because I’d been in so much pain I had to have a major mouth surgery and I used the CareCredit to pay for my partials. Now, I’ve been getting the statement and paying the bill online, but I was out of town and didn’t realize that they were offering a promotional balance payoff. The amount was $1500 and I had it down to $673.50 and they offered the promotional balance on 11/17/2012.

Now, what I don’t understand is when I call they will take my payment, but they won’t give me a payoff. When I contacted them about this promotional payoff, I was only a day late and I begged them to let me pay the offer and not the interest. They would not, so my mother called them. Now, she is not aware of any of this because they quit sending her the bill. Well, you would think since she’s the cardholder, they would have continued sending her the bill so she could have been aware of the amount owed. But they would not accept her payment either for the offer. They still added $454.00 interest.

Now, I owed them $1000, so I’ve got it paid down to $864.76 (which is what the balance says online). But when I called, they wouldn’t tell me because I am only an authorized user of the card. That doesn’t make sense because they send me the bill and not the card holder. I feel I've been ripped off. I will not do business with them again. I submitted the $864.76 today to be withdrawn from my banking account on 4/26/2012. As soon as it clears, I want this account closed. My mother has contacted them also to inform them to close the account when they receive payment. I am very disappointed that they would not work with me on the promotional balance considering I was a day late due to being out of town for medical reason. Now, I have to pay these other charges. They wouldn’t even work with my mother who is the card holder. They don’t even send her the bill! She is the cardholder: she should get a bill!

GE CareCredit is a predatory lending company. In September 2011, I need urgent dental work done. My dentist recommended CareCredit to finance our $2,100 dental bill. We applied and was approved for the loan amount with 12 months interest free. Fast forward to six months later. I received a bill stating that our interest free trial has expired and that they had charged my current balance of $1,100 a whopping 26% interest rate!

I don't know how these people are still in business when they don't even abide to their own policies by changing customer's terms of service without their consent. Just an FYI for anyone thinking about using CareCredit for any medical procedures, you are better off using your credit card or get a personal loan at a bank instead.

These CareCredit people will change their policies or regulations on their customers and then sell the customers' accounts off to another predatory lender--and charging them a crazy interest rate on a monthly basis. At this rate, you will have a hard time paying it off, and only paying the interest rates on your balance, leaving you with owing more money than what you have borrowed with in the beginning.

Please don't make the same mistake that we did. Don't waste your time and hard-earned money supporting these predatory lenders, taking advantage of people when they are at their most vulnerable for money to save their beloved pets or get an emergent dental work done.

Since all the paperwork has my signatures on it, why can't I access this account information? When I called customer service, the woman said she didn't have access to the signed paperwork. It can't possibly be legally binding that all of this has been done in my husband's name, when he was not even physically present to sign anything. I started out owing them $4,000 in January. Now, at the beginning of October, I have paid that down to $1,770.70 in just nine months. The minimum amount they want you to pay every month is $95. I know of no other creditor that requires you to pay that high of a minimum every month. That said, paying the minimum would have only added up to $855. I have paid about $2500. There is a couple hundred dollar difference between what I have paid and what I owe due to interest. I had an extended period of unemployment. I have recently been hired for a new job. But the job does not start until the 10th of this month. Due to my extended period of unemployment, I have very little in the bank. For just one month, I would like to pay my Care Credit bill by credit card. But they absolutely refuse to let you pay by credit card. I also do not understand why the monthly minimum is still as high as for $1770 as it is for $4,000. I just want to pay once by credit card. By the following month, I will be working and earning enough money to, once again, pay my bill through my bank account.

I have never in my life missed paying a bill or a credit card payment. But, unless something changes real fast, I will do so now. I'm afraid of, not only having my credit rating and history negatively affected, I am afraid, Care Credit will go out of its way to punish me with astronomical interest rate increases. There was a payment owed of $95 on 9/9. I paid $200. I then paid $125 on 9/14. This payment was after the 9/9 due date. I thought it would be credited to my next bill. I took out a loan for a medical procedure a year ago. I feel ** for not researching this company more. Basically, I was told I had a zero interest loan for 12 months that ended September of 2011 (this month). I went to pay my account in full. Not only did they charge me a late fee saying I was late (I paid on the actual due date), they said the promotion ended a few weeks ago (end of August). And because I failed to pay it in full, they tacked on 1500 dollars of back interest onto my account that I am now apparently responsible for! What happened to "zero interest? The interest starts when the promotion date has ended. And what happened to the promotion ending this month?

