I submitted all my information to three different providers and RefiJet had the best terms. I got a solid rate for the year and model of the car I have compared to other providers and against my original rate. Their process was upfront. Getting everything finalized and executed was seamless. There were a couple of little speed bumps along the way, but they were resolved super quickly. I got a bunch of different types of plans offered, different financing links and rates. It was a good one-stop shop. The rep was very attentive too.

RefiJet was amazing. My rep, Ari, was available 24/7 to me. He answered all my questions whenever I had them. I loved the portal too. That made it super easy for me to upload all my documents. The whole process was so fast, and it was no stress at all thanks to Ari walking me through everything.

Fritz with RefiJet called me and he was very on the spot. He was ready to go and answered all my questions so I went with him. The whole thing was really great. The only problem I had was I got bounced around a little bit between Fritz and two other ladies in the office. It seemed like there was no communication there so it resulted in me making two three or four-hour trips down to the office to sign something. The communication got a little upset. But that was not Fritz’s fault. With him, everything was organized and he made everything really clear. He told me exactly what I needed to do and I did it. He was very responsive and I never really had to wait on him. It was very nice. Interest-wise, I love it. It was 8.6 before and now it’s 4.84. My pockets are very happy. It took about three weeks for things to get finalized. Part of that was on me because I needed some paperwork from my employers and they drag their feet getting it to me.

I refinanced my Mini auto loan with RefiJet. At the time of refinancing, the agent offered me insurance coverage for auto parts that might break down (not due to normal wear and tear). I accepted the offer and purchased the coverage. After a few months of payments, I decided to have the coverage canceled. I called RefiJet and the agent told me that he would initiate a cancel request with Veritas Global Protection because that is who is providing the coverage. When I asked if I could call Veritas Global directly he said "No, if you could, I would have listed that as one of the options." When I hung up, I looked up Veritas, found the phone number, called and talked to an agent who told me how to cancel the coverage. The rude, misleading agent at RefiJet is named Vincent.

The rep from RefiJet was great, timely and very informed. She always checked back with me to make sure everything was going well. The refinancing took a month and a half and some of it was because of me. I was still shopping around so the total time that it took them to do it was two weeks. So, I was very happy.

RefiJet gave the best offer at the time. My loan officer answered all my questions. If I wanted to call and see the process of what was going along, he kept me updated. The times I called, for whatever reason, even if he wasn't there, whoever was there was able to help me. Everything was done the way it was supposed to be professionally and quickly. I have nothing but praises for them. It was a good experience and I would refer them to anybody that I know looking for the service. If I ever find myself in that situation, they would be the first people I would call.

The application process was very thorough and the staff was very good for helping us. If I had to have something explained, they were very good about that. Also, sometimes, I had to have my daughter help me with the computer and they were excellent in informing her. They were easy to work with and they satisfied us with what we needed. Suzanna was the main rep we talked to and she was so sweet and patient. We're older and we're a little frustrated with paperwork and everything that we weren't used to doing and she made it easy for us. She kept in contact with us every day and if I called and had a question, she answered it right away. It was the best service that I had.

The process was a headache, but it was okay afterward. Their links didn't work half the time and then I had to go and re-sign papers and have them sent back out. But their customer service was good. I'm happy with the new place I got.

I filled out an application to refinance my auto loan and got a call within just a few minutes. Taylor was such a wonderful person and in talking with her knew this was the company I wanted to do business with just because of her. The process of the loan was straightforward and Taylor was with us every step of the way, very knowledgeable about everything we asked questions about. I will be recommending the company to family and friends.

The new rate and terms of the loan through RefiJet were fantastic. I'm paying almost $200 less a month on my vehicle now. Joseph was the rep that I worked with and he was really good. If anyone wants to give him a raise, he deserves it.

They answered every question that I had and within two weeks, I was refinanced. The new rates and terms are much better and very manageable. If anyone feels like they've been overcharged for their car note and they're in a bind, I will recommend them to go to RefiJet. They can find the best rate and the best minimum payment possible.

Applying through RefihJet was super easy. Everything was done online and all the documents were done in DocuSign. It took 48 hours total to finish and they were very responsive. If I had a question or needed something changed or updated, they were very on top of getting it done.

There was an initial person who called me and got information from me about what we were looking for. Then he turned me over to a loan officer whose name was Jordan and he walked me through the process with RefiJet. He was very straightforward in business and professional. He took care of things and got the ball rolling for us. He always answered his phone and responded to emails. So, he was very easy to reach and he was even contacting me on a Saturday. I was surprised he was in the office or working on a weekend.