I tried calling them and explaining my situation. They were more than nasty to me. I am now going to be looking for a class action lawsuit, and to hire an attorney for these greedy people! Talk about predatory lending. Oh and by the way, I explained that the economy has hurt us in the past year (my husband was laid off last month). I also told them how we couldn't afford to pay the back interest (not to mention the sky high interest that will be building on the back interest). The supervisor said, "Oh please ma'am, the economy has been the same for 3 years." How insensitive can someone be?!

The payment calculator is misleading on their website. Payment plan shows no interest for 18 months if you pay $283.00 per month. I have automatic withdrawals every month, so I never missed a payment. After one year ,GE charges my account the amount of $1106.84 as finance charge. I called and talked to GE and they said those payment plans are an estimate. I explained that this is very misleading. They charge interest on the past year and future balance.

I called CareCredit a couple of months ago to find out exactly what had to be paid before promotional 0% interest ended. I was provided one date. I was also informed that all payments went to promotional period first. I was told I had one promotional period. Made a payment for what was showing as promotional balance. Now it is showing a different amount. I have been told on 08/16/10 that I previously had two promotional periods, but I wasn't told that when I called to check balance. Now I'm being told that I have been charged interest on the account since January and that one promotional period had ended when I was informed that I only had one promotional period. I was interrupted multiple times by this associate and talked to very rudely.

I was informed that there wasn't anyone higher up than him to speak with at that number. He only gave me first name and ID #, which is **. I have tried to pay online multiple times in which their system was down and said they couldn't accept payments at that time. My last payment actually wasn't posted until 2 days after the due date due to this reason as well. Inaccurate information was relayed to me in which I based my payments on.

I have had one promotional period that apparently was for only 6 months when I was informed that I had 1-12 months promotion. I have been charged interest on my account since January 2010. They tell me that this has been on my statements, but I did not see it on them and I make the payments online. This company is not worth the time it would take to talk to an attorney. I have been told multiple different responses, which looks as if their employees or some of them did not know what they were talking about or found it amusing to lie to someone. I will be paying this card off soon and would not and will not recommend this to anyone. I was told there wasn't anything that could be done about this. Felt that someone should investigate this card company. I had seen multiple negative comments and posts regarding this company after I took out this card. Now I see why.

It's not what has happened, it's what is possibly going to happen, and that is the same experience I have read in all the above complaints. Why is this company allowed to get away with this and why is it not a requirement that dentist office explain the whole thing to you? If I knew all of this beforehand, I would have just used any credit card in my possession, and worried about interest rates, time and so on later. Anyone have any suggestion to stopping this hell before I start making payments?

I have 2 different bills on one statement, yet the first one which was a vet bill of over $800 with no interest to be paid in full in 6 months. The other, the higher of the two of course, is the dentist bill of over $2500 with interest. Someone please explain to me why that is? Why have I already been charged over $28 in interest, before I have even gotten the bill? And how do they decipher which one I am paying off, which naturally is the no interest account. If I were to pay it off by the minimum, I can honestly tell you, I would be dead before that happens.

After more than 3 years with your company, I sadly have an issue with your customer service. I called in last month and spoke with a woman (didn’t take down her name because she didn’t personally make any physical changes to my account) and asked if I were to use my Care Credit card for $4,500.00, would Care Credit be able to put that amount in back of my remaining balance, so that I could start payments when my last loan was paid off?.

She said that this process was called allocation and they could do so but I would need to call back after I used it due to the fact that no current charges were in front of her. I called to verify this because I needed to have ear surgery prior to my 3 year school commitment and had no other time to have such a procedure done, but currently would not be able to make any payments other than the payments I owed at that time. I did advise her of this and she confirmed I could do so.