When I called RefiJet, I got the super nice guy on the phone. He started shopping around and he came back with one offer but I didn't like it. Then he came back again with another offer from another company and it was 48 months with a service contract with the lower interest rate. I told him I'd call him back, thought about it, then I told him we'd do it. The application process was easy though it may be complicated for someone older. But I do a lot of that and I bought my house that way this year. Because of COVID, everybody's doing the electronic document, so I was pretty familiar. And I already started screenshotting the things that they said they would need if we did this. So, by the time they requested them, I had them all ready to go and I didn't have any trouble.

Applying with RefiJet was a breeze. It took less time to refinance than my actual initial contract with the dealership and pretty much all could be done from your cellphone except once you're approved, some small paperwork has to physically be signed and notarized. Other than that, everything else was easy. I worked with Shawn and he was very communicative. If there was an issue on my end that I sent something that wasn't clear enough for them to see, he communicated back with me and I got it done extremely fast. I also love the rates and terms I received. With me being a week in, we’re just waiting to get the paperwork from the actual lender, so I can start going from there.

Zach stayed in touch with me and he helped me to understand what information I needed to get together. He was really instrumental in making the process go as smooth as possible. So, I was impressed with him. Before, my monthly payment was 860, but now, it's 643. I was impressed as I could be with how smooth all that went.

I called RefiJet and spoke with the first point of contact individual who prescreened me and got some information from me. Once I was ready to submit my credit, I was referred to a specialist who worked with me the entire way through. She was pretty cool and really easy to talk to. She was really good at communicating. She let me know that the credit unit I submitted it to took longer than most places. So it’d be a couple of days, and sure enough, it did. She gave me good news and we made it happen. I was really happy with the rate that I got. It was a very fair rate for the type of vehicle and credit profile. They sliced my interest by way more than half, so it was great. I went to the Direct website after and it was the same interest rate that was offered through RefiJet. So there was no markup on my interest, which is really nice.

I had Fritz as my rep, and he made everything smooth. He gave me his phone number to text if I had any questions or if I needed help with anything, and that made it even more convenient. Uploading the documents was easy too. I was sent the link then I clicked on it and took a picture of everything. I finished it up quick. The processing was three weeks to a month. Fritz told me that they accepted it but it took a while for the credit union to start sending me information.

The process was pretty smooth. I worked with Walter, and he was a pleasure to work with. It was a pretty good process and experience.

I requested a quote to refinance my car and many companies called me for about two weeks, and when I found the loan I needed, I kept receiving calls from Refijet, every day, ten times a day and messages too. I requested them to stop calling me, and even I created a special greeting for this company, indicating I had found my loan and that they did not need to keep calling me.

I’ve financed two vehicles with RefiJet. The application process was pretty easy. I absolutely adore my loan officer. He's amazing. He is professional and to the point. He remembered my name. He took me with my first vehicle and he said, “We're gonna start here, and we're gonna help you go from here.” Then we raised my credit score almost 200 points and now I'm able to buy my first home, which is what I'm doing right now. Everything is perfect, other than I wish I would have gotten the documents in the mail for my vehicles so I could go to the DMV and get my new registration.

I worked with a gentleman named Taylor and he helped me with getting me hooked up with Consumers and then helped me with the transition to RefiJet. I got all my documents done through him. He was very friendly, helpful and patient. He was very thorough when he explained to me the things that I needed to do, which I really appreciated. He was able to walk me through a process that I'd never done before, which included even setting up the account with Consumers that I deposited some money in for the savings. He walked me through the interest and the payments and what I felt comfortable managing. I found that really helpful because I genuinely didn't know anything about the process.

Refinancing with RefiJet was an amazing process. It was very easy. Everything happened so quickly. The online process and application were well laid out and easy to understand. The rep answered all my questions quickly. Every question I had in every situation that required some additional attention, he was right there. I didn't have to chase him down or send emails or phone calls. He was right on top of everything. The rates and terms were exactly what I expected.

After I called them, they took my name, my number, then they had another representative to call me back. When they called me back, the guy was so cheerful. He had an upbeat attitude and I'm like, "Okay, cool." So, he's like, "I need a copy. These are the things we're going to do the best decision for you. We're going to find you the lowest rate to refinance your vehicle." I'm like, "Okay." Because I've been having problems. Even I went to my bank and my bank turned me down. And he's like, "Okay, we're gonna help you." He sent me a link, I had to send a copy of my driver's license, proof of insurance, the vehicle, the mileage. And from there, he said, "We're gonna take all of this and we will get back in contact with you."

I reached out to a couple of companies and I sent them a long email with three things. “This is what I need to know. Basically, how much can you pay me? How do you do it? I don't want 5 million inquiries on my credit record. What do you need from me, documentation-wise?” Unlike how these other companies that you email and are not geared to respond to a question, the man from RefiJet responded that day with every answer to the list. “Hey. This is how we do it. We'll work with several lenders. We will not look.”

LendingTree gave me a list of possible vendors that have been pre-qualified and RefiJet was the very first one and it actually offered me the lowest APR as far as refinancing. My current APR was 14% and they said I could get up to 5.5%. So I was a little skeptical at first. I eventually got a couple of messages from one of the RefiJet representatives. He asked me to provide information like the serial number on my car and how many miles, and then they would see what they could get for me. So I went ahead with it. Then it took them about a couple of days and they called me back to let me know that they were able to find a credit union that was willing to offer me a 5.5 interest rate on my vehicle, which I went with.

A couple of the guys from RefiJet contacted me via email and called me. Everything was done via email and DocuSign. Within 24 hours, they got it done and lowered my car payment by a couple of hundred bucks. It went smoothly and the rep I worked with was very communicative. He communicated with me and he was very easy to work with.

The process at RefiJet was easy. It went quickly. It took us about a week. For uploading documents, that was fine. The lady that worked with me, Megan was really good. She got me a lower interest rate where it brought my car all the way down to what I was paying originally. She was upfront and she kept her word. When I sent the money, I had to send in two separate payments and she was okay with that. She helped me out. The only thing is I didn't like the term. My term is going to be longer than the normal 84 months since an extra six months added to it. But other than that, everything was cool with me. She was a lifesaver.

The rep at RefiJet made it real simple. I had a little trouble at first, but I just called him and he clarified what I needed to do. Whenever I needed him, he called. If I couldn't get ahold of him right away, he'd text me to let me know that he was on the phone. He'd call me as soon as he could. ​The thing was, I was having trouble printing. The document was easy to upload one time. I just needed to print them. For some reason, it didn’t want to work at first. They had to do something. I got it to work right now.

I was looking to refinance my truck because I was in a ridiculous loan and Credit Karma offered me one option. When they heard that I wanted to take my husband off the loan, they said they didn't do that so they gave me RefiJet and I called them. The process took less than a week. It was fast, easy and dependable. They were always really helpful and professional.

My experience has been pretty good. They give fast responses and they text me as well as calling, which is good. Also, the rate and terms were better than what I had. They cut their rate in half, which is good enough.

She stayed in contact with me and I felt like she was actually working with me instead of just going off to a group of 10 people that were working on my account. Also, she gave me a couple of options with the paperwork. She was very nice and personable. She kind of felt more like a friend than a business I was working with. I was offered 2% to 3% lower than anyone else and I was a little skeptical at first when Heather said she could do it for us. Then she said it was all done and I was just impressed with that.

The rep was very informative, called me back, and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. I liked that. I was also impressed with his willingness to help to try to find the right loan for us. It was easy, fast and a really good experience with them. Also, we were paying a higher interest rate, and now, it's a lot lower. Refijet definitely helped us a lot and I would definitely recommend them.

It took less than two weeks to get everything finalized. My only complaint is when RefiJet had me have to get notarized paperwork, the UPS label that they sent me was to myself. So I mailed it to myself to have to remail it, so I had to go to UPS twice. It was kind of annoying, but accidents happen, so I wasn't really mad about it. I worked with Jason and he was super communicating. He kept me in the loop. When I mailed notarized paperwork, he told me that they screwed up and they were gonna send me a gift card for the inconvenience. It's already been a month but I haven't got the gift card yet. But I couldn't ask for a better credit union that they've got me signed up with. They've been super great. They do automatic withdrawals, so I was super happy with that.

I refinanced my vehicle and someone reached out to me to get more information. Then, another guy got in contact with me and helped me through the process of getting my loan paid off and getting a new loan through a different credit institution. I got my payment low like I wanted so everything worked out well. It was a pleasant experience with RefiJet the whole way through.

Calvin, the rep from RefiJet, answered all my questions and was polite and informational. He did good. The rates and terms got a little cheaper payment monthly but it has a higher interest rate, which is fine for right now.

Susan, the rep I worked with, was great. She took care of everything for me and made it easy with my job and everything else for me to get everything out to her on time. It was a smooth process. I love the new rate and terms of the loan and by working with RefiJet, I’m able to pay my monthly bills and not struggle. If I have anybody else who needs to ever refinance, I will be sending them to the company.