After my surgery on 5-11-10, I called back in and spoke with a gentleman (Again, no name I was so excited that I actually forgot you’ll see why) and explained that I needed to have the new loan amount allocated (as advised). He had no idea what I was speaking of. I advised him of my previous call to C/S and he said that even though Care Credit could do no such thing, I should be happy to know that he was showing my new payments were around $105.00.

I asked, Oh cool, so you guys lengthened my loan time so that the payments will be lower? He said, I guess so. I again asked him to confirm because it seemed too good to be true but he assured me that my payments were lowered. I thanked him and advised my husband of this (as he is the one that makes the payments) and we were both extremely happy with Care Credit at this time and were considering using your service for him as well in the future.

Well, to my surprise, we received our bill which had our old loan amount of approximately $170.00 + my new loan amount of approximately $105.00! This was so upsetting! I could not pay this amount unless I went without eating that month! Again, I called C/S and spoke with yet another gentleman whom did not want to give his name and said there was nothing they could do about it and that I would have to pay for it. He transferred me to his supervisor very quickly. I then spoke with a Steve (said his I.D. was **, this time I asked because I was infuriated by this point) whom claimed to be his supervisor.

I explained (again) my entire situation and that I called prior to services rendered because I could not pay more than my first loan amount of approximately $170.00 but the surgery was needed due to school and that I was assured it would be ok to do so (as mentioned above). He was extremely rude, cold, and literally made me physically ill with the way he spoke to me. He advised me that there was nothing they could do and no one should have told me such things. He proceeded to tell me that if I choose to either not pay, or pay anything under the minimum payment, that I would be sent to collections. He also advised that I could not speak with anyone else within the company and I verified he was the highest management within the company. He agreed and gave me the El Paso address so I could send a letter for my file (?). I thought, wow, I called frantically scared trying to see what Care Credit could do for me and instead of someone maybe looking into what happened, I was being threatened!

I was transferred way too quickly for him to have any of my information in front of him so he did not even give it a try. Sad! Years of making payments (on time) with Care Credit and this is the service I get. It’s sad that your company obviously spends no time in training your employees or making sure that they are taken care of. God forgive me, but your company will crumble if that continues.

I am only asking for that of which I was advised. If I would have bought an item, I would have returned it. I had surgery! Would you like my ears back as payment? I mean really, I called in to make sure it was ok for that reason. The C/S representative obviously did not take my inquiry as seriously as I did!

We found a way to borrow the amount over our regular payment, but what do I do next month? We have 3 children to care for. Should I tell them we cannot eat a full meal because I decided to trust a company’s word? I guess so. I don’t know what the end result will be but I am way too scared to ever use your services again. Please, no matter what your response is, send it in writing, as well as a common courtesy phone call. I would say that a response is at least expected.

I was late one payment and they now charge me 30% interest each and every month, even though I am up to date with all my payments. I will have to continue paying $118 a month interest. I wrote to the "CEO" whoever it is, but I think this company is heartless. They don't care that they penalize you with 30% interest. They (the CEOs) will probably afford a nice vacation this year. This affects how I buy groceries and able to give to my daughter, like a graduation present. She doesn't get one. I wanted to buy her a camera, on sale for $150. She is a straight A student. Because I had to pay GE $118 in interest, she goes without a graduation present.

I signed up for a no interest payment plan. I always paid more than the initial payment and paid earlier than the due date. There was one month (July 2009) where I had a difficulty making the payment online and called Care Credit customer service for assistance. I was told the amount I would have to pay ($75.00) even though the bill had ($101.00). The conversation took place 6/12/09 for the 7/4/09 payment. Since I was having difficulty getting my payments straight with them, I paid the $75.00 hoping to get them in line with my method of payment.

On my September statement I was charged an interest over $1,000 and was told it was because of my late payment in July. Not only was I not late but if they had took the time to look at my payments I was far ahead of the amount due. I am writing a letter to the SC Smalls Claims Court, The Company and IRS Credit Card department. If the Company does not drop the late fees, financial changes and all interest I will take this to Smalls Claims Court. Incorrect Late Fees, Financial Fees, and Interest. I also want to make sure my credit rating is not affected by this.