The refinancing with RefiJet has been good. It's useful to have that payment a little lower. That way, if I pay over, I'm paying off the balance and not the interest. Dealing with the rep went well and fast. Once I got him all the information he needed, it was only 10 minutes. RefiJet was great.

The vehicle was a lease purchase and the dealer was fraudulent in their activities. Lexus Financial, the company I ended up financing with, filed a complaint against the dealer and the rep managed all of that and got the deal done at a reasonable rate in a timely manner. She took a personal interest. Even after the deal was done and she was done with her activities as far as her commission was concerned, she still continued to text me and email me to make sure everything's okay. I have nothing but a glowing response to the service that I got.

When I went to log on to the website when I got emails, it buffered a lot. Sometimes, I couldn't even get on there. That was the hardest part about that. But the rates I got were way better than what I expected.

LendingTree periodically notifies me if there's some kind of thing going on with refinancing the homes or cars and so I put in that I was interested in and the list came up. RefiJet got in touch with me and they followed up. At the time, the process took longer than I wanted it to because of me. I'm a teacher, so I can't do anything during the day. But whenever I got in touch with them, things went smooth and it didn't take very long. Refinancing a vehicle is a lot easier than going to an office somewhere. I never thought that we'd come to this point where we could do things like this over the phone and worked out okay.

The gentleman that was assisting us with the auto loan was punctual, stayed on top of the case and kept us well informed. Not only that, the way he presented the extended warranty was excellent and it was something that we needed to do anyway. The rate he got us was excellent. We were paying 17%, but with the refinance, we went down to 5%, which is a huge difference. It lowered our car note from $518 a month down to just a little over $300. What we're paying for the car and the insurance now is what I was paying for the car by itself. We're happy with that.

I do loan processing for mortgage loans and before I changed to this job, I did auto refis and auto loans. So based on my experience in being a loan processor for those loans, RefiJet awesome. They were so quick and helpful. I highly would recommend them. During the application process, I had to ask for all the stuff every day. But still, in the process of getting the stuff to them, they were very helpful in explaining it. It was easy to do. The rep that I dealt with tried to help me do the e-sign. I know how to do it because I've done it with my job even, but it would not let me do it. She sat on the phone with me for over an hour and we kept trying things. I had several others reach out and I turned them down because RefiJet was fast. They were also efficient and they knew what they were talking about. They saved us a lot of money.

The process took about 45 minutes total time, and then they got me qualified with the bank that refied. the process was good. It was pretty quick and easy. I had tried to refinance the car before and it was unsuccessful, but RefiJet was able to help me find a place that would do it. They dropped my rate by over four points, and the terms worked out great.

They gave me a really good rate. I have refinanced two vehicles with them. The total process took two weeks, each time. However, I hope they have a loan calculator on the website. That would be very beneficial.

The guy I worked with from RefiJet was great and very professional. He knew what I needed in order to get the job done. If something was missing or something just didn’t look right, he communicated quickly by email. I was able to get things that he needed so we can get the job done. I went down from an almost 13% interest down to a 4.5. In addition to that, I thought the warranty was pretty high. But I got to thinking that it was better to have it than not have it. So, I went on and enrolled with it anyway. But overall, pretty good.

I definitely recommend RefiJet. Everything went well. We were buying a house, so taking me off and the house was going under my name was a really good benefit. Other companies didn't want to take it off either one of our loan names and I don't understand why. I was a secondary, and the guy was able to.

There was only one little issue with my last name during the application process. I had just gotten remarried, so my last name was different than my license and I had to send documents twice. But besides that, the process was smooth and it worked out well for me with the rate.

The rep I worked with was able to answer for me with everything I needed. I feel like he went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly for me. Also, the rate was very impressive. I couldn't believe it was that low. The overall experience was incredible. I didn't know if I would be able to refinance because of personal credit things that I had going on and RefiJet took a chance on me. It was amazing and I’m grateful for them.

I was buying out my lease on my jeep and it's the first time I did it online but I was very pleased with the result. The application process was straightforward and the rep I worked with there was very responsive. Also, the rate was excellent. I had someone else trying to make the same loan and they were shocked with the rate.

The rep I worked with was great. The only thing that really bugged me is the finance company, which it’s not really their fault. But it’s really hard to navigate their system to make a payment, and with them being in Nevada and I live in Georgia. But we got it fixed. I talked to an agent and we've got my bank account linked so I could just do a transfer over the phone. But other than that, everything was good and communication was great.

I liked the friendliness of the people that I talked to. I love the reps I worked with. The first one, he thought I was stringing him along. But really, I was just shopping around. But then when I called back, Stephen was the finalizer and he was awesome. Everything just went super.