I just hope this would be of some help. I have contacted your customer service and their superiors and was conveniently answered "There is nothing that we can do."

This is what happened. I am a student who took this loan of $3000 from a dental clinic for my dental work and was given this 0% interest rate. I am sure you are aware of what is happening with those promotions. I set up an auto payment in the account and never actually got the statement in hand. I have just noticed a finance charge of $698 in February followed by a monthly $70. I thought I am just left with 50% of the amount paid. Now, I owe close to the same amount I did a year back.

Please, I have just survived out of a fire accident and had a big financial loss already. This is just going to make it worse and might even kill me. Help me.

I signed up for a payment plan through my dentist office for an elective Invisalign treatment. The dentist office promoted the payment plan through GE Care Credit as pay $208 over 24 months interest-free. That was all the dentist office told me, so I signed up through Care Credit. The statements I received showed a minimum amount due of $140. This is $68 below what I should have been paying in order to avoid interest. Nowhere on the statement does it show a payment amount of $208.

When I called Care Credit, I was told that it was up to me to "do the math" to figure out what my monthly payments should be. The annual percentage rate finance charge is a staggering 26.99%. At the $140 payment amount they show on the statement, it would take me 24 years to pay off the balance, and I would end up paying an estimated $16,436 versus the original $5000 for the dental work.

This is extremely misleading, and Care Credit told me it's up to the dentist office to tell me about this. My dentist office claimed no one from Care Credit ever told them this is how they bill their patients/customers. This is a scam and is leading people to pay less than they intend to, so that they will end up paying interest.

I opened a CareCredit account as a last resort to pay for dental work I needed. I have also used it for my dogs. I was paying on the account and doing just fine until I lost my job in October of 09. It became very difficult to make ends meet! I tried to get CC to put me on the program they have that pays your balance when you become unemployed but they said I didn't qualify! My interest is 29.99%. Finance charge is $45.88. Minimum payment is $141. Past due amount is $70. I am over the limit on this by $508.01. They wouldn't even consider me for their "hardship" program. I have to pay off the over the limit amount first! I am only able to make the past due amount. They also hound me by calling even when I have payments scheduled in advance on their website! This company should be put out of business! They don't help. They hurt the economy!

I am not trying to get out of paying this but when my personal credit cards and other lenders are working with me by putting me on plans, lowering interest and payments, it makes me very angry each time I have to deal with CC. I am not an angry person. Financially they are making it very difficult to keep continuing payments, and how am I supposed to pay when they aren't flexible? I can't catch up!

I had LASIK surgery performed in July 2009 and was offered 24 months same as cash with a monthly minimum payment requirement of $85.00. The amount to cover the LASIK procedure was $3568.30. I am paid once a month on the 15th. I requested that Care Credit change my due date to accommodate my pay schedule. They initially did not accommodate my request and added on late payment charges for the months of September and October (payments were received by Care Credit on September 23rd and October 21st for $144.68).

In early February, I received my statement showing Care Credit added on $432.03 in finance charges. Upon contacting the company, Amanda advised me that this was added on due to the late payments. Amanda then told me that I would have had to reject the charges by closing the account prior to the finance charges being added. I have now cancelled the account and sent payment of $2527.04, which was received by Care Credit on 2/8/2010 (I overpaid the original amount financed by $145.00 plus 2 late charges). Care Credit now shows that I have a $287.00 balance. I would have been much better off just paying for the procedure.

Sent another $50, then two weeks later got them by phone and paid another $60. Neither credited and I again got hit with interest and another $39 late fee.

Third month, they finally credited my three payments. But no refund of those charges. They also reported to creditors I was 60 days past due. And as you see, I was not. Worst credit card I ever had. I still owe and want to pay it off. I still owe about $140. And they charge me 23.99% interest annually. They are crooks. As a result I won't even buy a GE light bulb. My credit score has dropped like a rock from 812 to now 610. I have had a good $140 in late fees and interest when they failed to credit my payments.
